I've been using Walmart's MoneyCard for years and I won't use any other kind... There's very few fees and it's only $3.00 a month and the same to reload... I love my Walmart MoneyCard! And I would definitely recommend the money card to my friends, or to anyone who asks my opinion.

Haven't had any problems. Good service. Would recommend to friends and have already recommended it to my family. Although I don't get my check 2 days early but I'm sure it's not your fault. Other than that it's a great card and highly recommended.

It took over 6 months for me to register this card due to technical difficulties. I have used a Walmart card for almost everything for several years. Never had a problem before. I had lost my other card and called to cancel. My balance was 14. And change. Yet when I got my check it was only for 11. And change. I could get nowhere on the phone and no response to an e-mail. Still a little miffed.

I like the experience. It is an easy card to use. I like everything about it! If maybe there could be a way to email the statements once a month to the customers. And maybe have a program to help save money like saving the cents in the savings account. These are just a couple ideas. Thank you for reading my input.

The Walmart MoneyCard is very convenient and reliable. The only thing is the fees get a little troublesome. For instance, if I'm paying a bill; put the money on the card plus the fee then I call to make the payment and find out I’m a few dollars short. I have to go back and put at least 20 plus the fee.

Low monthly fee and no transaction fees on purchases. Easy to reload other than direct deposit. Received new card in timely manner before old expired without having to wait. Would like to see Minimum deposit drop a little to keep from having to pay monthly fee or a reduced fee.

Recently I have been depositing large pay checks then I totaled my car and needed money to buy another one. So I went and used ATM to get my money out. Then it stopped allowing me to get any money out of any ATM. So I called your support people. Sounded like India. He gave me a list of banks to go. I said, "Don't I have to have an account?" "Oh no," he said. So I went in to get the last thousand or so but the bank refused because I had in the account. If can't get my money when I need it I am going to have to get a bank account.

I would've gave a five star but I don't like where long standing customers that receive direct deposit don't have a safety net. Say for instance a ten dollars Grace period. In case I go over a few dollars in between pay days. That would be greatly appreciated.

I have been banking with Green Dot I think about six years now and it has been great. Less stress just until now. Someone used my account and I had to do a dispute form for the first time and it was kind of stressful trying to download and fill out but other than that it has been great. Things happen.

I love the convenience of the Walmart MoneyCard, but the fees to load money on to the card are too expensive. I dislike having to pay $3 to load $10 or $1000 dollars to the card. The fees are too expensive for such little effort to put money on it. I wish we could load the card from an ATM machine instead of having to wait in line at a Walmart Money Center or in line for a register.

Best prepaid card service I ever had! Definitely will recommend to a friend, thank you so much, will continue to use it. Never had any problems with the card, only dislike is waiting forever for my deposit to hit, almost until 6:00 for my money to hit.

I signed up for it so I can get my check 2 days earlier, but I receive it on Fri. Can you please fix this problem, I have a sick mother and child and having a check before the weekend helps a lot with doctor visits and co pays. When I first started I got 2 checks early. Now they come on card Friday about 8am. Am I the only one who is having this issue?

I love the fact that I can put my money in the vault and leave it. And how if you all think someone has stolen my card, you'll cancel and send another. Not just that, you will call and notify me. Last but not least I love that I can personalize my card.

The majority of checks I have tried to deposit on this app have been declined. The checks are all good, and it's very inconvenient to have to go to the bank. The main purpose for getting the card was to be able to cash an occasional check. Not happy with the fact, that even my payroll checks (not available to be direct deposited) have been declined deposit.

I believe it's the best prepaid card out there today. I have found this card to one of Cheapest to refill and the locations are convenient. I have recommended it to anyone who is needing a debit card for work or to pay bills. I have found this card to be one of my favorite cards in my wallet.

Love using my Walmart Card. Easy to load and use, can use it everywhere I go. Also good to use when traveling, shopping and paying bills, and shopping online. 80 percent of my family members purchased a card and also enjoy using their cards mainly while traveling.

I enjoy the card very much and only wish that it could be used to pay my sling TV bill. And I wish there was a more convenient way to order a new card without cancelling the current one before it gets here.

My experience with the card has been great. It's easy to load, money is credited immediately and transactions are typically easy to complete. For some reason though - I've experienced issues with using in Target but that's it. I have no complaints or concerns - I would rate it a 10+!!

Having to put a physical address instead of a mailing address really complicates things when one doesn't receive mail at the physical address, currently in search for my new card, requesting to have sent to mailing address! The address should be optional, whether the physical or mailing.

I tried to take picture of my check for deposit... It was declined. Due to this action I had no way to pay for my hotel room. What in turn left me with nowhere to stay for time there... Not very happy with my MoneyCard at this time.

I love the ease of using my Walmart card but do not like the wait time at Walmart stores to reload my Walmart card. Would it not be quicker to have self- loading scanners or readers at the self- checkout isles or lanes inside Walmart?

For the most part I am satisfied with having a Wal-Mart money card and have had one for 3 maybe 4 years. My biggest complaints are the customer service representative both on the phone and in the stores lack of knowledge when having issues with our cards. The other big issue is having to pay fees when withdrawing money off of the card at a Wal-Mart customer service desk which is supposed to be free.

