I am very happy with my card. I use it with no hassles. It is very convenient. I recommend it to anyone in need of a money card. The card is accepted by most businesses. My only complaint is that the U.S Postal Service no longer accepts it as payment. I cannot figure out why. Why does the postal service not accept your card for transaction?

I am very satisfied with my experiences with Walmart MoneyCard. I especially like getting my monthly direct deposit early and using the Vault to protect my money. I also like not having any more overdraft fees as I did when using other banks.

I am overall satisfied with my experience with my Green Dot card from Walmart. The only qualm I have is the lack of timely updates to the account balance or the frequent errors on the account balance. This happens frequently enough to cause issues when bill paying or shopping.

I really don't have any issues with my money card but when I got the card it said that if you set up direct deposit the monthly fees would become free. But as of recently, I now have to pay the monthly fees because I was informed that now you have to have loaded $1000 a month to not have to pay the fee. I was never informed of this change and I'm really not too happy about that!

I love my Walmart card. Just got to watch out for additional atm fees but its the best way to keep up with my money. I hate bank accounts. I can stash money and get it out whenever I need it for emergency. I just would like less atm fees even at Walmart.

There are supposed to be Wal-Mart ATM'S in the store I can use and not get charged a fee. If you do find one it is either broke down, turned off, or it don't have money in it because the managers are not doing their job. I should be able to get my Balance like I used to by sending a text message, bal8853 or bal5840. Now that don't work. I am getting ticked off. Now I am being sent a message every day that gives a Balance to my cards but don't say which card. And they give a balance that is not right, takes too long to catch up. What is your alls problem.

You Charge $5 a month. That's ridiculous. Walmart's MoneyCard is another way Walmart robs people. The card itself might be a good idea but the fee is too high. Maybe lower the monthly fee a lot and then maybe families can afford it and like it. I don't work my ass off all week to give money away. I've got a family to support. IT'S not cheap making it. And I've got 3 Kids, one income and can't afford another bill so the card SUCKS. Walmart sucks and life's hard.

I, Gerald ** personally love this card and its benefits. I am able to have direct deposit set up with both my jobs and both pay me early. One job is two days in advance then the other one day ahead of when the company actually gets paid. I frequently do shop at Walmart so having this card is a major plus. No charge for withdrawal. You can't beat that.

Their system got hacked and sent money off my card to email address which don't know. And they even got in my vault and took money. Called service care but gave runaround and acted like my fault. Then they canceled my card. Worst prepay card period. Never use Green Dot again.

I love the ability to be able to pay all my bills so easily online. And I get my government pay a couple days earlier every month, and the fact that I don't have to pay any fees is wonderful. Also I would recommend the Wal-Mart Money Card to everyone.

I ordered a new card with the promise I would receive $25 for the first $250 I deposited. So I deposited $300 and then was charged $2 for each withdrawal and $5 for a monthly fee. And of course I never received the $25. It is a farce!

I have had no problem at all when I reload my Walmart money card... fast and easy no hassles. Thank you. I would recommend anyone to get them a Walmart money. Eventually I will have my paycheck direct deposit on my money card... just not at the moment though.

I use my card for spending money. It keeps me from using bill paying money and controls my budget. I am happy with the card, but wish there were no fees to deposit. Because of the fees, I usually use my American Express Serve card... no fees to deposit.

Overall having the Walmart Mastercard has been a good experience, I only wish it had the versatility that a traditional checking account does for paying bills online. I'm happy that it is accepted at stores the same way a bank debit card is.

Have not receive my new debit card. You are making me still using the one I bought at the Walmart store. You won't take a PO box which I have. My street address is **. I'm not impressed with your service. I cannot talk to anybody to solve the issue.

I find the card easy to use and a great alternative to a checking account. It comes in handy when I need to pay for things and don't want to be bothered with carrying cash. Also, I like that I can get points for using it.

I really don't think that it is fair that you charge a 5.00 service fee per month. And I was informed that I would receive 25.00 for having direct deposit and I never received anything. It’s a rip off. And I will stay with my bank for at least I get interest from them.

I love my Walmart card, and I love the fact I earn cash back, that inspires me to keep money on my card when possible. Customer service is great and they respond fast about disputes I may have about a transaction...

It's been a whole month. Since I requested a card my ssi check post to this account. And I can't afford to wait on another card. I paid 6 bucks for a card that haven't arrived yet. Now I'm afraid my cards are missing. Or not and there no contact number.

