Have not received direct deposit nor paycheck, applied for direct deposit on 7/6/17. Customer service is awful. Can't speak directly with anyone and the system says I have two cards when I only sent information for card ending in **. Walmart nor Green Bank have given me my funds and another pay period is due next Thursday. I'm seriously considering taking legal action as it unlawful to work for free.

I have had a few problems with it. I have had some unauthorized charges that took forever to get fixed. I also think it's ridiculous to charge everytime I put money on plus a monthly fee... I can see a monthly fee if there were lower fees to put the money on the card.

All is good. It does what I want it to. I use it for emergencies. I have another card that I use also and I am on my husband's card. I use the card for my daughter and sometimes to get things online when I do not necessarily trust the person I am purchasing from.

I have enjoyed my experience so far. I just wish I knew about direct deposit in the beginning. I was paying $3 to cash my paycheck for almost a year until I finally knew. I enjoy the alerts when my card is used. I do have a few complaints. I never was credited for my direct deposit of my taxes and it would be nice to win once on the stash sweeps. It would be nice not to get charged every month or charged to cash a check, especially when it's an $8 check.

I have used the WMC exclusively as my only means of banking for over 5 years. I used the billpay, direct deposit, and Vault features. I am extremely happy with the card, customer service, and conveniency of the card. I have had very few issues over the years and I recommend the card to most people I know. The fees are far less than their competitors and the online application / website is very easy to navigate. I am their biggest fan.

Got my card in the mail with my name on it, cannot activate it. The automated system told me the expiration date didn't work with my card. Now I will be charged monthly for a card I can't use. Not exactly what I had in mind when I got this card to pay my bills.

I love using my card- it is user friendly. I can buy money orders - wish I could buy money orders at more places. I wish I could pay all my bills with it but Connexus and CenterPoint cannot use this card.

My husband and I have had our card for 3 or four years now. It is wonderful. Way less fees than a traditional account, usually none with our direct deposit. We did lose a card once and the customer service was wonderful. I won't be switching anytime soon.

My replacement card still is not here. When will it be here, they said 5 to 7 business day but it still is not here. I would appreciate a phone call from a rep explaining why my card is not here. Thank you.

I enjoy it. Never have to leave the house to send or receive money. And so does my family. And the checks are good too. Never have to worry that my check will bounce and being able to text a person is just cool. Haven't tried the photo deposit 'cause it says could take 30 days to get it.

Having the Walmart Money card has been a really good experience. I can load money when I need it. I can get direct deposits and instant pay when I work with Uber. When I need to get money off my card I can do cash back or go the Walmart and take money off without being charged.

I need to be able to use my card at all ATMs. Some ATMs do not accept my card for withdrawal. Also card needs a chip. Some businesses require it. Also my card is black and very hard to read. How can we fix this? Hope this helps with all the information I've provided. Thank you.

I have enjoyed using my Wal-Mart Money Card. I like the fact mostly that you can't go 'over the limit' like a bank card and be charged a large amount for a bounced check. It's very convenient to use at a checkout in Wal-Mart to load or get money from it. I've really enjoyed using it.

The card itself is very easy to use. The lines waiting to load the card or to get money services at Walmart usually a long line... but the money card itself is just great. I think $3 to load it is a little much considering I'm putting money on there I'm going to spend at Walmart, but compared to a bank account much cheaper.

The account number is so long AND a lot of establishments won't accept it as a legitimate checking account. It's usable as a debit card and you can't have an overdraft, so it should be fully functional. And I don't like blue. Thanks for asking.

I love my Walmart card for the simple fact that because I have direct deposit I have no fees! No fees to put money on or take off. The only thing that I had a problem with was when my card wore out due to use they could not send me a replacement card. I was told they had to cancel the original card to send me a new one. That was a problem since my paycheck goes directly into account. And I have bills that automatically take out money. So I was in a bind until my card expired and then you sent me a new one.

The Wal-Mart Money card is nothing less than spectacular. I currently don’t have a bank account because of some unfortunate events, and now I don’t see myself getting one since I found out about this card. I recommend everyone gets one!

I really love using the card. The only reason I didn’t give 4 stars is because I never received my permanent card in the mail. I called to tell the customer service rep and to my surprise it could not be canceled and resent to me so I am still using the temporary card without my name. Being that I never received the one you mailed. I don’t feel that I should have to purchase a new temporary card just to get a permanent one but other than that it is wonderful.

The card is fine but your alerts are very dissatisfying. My direct deposit comes in but I didn't get an alert for several hours after the fact. I do not want to have to log in and check to see if I have any money again and again.

I had a very good experience with this card. I would recommend it to anyone. There is no other card like it. It is very easy to use, very good to you and it knows your money like it said two days before your payday. So if everyone needs a car like this need to go to Walmart and get you one you would not be sorry that you did. This is a very good card.

I have no problems with this card, it has never been refused anywhere I have gone. I can access my information at any time. I have nothing but good things to say about this card. I work at Walmart in the Twin City area here in Missouri. Even when my wife and I went to the West coast, there was never a problem. Keep up the good work.

