I apparently don't have a clear understanding on how the fees are deducted from the card, and would like for a rep. to get back with me concerning this issue. In the meantime, I would like to add that I really do like the Walmart MoneyCard, and love the idea that I can use it just like a bank card.

I don't like the hassle I get from customer service when I request a replacement card, they act like I'm ripping their limbs off. Other than that it's just like any other bank card. Card can be used anywhere other cards are used. I didn't like how there's a hassle to reset the limit on ATM advances.

I love the convenience of having my check loaded on early and having my bills paid on time and the convenience of not having to walk around with money all the time. But to have you all texting me all the about my balance being LOW 6 or more times a day is a LOT annoying. I cannot load money on my card when I don't have any money to load on until my next check people.

I love the availability of my direct deposit. I always get it one to two days early and I also like the alert when it is on the card. It was very easy to start my direct deposit on the card, too. I love my card!

I have been with the money card system for some time now as you can see by my account, I have not had any major problems with y'all. I just would like a better system of getting in touch with y'all so that I can pick out a designer card in the future. I don't know how to get in touch to find out if I can use my debit card on the ships to the 3 world countries. Please help! Other than that I am satisfied.

Y'all have been helpful and professional. I don't have any problems and my card is accepted everywhere. I use my card for everything. Several friends have opted to purchase a Walmart prepaid card as well because they like the cheap monthly fee and they don't have to worry about overdrafting.

I really like the service. I can use it anywhere at anytime. I really like the app where I can keep track of what comes in and goes out. I would recommend it to other people that are in the need of a card. I could not go with any other card company. Thank you so much.

When trying to log in & change password the account locks you out for 24 hours. After 24 hours you try it again & it is still locked. I called customer service & a manager who both stated there is no technical support & I have to wait 24 - 48 hours. They will escalate it to someone. Meanwhile I cannot get money off of the card because it is in the vault which you can only do online. This is a huge problem which happens often. Need some assistance.

I love my card and have been using since I worked for Wal-Mart Vision Center in Logan OH. My only concern is not being able to log on to my online account. I can't get through the process. I need to change my mailing address and update information. This is my only complaint. I have asked for help with this matter. Please. I highly recommend this card service to many - and have done so! Please call me at a scheduled time so that I can fix whatever the issue is that would allow me to view my account on line! Thank you so much!

I have not had too bad of an experience. I find having to push a bunch of different buttons to talk to a human frustrating. I have also experienced a few unauthorized transactions and have had to cancel my cards and renew them. That gets costly and causes problems.

Your customer service is excellent. They take care of your problems immediately and are quite patient with you when you are trying to explain the problem. They truly listen to you which is very hard to find in customer service.

Easy to use and convenient, wish there were more ATMs available that don't charge fees, as it's difficult having to go directly to Walmart every time you want cash. Also would help since lines at the money center are too long and too slow to even bother with a teller withdrawal.

Have a great experience with Wal-Mart Money Card. I like the Wal-Mart Money Card, easy to use, no hassle, no checks to write, very easy and convention. Love to have direct deposit, can access money in any Wal-Mart across the country.

My overall experience has been great. This card is convenient in all aspects of my busy life. As I make my weekly store visits I'm able to load my card and pay my bills without having to travel from place to place. In which saves me gas money and time.

I received a email stating money was low on card. I needed to deposit some on there. When I went to do it they sent me to cards and stated I needed to order a new one. They keep my direct deposit to old card number and sent out new card. Your rep was so rude and unhelpful. When I ask for supervisor she hung up on me.

I think it's ridiculous to have to pay twice to get your money off the card. I'm on a fixed income and that 5 or 6 dollars makes all the difference in the world. That could buy a loaf of bread and milk and eggs.

Still waiting for my return of money taken. Please send information of when I will receive this. I had money stolen from my account on June 6th, sent email of transaction dispute. Haven't heard anything except a $3 reimbursement. Thank you for your time.

I love having my Walmart Money Card. It makes it convenient for me to do shopping, pay online bills, and travel without the need for cash. On those occasions when I do, I simply request cash back from the cashier when making a purchase. Life truly is simpler with this time-saving card in my wallet. Thank you!

