I recently had my account frozen by the state of Texas. I immediately took care of the problem with Texas and they sent in the necessary documents to release my account but it took 2 weeks for this bank to do it. It would have been a much better thing if the people I was speaking to had spoken good English.

For the most part I like the card and now that I have direct deposit it works very well for me. I do wish there were a larger network of ATM's. The nearest ATM to me is quite a distance and that requires me to go to customer service to take out larger sums of cash. Overall a good experience, just would be nicer if I had better access to cash.

I love my reloadable Walmart card… It’s such a asset... and recently when I had false charges put on my card… If you could imagine it was extremely upsetting but, when I called the support team in a turmoil the phone representatives were always so understanding, patient, and helpful but most of all they were competent... which means my money was replaced and needless to say I AM A HAPPY, SATISFIED BELIEVER IN MY RELOADABLE MONEYCARD AND WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND IT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS... Thank you.

I am pleased with the Wal-Mart MoneyCard. Only thing I feel that needs to change is different ways you are able to reload your card. I feel you should be able to walk into a Safeway or a 711 and reload it there as well. Other than that, I am very pleased!!

I have not had a problem using my card rather at the gas pump of Sam's or Walmart nor actually purchasing things on the inside of store. I am very glad that I purchased this card because it comes in handy.

Very easy and convenient to reload. The Walmart on Route 70 in Brick and the one on Route 66 in Neptune, New Jersey are very convenient for me and I use them both. I can also use and reload my card when travelling in the US.

Having this card has been great and convenient. I haven't had no problems using it anywhere or using it online. The money vault is a great thing. I use it often. The whole thing is just great all around.

The $5 monthly fee and $3 fee for adding funds is ridiculous. The one I have the most issue with is the monthly fee. Expecting people in this economy to have $1000 to play with is not likely to happen.

Five dollars a month for a service charge is understandable. However, after checking my balance I hardly had any money left to spend. To me 2.50 to find out how much money I had in my account was absolutely absurd. I didn't see that one coming???

Approx 3-4 times I have had to call in due to app not working. I have not once gotten a rep whom I can understand. Since my app doesn't always work I'm unable to access my vault and the reps tell me they can't help. I will be using this card another month or so then switch to a different company. Not once have I been satisfied with customer service.

When using this card it was great and a depend card for me and it help with my online shopping and great from paying bills online. This card is so great. And I will recommend this card to anyone who is looking for a great debit without the overdraft problem. Let you spend your that is put on your card.

I've enjoyed being able to use this card for my direct deposit. I wish I was able to use any atm and not just the ATMs at Walmart. It does make shopping easier than having to carry cash everywhere. Thank you for having such a card available.

I just wanted to say that my experience has been very enjoyable and the only thing that I can think of is the surcharge for using another ATM. You could also add other card designs and put a chip in the card. There is also the charges for not using the card and not having direct deposit.

I love how the card works. The only issue I have with my card is sometimes when I swipe the card it doesn't read. This usually only happens at Walmart. It works fine almost everywhere else. But at Walmart stores it takes 5 or 6 swipes to get it to read and sometimes they have to type in the numbers. 95% of everywhere else I swipe it it works the first try.

I am extremely happy with the Walmart MoneyCard. It is accepted almost everywhere and I have had absolutely no trouble whatsoever. I would and have recommended this card to people. You can rest assured that your money is safe and secure.

Upon speaking to customers service reps I received little information on small fees attached to my account, also I was hung up on and was told I pretended to not give authorization on the fees. Not good customers at all.

Since I had my card everything has been great. If there are any fraudulent charges they get taken care of quickly. I really like using it and would recommend it to anyone. When I lost my card replacement were out within days .The card is very easy to fill.

I really like using my card. It makes things a lot easier when shopping and paying bills. I have gotten my granddaughter to get one of your cards for her use. She really likes using it for everything too. I would recommend your card to others.

I have used my Walmart MoneyCard for over 10 years. The only problem I've had is disputing two transactions in all these years. The process isn't helpful. Also I'm not sure I believe in the stash giveaway. Never won, can't see who won!

I have been using your card for many years now and the two times I have had a problem your customer service has been very helpful and very quickly resolved the issues. I have recommended the Walmart MoneyCard to many other members of my family and many friends. To sum it up Love it.

Although the person who handled my complaint was courteous and patient I still think the parameters that she was allowed to operate within were a little shallow and should more realistic for the times we live in . Especially since GreenDot's error could've affected my credit score significantly had I not scrambled to borrow the money to pay my bills. So a $10 compensation for the headache I endured not once but twice certainly isn't suitable. Their However that's what GeeenDot considers a resolution - so be it!

I'm really pleased with the ease of use with my Walmart MoneyCard and I like that I can follow my cash back and my entries into the sweepstakes. I like having my savings catcher and Walmart pay connected to my card, it's convenient and it saves me time in the checkout line.