Love the cashback. Love the price earnings. Hate that I have to pay 3 dollars every time I load my card! Would rather pay 5 bucks a month instead of 3 every time I load it! That is what makes me want to change cards to something else. Otherwise the service is well.

Good service, direct deposit comes in quick. I get my money nicely. My packages come in really fast and stuff, I don't really have any complaints about Walmart services. It's a good business, cheap, good brands. Just all around well, especially for communities like mine, ones that live in poverty.

I needed a card that would help me while traveling; a card I could reload while on the road. Walmart Money Card has given me that ability and keeps me on my toes. Now, I don't like the $5 fee, but it's necessary for the service. The process for loading the card and viewing my account online is very user friendly.

I hate the $5 monthly fee... I love my card but I don't even make a $1000 a month to waive the fee... But I use my card well over 50 times a month. I think if you use it that much the fee should be waived also.

It okay but atm cost too much and other that fine. Like it. But want different color for visa or something. Better colors that does cost much if would be free it could be nice. I love go shopping at Walmart 'cause not does cost much than other store. Thanks.

I love using my MoneyCard... It has help to pay my bills with no problems. I started out using with my son at 15, now I use it for myself... Love it!!! It works great for bills that need checking account or a card number. I have been using this same card for some years now, wouldn't use anything else!!!

I really like my Walmart MoneyCard. It works. It is easy to refill, is provides online security for me, and it is convenient. I use it for nearly all online purchases, and I also use it locally. It is nice not having to track and balance ATM and debits in my checking account.

My experience with this card was horrible because the rates being charged are outrageous!! I loaded a 20.00 on my card to pay a bill and I went to pay my bill. I had 10.00!!! They charged me 10 to use the card one time!!!

I am able to access the app, which is limited by in what I can do, but the website says internal error every time I try to access it. I have had my card for a few months and have never been able to use the website.

I have nothing but praise for the Walmart MoneyCard. I love the fact that my money is direct deposit and two days early. Thank so much. I would love if I could put my picture on my card. Personalize it more.

I use my MoneyCard all the time and I don't have anything bad to say other than I can't use it at a gas pump to pay at the pump. I have to go into the store to pay for my gas but other than that I love it.

It's a good card. I love it. Just has some technical difficulties sometimes and I can't get to my money when I need it but I still like the card. Wish that would change though to make it a better experience.

In the few years that I've had my card, THIS and last 4, rarely, if ever works. It has worked probably 2 months of the three years I have had my card. This is increasingly frustrating. I would also like more free ATM's that are not located at Walmart.

Green dot resolved my issue fas With great customer service. They are very proactive at making customers happy. I will definitely be continuing to use my green dot account!!!!!

I would like to see the atm limit go up... You can only take out 400 a day and rent is more than that... Then I have to go into store to do 3 separate transactions to get the rest... Really is a hassle when I should be able to get all my money at a atm at one time.

The main grip I have with this card is I can't load money on it thru my phone. I have to stop what I'm doing and go find or get on my laptop to load money on the card. I should be able to do it from my phone. Come on Walmart get with the program.

Immediate transfer - the last few times all has gone well. Prior to that I would get a message upon loading stating transaction did not clear, in reality the funds were frozen in my bank account but not put on Walmart card. I would have to wait several days and have my bank release funds. The only way I could be sure of transaction was to physically go to Walmart and load cash. This is very inconvenient for me. Plus when I call your service center I can never understand the operator. I hold my breath every time I attempt to use this feature. Thank you.

I've really enjoyed having the Wal-Mart Money Card. It's handy for direct deposits and for not having to carry a lot of cash. It's convenient and easy to use. Having the ability to personalize my card also made it feel like a normal bank experience as well.

You need to have more access (either money machines or actual money stores) in more locations. You also need to raise the amount you can withdraw at one time. If I need to pay a bill $300 probably isn't enough. Getting the account set up with my direct deposit in a timely manner was great.

I love the convenience of this card. The fact that I get paid two days earlier is great as well. I like the Vault feature as well cause I can save the money but don't see it so I'm not tempted to spend it.

Only thing that could be better is card doesn't work at gas stations, kind of a inconvenience. Other than that I love how my card works, really like the stash and unstash part, and how when my daughter needs money I can send right to her. It's a lot easier than dealing with a bank. Thank you.

I enjoyed using the card but I was not able to check my rewards for using the card. I know I used my card enough to get rewards. It was difficult to contact someone over the phone that could help me.

I'm very satisfied with my card. The fees are fair and the only reason for me to switch to something else is because I need to build my credit and unfortunately my money card does not. I don't know anything that needs to improved on your service because it's the best deal for your money.

At one point I couldn't buy anything. I cash my check every week and now it won't let me make a deposit on my card. It's terrible!! Very bad look for Walmart. If it won't let me make a deposit, bad look for largest company in the world.