Never had any problems at all, HIGHLY recommend this card. Can get money from a lot of places, money shows up two days early just like the card say it would. Even have a vault that you can save money where no one can get it but you. I wish this was a credit card and not a prepaid card.

I like the fact that the Walmart Money Card is easily acceptable at variety of merchant locations, hotel and car reservations, bill pay, online shopping, and dining. Feel safe using the card and can be easily reloaded as needed. Online account access is flexible and provides up to date transactions and updates. Have used the fraud security services and have been satisfied with the results.

I gave it a 3 because it charges a fee to reload. It should be free if you're reloading a certain amount of money. Also I think you should get extra rewards for having the card for x amount of years being a Walmart money card holder. I have had mine for at least 5 years only because I don't like dealing with bank overdrafts.

I have nothing but positive experiences with using and loading my card. I love that it doesn't cost anything extra to load the card. This allows me to pay bills and shop online without using a bank card. I prefer to do this instead of using my bank card because I feel it's safer. If someone stole my number, all they could get off of my card would be what was on it at the time.

Overall my MoneyCard experience has been good. Auto deposit has worked well and encountered minimal to no issues during transactions. Areas to improve: 1: Removing the pay your bills feature using routing numbers is my biggest disappointment. 2: Customer service (phone support) has left much to be desired, in particular when fraudulent activity did occur. 3: Card with chip would be preferred.

I was told that any Walmart Visa card member would "not" be charged a fee to "withdraw all money off their card" and that was a main reason to have my social security disability deposited on the card. What happened to that being a perk for purchasing the Walmart Visa card?

Excellent!!! Had one issue a couple of weeks ago, turns out it was an error on my part. I missed a digit in my account number. I love my card. I get to have my grandson's picture on it and that's cool. The perk I like the best is not having to pay to load money on my card. I don't think that's fair to anyone. I'm happy so far.

It is not fair that we cannot have chip cards, that the fees are a bit high! I wish I could personalize my card! As far as online banking it could be much better! There just needs to be more options.

Walmart MoneyCard has never failed me. Even when someone tried to take a payment for something I never knew about. I was called to inform me of this activity. Overall great card. I recommend this card to everyone I know. And direct deposit is always on time. I get text messages alert when direct deposit has been sent.

Basically I like the card. What I don't like is that other than my social security check being directly deposited, I had applied for a loan and the loan people told me that it's not the correct type of card/account to deposit money on? That makes no sense to me. I thought it was more like a checking account debit card. You should offer that.

I love everything about it. EXCEPT the fact that I have to pay every time I deposit cash into my card. I have direct deposit at work so my assumption was that since you're doing the direct deposit that it was free. But I always have to pay $3! Please help.

I think the $3 loading should be waived if you have your card registered. I wish once you have the card you don't need to be paying a fee every time you load money into it. And there's a minimum of $20 load fee which makes it harder for smaller transactions.

I think it is a great program but I hate when I have a problem it's no way to contact a human... Go to the Walmart and they act like they don't know. Issssh. LOL. And that fake money sweepstakes... Nobody wins that ** LOL... But overall good service with definite FLAWS... THANK YOU.

It's always accurate and fast but there is nothing extraordinary. I only use it when I need one particular bill paid. I don't like the $3 fee I have to pay every month whether or not I use the card. It should be my choice whether or not I use the card.

I love this card and I'm so happy I switched. So far I've had no problem with it. And it has done everything it said it would. From getting paid two days early to being able to use it anywhere. I love love love this card.

I have been using Walmart Money cards for more than 5 yrs. I use it primarily for online purchases and traveling. I love my card because I customized it with my photo on it! It's much more convenient than the Bluebird card. I have one question. When my card expires will I get a replacement card that's still customized?

I really do like to service but I think after 6 months he should be ready but I guess it's how you guys making money. Other than that I like my check came in a day early. So amazing. Then you need to get a customer service Center just for these kind of cards. One Direction.

It's decent but I never win anything no matter how many entries. It's been good though because it's my only form of checking that I can get right now. To pay three dollars per deposit is a bit much. Being able to get direct deposit is good but I never get it up to two days early.

I have had this card for a couple of years now, I love it. Never had a problem buying or paying bills with it. It is accepted anywhere and I love the fact I could design my card. I also like the fact that here lately my benefits have been posted earlier. I'd wish we could borrow funds sometimes in advance. Being on a fixed income, things do come up unexpectedly.

Overall great experience. Wish y'all shipped things quicker and offered better options like overnight for people who lose or misplace their cards. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to always have some type of account with Walmart Money Card. I have always stored in my vault but never won prize drawing or never heard of anyone that has!

I've been using my MoneyCard for 4 yrs and I feel it's better than using a bank or credit card and easy to reload and get cash from atm, shopping online, gas purchases, movie, hotels, car rentals. It's just all around useful to me and very convenient to use.

