For some reason the company I work for is having trouble getting my direct deposit started. My husband and I work for the same company and he has no problems with his direct deposit and gets his a day early. I was wondering if you could check to see what's going. I would love to see how this would benefit me instead of trying to find somewhere to cash my checks. Once my direct deposit goes through I will come back and give it full stars.

I been with this company for years and I love this service. Although, recently I received an email saying that I won 25 dollars for having funds in my vault which was a month ago but I still haven't received the 25 dollars. I'm upset about that.

Apparently, by you partnering, it's affected people's direct deposits. For two years, I never had a problem and always received my check two days early. Now, I have all these credit card payments due to come out of my check today, and my checklist to be here yesterday, now I'm going to have $200 in late fees. Not happy! I contacted my payroll and they said that it is nothing that they did, it is all from your end.

I have been using Walmart MoneyCard recently as a direct deposit and that is one of the best decisions I've made recently. The information was easy to obtain in the transferring of direct deposit. You can easily and at no cost check your balance.

I love my Wal-Mart card!!! I have no problem whatsoever with the card. I love to use my card to buy things and pay the bills. I would tell everybody I know to get Wal-Mart card cuz it's so awesome and so easy to use it. And the best thing is that nobody knows my password and all my information about the card.

Excellence in affordability and convenience. This card allows me to receive my payroll check via direct deposit two days early. I use it in all places that accept debit and/or credit cards. It is Visa affiliated so I use it with ease. I get cash withdrawals at grocery stores in the customer service department when I am not near a Walmart. This card has helped my family tremendously.

It’s easy to use, no monthly charges and direct deposit. That’s about all I need. The only thing I'm having an issue with is I am unable to find or start using the vault system on the card. It may be I need to upgrade my card for that feature. No complaints other than that.

I enjoy my Wal-Mart money card. Been a member for years and plan on being a member, only thing I don't care for is they charge you $3.00 every time you have to add money to your card and that charge you $3.00 a month for member fees. Wish that they honestly would change those policies for being a Wal-Mart money card member. THANK YOU.

I set up a Bill Payment and it isn't showing anymore. I have not received an email or a phone call to let me know if anything is wrong. Is there a History of scheduled and cancelled Bill Payments? My bill is due on August 2nd, now it may be late.

I acquired my money card in November of 2007. It has been a very positive experience. Customer Service is professional and solve any issues presented professionally and with great consideration. All card replacements have been quick and of very little inconvenience. ALSO, I know I have saved thousands of dollars by not having to pay monthly service fees and account charges. (Once you could re-load at any register it was even more convenient.) My Social Security check has been direct deposited since 2010 without a problem. THANK YOU for the great experience and service.

Love it. Helps me get my bills paid without having to go to four different places to pay my bills. I can buy things online order some pizza. I can do everything any credit card can do but the difference is, if I can only spend what I have. I don't have to worry about going over budget and getting charged a ridiculous amount for going over my balance. If I don't got it I don't spend what I don't have that's why I love it.

I've had a Wal-Mart MoneyCard now for about 7 yrs. Never any major issues. My direct deposits are always on time. I like how you can put money back now. And the contests every month I'd like to win one. LOL. One thing I'd like a personalized card.

They don't offer any kind of pin cushion/overdraft for direct deposit cardholders that have a deposit over $500. The stash cash promo is bogus use it and never get anything. Never received deposits when I should. Customer service is a joke most of the time. I have found that NetSpend offers their customers way more benefits so I will be switching.

The card is fine. However, I get tired of all the incessant emails about direct deposit. I don't have that option at any of my jobs so it is NOT going to happen!! So I would appreciate much less emailing to me on that subject. If something changes, I am now well aware of that option with a Wal-Mart card.

I think the card functions great all features work fine. All I think should be added is the ability to link with apps like Google Wallet, and Square Cash, or even receive money through PayPal. It would make receiving money transfers much easier. By which the card could function more efficiently and would subsequently be more popular. This would make you more money, and make my life easier!!

I liked the way the card provided services. I liked the ongoing balance when I accessed my account online. I liked the ease of submitting for direct deposit information. My one and only displeasure of using the Walmart Money Card... My account balance is printed on the receipts I am given from vendors. This is, I believe a violation of my rights to privacy and confidentiality as well as against the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. This has put me in some embarrassing situations.The balance has shown up on receipts given by medical providers, small vendors, McDonald's, etc. I was given excuses that it was because it was Master Card policy. (Which is not true). I now have a Master Card through my bank and it does not give the balance. I was told it was because of it being a debit card, which is also not true. I have had a Visa debit card and the balance was not given. This is the reason I am planning to close my account.

I would like a phone number that I can speak with a live person. I need a replacement card with the same account number. I've already paid for it once and that was months ago, and I need someone to get me login access to my account because I need a printed copy of my transactions for my attorney who is representing me in my bankruptcy. I need a copy from 05/17-07/22/17. Plus it would be nice to be able to check the balance of my account if I need to. I have tried numerous times to talk to a person and sometimes have trouble communicating with some of the people on the phone.

It has made it easier to setup automatic payments so I don't have to worry about my bills being paid. And makes me feel safer not have to go to the bank. I recommended the card to family members. The new program offered is good thing.

