I originally purchased my money card mainly to avoid carrying cash. I have since realized the many advantages the Walmart Money Card offers. Online bill paying, for example, saves me a lot of time and waiting. Also, I have used it in times of work emergencies such as a lost tool, or extra needs on the job whereas I don't have the cash on hand. Lots of advantages to the Money Card.

After every purchase, I make whether it's online or even at Walmart or someplace else, my account is locked and I can't make purchases. This both inconvenient and sometimes embarrassing. One time if I didn't have cash with me it could have been detrimental to my well being. Your security features are a serious pain in the ass and I will be canceling this card at my earliest convenience.

Cards should look better. Updates on balance show 8 am but many times they aren't accurate and I don't get them till late in the day. No help. The look of the card is major. They just look plain. Unimpressive other than that the convenience of sending money is great.

I enjoy using my Walmart MoneyCard. It's fast and simple. I use my card to pay my bills and much more. It makes everything a lot easier. I love that there is an app you can use, to check your available balance, and view all your transactions. It's very easy.

I have had my Walmart card for about 7 years. I absolutely love it compared to any other prepaid card. I receive my Direct Deposit 2 days earlier than payday. For example, we get paid on Friday and I receive on Wednesday afternoon.

I have had my Walmart Card for several years and I love having access to my direct deposit a day early. We get paid on Fridays, but my direct deposit is always available on Thursdays. I have recommended several of my friends to the Walmart MoneyCard.

I have had no problems with my Walmart money card. It's been simple and hassle free from the start. It's really easy to load money on to it and just as easy to take it out. Online purchases are now not as scary because I don't have to put my bank information online. I'll give it a 5/5!

I use my Wal-Mart Visa for online purchases and to pay bills for the most part. They are partnered with Green Dot, which allows me the convenience of being able to reload it almost anywhere. I've never encountered any problems. I've used years.

I love this card. I love it a lot. I don't know what I would do without it. I get my check days faster and the benefits that come along with it. I'll die without it. I told my whole family about it. They all want to switch.

I am quite satisfied with the card, I find it can be used almost anywhere. The website is also quite easy to find my balance and check what purchases were made. Also most Walmarts are open 24/7 so I can get cash and make purchases with ease. I sometimes buy from Walmart online and the card is handy.

I've had a lot of other prepay Visa cards and this will be my last, or at least I hope it will (as long as it stays the way it is). I love my card and how it's noncomplicated. I add money, pay my 3.00 fee, and that's it. No hidden fee, no hassles, just add and go. It's that easy. Thank you so much.

I like the vault. It helps save money while still using my card without going into my saving money. It's helpful and reliable. I can always count on my MoneyCard. Doesn't has any hidden fees and doesn't cost much to reload as well as it being reloadable just about anywhere.

I love how easy it is to navigate their website and how I am able to get account information whenever I want. If I do need to call Customer Service they are helpful and courteous and always able to answer my questions.

I like that my paycheck is available a day earlier than my payday. It used to come in on my payday. Also, I like that I don't have to worry about a daily limit. I usually do my grocery shopping and then go out to eat.

I love the convenience of my card and the fact that I get paid two days early. I can use my card anywhere debit cards are accepted and I don't know to worry about losing cash, which I'm bad about doing. Overall I don't have any complaints. The app is also great. I love the vault option.

Not enough free atms plus it's ** that you charge 5$ a month and 3$ to reload. It should be 1 or the other guys. C'mon you don't my $$$ that bad. Not to mention I have to go to a Walmart just to fill the card. If this is the best you can do you at least allow the users to mobile deposit!!

I love my card. I especially like the stash and unstash. Like the fact that if I want I can take all the money off if need be. I have only one question about this card. Don't quite get what they mean about earned money.

The card is as convenient as a prepaid card can be. It works well for short term use, I don't think I would consider using it any longer than about 6 months. I definitely wouldn't use it for any large purchases as there is no protection as far as being able to dispute a transaction.

Atm withdrew more than it was supposed to. $140. But I physically only received $100. It's been almost a month and I never received my $40 after Walmart MoneyCard "customer service" supposedly started a dispute with the ATM company. Kinda wished I would've just stuck with my old bank.

I use my Walmart card a lot but I'm Unemployed right now, so no deposits going in. As soon as I start back to work... There will be direct deposits. One item I don't care for... When I go to load my card in a Walmart store... You charge me $3.00 for loading my card. I think this is wrong!

I recently had several unauthorized transactions on my card. It took forever for me to get my money back and once they deactivated my card I could not call anyone to check on the status. Also my card does not work at the gas pumps. I have to walk inside to use my card which is too much trouble.

When I first got a Walmart card I hated the fact that it charged me $3 each time I loaded it. However, as soon as I got the Walmart card Black Version I love it because it doesn't charge me for loading it anywhere anytime. I would recommend the black Walmart card, which only cost me $4, to anybody that wants to get one. Another great perk from Walmart MoneyCard is that you can put back money into what they call the 'Vault' to save, which you can't be accessed by anybody but yourself and when needed you can move money back into your account but they do have a fee for that. They also notify you when your account's getting low and when any fraudulent activity happens. And when they have promotions they let you know about those via email or text message, your preference. I give them 5 stars.

