My card has been stolen, lost the money on that. I made a purchase for 11.25 at gas station. It was declined, but Walmart shows it went through. Very frustrated, no one to directly talk to. Gas station says I have to talk to Walmart. Frustrated with this system.

My card allowed me the freedom of a credit card, without the headaches of banks. I simply direct deposit my paycheck onto the card. I love it! I use it like a credit card to secure hotel rooms and have never been refused. I can add extra money whenever I want. I can also take cash off my card whenever I want. It only costs 3.00. When my card got stolen last year, Walmart was extremely fast in closing my account and opening a new one right away. Thanks Walmart!

My experience with the Walmart card has been great. The only concern I have is with the Walmart app. It's not as accessible as it should be with the editing of your personal information. There should be an easier way to be able to edit your personal information such as your phone number.

Back in 2015, funds were stolen out of my account at ATM's that I never did business at while I was in jail. All of my claims regarding the repayment of these stolen funds have been denied. I want a independent review of this matter.

I really like the card and company. It's so easy. It's not expensive. It's affordable and really easy to use or add money. We have recommended y'all to a lot of people. Don't know if they have switched over or not but y'all are our choice every time.

Great card but need a new card because security number on the back of the card is fading away and I need new one so I can see it, when I try to order stuff online it doesn't let me do it because the number on the back is always put on the order wrong. I just really need a new card.

I am very satisfied with the services provided. I encourage others to get the card, it is much better than having an actual bank account. And the vault system is excellent. The remote access that I have via online is awesome.

I am very happy with my Moneycard, would tell all my friends and family. It's very easy to use and has lots of extras you can use. Phone balances, texts your deposits and all of these extras are totally free and the phone rep speaks English. I am so happy that Walmart has this service.

The Walmart MoneyCard was a smart choice. Convenient to load funds in numerous ways and the direct deposit comes in very handy. The rewards I get for making everyday purchases will be appreciated. I do the majority of my shopping at Walmart, so it's so easy to add up those rewards.

This card is easy for someone who is rebuilding from filing bankruptcy. I didn't want to stay with my nationwide bank (WF) because of all of their scandals, plus I was about to default on a loan I shouldn't have taken out. They had already taken money out of an account I had created for my newborn son even though I turned overdraft protection off of every type of account I had with them. The Walmart MoneyCard actually stops me from overdrafting my account, whereas my previous bank would approve them regardless of if I was currently in good standings with them or not. Then there were all of the fees! But the Walmart Moneycard has minimal fees for someone like me - there is a required monthly deposit amount, checks are not too pricey if you would even need them (I don't), and you can send/receive money from another person easily within 24 hours.

I have had the card for over a year and I have not been unhappy with the service yet. My only complaint is when getting money from an ATM that accepts the cards why charge for the ATM use? Why not return the fee to our accounts?

The only issues I've had are funds deposited not being immediately available and the card not working for services like Android pay or Uber, but otherwise it works for what I need it to. I would really like it to work for all services so I won't need multiple cards.

My experience with this card has been positive. I use it to protect myself from having to carry around cash. I have recommended to friends and family to use a Wal-Mart prepaid card instead of cash and the majority are glad they made the switch.

Waiting 3 months to take out 3.00 fee even if the right amount of deposits have been made... Never win any of the prize savings even if you had 1 million saved. You are left with empty dreams and the customer service reps are very rude and you can barely understand a lot of them. Hold times are horrible.

I have loved my card since I got it; actually told friends & family to utilize this card in the first week. I love my direct deposit and early access. My favorite part was the text alerts as soon as I swiped my card. The ONLY complaint I have is that in November 2016, my text alerts stopped. I contacted Wal Mart; they said do it online. I literally have tried the online route 18 times over the last 8 months. No one seems to know how to help me or care to help me.

I haven't had any problems with my card but as a customer I feel like you should not charge 3 dollars if we load a KO eh card from you guys. But other than that I like my card and there should not be a fee each month on the card.

It is very convenient and great experience using this card. I had never had a problem and their customer service is prompt and focused on the individual's needs. I truly recommend Wal-Mart Money Card. If it works for me, for sure it will work for anyone whom for one reason or another need or prefers having this kind of service.

The experience was easy and good. It made it easy to pay my bills and I would highly recommend this service for others. I liked the fact of being able to go into any Walmart and loading the money on the card or utilizing the online service.

Great card. Easy to load and easy to use. Great for all things like shopping and paying bills. I recommend this card to all my friends and family. You also can save at the gas pump as well. I recently started using the stash prompt where I can start saving money.

I love my MoneyCard. I use it to pay my bills, make purchases. It's very easy to use. The app is easy as well to check my balance. I have other MoneyCards with my kids that I can add money to at any time.