My experience with Walmart Money Card has been one filled with worry-free shopping, bill pay, and savings. I've now been with them for a little over 5 yrs. I wouldn't change a thing. Now they have a great savings program. I'm hooked.

I like my Walmart card. The app makes the card easy to use and manage. I would love to use the card more, but I have yet to be able to load my payroll check onto the card. The check is pre-printed from payroll provider Payville, but is always rejected by the app. I even tried to load in person at a Walmart center and still rejected. Unfortunately my employer does not offer direct deposit. Until I can load or direct deposit onto the card, I will continue to load cash and limitedly use it as I am able to.

I love my Walmart Money Card! I have my paycheck deposited directly to it and receive my money 2 days earlier than I did when I had it deposited into my checking account. There is only one downside, there are certain websites that when paying bills do not accept a card or charge more for using one.

I am happy with my card and it's nice to be paid early. But I am just now coming back to the card after cancelling it some months ago. The reason I cancelled is because you did not back me up on my last fraud claim. I believe it was for $25.

Seems to be a good card with good customer service. Only issue I had so far that was negative was someone hacking the card and using it. Then customer service was a little tedious to deal with because of having to speak with someone from another country.

I have use the Walmart debit card for about 10 years and love it. I have had minimal problems and use it everywhere. I love using the website because I can check everything regarding my card and I love the texting feature. It is easy and convenience.

Because of an unauthorized charge to the subject card, it had to be cancelled. New card received and activated, but Walmart did not transfer remaining funds from old card to new one while continuing to a charge fee to maintenance fees cancelled card.

Never had any issues with my card. I get paid 2 days early that's a plus. Don't have to worry about overdraft fees all. I will continue to use this card. I also love the fact that I can transfer money to someone else that has a Walmart card free of charge!!

I disputed a transaction that was on my card for 100.00 that I didn't make and because there was not a duplicate transaction my dispute was denied even though I didn't make the purchase. So I am out 100.00 just because they didn't want to refund the money to me and there is no way to dispute the findings of the account specialist.

Maybe do like other banks, put holds on checks till they clear.

I love the Walmart prepaid card & online account. It could add transfer to friends & family on the app. However I've never experienced any problems. I love all the help & great customer service links that are there to help.

I cannot get customer service to understand my problem with my card. When I use the bank info for paying bills online my payment always gets returned and I get charged a returned check fee, they have my email as the right email but it is in all upper case letters. My email is in all lower case letters. They say that doesn't matter but it does cause I do not get my emails from them so that I can go paperless in order to use my bill pay. It is so confusing to them to help me. All they need to do is change my email in the system and then give me the right checking account and routing numbers.

Lost card and Walmart returned my $$$ that was used, great, but the fees for loading make using cash more feasible. I will continue to use card for Bill payments. I also don't like that I have to load $1000 to not incur the $5 monthly fee.

I've been a card holder for 4 years now. I've never had issues speaking with anyone about my card at Walmart moneycard. I've always felt more secure with this card than a bank card. My payroll check is deposited 2 days early. The only issue I have is that I am unable to make some online purchases with my card Which is unfortunate. However I would recommend this card to anyone who hates all the hassle and fees that a regular bank card causes. I LOVE MY CARD!

I am charged a 3 dollar fee every month. I loaded money on my card several times a month. At which time I am also charged a 3 dollar fee. I think if you load your card so many times a month you should waive the monthly fee.

You charge for transactions. I was charged a ATM fee for making a purchase. Also, when someone transfer money to me it takes too long for it to post to my card. Some are cautious of the card when they see Green Dot.

It's not the best prepaid debit card I have used. I cannot load my whole income tax refund onto my card. Only about one thousand dollars. The rest of the refund, I had to carry cash on hand. I wish you would raise the limit of what I can put on my card.

I don't like how I can't change my name on my card. I'm divorced so my last name changed. I was told I would have to close my current account and start a new card which I was not pleased to hear. If that can be changed I think my overall experience would be pretty good.

I used the option to find a no fee ATM. So I went to the location that was close to me. After using the ATM (not only once but twice since withdrawal amount wasn't enough) I was charged two withdrawal fees. When I called customer service to inquire, I was told that my card didn't qualify for the no fee option.

I really like the card. I do wish you could transfer money from one Walmart card to another Walmart card. It easy to add money to it. It also would be nice if you could have it where you could save money. I have been thinking to get one for my daughter too. Love the card.

I am satisfied with the Walmart MoneyCard and its reliability. I have had no issues with the service center or loading money into my card. The only concern would be the timely manner in which I have to wait in line at the money center but the associates tend to be very helpful and courteous.

I have called numerous times about my store receipts showing my available balance on the card. I do NOT like this feature as it started about a year ago. Supervisors claim it will be fixed but hasn't. Supervisors stated they will call me back and never did. The only option I like is the early deposit.

I enjoy most things about the Walmart MoneyCard but I kept hearing about this money vault, but I looked everywhere on the website and navigated on the 800 number and could not find out how to access it. I sent an e-mail regarding this and the response was to call customer service. I didn't want to be on hold for a long period of time so just decided to forget about it.