I have never had a problem with using my card and haven't been threatened to have it taken away when I don't have money on it. I would recommend it to anyone. I have had the same card for several years now and will continue using it.

My Walmart Money Card is my main account. I use it for my direct deposit and paying all my monthly bills. This month I used the bill pay for the first time and was pleased with the accuracy and timeliness. My only problem is that I need to change my name because I got married and I have to change my whole account number and direct deposit and that is a huge hassle when it would be so much easier to just change my name on the existing account. I still give it a 5 star rating because it is very easy to use and a lot less of a hassle than a regular bank account.

I have a great experience using the Walmart MoneyCard. It allows me to receive my paycheck through direct deposit as early as a day before my actually payday. I love using the app to stash money and to keep track of my spending at my fingertips. I would highly recommend this card to anyone who has direct deposit!

I've had my card for a little over 2 years and haven't really had any problems. Customer service is always very polite and very knowledgeable. The only negative issue is that they don't allow you to change the second cardholder's name.

I am very happy with using this Walmart MoneyCard. Walmart MoneyCard customer service has been good. I have called two times to dispute unauthorized charges. I like getting the texts with current balance. I like being able to check my transactions online.

I have had an overall good experience with the Money Card, the bad thing is they send too much junk mail. I would also like to see it being easier to load the card. Waiting in line at Walmart takes too long, especially when only one person is working and the line's out the door.

Love my MoneyCard, easy to use and convenient. Have had it for a few years. Recommend it to everyone. Use it to pay bills and shop online with no worry. Small monthly service charge, well worth the convenience for someone without a traditional debit card.

I find it great how easy it is to transfer or 'stash' money from your account to your vault. It makes for very convenient and very easy saving. If you need more, it's quick and easy to transfer your funds back and forth.

Walmart customer service was not able to deposit my payroll checks onto my Walmart Money Card all of a sudden after almost SIX MONTHS of depositing in person. I was told several times in several locations that my payroll checks were good but that their "computer system" was just not able to process transactions. RIDICULOUS! So sad. Some time later I bought a candy bar at a self check out station with my Walmart Money Card and asked for twenty dollars cash back. The self check out never gave me my twenty dollars.

I honestly think it's the best card I've ever had. Not expensive at all to manage with the monthly fees like other cards. You can shop anywhere even out of the United States if you need to. It's an awesome card to have handy. Thank you so much because I love my card. It's a life saver.

I have never had a problem with the service from Wal-Mart MoneyCard account. I do wish they would add on the site a way to order new cards when the old ones wear out like mine is starting to do. You only have a way to order card if lost or stolen, not worn out.

Never had any problems. Great service, I love my cash back for shopping at Walmart. It's great. I have been a customer for a while now. Love get my direct deposit 2 days earlier. If I had any complaints it's that I can't get my custom cards pictures but that minor.

This is a wonderful card, I absolutely love it! I really like that I can personalize the card with a photo of my choice. I put a picture of my kitty on my card and am constantly getting compliments about it. The updates, direct deposit and reload options are great!

I need like having the Walmart card has reasonable rates. I really liked it when I didn't get charged to use the ATM at US Bank but now I get charged no matter what ATM I use. I don't like that I can't get wire transfers and you have to put a minimum $20 on.

I think that it great to have to pay for my gas and when I reload it it cost only 3 dollars and then I get another charge for monthly charges! But in the most I need it to purchase anything it's great to have! Your MoneyGram people are not that great!

I have the black visa card and I thought it was the one that didn't take the $3 dollar charge for cashing your check but yet the cashier always takes the three dollars off. I would love to have the $3 from all my checks they took.

I love it. I get paid a day early and I can stash or unstash whenever I want. I use it everywhere. Walmart are everywhere in my area so I can withdraw money with no fee and even get money back for shopping at any Walmart. I recommend it to my husband and now he has one.

Need better access to MoneyCard ATMs. Most I can get from register is $100. Nearest MoneyCard atm is 45 minutes away & is broken half the time. I usually have to go to local branch, eat the withdrawal fee of $3 to get money from my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'd call for a balance on the 1st and it says $0.00. Then two days later I check and it would say "The last deposit to your account was on the 1st." It was there yet I had to wait two days to have access to my ??? Why and who gets that interest my money (And others money) over those two days? Please reply.

I have been pretty satisfied with my overall experience with my Walmart MoneyCard. I use it as a paycard through my employer. I get my paychecks a day sooner than my fellow employees that have regular bank direct deposits. Customer service was friendly and helpful every time I've had an interaction with them. The only thing that I don't like is the atm limitations. 2 per 24 hrs. I don't get it. If you charge me to use the atm along with the atms own separate charge why would you limit atm use to 2 per day? I know I can always go to a Walmart and pull off whatever I want but I work long hours and the Walmart money center isn't always an option. Plus it's time consuming compared to a drive up atm.