I really like the app. I also like the fact that I may get paid 1 to 2 days in advance. Plus you can also get money back when shopping at Wal-Mart. You all have really saved me because I was unable to get a bank account due to my license. But I really enjoy it!

Excellent service, very prompt and earlier than banks. When are we getting a card with a chip? The chip on the card makes the use of the debit card extremely safe. Up till now, I haven't encountered no purchasing issues nor reloading issues. Walmart MoneyCard negative issues with me is showing the balance of my account.

Having the card is a real life saver. I enjoy having it, the card itself has done so much for me. I receive deposit and I get my money much faster which really helps out so much because I can pay my bills on time and I can also shop which makes it great for me.

I like pretty much everything how the card works and the online viewing of transactions, money stash, etc. But I wish the $5 monthly charge would not be. Should not have to pay any monthly fee. Other than that, it is all good.

I have had a few problems. When I check my balance at the Walmart ATM, I am charged a fee. There is a big sign on the machine that state that there is no fee for balance inquiry. Also, a transaction I made with the Hartford in March was declined even though I loaded more than enough on the card prior to the transaction. I would load more money or set up direct deposit if I were not charged $3.00 for every load plus the monthly fee. The experience of double fees is no fun.

I've been a card holder for years. I absolutely love having the option to use my card online, at any store, etc. I do not like that I have to pay $3 to add money then pay $3 a month for the fee. One of those should be waived or have a rewards program where as a loyal customer after so many of these you get one waived or something. That would be nice. I also do not like it when Wal-Mart makes a mistake on a charge and it become a hassle to get the money returned. But Overall I do enjoy the benefits of not having to keep cash on me. I will be a forever customer.

If you lose your card. Good luck getting money without it. And don't ask anyone at Walmart any questions about it. They don't know anything about it. So the employees of Walmart offer no help at all. I would not recommend this card for the simple fact that nobody can really help you access your money until presented with a card.

Bill companies overcharge the card when you didn't authorize them to and the card lets you go to negative when they are suppose to stop you when you have no money on your card and they take negative $5 off the card every month so you have to watch out for that.

I have had to reorder my permanent card several times while paying a 3 dollar fee every time and still have not received it. I authorize it to go to **. I have written the address as ** North 5th street and then ** 5th street North and still haven't received it. I would like it to go to the post office box please.

Satisfied with the service I have had so far. I have had no problems with my account other than losing my card and it was replaced promptly by customer service. They were courteous and responded with concern for my situation.

Having the card makes things easier for money transactions. However I'm having a problem viewing my balance, trying to reset my password and it not allowing me to do so, therefore I cannot still see my balance. Very unhappy.

Could never get a hold of anyone when needed. After money was taken out of my account the first time, they put it back. Could never get a hold of anyone again, just computer. Wish someone would contact me that could make me understand why this happened twice.

I really think that it could be a cheaper fee, because they charge to put money on my card and they charge to take money off my card and then they have a monthly fee, no matter if you use card or not. On the flip side, very useful for those who don't have a bank account. Just a little much with all of the fees.

This card is simply awesome... Accepted everywhere and there are no fees for direct deposit. I also love the app, very easy to use and gives you your balance at a swipe. I would never go with another card.

I would most definitely recommend this card and I have done so! Those whom I've informed have now obtained Walmart MoneyCard. They can't stop thanking me for referring them to such a easier way of paying bills without hidden charges often found with other prepaid cards.

I had to dispute an item that I never received. I feel like as long as I'm loading money and spending money on my card, then that's all well and good. However, don't ever bother customer service with petty problems, like a non-delivered item. I'm thinking it is time to switch to a different debit card company.

I have had my card for I believe 6 years and have been very happy with my service. Being disabled and having my disability direct deposited makes my life so much easier and enables me to shop online. So thank you.

I pay all my bills with my card and never had any problems. Always have good response from the card personal when I call them. Keep up the good work and thanks for your service and your help. Would like to see it reported to the credit report agencies.

The day I purchased the MoneyCard it was the convenience of going to the store to put money on or off the card without any hassle. The only state that cannot put money on the card was the state of Vermont. The card is a smart move when I can take my money and place it in the stash column and make sure the money won't take out without my knowledge. Great move to have a natural bank store anywhere. Where there a money you need Walmart is there.

I have never had any complaints. Only suggestion is to be able to give correct balance on weekends and be able to register online for more than 1 card at a time. I love being able to personalize my card. Very easy to use. I have the same benefits as other card companies.

I have not had any problems. I love that I can use it with everything and reload it wherever. I hate that there is a fee, but it's all good, don't mind it too much. I love shopping online with it. It made me happy when I found out I was going to get a card with my name on it. Haha.

Only get email notifications in the online app? If I'm in the app I know what my account look like... why send an email?

The experience has been great. The card has held up. I can always access my account info. The only thing is, I'd love for you to add the feature of check cashing by photo. Similar to the Chase Bank option.

As long as I have been using this card it's been a good experience. My money's always there when I need it and being able to have my paycheck direct deposited is always useful. Never had any problems. Would highly recommended this to my friends and family.