Since having the Visa debit card and being able to have my paycheck loaded onto it and utilize it as a Visa it's been the best kind of ever owned and I don't have people knocking on my door asking for payment or I'm late on my payment. I highly recommend having one.

I've been trying to get my last name changed for over 2 years on this card. Is there any way this can possibly be done ASAP please, other than that I love the card. I need the last name to be ** not **. I definitely appreciate your help in advance.

There needs be a way talk to live person more easier. Customer service is horrible. Never can talk to live person when needing help. This needs be changed. Other than that it's ok. The good thing is the direct deposit is earlier and the app as well.

I have only had my money card a short time but have been very happy with the results and the service that I get. The card is very convenient and I get my Social Security check two to three days earlier than I used to which is wonderful!

I know the monthly charges and they never vary... love my direct deposit and I get my check sooner with it!! I recommend the Walmart MoneyCard to people I know and my family. I never have to worry about my card being declined because I know what is on my card at all times with the convenient app that allows you to check on balance and purchases!

Good Service. I wish there were more places (other than Walmart Store) to load money on card. I have direct deposit for paycheck, but it would be so much easier if there were banks that would load funds onto the card.

You need to implement the ability to add money to card at the self checkouts. I have to wait in line everytime I load my card. Self checkouts are almost always available. I also think that $1000 is steep on when you don't get charged for reloads. I think that if you have had your card as long as I have, you should get a reduced or 0 charge for reloads.

The card is easy to load, easy to use and can be used anywhere. It is simple to keep track of my balance online, or review my purchases. It offers a low monthly fee and convenient direct deposit. Safer than carrying cash and I would recommend it highly.

My card works almost everywhere. Vault is a great feature but lacks financial incentives. Some groups ie: Venmo don't accept it. Adding a picture to my card is an awesome conversation starter. For some reason my account password doesn't work and needs to be changed often.

It's way too high to pay you all $5 of my money each looking to change to someone else. I need my money. I work part time and it does not help plus I spend so much money at your store I should not have to pay a fee. It's not like you all do anything to my card or I need to call you guys for help. Also the $25 to open account was a lie. Have not got it at all.

I just received my card in the mail, I haven't had a chance to actually use the card. I would like to say it's a great feeling to have a VISA debit that I can use on vacation. It's great to know Walmarts are all over the country. I wanted to know if you already have one card can you get another for a "company" or non-profit group. The cashier was great and answered all the concerns I had about signing up for the card. So I got one!

I've had the Preferred Walmart MoneyCard for several years and it's my main card. When $500 or more is loaded on to the card the monthly maintenance fee is waived and there is no fee to load money on the card. I pay bills, shop online and use the ATM with this card. The customer service is also A-1. I recommend this Excellent Prepaid Card for everyone to use.

Due to certain issues that hit my family recently my credit score has tanked and for awhile I was making due without a bank account/debit/credit card. Tons of extra fees piling on for cashing paychecks and buying Visa gift cards to pay bills and order things online. While this does have its fair share of fees they're manageable and it allows a way to help me get back on my feet and hopefully improve my credit score.

My experience over the years I have had this card are all good. When I had one problem of someone making unauthorized purchases, the matter was quickly resolved and the money returned. I prefer this card to any other.

Would have gave 5 stars but when I had direct deposit at my last job I wasn't charged any monthly fee because I had over 1000 being deposited. I got a new job with even more money being deposited each month and now I'm being charged a monthly fee. And no one can give me a good enough explanation as to why I'm all of a sudden being charged.

Website is user friendly, love being able to have text message alerts about account information & received my first direct deposit one day earlier than I was expecting! Debit information is available immediately online. So far the service from Walmart MoneyCard is equal or better to my prior experience with online banking at BB&T. I would absolutely recommend to friends & family.

I like the Walmart MoneyCard. But you seem to make it very difficult to move money to another account (non-Green Dot). This is not my primary bank account and I use it for budgeting certain things. I might stop using the card if there is no way to electronically transfer funds between banks.

I love the card so far. I have had several direct deposits. The only thing is that I still haven't got my $25 credit for depositing over $250 in my account. It's been over 10 days and I've had several deposits and still haven't got my $25 credit that Walmart said I would get with a $250 deposit within 60 days of car registration. I have not got it yet.

I was under the impression when I got the card I was to receive the card with the cashback rewards and the ability to order and use checks if I desired. Customer Service desk at Walmart told me I did not have that and I would have to cancel my card and order a whole new one. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with my card.

The Wal-Mart MoneyCard has really helped me keep a budget, pay my bills on time and keep up with my daily balance from paycheck to paycheck. I also know, for the most part, when each check is automatically deposited on my card. That helps me know when to pay certain bills. Thanks Wal-Mart.