I switched from the black card to the blue one so I could get the cash back reward. It's always a challenge getting someone on the line, and when I finally do the representatives speak minimal English so they have a tough time understanding questions and providing decent answers. Then when you ask for a supervisor they disconnect the call or give you a tough time questioning you why you want one. Extremely poor phone service.

My experience so far has been well except with certain websites where I couldn't get my stuff to order. Walmart Money Card has helped me out to do a better job of saving and spending money when necessary. And it also good because I don't go over the spending limit.

Great card and account. Helps building credit, easy to use, reload and go, credit and debit all online. Manage a budget, savings, also works with your Walmart app and as always great customer service. Pretty much you can do just about anything without the hassle of a bank.

I am happy with the service and the prompt direct deposit. I had no problems since I've had the card. It was easy to load and withdraw. Just one note: We should not be charged a fee if we load our card.

I would prefer a one step system for account balances. Blue bird has a secure one step process for obtaining balances. My bank debit card also has a one step system for obtaining balance information. When time is critical, or the information is needed as quickly as possible for on the run transactions, the two step system to obtain balance information is not as convenient as it could be.

I love this card. I wish there was not a limit on what to load. I like the fact I can go to any register to load the card. I can save money if I want. The monthly fee should be a little cheaper because loading the card already cost you, so frequent card users should be free.

So easy to use and awesome to have. I use mine for everything a bank card is used for with no hassle or issues. Love the direct deposit! Never an overdraft or fee because you only use what you put on the card. I love it. I just wish they lasted longer so I don't have to buy a new one every few years.

I've had this card for several years and the functionality of it is pretty good. However, whenever you lose a card or have any issue, customer service is always horrible. Too much script reading and not enough attention to the matter at hand. Try listening to correct the issue instead of reading scripts and then passing the buck. Also, it makes zero sense to have to wait on a replacement card when there are Walmart locations everywhere. Implement some sort of temporary replacement program so that people don't have to go without money for an extended period of time.

The card is very easy to use. It's a great way to have a debit card not associated to a traditional bank. I enjoy the early direct deposit as well. I plan on always keeping this card even with my regular banking account.

I've been a direct deposit customer for 6 years. Mostly I've been pleased but here are several things that I'm not pleased with. I can't cash a check and deposit it without being charged... also deposit 1000 per day cash only. Should be any amount deposited. It's your bank your money. Some checks Wal-Mart aren't able to cash because of the amount!! And can't put it on my card. Also... I'm unable to get the cashback rewards unless I sign up for a new card??? Not fair. After all these years I can't participate n the rewards program??? Also the mistake that happened last May was unbelievable. Getting denied at a register when you have the money in your account. Huge inconvenience. Took 2 days to get money!

I like using my Walmart reloadable card. I like that there is no monthly fee when a certain amount each month gets deposited. However, I do wish the reload fee would be waived after a certain amount is loaded. I hate losing money when I have to deposit money manually.

I have been with Walmart money card for quite a while now and it never let's me down. I love my Walmart card. I can pay my bills, stash some cash and shop online. I really enjoy how it's easy and simple to use. I'm actually surprised more people don't use this card. And I love that I can customize my card it's a great feature.

Like the Walmart card and have another one. Recommended the card to my son. Only problem - big problem!! The card can't be sent to my mailing address and has to be sent to a street address. I don't get mail at my street address. This problem needs to be resolved. My daughter tried to get a card and when it was undeliverable twice the card was cancelled! Please resolve this issue!

I love low fees if any and the paid early has its perks. Have had my card almost 5 yrs and love it. Better than a reg bank account. It's easy to refill and easy to use. I love to shop online and the money card is my checking account! Wouldn't leave home without it!

I have had this card for many years. Works great for paying bills and ordering online. If I was to get hacked the loss would be minimal because I only put the money I need on the card. The service fees are worth the peace of mind. The new app is great. Can get account information even quicker.

The Walmart MoneyCard has been a really good choice for me. I get direct deposit twice a month and I have no problems with it. The monthly payment is not that as bad as I thought it would be. I like that I don't get charged for my account being negative when the monthly payment is taken out. When my direct deposit comes in it just takes that payment away and leaves me the rest of my money.

Went to get money from an ATM. Had to contact customer service many times. The reps were rude and didn't want to listen or help. You system blocked to the funds but released them out of the account. It took over a week to get the money back. You still owe me the ATM withdrawal amount of 2.50. I will probably not ever load anymore than a small amount onto this card again.

I like having the card, as direct deposit does hit 2 days earlier. The thing that I don't like is being charged $5 at ATM to pull out your own money. Not everywhere will take the card, and there is a limit of how much a day you can pull out $400. The customer service is not that great. They don't make you feel like you are important to them.

I always get a new card when I need a prepaid because fees stack on used ones... that way I always know where the fee is going to be (if I do not load a used card for 3 months then Boom $15 fee). No thank you...