I'm having trouble getting on the website, it's always down. Here lately I've gotten no response to texting for my balance. Maybe you can help find the right website, so that can check my transactions. Not being able to check my balance is bothering me the most.

If this had been 2 months ago I would've given a 5 star rating but in the last 2 months I've had multiple issues from not receiving cards in a timely manner and still have not received them. I can no longer check my acct balance thru text and it is very hard getting a customer service rep on the phone.

I use a Green Dot Black Visa Debit from WalMart + two years it has streamlined how I keep up with my finances. The reload is free, with direct deposit I avoid fees. I use online & merchants without hassles, no errors on their part for handling changes of job or income levels.

I have had no issues with my card. It has worked each time. I would rather use it than cash. It's quicker to just pull the card out rather than counting cash. I have used it everywhere. I have not been declined from using it anywhere. I would recommend anyone to use the Walmart MoneyCard.

My only problem is that sometimes when I enter my card numbers it will say... sorry invalid entry... even though it was entered correctly. Then it disconnects me and I have to call back and go thru the process several times until it finally acknowledges my numbers are correct. It's very inconvenient. Please fix this! Thank you!

I have only one big suggestion, and that is a website to track transactions, balance info, loading money from another account. Otherwise very happy with the card. Very user friendly, at my charges are in line with others. I hope you continue with these cards.

They make me feel bad like I am some bad man. They rage on me tell me my kind not welcome there. Call me names, set up so my card not work. They're just plain mean to me. But you will not tell me why or help me. The store is in MASON CITY IOWA.

I've had the card for three years now, and every month my fee is waived. I also get paid one day early! I love the prepaid card. Also, there's a Walmart everywhere which is easy for reloading purposes. Who doesn't like to get paid early? I love the fact that you can review transactions anytime and anywhere.

Whenever I call the number on the back of the card and get set to check on the status of my account amount on card, it asks for the last four digits of my card and it never works. I always have to keep putting it in, until then I've got to put all numbers.

I find the card easy to use and very safe. The card is easy to load as long as the checkers have the proper training and the card is easy to use anywhere. I have recommended the card to others for teenagers and traveling.

I have had no problems with using my card and when I've had problems with billing issues, customer service has answered all of my questions thoroughly and courteously. Reloading is easy and convenient which adds to my positive experience. Easy to use, great customer service. What more can you ask for?

This is a good card to use. Reasonable cost. You can load at several locations. It can be used at many locations. Keep up the great work and improve where you can if possible and try to help us to find better ways to use our card.

I have had my Walmart card for YEARS! It is convenient. I have these things I do NOT like: I HATE the long winded messages whenever you call the 800 number on the card. If I am in a hurry it is like driving nails in my ears and my patients with an adrenaline spike waiting for all the needless rambling to end! When I call to get help from customer service it is as if the reps read from a script. I was trying to set up my Walmart card online to avoid the phone system but my card wouldn't register on the website for some dumb reason and when I called for help the gal I spoke with kept repeating the same suggestions over and over again! Out of frustration I said I would call back if I needed more help and she asked me to take a survey and rate my experience. That was not a good time for that!

I have always appreciated the way Wal-Mart MoneyCard services fight to keep the shopping funds of the customer safe. Down to the last dime. When I had a dispute, I depended on Wal-Mart MoneyCard services to fight behave on my behalf, and they did not let me down. Sincerely your valued customer.

I have had great experiences with my card. Walmart has quickly solved any issues I have had with suspicious purchases that were not mine. I have not ever had an identity theft issue so far thank goodness. I feel confident that my money is safe with Walmart.

I don't like how hard it is to challenge a charge or reverse a check authorization if the check needs to be voided. Also having to pay a fee to put money on my card is not great. It would be nice to have branches in Wal-Mart. I do like getting paid two days early.

Reload & monthly fees are higher than the saving I will produce. I prefer to use AMX Blue card. However I wanted an alternative to AMX because many places still don't accept AMX. I use these prepaid cards to avoid credit card debt and to help me budget my biweekly income. I do not plan to reload the Walmart MoneyCard due to fees.

So I have had superior service with my card. It is accepted on and offline to meet my purchasing needs. Accepted at mostly all ATM with the Visa logo. Sometimes the fees associated and again it depends on ATM location are outrageous with 2-3 fees e.g. withdrawals to simply use, bal check. But overall I'm satisfied.

Very explained and understanding. Keep up the good work. I missed the student cards. It was the black one and also you all had a black one that all you had to do is loan. I miss that one also, but keep up the good work. I appreciate your business. You all have the best cards. And your other delivery service is the best.