I have nothing to complain about the card, well, maybe 1 thing. I have not won any money in the sweepstakes. Just kidding. It is a great alternative to the normal banking industry. I do notice when I get text updates the amount on the card is usually not correct, it is a day late in transactions.

I understand there is a fee for reloading the card, but if it is your card company 3 dollars is outrageous. PLS has their own prepaid card and it doesn't cost anything to reload. If a customer pays a monthly fee than paying to load the card every time just seems crazy.

Although I have been with this company for more than four years I still seem to run into the same problems with this company. When speaking with customer service I always have a issue with understanding them at times. I believe that you all should have more cultured experienced representative. I also believe that you all should come up with a better system to prevent fraud and also A timely reimbursement fees for any fraudulent activities on any customer's account. I have also experience the disruption that you guys had back in 2016. I believe that you all should have given us more time to retrieve our finances before doing a update to your system . Or allowed more time before updating your all systems.

I'm satisfied but have a question. Why suddenly am I being charged at the A.T.M. I use the one at my local Walmart also where I'm employed and at the Wawa for the free atm but you or the Green Dot bank has started charging me for withdraw. It took 10.00 of my money. I was not happy.

Since using the card I've only experience one encounter. I was a victim of debit card fraud. Which was over $200. I called customer service right away & within 2 weeks had my money return. Also being a Walmart cardholder you receive cash back benefits for using your card. I received almost $40 last year for using my card at Walmart & Murphy. Also they have a vault where you can stash money. Love it. We put money into it each week and it's a great way to save & put back money for whatever it is you might be saving up. And I get alerts every time my card is used & it's easy to check online transactions. I've been very pleased with Walmart MoneyCard so far!

Need to be able to set my own limits of withdrawal per day. I need to be able to withdraw more than $400.00 per day sometimes and I cannot. Customer service tells me that is the max, however, I really love the service. I like the security. The ease of direct deposit and reloading is agreeable with me. I also love shopping at Walmart. The experience of using the prepaid card and banking services are agreeable with me.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard, especially that I can load it at the register. I would like it better if I could reload my Walmart MoneyCard with my PayPal Account balance. In the PayPal app they have a pay in store, where I can pay off my phone. I was told Walmart's system isn't setup to do a transaction like that.

I didn't get the direct deposit sign up promo reward. Also never received the tax promotion for Jackson Hewitt. Other than that I like the ease of use and early direct deposit but customer service is horrible. I may look elsewhere due to the gimmicks in promotions, considering that is what roped me into using/getting this card in the first place.

LAST July, I found spurious SMALL daily charges to my account. I contacted customer service, and they reimbursed me BUT ALSO cancelled my card and issued me a new card number. It was an inconvenience, but VERY effective. Since then, I've been MUCH more careful, and my account has had NO problems!

I am highly satisfied with my Walmart MoneyCard. The only thing I'm upset about is I can't check my balance using my text messaging service. It keeps sending me back an error message ("the keyword you specified was not recognized"). I don't know what this means but when I text the 4 last digits of my card to 43411 this is what happens.

I hate this card because they charge for everything. It's so annoying. They charge to put money on the card at Walmart which is 3 dollars to take money off the card which is 2 dollars. They charge a monthly fee which is 5 dollars. They charge to check your balance which is 50 cent! Worst card ever. Never using it again.

Great for people who don't like banks! Convenient! There is a Walmart located everywhere so there isn't a hassle finding ways to load money whether it be at a register, customer service, or the money center. Great work! I would recommend this card for anyone.

There should be more rewards and also overdraft protection. I love this card but sometimes it's pointless. As much as I use it in Walmart I don't get that many rewards and they charge me $3 to withdraw my money off the card at Walmart customer service.

I would like to be able to load my card with less than 20 dollars. The other day I had 12 dollars that I wanted to put into the account. And it said I had to put a minimum of 20 dollars. And I do not like that when you reload it you have to pay 3.99. Fix that And I'll raise it more.

There is ALWAYS a fee! Maintenance, withdrawal, when I bought this card I got the more expensive one because I was promised there wouldn't be so many fees, and it seems the rules change to your advantage... My money sometimes is there and other it takes almost 2 weeks to be there... The system went screwy and I can no longer get my balance by texting... I have to go into my account just to see the balance!!! It just seems that this acct that was supposed to be so convenient for me turned to quite the profit for you!

I love this card. It so easy to use. I like that if I put 500 on that there no monthly fee. I like that I don't have spend money to put it on the card. I wish they would bring this black one back. Thanks so much. I even gave my husband one too. I like this card.

You should waive the reload fee if reloaded at Wal-Mart stores and make available to be linked with PayPal account. Other than that I don't have any complaints. Maybe lower the monthly fee to 3$ instead of 5$ and offer more promos.

It Free to load. That's should be enough, but it's not. I have traveling and this card come in Handy... Had some charges that I didn't make. They took care of me, and my new card was in the mail very quickly. And you can use it for your taxes direct deposit...

I have only good things to say about my Walmart MoneyCard. I like the fact that I get money back when I use it at a Walmart store, which I do often. I can get my balance online in seconds. I would tell anyone to make their prepaid card a Walmart one.