Very happy with card. Just wish it didn't cost to add money from one card to another or add money. I do like the freedom to have any payroll direct deposited and it shows up a couple days early at times.

I have had my card for a good while. I have been very please with it. Now that I'm not working at the moment I have no funds to put on my card, but would like for my card to stay active so once I return to work I can continue to do direct deposit.

Never had a bad experience since obtaining the card about 5 years ago. Can pay bills, get cashback, use at ATM or any store for purchase. Only issue is that it's not accepted at most gas pumps; must go inside to pay for fuel; it does work at Wal-Mart & Murphy stations. Hope to continue use with no issues...

Everything has been great since I have had my card. Ordered another card for my fiance and just received her card. Everything is going well, will set up Direct Deposit on the next payroll cycle! I have only started using the card.

I love that I have the money card. It has direct deposit for my ssdi and I get my deposits earlier. It's easy to use and keep track of purchases. It has a large deposit limit and I never worry about the money. I like using it better than having a bank account. I would recommend it to people to use!

Lied to get out of fraud claim made me homeless holding my money hostage charged me $24 extra dollars to get at my money 3 days later. Rude customer service Bernie at your call center outright lied to me, you hold direct deposits for an extra day, your automatic call system shut me out for no reason is intentionally impossible to navigate to frustrate the customer into hanging up.

I have been using the Walmart card for over a year now, no problems whatsoever, everything has been always been great. I have been using the card for paying bills, internet purchases. Thank you very much. Like the speed and accuracy in which the Walmart card updates and keep up the good work.

One would think that refilling a Walmart money card would be free at Walmart stores. Instead, it costs $3.95. I have a Bluebird card, which is free to refill, but American Express is not accepted at many places. This makes no sense to me. Of course Walmart charges for everything, so I'm not sure why I'm surprised.

I love my card. I put money on it and anywhere I go I can use it without having to use the Bank account. The only setback is if you load anywhere else you get charged $5. Otherwise I love my card. Thank you.

I've have no problems with the card. Anytime I've had to call customer service, All my questions have been answered quickly. The associates on the phone pleasant and in a upbeat mood. And discrepancy I've had have been solved quickly. Wouldn't change to any other card.

$5.00 MAINTENANCE FEE is too much. I think it could be lowered and permitted quarterly to $3.00 and the reload fee should be dismissed. Other than that I really don't have a problem. I enjoy using it. It's there when I need it most.

I love using this card. I don't have a bank account and this fulfills all my financial needs same as the bank would. It's a great card, even has a direct deposit so I can get my paycheck deposited right on my card.

The only thing I have a problem with is calling to check my balance on my cellphone versus calling through a landline. Automated says, "Please enter the last 4 numbers" then on landline, "Please enter the whole 16 numbers". (Please fix your automated systems.)

The app needs updated. It lags too often than not. Also would be great to have some kind of an awards program js. Other than that, keep it up. Thanks. The cards themselves aren't that great. I just received my new one a few months ago. Been having problems with the card at different places. Also I can't get money at ATMs. Now I have to go to WalMart. What's up with that?

I have been very happy with my experience with my card so far. I have had no issues with direct deposit, or adding money directly at Walmart locations. I enjoy the low fees and ease of use. The online site is easy to navigate and use. I have had no complaints so far.

I LOVE my card. Minimal fees and speedy deposits are great! No hassle on purchases or bill paying. I have and will continue to use this card. Only ONE bad experience. Receiving a replacement card was lengthy. I did not like waiting a week to receive my card.

When I've used the card for gasoline purchases, the rest of the funds in the account were frozen for about 2 weeks. This leaves me without access to funds for paying bills, buying groceries etc. Consequentially, I no longer use it for gas purchases.

Everything is almost perfect. For some reason my last 2 payroll direct deposits are taking longer to post. Normally they are there at 5:00 am, but particularly today, it is still not there. If your policy has changed, please advise. That is my only complaint at this time.

I like the card and the cashback rewards. I just don't like the ATM fees and the reload fees. I think after a continuous year of use and direct deposits, the fees should either be waived or lowered. I appreciate the card also for the ease of use at Walmart, Sam's and the gas stations.

I use my card for payroll direct deposit and shopping. I have never had a problem using it or loading it. I like that I can't overdraw my account and I don't have to worry about limit fees. I have had my card for at least 5 years and I don't plan on using anything else in the near future.

Never had any problems with deposits or using card. I've been very happy with my account and would and have recommended to friends and family. My social security check is always there on time and ready for use. I make deposits on occasion and there is no fee.

Being able to have money added over a text or email is pretty cool! It's still a bit early on yet so, I really don't have any complaints at this time. I'm just hoping that I won't be charged too much on ATM fees and monthly fees just to use my own money!

Have had this card for years... never a problem. I have direct deposit and get daily emails for balance. I would always (and have) recommended people get this card. I hate banks, and this card allows me to do everything a bank can do. Keep up the good work!

I like my money card because my funds are there and there are no overdraft fees. I always recommend people to get the card even if they have a bank account. I also love the new STASH. It's a savings account and bank account all in one.