I have had the Walmart MoneyCard for a few years. In all I have not had any problems. I have my payroll direct deposit as well as my retirement check. The fact that my money is there a day before payroll is very good. It has saved me on a few occasions. I use it to pay bills online... very convenient. The only thing that I would recommend is that there is an alternate way to obtain a new card if you lose your card other than having to wait until it comes in the mail. We should be able to present all the necessary ID to go to a Walmart store and get a temp ID card. All in all it's a very option to have a Walmart MoneyCard and I would highly recommend it. It's a great card... However I'm not understanding why I'm negative 130.00. I could only take out what I put in so that is my only dispute. I have social security depositing starting the 3rd of each month. I put 400 in. I took or spent 400 if you will. I don't believe there is overdraft protection cause I spent what I put in 400. But it shows negative 130. I just don't understand that one. All in all great card. Great store. Great people. Great service. Thank you.

This card is very easy to use but my favorite part is the vault bank. It makes it so easy to save money. I would and do recommend this card to everyone I know. I use it for direct deposit, ATM, and shopping both online and in store all the time.

It takes too long to reach a live person if you have a concerns that is other or something not listed in your automated system. Please comprise an easier system to reach a live person. Sometimes what I may call about may not be a choice listed on the automated system.

Loading - I think when loading your whole paycheck there should be no charge. If you load more than 750.00 instead of 1000.00 there should be no charge and if you load your paycheck there should be no monthly charge at all.

I love that fact that it is easy to use & that every time I use it I get cash back either in store or online. I also love the easy to use app that I downloaded. It helps me so much when I want to check my balance or transactions.

After i contacted the company the representative went over the information given when purchasing the card. You do get free loads but that is when cashing a check and loading. It was written there plain as day. I guess if I took the time to read and not assume I would not be in this mess. Thank you Green Dot for your patience and time. You do have a great service, and great customer service, and I will continue using it and recommend it to others.

They can't find my address so I must not live there. They can't get the personalized card sent to me. They don't use PO Boxes and they can't find my actual address. Finally just cut up the card. It was a joke after the sixth time talking to customer service.

I enjoy the money card. I don't use it for a bank card anymore but I still use it to keep the money that I can spend separate from my bill money. It is nice. I got one when I needed a way to keep track of my money. I used them to separate my money into more manageable sections.

I love the money card. It is very useful. I don't like the $3 fee. I wish when we go to take money off the card that we are not charged. Please if you all can take care of this problem it would be greatly appreciated. I use to get charged then I didn't. Now I get charge again.

I don't agree with being charged a fee every time I personally load money on the card. Especially when we have so much every month being deposited from our payroll accounts. It just seems excessive to me when we deposit over the amount to have the monthly fee waived.

I have been very pleased with the service from this card and Green Dot bank. I initially switched because of overdraft fees from banks. With this account, I have much more control over my money without paying a chunk in fees. Overall, I am very happy with this company and plan to stick around for a while!

Great for payments, buying gifts, also excellent for direct deposit. I would recommend this card for your college student who's going away from home to school. You can just load the card instead of going to a Western Union to send money.

Have had a couple of problems with fraudulent charges to my card, but you were great in helping me to stop these. You replaced my card both times and even refunded the charges to my accounts. Will continue to use my card for everything.

The MoneyCard advertise that you can get paid up to two days early with direct deposit. I have yet to receive pay two days early, thinking about changing cards because of the false advertising. I hope the system gets better. That's the only problem.

There was issues with honest record keeping and releasing my money (timely).There was problems with timely mobile alerts and keeping track of my money... The automated system could be better and online services could better. Customer service at on site Walmart locations should be able to help resolve issues with my card.

The card is great. No hidden fees. I've had it for 2 years. I receive my paycheck two days early. The customer services is great when I have questions. I would definitely recommend Walmart MoneyCard to my friends and family. The card has great benefits.

I have never had any issues with my Wal-Mart MoneyCard. Every time I have spoken to customer service they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Online access is user friendly and very easy to navigate. I prefer the website to update my information and review my account. I would recommend others to get one.

I am overall satisfied with the card, but since the card is not issued and supported by a standard national/international bank I have had issues using it with services like PayPal, for example. If we can't use PayPal then I want an easy method for Wal-Mart MoneyCard users to transfer money back and forth between other Wal-Mart MoneyCard users. Also, if I need to make an ATM withdrawal at a Wal-Mart store, using a Wal-Mart MoneyCard I shouldn't be getting fined a surcharge because it's Wal-Mart's Card being used at Wal-Mart's store. If Wawa can do away with surcharges on ATMs at their stores and locations, Wal-Mart should be able to do the same, if only for just their Wal-Mart MoneyCard users.

My experience with Walmart MoneyCard has been good. I'm able to load my card easily in stores when systems are working. The only concern I have is the 3.00 reload fee. Everytime that gets to me and makes me want to go big bank. That is all.

I believe the card should have a chip and be updated and they need to be more accurate with the 3% back on all Walmart purchases that I have not seen since I've had the card for 2 years. Otherwise the card is great. I wish they report to the credit bureau. And that's all I really have to say. Otherwise I'll still keep using the card.