Not too happy with the card. As long as I've had this card I would think there is a new way to keep your us happy. One I have reported a few times with the problems about money coming off my card that I did not authorize. Nothing was done about it. Also I would think it would be better to have cards with the chip in them to avoid fraud like all the cards now. If you would like to keep me as a client I think changes need to be made with this card. I have all my paychecks deposited on there and mostly have all my income tax checks deposited on there also. With the exception of this year due to all the problems I will not be depositing my paychecks and the or my income tax.

When I first got this card it was not as great as it is now. I believe some features have changed for the better. At one time I was getting paid on Fridays as normal but now I get paid 2 days earlier than everyone else. I love this card. Also I can load more money onto my card than I use to. Now I do not like the fact to take my money off of this card that I have to be charged and to add money, I have to be charged. No fair. That's the only thing I do not like about this card.

I have been totally happy with the WalMart card with the exception of not being able to use it at any gas station pump. I transport RV's for a living and many times, I am short on money available on my other cards. Yet, I have NEVER had my WalMart card work at the first fuel station. This has been very frustrating as I usually try to keep an adequate amount of money on that card. I wish you would correct this problem so I may take full advantage of it as I do with my other cards. I like my Moneycard. I have had an account for several years now. I have direct deposit and a couple of years ago my card was breached and although I did most of the footwork I got back every penny. I like the fact that I can look up my balance with my cell phone anytime by text message. And The fees are better than other pre pay cards. Thanks Wal-Mart.

This card is SOOO INCONVENIENT - I'm currently looking for a different one to replace!! I have to physically go in the store to put money on the card. And when I do, IT MUST BE IN CASH! I should be able to transfer funds to that card, from another account! Additionally, I'm disabled - which makes this situation EVEN MORE UPSETTING!

I was supposed to receive a direct deposit today and I was informed that it would be another 24 to 48 hours before I received it. I was under the impression that direct deposits are received up to two days early not two days later. This made me very upset.

Good experience. No major problem. Good so far no real problem. Hope that money can get on card sooner. Don't really have more to say but that when you have a problem with your account and you need something taken off, why not just cancel that problem on the card instead of canceling the whole card.

Love my card and services. Wish the texting to get balance would work. These cards have made things so much easier for my husband and I. I have recommended them to many people. I wish they came in different colors or gave the option to place a picture on the card.

I am completely satisfied with the easy use of the money card. It is very convenient for me to use when I am traveling out of town. I would recommend this card to my friends and families who need a temporary card. It is safe and secure is what I love about it.

I check my acct very closely, very closely. Green Dot has been good about emailing me of all transactions made on my acct. But for some reason this month, it has stopped with no reason or request from me. Just wondering why.

Love the card. Pay check posts on time and my app notifies me of my balance daily. There are no overdraft fees but I don't like the monthly fee. Loved the free twenty five dollar promo. I would recommend this card to anyone. I will continue to use this card.

I like the card until I go to get money off at customer service and they charge me a fee but it clearly stated no fee for my card. I don’t understand that. When I call the 1800 I’m told they can't do anything about it but yet the people at Walmart tell me that they can't do anything. That I have to call the 1800.

My only real problem is you say it will be deposited 1 -2 days early. It is not. Please don't advertise as such if are not going to follow thru. Be a company of your word. Integrity says a lot. Thank you.

The system seems to be down a lot. Also the system seems broken when it comes to winning at your stash cash game. I recently opened a new account with another company due to the dissatisfaction I have with your services. I deposited tax returns on there and was to receive a bonus. Never happened, payday bonus for setting up direct deposit never happened. Sometimes the calculations of what is still on card is wrong. Cash back rewards never received, a lot of the features that was exciting with the use of your services. I have never received. YOU DO NOT LIVE UP TO YOUR CLAIMS.

The incessant emails about setting up direct deposit or other things are annoying, but I like my card thus far. I use it to help me budget and keep myself in check. Since it's pre-paid, I can only spend what's on it and not go over.

I haven't had any rewards receive in this card since I got it. I was told I would receive them. I use this with all my transactions and I haven't seen a dime. I believe it was just a scam to get us to use it more.

Since I have been using the Walmart Money my budget has been manageable. The direct deposit has been exactly what a person of my spending habits need to maintain - a proper balance in my checking and savings account. The convenience of having my retirement deposited to my Walmart account is perfect for someone that has a hard time getting to the bank on paydays. The Stash and Unstash option is vital to when I want to put additional funds away for a raining day or night.

I really like having it, because I can put money on it from my SSI debit card. Also it has a routing number and account number, not like the SSI card that has no routing number and account number for it.

I love my card. I love how it works. What I don't like about it is that is very thin and a break very easy and you can't call to just replace your card. You have to wait until your card expires in to you get a new one. And the saved money find I have never won.

I don't have any negative problems with my card or the service I receive. Except for one, and that is I have no control over what day of the month that my disability is added to my account. So when there is a holiday or the 3rd falls on the weekend sometimes it's put into my account before the end of the month. Then when the next month comes I get a service charge even though my account is credited with 1606.00 each month. Is there anything that can be done about that?