My wife and I are thankful for the Money Card. Several years ago circumstances concerning our family business caused us to be in a financial hardship that totally caught us unprepared. Then I developed heart issues that left me unable to work. My wife is employed and her salary determines my SS I benefits. If it wasn't for the Money Card, we would have to only use cash or money orders to conduct our finances. In short, we NEED the Money Card. It helps us tremendously! If we only were able to send our rent money directly to our landlord's bank account, that would make it perfect for our needs. Thank you again so much for making this service available.

I love everything about the Walmart MoneyCard, except the monthly fee of $5 and the high fee for reloading with cash. If these fees would be dropped down then I would continue using this card. Until then I have to use one that does not cost so much.

The only complain I have about is Wal-Mart not letting customers load their cards at the cash register. The money center is not open early enough to load or get money off the card and can be an inconvenience since the ATM at the store is always out of service. I have no issues with the card, but is an inconvenience when I cannot get money or load money onto the card at Wal-Mart.

I've used other pre-load cards and I love the card I got with no load cost, BUT I would be able to and would use it more if my free load minimum was $10. I've had countless times I could have loaded my card with $10 compared to $20.

I have had amazing experience with my Walmart money card. I have used other cards like greendot and wasn't very satisfied. Keep up the awesome job. I can use my card for anything just like any other card. My checks go direct deposit when they are supposed to. Thank you Walmart for great service.

I have had a few instances of missing money 2-5 dollars. I have had multiple times the card could not be loaded and times when it could not be used. Fraudulent purchases cannot easily be reported like other cards and take way too long to resolve.

So far I'm pretty happy with it. The only thing that is aggravating is that I can't take cash out at any atm. And the closest atm that will let me is 30 minutes away. Had I known that, I may not have gone with the product.

My card I have is in great shape, and I have no problem use it, I like the discounts which come with the card, and the benefits. The card itself is great for credit and business. I would recommend it to my family and friends, it’s great for shopping online and in stores.

I have nothing negative to say about this card. I have used other cards over the years and my Walmart card is by far the best! This card offers way more than any card I've used. I love earning cash back. The app is so easy to use and I love the ease of transferring money from my stash to my available balance... Thank you Walmart for having literally the best card out there!

I have had my card for over a year I believe. I like everything about it, the support when I've need it was great. The ability to view my account online is great for a self audit and keeping track of funds. It is convenient for ordering online products and is accepted everywhere. I have used the vault and like putting money away for those special occasions. This card has been great and never let me down.

I love the fact that I was able to set my direct deposit up but I do have issues using the card at times. The card is very easy to use and to load but the ATMs that you say are free they are not free. I have been charged several times at ATM machines that you claimed to be free in my area.

So far everything Is OK, I had trouble getting the card delivered to me where I live. We only have PO Boxes and the postmaster does not deliver to street addresses, other than that it is alright, are we ever gonna get cards with chips in them maybe??

I have had nothing but good experiences with my Debit Card. Being able to have them text me to let me know my balance is very helpful and I am able to keep track better of how much I have left to spend. I think this is a great opportunity for those of us who choose not to have a bank account.

Card is a Godsend and is usable everywhere. So happy I convinced myself to get it. Wish I could keep it loaded because it is very easy to use and can get cash off of it anywhere so every time I get some money I'm gonna load that card and keep loading it every chance I get.

I like that I don't officially have to have a bank in order to have access to my paycheck; in a way that allows me the option to decide to put $ on a card, or just cash it. I understand a fee for putting money on to the cards... I do not, however, like the fact that I have to pay $3 to get my cash back off the card with an associate. I often go (to any store) and purchase something small, like a Jalapeno or a cucumber; so I can choose the cashback option. At least I'm getting something for my money that way. I also prefer to go to any bank atm, and pay their fee to access my money. It's less than what it would cost me to have to a Walmart employee give it to me, and more convenient than going to any Walmart.

My experience with the Walmart MoneyCard has been good. The area of concern I have is with a few cashiers that have problems adding cash to the card. Length of lines at Walmart Money Centers. At the 4250 location in Jacksonville, Florida the Money Center is "Out of Order." I do not know if this is permanent or just happens to be the case every time I go in the store.

Can only use this card at designated ATM's. Has a routing number and account number but most places do not recognize it as a real debit card. There are a lot of other prepaid options from other stores that do not have this problem so I will be looking into switching to one of those.

Overall my experience is great. I am able to use debit as well as credit. Direct deposit 1 day earlier than my usual pay day and Wal-Mart ATMs are free. My only issue is that the $3.00 to add each time you want to deposit money can get a bit costly.

My card was charged 5 dollars a couple of times that ended up being very inconvenient and embarrassing at checkout. I'm not sure what the fees were for since I have money directly deposited twice a month. Must be a minimum deposit amount that is required.