The customer service experience I have received has been horrible. By law, you are required to have an American/English person to speak to that you can understand, which you do not have. The company chooses when it will and will not accept bank debit cards, that are in your name (the person's name on the prepaid Walmart Money Card), even after the card has been added to the account for 2 months. Your company then decides to just stop accepting any money from it. Other than that, the card served its purpose.

Why is depositing a check so expensive? I would deposit all of them but it costs too much. The card is very easy to use, accepted everywhere, very convenient. Better than banking in my opinion. If only the checks weren't such an issue for me.

Since I can't bank with any other financial institution the Walmart MoneyCard works great for me. It is a fast, easy, secure way to receive my direct deposit and be sure of my card balance at all times. The mobile texts are helpful and the customer service is excellent.

I am so perplexed. I tried to get a second card for my husband online and was told his identity could not be verified. He has his direct deposit starting and he needs to be linked to my account. I was told it's nothing can be done. I tried to get him a card and I get the same message. I called and was told nothing could be done. I been with Walmart MoneyCard for years and this happens.

I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend this service. It is very convenient and lots of stores to do business in and accepted everywhere I have needed to use it at. I also appreciate the text alerts available. And the availability of online access to account information.

I love my card. It helped me get out of debt and also It keeps me from spending too much. I have never had any trouble since I gave up the banks. I love the direct deposit feature. The only thing I don't like is when I have a very small check to cash I have to pay 3.00 for it. Overall Walmart helps me have peace of mind with my finances. I've been a customer for a long time. You should issue me a gold card with no fees.

I think you should bring back the preferred black card. I also think that you shouldn't charge the 5.00 and the 3.00 to put money on the card. I still use this card to pay bills but in my opinion I think you shouldn't charge the 5.00. Thank you and also please bring back the preferred black card.

Love that I get my deposits early and easy to navigate the website and manage account online. Not compatible with cash app and bad customer service when you call with a concern. Take too long for money to return back to the card.

It’s been a great experience. This is my very first card of any kind and it’s been absolute bliss. Very easy to use and reliable. I am new to credit and debit cards, and this was way easier than I was expecting. Very easy to maintain and I can use it anywhere. All the way around it was an excellent experience.

I have been calling about my balance alert. I get text messages saying that my balance is one amount but it's actually something else. I get the text messages at all times of the day, 2 to 4 times a day. I call customer service and spoke to a representative and she was no help at all so I'm just looking into just going to a bank and let my money be directly deposit there.

In an attempt to change my address and add a phone number to my account, my password wasn't what I remembered it being. When trying to change it, I was asked to verify information proving my identity, but although I rechecked all the information, more than once, the webpage response is that my information doesn't match. I'm not sure how to proceed. Thank you for your time.

It's the best service I have ever had in a long time so keep up the good work. I have been with others prepaid card holder and they had a lot of outrageous fees. Well, I thank you for not being like that but be better than the other prepaid card holder. Walmart Money Card is #1.

Too many service charges when you take money from an atm machine. Every time I look at my statement there is a $3.00 & a $2.00 charge. I like the idea about the vault where you can stash money. It's like a little savings account.

We had no problem with the Walmart Money Card until this month. In fact we have had a few of our friends and family members open accounts and they are very happy with the services. Our cards are due to expire next month, August 31st and we have called around (5) times trying to resolve this issue. First we were told that the cards would be here within (7) days, called again hearing the same thing. Next we were told basically the same thing, still getting nowhere. I will be calling again today in hopes that somebody can get to the bottom of this so we can receive our cards. If this does not get resolved we will have to go to another company. We don't want to go to this extent, but we really are being left with no choice in this matter. We rely on this card to pay a majority of our bills. Hopefully by explaining this right now will help us to end this issue and we can receive our cards. Thank you.

I love my Walmart Money Card. I don't know what I would do without it. I have used it for everything. I have recommended the Money Card to many of friends and family. I have used my card for travel bill payment, direct deposit, online shopping. Even deposited my tax refund. Go Money Card!!!

I like that I can direct deposit my checks into my card, I can set up automatic bill pay, it's just like a regular bank card without the bank hassle, so far I have not had a issue with it. The down side is the monthly fee, especially when I'm paying 3 dollars to load it every time I get extra money, I don't carry cash on me. Other than that I love it.

My MoneyCard has been everything it promised to me. I am looking forward to getting my direct deposit for the first time next Friday. Maybe even get paid 2 days early! I will update you as soon as know...

I like the convenience of having my paycheck direct deposited to my Walmart MoneyCard but I do not like paying a fee each time money is loaded to the card. I do not like having to pay a fee to cash checks that I deposit to my card. I do not like having to do all my transactions online or by phone. It would be convenient to offer cardholders a place in Walmart stores to handle more complicated transactions.