I needed to change my address back to P.O. Box number. I've had it before my card was stolen and now I am unable to change it back to that P.O. Box that would be my billing address. This is very unfortunate and inconvenient. I hope you can resolve this issue.

I love my Walmart prepaid debit card, it is amazing for me because I do shop at Walmart and the ATM inside are no fees added. I love how I can have direct deposit into my account to from my work so I don't have to worry about a paper check, I'm just having issues trying to get a second card issued out to me. But overall I love my Walmart prepaid debit card.

I have for the most part enjoyed the MoneyCard and the service. It would be better since it is a prepaid card if there were no monthly fees and if the Walmart stores did not charge to cash a check you were wanting to load on the card. It is like a loophole for the no charge load. It would also be nicer if it was easier to actually take money off of the card. Except for these few issues this would be a 5 star experience and a great card alternative to cc or banks.

It was great having the card until I recently was hospitalized. During that time I was unaware of two transactions made on my account without my authorization. Once I found out about it I immediately called customer service to report it. I had no access to a computer, printer or fax machine to print out the dispute form. The agents were very rude and ultimately my dispute was denied and I never got my $320.00 back! I am very disappointed in that and will be moving my direct deposit to a different bank. I am also looking into filing a complaint against Green Dot. I also feel the money that us customers have direct deposited should be available sooner than 4 to 5 pm. Most places close by then and we have bills to pay. I did enjoy the cash back rewards.

Well, I've requested that my card balance not be displayed on my receipt!!! But you've done nothing about it!!! That's the most idiotic thing I've ever seen. That's dangerous!!! Other than that… being able to get money at Walmart's because of the hours open & locations… makes it convenient. Not banking hours.

I was upset that there wasn't no way for me to get funds off my account when I lost my card... Nobody from Wal-Mart can help nor the customer services line... I get direct deposit so I had to wait until I received my replacement card and my child went without milk...

I had received emails as well as seeing the signs in stores about the $25 Payday Perk. I have been receiving direct deposit from my job for months now and have not received it. I emailed in quite a while ago with very little communication as to what was going on. I received an email yesterday saying it was resolved but that was all. I still have not received it.

My Walmart Money Card is just what I wanted, it works perfectly. I just started a part time job and would like to use my Money Card for direct deposit, but the company insists on a check with my name on it. Are checks available from the Green Dot bank?

I have been very pleased with my Walmart money card. My direct deposit is always on my card on time. It's easy to use and works good with what I use it for. I order things online and use it to pay bills. I have no complaints. I am very satisfied with my card.

I got this card bc I needed a card I could reload as needed. I had not used the card since the new yr and had gone to Colorado on a backpacking trip in June. I went to Walmart and loaded 20 bucks for my resupply... When I went to use the card it only had 2 bucks on it. Little did I know that there was an almost 18 dollar fee on the card!!! So there I was 19 hrs from home with 2 bucks to my name bc the lady at Walmart did not inform me of the fee I had to pay before hand. When I called they told me all they could do was give me 5 bucks back but not til Monday and this was on a Thursday.

I have been a customer for almost 3 years, and lately I am considering switching and advising family and friends to do the same. Recently I have been staying at a Motel while we look for a house, the motel doesn't show charges, however My Card shows pending charges that the motel did not charge and your customer service people will not reverse.

I have been very pleased with using the Walmart prepaid debit card. It is easy to load, this card offers direct deposit and has minimal fees. I have definitely recommended this card to family and friends. I also downloaded the app for the Walmart prepaid debit card and it is very helpful.

I have requested THREE times to be sent a card with my name on it so that I am able to use my card at the money center with no issues. The last person I spoke to for MoneyCard customer service said it had been sent, but clearly it has not been. I am very displeased & have been greatly inconvenienced due to this issue on multiple accounts.

The Walmart MoneyCard has been a help to me. I do not have a bank account and it addresses the need to have my pay transferred electronically. I have never had an issue with the service. My funds have always been available in a timely fashion and the fees low which is great. Thank you very much for the service.

It would be nice if I could set up on-line bill payments from this account to pay some routine bills. And your withdrawal fees are excessive when in addition to the monthly maintenance fee. I do like being able to have the automatic deposit to my account from my payee.

I have used this card for about 6months or more. It is interesting that this is the card I will always use. I like it way better than a real credit card. For example, Capt One card. When I had that I couldn’t wait to have that paid off so I could get rid of it. This card is what it is a prepaid card when I am out of money I’m done.

They let you receive your monies 2 days early. Give you rewards and getting your balance online with secure login. Being able to earn points when using at a Walmart store. I surely would recommend to family and friends. I love my Walmart card.

My card has been recently blocked with no explanation at all. I have tried numerous phone calls and cannot get through because it says my card is not valid. I've gone online to upload DL but when I try to enter 16 digit number it says card not valid. Why can I not talk to a person? Please someone reply.