The Wal-Mart Money Card is the most inefficient tool for managing money that I have ever encountered. Some recent examples of WMC fails are as follows: 1. Loaded $300 on my WMC and it took 3 hours to show up as available to use. 2. My WMC APP continues to show a message that my account has been closed and it has not. 3. Tried to find my balance and transaction info online which requires my birth date and then shows me a calendar page of the current month and I guess expects me to back up the date a click at a time to 10/27/43 which is virtually impossible. 4. Customer service could not help with any of these problems because their English was so bad that we couldn't understand each other. 5. Ridiculous. Fix all of this please asap.

I am very pleased with the MoneyCard. So far I have had no complaints but I would like to see the balance on every charge on the app site. I have recommended it to numerous people needing a credit card.

I have gone through several different prepaid debit cards. Needless to say I've always found something wrong with them, hidden fees, problems in depositing money, I even have identification problems that took me 6 mouths to be reimbursed. I was not a happy women. Then a friend suggested I get the Walmart money card. Life just got easier. I never worry about unexpected fees or limitations on how or where I use it. I can even send money directly to my family in Washington from my mobile phone. Wow not only hassle free but fee free as well. Way to go Walmart! Thanks you for all that I do.

Very happy with my Money Card. Easy to reload and use. I can use it everywhere Visa is accepted, thank you. The only thing I wish it would do is report to the major credit bureaus. Overall I'm pleased with my card and the experience. Thank you again.

I am happy to share my experience with the Walmart MoneyCard. I have spoken about the convenience of this account to family friends and co-workers. Having account access 24/7 is great. With REAL-TIME accuracy and updates. I have been extremely impressed with the Direct Deposit feature. I get my paycheck added to my account the same day I turn in my time card at work. My workmates have to wait another 2 days for their Direct Deposits. One co-worker has opened his own account and has no regrets. It is reliable, accurate, convenient, and when all is said and done it has less fees than other pre-paid cards. I could certainly continue but I think you get the idea that I am very pleased with the program thus far.

Still have not received my $25 Direct Deposit bonus I was told I was supposed to get. I have called twice, the first person I spoke with told me I qualified for it and would receive it on the 22nd of July 2017, it is now the 25th and I called again today, the person told me that I do qualify but couldn't locate something to give me the bonus. I don't understand why the first person was able to tell me but the 2nd wasn't and why I haven't received that yet.

Nothing but good service. The hardest thing to deal with is not having easy access to all items charged to this account as some are charging year after year for things that I no longer use (this is primarily software companies and are a tad bit unscrupulous) - certainly not your fault. But ease of access would help.

I have had a great experience using the Walmart MoneyCard. I have had my card for a few years now and have been very pleased with it. I do everything with it like it was a bank. I have direct deposit, I can save money in the Vault. It's a wonderful card. Thanks!!!

My card had several unauthorized charges from scammers. I had to wait two weeks to receive an investigation and to have my funds returned. I understand there are policies and procedures that should be followed but the manner is very unacceptable to me. I have to wait until the transaction has posted to my account before there can even be an investigation!

I use Walmart card for my pay from Amazon and Uber. I like it. I receive text when there is a deposit. I plan on using my card permanently. I like their chance to win 1000 dollars, if you save money in your vault.

I like my card just fine. I like my access to my account on website and I love the fact I can stash in the piggy bank. The card is usable anywhere and loadable at other convenient places where Green Dot bank is available although it is free at Walmart for me to load.

The only issue I have is I miss being able to text and get my account balance as needed. Now I have to actually call each time. Not sure why that stopped. I still get text messages but not after each use. Other than that I'm totally satisfied. Love my card.

I really like the card and the services it offers. The photo check deposits could work better. It took one week for my check to clear and the prices for cashing it, I thought, were ridiculous. I feel that it should be free.

So far I have had a good experience with my Walmart MoneyCard. Quick and easy to load, the money is on there right away. The cost is low for refilling my card which I appreciate. Can use it for online shopping and paying bills.

It's good but two main bad features are you have to add at least $20 and the fact that you have to pay $3 to add the funds is ridiculous. Should be able to add any amount for free. Where are we paying $3 a month for the services?

Time money is available varies causing a sense of undependability. I would like to receive money within a certain time frame on a consistent basis. Thank you. And also to receive texts of automated deductions from online subscriptions.

I am getting a real bank account today. I don't like going to Walmart for an ATM. I would like to be able to get a credit card also. I do like the custom card option though. I don't know how to withdraw money from my account without getting it from an ATM.

I am pretty satisfied with everything. However I do believe that when you start something new that everyone should be able to join the new things. I should not have to go buy a new card. I don't get to use the vault cause of having an older account. I should be automatically able to receive the new benefits.

My money card is very helpful. I get my paycheck two days before payday. I'm loving my card. I wouldn't deal with any other card company. I don't have to deal with overdraft fees not being able to take all my money off my card and I can go anywhere to pay my bills.

So far my experience with the Wal-Mart Money Card has been good, so real issues with the card. At one point I had a company take money from my card without my authorization. And I filed the paperwork and the issue was quickly resolved and my money was returned to me, which I was very pleased with.

I'm new to the card but already in the first month I won 25, I love the ease of the stash feature. The one issue I'd like to change would be to have a online dispute form. I've had an online charge I didn't authorize. I contacted the company but they are immoral and refuse to refund it.