I think it's been an okay card but you give no cash back. You guys advertise all of it but I have had this card for 5 years probably and I've put thousands upon thousands onto it and each time pay that dreaded 3-5 dollar fee and have never got any type of cash back. There is really absolutely no benefits to having this card. It charges me fees every month. Charges me fees every time I load and never has once favored me. I have never come into money having the card. Almost all other cards offer some sort of incentive except you guys so I have used this card less and less.

I really enjoy Walmart money card but I think only a monthly fee should be charged and not a three dollar fee every time. I'm sure you're saying is Wal-Mart always less. I put money on my card a lot to pay my prepaid electric, so that is like three or four times a week I'm paying 9 to 12 extra dollars in fees.

I don't understand. When you get a text it show what you bought, but it does not show your balance. It's important to know what you bought, but I like seeing my balance as well. My old load card show what I bought and your balance.

I've been a member of this bank for almost a year now. Every time I put money into my account I get charge $3.00. This is an unfair charge and I'm a Walmart credit cardholder also. I think this charge be free otherwise I like the Walmart MoneyCard. Thank you.

Awful customer service. Hard to understand the reps. Also I purchased concert tickets and show was cancelled and I was not allowed to dispute charge so I lost money. I plan on getting me a REAL BANK that will help their customers.

I absolutely love my card. I've had it almost 10 years now and I recommend it to all my friends. I get my check direct deposited and even my tax return. I've never been more happy with a prepaid card honestly. Anytime I have questions they help very quickly.

Pros: Early direct deposit, no fee to load, send money feature, bill pay feature. CONS: Customer service poor, money never released in a timely fashion. Take days for a payment to post however the money is removed from the account. No atm near me that can be used for free. Like a atm inside Walmart that's used for Walmart cardholders.

I love having my Walmart card. It comes in handy. Plus the money back and able to stash saving away. It's a real life saver. I like that I get saving more when I used my card. I would recommend Walmart card to all my friends and family. Keep the good work Walmart.

In the time that I have used the Walmart payment card. This has become my primary checking account as I cannot have a bank account now. Without this card I would not be able to pay my bills and get my business done. I am very happy with the options availability and access to this form of my financial process. Having to wait in line for check cashing is kind of a bummer but I expect that is part of the deal as it's not a traditional bank so that's really not a negative in my opinion.

I think this card becomes very useful when traveling in or out of the country or just plain simple purchases. It is simple to load and easy to check your account. Just a phone call away. I'm starting to use my card more frequently. I would definitely recommend to my friends and fully trust Walmart. I've never had any issues with this card.

Walmart MoneyCard is excellent. I really love the good customer service. Also they're always finding the right solution if there's a problem. Overall everything is great. No problems here. Once my mom told me about it I had to jump on it. I'm so glad I did.

My experience with the card has been a pleasant one, and the overall benefits were just so easy to see. The only drawback at all to Me is the 3 dollar load fee, because I again get charged a 3 dollar fee on the receivers end, and I find that UNNECESSARY! THANKS.

I love how easy it is to use and is accepted everywhere and the app is easy to use for checking balance and saving money in vault just you can get money back on every purchase when shopping online or in store.

If you lose a card and need a replacement... After a minimum of a 45-minute phone call, from recorded prompts (during which you never get to speak to a human... (never). You get a new card ordered... It takes 10 ** days to get a new card. Every other service on the planet can do it in 24-48 hours! Hell with a $10.00 upcharge. You can get a new card via FEDEX, in 24 hours from any other financial institution on the planet. Your fees for deposits and withdrawals are OUTRAGEOUS!!! A min. of 3 times (3 times) the average rate from ANY OTHER REAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTION! You are USURIOUS PEOPLE that prey on those that are abandoned by the traditional DEBIT/CREDIT card companies, the worst part of your service is that you offer NO CLIMB OUT PROGRAMS to BETTER one's credit... Bottom line you are SHILOCKS!

I am using Walmart MoneyCard purchasing items because I don't have a bank card. I get direct deposit into the card every pay day. The only thing I don't have is advances like some banks have. Other than that, it's good, so far.

Well let's see. I have gotten an email from the dispute department that my money would be credited into my account from a dispute I had with Quality Inn and it's been over a week and I have yet to see it. So right now I'm very unhappy with the service as when I said they weren't supposed to take that money as I filed a formal complaint at the hotel and corporate said I get my money back but yet y'all have not done so I'm not happy especially when you guys sent me a legal document via email saying I was being credited.

I enjoy the card. My only real complaint is I I don't understand why there is a monthly fee. My paychecks are directly deposited twice a month. If I add any more cash I have to pay a fee. So why is there a monthly fee?

Thanks for the best card in the world. I'm a proud user of the card. I tell All how awesome it is. I say get one today and you will not be sorry. I hear about other cards but smile because I am with the best card and have been for some time. Family and friends know now.

I don't like paying three dollars to load funds on to the card. Or you should do away with the monthly fees. I like the app. Being able to look up online. I like the visa card other than those things.