It is a real good card. Get my pay check on it quickly but never 2 days faster. I took it to Florida last year and had no problems using it like I my other credit or debit cards. Would recommend it to anyone that has to have a direct deposit.

I completely trust Walmart MoneyCard because I had someone get a hold of my card and they had started doing weird large amount transactions. Walmart MoneyCard people put a hold on my card and contacted me about it and wound up sending me a new card and canceling my old one... In my personal opinion I trust Walmart MoneyCard people completely.

Unauthorized 24 withdraws $1113.77 - March 2017 I have sent many email and filled out all their forms. Will not grant my claim if you check out when they called. Merchant on April 7 2017 called at closing time. No other follow up. No letter to me. If they did l can't thank you enough to get my $1113.77 back.

Customer service for disputed charge - I have tried to call 5 different times to speak with someone about a transaction that was unauthorized on my card. It keeps telling me it can't find my card or social security number. The charge is for 49.50 or something from Shutterstock and I can't even get thru to report it... WHY?

I love my Walmart MoneyCard! It gives me the security I like to not carry cash, and I have my payroll check deposited right to the card. I love not worrying about overdraft fees! I love earning cash back for all my Walmart purchases. There's also a drawing every month for a free gift card! Walmart has always been one of my top shopping spots even growing up, my mom always shopped Walmart for all the best deals.

The MoneyCard is a very effective way to pay off my bills and other things and I like it a lot. I would recommend it to all of my friends and family. The only thing that I don't like is the service charge. It should be a flat of 10 bucks a month. Overall rating is a 12.

The Walmart card is excellent. The text alerts though could use some work. Sometimes I get 2-3 texts for the exact same purchase and the balance texts are always a day or two behind. Wish I could use my card at the pump also. I always have to prepay inside.

I like it but I don't think when I load money on my card there should be a fee of 3$. I keep the card for my direct deposit since I moved out of state and it's more convenient for my daughter's to get money from me.

I don't like the fact we have to pay $5.00 monthly fee... I like the other card... (black card). I would be very happy if I could pay $3.00 for the monthly fee. Don't get me wrong I'm really happy with my card (gold). Thank you for great service that you provide for your loyal customers.

I am with the fact that I must add a minimum of $20 to the card. The other night I need to add just $6 to cover a bill that was due the next day. Fortunately the representative who I talked to refunded a monthly charge so that the bill would be covered. There should not be a minimum if you are forcing us to pay a fee to add money. I am also discouraged that you charge $3 each time someone wants to add money to the card. Is it really necessary to have that fee? I recommend that you remove that fee.

Don't like 3 dollar fee every month. Other than that good overall experience. Able to use most store and online purchases like that. I am able to deposit most of my checks payroll income taxes. Appreciate the service you provide.

I have had great results from the money card although some online places do not accept card and I am unsure why. I would recommend to a friend. There should also be an alternative to loading the card. It can only be done at a Walmart location but sometimes lines are extremely long and this creates an inconvenience.

I absolutely love using Walmart Money card! Best way to use electronic funds. There is no hassle of banks or overdraft fees. There are no unreasonable requirements. On top of that I can purchase safely. I do all of my online shopping and bill payments online. This allows me to have my bank account, should I choose to have one, to remain protected and lessen the risk of identity theft, unauthorized purchases and lengthy investigations that will lead to opening a new account. All of my purchase history is readily available and I can check my current (real time) balance with just a text.

I am very unhappy with the card. If not for having so much stuff set up with it we would cancel asap. It's my card, my money. Not allowed to change my name on the card (after getting married) And can never get an ENGLISH speaking person!

Excellent on time of deposit and alert on informing direct deposit being made. Need to work on the alerts being correct and consistent. Also would Like to have checks to order and have on hand to pay other items. Tried to pay another person via their Wal-Mart money card but would not get money transfers to be deposited into their account.

I gave you two stars due to the convenience of your card. However the fraudulent activity on my account took more than 45 days to resolve and after waiting 45 days I was still shorted $120. Speaking to someone that can actually help is impossible. Even your escalation customer service simply tells you to wait. They can do nothing to speed up the process normal. Banks return the money within 3 days. This was the worst experience I've ever had and I cannot believe that I have to open another dispute to get the $120 balance that is owed to me. Until this experience I would have recommended them Walmart money card to everyone however this has undoubtedly changed my mind and is the worst customer service experience I've ever received. In addition when there is fraudulent activity and you order a new card there is no way to access your account until you receive the new card. That process should be rethought.

I am very pleased. I never have any issues using it. Any time I have had to call customer service they have always been very helpful and courteous and resolved the issue quickly and have answered any questions I may have very clearly.

My Walmart money card is easy to load and is accepted almost everywhere I go. If you download the money card app you can keep track of every purchase and sign up for deposit alerts so you know when your money had been loaded also. It's easy as can be. I love it.