I've had very few issues. I recently found out that I can reload my card at 7-11 or any other Green Dot location which makes for a very easy transaction. I have two cards, the other is for my child away at college. I can add money for her without going to a bank. I've had my card for years and I really like it.

I have my paycheck direct deposited to my account which makes my life easier. Love that I usually get it 2 days early and my monthly fee gets waived. I have been using my card for years and have never had any major problems. In the few instances in which I experienced a problem it was always corrected quickly.

Awesomeness - I have had the Walmart black MoneyCard for about 3 years now and it is the best decision I have ever made. There is no bank and no headaches. Free direct deposit and I can get paid up to 2 days early.

Very happy with my Walmart MoneyCard. It's very convenient when paying my online bills. No hidden fees and I can transfer from my vault anytime. I truly would recommend this card to anyone that was to ask me for a secure prepaid card.

I've had no problems with this card other than the random fees for using it at the ATM. Sometimes they charge the two bucks sometimes you don't. Also there doesn't seem to be a difference between any of the cards. None do anything different than the other.

Recently, my card was simply deactivated without my knowledge. When, I attempted to purchase gas, my card declined. After pressing many combinations of number patterns on Customer Service Automated Phone Attendant, I finally got through to an actual human being (a term I use loosely). This lady informed me, "due to security reasons" my card had been cancelled, and I would "receive a new card in the mail within 10 days to 2 weeks." This left me stranded without access to my funds, as my paycheck, as well as, current funds are all deposited to the Walmart MoneyCard. The only response was her robotic reiteration of the above statements regarding "security" and "you should receive new cards in 10 days to 2 weeks." She would not even expedite the new cards.

I personally like using the Wal-Mart MoneyCard! It's convenient whenever I need to reload and pay bills online. However I wish I had an overdraft. Sometimes I need it. It's not much usually like $5.00. I know PayPal has an overdraft. They don't charge or anything. That would be very helpful considering the years I've been with Wal-Mart MoneyCard. Other than that all the services are great and helpful. Thank you.

Receiving disability benefits, I was having difficulty receiving my benefits each month from the SSI benefits card. I tried several cards and each one either charged me for each purchase, did not allow manual deposits to the card or had other hidden fees. I absolutely LOVE the WM-MC because I have NEVER had any trouble receiving my benefits and/or depositing funds to the card. On the rare occasion I've had to contact customer service, the reps were friendly and courteous. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

I was charged $100 by Red Roof Inn in Portland OR. I did not authorize the charge. I asked to have it removed. Walmart refused. I am very unhappy. It's stealing in my book. Walmart debit says they will back up any purchase if not authorized. I did not authorize this. Very frustrated.

I have been very happy with my card overall. My card has been replaced twice as my card number was taken from vendors. I was a little disappointed last time as I was out $20 on a fraudulent transaction that Walmart did not reverse for whatever reason. (Two transactions in Texas at same place, reversed one transaction but not the other - go figure.) Otherwise, I have direct deposit, bill pay. I have been happy with my card.

My experience has been great so far with the Walmart prepaid visas. Everything has worked like it's supposed to. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't have a bank account & needs direct deposit, or maybe wants to shop online and can't.

Walmart money card has been extremely good at poor customer service and excuses! The one thing you people are good for is: the deposit done before the day the payment is to be issued!! That really helps those of us that depend on our funds! Since I have found that your IT people are non- existence!! Your customer service people are extremely apologetic, but those are only words that fall on deaf ears!!! Action is the greatest tool for a CS person!! Action speaks louder than words that mean nothing!! Pick it up and do it!! In the past two years I've been told more stories than the Bible has spoken to the people of the world!! I believe your system needs an overhaul, complete overhaul!!!

I like this card. It helps me keep money away from my grown children who think I am their personal ATM. It allows me freedom to pay bills since I am disable and not able to navigate outside of brief trips to doctors or grocery.

I love my MoneyCard, it is convenient and the fee to load the card is great. I pay bills, eat out at restaurants, order stuff off of Amazon using my Walmart MoneyCard. I have recommend this card to my relatives and they also love their Walmart MoneyCard because the fee to load is affordable.

I really love having this card. My favorite thing is that I have instant results when money is used or loaded onto the card. With that being said I would like to see an improvement on customer service when I call for issues. I should not get a runaround or deal with someone who shows no patience when I am already frustrated with an problem. Most of the time I do not have any issues with the card. And I have only called about three times and during those conversations I was not given the best service. I wound up recalling on 2 of them to get a better rep and only then was I given better service. All of your representatives should hold to the same standard of customer service.

Haven't received my refund for unauthorized transactions in over a month now. Customer service reps are the worst I have ever had to deal with. Straight garbage. They don't do anything to help. They have laughed at me while on the phone with me let alone all the time it takes to even get a real human being on the phone, hours on hold still no solution. ABSOLUTE TRASH.

I haven't had any problems except with rental cars. Since it's reloadable they have issues using it. Also when holds are placed it's chaos getting someone to release the funds. It's horrible process. Outside of that I am happy with my card. I wish it had ATMs or loading options for other stores without fees.