I don't know what card is on my account but it is not this one. I can't check my account on the web and I can't call you all to see what is wrong. That the only thing I have a problem with. When I call to see what is in my account most of the time the recorder said not the right number. It takes three times to get it.

I absolutely love my Wal-Mart prepaid card. I only pay a $3 monthly fee and I love the online vault feature. It makes me feel like my money is protected and secured from any possible overdrafts and theft. I highly recommend this card to anyone!

Everything has been great, my only issue is every time I would like to upload a check it's 3 dollars, if I want to upload actual cash they charge for that, like 5 dollars. Other than that it's been great. Thank you.

I was a little unsure about how the money card would work. I was pleasantly surprised of how easy it was to great the card, access the money and track it. Your card has made be able to stash money for a rainy day along with giving me the ability to use it by paying my bills online instead of going to get a money order to send money. Thank you!!!

I remember when if you was cashing your check and putting funds on your Walmart card, there was NO FEE. Now they charge you to cash it but not to put the funds on your card. I feel that it should go back to the old way of doing business. Not everyone's jobs offers direct deposit, so that they can enjoy the free perks. FOOD FOR THOUGHT!!!

The worst experience ever... had my card charge by people in San Francisco. Call it in and was told all they can do is wait for the money to be deducted then file a claim... or have the card cancel and a new one will be send and takes 7day to get. Like really. Was on vacation out of state with my 8yr old... so I decided to withdraw what I had and I have not reloaded it again. Smh.

I highly recommend this card. The cash back is great. Anytime I've had a problem customer service has been very helpful. I like the fact I can stash money away. It really helps me save. I'm able to get my tax refund faster. This card really helps me keep track of my money and what bills I've paid. It's easier than having a checking account. Plus no hidden fees.

The only issue I've had has been with deposits. The last deposit made was made early enough in the day for it to be available that day and it didn't show up until the next day. Also there was a promotion that if you direct deposited $250 you would give us $. Nothing yet.

No surprise overages, faster deposits than a regular bank. And you earn cash rewards! I actually even have a regular checking account but prefer to only use our Walmart card. It gives me security in knowing that the money will not just disappear, I know exactly where it's going and it gets there faster.

I haven't had any trouble at all with my card and I also love the vault option. I get my check direct deposited and it is always there before my co-workers get theirs. It's a great card. I would like to choose a pic for my card like some other cards offer but that's the only thing I can think of that I would like to change as of right now. Thank you guys.

I am so very pleased with the use and service of my card. All my needs are met and any issue I have ever had resolved both quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this card to anyone. It can be used anywhere the same as any bank card and it is secure... truly provides peace of mind.

Have had a wonderful experience. Always recommend to friends. If I have problems and need to call customer service I have a good experience. If I need to find my account balance on the go I can check on my phone or on my computer. I can also check on past purchases thru my phone.

Overall I've been very satisfied with my Walmart MoneyCard, my one issue I have with it is the twenty dollar deposit requirement. There are times I would like to add money to my account but it is less than the twenty dollar deposit that is required to make a deposit. I would like this policy to be changed because it would help me very much in my financial transactions.

Walmart MoneyCard is a great card and has been perfect for myself. I had only a few problems with the send and receive money option of my card, however each issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Also the black Visa card is hard to read because of the numbers and card both being black.

I've had my card for years. That's what I use for my direct deposit in which is my only account but there has been several occasions when I needed to pay my bills and for some reason your systems were being updated and it took several days before I could use my card or even get money orders or pay my bills online and it was very frustrating. I also had late fees which I did not appreciate that. So when y'all update the systems you need to make sure our funds are available when we need. Some people only live on the money that is put on those cards.

I reported 2 unauthorized payments on my card. They closed my card without contacting me causing me to not be able to make necessary purchases and embarrassment. And without so much as contacting me they allowed the purchases and closed the cases. I have now contacted Attorney General. We have found this company had a habit of charging for purchases well before trial time was over. ALL other banks have refunded their clients money. WALMART MONEYCARD HAS NOT.

The money card is easy to load and I haven't had any trouble using the card. I would recommend it to my friends and family. I've used my card at different places and haven't had any trouble so far. It's convenient and only takes a few minutes to load.

I liked the texting for my balance. It was always faster than calling, and the balance I automatically get now is NOT accurate, so hopefully you get that feature back. Otherwise I have no complaints with the card. I recommended the Walmart card to my sister too.

I have had Zero issues using this card. Have my payroll DD on it. Been using the Walmart MoneyCards for several years. Fees are far more reasonable than any bank. I would recommend this card to anyone. I have never had any problems using the card.

The young man who took my call was very courteous and understood the problem immediately. I was charged a Fee of 3.00 dollars, understand that no Fees apply if over 1000. dollars are deposited in account per month. He expedited the removal and I could see on account quickly. This reinforced my confidence in choosing this service. Thank You.

I enjoy using my card. I like the rewards back at Walmart and wish it was more the 1%. I would use it a lot more at Walmart for that. I also wish when depositing money (cash) and a check it didn't require two transactions. That cost me the fee twice.