I have used my MoneyCard for quite a few years now and have have a couple of issues that weren't any worse than dealing with my bank ATM card. The only thing I REALLY DON'T CARE FOR IS HAVING MY ACCOUNT BALANCE SHOW UP ON MY RECEIPT FROM VARIOUS VENDORS. If that could be taken off somehow that would be great. I know people who won't even consider a MoneyCard because they don't like the idea of their balance being public knowledge.

Charges for adding money to card needs lowered. Also should be able to load any kind of checks. I get reimbursed from my church for items purchased but I cannot add these to my card. I also would like to be able to use gift cards to add money to my cards.

Like having this card is very helpful when I need to buy something there or online. Cost a lot less to do this than other cards do. I do most of my shopping at Wal-Mart anyways. Have to buy my straight talk card there, will still continue to use my card.

I had a good experience at Wal-Mart with buying clothes and shoes. Their prices are good and I got good deals on food and drinks there. I found cheap deodorant and toothpaste. Toys are cheap and I wish that y'all cellphones would be cheaper and the minutes.

I love it... I love no overdraft fees... very easy to use... accepted everywhere!! Wish there were ATM fees though. I have my payroll direct deposited and it's awesome. I pay all bills with it. And I use it at Walmart and love that you get money back.

Walmart Money Card is the best card out right now. You can go online at any time. Your job will fix you up quick without direct deposit for your Walmart Money Card and it's very convenient. Like I said I have no problems with the Walmart Money Card. All my friends and family has it and I mean you get your money before time. That's an excellent thing and you know if you have any problems you can call it in at any time but I never had any problems with the card. This is very convenient. I've always been happy with Walmart's MoneyCard. One time we was notified of suspicious charges. Somehow our card was being used and it wasn't us. The quick actions saved us a lot of time and money!!! A freeze was made on our account and you even had our new cards to us within a couple days. I have heard a lot of people losing their whole paychecks when this happened to them, but we didn't lose anything. So yes we are very happy with the Walmart MoneyCard.

I am very happy with my Walmart Money Card and have used it for years. It has helped me keep my budget under control. With no overdraft charges it has reduced all temptations to try and "float" checks when money is tight leading to expensive bank charges. Thank you Walmart!!!

I like the idea of getting my direct deposit 2 days early. Really help me out. I would highly recommend to everyone to get the Walmart MoneyCard. I have never experienced a problem using the Walmart card anywhere at POS or atm. It always works great.

The new version of bill pay does not show the bill or amounts that are due. It is not as convenient to use as it was in the first version. It also doesn't give details of the accounts. At times it keeps telling you to hit the submit button over and over.

The card has always worked for me. When I find false deductions they correct it very quick. I never have a problem getting my balance and a review of my transactions. I have never had a problem with my card not being excepted for purchases. I definitely feel secure knowing my card is in my wallet.

My card number has been stolen 4 times and I never win off the savings thing even though I save a lot of my paycheck. Seems unfair otherwise I love the card and direct deposit. Been customer for 2yrs yet never win for saving. Wish I could.

Wish the card had a chip since it is more secure. And most machines are chip ready. And to be able to deposit a check mobile. I enjoy this card very much. My card is good until 2020 but would really like a chip in the card.

So far it's been a positive experience. I've only had one problem. It worked for my iTunes account for about four days and then was no longer accepted. I don't know if it was on the card end or on iTunes' end. I also wanted to know if the card would ever get the chip on it.

I'm starting a new job and I have direct deposit going to my MoneyCard but there is a problem with my account. Please explain what's going on with my account so I know to cancel my direct deposit from work.

Good but not great. The fee $5 is not bad but the time of when I have to have money uploaded seems to be shorter sometimes than others and the app not giving notifications on balance like a text message would be nice.

Called about my card as my temporary card I purchased the numbers had come off and I needed to pay a bill but was told my card had been deactivated. Also was told they didn't have my card number. So I literally had no access to my own money.

This is a great card for monthly utility bill payments as well as purchases from online websites. I have utilized Walmart MoneyCard services for almost ten years. I have purchased cards for friends and family members whom I send money to. I used to cash my payroll check and load my card in the same visit but Walmart stopped cashing my checks for my financial safety but could not explain why. That did not affect my willingness to continue using MoneyCard. I have no complaints about the card.

I am pretty happy with my experiences with the Walmart Moneycard. The only thing I do not like is that you can't have someone transfer money onto it using card to card if you have the basic moneycard. I think it should be available universally over all cards.

I can't use my card in all Walmart to get money. I don't know why. Also all of the employee don't know how to give money off the card at the register. Walmart needs its own ATM machine to get money off your card for free.

I love my Walmart card! The customer service is always friendly & professional! And best of all my direct deposits are always on time or 2 or 3 days early! I have referred 3 people to Wal-Mart Green Dot and they thank me all the time! They love their cards too! I will keep referring to you.

Everything works great and is very helpful to manage money. Great to pay bills, shop online, have reward point when shopping at your local Walmart. Also it keep your money safe and you can manage your account at all times.