I have never had any issues with this card but I do have issues with the mobile app because it will say that I haven't deposited enough money to waive the fee but I know with my paycheck I do every month. And also I sometimes get charged the fee when I shouldn't get charged at all.

I haven't really used this card yet, hence the 4. I'm waiting for my direct deposit on the 2nd or 3rd. I will say from prior experience, however, that the money card is a wonderful way to do my business, like paying bills & shopping. Hopefully, this will continue & not let me down.

I have not had any problems with my card and your company. Been with you for years. Except now I have one my card is torn and need a new one. I have tried on line to ask for one but no luck so if you could please send me a new one that would be great and that is the only problem I have ever had.

I have had a Wal-Mart card about 7 or 8 yrs. When they detected a problem they stopped it until I contacted them. Not having to worry about missing money in my experience is keeping it 100%. I am a very satisfied Wal-Mart moneycard holder.

You have an ATM machine outside your customer service, that's a good thing, but when I have to take cash out to make my truck payment, the place I make my payment doesn't take CC or Debit cards, just cash or check. The machine charges me a charge because I'm taking cash out. I know the owners have to make money somehow, but I feel like I'm being penalized for taking cash out.

When I went to Walmart to pull out most of my money, I wasn't allowed to pull out but $1000 of my money. I don't think that is fair. I know, I know, it's for my protection. However, if I want to take it all out, that should be my choice, not yours.

I had a question about using my card while on vacation in Cabo and was glad I called. The rep was very helpful and friendly. Great to get the answer before I got to Mexico and had no money. Thank you.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard!! It's like having a bank account with not having to go to the bank. Online statements is all I need. It's great. I have direct deposit and it's fee are great. Thanks for the great card.

It's easy to use, there was a promotion that said if I deposit over 250 dollars with direct deposit within 60 days that I would get 25 dollars loaded to my card. That never happened. I didn't like that. I'm going to use it for 12 mo then if I run into problems with it then I'll quit using it. If there's any way possible give me some information on the 25 dollars please and thank you.

When I was having trouble activating my new card on the computer, I gave up. Then made one call and my problems were solved. I wished that I could remember the Lady's name. She made it go so easy. Yes, I would recommend this card to a friend, it keeps me out of trouble.

The last couple of months your quality has DECLINED. Text balances run 24 hours behind and the integrity is NOT Walmart standards. SHAME ON YOU. Please correct this wrong decision, as the outsource you are with now... Suck. They have no standards, quality, or understand work standards of America. Please take back your integrity and customer service.

Mine & my sons experience with the Walmart MoneyCard has been a wonderful experience with paying bills, buying groceries, plus I shop on line a lot... I have recommended the card to everyone, we simply love it and have since Walmart came out with this idea. Anyone who hasn't tried the card please give yourself a break and just try it. After all you have nothing to lose.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I have had with to dispute this transaction. I called the day the transaction happened, sent in the required documents asked on the same day the money was taken off my card. And still don't have my money put back on my card. And it's been a week tomorrow. I am on a fixed income and I would have never authorized but one payment not two payments. Please help me get my money back on my card. Thank you.

Ok, so my employment do not offer direct deposit. So every month I drive to pick up my check, go to the bank, cash the check and then go to Walmart to load card. The customer service clerks say they have to charge a cashing fee and a loading fee. Why if I'm going to deposit the whole thing to my Walmart card?

This card is easy to load & use. I use it for all my online shopping so I don't have to worry about my bank account being drained. I have never had any issues with it at all. And I can even have direct deposit to it & track everything with an app. I love my card!

I think when it comes to getting your money back cause someone charges the card not supposed to sucks and I'm really thinking about using another card service. Completely unsatisfied with services. So I think the things need to be corrected or you will lose customers.

I have had a Walmart Money Card for 6 years now and I love it! I love the convenience of it with no bank. Although I do wish the money in vault didn't always show. So that we aren't reminded of that money every time we look at account. Seeing it makes it tempting to use.

I love my MoneyCard. I would like one with my photo on it. But that's ok. I use it for direct deposits from my job. It's always on time with those as well. I would suggest this card to others. It's my primary card that I carry with me.

I love getting my money a day early but won't let me update so I can deposit checks by my phone and put my money in savings. Other than that I have no complaints. I get my direct deposits a day early.

I have truly enjoyed my Walmart card, especially using it at many, many vendors. I gave it a 5 star rating, because I'll talked with lots of people concerning the card and they think the same. It is a fantastic card and I am telling lots of others about.

I like it... It's direct deposit and it get on the card a day earlier and I can pay bills and shop online with it... Take cash off or whatever I need to do I can do it... Recommend for people who don't have a bank like me.

I really love the Walmart Money Card. I pay all my bills with it and my direct deposit goes in every week with no problems and I love the vault savings. It really helps me save money. I will continue to use it for a very long time. It's perfect for me and my family.