Rep refused escalation to supervisor; repeatedly stated I had to accept a sup callback. Eventually, rep did get the supervisor after telling me the sup would tell me the same thing; At which point, I didn't want sup for my actual issue; I wanted sup bc rep had absolutely NO CUST SRVC skills & was very condescending, rude, unprofessional, and VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Honey ** (or ** Honey), the supervisor who took over my escalated call, was extremely apologetic, empathetic and professional. MY ISSUE is still. It resolved, as the supervisor DID issue a courtesy credit, but the promotional credit was NEVER given or applied to my account.

When I was new to the card I told the Walmart worker to put one thousand and eight dollars on my card so I would not have to pay a $5.00 monthly fee. She only put $997.00 on there, resulting in a fee from then on. I didn't realize it at the time and now it's too late.

I've never had anything but satisfied service with my Walmart card. Will continue to use from now on. Have no desire to change. It's the best deal of all cards. My girlfriend recommended the card to me and I'm so glad she did. Others I've talked to are all very satisfied as well.

I have been dealing with this company for years and every year it’s something. My card gets compromised and I get the option to expedite my card for $15. When I decide to pay the money my card is too old to expedite.

Well I wasn't happy that I went to Walmart and was gonna buy something and get cash back to pay a bill, and I saw the atm up front that said no fees for Walmart cards, so I withdrew $100 cash and no fee on the receipt, but when I checked balance on card $2.50 I believe had been charged for using atm withdrawal. If I knew that to begin with, I would have at least purchased something and got the cash back option as it is free.

I love my Walmart Card because it's pretty much accepted everywhere and it's prepaid which prevents overspending. I think the monthly fees should be lower again and I think that if you load $1,000 or more per month that there should be some kind of reward or chance to win a prize or something.

I have had a wonderful experience. I have my paycheck automatically deposited to this card and because of it I get my paycheck a day early. The only issue I did not like with this card is being charged $2 every time I run it as a debit. I already paid for the card monthly and don't feel that every time I use my card as a debit, I should be charged $2 because if I run it as credit I don't get charged at all and I don't understand what the difference is because it's a prepaid card, so no matter what I do it's still going to take the money off right away so why should I be charged just because I enter my PIN. Other than that I love the card and would recommend it to friend.

Having the Walmart Money Card is hassle free and very easy to use. I Love the early payroll deposits and the text message feature they have to alert you of your deposit. The online service is also easy to use. It’s just like having a bank account with the online services.

The only thing good about this card is I get paid two days before. I hate that sometimes my money doesn't show up on my card. My card sometimes doesn't work. I can't go to any lane anymore to load my card. I only have to go to guest service. Which I think is stupid because they close at 8pm and what if I need to load my card after that. I can't. I honestly will just use my card to get my check and then take all my money off for now on.

Overall the experience has been good... But being it's a Walmart card. You would think Walmart (in Butler PA) would have a mac machine that doesnt charge you to take money. Sheetz has the only locations that are surcharge free... kinda inconvenient.

Easy for me because I do a lot of online shopping. Very secure service. Still trying to find out more about the vault to put away some money for "just in case". I am learning about the rewards program and how it works. It seems the more you use it at WalMart the more points you get.

I did have a problem with me not being able to receive text messages to check my balance. I called in to see what the problem was but the information that I got was no help or change so I downloaded the Walmart Money app and was able to view my balance that way and have not had any problems.

Using the card is ok. Haven't really experienced it to the fullest yet. I just received the card about a week ago. Haven't received any benefits from switching from NetSpend. Will wait until August 30th to decide if I will continue to use it.

My account was frozen. Said unusual spending. Spending been same as the last year. Couldn't talk to customer service because of a block that shouldn't have been there in the first place. Took pictures of driver's license and sent twice and it said the first time it was not readable. Sent again. Took the pics well the second time.

Really love this card... Just had my direct deposit setup. Find out they give you 25 bucks for depositing 250.00. That's awesome... It’s also great they waive the monthly fee if you deposit 1000 or more in a month period... Love everything about this card and I almost forget the mobile app works fantastic... I would definite recommend this to anyone of my friends.

I think that it is crazy I should be charged a fee to use the atm at Wal-Mart to access my money. This is something that I think you all should take a look at and fix. Is there ANY atm that doesn't charge fees for withdrawal with your card? I even have my payroll direct deposited. I'd like to have a monthly statement emailed to me so I can review the extra charges. I might as well just switch my direct deposits to my credit union and stop this card altogether.