I have not received my card yet. Tomorrow will be 14 days and I was wondering where it is or if it has been mailed out or anything. I need it. Anyway I'm just curious as to why I have not received it yet. It makes no sense.

Always friendly and helpful. I Have recommended to others. I have had problems with people making charges to my account and their staff responded quickly to stop future charges from them. I got my money refunded in a prompt and timely manner, and was sent a new card by express mail with no additional charges.

I use it to buy things online. It safer that way no one can over charge it. If someone steals it they can only buy with the amount on card. I recommend it to people all the time. I've tried to buy not knowing the amount on it and the order is denied. Also good you can check amount left on card.

With my Walmart card I am in control of what I spend. It's like having a bank account without the big bank and all the charges. I have other family members that use Walmart card. There is never a problem where ever I go whether it's at home or out of town.

Great card! I love how it lets you receive your paycheck three days early, very convenient. The cash-back tracker is a pretty cool feature on it. Prize savings is also another cool feature on Walmart MoneyCard. Will recommend to my friends and family.

I have not had any issues with the service from my Walmart Money Card in the 2 years that I have had it. The only thing I didn't like was the direct deposit text alert, it had such a long delay before notifying me of my deposit that I opted out of that feature.

I do not like having to pay $3.00 every time I want to load the card. I already pay a monthly service fee of $5.00. It's almost not worth having the card anymore. I do like the Walmart MoneyCard App so that I can check my balance. I don't really use any of the other features.

The monthly fee is unreasonable, and very much so inconvenient. I also has a hard time using it at the gas station. I also don't like that I have to go all the way to Walmart, just to add funds to my card. They should make it where you can add money via online.

Evening seems to be going well. Would like more rewarding for using this service, free checks per month or interest may be more cash back or rewarding if persons use card for online purchases from Walmart or other business connection with Walmart.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard. It's easy to see what I've spent and where plus I can stash away money I don't want to spend and it's always available when I need it. I highly recommend this card for all my friends and family. By far best money card I've had.

I lost my phone. It had my MoneyCard number on it. So I called to report it lost. OK I received it on time. Well went to activate it and it was blocked. I have direct deposit going onto it weekly over a 1000 a week. You get none on the phone. If you do you have to try for days. Well guess what it's in the Philippines. No English speaking **. They won't unblock your card without sending them your driver's license. I guess so they can steal more of your identity. It is absolutely insane trying to talk to a guy name Venny who is supposed to be a senior representative. A joke.

I like the card except for the 3.00 fee to cash my check then 3.00 to load the card. That's my only complaint. I shouldn't have to pay 2 fees. The other is you can't pay at the pump with it. That would be very convenient. Other than those few things I enjoy being able to have my money on more than one card.

Bring back the fee-less black preferred card!!! I hate having to pay $3 to load my card. It's not worth it if I'm loading a smaller amount to pay a bill online or what have you. The monthly fee should be enough...

I have had the Walmart MoneyCard for several years and love it. Can shop anywhere with no problems, can look at my account and see what transactions have been made, as well as my balance. It is so convenient shopping online, which I do frequently.

I have had a good experience with the card so far! I been using it to buy online and at Murphy's gas station at Wal-Mart's. It has been easy to use. The only thing I dislike about the card is the three dollars fee to load money on it at Wal Mart, but it is more at other places!

I've had a Walmart card for a few months. I love the app. I love the monthly fee being waived if you hit a certain amount every month and have had zero issues till recently. I lost my card and someone managed to take out 600 dollars from my account. I used this card mainly for bills so the fact that I have to wait so long for a replacement is the worst part of using this service. Also there has been absolutely no correspondence from the company regarding getting my money back. It's not only frustrating but also now putting me behind on my bills. If the situation is not fixed soon might close the card and never use it again.

I absolutely love getting paid 3 days early. I also enjoy the promo credits that I receive also. I don't have to worry about receiving overdraft fees, because if it's not in there the card declines. The only thing I would change about the card, is the fee that's charged to deposit money. I really dislike that.

Quite simply the card works and no issues at any time using it. Incredibly convenient being I live in San Diego area so there's plenty of Walmarts to add money to or if I ever have to deal with anything. Thank you.

I find the MoneyCard very easy to use everywhere and the time I have ever had to contact customer service they were very responsive. The only problem I seem to have is that I only use my home computer (and I am the only one that uses it) to check my balance and look at the transactions and most of the time it will ask me my security questions over and over again. That makes me very uneasy about the security of my information. Sometimes it won't let me into my own account to look at it, even if it has asked and received the information several times.

I really love my money card and don't want to ever use any other. The drawings that they have are great!! I won $25 shortly after it began. I tell all of my friends to use the Walmart Money Card also.

For almost a month I have been trying to get a problem with my text alerts fixed, but even after repeated calls, and my updating my files, it STILL isn't fixed, and this isn't the first time this has happened. Now I can't get a person on the phone, it just keeps sending me on an answering machine phone tag! I am not happy!