Overall, if I could rate this service and system from 1-10 with 1 being poor and 10 being excellence, I would rate it a 10! 95% of the time, the website/over the phone automated system is up and running. I can have free range usage with my card and I don't have trouble with the system being down when I'm trying to use it.

I've had this card for several years. I don't understand why I don't get cheaper gas discounts when using this card. Also I pay a fee every month but I still have to pay to deposit and pull my money out regardless of using an atm or using the Walmart Money Center. I shouldn't have to pay to get MY money back or to load MY money on a card I pay fees on.

Pissed off a little but I think it's ** that not only am I getting charged a monthly fee that overdrawn my account but also I get charged $3 to put money on my card. $8 you guys get. A money needs to be fixed or I'm throwing my card away because this is **. I have been using this card for about a year and I'm sick of it. I'm a low income mom. I only make $549 so that 8 bucks you guys take from me is a hell of a lot more than you guys might realize.

There really isn't anything that I don't like about using my Walmart MoneyCard. I find it super easy to use and very reliable. I like that you can get your direct deposit a day early. It makes it easier than having to stand in line and wait your turn for your check to be cashed.

I've had a Walmart MoneyCard for about 6 years now and have been very pleased with it. I love being able to get my balance with a text, and having an account and routing number means it functions just like a bank account for most purposes. The direct deposit option is great, and I appreciate having quick access to my account info using the mobile app. I do wish PayPal accepted it as a bank account to enable transferring funds, but that's the only thing I have run into problems with.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard. I use my MoneyCard to pay for transactions on the internet and any other situation that I am weary of giving any of my bank account/credit card info. The MoneyCard has the same policies for returning money as my bank without the worry of using my bank cards/info.

I enjoyed having extra card for my disable son. Since I work a lot it is hard to shop for him during hours away from home. Very convenient and always I can track card account. This card give my son some independence to shop independently is great.

I like my Wal-Mart card very much. Only thing I don't too much like is I work at Wendy's so I don't always meet the monthly fee waived. Other than that I like it! I'm able to pay all my bills with the card. And I love the cash back you do now. I love Wal-Mart!!!

The only issue I have with my card is I don't earn the cash rebates. My husband earns on his, because I got my account before he did. I have direct deposit and don't want to change that by getting a new card.

l find my MoneyCard very convenient. l can send money to my daughter when she needs it, and she can repay it easily with her card. l can load my card at a register. It's smooth and convenient, both online and at the store. l can use it at a Walmart ATM without a fee.

Love it, works perfectly for my family! My husband works out of town a lot and that's how I get him money. I load it to our card. Everywhere has a Walmart! The only thing I do not like is not all gas pumps accept it at the pump. I've only found a few that does.

I use WMC for everything. Like a bank. Only costs me $3/mo. Problem I run into is with other places. Ex: "No, you can't make your car payment w/ our bank using that card." or "You have to have a brick and mortar bank to do business here". I haven't had a bank account since the OK Bank and Trust scandal. Cost me $2000. Can't afford to. I've even had a couple of disputes and they've handled them for me just fine and one was with AT&T. I just ordered my second card so I can start saving some money. I just wish they'd start lending so I could buy a house. BTW Thanks for asking.

I have changed my phone # from ** to **. Was not able to correct in app. I was given a $25 promo this month and then it was removed which gave me a negative balance. This was your mistake not mine so how will you be correcting?

I love the card for what I use it for and I understand cost. What I'd like to see is when I put money on the card not to be charged money to load the card or be charged to take money off the card. I think the monthly fee is enough. I have direct deposit from my work, and I pay the fee each month. I don't mind that but the other fees can get costly at times. Thank you.

I like the MoneyCard. Very easy. A few hiccups here and there but over all ok. The customer service team could be a little bit clearer about what's going on, I had my card cancelled without notice. After they told me it would not be and then had to wait for another one. Luckily it came a day before payday.

I love my Wal-Mart card. Mine is so easy to load and if I'm running low on funds it's only a 3.00 fee. Direct deposit make life great and being able to pay my bills at home is awesome. Thanks so much Wal-Mart MoneyCard.

Using the card is just fine, but I am really tired of being constantly harassed to use the direct deposit. I am not interested in direct deposit because I don't want to have to take huge amounts off it to pay my rent or anything else. Please STOP sending so many emails to start direct depositing, I am NOT interested right now.