I enjoy my card. I have no complaints. I enjoyed my experience. I think you should leave things the way they are. I feel you will lose customers when you change things. I don't think I will stay a customer. Unless I know nothing will change.

My experience has always been pretty satisfying. The only problem I have is in customer service. People are always very nice, just a little hard to understand. But all in all I can always count on my Walmart card app to portray the correct balance at any time.

Just wish you could deposit check other than work related to the account. Love the card. Hate when get personal check from people. Have to find a bank to cash them. This is the only account I have. Wish there was a bank around so you could use it like a regular bank account. Guess I don't like the deposit part of the card.

Need to be compatible with Android and Samsung Pay and the fee needs to be waived at Walmart if you're cashing and depositing it into the Walmart card, also customer service should be people who speak a little clearer. It is difficult to understand some of the agents that take your call, doesn't make me feel my account is protected.

The card and services makes it very easy to take care of personal things as if I had a bank. I haven't had any issues other than calling customer care and speaking with a representative. But I would recommend the Walmart card to anyone that needed a reliable card to use personally and for business.

I have called several times to request a card for my wife. We are always asked to provide answers to a couple security questions. We answer the questions. Walmart says sorry it does not match, but will not tell us what is wrong? I give them an F...

I have had no major problems with the Walmart MoneyCard. There are a few little things that nag me. Several times a year I am charged a fee because my check for the 3rd of the month is posted early. No one sends me $3 when you post 2 checks in one month. I get 12 checks a year. I tried to complain about these fees and I reached a person who spoke English but I could tell they were following a flow chart. It is frustrating to complain and all the while know that the person on the other end has no idea why you are upset.

When you are calling in to question a transaction they automatically shut off your card and you can't get it back on. And you charge way too many fees. 3.00 for every load, 3.00 monthly. That is ridiculous. I can't do direct deposit cause I would have to go into the office where I get my money from every month and I am disabled. So it is nearly impossible for me to do so. Horrible, horrible customer service!

I have used the card for a few years. It is good to have. You can use it like a credit card without over doing it. You can only spend what you put in. It is good for those learning to spend wisely. It is also good for those that can't quite get credit but need a card occasionally.

It’s awesome... paycheck goes on it. No standing in line to cash. If I need to add money I go to any register in Walmart to do so... no hassles. Use my card just about anywhere. Daily texts of balance... and easy calls to check balances.

I'm so glad that I switched over to the Walmart Direct Deposit on the MoneyCard. It's fast, easy, and I can use my card anywhere. Compared to other banks and third party sources I am can honestly say that I am happy with my services. I have told my friends and family to switch over to Walmart MoneyCard. It's very convenient.

I have had a good experience overall but I do think the monthly fee is uncalled for. Also every time I load money on my card the receipt gives me a different balance than what is really there. So I always think I have more than I really do. Thankfully I've caught on and have started to call my card as well or go online and check balance so I know the correct amount. I had to call twice to check the status of a $25 reward for signing up for direct deposit. It was promised within 10 business days and that promise was overdue. It took 14 business days and two weekends, a total of 18 days.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the card. If I had a problem it was always solved the first time, so I would highly recommend this card. I love the stash cash method. Now I can put money to the side and know I have something in case of an emergency.

This is a really excellent card. Personally I have no troubles loading money on to the card. It's simple and you don't have to worry about the banks taking your money. Can do your shopping online or use it just about anywhere.

I have had a bad experience with my card. I tried getting money off my card. But I couldn't because it wouldn't swipe. When ordering a new card it cut my card off. So I have been without money for a week. Still haven't received my new card. I have a family to take care of. So the cards shouldn't be cut off or Walmart should be able to type it in at the money center.

I'm satisfied for the most part. I've been with you for a few years and have only had to call a couple of times. I feel it's safer to use a pay as you go card than a bankcard that has all your money and better than a credit card that rips you off with all the interest.

I think it's great. Having this Walmart Card has helped a lot. I have no questions about it. I've not had any major issues with the card since I've been using it. I Like the card but the fees every month is ridiculous if I get direct deposit. Also no ATM that doesn't charge fee close by. Not even Walmart atm. A lot of places also doesn't accept the card. The design is not appealing. Think there shouldn't be limit on the amount of money you can load and save on the card.

I have had this account for about 5 years... & on 7/4/17 Someone hacked my account, changed my password & transferred my money to themselves... (left me with $.29). I didn't see the email until the next morning. The Walmart Money Card people were great! Canceled my account, And I will be receiving a check for the money taken.

My experience with Walmart Money Card has been Great! They are always courteous and go over and beyond to solve any issue. They are the best in helping with savings while keeping me informed of my balance and offering rewards at the same time. They even give me my monthly check early. Thanks Walmart for a job well done.

When I first started my direct deposit a few months ago, my check came in late Wednesday night. Between 12:00 and 12:30 am, for several weeks it did this, and now it doesn't come in until after 4:00 am... Just wondering whats going on. Thanks.