I wish the card could be loaded at the registers again. It was much more convenient when I could do that. Loading only at the money center is a pain when it is busy and I have shopping to do. It saves time to load at the registers during the peak busy times.

I purchased the Walmart card with the sole purpose of getting paid 2 days prior with my direct deposit as well as the $25 credit for setting up. I already successfully received my paycheck via direct deposit over 5 business days ago and have still not seen the credit. I already have a second paycheck set to deposit tomorrow and if I had known this I would have stayed with Chase to at least get paid one day prior. I have contacted customer service a couple times inquiring in which I was hung up on and then told I would have to wait the full 10 business days. I get paid 600-700 weekly and I cannot comprehend the delay when I have met all of the stated requirements. Please advise.

I have been using the Walmart MoneyCard for close to one year now. I have never had a problem with direct deposit or paying bills with it. I am never charged any unfair fees associated with the account. Walmart has exceeded my expectation with this product.

Love the card. It is great. I have been using it for several years and it works well for me. I use the Direct deposit and I've had no problems. I would highly recommend this card to other people as I have in the past. My children are now adults and I have recommended that day to purchase these cards. The only thing that I think could possibly make it any better ways to provide some type of rewards for your long time customer use.

I like everything about the card. I like to be able to make purchases online and not having to have cash on hand. I would and have recommended this card to a lot of people. The convenience of this card is a plus in every aspect. I'm so glad I got this card and will continue using it.

I am retired. I have no bank account. I am not employed. I have no employer, as I am sure is the case with many who use a debit card. I realize you are in business to make a profit from the velocity of money. I must use a debit card for Internet purchases as you realize. I do not need constant "hammering" for "direct deposit" via your E-mails when it does not apply to my situation, thus would appreciate not receiving some. I live on very limited resources as do most Walmart shoppers. This is America today, unfortunately.

I wish it was easier to load money into the card. It is not possible for a bank account to deposit onto your card unless it is your bank account. I do like the ease of being able to use it but it does make me sad I can't load more easily.

I have my paycheck direct deposited on my card and I get paid at least 1 day early sometimes too, this makes things so much easier and when I need cash I just stop in the nearest WalMart and it doesn't cost anything to get cash. If I need to pay a bill online with a checking account I have that ability also. I do wish I could have paper checks also. I have applied for a WalMart credit card but my credit is not very good right now. I would like to be able to have a secured card with WalMart.

It says you don't get charged a monthly fee with direct deposit or a government benefit. I get my child support (government benefit) direct deposited onto my card. This is my second account. With the first one, I had no fee and I did not get charged to add money to the card. With my second one, I do. That's $5 a month of a direct deposited government benefit, over the course of nearly a year and a half with having this account. Although, I love this card and its convenience. That's pretty irritating. And when I called to ask about it, I was directed to multiple foreign agents that could not answer my question as to why my direct deposited government benefit was being charged a monthly fee. Which was incredibly frustrating to the point that I just let it go. Aside from that, I have no other issues or complaints. My Walmart MoneyCard is easy to use and I love it. Just don't see why I'm paying a fee when according to the terms I shouldn't be.

I got my card originally to pay my insurance because the company here in town did not accept cash. I now use it for everything. It's so convenient. It's easy to load. I load it when I need to therefore I'm not afraid of anyone hacking it. I hope you don't change it and complicate it as a lot of times happens. Change ain't always progress.

I really have and a great experience with my Walmart MoneyCard and keep telling others about it. My children have their own as well and are enjoying their experiences with the cards as well. I will keep recommending the Walmart MoneyCard to others.

I think that there are a few great things about my MoneyCard. The first is that we really do get our pay two days sometimes, we get it three days earlier. The second is that we have no NSF fees! When the money is gone it's gone and you don't have to sign your name in blood!! I really do appreciate these things. The only other is that I can use my card anywhere I want!!

I am not a low life with no bank account or credit. I actually used this pre-paid to start a website for a client. I think it is absolutely ridiculous I had to give you my damn home address and social security number just to activate a card he ALREADY put money on. I will NEVER get another pre-paid card again. When I got this card a few years ago the fee was $3/month. Now it is getting raised to $8.75/month. To me this is way out of line with other cards. So I will be looking for a card with more reasonable fees. This is because of Green Dot Bank. Just a pure money grab.

All good. I have had good luck with the card for the change. I have never been a fan of prepaid until the Walmart card and I will always use it before I can try any of the other ones. Had so much bad things happen with the other ones. Hopefully I continue to have good luck.

Y'all monthly fees are too high. I'm switching soon if it doesn't change. I've been with Walmart MoneyCard for years. Most banks don't charge that high fee. Maybe I should bank with Wells Fargo or somebody because the monthly fees are ridiculous.

I don't like being charged for fees everytime I want to add money to my card. I guess I could understand the $3 fee for withdrawals but being charged to add money makes me not want to add money to the card. I also do not like being charged a fee if there is less than $1000 on the card. Therefore, I don't use it as much as I would like to.