I love the Walmart MoneyCard. I can do anything that a bank can do, but without the fees & hassle. After I had to file bankruptcy, I couldn't get a bank account for 6 months. I like that every time I log in from different computer you always ask for my security question to be answered and recheck my card and all my security information. I like that as it makes sure that nobody gets into my account.

My issue was around the fourth of July. I had transactions made on my account that I didn't authorize. In the sum of $250.00. I was told by one of the Walmart employees to fill out fraud paperwork, sign it and send it back in, and I did that two days later. They told me the investigation will take 10 days to complete. I didn't receive my money back on my card till the 20th of July. Not only that but they only replaced the transactions they wanted to replace and that was about 5 when the total amount came out to be 12 unauthorized transactions. So I called back to find out what was going on and they told me I had to do another dispute after I already told them in writing all the charges that was made. Now I have to wait another month or so, resubmit the paperwork and do a second dispute again. I have had my Walmart card for more than 3 years and I can't believe they have me going thru this long process. I demand answers! Thanks you.

I absolutely love my Walmart MoneyCard. I've had it for many years and will continue to have it for many more. I recommend it to everyone! I have never had a bad experience with my card and any problems I have ever had are quickly resolved by friendly and helpful customer service.

I bank with Green Dot Bank. So far I have no problems and Direct Deposit is great. I can use my card anywhere and I think it's convenient. I like having the Walmart reloadable card, I can reload anytime and anywhere. I feel that I am able to avoid line at other banks too.

I like the convenience that this card offers. Easy to get money off of it. Easy to add money to it. I can use it for direct deposit from my job. The three dollar monthly fee is minimal compared to fees that a brick and mortar bank would charge for having an account. The vault feature is a great idea and helps me to save money. The only complaints I have are that you don't gain interest on money sitting in the vault and the card can't be used with things like the Cash app or Android Pay.

The only complaint I have is receiving money in a timely manner. My husband works out of state 3 weeks at a time and this is how he sends me money. It doesn't always go through the first or even second time.

My overall experience with this card has been closer to 4.5 stars rather than 4.0. The only thing keeping the 5 star rating away is the Occasional Lag experienced when re-loading the card - I've sometimes had to wait up to 12 hours after reloading to be able to use it - - it's not the end of the world, that's my only "complaint" about the card service... Being able to load at places other than Walmart would probably be too much to ask, as it would take away the best part of physically walking in the store. Ciao.

A great card. I live paycheck to paycheck. The direct deposit allows me to get paid up to 2 days in advance. I can use it anywhere because it has the Visa logo. So convenient and almost like a bank without the hassles. No overdraft fees and now with the vault, which I haven't used as of yet but would like to. It a great option.

I love my Walmart card and I have 3 different cards for 3 different purposes. One for me, one for my daughter and joint card for me and my husband. I have purchased another card but at this time I have not added any money to it as I am waiting to start getting paid from my other work. I love walmart prepaid cards. They are WONDERFUL.

I had an incident where my card was charged for a service I never had (DirecTV) and was informed the account was in a man's name. I never agreed for them to take my money but they did, repeatedly. Walmart MoneyCard agents never stood up on my behalf and I never got my money back. The merchant was allowed to keep it, despite my proof it was not my debt or that I didn't allow it. As a result I no longer load large sums of money onto the card. I load what I need and spend it immediately so it's not stolen but have no trust in this card or the people running it. My money is not safe.

I liked the card except the fact that at Walmart stores I would take money out of the ATM that is free for Amex Bluebird cards but charged $2.50 for Walmart Money Card! Why? It should be free as well. And you charge $5.00 a month maintenance fee. Amex Bluebird card is free, no monthly fee. I used my card for 10 months and earned just under $25.00 for cash back rewards! I shop exclusively at Walmart in-store, online and for gas. How I was not receiving the full $75.00 reward is beyond me! I used Stash Cash all the time and never won anything either.

When I wanted to know who a vendor was that took my money there was no way for me to find out except a telephone number and I couldn't reach get an answer from when I called. So I had to have my card replaced in order to get my money back. I was happy to get my money back. You did a good job. But is there any way to do it without replacing the card?

I've had no problems out of this card. I always get my check 2 days early and the fact that I get cash back for using my card at Wal-Mart is a huge plus! And I can get my paycheck off my card at Wal-Mart and not get charged the $3 few. Would recommend to anyone.