Because there is so much online scams I can't give the required info, which is unfortunate since I really love the convenience of this card. The check cashing direct to the card and direct deposit makes it simple to use, and the best thing is, it keeps you within budget by declining purchases rather than charging overdraft fees.

Why is it that the alerts (text alerts) are not accurate and arrive sometimes a day after the transaction? This can make things very confusing. I have at times purchased something and will not get the notification until 24 hours later. I seriously have to backtrack and recalculate things. I'd be happy to hear your thoughts on this matter.

About a year or so ago. I went to shop at my favorite Walmart on East 96th. Street and had a very bad experience with the lady at the checkout point. Up until that day I shopped at that store at least two times a week. I use checks instead of credit or debit card. On this particular day, the checkout lady after process my purchases ran my check through the check processing machine and my check went through. Then she wanted to see my ID. I gave her my driver's license and she wrote down some information. Then she asked me for my phone number.

I have been very pleased with my experience using my MoneyCard. I love the convenience and the added features of the vault and cash back rewards. The card has been easy to use at any store that I purchase from. I love and am extremely satisfied with my mobile app and find everything very accessible.

I enrolled in direct deposit the day after I got the card with no issue and was able to get the 25$ promo for getting direct deposit. The next week I looked and got another 25$ promo to my account (I have screen shots of the transactions that will follow the review so everyone can see what ** I’m talking about). I didn't really think about it then my card was declined a few days later. I look at my balance and my account was negative. I look at my transaction history and the transaction that made it negative said PROMO REVERSAL? Like I said this was 3 or 4 days after I got the promo credit. They took it back out drawing my account negative.

I have had my Walmart Moneycard since April 2014. Several times I have had money taken or held from being able to use and I have had to "Compromise" my card by getting new ones. All of these have been extremely inconvenient.

I like getting my pay earlier and enjoy the ease of obtaining account info. I do need another card because mine is starting to wear out and I'm interested in getting text alerts. I also would like to know how to access my account online. I would also like to be able to speak to a customer service representative regarding questions instead of having to be limited to the automated questions.

I like the card very much. It is nice that we can pick our own image to put on the face of the card. The part that bothers me about the card is where you have to go to the store to load it. We should be allowed to load it on the internet at Walmart.com. Thank You.

Account balance on my mobile. The website says if you send to Walmart money card and put in bal(last 4 of your card number) it will give you the balance. It keeps me no recognized. I was checking my balance every day... Why can't I receive my account balance?

The only bad experience I've had is with the direct deposit. It will say they received the direct deposit but not release the funds at the same time. It usually takes a couple of days now to get the funds onto the card when this was never a problem until a month ago.

Satisfied with MoneyCard. I am able to use and buy or purchase what I need, when I need it. I am able to cash and deposit a check into it, or deposit a certain amount into it. I can use it for a debit or credit card purchase. Overall I am satisfied with the MoneyCard.

The fees are the only thing I'm upset about. I don't make enough to load the $1000 to waive the monthly fee and when it comes down to my last few dollars, as a poor American, I need them. What is more irritating though is that if I am out of checks and need to pay a larger bill or need a larger amount of cash and have to do more than one atm withdrawal I am being charged each time which really adds up. I wouldn't mind the maintenance fee so much if you didn't have atm fees when using a free atm at Kwik Trip. Please take away the atm fees or charge them only once during a multiple withdrawal since you can only take out $200 per transaction. Or increase the amount you can withdraw.

Cannot get a password reset after multiple attempts and calls to customer service and I get your other emails. I cannot check my account. There has to be another way to do this. Other than that the card is great.

I love my Walmart card. My husband is truck driver. Easy for me to send money and easy to use and I love it. Everything I need is on the app and easy save money for bills. I use it to shop at online and in stores.

It gets the job done and I don't have too many issues of it being accepted. I know my old one couldn't be used at Chevron. Two biggest issues, I can't buy things from Wal-Mart online. It will charge the card and then refund it seconds later and some places can see my balance which I really don't like.

I have Direct Deposit on my card, so I don't manually deposit/withdraw cash on the account all that often. However, with your newer cards, there is no fee for that type of transaction. With the older cards like mine, there is still a $3.00 fee per transaction. I don't feel that is fair to your longtime clients. I don't know about the rest of the country, but in my area (northeast SC) there are very few ATMs available that can be used without having to pay a fee. Before First Federal merged with South State Bank, all of their ATMs were available to use with no fee. Since the merger, South State Bank has added a fee to transactions using my card. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with your provided service.

There is no customer service you can do! Why not? Thinking about changing to another provider for this very thing! You scared to talk to your customers? I've been a customer for many years and dealt with it but not anymore! Fix it! Thanks!

I was told on Thursday the 20th that my dispute would be finalized on the 21st. I still had no funds in my account. When I called the automated message said it would take 1 business day and when I spoke with a representative, she said the same, 1 business day, so I waited until the following Monday, today when I called I was informed I would have to wait yet another day because the automated message, and the 2 other people I spoke with were wrong and I take 2 business days. So when I ask to speak with a supervisor I was told that she was and she only continued to give me the same message. I was not apologized to and when I ask for an apology the person I was speaking to did not understand the English language and kept asking me for an apology?!?! How confusing is that. This type of "customer service" is unacceptable and I will not advise anyone to use your services in the future. I am very disappointed!!!