I use my card every now and then to order things. And would help me a lot if they didn't charge me a monthly fee. I love my card and if I could would like to use it more often and I enjoy you having a good card that I can use anywhere that takes Visa. Would not have any other card. I'll keep my Walmart Visa MoneyCard.

I am very pleased with my Walmart MoneyCard. It is a good place to store extra money after paying bills. It is usable anywhere Visa is accepted. I receive text when purchases are made, and a daily balance text, which is helpful in monitoring the card. I would recommend this card to others.

No problems when using for online purchases much more safer than using a debit card or electronic check. It works well for automatic payments and if a business has an issue with security. Works well for renewals or just impulse buys. If someone or a business tries to overdraw it is automatically refused.

Great service with the Walmart MoneyCard. We use it all the time along with Walmart's Savings Catcher. It's convenient, safe and accepted everywhere. I especially like that my paycheck is deposited two days earlier than everyone else. Please don't change anything.

The text updates/balance is wrong sometimes because it's not up to date\recent. The Emerald Card I got with my taxes was accurate and would text me mins after I made a purchase. The updates are sometimes days behind the actual usage of the card which makes it kinda not worth it.

It's exceptionally great. I feel that my money is safer here than in a bank... Fewer problem exists. Walmart stands behind what they say. I have my disability check sent on it direct deposit with a cost of just a small monthly service fee. And you will never spend more than your balance allows you... I love it. And I have recommended Walmart money card to lots of people. Thanks you for your services.

I am overall satisfied with service. I have had no problems with use or with any direct deposit transactions. I do however have a problem with the 2.50 charge for A.T.M. use. You are given a list of surcharge free A.T.M.'s only to be charged by the issuing bank. This makes no sense to me and adds an additional fee if you have to use a bank that charges its own fee. This just seems a little unethical.

They seem to be scripted and cannot deviate from for a more detailed explanation when the system is down or the updates are not correct. They could also send a message by email when they know an update occurs or a known problem exists.

I've had a great experience with Walmart MoneyCard even with customer service as well when I've called. Very happy and have even got my daughter her own card for college. The card does pay a day faster for paychecks in my case, which is really nice for paydays!

My pay goes in direct deposit and it has been working out just fine. Two times there was a glitch on Walmart's side and one time I got a credit because it took too long to access funds. I thought that was very nice. All in all great product and it seems like they lowered their cash checking fees. Great!

The cheap foreign customer service was a turn-off, the card is advertised as a bank. Customer service lets you know it's not. Had a refund from a purchase on another card freeze my account for a week. Had to go through all kinds of embarrassing steps to unlock it.

Have had no problems at all with the service. I would like to make one suggestion - the mobile service could be looked at the messages it sends out regarding account balance are days behind and of no help. They are always days behind in the info they send you so of no use at all. If I sign into site on PC it's wonderful and always up to current. Thank You.

Nice and convenient, very helpful. I highly recommend the Walmart money card. Very convenient for direct deposit get my check 1 day earlier from pay date. There's Walmarts all over the place. No need for a bank to transfer money. You can do it directly from your phone with the app.

It's very convenient and I love it. I don't like to use banks and this allows me to do everything that I can with a bankcard. I like to shop online which I'm able to do. I like to pay my bills online which this card also allows me to do. I also have had great experience with customer service.

The Wal-Mart card is ok. Ice kept it going for over 2 years and always hear chance to win this, chance to win that and realize it's not true. I even had my pay direct deposit for chances to win. I am now going to be putting direct deposit to my bank account because of the fact that was told and believed one thing and found out it was completely false. Other than that it is easy but will a pain at the same time because Wal-Mart is the only place that will load it for free. Everywhere else wants to charge an arm and a leg to load the card.

My experience was ok but it could be better. Like why you have to charge for the ATM when there is no specific bank for the card. That's what would make the card a good card. Having my job direct deposit my pay is good because their card is worse than the Walmart card.

Every problem I have had and not due to Walmart MoneyCard Green Dot or Visa has been tended to promptly and all contact has been very courteous. I wish all customer service representatives were like this companies. They listened to me without interruption and explained things to me in a way I understood and not like I was stupid. They care and that means the world to me.

The customer service reps are very very limited knowledge of the product they represent. It often takes long periods of time to receive direct deposits. I now am getting my direct deposit through NetSpend. They deposit my pay in a timely manner.

This card has too many fees. Not economical for your average person to pay bills with and monthly fee too much. American Express Bluebird Card has been the best card for me personally. Although I will continue to use it, just for certain transactions.

The only complaint I have regarding my card is the inconvenience fee to add cash to my MoneyCard. Also, I would like if I could deposit other checks... not payroll... to my money card. My payroll check is deposited with ease every month. This is super nice. And I always get it at least a day early.