The Walmart MoneyCard is excellent. I've been using it for over a year now. I like the fact that I have access to an up to date balance at all times. I also like the fact that I can write paper checks from the account if I need to do so and not worry about balancing a checkbook.

It is easy to use and economical, your account information is kept confidential. I have had this account for several years now. I have recommended this company to several coworkers and friends. I get my check 2 days early through direct deposit.

I am grateful there is a Walmart MoneyCard. Many Americans in this economy can't afford high banking fees and live paycheck to paycheck. It's great to be able to buy online and pay bills online. It's simply affordable for almost anyone. It's an incredible service. Excellent Product.

Not pleased. Why do I have to pay for a card that my money goes on? I have a traditional bank account. I use this to save a few pennies every pay week. I feel like this should be a free service. I am seriously considering going with another card service that has no fees.

I love my Walmart money card. I also love the setup of the Walmart money card app. However I'm very unhappy as I recently got married. I wanted to change the last name on my account as well as my card because that's my legal name now and I was told that I couldn't do that. I would have to open a new whole account. Which means I would lose out on all my benefits that I have received on that account. Happy but disappointed.

I have had a MoneyCard for almost ten years and I am very pleased with all the services. I share a student card with the child, and it's very convenient to give her money. I find loaded the card easy and there are lots of locations to do so. I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard, just about everyone takes the card. I load once - twice month and do all my spending on it. I pay my bill, purchase grocery, personal items, household. I also use it with PayPal and online from companies. I have called about three times and have always been answered quickly and helped instantly. I had issues with an withdrawal and I called customer service and was refunded money back couple days. I even get cash back at end of year just by using the card when I shop at Walmart in store and online. I am going to try the vault beginning of next month. I can't wait. I love this card. I will recommend to anyone. I have an account so I can see all my transactions. I'm very happy with it and don't have to worry about overdrawing. Get one now.

I love my prepaid Visa debit card and would love it even more if I had a line of credit to work on my credit score and I most likely would spend some of that line of credit and my local Walmart in my neighborhood like I spend my well made money still this day. Thanks.

Never have problems until income tax return time. Hate the limits in withdrawal from the card. Need to be higher. Other than that it is perfect for me. I would recommend this card for anyone that is constantly monitoring their account like I do. Always up to date when I check it.

I wish there were a way I could transfer my funds from my checking on to my card without going to the store. I don't want direct deposit from my pay because sometimes I don't have the extra funds. I would like to be able to do this on line.

Walmart stated my check would come two days earlier and because of this I switched from my bank account. Since then I receive my direct deposit now at 4 something in the morning which is an inconvenience because my check used to deposit way before then.

Nice to be able to make deposits and/or withdrawals 24/7. Wish there were a few more ATMs for convenience. Customer service is always helpful and the direct deposit is very convenient, helps me control my spending. Wish they had a savings account so could earn interest.

I don't like when I tell I report a purchase on my account and I have to wait 10 days to get my money back when my other bank gives me my money back right away! And you guys take too long to investigate! If someone would steal my card I have no type of protection from you guys! That's is horrible service.

Have always been satisfied with your service, but have been unable to access my account for over a week. Told we are fixing the problem, but yet to see any results. I left 2 others companies who failed to provide me with basic information, and been with this card for years, but now keep getting told it's being fixed. I work hard for my money and now told to hang on? I'm very confused and left questioning your service.

I love my card. It work good for it is very easy for me to add money on to my card with no problem. You can manage your account card with no problem and you can go get money off the card with no problem.

I love the fact that I can get my paycheck earlier and that I can pay online bills with ease. I will recommend your card to anyone!! I'm sure that you will be going to chip cards soon? It would be neat if you could personalize the card with images and or pictures.

Although there have been a couple hiccups with the service in the past year, my overall experience is a pleasant one. I would definitely be lost without this card. If I have to call customer service the staff is always pleasant.

It's a rip-off. Read hundreds of reviews of many other people complain of losing their hard earned money after deposits to their account. Wish I had known this before. I now use other cards and only use your card when I know I'm going to spend it up quickly. I also changed stores. I read the same canned responses as I received. "We believe you took the money out and will provide additional info." But it never comes. TERRIBLE THIEFS... PS...I asked my name to be corrected from BERNA TO VERNA but you guys said that you would correct it when I ordered a new card but you never did...sad.

I get charged 6 dollars for using it. 3 to load it then 3 comes off balance and I don't like it! Why do I get double charged? I use it to pay bills and always get shorted because of this problem! Takes 20 to put the 3 back that was taken! Very unfair for fixed income!

I love my Walmart money card. It is very easy to use to pay what you need to pay. It was easy to purchase and put money on it. The only thing that bothers me is that you have to wait so long to get your card with your name on it. I got my card and put my money on it then I had to activate it before I could load the rest of my money. I think that if you use the card at least 3 times a month you should not be charged the monthly fee.