It is difficult to reload at registers. I have a hard time using it on certain machines. I got it for the benefit of direct deposit but it hasn't seem to work for that at all. I've had issues with direct deposit with the same card at my last two jobs.

The fees to use this card are extreme at times. I get charged $3 by Walmart Money Card plus ATM fees. I believe there is a more feasible resolution to this issue. There should not be a $3 charges in addition to the ATM fees to use your card. Thank you.

I really enjoy the convenience and usefulness of my Walmart MoneyCard, but there are definitely some things that could be better. I keep seeing ads for things like $25 bonuses, but then I'm told that they don't apply to my card because you guys have come out with yet another version of the MoneyCard. Also, it randomly gets declined for no reason, even at places I've used it before. Other than that, though, it's pretty good.

Convenient to load. I just wish there wasn't a monthly fee like the AE Bluebird card. Application seems to work well on my smart phone too. Finding ATMs on the application was a great help in going to those linked with the card to avoid fees. Happy so far.

It's a good card to have. My money is always here on time and I will recommend the card to anybody who asked me about the card. Thank you. And the people at Walmart are great when you ask them for something and they have good manners and they say "Thank you come again."

The utilization of the Wal-Mart card functions Well with every purchase. The ease of knowing my information is secure and private is why I continue to use the Wal-Mart card. I haven't experienced any delays with my funds being uploaded from my employer, they're always available every pay cycle.

My experience has been excellent. My entire family uses this card. My children who are away at school has been able to utilize this card to get funds they need for things they need. The no fee to load is the most awesome. I share with others to use this service. I don't get the % return but have no fees so I guess an open trade.

I'm happy with my MoneyCard and with the customer service experience I have received. I haven't had to call customer service too many times but when I have it has been good. I enjoy getting my payroll deposited early on my card.

I have had several over the years. This particular card has now been added as my primary direct deposit account. I have not received my first direct deposit as of yet but I expect it all to go smoothly. I do have a suggestion though. Add an overdraft option.

Recently had my card hacked and used in China or someplace like that. As soon as I noticed and called Green Dot they started working on the problem. Very pleased with results and highly recommend. Still in the middle of getting reimbursed but it has only been a couple of days since I turned in the transaction dispute forms which were simple enough and they did get the transactions canceled that were pending.

I am very pleased with the MoneyCard itself. My direct deposits come through nicely and I have not had any problems using the card. My biggest beef is Walmart that represents your card and Green Dot Bank. The Walmart in question is the one on Auto Center Drive in Glendora Ca. In first inquiring about the card, absolutely no one knew anything about it or how it operates. When I asked if the Green Dot bank was the bank used on the card, I was told that Walmart did not associate with Green Dot Bank anymore. As we found out when looking at the different cards available, that they were ALL Green Dot! This was not a good experience for new customers who are looking to try out the card. I believe the bad situation with the Glendora store and most likely other stores definitely needs to be addressed.

I have had a Walmart card for more than 4 years and I highly recommend it. It can be used at any store and online. I get my checks direct deposited and they are available as promised. It is easy to withdraw money at the register or through customer service. If you have a check that needs to be deposited, it can be added for just $3. I have traveled a lot recently and it is nice not to have to worry about getting a check. I can easily use my card and withdraw at Walmart if needed.

I have had a wonderful experience using the Walmart Money Card. I get direct deposit so my monthly fee is waived. It is easy to pull money out and convenient to get money orders for bills. I also love the cash back feature from shopping at Walmart often. I never have to worry about hidden fees or overdrafts. I can check my account balance which is updated immediately after spent. I never want to use a bank again. The only thing I can recommend is that it should have a chip for readers and it should be available to use on Samsung Pay and Apple Pay.

I have had a wonderful experience using the MoneyCard. The MoneyCard has been a life saver for me! I'm really like the MoneyCard so much that I enrolled to get another MoneyCard! Better than banking at bank! The one thing I wish using the MoneyCard is writing checks.

I've had no problems with the Walmart MoneyCard. I have requested a new card and haven't received it but that's because I moved. Other than that really simple to use on everyday purchases and online. Very fast response time to all my questions and I always talk to a human. I would definitely recommend the card to anyone. One small issue is it's not a true bank account so a lot of employers have issues with the direct deposit???

Easy card to use no fees with direct deposit now and I can shop with confidence online. That little visa logo means a lot!!! Deposits are generally fast and customer service is great

My experience with the Walmart Moneycard is great. I love it. I would tell my friends to get this card too and that they would love it also. I can use it anywhere and pay bills and order things with it too.

I love the convenience of the MoneyCard. I like the direct deposit and the ease of loading money on the card at my local Walmart. I love that there is no monthly fee and that the surcharge free ATM network. This card is awesome. The only down side I would have to say is that it doesn't connect with Apple Pay or Apple Wallet. I also wish you could transfer money to someone else's account without having to have a Green Dot card.

If the check deposit wasn't so expensive I would do it more often! Other than that everything else works fine. Some ATM fees are too expensive but it happens. Also if the fees for adding money was cheaper would be all of better to use other than Walmart's.