Paid money to load the card and Walmart promptly deducted a $5 monthly service fee. No thank you. I was going to use the card because of the convenience of finding a Walmart store when I travel, but you have too many fees and restrictions. I'm never using this stupid MoneyCard anymore. I wanted a Walmart Credit Card anyway. Not good experience with this card, NetSpend MasterCard is a better value for when I need a prepaid debit card. I'm really disappointed with this card and experience.

I think with someone like me, that puts money on the card every month, you charge me 3 dollars to load it. Then you charge me every month to keep it. I don't think that is right. I do use the card to pay my bills and order things off the websites and I just hate you taking extra money I could use.

It is very convenient and I get my check sent to it so I get paid 2 days early which is a big help. I recommend it to everyone. It’s easy to load and easy to get money off it. Just wish I could take more than $100 off when I need money but other than that it is a very good card to have.

My experience with Walmart MoneyCard is that I love getting paid two days earlier. But, the 3 dollars maintenance fee makes me have a negative every month. And the extra money for ATM fees suck. I lose 4.50 which is at fee and the Walmart fee… Ugh I hate that.

What I don't like is they send a text hours after your deposit was posted. My old prepaid card I got a text immediately when deposited two days earlier than my normal pay date around 1:10 pm. Walmart shows it posted around 9:00 pm. So you actually don't get your pay two days early as you claim, since pretty much everything is closed by then and you have to wait the following day to actually pay bills. Kind of disappointing. Another thing I'm not crazy about is you don't show what's deducted on a text immediately. What I do like is the fee. Free withdrawal within a Walmart store. Only wish you had Walmart ATMs at locations. That would be icing on the cake. All in all it has some flaws and some benefits. So I'm happy.

I have had nothing but great service with excellent customer care service. It is easy and dependable. The direct deposit feature is the greatest feature. Transfer of funds, the vault, and online bill pay is excellent. Thank You for a great simple way to do banking.

Service has been a good learning experience, it has given me the opportunity to have direct deposits and make payments and purchases without having to pay high fees from well-known banking institutions. The value in the card is the fact that my mom in MS can send me money and I can send her some as well.

I like how easy it is to use this card. You can reload it at any time and whenever you have issues, they get solved right away. Very happy with the customer service and if there's any charges that aren't mine, I get issued a secure card so I won't have that issue anymore.

I have had my card hacked twice. The money was returned but only after several days. Also the account balance texts are not always accurate. I have had this account for about two years and these are the only real problems I've had.

I don't have a problem with anything. Everything is great. I like how you can get a text about your deposits. I like the emails when your balance is getting low. So just keep up the good work. I like using my card.

Always very helpful when I have to call customer service for anything. I've been a customer for 10+ years. The only thing I can say I don't like is when your card expires they give you a whole different card number.

This card has been a struggle. I am charged to put checks into the card. There are no stores nearby. The online features absolutely don't work so the only way to check my balance is by phone. Couldn't even load 2 checks on my card. Never again.

Before the Walmart MoneyCard app, I would receive text message alerts to my phone showing my purchases, transactions and balance. Now that I have the app, I do not receive any notifications. I manually have to sign into the app and check all the information I would have gotten if the text messages still applied. It is more convenient to receive text messages than having to open the app every time.

I think it would help us if we had the chip that saves our personal information on it... faster check out in stores and locations that's use the chip reader. Please take great thought in this. I happen to love my MoneyCard... it comes in very handy.

When I've called a number of times but yet send me a card with my name on it! Very disappointed!!! When the gentleman said I would have my card within 10 business days and that was a month ago. My wife got her NetSpend card within 5 business days and here I still have a valued customer card.

My Walmart card is very good. They are good on secure. They make sure there is no fraud going on. Direct deposit early. They keep up good with transactions. They are transactions and balance be good online and on telephone. They make it hard for anyone to check your balance.

My personal opinion - I like even better than the bank account because it does not charge me for what I deposit in the account. Always accurate. When I check my money is there. It's not gone like in the banks when you deposit cash and then they charge you for all these kinds of fees!!

I actually have 2 cards and I use both of them faithfully. And being able to have access to my direct deposit 2 days sooner is definitely a plus. I have no doubts about the security provided in keeping my funds safe. I am thoroughly satisfied with all the services provided.

Improvement to Money card - It would be awesome if we could deposit checks by taking pictures of check and deposit to account that way. The American Express Bluebird card did that and it was very convenient as you didn't get charged a check cashing fee.

I have been using the card since late 2007 for lots of reasons. Mainly to have my payroll check deposited every week. I have had 2 issues in the past where someone used my card and fraudulently spent my money and it was taken care of in a relatively short amount of time in my favor, and all of my money was replaced. I don't like paying atm fees is the only drawback that I have found because most banks charge $3.00 and then the card charges $2.00 as well so it is expensive if you don't go to the right atm. I have and will continue to recommend this card.

It's good as received my money. I just don't like that fact that they charge 3 a month and you do not get your paycheck up to 3 days in advance. I get my paycheck like 4 am in the morning same day I get pay.