I use my Walmart MoneyCard to pay bills, make purchases, etc. It is so easy to use and the fee to load money isn't too bad either. I highly recommend this card to all my friends and family. Thank you for making such a great card.

This card is very easy to get, not hard to maintain with everyday normal use. The card is very convenient and handy with very simple direct deposit process including several other methods of loading funds. I recommend that they allow transfers to and from other accounts.

Don't understand why I have to pay $3.00 to load money and get my money out of my acct. when I have direct deposit. Can you explain this please. So I'm getting charged $12.00 per month plus $3.00 every time I take money off of my card. When I first got this card I didn’t get charged for taken money off of it.

I have tried on several occasions to withdraw money from an ATM only to have it denied because the card said that I have exceeded my daily limit. I called customer (NO) service and was told I had a daily limit of $1300.00 a day and it resets at midnight. Well here is my complaints: Nowhere in the card information does it say there is a withdraw limit. Why is there a limit? How do you get the limit removed or increase? I had an emergency situation where I needed cash only to have it decline for exceeding the daily limit. This took place after 12 midnight when it was supposed to have reset.

My account has been stolen and money's being spent the Mexico and I live in New Jersey. It took me several times to speak to representatives and then to a supervisor. The representatives that I spoke to before didn't mark down all the transactions I told them that were illegally purchased on my card or clone my card because I have my card in my possession so I am very upset with the service and how I've been treated.

I have left my previous employment. My draft stopped. I was given a last check. Walmart wanted to charge me to deposit into my cards. Other times when Walmart ATM was down I was charged to get funds out of my account. I have found other ways to get around this.

I like the Wal-Mart MoneyCard but I fail to realize you charge me on it every month so when I go to put my car insurance money on there or my storage money on there in always short due to a negative balance on what you guys charge me a month in it. On 11/26/2016 or there about I filed a claim against Rod & Reel Resort Hotel because service not rendered for funds debited from my card $135+. Walmart gave my claim no attention whereas Walmart could have easily resolved because all facts presented were accessible to get to the bottom of the truth as stated. I plan to still put my ordeal in social media if I do not receive my refund before 11/24/2017. Walmart waves away disputes. I am looking for another card holder that's reliable when needed.

I love being able to get my direct deposit early. It's a huge help. My family lives paycheck to paycheck so every day counts. The fact that I can go to any register to load more money is also great. No having to wait in the long customer service line and it's quick and easy.

My va goes here and more of the same. I will get it in any state. If I have a problem I am having trouble I just go to Wal-Mart and get it fixed. I have never had a problem that could not be fixed at Wal-Mart. If you need a credit card then just go to Wal-Mart and you will find yours too and it will be fixed.

I haven't been able to get a bank account for some time now & I have been using this card for about 2 years now & I love it so much. I use direct deposit for my job & it comes a day early. I like that I can or my money in the vault it's like a savings account. I love everything about it!

Wish there was a way to find out about direct deposit. As of currently I was receiving my paychecks on my card and was receiving them on a Friday... Now I have not yet received my money and wonder. Why this has changed... I contacted my employer and my payroll was done on a Wednesday so where's my paycheck??

Overall I am very pleased with the Walmart Money card. It is and has been very convenient for me. Very easy to transfer money... I love the rewards and was very pleased with seeing a $25 credit added to my account after my income tax check was loaded to my card. The thing I don't care for too much is the $20 minimum when adding money. I feel it should be more like $10... but I am a very satisfied customer!

I've been a Moneycard customer for almost eleven years or so. I have never had a negative experience with this service. I've had direct deposits from employers and government benefits as well. I always know how much funds I have available without ever worrying about an overdraft. I love my Moneycard!!!

I am very unhappy. Every time I turn around you're charging fees. Fees to put money on the card fees to get cash off the card. Not happy and will be looking to take my business elsewhere. Then I will start shopping elsewhere as well. No faith in Walmart.

For the most part, I've had no problems with my Walmart card. However, I don't understand why after all these years I'm still charged a monthly fee. Without this card I couldn't do things I need to. But due to making just over minimum wage I'm charged a monthly fee because I can't have more than $1000 a month put on my card. Went is this there? It's hurting me having that monthly fee.

I always shop at Walmart local locations so I find it very convenient to add funds to my money card at the register. I mostly use my money card to shop online at Walmart.com and other online stores. I have yet to have any problems with my money card.

I don't like the fact that I have to pay to get money from the ATM even at Walmart. I don't like that I can only use it as a debit card to get gas. I am thinking of going back to the Bluebird card. There were less fees and I didn't have to worry about having a certain amount deposited or being charged.

Someone hacked my card that I have had for years and now I have to jump through hoops to get it straightened out. It was good up to that point. Now I have to cash my checks and pay to have my bills paid. Very unhappy at this point.

I started my account on 07/01/2017. My first deposit was $506 on 07/07/2017. Today is 07/23/2017 and I still have not received the $25 payday perk. If I were to receive the payday perk I would give the card and experience a five star rating. Other than that I am happy and have had no problems.

I just have 1 issue. I recently requested a charge back on my account and they denied it because I couldn't print the paper to sign it and fax it back. The way the world and the economy is today, not everyone have a fax machine and printer or could afford one or have access to one. I think your policy should be revised. Thank you.