I've had my Walmart MoneyCard for almost 3 years and have nothing but great things with it. My paycheck is direct deposit to my card and I get paid 2 days early. I'm able to use it anywhere just like if I had a bank card. With the easy access online to view my purchases and my balance so I can keep track of it. I highly recommend it.

I have had my card for 6+ years and I've had 2 incidents that were serious cash damage on my card. The customer service was excellent and I recovered my money due to the expert and patient handling by the people backing up the Walmart MoneyCard. That, alone, is enough but my overall experience is will be the reason I'll be with them as long as they are in business.

I originally purchased my money card mainly to avoid carrying cash. I have since realized the many advantages the Walmart Money Card offers. Online bill paying, for example, saves me a lot of time and waiting. Also, I have used it in times of work emergencies such as a lost tool, or extra needs on the job whereas I don't have the cash on hand. Lots of advantages to the Money Card.

After every purchase, I make whether it's online or even at Walmart or someplace else, my account is locked and I can't make purchases. This both inconvenient and sometimes embarrassing. One time if I didn't have cash with me it could have been detrimental to my well being. Your security features are a serious pain in the ass and I will be canceling this card at my earliest convenience.

Cards should look better. Updates on balance show 8 am but many times they aren't accurate and I don't get them till late in the day. No help. The look of the card is major. They just look plain. Unimpressive other than that the convenience of sending money is great.

I have had my Walmart card for about 7 years. I absolutely love it compared to any other prepaid card. I receive my Direct Deposit 2 days earlier than payday. For example, we get paid on Friday and I receive on Wednesday afternoon.

I am quite satisfied with the card, I find it can be used almost anywhere. The website is also quite easy to find my balance and check what purchases were made. Also most Walmarts are open 24/7 so I can get cash and make purchases with ease. I sometimes buy from Walmart online and the card is handy.

I've had a lot of other prepay Visa cards and this will be my last, or at least I hope it will (as long as it stays the way it is). I love my card and how it's noncomplicated. I like the vault. It helps save money while still using my card without going into my saving money. It's helpful and reliable. I can always count on my MoneyCard. Doesn't has any hidden fees and doesn't cost much to reload as well as it being reloadable just about anywhere.

I love how easy it is to navigate their website and how I am able to get account information whenever I want. If I do need to call Customer Service they are helpful and courteous and always able to answer my questions.

I like that my paycheck is available a day earlier than my payday. It used to come in on my payday. Also, I like that I don't have to worry about a daily limit. I usually do my grocery shopping and then go out to eat.

I love the convenience of my card and the fact that I get paid two days early. I can use my card anywhere debit cards are accepted and I don't know to worry about losing cash, which I'm bad about doing. Overall I don't have any complaints. The app is also great. I love the vault option.

Not enough free atms plus it's ** that you charge 5$ a month and 3$ to reload. It should be 1 or the other guys. C'mon you don't my $$$ that bad. Not to mention I have to go to a Walmart just to fill the card. If this is the best you can do you at least allow the users to mobile deposit!!

I love my card. I especially like the stash and unstash. Like the fact that if I want I can take all the money off if need be. I have only one question about this card. Don't quite get what they mean about earned money.

The card is as convenient as a prepaid card can be. It works well for short term use, I don't think I would consider using it any longer than about 6 months. I definitely wouldn't use it for any large purchases as there is no protection as far as being able to dispute a transaction.

Atm withdrew more than it was supposed to. $140. But I physically only received $100. It's been almost a month and I never received my $40 after Walmart MoneyCard "customer service" supposedly started a dispute with the ATM company. Kinda wished I would've just stuck with my old bank.

I use my Walmart card a lot but I'm Unemployed right now, so no deposits going in. As soon as I start back to work... There will be direct deposits. One item I don't care for... When I go to load my card in a Walmart store... You charge me $3.00 for loading my card. I think this is wrong!

I recently had several unauthorized transactions on my card. It took forever for me to get my money back and once they deactivated my card I could not call anyone to check on the status. Also my card does not work at the gas pumps. I have to walk inside to use my card which is too much trouble.