This card has been great! Fast service, many convenient location to load money. Also helps me control spending. I wish car rental places would accept the card for deposits though. I use it more than my bank debit card. Since it's Visa it's been great to be able to use it wherever I go.

I got the Walmart Moneycard for direct deposit for my job. It was fun to choose my own picture for my permanent card. I have never had a problem receiving my funds and it helps to keep me from overspending. It would be great if there was an ATM available that didn't charge if I needed cash without having to go to a WalMart to get it.

I am not very satisfied with the changes you have done to the "bill pay" part of the MoneyCard website. It is not easy to do anymore. I am confused by the layout and the way it works now. The other way was way easier and much better to get your bills sent out and paid. There is a 2-day wait now for you to send the money out to the utility company. My bills have been late a few times because I thought it went through and it had not. I realized this only after checking my balance and it had not changed so I went to bill pay again to put it through again. My payment was very late and charges are not cheap. I am disabled and depend on your services to pay my bills and hold my little amount of money each month. Please put it back the way it was.

I love this card! It works anywhere and is simple to use. Only wish it didn't have a loading fee and monthly fee. Sometimes the monthly fee is taken out before I can get everything paid for. The reloading fee is a huge hassle for me. Sometimes I have exactly 20 dollars, but it takes away 3 as a fee so then I have to come up with an extra 3 dollars to cover everything.

I love my Walmart money card. I really love the way I get paid every 2 Fridays and I get my money deposited to my Walmart card. So instead of having to wait until Friday to get paid, my money gets deposited to my Walmart account on Thursdays and sometimes Wednesdays! I also love how they have vault account set up, it's kind of like your own savings account. Walmart money card is awesome!

Online banking is easy and the convenience of it being through Walmart is much more accessible than most banks. I've recommended it to many people. One of my favorite features is that it won't let me keep overdrafting and I don't drown in fees.

My experience with my MoneyCard has been great. I like having control over how much money is in my account and the MoneyCard app really helps me to keep track of what I'm spending. It's also so convenient to load money to my MoneyCard when I go to Wal-Mart and get everything done.

There has been many times that I have gotten reimbursements from something that I have bought and the client returned my money to me back to my card and Green Dot never gave me my money. I call and they would tell me that it was. And it wasn't.

I am extremely satisfied with the ease of using the Walmart Prepaid VISA card. My automatic deposit of my Soc. Sec. check is available to me to spend a full 5 days early which is a blessing always. Only complaint I could even consider is it cost $3.00 to deposit even cash onto the card that isn't auto deposit, you are limited on how much you can have on deposit and you can't get cashier checks only money orders. If there wasn't a max balance and cashier checks available, I would close my regular bank account altogether and use my Wally card exclusively.

I've had to order at least 3 different cards over the past few years due to unauthorized funds being taken or duplicate to triple funds being taken during a single transaction. Customer Care usually assist and resolve the problem in timely manner but not always.

Loading should not COST 3.00 DOLLARS when it's your card and the crazy part is you can't even load at the scan and go. You have to load at the register. Also there are not enough ATM machines at the stores so you don't have to wait in line or gets fees elsewhere.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard. I like receiving my paycheck a day or two early. The only thing I don't like is being charged a service fee for using an ATM from another by Green Dot along with the service fees from the other banks. But otherwise I have no problem with my card.

Decent debit card. I just wish the monthly fee was permanently waived and it had a overdraft protection option available to me. My card is very convenient when paying bills online. Also I wish there were more ways to load money to my card, also load a check without the Ingo app. Customer should speak the English language better and be more patient.

I love the fact that my social security check is deposited early, and that I'm able to use it wherever visa is taken. The thing I don't like is that places like QVC won't take it for the payment plan and I can't see if something was declined.

I love how I get to store my very own money to the card and to the money vault and still be able to get cash back rewards and I also love that fact I can load my card at any Walmart with no problems cause it's a hassle free card to me.

I love everything about the card except the limited places to add money. I have to drive to Walmart's to add money and it's usually a 20 mile round trip. If you could load at the gas station it would help and also for free or people won't do it and you're defeating the purpose. Hope this helps.

You guys need to make your card where we can get access to our money somehow for free like cash back at the register. I'll give you one example. The other night I was at Walmart I need a cash back. I need a $20 cash money. All of my direct deposit goes on your card so I have to track into Walmart and buy something which I did need in order to get cash back but while in there I can only access self check-out due to lack of people working at registers so my choices were card only or cash only. Well guess what you can't get cash back at either one of those registers.

Only problem is using it for purchases at the gas pump. I cannot use it for purchases at the pump. Otherwise it has been a positive experience. I would recommend the card to others. Will continue to use the card for my needs.

I truly love this card. When I just started getting my life together I couldn't open a bank account and Walmart's bank card saved everything. I was able to do direct deposit, make my hotel reservations, buy my favorite Amazon items, save money in my vault when needed and send and receive money to my loved ones who need it and most of all I cant go into negative or get an overdrawn account. Love the card. Just really hate the monthly fees if you don't put over a certain amount of cash on your card. But it comes in handy when I need to have my bills paid ASAP. But I tried to do direct deposit but my job does not take the card as a direct deposit.