Up until 2 months ago I was extremely happy with the functionality of the card. Now the load time has been delayed and I verified with my HR that the funds are released the same time. But I am receiving the load same day as my bank which is on Friday. I understand that changes occur sometime with little notice as I too worked for a call center that provides card services. But when there is a delay, we are honest with the customer and we do not refer them back to their company. The benefit of this card is to have my pay available early, if that is no longer an option, I will cancel this card and have all my pay go into my bank account.

I used to be able to get my balance and the transactions from my phone using BAL **** but it gives me an error message now, and I haven't been able to get history HIST**** for a year I think. It was so convenient now. I can't do it.

My experience with this card has been excellent. I haven't had any problems with my card or services. I've had my card for close to 5 or so years. I only had to get a replacement card only one time. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

According to the insert that came with my card if there was a deposit of at least $1,000 a month that you weren't charged monthly service fees. My deposits have always been about $2,000 monthly but I've still been charged service fees. I'm very disappointed. I would like to be refunded those fees.

You really should get Americans jobs. Your customer service people should speak better English. When I call, I can not understand half of what they say. Bring jobs back to America. Offer promotions sometimes. You get a lot of fly's with sugar. Other than that the card is fine.

Don't like that you have to pay to put money on the card unless it direct deposit when you have to pay a monthly fee already. It should be one or the other or neither. Other than that it's a good card to have when my other cards can't be used.

It's 3 dollars to load card. It's 3 dollars to get money. I spent 3 dollars took out 100 and discovered I needed only 80 then had to spend 3 dollars to put 20 back on card. You think to load the card with funds it would be of an incentive to actually leave money on the card then forced to pay 3 dollars.

I have always had a good experience with my money card. I always receive my money on time. I have been recommending your services to my friends and family members. I have also been using your services for over three years now. When I have either lost my card or it was stolen, the replacement card was always sent to me in an expeditious manner.

My card makes shopping and keeping track of my finances so much easier. I always know what I have to spend. Keeping track of my paycheck has gotten so much better. Overspending is less of an issue, saving from each paycheck has been possible. Thanks for the card.

No consistency for ATM withdrawals. Charged for all, even if it's in network. Not acceptable! Same thing with reloading policy. I don't live near Walmart anymore & different vendors tack on extra reload fees (ie, Rite Aid for example). Also re: monthly reload fee.. I have direct deposit but if I'm cancelled out of work..

Great card for early direct deposit and typical everyday purchases. However, there's a withdraw limit of $200 a day and it isn't accepted by Facebook Pay or PayPal. The free app is a great optional added convenience for checking balance, transaction history, transferring funds to and from your vault and finding quick info about your account. Overall I'd recommend this card to anyone who enjoys getting their paycheck direct deposited a day or two earlier than scheduled!

I love my money card. It makes loading it so easy. I have two cards and my husband keeps his with him. I can load it at home while he is away working. It's a life saver. And he can use it anywhere with no problems. Had made my life so much easier.

I really love this card! I've been using it for over 8 years now and it's perfect to do shopping everywhere, even abroad. There is only two things I would like this card to have: cash back either when I buy or when I pay, but that will be really helpful. The other thing is for the company to offers different colors and or designs to choose from, even if you charge some fee to do it at the beginning.

I have been a Walmart card user for years. It is a perfect solution for me because I don't use credit cards or checks and this is a wonderful option to pay bills load money or purchase items without all of the fees and red tape that credit cards and checks put you through. I have a problem with the system taking money from the card... I was aware that I pay 3 dollars at the counter but I was never aware that the card company takes money. I feel cheated overall! It not fair because sometimes I dont have 3 extra dollars to spare. I use this card to pay my bills.

Good Day! Walmart prepaid had been with me for years, never had any problem with it. I used it everywhere I want to buy. The only concern I have is that I never could get a secure credit card. I have direct deposit which had to split with other banks trying to find which one will give me a chance to build my credit. I had PayPal which I deposited almost 1,200 to 1,500 depend and had them for years and they denied me credit also so I close the account. Walmart also denied me a credit card so I'm seriously thinking of closing the account. Capital One gave me a secured card with direct deposit so I'm switching over. Thank You! Your loyal Customer.

Never have any problems when using my card for bill paying or for gas out to restaurant. Getting parts for my car or truck or my motorcycles online buying is a breeze. Like being able to look up my account online to manage my money.

I love my card! But, I wish that when you legally change your name that you could do it on your card w/o opening a new acct. Also, I wish that you could use your card at gas pumps. I love the ease of direct deposit. Customer service is awesome!!

Very easy set up. I would refer and have referred family friends and business clients. I haven't received my official card as of yet. Almost had it for a year. But getting direct deposit or reloading is cheap and convenient.

Downloading Walmart Money Card app on mobile device lets you see your account balance and transactions and makes easy view of your account number and routing number for direct deposits. I Love it!

I will be transferring to an actual bank soon. I just needed a direct deposit account on short notice. Everything with the WalMart Money Card is far more complicated than it should be. Transferring money, getting cash, almost everything is a giant hassle.