I try to deposit my own pay check to my account, but the cashier always make me cash my check before I can make a deposit, and every time do that I don't mind to pay for cash the check, but I make it complicate for the people to do that, and lately I had lost all my identification, I can't even deposit my own pay check into my own account. This have to be find way to resolve or I will have no choice to stop my card. And cancel my account.

I called in some unauthorized transactions (Spotify) and waited 2 weeks to hear anything. I was trying to use my card to pay for my kids dinner and was declined. It was not until the next day I was told my card was frozen until I received a new card. Was upset as I had 2 bills unpaid that I now have to wait to pay until new card comes, cause had I been notified I would have removed my money from card and paid my bills!

I have had no problems with the Wal-Mart card. I can use it more than I use my bank card. Love it!!! I can pay bills when the office is closed. I just load up my payment on card and call in my payment. Have had no problems making contact with Wal-Mart putting money on the card.

Able to send money, reload money, my direct deposit for my benefits quickly without the hassle and lines. Helps me manage my money and still do shopping. Would most definitely recommend this card to avoid the other prepaid card hassles and gimmicks.

I have had no major issues with my card. I did at one time get the 3 to 5¢ discount at the Walmart gas pumps. For some reason that stopped. I did get charged for my monthly fees a couple times, but they have fixed it. I want the card to remove the money as I spend it, other than that it ok.

There has been a few times were I would know I have money on my card and would go to use it in another state and the card would be locked for security purposes, I really like this, cause who knows someone could have stolen it and been using it. Thanks.

I don't like that I have to pay $5 every time I load money. It's bad enough you charge $5 a month. There has to be something more affordable for the consumer. I feel robbed by Walmart. Other than that it's a very good service. I just need it to be more affordable.

After using my card for about 2 years "magically" my DOB changed in your database (after your site was hacked). Now before you try to run the same lies and BS that your customer support tried, I have been programming, repairing, maintaining and writing computer programs since 1976. I know what is and is not possible in a customer database. When I was told that the DOB was "personal and secure" I nearly laughed. DOB's are on Facebook, on hundreds of websites and easy to obtain, so I confirmed my ID using my full SSN and address. Not enough to even try to correct my DOB, after your website was hacked? If you want to keep good long term customers, replace your customer support people! I changed to NetSpend, they have polite people working there that respect customers.

From completing the application for a WalMart Money Card online to receiving funds from another card holder and using the card at checkout was easy. No problems using the card so far. I would recommend the card to anyone considering getting one.

I like my MoneyCard. It's really easy to keep track of my money and balances. It's been down for a while and couldn't get my balance alerts but now I get them too much, was once a day now get three a day. I still can't get my balance when I send Bal. It says not authentic entry or something like that. Hope gets fixed soon.

Fast, easy and simple. Never had a better credit card like this one. I'm sticking with it. I would most definitely recommend to a friend or two or three. :) I've made plenty of purchases online. Had a problem once but it was with the website and not the card. Thank you again.

I love using my Walmart reloadable Visa card. It is very convenient. My paycheck deposit goes in my card and I use it to pay bills, groceries or for pleasure. I have a second card for my son. He lives about two hours away which makes it convenient should he need something, all I have to do is reload my card and he is able to use it.

My experience has been good for the most part and that is why I have had the card for several years. If there is any complaint it is that I cannot use the account with companies that want an account number and routing number to make payments instead of a credit or debit card.

I recently filed a charge dispute with Wal-Mart Money Card about a charge that was charged against my card without sufficient funds on the card to cover the charge. Wal-Mart Money Card honored this charge even though the reservation had been canceled and there was no money on the card. I contacted customer service and filed a dispute but they denied my claim. I did everything they asked but to no avail.

I have experienced good service with the card itself, although I also experienced suddenly my balance not texted to me on my cell phone. I have called endless amount of times and spoke to too many agents, they all tried to help me do whatever it was they said would cure the problem, including going on the computer to reduce something that was never undone… Agents would then call me back, asking if everything was corrected, don't how many times absolutely nobody could ever get this solved? One day it works, next day, and hours of grief and experienced agents and supervisors accomplishing nothing at all.

My telephone experience was excellent but I wish the monthly fee could be waived when you have direct deposit. She informed me that with my card there would be a $3 monthly charge and she listened to me even though she couldn't really help me.

I love my MoneyCard and have my payroll direct deposited to it every payday. Also, since doing this I receive access to my check a day earlier. Our payday is Friday but my funds are available Thursday morning! A Market store is down the street if I need to withdraw funds but as most places accept debit cards I usually don't have to. There's also a vault option which is kind of like a savings account, without interest. So I can transfer money there via my phone and save for things or events. It's just so easy to use.