Card is convenient. Especially like the ability to load with a picture from my smart phone, saves me from having to go into the store. The direct deposit is awesome as well. I also like the stash feature. Thank you.

I enjoy going shopping and using my card. It help me be able to balance what I need to buy. Reloading can be tiresome but it work. I am glad also to be able to use my card most anywhere. You never know what you need when you are out shopping.

Using the Walmart MoneyCard has been a great experience. I use it everywhere, and transferring money to it usually is very simple and easy. I can order all types of merchandise online or otherwise. I can also pay bills and other services with the card.

I use this card to help my son establish his finances. It's great and inexpensive. Whether I'm at home or On Vacation it's easy to use. And no matter where my son is, he can always find a Walmart to purchase items or draw money out.

The $3 reload fee seems excessive and unfair. I have direct deposit every 2 weeks and feel the $3 fee should be waived for persons depositing over a certain amount via direct deposit monthly. My direct deposit every 2 weeks exceeds $1500, totaling over $3,000 a month and I feel the fee to load additional money should be free.

We are enjoying our Walmart MoneyCards quite well. Most of the time we have No issues whatsoever. I do wish atm fees were a little better and that your daily balance updates were accurate. But besides those two things I really have no issues. If I subscribe to a daily balance update it gives me sometimes the day before nothing from the day it actually send the update. It is usually wrong from the current balance. However when I text bal ** I almost always get a quick and accurate balance. Services are pretty good.

When I first got the card it was ok. I liked the early direct deposit but over the last month or two I have had a problem getting my paycheck early. Now I understand that it's early and I would have to wait until actual payday but I was used to getting it at the same time for so long and then all of the sudden I started getting it later and later. I have 3 kids and when you live paycheck to paycheck getting paid on time every time is imperative!

Over the years that I have had this account, for the most part it has been satisfactory. I have had a few occasions where I've had some less than dismal interactions with customer service agents. My initial set up was a nightmare. The packaging for which I purchased the card had a promotion where you would get a certain dollar amount for setting up the account and having direct deposit set up and deposited. I didn't get the amount from the promotion and was on the phone with customer service for about 2 hours. It was horrible, they gave me a $10 credit instead of the full amount that the promotion promised.

I have both a Visa and Mastercard and I love using the two for separate expenses. I love being able to receive text information. However the only problem is having two separate accounts. It would be very nice to have both in one account as my original card seems to take priority and I only get e-mails from that account. It would be great to allow accounts to cover more than one card!

I recently filed a transaction dispute for an atm not dispensing money but charging the amount to my account. While I understand that it takes time, it has been nearly 2 weeks. There has been very little info for where re process is at. The amount is 140 dollars. While it's not a large amount, it is still very inconvenient that it has taken so long.

My Social Security Disability benefit direct deposit is transferred into my account at the end of the each month for my use of the 1st of the next month. Therefore, I should not be penalized for a service fee because more than $1,000 is deposited into my account each month. I've called and explained the situation to a customer service representative, however, I am still being charged monthly because the direct deposit from Social Security is at the end of each month instead of the 1st in which I have no control. Service fee should be omitted from all who receive our direct deposit from Social Security at the end of the month.

I think it's bull deal that you guys want to charge 5 dollars for a service fee and a 3 dollar fee to load money... I was told it was free. I will not be using this anymore. Why would I have to spend my money just to access it and have it taken from me from you guys?

Can you please stop charging $3.00 to take money off the card? I've been pleased with my card otherwise, as I've had it for about 6 or 7 years. It's been easy to use and to have my paychecks and income tax refund loaded. Over all I am pleased with my card.

Great card. The Walmart card is definitely worth the dollar you pay for it. You get so many benefits and you really can get your money back faster. Since I've had the card it's been easy to transfer money to the vault. It's much easier to save.

I've generally been very pleased with my experience with my Green Dot/Walmart MoneyCard and account; any of my minor issues have had more to do with restrictions from my state (New York) than from the account. Customer service has also been uniformly good (pleasant and knowledgeable) the few times I've used them to answer questions or help with my account. The one time I had my card info spoofed and saw a growing list of small transactions on the account, a call to customer service/fraud got the unauthorized charges reversed promptly, and I had a new card within a few days. I would definitely recommend this debit/account card to anyone who needs one!

My card was fraudulently used and I filed a claim and was denied. None of the things were in my name that were paid. The accounts belonged to someone else and I still wasn't helped. I feel like the company didn't care about me or my money and didn't feel like helping to protect it was very high on their priority list.

It very good card to use to put money on. It helps you out when you use it at places like Walmart or McDonald's. I like using my card to order stuff off of Walmart shop.com. Really do like use my Walmart MoneyCard at Walmart and on Amazon.com too.

In all the time that I have had my card I have been unable to set up my vault. I also would like my balance to automatically come up when I log on to my account instead of pushing more buttons. I also don't like answering the security questions every time.