Have had the card for sometime now and am very happy with it. It's a very good and easy to use financial product. My only concern is the ability to talk to a person when you do call customer service. Other than that I am very pleased. I have enjoyed the experience.

Poor management. I have had plenty of problems with this service from my money not being available to be charged fees. I should not have just. Not as convenient as it should be. It should offer some other useful service too like interest. I'm sure they can afford it.

The $400 withdrawal limit is awful. Literally the worse part of your card. It should be whatever we want it to be. I keep way more than that on there, and when I travel, it is a severe inconvenience. I doubt you read these things, but you're going to lose my patronage because of that alone, if it doesn't change soon.

The price is very high to deposit a photo check and have funds available same day. Why charge a high fee on top of monthly fees, ATM fees, fees for everything. It very expensive to use everything the card has to offer. The fees makes me not want to use it as much as I use my TD Bank debit card.

I have been using the Walmart MoneyCard for a couple years, now, and have been thoroughly satisfied with the experience. It's easy to reload, accepted basically everywhere... The only drawback I have encountered so far is the inability to link things like my Square and PayPal accounts to the card. I hope this will change in the very near future.

I have had my Walmart Visa Card for several years now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Any difficulties I have they fix! There are no monthly fees, no overdraft fees, no hidden fees, no problems. I use this card for EVERYTHING from paying my bills to going on vacation. I can use this card almost anywhere. Very easy to load money since they have several places you can do it at. And the texts alerts are handy by keeping you up to date on your purchases. I'm thinking about use it for my direct deposit account in the near future. Got to wait and see how that turns out. So far it's a good debit card.

The card is simple and easy to use but the $3.00 fee sometimes seems a bit much. Plus you take $3.00 off the card each month. This is all an inconvenience. Yesterday I put money on my card and was 99 cent short for paying a bill. But because I don't need any money on my card right now, I have to go without because I would have to pay 3.00 for 99 cents. Then in a week or so you will take another 3.00 from my account. And stashing money away is not very effective either.

I use the Walmart MoneyCard to make my car payment. When I would make the payment through my bank, it would take forever to process and was sometimes late. Now, with the MoneyCard, my car payment is received on time and no issues with my bank. I will definitely continue to use this card as well as the app.

I like when the Fee is waived. I also work for Walmart stores and I get paid Tuesday but everyone else gets paid on Thursdays. I recommend this card to everyone that asks what prepaid card they should get. I also really like that you cannot overdraw your account. I can always only use what is on there. That is really great for me. My card really comes in handy.

I am very very unsatisfied with my MoneyCard experience. I've used multiple Green Dot prepaid cards over the last 5+ years and this last time has been very poor customer service... I use the customer service number for my issues and complaints and am transferred to a foreign call center where the only advice I have ever received was to Uninstall, then reinstall app and my issue will be fixed. Not once has that happened, the issue is still at hand and I am told they don't know why I'm having issues. I'm then told to cash my money orders or checks elsewhere and reload onto money card.

I use to get alerts on my balance daily. I also use to be able to text Bal and the last 4 of my card, but it doesn't work anymore. Makes me think my money isn't as safe. Has anyone else had this issue? I’m thinking of using a credit union or something. Get back to me.

To put it simply the card is my method of payment for all online activities, bills and convenience shopping. I rarely use cash unless I haven't made it into my local Walmart to put the money on the card. I do not have a bank account and my job until quite recently was paid in cash so a quick trip to your store and I was able to take care of all my bills and online needs with your card. There is even extra convenience in that as soon as the money is on my card I can begin shopping right there in Walmart for almost all my needs.

I got the card for one of the reasons no check cashing fee when reloading because I cash checks along with I have direct deposit. I was charged $3 for check cashing when I went to load an exact amount for my cable bill. I am a student and I'm on a strict budget and in debt hence why I have a prepaid debit card. Having to travel to Walmart to load the card by cashing the check was already an inconvenience because Walmart is far away but being the benefits outweighed the distance I still chose to use the MoneyCard until I found out I pay $3 check cashing fee after I traveled the distance. Now my cable was not able to be paid and what an embarrassment I had when asking the lady at Walmart why the $3 fee for check cashing. Yes $3 matters to a struggling student when payment arrangements are made! Please make your advertising more clear.

So far my experience with this card has been nothing but great. I have had no problem except for the stripe on the back wore down and was not working; I was given a replacement card within a couple of weeks which was great.

I have had no complaints with my Card. I'm glad I found out about the card. It has been a great use to me. It really helps people when they don't have a check book and no debit card. It only takes mins to get your money loaded on your card and it's ready to use.

I was looking for an alternative to a standard brick and mortar bank and this card is exactly that fit. Direct deposit comes 1 to 2 days early, I can withdraw money and speak to an actual person as long as Walmart is open. A quick stop at customer service and withdrawal is free. No monthly charges since I meet the minimum deposits. The only thing that would be nice is finding an ATM branch to work with so withdrawal is free at certain locations. Also maybe a points program for gas or maybe Wal-Mart credit. Something to work towards while using your card anyways. A+.