When I first got a Walmart card I hated the fact that it charged me $3 each time I loaded it. However, as soon as I got the Walmart card Black Version I love it because it doesn't charge me for loading it anywhere anytime. I would recommend the black Walmart card, which only cost me $4, to anybody that wants to get one. Another great perk from Walmart MoneyCard is that you can put back money into what they call the 'Vault' to save, which you can't be accessed by anybody but yourself and when needed you can move money back into your account but they do have a fee for that. They also notify you when your account's getting low and when any fraudulent activity happens. And when they have promotions they let you know about those via email or text message, your preference. I give them 5 stars.

I have never had a problem with using my card and haven't been threatened to have it taken away when I don't have money on it. I would recommend it to anyone. I have had the same card for several years now and will continue using it.

My Walmart Money Card is my main account. I use it for my direct deposit and paying all my monthly bills. This month I used the bill pay for the first time and was pleased with the accuracy and timeliness. My only problem is that I need to change my name because I got married and I have to change my whole account number and direct deposit and that is a huge hassle when it would be so much easier to just change my name on the existing account. I still give it a 5 star rating because it is very easy to use and a lot less of a hassle than a regular bank account.

I have a great experience using the Walmart MoneyCard. It allows me to receive my paycheck through direct deposit as early as a day before my actually payday. I love using the app to stash money and to keep track of my spending at my fingertips. I would highly recommend this card to anyone who has direct deposit!

I've had my card for a little over 2 years and haven't really had any problems. Customer service is always very polite and very knowledgeable. The only negative issue is that they don't allow you to change the second cardholder's name.

I am very happy with using this Walmart MoneyCard. Walmart MoneyCard customer service has been good. I have called two times to dispute unauthorized charges. I like getting the texts with current balance. I like being able to check my transactions online.

I have had an overall good experience with the Money Card, the bad thing is they send too much junk mail. I would also like to see it being easier to load the card. Waiting in line at Walmart takes too long, especially when only one person is working and the line's out the door.

I find it great how easy it is to transfer or 'stash' money from your account to your vault. It makes for very convenient and very easy saving. If you need more, it's quick and easy to transfer your funds back and forth.

Walmart customer service was not able to deposit my payroll checks onto my Walmart Money Card all of a sudden after almost SIX MONTHS of depositing in person. I was told several times in several locations that my payroll checks were good but that their "computer system" was just not able to process transactions. RIDICULOUS! So sad. Some time later I bought a candy bar at a self check out station with my Walmart Money Card and asked for twenty dollars cash back. The self check out never gave me my twenty dollars.

I honestly think it's the best card I've ever had. Not expensive at all to manage with the monthly fees like other cards. You can shop anywhere even out of the United States if you need to. It's an awesome card to have handy. Thank you so much because I love my card. It's a life saver.

I have never had a problem with the service from Wal-Mart MoneyCard account. I do wish they would add on the site a way to order new cards when the old ones wear out like mine is starting to do. You only have a way to order card if lost or stolen, not worn out.

Never had any problems. Great service, I love my cash back for shopping at Walmart. It's great. I have been a customer for a while now. Love get my direct deposit 2 days earlier. If I had any complaints it's that I can't get my custom cards pictures but that minor.

This is a wonderful card, I absolutely love it! I really like that I can personalize the card with a photo of my choice. I put a picture of my kitty on my card and am constantly getting compliments about it. The updates, direct deposit and reload options are great!

I need like having the Walmart card has reasonable rates. I really liked it when I didn't get charged to use the ATM at US Bank but now I get charged no matter what ATM I use. I don't like that I can't get wire transfers and you have to put a minimum $20 on.

I think that it great to have to pay for my gas and when I reload it it cost only 3 dollars and then I get another charge for monthly charges! But in the most I need it to purchase anything it's great to have! Your MoneyGram people are not that great!

I have the black visa card and I thought it was the one that didn't take the $3 dollar charge for cashing your check but yet the cashier always takes the three dollars off. I would love to have the $3 from all my checks they took.

I love it. I get paid a day early and I can stash or unstash whenever I want. I use it everywhere. Walmart are everywhere in my area so I can withdraw money with no fee and even get money back for shopping at any Walmart. I recommend it to my husband and now he has one.