Initially I was really excited to use this card as it was intended for my daughter to use who is minor while she was out of town and this card was going to be a way for me to easily provide her with funds. However the process turned out to be very complicated and took an extremely long time to set up. Without the card, it's almost impossible to load it with money. Most financial institutions frown upon these type of cards so my bank gave me a hard time about EFT's. I asked all the questions of the person selling the cards at Walmart and she assured it was all a smooth process which was far from. Additionally the monthly charge on the card actually put us in the negative which is also unfortunate. I will canceling the card as soon as we exhaust all the funds from the card.

The Wal-Mart Money Card is the most satisfying banking experience I have ever had. I bank where I shop. I love it! There are never any returned checks and bank over charges. What else can I say. The Wal-Mart Money card fills my every banking need. Thank you.

I have my social security retirement and my pension both deposited to my card and so far it has worked fine. I've had this card for years and really like it. No problems so far. Customer Service is okay but needs improvement. Can't really understand some of the representatives.

I have "stashed" money before in the vault and not been credited when "un-stashing" it. The vault will show a "0" balance but the amount did not get added back to my available funds. This has happened twice. I no longer use the vault because of it.

I have had a great experience in using this card. The only con that I have, is that you can only load $2000 a day. This limit should be increased to the maximum amount allowed on the card of $7000. Outside of this, I have not had any problems when using my card.

This is way better than having a traditional bank account. I love the cash back rewards and also the vault. It's a great way to have control over what I spend. And also have control over my savings. The second cardholder option was also a big plus for me and my wife. I will most definitely be recommending this card to ask of my friends and family!

I'd like to say my experience with Walmart Money Card has been great. Reload card to pay my bills online or over phone, got my state and federal and property tax return on my card went through with no complications. Love using my card to buy things online. And I only paid a dollar something for the card. Very cheap which I love. It's my main card. Wouldn't trade it for any other debit card! So I'd rate my experience a 5 stars. Absolutely love it!

I have been with Walmart Money Card for over 5 years now. I receive two difference forms of income, via Direct Deposit, and I am very satisfied with the services. I never have any discrepancies with my account that Walmart Money Card is reliable for. If I do have any issues regarding a purchase that I didn't make, the Customer Service Department is always very easy to make contact with, and they always resolve any issues that I may have. I have recommended Walmart Money Card to everybody I know interested in a re-loadable, prepaid account.

I love being able to only load what I need and safely purchase items online without fear of being hacked. My personal debit/credit card was hacked and from there they wiped out almost everything I had in my account. Bank didn't help much because by the time we realized what was going on and how, it was too late to get all my money back. When I need to purchase something online now, I feel safe knowing that I only loaded what I needed.

I sometimes have trouble when trying to scan my card for transactions. I need to know how I go about getting a replacement card. I don't want my card deactivated while I waiting for a new card. I use it frequently and have automatic deduction set up on it. So it is urgent that my card not be deactivated while I wait for a new one.

I love the card. I just don't like the 3 dollars reloaded fee that you have to pay every time you reload your card. Other than that the card should have some different looks for you to pick different kind of card like breast cancer awareness or a flag or something different.

Fee for card is high. And I had a transaction that I didn't do and I'm still waiting for my refund that should of been done long time ago and it's been almost a month. Horrible experience. I would not tell anyone to get this card. As soon as I get my refund I will be cancelling the card. And going to a different one. Customer service people when I call need more training as well.

I've used Walmart Money Cards for my direct deposits and purchases exclusively for over a decade. Through the years I'd had occasional issues with erroneous charges, etc. And my concerns have always been handled with immediate attention and a satisfactory resolution. Recently, the cash back program provided us much needed money when we encountered an unforeseen circumstance that, otherwise, we would not have been able to overcome. I am a huge promoter of these cards and this service, and I will continue to utilize them for all my transaction needs.

Works good for ordering online. That is mostly what I use it for. Have had the visa debit card for over a year. I like to upload a couple hundred dollars on it at a time for ordering products online, that way if some unscrupulous company tries to debit an unauthorized automatic payment they may not be able to.

I have had no issues with this card or with its services. I do not use a bank and I am thankful that this kind of card and service is available, they have many different options to choose from. I will always use it and have recommended it to many others. Very satisfied.

I made 14 phone calls trying to get paper copies of 3 of my statements. I was told they were processed 4 different times because they were not received by me. I was told it would take 7 days and I was told it would take 14 days. I even got Corporate involved because I was so angry. He said he would send them but I never received this either. I would have printed them out myself but no one not even technical support could fix the problem with my online access. I needed these documents for a court case. It took over a month of me calling to keep requesting them. I have been a customer of yours for a long time and as of next month I will no longer be a customer because of this.

I Card in invaluable to me... I have no other card nor bank account. I use it to purchase everything. I have automatic deposit, so it really makes life easy for me. I never have to do anything for money access. Thank you Walmart.

Excellent customer service! Accuracy with loading money on card and billing. I will continue to use this Walmart pre-paid card and refer my family and friends. I have used my pre-paid card during all of my travels throughout the United States. One of the better pre-paid cards on the market today.