I've been with Walmart for quite a few years. I started with a Visa and I the last couple of years switched to a Mastercard. I'm very happy with my account. I love that I get my deposit a couple days early. It helps tremendously. I have and would recommend your cards to others. I use my card exclusively to rent cars and to pay for things online. It's perfect for that and I've never had a problem with the funds not being there when I put money on the card. I'd recommend it to all my friends for sure, discrete service.

I really love the fact that my money is released a couple days early, helps me out a lot! The only thing I don't like about my card is that I can't take more than a few hundred out of the atm. I have even called to see if they can raise my limits at the atm, so I can pull rent money out, but was told no. Also just recently I went to a fee free atm, but was still charged by the Walmart MoneyCard, a $2.50 atm fee... I don't understand that. Overall it's a great card, very grateful to have it!

I have had no real issues with the card. I have not found anyplace I could not use my card. So I do recommend it to people all of the time. I use it mainly when I don't want to use my regular bank debit card.

This card is easy to use and add funds to. I have no problem with it at all. The only thing is it would be nice to change images on your card if you did not like the one you have but other than that I have no complaints about my card.

I like using this card to make a few online payments and also for ordering online. It has always worked great for me. I have never had any problems with using, or understanding this card. Everything's great! Your reloading fee is a bit still high. I have another card with you and your fees are still too high and your log in is sometimes difficult to get to when I want to see something on my account. Otherwise everything is great. Thanks!

Our experience with the Walmart MoneyCard has been very positive. We have had no problem using it anywhere and the website is very user friendly. We both, husband and I, have direct deposit and get our paychecks one to 2 days early, which really helps sometimes.

Never had any problems getting my money on time or transactions on purchases. When I call customer service always got the help that I needed anytime I call And I never had any trouble getting online orders. Another my card is always safe from anybody hacking it.

As far as I can remember I've not had any problems with my card... My app updates almost immediately after I make a transaction which I like. The notification option for when you spend over a certain amount or atm withdrawal is a nice feature. Only thing I wish I had was a savings account.

First of all, you guys send way too much email. It's ANNOYING!! I'm on the verge of putting you on my blocked list. I get something from Walmart Moneycard almost everyday! Again, IT'S ANNOYING!!! Second, I bought the card for $1 and immediately was charged another $3 or $4 on the card. Won't be using it again... which means you can STOP sending all the email because once again, IT'S ANNOYING!!!

Have truly enjoyed my Walmart Money Card. Have had one deposit on it almost 5 yrs and this month I added a second deposit on it. Love getting paid a couple of days earlier. That helps out a lot. Only thing I don't like is the $2 fee for using the teller even at Walmart. Would recommend Walmart debit card to my friends and its cool no late fees.

I got the Walmart MoneyCard when citizens closed my husband's account without any notice. I didn't like the fact that they kept our money without releasing it to us for another 3 weeks. So turned to the money card to deposit my check from Walmart into it. We have since opened another account but my check stays at money card. I will not change it.

I was trying to find out the reason I can't get my balance by text anymore. Customer support told me that it's a glitch in the system and that it is being worked. This is an extremely huge inconvenience.

I had the Emerald green card thru H&R Block and I had no monthly fee. I switch to this Walmart Green Dot with a 5.00 monthly fee which I dislike so I am strongly considering going back to my prior prepaid card. I will never understand why consumer be charge to do business with a prepaid card. You charge 5.00 fee monthly and 4.00 to add money on card. I think it's a waste.

Great experience! Love the Walmart MoneyCard. I have had no problems. I have had mine for years. I have my paycheck direct deposited so I don't pay a fee every month. I have no need to go back to the bank. The card has been accepted everywhere. Needed a replacement and they were very prompt in getting me a new card.

Card is everything it advertises to be. I've had no negative experiences to date to report. I have my Social Security benefits direct deposited to the Walmart VISA card and I'm very pleased with it. I'd recommend it to others. The only negative thing I can think of is the card design. I'd rather it be blue.

First you charge me to cash my check. Then you charge me to load my card when it is done the same time I cash my check and you charge every time I use it. I'm getting tired (of the charges). Getting ready to do something different. Tired of wasting my money. It cost me 6 dollars just to get my paycheck on my card.

I love how the direct deposit from my work always comes in a day early on Thursday instead of Friday. I have never had any issues with my Walmart money card. Green Dot has always been courteous and has always responded quickly and appropriately to any issues that has come up.

No response to email disputing a charge. Long time on hold when calling. Customer Service reps don't speak English and will only tell you to go the website and send an email which obviously hasn't worked. I also needed a new card because mine is damaged but usable. Apparently no way to do that without my account being locked until the new one arrives. Another long wait on hold to get no help.

My card was stolen and fraudulent charges were made, each time I call to inquire about my dispute I'm treated like a criminal. I wasn't even provided a provisional credit. I have still heard nothing. It's been over ten days, I'm confused.