Need better access to MoneyCard ATMs. Most I can get from register is $100. Nearest MoneyCard atm is 45 minutes away & is broken half the time. I usually have to go to local branch, eat the withdrawal fee of $3 to get money from my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'd call for a balance on the 1st and it says $0.00. Then two days later I check and it would say "The last deposit to your account was on the 1st." It was there yet I had to wait two days to have access to my ??? Why and who gets that interest my money (And others money) over those two days? Please reply.

I have been pretty satisfied with my overall experience with my Walmart MoneyCard. I use it as a paycard through my employer. I get my paychecks a day sooner than my fellow employees that have regular bank direct deposits. Customer service was friendly and helpful every time I've had an interaction with them. The only thing that I don't like is the atm limitations. 2 per 24 hrs. I don't get it. If you charge me to use the atm along with the atms own separate charge why would you limit atm use to 2 per day? I know I can always go to a Walmart and pull off whatever I want but I work long hours and the Walmart money center isn't always an option. Plus it's time consuming compared to a drive up atm.

I'm having trouble getting on the website, it's always down. Here lately I've gotten no response to texting for my balance. Maybe you can help find the right website, so that can check my transactions. Not being able to check my balance is bothering me the most.

If this had been 2 months ago I would've given a 5 star rating but in the last 2 months I've had multiple issues from not receiving cards in a timely manner and still have not received them. I can no longer check my acct balance thru text and it is very hard getting a customer service rep on the phone.

I use a Green Dot Black Visa Debit from WalMart + two years it has streamlined how I keep up with my finances. The reload is free, with direct deposit I avoid fees. I use online & merchants without hassles, no errors on their part for handling changes of job or income levels.

I have had no issues with my card. It has worked each time. I would rather use it than cash. It's quicker to just pull the card out rather than counting cash. I have used it everywhere. I have not been declined from using it anywhere. I would recommend anyone to use the Walmart MoneyCard.

My only problem is that sometimes when I enter my card numbers it will say... sorry invalid entry... even though it was entered correctly. Then it disconnects me and I have to call back and go thru the process several times until it finally acknowledges my numbers are correct. It's very inconvenient. Please fix this! Thank you!

I have only one big suggestion, and that is a website to track transactions, balance info, loading money from another account. Otherwise very happy with the card. Very user friendly, at my charges are in line with others. I hope you continue with these cards.

They make me feel bad like I am some bad man. They rage on me tell me my kind not welcome there. Call me names, set up so my card not work. They're just plain mean to me. But you will not tell me why or help me. The store is in MASON CITY IOWA.

I've had the card for three years now, and every month my fee is waived. I also get paid one day early! I love the prepaid card. Also, there's a Walmart everywhere which is easy for reloading purposes. Who doesn't like to get paid early? I love the fact that you can review transactions anytime and anywhere.

Whenever I call the number on the back of the card and get set to check on the status of my account amount on card, it asks for the last four digits of my card and it never works. I always have to keep putting it in, until then I've got to put all numbers.

I find the card easy to use and very safe. The card is easy to load as long as the checkers have the proper training and the card is easy to use anywhere. I have recommended the card to others for teenagers and traveling.

I have had no problems with using my card and when I've had problems with billing issues, customer service has answered all of my questions thoroughly and courteously. Reloading is easy and convenient which adds to my positive experience. Easy to use, great customer service. What more can you ask for?

This is a good card to use. Reasonable cost. You can load at several locations. It can be used at many locations. Keep up the great work and improve where you can if possible and try to help us to find better ways to use our card.

I have had my Walmart card for YEARS! It is convenient. I have these things I do NOT like: I HATE the long winded messages whenever you call the 800 number on the card. If I am in a hurry it is like driving nails in my ears and my patients with an adrenaline spike waiting for all the needless rambling to end! When I call to get help from customer service it is as if the reps read from a script. I was trying to set up my Walmart card online to avoid the phone system but my card wouldn't register on the website for some dumb reason and when I called for help the gal I spoke with kept repeating the same suggestions over and over again! Out of frustration I said I would call back if I needed more help and she asked me to take a survey and rate my experience. That was not a good time for that!

I have always appreciated the way Wal-Mart MoneyCard services fight to keep the shopping funds of the customer safe. Down to the last dime. When I had a dispute, I depended on Wal-Mart MoneyCard services to fight behave on my behalf, and they did not let me down. Sincerely your valued customer.