It would be nice if Walmart offered rewards for loyal direct deposit cardholders. For example to charge card holders $3 for intermittent deposits is excessive as well as adding to the card from Walmart to Walmart. There is no real benefit in having the card. Walmart just continues to get richer off of poor people.

My experience with my prepaid debit card from Walmart is positive. I receive my deposits promptly. Card is accepted anywhere they take debit cards. Customer service has always answered any questions I've had. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable prepaid card. The prepaid card is very helpful in keeping to a budget. The vault option assists with budgets as well. I've had the debit card for over 4 years.

Great service. I'd recommend this to everybody I know. Would really encourage a lot more people to bank with Green Dot. Never have any problems and my money is safe. So with that being said I'm glad I made the decision to bank with Green Dot.

It's easy and fast to put money on card. Only thing I really hate is when you have to stand in line just to put money on card. You should have a machine that you hang on wall or stand up by itself like coin return so you can add money to card without having to stand in line. Fast and easy makes a customer a happy camper.

All I've ever experienced have been totally great. I got my card since I don't have a bank account. You guys are my bank. I needed a place to have electronic money deposits. You guys fit the my needs perfectly. Plus I can use my card anywhere I've ever needed to pay a bill or purchase things. I really like to get cash back at the register when I make purchases. With my poor credit rating because of my ex-wife you are as close to credit card I can get. It's funny I tell all my friends that, "If Wal-Mart Doesn’t Have it I don't Need It."

Thus far my experience has been great. A few things that have not worked in my favor is my ability to wire money from my checking account, only being able to cash my check on to the card at certain Walmart's, and the ability to use the card abroad has been denied. If these issues can be amended the experience would be enhanced.

It was really, really good. Checking my balance and all that stuff online was really fast and easy. All long as my internet was up. It was very fast. Customer service was helpful at all times and all my questions were answered. As for using my card. It was great too. Always asked for my PIN and most of the time, I got the remaining balance on the bottom of the receipt.

Having to still pay a check cashing fee to deposit my BONUS checks onto my Walmart card. The same company direct deposit my weekly pay but bonus is given by personal check. Everything else that I do with my card has been problem free. THANK YOU.

My experience has been great with this card. Sometime I would like to add less than 20 dollars but other than that my experience is good. I use the card and have no problems with the card. Direct deposit is easy.

I don't mind the card but am frustrated with not being able to load at the register any longer. It was very convenient, but the changes are making me wonder if I should just open a bank account. It's nice being able to reload at the biggest cheap retailer. But having to deal with the busy money center, or customer service is an extra step. I'm not sure I will continue.

My company releases our pay every other Wednesday. Sometimes I don't get the money on my card until Thursday morning. Is there a reason this is happening? Sometimes it comes Wednesday evening. This is an issue cause you never know when to expect your pay.

It has been a terrible experience for my wife and myself. Y'all was willing to deposit my wife's direct deposit onto the card, but yet refused her access to her money. Your company continue to deny her a card until she got fed up and stopped her direct deposit.

I have not had any problems using my card. I have no complaints and I recommend Walmart MoneyCard to everyone who asks me. I have used my Money card everywhere and have not encountered a vendor who will not use it. The only problem I have is with the vendor that want to use a reversal of funds and not as a debit.

The only thing I wish I could do is get alerts via text. I never have had any trouble getting to my info. My check from work is always deposited a day in advance. I'm able to use the card as credit for some of the online purchases I make. I can also use the card to prepay some of my bills.

I purchased, a couple times, beauty creams that are clearly listed as $4.95. Then I turn around and find one time $39.00 removed for said cream, which was replaced. A different time, I purchase a different $4.95 and find a week or so later $99.99 removed. I called, complained that I NEVER permitted that to be removed. The people who ripped me off didn't care, and neither did the people that are supposed to help me NOT get ripped off. Once I have a few legal papers completed, I will more than likely only use this card to add money to in the store. I can not trust that my money won't be ripped without concern again.

I am very satisfied with my debit card. Getting my weekly paycheck on Wednesday has helped me. Saving money when buying gas with my debit card is very helpful. I always recommend Walmart MoneyCard when asked about my preference.

I love this card. I like how you can stash money when you want. I like how you can overdraft and there is no fee. I like how you can use the card anywhere. Over all a great card to have that rewards you with cash and gifts. No other card has done that for me. I will never change this card for any other one.

Excellent features, especially having two cards on the account with different names (one with name of relative). Access, both on-line and by smartphone texting, is great! No bank has matched these features! Including Wells Fargo! Only negatives are occasional slow access, and the outage several months ago caused by Vesta software staff. Outage was a disaster! Walmart service staff does not seem to understand how great this card is.

This card has saved me numerous times. Whenever I need to purchase online, travel, or just to have a few bucks on me the card has come through! Extremely easy to refill, have automatic deposits, and use. This card is perfect for me! I always have mine with me, and highly recommend getting one!