I think the system would be more efficient if you could suspend individual cards especially secondary cards if needed. I tried to suspend the card and in order for me to do that I would have had to report my cards stolen and have my cards reissued. Didn't think that was all too right considering the fact I have two cards. One for me one for my wife and I wasn't able to just to suspend one until we were able to find the one or maybe we left it at home and get back to it just to where we can secure it and then have that card reinstated. So maybe that would be an option Walmart wants to look into down the road.

I have never had any type of problem with my card and any time I ever had a question about something my concerns were never a concern after speaking with a customer service rep. including the time I was over drafted for my monthly fee that I had forgotten about.

I live in a place with an "invalid address". The only I can receive mail is with a PO Box. They won't deliver to a PO Box!!! Everyone else will (even the IRS). It's just very upsetting and when you call and select "English" you don't get a real English speaker.

I came in to cash a check, I wanted a money order in the amount of $800 along with reloading $200 on my money card. I have cashed checks before while reloading my card and was told by the customer service rep. I wouldn't be charged a fee. I thought it was free to reload when cashing a check. I was charged a $3.00 fee to reload my card.

I have had my WalMart MoneyCard for 5 or 6 years and I love it! I have never had any issues with my Direct Deposit or in using my card. I get paid approximately 2 days early, which I really like. My card looks just like any one else's card. I like always knowing what my balance is.

I received 15000 dollars as backpay, it was placed on my card, I opened a real bank account where I am putting the money into. But because of restrictions, I lose money for all the fees and transactions. I called customer service and followed their instructions, and I now have lost even more money.

I like most of the features with this card, but I log in everyday from my phone. Save my settings and every day I have to re-enter them. The site will not recognize the IP address on my device. I also do not agree with the amount I have to sacrifice to access my money through an ATM.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard, I have no fees, because of the amount that I have deposited each month. I also get my paycheck a day sooner than my coworkers due to early direct deposit. I can check my balance anytime on the app or on the website which also gives me easy access to my direct deposit information should I need. My transactions are also easily accessible on the web and app, and are laid out in a easy to read manner.

As far as the money card itself I have no complaints. The customer service is where the issue itself lies. I had some issues with my card and tried to get another card so that my husband could be on the same account. Was not able to do that. I had issues with my card being used by a family member and turned my card off and it took two weeks for me to receive a new one and I had no access to my money in this two weeks.

I know it's only $3, but when you have to pay $3 to reload the card every time that adds up. That's all I really dislike about my experience with Walmart MoneyCard. The thing I do like is there is no min. limit of money you have to have in your account before the account charges you a fee like in most banks.

I love my card. However, I am a bit disappointed that it doesn't have the pin and chip feature like bank cards. I am currently in England and have had to carry cash as the shops and historical sites only take pin and chip debit cards. I would feel a lot safer if I'd have been able to use my debit card. I have had and used Walmart Money Prepaid Card for several years now. I have had very little to no problems with my account. I truly appreciate the convenience and the consistency on getting my check early most weeks. I don't like that some places don't view it as a valid card.

It has been great other than when I forgot and used all the money in my account and thought my account would be closed and I was told because it was Direct Deposit I was fine. Also because I have a little over $1000 deposited every month I was charged a fee, I am happy with my account.

This money card told me I had money on my card. When try to get my return experience money back it declined me 5 times but it charged me. Each time I tried to get the money off then after calling customer service twice upset in line at Wal-Mart. They took my money off my card. When and I never got on back. I was stuck. I gateway this card.

I really love my Walmart MoneyCard! It was easy to set up, very easy to use, and extremely convenient. The customer service department is fantastic too. I had an issue with my card and I had a replacement one I. My hands again in just a few short days. I also like the "stash" feature where you can put some money aside to save for a rainy day.

Can't get customer service, having a hard time logging in online. Never sure about withdraws and where the money goes. When it does work it is nice. Almost at the point I am ready to go to bank for a debit card.

I have had a great experience with Walmart Money Card. I get my paycheck direct deposited to my card and I am able to get paid a day sooner. I also like that my money card will give my transaction details such as dates and locations. I can check for last deposit dates and I am very satisfied with my Walmart MoneyCard.

I love the card. Would be nice if we could actually bank with it. It's hard always going to an atm to withdraw. Also check fees are expensive. Other than that I love the card. I'm excited to transfer between accounts.

I had no problem using my card but I do find it annoying to have a monthly fee for the months you have not used your card. For example, when I loaded my card I had a 10 dollars in the negative for months that I did not need.

The ATM at Walmart wasn't working so I looked online at your site to find one and thought great I wont be charged 2.50 fee and then 2.50 from Republic Bank as assumed it was a Green Dot or you wouldn't have it on your site. Well, I still got charged a 2.50 ATM fee and then the bank charged me 2.50 so I went out of my way to save money and this didn't happen. It is confusing that you have these locations where customers can go to and still have to pay a fee. Other than that I like the card okay. I did call customer service about this and the lady was no help at all and I couldn't really understand her as there was a language barrier. Thank you!