I have used this card for 2 years point of sale and online. In the past 3 months I cannot make online purchases. I now need a replacement card because the magnetic strip is worn off. Otherwise I love this card.

I have only had good experience with my card. Everywhere accepts it. I would like to see a new card with the chip in it. Otherwise I love my Walmart debit card. No problems. I would recommend this card, but you do not sell the black card anymore. If you come out with a new one, no problem.

This is the best card to use and very convenient. Can use it anywhere you go. You can make purchases online. When you want to replenish your funds you can go into your local Walmart as well as many other places to add funds to your card for a small fee.

I am highly satisfied with my money card, very easy to access, rather than waiting in line at a actual bank. Keep up the great work. I would recommend this to family and friends. The only thing is; I got a list of banks that access free ATM use. When I used it at one of the banks listed, I still got charged the fee.

I love getting my money two days early! Using the card is easy and it's accepted everywhere. I have not had a problem that they didn't fix for me right away. I would recommend this card to anybody that wants to get their money in two days. I consider myself a satisfied customer.

Trouble with my account. I called twice for the same reason the first time the lady couldn't help me out. The second time I called the gentleman that I spoke to helped me out. He done a great job. He got 100%. He was very nice, respectful and I really enjoyed having him as my customer service representative.

Having to wait at the money center or in a grocery line to deposit money is very inconvenient when there's atm's right there. At least you can withdraw from there I guess. My experience with the card has been "ok" but I assume your experience relies on the store you go to. It's doing what I need for now so I'm happy.

This card has been a wonderful alternative to traditional banking for me. I have always had negative experiences with all my past bank branches. I forgot them difficult to work with and the customer service, awful. Since I switched to the Wal-Mart MoneyCard that all changed. It makes budgeting your money easy, I can pay all my bills online with, making everything so convenient. And the customer service at my local Wal-Mart is amazing! The experience I have had over these past 13 or so years with Walmart has satisfied me completely. I love to shop at Walmart using my walmart card, I love the fact that I can use my Walmart card to pay my bills, and that my card is recognized and useable everywhere in the US and Abroad.

I love the card, easy to get money and put money on the card. The phone and text accounts work great. I wish I could get my online account to work. I have talk to a few people but no one can help me with it, all they say is to try it on a regular computer but I haven't had any luck with that. I would love to be able to check my withdraws online, is there anyone that can help with that.

I contacted customer service almost 2 weeks ago because there was money missing from my card. The young lady told me she would put the money back that she seen where they took the money off and here it is two weeks later and I still don't have my money.

I love it. Never had a problem. The only issue I've ever had is when $20 was taken off of my card without permission. They cancelled my card quickly, issued a new one but I have never received the missing 20 that they said they would investigate and reimburse. Have tried several times to contact people to correct this but been unable to reach anyone.

I enjoy the ease of the account. I use my card for everything. I like the fact this account is just like a bank account without having to deal with a bank. I like the direct deposit. Only thing I think needs improvement is text notice is always behind. I will get notified that available amount that is never right. I have to text to get right amount.

I really like the card so far, it's pretty easy to use. Reloading the card isn't hard, I just go to Wal-Mart and do it. I can get my groceries at the same time. The card and website is easy to use and understand. I can use it everywhere and I don't have to have a bank account.

My experience with the Money Card has been good. I can go online and check my balances see all of the transactions that I paid. I can see when the deposit was put on the card. The only thing I don't like is the fees if I use a ATM besides Wal-mart.

I got the card so that I could get my paycheck electronically. I like the no fees ever feature when using Walmart ATMs. I remember once I was just given free money when I first got the card. I wish that would happen again.

I have had a decent experience with this card. I really don't have very many complaints when using my Walmart Money Card. Other than a few problems in the past for the most part I have had a good results. I would recommend this card to other people.

Had very few problems with card. Some of online issues as far as ordering additional card. Cust. Service was good. Overall good. Fees sometimes pain. Like balance online have had few issues since getting new card. Also had prob with late fees with Redbox and they said got denied by card services so did collect fees so then our Redbox was closed.

I'm very pleased with my card and the ease of using it. I also love using it to shop online and in different restaurants. I had no problems using to purchase plane tickets. I would recommend this to friends and family. I really like the ease of using the app also.