I love my Walmart Card. My paycheck gets deposited every week. I never have a problem with my card. I can pay my bills and not have to buy a money order. I love it. I have told many other people about how easy it is to get your check automatically deposited on to the card and not have the 3 charge to cash your check.

I did not like how I was treated by customer service when money was being taken out of my account without my permission. I never got the 80$ back. I was treated like I was stupid. The only reason I still have the card is because I get paid faster.

First of all I would like after 5 years to be able to withdraw more money out of ATM. 400 is not enough. When I go to the money center the line is awful and one person working. That is unacceptable!! I'm checking into another bank if long time customers are not taken care of.

My experience was great. I had no problems adding money nor did I have any problems making purchases. I also had no problems using my money card for online purchases. I used it to make my cor payment and to pay utility bills, car insurance, and Google purchases.

I am unhappy with my card because I got it specifically to allow me to have more access to my money and to simplify my online business dealings. When I discovered that there was a charge for every single action I could possibly make other than basically spending funds I already have loaded on the card at Walmart or going to a physical Walmart location to add more funds, I was very disappointed and have no plans to use it beyond the initial 25$ bonus I will get for a one time direct deposit that I'm going to make sure is the 250$ minimum. I love the convenience of bill pay and sending money without leaving home. I like being notified when my card is used so I know if there is any unauthorized use of my card. Only problem I have is I have to drive 56 miles to a Walmart store to load my card.

I have two accounts with WalMart money card and have enjoyed the services over the last 7-8 years. I am disappointed that banks like Wells Fargo claim they can not direct deposit my payroll due to issues with WalMart Green Dot cards. I call **. No other bank has ever made that claim. I have had very few issues and would recommend your services to anyone. If an issue does arise I know you will take care of it in a timely manner. My experience with the Walmart MoneyCard has been great. It's easy to use and load money to it. The monthly fee is very affordable. I would definitely recommend it to others. The only thing is that Wal-Mart no longer sells the exact card that I have. I have no reload fees. The new cards have a small fee applied every time you load money to it.

I use my card for EVERYTHING. Navigating online is great also. I don't have any complaints except you can't make international purchases online. I hardly ever use it for that purpose but I did end up a little frustrated when I realized I couldn't use it.

I don't like that we can no longer text bal and the last four of the card number for the balance. Also you advertise 2 days early direct deposit and it's rare that they ever post 2 days early, sometimes it only goes thru a few hours early.

I believe when you have had this card as long as I've had mine at some point it should not be required that you pay a $3 fee to load your card. That is my only issue. I also have direct deposit on this account and that should count for something. Thank you.

Have had a good experience with my money card. It serves the purpose for which it was obtain for without any problems. The international service is great for overseas purchases in which I obtained the card for, thank you.

The card works pretty well. One problem is that the fee of $2.50 for every withdrawal is pretty high though. It really shouldn't be any more than $5 a month total maybe. You can only take out $200 at a time, so say I need to take out more than that I'm already charged $5 just for that one time. That's just way too much.

I love using my Walmart MoneyCard because it is accepted everywhere, I got paid two days early, I can send money to friends and family for free without leaving the house. Has free atm withdrawals, easy to use, you can earn cash back by purchasing at Walmart or Walmart.com.

I am so happy with the card. It's my go-to card. I use it for bills, online services and I don't have to worry about payments interest or overspending. I like this card is used everywhere, hotels, gasoline stores. I like that it's not a credit-based card and yet I have a credit card when I need one as I'm rebuilding my credit.

Just wish my local Wal-Mart had a working atm. Wish that there wasn't a fee to use the atm to get cash. But I love the card overall. Is there a fee for Wal-Mart atm if a store has a working machine? That's the only downfall. Would be nice if they had designs to choose for the cards.

Too many fees. I can't just put $20 on the card because there is a $3.00 fee and you can't add less than $20 to the card. It is just another way for Walmart to nickel and dime the consumer. I was told once I added direct deposit I would not be charged to reload my card. I did that and I am still being charged. The convenience is gone with all the fees.

It's great. I've never had any issues with it. Always correct amount of money on it after the card is used. I have had 3 cards awhile back. All different numbers. Paid for something with 1 and took from all 3 of my cards and was never got straight on it either!

App for cellular phone - I would like a banking-like app for the Walmart card. I have them for other financial accounts, so... why not Walmart? The existing arrangement of email notice of balance is ok... and useful, but is a bit old technology it seems to me.

I love the fact that I have unlimited transfers from the vault. I can easily access my funds. I love the app. It's right at my fingertips. When I call in to speak to a rep I never have any problems. The wait time is a little long but I can deal with that.

My experience is good. I like it because you can't overcharge it and because it's easy to stash the money and unstash it when you need it. And I also enjoy it because it shows you all your transactions. I also enjoy it a whole lot because I was able to put my children's picture on the front of the card.

You should lower the min deposit to 10 dollars for the people like me that are on a fixed income and want to use online shopping. You should not have any service fees what so ever. Doing this would put you ahead of everyone else. Stop all charges.