I do not think that there should be monthly fees on top the load fees and unload fees. Also lower the price of the fees. Otherwise I love the card and the ability to not have to carry cash on me at all times to pay bills.

I've had a Walmart card quite a while now. It's very convenient and really saves me a lot of time in my day to day activities. I love being able to pay my bills over the phone or via internet.

Good job, I have had no issues with this aside from the one time when there was money taken from this and it was quickly returned. Thanks so much for all the work you put into this. My husband recently got a second card for our acct and it helps when I don't have mine.

Pleased with MoneyCard. Ease of use, tracking expenses. Used primarily for food budget and has proven very useful in meal planning and tracking purchases. Easy to reload card and app allows easy tracking of expenses. Using the vault/savings aspect of the card allows for saving to be used on larger purchases (use at Sam's, large meat purchases, etc).

I will say my experience hasn't been great with Walmart from allow charges to happen with unauthorization to being told no reimbursements when it was a huge loss of close to $490 in the past to most recently still allowing terrible services.

I've never had any problems with my card. Very satisfied, but the only problem I had was when I try shopping online some sites don't take prepaid cards so it's kind of hard when shopping online. Other than that I satisfied with the service. And wish to continue.

I have no complaints with the card besides the Fee that's taken out every month without notice of when every month it will be taken out so I can be prepared. Other than that I love getting paid 2 days early, it truly helps when I technically don't get paid till that following Friday.

I was sent an email requesting that I rate my experience with the WMC. It works great for my situation. I get my checks direct deposited, I can get a cash advance anytime using it as a debit card and when I use it to purchase things at Walmart, I get a 'cash back' bonus for money to spend at Walmart. I recommend it to my friends all the time and have suggested it to employers as an easier payroll option, to just get folks cards and deposit their checks directly, many quality accountants and firms prefer/require that.

I continue to receive great service while using my Green Dot Card. Usually the customer service is on point and very helpful. Most recently I stopped getting the text showing my balances on the card, but that seems to have been resolved.

I really enjoy my Wal-Mart card a lot because I'm disabled and it makes paying my bills easy on me and not only it makes it easy on me, I am raising three of my grandkids. When they want something it's easy to order over the internet for what they want.

My experience has been OK. Although I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service and reps. They are rude and will not help with any issues. All times I have called I was told they couldn't help me that there was nothing they could do. Very displeasing.

Great product! Reliable and easy to use. Direct deposit is received faster which is a plus! The only negative thing I must say is that my balance shows on most purchases. That's the only thing I would change. Overall, great service!!!

I have loaded a few cards that I had to make payments that day and twice it said your systems were down and it would take 2-3 days to verify the funds when I had a receipt saying I loaded 81.00 or 85.00 on it. And I was late paying a bill twice now so I changed companies. I can't afford another 35.00 late payment. Already GreenDot cost me 70.00 bucks in late fees and you can't get a human on the line to help you. Always automated crap.

I've been waiting for a new card for now going on a month. I ordered it online and put in the correct mailing address and it still sent it to the old address and now all my bills are late because I can't get any type of access to my funds to pay bills. I will be opening up a new account because this is crazy.

I love my Money Card. I use it everyday. I have my check direct deposited on it every week. I've never had any problems loading it or using it. I think it's great. I get text messages almost every time I use it. I know my balance.

I really like the card. I have never had a problem using it anywhere. I like the idea that I can always find out if a payment has withdrawn using the Walmart Money Card Green Dot page. One time I had a charge on my card and right away it was handle with ease.

I enjoy my Wal-Mart card! I use it everywhere even to check out movies from the red box! There are no hassles when making my purchase at any store. And I can go to any ATM to withdraw from my account. I recommend to my friends to get a Wal-Mart card because there are no extra fees like other cards.

I have the best card, but it isn't available anymore. It has the vault option, rapid direct deposit (if available) and I've had minimal issues. I can re-load at WalMart for free or at a couple other locations for 3.95 which isn't a big deal to me for the convenience since I rarely do it. Overall, I've been pleased for the past 2 years.

I would have given 4-5 stars but my experience when my card was hacked brought my rating down. For some reason it took way too long to get my money back, plus all of the charges were ridiculous. And even though I met the minimum deposits, I had to dispute a monthly charge that shouldn't have been put there to begin with. I wish they would take more priority to getting replacements out instead of assuming everyone can live without money.

It has allowed me to be able to put money on the card and pay my bills without having to buy money orders and buy things online. Whenever I have to call them they are courteous and helpful. It has allowed me to send money to my brother when he needs it.

The card is very easy to use. The only hard part is trying to remember my password. Makes shopping online perfect. I plan on using the card more often. My overall opinion is the card does what it says. The money is secure and I can look at all transactions on the go.

I don't like having to pay to load or get cash on the card. I so enjoy the ease of using it. I would like the ability of purchasing gas at the pump. It is hard to determine how much to pay at register to fill tank up. Tried repeatedly to get additional cards and customer service kept sending me a new card closing the other card which left me without access to funds.