Overall I am satisfied with my MoneyCard, even though I have had to replace it 2 times due to breach. And the customer service I received when this happened was not the best. I did however recently call in regards to the text service (bal1431) which is still not working. I like the ability of texting and getting a balance and as of 7/21/17 this feature is still not working. What gives?

The Walmart Money Card serves its purpose. All direct deposits or incoming transfers are always available early. My direct deposits are available at least 1 day before post date. I'd like to have the ability to have multiple cards on same account, for my wife. The ability to transfer money instantly between Walmart Money Card accounts would be useful. Also the ability to send money using the app or via the website to a Walmart store for someone to pick up. This service would be useful but I understand the security issues surrounding such transfers. Possibly only allow preapproved receivers and allow only small amounts ($200) for in store pickups.

I love Walmart MoneyCard... I have had a acct through this bank for 3 yrs I believe but I love Wal-Mart money card... I have never had a bad issue using their card except one time. Other than that I like going through Wal-Mart... I love the fact I can't be overcharged on my acct like some banks has did me for no reason.

I've enjoyed using the MoneyCard to reload money for my monthly bills, and also when payroll comes it's two days early! The only problem is that I can't find the Green Dot cards anywhere anymore. I've used the MoneyCard for years.

So far so good except when you get the card it's says you get your deposits up to 2 days faster. Well that has yet to happen and honestly I could use it a little quicker to get groceries and gas and pay bills on time instead of late.

It's been great. No issues. I love the convenience and the control of my money. It's easy to set up direct deposit. I able to look at my balance with just a swipe. I like that there is the stash option keeps things organized. I like that I don't have to worry about added fees. If there isn't enough money it just doesn't go through. I like this so much more than a bank.

I love my Wal-Mart MoneyCard... it helps me save money. If I keep cash on hand I spend too fast. It was my Daughter's idea to give it to me. I can't believe how much of a difference it's made for my financial situation.

I like my Walmart MoneyCard (preferred Visa card) very very much, but when I try to find another preferred Visa Walmart Money Card so I can get it (buy it) for my sister, I couldn't find it at the Anderson Walmart store at all & no one could not tell where to find one I can buy it (get it) for my sister. So if you can tell me where to get the preferred Visa Walmart Money Card or how to get it (so I can get one for my sis)?

Having a extension to use to actually speak to a representative when you call in considering I do not have a card and my SSN does not work either. Cannot get a hold of anyone, I am so upset. Thought this card would be good but customer service sucks so much!!!

Have had an excellent experience with. However when I log in it shows my transactions as being under card ending on **. Which is a different account altogether. Have tried to get this issue resolved so can use the ** card eventually.

I love it, I can use it online shopping! I receive my check in the card, I have less running around. I mention to who asks about a great reloadable money card I have. I PAY All my bills with it and I love that I don't have to go here and there to pay my bills and very safe to use online to shop or pay my debts!

It's so easy to use and convenient! The only thing I could suggest is to make the numbers on the black card a different color, other than that and a thicker card. It wears out very easy. So other than that I'm a happy customer!!! Thank you for asking my opinion.

I have been using Walmart MoneyCard for over a year and do direct deposit and never had any problems with them. The people when you call are always professional and understanding. So I would definitely recommend Walmart MoneyCard to anyone that doesn't want to deal with banks.

I actually have 3 Green Dots because I run a business and instead of giving my employees a credit card that will accrue interest I give them the Green Dots to pay for materials and gas (we do construction)... I also have one for my aging mother. I keep her financials and I don't want her shopping and not telling me when and how much she spent. So she has an allowance on her card and I refill as needed. That way she can shop and I can pay her bills and I don't have to worry about her over spending. An added upside is; con man can't come to her door and scam her out of all her money this way because she doesn't have access to it.

It's upsetting to get charges for adding money, to use your card at the ATM, then get charged again to use your card. I am looking for a better card that don't have these ridiculous charges. So is there something I am missing?

Great card, I wish that I could reload at a location other than at a Walmart location. Can be inconvenient at times. Otherwise, good card to have and reliable. Reload locations possibly at Walgreens or CVS. They are conveniently located and without travel distance.

I've greatly appreciated the avoidance of ATM Fees by using the ATM Locator on the Walmart MoneyCard Application! Also, the fact that I can get notice of direct deposit, and the $5 fee void. This has been a tough time, and I'm thankful to have Walmart assist me at this time of my life in which I'm experiencing financial hardship.

The operators are very helpful and professional. The Overall service is excellent. I would recommend this service to everyone. I have never had a problem that wasn't resolved in a timely matter and that means a lot to me. The online vault is very helpful.