I had a card about two years ago and I loved it. You all never charged me a service charge as long as I kept depositing at least 500 dollars a month. Well my social security disability check was well over that, so I never got charged a service charge. I closed that card and then almost a year ago, I got another card, and again had my social security check deposited on that card. Same amount. But this time you all are charging me 5 dollars a month. What happened within that year to make me now pay a service charge of 5 dollars? I am very happy with that card and the services, just not happy about that extra 5 dollars I have to pay, especially when I never had to pay it before. Thank you.

I like the card, and the services that come with the card. I like the text alerts for my direct deposit. It's great for my purchases online. Being able to stash your money on the account is a great feature. So far I have had a great experience with all the services that come with the card.

I like using the Wal-Mart card cause it won't let anyone take money off of it if you don't have enough to pay for it. I just don't like to be charged double when I take money off of my card. It takes it off at the ATM and then the card charges you next.

I love my card.. very useful when paying bills or simply saving money. Because when I have cash it is easily spent but I am more cautious when using the card. I think everyone should have one. Also reloading my card is extremely easy and the process is very quick.

Very unhappy that digital alerts just stopped working. Also wish I could transfer money from one card to another. It would make it much easier. Other than that, I really love the card. I have been using the card for many years. I love that I can deposit my check into the card and have access to the money immediately. I have added my wife to my account and like that I was able to get her a card to my account too. It makes our budget easier with both of us having access.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard/VISA. I can spend what is necessary, and no overdrafts or fees. It can be used anywhere and has made my life easier. I definitely would recommend to friends and family. I can also pay using the Walmart App on my phone, perfect.

The only problem I have with the card is there are times I only need to add $10.00 to card but can't because lowest deposit required is $20.00. Other than that I have no issues with the card. Can use at stores, online and anywhere a regular debit or credit card is used.

I have always utilized checking my balance by texting and have not been able to do that for the past several months. I now have to log in and go through the questions in order to see my balance. Very inconvenient.

It's a good debit card, easy to use and when you have direct deposit it's really fast. I would recommend this card because you can used everywhere and you can go to every Walmart and deposit money to the card very fast and you can withdrawal money fast too.

The only problem I have with card is the cost to reload if you are not in Walmart Store. It would be nice if you could use your saving account to add money to card. It also would be nice if you could get your card loaded at more places. I enjoy using card knowing that rather than my bank card.

Pros, the Money Card App is easy to use for checking your balance. Cons, it's doesn't seem to be very easy to load cash onto the card. Service desk line at Walmart seems to take forever. I also don't like having to pay $3 to put money on, and also paying an ATM fee if I'm happen to need the cash back out.

I have had this Walmart card for a couple of years. I am really happy this card. You put money, pay bills and if it gets lost the only money they can use is what's on the card. The only thing is that my birthday year is wrong. I have call the customer service and they told me that I could not change that date. So I have to remember that birth year. Please let me know if there is a way to change that.

The only concern is not being able to transfer money from this account into another account or banking institutions. It's good for bill payments without much hassle, pretty good establishment. I've enjoyed the card from the moment I first purchased one. Online access is great and I'm able to check transactions while keeping up with every penny that is spent.

I have never had an issue. When there are problems they are quickly resolved! I am a long time customer. The customer service is always great and efficient. The couple of times my card has been compromised was resolved quickly. I wish there was a better app. And I don't get text messages of my balance anymore. That is my only complaint.

Good debit card. Good for direct deposit and good overall. The only problem I have is that this type of card is no longer available (Black Debit Mastercard) and I don't see an option for a replacement. But I've had a good experience so far in the two years I've been using it.

Walmart card good. Would like to see no monthly fees, like the American Express Bluebird card, and faster rewards. Shouldn't have to wait one year for cash back to arrive. Love the design. No free check offers. Application needs links to Walmart site. Would also like to see more card designs. The Walmart logo bulb is awesome.

I hate the atm fee costs. I hate when you have a issue. It takes weeks to get resolved if it ever does. I am actually thinking about going to a credit union. For me to stay, I would like all my ATM charges returned.

I think the Walmart money card is good. I personally like the "vault" feature! It's like having a savings account inside of the card. Awesome!! It's a really good convenient card to have! Now only if you could personalize the card to your own!!

I love this card and use it regularly. I have never had any issues with this account and I have recommended this card to my friends and family. The only draw back is the loading fees. I love my Walmart debit card! I have my pay direct deposit and I have access to my money 2 days early. I can use my card everywhere and I earn cash back on some of my purchases! I recommend the Walmart debit card to people all the time! You can also pay all bills using your card or sending an online check! Love the convenience!

Overall Walmart money card hasn't been the best. However could be worse. Wish you had other features. After being a customer for so long it seems like we will have some kind of perks. Sometimes have very bad customer service over the phone. Wish that you were able to access some kind of banking system inside the Walmarts.