I have had great experiences with my card. Walmart has quickly solved any issues I have had with suspicious purchases that were not mine. I have not ever had an identity theft issue so far thank goodness. I feel confident that my money is safe with Walmart.

I don't like how hard it is to challenge a charge or reverse a check authorization if the check needs to be voided. Also having to pay a fee to put money on my card is not great. It would be nice to have branches in Wal-Mart. I do like getting paid two days early.

Reload & monthly fees are higher than the saving I will produce. I prefer to use AMX Blue card. However I wanted an alternative to AMX because many places still don't accept AMX. I use these prepaid cards to avoid credit card debt and to help me budget my biweekly income. I do not plan to reload the Walmart MoneyCard due to fees.

So I have had superior service with my card. It is accepted on and offline to meet my purchasing needs. Accepted at mostly all ATM with the Visa logo. Sometimes the fees associated and again it depends on ATM location are outrageous with 2-3 fees e.g. withdrawals to simply use, bal check. But overall I'm satisfied.

I have used my MoneyCard for quite a few years now and have have a couple of issues that weren't any worse than dealing with my bank ATM card. The only thing I REALLY DON'T CARE FOR IS HAVING MY ACCOUNT BALANCE SHOW UP ON MY RECEIPT FROM VARIOUS VENDORS. If that could be taken off somehow that would be great. I know people who won't even consider a MoneyCard because they don't like the idea of their balance being public knowledge.

Charges for adding money to card needs lowered. Also should be able to load any kind of checks. I get reimbursed from my church for items purchased but I cannot add these to my card. I also would like to be able to use gift cards to add money to my cards.

Like having this card is very helpful when I need to buy something there or online. Cost a lot less to do this than other cards do. I do most of my shopping at Wal-Mart anyways. Have to buy my straight talk card there, will still continue to use my card.

I had a good experience at Wal-Mart with buying clothes and shoes. Their prices are good and I got good deals on food and drinks there. I found cheap deodorant and toothpaste. Toys are cheap and I wish that y'all cellphones would be cheaper and the minutes.

I love it... I love no overdraft fees... very easy to use... accepted everywhere!! Wish there were ATM fees though. I have my payroll direct deposited and it's awesome. I pay all bills with it. And I use it at Walmart and love that you get money back.

Walmart Money Card is the best card out right now. You can go online at any time. Your job will fix you up quick without direct deposit for your Walmart Money Card and it's very convenient. Like I said I have no problems with the Walmart Money Card. All my friends and family has it and I mean you get your money before time. That's an excellent thing and you know if you have any problems you can call it in at any time but I never had any problems with the card. This is very convenient. I've always been happy with Walmart's MoneyCard. One time we was notified of suspicious charges. Somehow our card was being used and it wasn't us. The quick actions saved us a lot of time and money!!! A freeze was made on our account and you even had our new cards to us within a couple days. I have heard a lot of people losing their whole paychecks when this happened to them, but we didn't lose anything. So yes we are very happy with the Walmart MoneyCard.

I like the idea of getting my direct deposit 2 days early. Really help me out. I would highly recommend to everyone to get the Walmart MoneyCard. I have never experienced a problem using the Walmart card anywhere at POS or atm. It always works great.

The new version of bill pay does not show the bill or amounts that are due. It is not as convenient to use as it was in the first version. It also doesn't give details of the accounts. At times it keeps telling you to hit the submit button over and over.

The card has always worked for me. When I find false deductions they correct it very quick. I never have a problem getting my balance and a review of my transactions. I have never had a problem with my card not being excepted for purchases. I definitely feel secure knowing my card is in my wallet.

My card number has been stolen 4 times and I never win off the savings thing even though I save a lot of my paycheck. Seems unfair otherwise I love the card and direct deposit. Been customer for 2yrs yet never win for saving. Wish I could.

Wish the card had a chip since it is more secure. And most machines are chip ready. And to be able to deposit a check mobile. I enjoy this card very much. My card is good until 2020 but would really like a chip in the card.

So far it's been a positive experience. I've only had one problem. It worked for my iTunes account for about four days and then was no longer accepted. I don't know if it was on the card end or on iTunes' end. I also wanted to know if the card would ever get the chip on it.

Good but not great. The fee $5 is not bad but the time of when I have to have money uploaded seems to be shorter sometimes than others and the app not giving notifications on balance like a text message would be nice.