Back in middle May, my wallet was stolen which also had my card. I requested for a replacement and never received. I still use the temporary card to this day. Between then and now, a miscommunication with Green Dot and myself ensued because my direct deposit never showed up and I had to wait an additional almost 2 weeks or so... I brought it to the attention of the associate and she sent me to the call center only to be disconnected twice. I then just stopped calling. All I need is a new card. Also, I had changed my mailing address to my P.O. Box so I can receive it but it never appeared. I then called again to see if I can get it to go to the box but the same result as above... transferred to claims and disconnected. I'd like for the new card to go directly to my P.O. Box so I can receive it, which is where all my mail goes anyway.

I love having this card. Saves me on fees and it's easy to use. Accepted at every place I go. Website is easy to use to track balance and spending transactions. Fast replacement cards and easy customer service experiences. Only thing I do not like is having to pay $3 putting money on card at Walmart locations.

I love the early deposits. The customer service has been fast, friendly. It's easy and convenient to load money on, but I yet to received my bonus money from setting up my direct deposit from work. I am beginning to wonder what other promises made by Walmart will be delayed.

Can not reload at Walmart money center anymore. Only through a register and that's an inconvenience. I am not pleased with the discontinuation of that service. This has caused a big problem for me so much as to I am considering using another service.

I really like when a percentage that I spend goes into a vault to use later. Being able to use the card and the fact the money goes on the card five days early. Also not paying a fee to withdraw money.

I've found over $600 in fraudulent charges that I called and changed card numbers and filled out a dispute letter. And have kept calling for updates and no word from them even on the date they said I'd receive an update. My phone is now shut off and no way to call so trying to do through email and other correspondents. This has been going on for over three months and now second dispute claim cause didn't receive my first email letter or so I was told so first dispute was closed. Can't wait any longer. Unemployed and no money.

I enjoy purchasing things online because I am able to go and pick them up knowing it will be there and not have to worry about if what I need is in stock. I also enjoy that they have my item ready for me as I check in at the store. Thank you.

Love it. Able to load the card with no problem. Easy to use it. Great to use it to buy stuff like in the eBay store. I would recommend it to anyone that love to buy stuff. I just don't like the three dollar charge every month. But it very good for me when I log in to check my balance account.

I have had a MoneyCard for many years. I like having a card not associated with my bank, but I've been hit 3-4 times by scammers. Y'all didn't notify me, you just blocked the card and it took me quite a while to find out why. The only other thing I would say I don't care for is the monthly service charge, considering I pay every time I load it. But it is mostly a great card to have.

I love my card. It's been great! I have had no issues and it's accepted everywhere. I use it to pay bills and online shopping. My checks are directed deposit and no issues with it. The only thing I hate is that it charges me a fee to load money on it. To me that's not fair when I get charged a monthly fee. Other than that I love it.

I recommend Wal-Mart Money Card if you need a credit card. You can buy online or in stores. You can get cash advances if you need too. My personal experience is they helped me to get my money refunded from a fraudulent third party vendor. I did not know where to begin but they made sure I had the right papers to fill out and headed me in the right direction. I recommend them to anyone.

I have problems tracking transactions, esp. for tax return verification. It disappears too soon. Refunds are too slow. I'm told by refunder that it was just sent but may take several days for refund to show. Generally my questions are answered by person from GreenDot.

I apparently don't have a clear understanding on how the fees are deducted from the card, and would like for a rep. to get back with me concerning this issue. In the meantime, I would like to add that I really do like the Walmart MoneyCard, and love the idea that I can use it just like a bank card.

I don't like the hassle I get from customer service when I request a replacement card, they act like I'm ripping their limbs off. Other than that it's just like any other bank card. Card can be used anywhere other cards are used. I didn't like how there's a hassle to reset the limit on ATM advances.

I love the convenience of having my check loaded on early and having my bills paid on time and the convenience of not having to walk around with money all the time. But to have you all texting me all the about my balance being LOW 6 or more times a day is a LOT annoying. I cannot load money on my card when I don't have any money to load on until my next check people.

When trying to log in & change password the account locks you out for 24 hours. After 24 hours you try it again & it is still locked. I called customer service & a manager who both stated there is no technical support & I have to wait 24 - 48 hours. They will escalate it to someone. Meanwhile I cannot get money off of the card because it is in the vault which you can only do online. This is a huge problem which happens often. Need some assistance.