Sometimes I have problems using my card at Wal-Mart stores to make purchases or trying to get money off card at Money Center in Wal-Mart. It just won't let me do either sometimes. It would be nice to actually use card at the store I bought it from.

I really love that I get my check earlier than my coworkers. The card is easy to use, easy to understand fees which are waived for most people anyway. I do wish that it would work at the pump when paying for gas, is the only thing. My town basically shuts down at 10pm, so it's very inconvenient not being able to get gas at most stations after hours due to the card never working. Overall good card though. And the early paycheck perk outweighs the inconvenience of the pump for now.

I love all the features this card provides; Direct deposit, auto pay, etc. I understand the need to charge a fee BUT when I need to put a larger cash amount on my card I have to pay multiple fees. At times I have just put money in a family member's account to pay a large bill. Those times you made no money off me. Consider only 1 fee every 24 hours.

I have never had very good credit and with this card I can finally get things like Netflix, Hulu and other things with my own money that gets put on my card from our paychecks. The only issue I have with it is that I always have a pay a certain charge at ATM's when I need to get cash off of it. There is no Walmart Money Card ATM at my Neosho, MO Walmart. I don't know if you can add one there but it would be nice to not have to pay the $3 charge just to get cash off of it at the customer service desk. It's my first time using a credit card and it is good because I don't have to kinda worries about my balance which I do though I like using it because of my online shopping. And when I first time lost it they help me out to cancel it and get a new one and they were very nice about it too.

The best card that I have ever had. Are used to use a debit card from the bank but then I had people stealing my identity. I've had this card for probably two years and no problems. Easy to reload and no charges to me when loading 500.00 a month. I use the app on my phone daily to check all transactions. Very easy.

I have had to call customer service a few times regarding direct deposit procedures and they have been very prompt and helpful. Always prompt with direct deposit eligibility. The new ATM at the store level is absolutely great. Overall I would recommend anyone looking for this service.

I love the Walmart MoneyCard! My deposit goes on my card 5 days before any other cards. That is important to me. I wish Walmart would remove the $3 fee to add money to the card. Only because some companies charge $2.50 and up to pay your bill with a card.

There are too many fees. I don't like the fact that I can't do anything about the transactions if I didn't make them myself. And I don't like that it's all automated system. Sometimes you just need to talk to a real person. I do however want to say that the app is great.

Pretty good card. Customer service is poor as it usually is since it's not in the United States! They say if you have direct deposit the card is free. Well they still do charge but they go back and refund it but it should be fixed where the charge doesn't show up at all!

Been customer for seven years. Had a few problems with accessing funds but representative was very helpful. The card is convenient and easy to reload. Direct deposit is helpful as well. Only problem is being able to transfer funds. Would like to be able to transfer money from my MoneyCard to my other Green Dot card or vice versa.

I am very happy with my card account. The only thing that does concern me is if I need cash I pay ATM fee and an additional fee just to get my money on top of the membership fee as well. I live on disability and am handicapped. It shouldn't cost me more money just to use my money.

My experience is ok and I really don't have many complaints if any for that matter. The maximum value I can deposit should be increased to an unlimited amount. My card shouldn't be threatened with termination when I call to dispute an unauthorized purchase but should be handled like a real bank and dispute the matter and get my money back. Lastly do away with automatic answering service and foreign customer service reps. I don't have a problem with reps other than their lack of the English language so it's hard explaining things to them because they don't always understand.

The card is a good card but everything else is horrible. I do not recommend this card. You'd be better off going with a more reliable prepaid card. This card frequently has technical issues. Vault doesn't work, can't get money out because the system is down, can't make payments because the system is down, can't check your balance because the system is down. I will be filing a class action lawsuit against this company if I experience anymore 'Technical Issues' with this card. This is money I work hard for and to tell me I can't use it because of technical issues is unacceptable. This company needs to put more focus on hiring quality developers and database managers because they are doing a poor job. DO NOT USE THIS CARD!!!

I love the fact that you don't have to fill out a form to load the card and you can reload your card while going through the checkout rather than having to go through customer service and then go shop or vice-versa. It is really convenient.

I love my card. My experience has been excellent, except the fact that not all Wal-Mart's have the free atm and charge $3 to get money off it. (Unless you shop you can get up to 100 off free) if no atm they shouldn't charge. In OKC I didn't pay a fee now in Shawnee I do. Except for that I'm happy.

Walmart refused to cash my payroll check, therefo0er making it inconvenient to add money to the card. I must pay 3 extra dollars to put money on your card plus to have a fee at the bank that the check was issued at. I am not happy also I had a charge that should have been recorded that was never put back on the card for 100 dollars.

I love my card, especially with the no reload fees! I've purchased about 10 cards in total, but only one has the no reload fee and it causes me to use it every week, so much that I am seriously considering having my social security check direct deposited. The other cards I purchased were for family members, it's how I send them money for the ones that live out of state, or for likely grandparents who refuse to use their bank card to make online purchases, yet they buy regularly with the Walmart card I purchased. My children would use it more often than when my husband and I load money to it, except because the reload fee in addition to the monthly fee, they feel it is too much. Always show transactions on time. Great way to save. Whenever there is an issue customers service always helps and gets me situated. Fast service and friendly people. Great for cash back and little rewards and opportunities given. Vault is favorite feature.