I love my card and have been using since I worked for Wal-Mart Vision Center in Logan OH. My only concern is not being able to log on to my online account. I can't get through the process. I need to change my mailing address and update information. This is my only complaint. I have asked for help with this matter. Please. I highly recommend this card service to many - and have done so! I have not had too bad of an experience. I find having to push a bunch of different buttons to talk to a human frustrating. I have also experienced a few unauthorized transactions and have had to cancel my cards and renew them. That gets costly and causes problems.

Your customer service is excellent. They take care of your problems immediately and are quite patient with you when you are trying to explain the problem. They truly listen to you which is very hard to find in customer service.

Easy to use and convenient, wish there were more ATMs available that don't charge fees, as it's difficult having to go directly to Walmart every time you want cash. Also would help since lines at the money center are too long and too slow to even bother with a teller withdrawal.

I received a email stating money was low on card. I needed to deposit some on there. When I went to do it they sent me to cards and stated I needed to order a new one. They keep my direct deposit to old card number and sent out new card. Your rep was so rude and unhelpful. When I ask for supervisor she hung up on me.

I think it's ridiculous to have to pay twice to get your money off the card. I'm on a fixed income and that 5 or 6 dollars makes all the difference in the world. That could buy a loaf of bread and milk and eggs.

Overall, if I could rate this service and system from 1-10 with 1 being poor and 10 being excellence, I would rate it a 10! 95% of the time, the website/over the phone automated system is up and running. I can have free range usage with my card and I don't have trouble with the system being down when I'm trying to use it.

I've had this card for several years. I don't understand why I don't get cheaper gas discounts when using this card. Also I pay a fee every month but I still have to pay to deposit and pull my money out regardless of using an atm or using the Walmart Money Center. I shouldn't have to pay to get MY money back or to load MY money on a card I pay fees on.

There really isn't anything that I don't like about using my Walmart MoneyCard. I find it super easy to use and very reliable. I like that you can get your direct deposit a day early. It makes it easier than having to stand in line and wait your turn for your check to be cashed.

I use WMC for everything. Like a bank. Only costs me $3/mo. Problem I run into is with other places. Ex: "No, you can't make your car payment w/ our bank using that card." or "You have to have a brick and mortar bank to do business here". I haven't had a bank account since the OK Bank and Trust scandal. Cost me $2000. Can't afford to. I've even had a couple of disputes and they've handled them for me just fine and one was with AT&T. I love the card for what I use it for and I understand cost. What I'd like to see is when I put money on the card not to be charged money to load the card or be charged to take money off the card. I like the MoneyCard. Very easy. A few hiccups here and there but over all ok. The customer service team could be a little bit clearer about what's going on, I had my card cancelled without notice. After they told me it would not be and then had to wait for another one. Luckily it came a day before payday.

I am not interested in direct deposit because I don't want to have to take huge amounts off it to pay my rent or anything else. My issue was around the fourth of July. I had transactions made on my account that I didn't authorize. In the sum of $250.00. I was told by one of the Walmart employees to fill out fraud paperwork, sign it and send it back in, and I did that two days later. They told me the investigation will take 10 days to complete. I didn't receive my money back on my card till the 20th of July. Not only that but they only replaced the transactions they wanted to replace and that was about 5 when the total amount came out to be 12 unauthorized transactions. So I called back to find out what was going on and they told me I had to do another dispute after I already told them in writing all the charges that was made. Now I have to wait another month or so, resubmit the paperwork and do a second dispute again. I have had my Walmart card for more than 3 years and I can't believe they have me going thru this long process. I demand answers! Thanks you.

I bank with Green Dot Bank. So far I have no problems and Direct Deposit is great. I can use my card anywhere and I think it's convenient. I like having the Walmart reloadable card, I can reload anytime and anywhere. I feel that I am able to avoid line at other banks too.

I like the convenience that this card offers. Easy to get money off of it. Easy to add money to it. I can use it for direct deposit from my job. The three dollar monthly fee is minimal compared to fees that a brick and mortar bank would charge for having an account. The vault feature is a great idea and helps me to save money. The only complaints I have are that you don't gain interest on money sitting in the vault and the card can't be used with things like the Cash app or Android Pay.

The only complaint I have is receiving money in a timely manner. My husband works out of state 3 weeks at a time and this is how he sends me money. It doesn't always go through the first or even second time.

My overall experience with this card has been closer to 4.5 stars rather than 4.0. The only thing keeping the 5 star rating away is the Occasional Lag experienced when re-loading the card - I've sometimes had to wait up to 12 hours after reloading to be able to use it - - it's not the end of the world, that's my only "complaint" about the card service... Being able to load at places other than Walmart would probably be too much to ask, as it would take away the best part of physically walking in the store. Ciao.
