    I've had this card for many years but God forbid if you have a fraudulent charge on your card because they do not come to your rescue. I was compromised twice with my cards in the last six years at both times were legit fraudulent charges and they never ever sided with me. So I have shredded my card. I will not give him my business. They don't deserve my business. I want a company that stands by your customer not standing in front and don't do anything. This is ridiculous money scheme. So if you want to lose your money and someone gets in your account and spends all your money you're screwed. Plain and simple because they're not going to help you one bit. Believe me don't do business with them.

    I lost my card. Had a new one sent to me with FedEx. Called my card. Activated it. Sent in my Identification but still can't use my card and it's still blocked. And to top it off you can't even talk to a live person. I want my money off the card. I don't want the card anymore. It shouldn't take this long. I've had cards before. This is BS seriously.

    I went into a Walmart store and bought the card... I loaded $40 to the card as I tried to activate the card it told me my information wasn't verified and since I haven't been able to use the card. Upon numerous tries, I've came up with NOTHING. I don't understand how they can't verify my account but can take $5 the very next day for service fees when I've only had the card for a day. I'm so upset that Walmart has let me down once AGAIN.

    I received this card as a gift, and instantaneously assumed it was a gift card. Whenever I attempted to register the card, the MoneyCard website would crash or simply tell me to wait 24 hours. I decided to use the customer service number and register my card. However, when a random associate asked various verification questions, he recorded the WRONG answers and not the answers that I repeatedly told him. I am now unable to use my card internationally or online; I cannot reload the card or withdraw money; if the card is stolen or lost there is no way to redeem the money on the card. The only way I will be able to use this card is in person (and apparently I only have 2 days to use the card) due to one person's error. In addition, there seems to be no way for me to contact another associate or redo the survey test with a Customer Service representative who understands me.

    While I've always sent a direct deposit of a small amount to this card, Typically I received my deposits every other Tuesday around 12pm EST no later than 1PM, last pay my deposit got on by around 5am on a Wednesday. This pay I stupidly decided to send my whole paycheck and I don't see anything. I called and they said they don't hold the funds and they make them available as soon as they receive it. I think it's hogwash because how does the times keep changing and I work for USPS and not a private organization, and they submit their payroll in on time.

    I've been looking at these horrendous reviews about accounts being compromised and frozen. Appears to be lack of communication and I just keep seeing the same generic responses from someone from the company with unanswered questions and insincere apologies that seem contrived. I have rent and bills to pay, I can't keep taking a risk with this card not being consistent. Since they joined up with Green Dot the service has been terrible. Someone from the FTC needs to investigate this because no one deserves to have their money unaccounted for without having logical explanations and customer service that goes beyond the extent to make their customers happy. But what do I know? I'm just a customer without his money.

    I've been a customer for 4 years and counting. I lost my wallet last Thursday so I asked for a hold on my cards. A stranger found it the next day and returned it to my previous address not only did y'all cancel my card and sent out a new one but because my address is different because I moved you ** put a block on my card and said that was suspicious activity. Not only do I have to wait seven days for the card but two to be verified as well. I have no money in hand. I'm a mother of two. I can't pay my rent because it's on that card so it will be late and I don't have any gas to get me through those days as well as diapers. I hate this company. I will be trashing the card and taking my direct deposit off. You guys are a nightmare.

    I lost my card back in May and there were three transactions on my account that I didn’t authorize. At the time I called to dispute the transactions. Only 2/3 were posted. I called back to dispute the other transactions later on within a week. Both claims were denied because they were trying to say I added onto a dispute claim that was already in the process of being disputed which wasn’t true. I provided police reports and CCTV footage of the incident and they are still being denied and the transactions totaled up over $1000. If you want your money protected don’t go to this company.

    Someone hacked my account on Sept. 20, 2017. They stole $193.92. I contacted customer service the same day and they informed me to take all my money off my card and wait for a new one. I received my new card on Sept. 29. Today is Oct 1, I have been calling the customer service number since the 29th and still have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I still have no access to my account and when I call customer service, the automated system says my account and ss numbers are invalid. What can I do to talk to a human being??     I deposited 750 dollars to my Walmart MoneyCard today to make a purchase. When I made the purchase they locked my card and told me to verify my identity. Then when I sent them a copy my driver's license they closed the card and said I would not be able to open another card. 750 dollars is a lot of money for them to just close the card and not give back to me. I have sent them an email and tried to contact them by phone, but it was automated. I am very dissatisfied with this inconvenience.

    I purchased a Walmart MoneyCard and it is saying that my social doesn't match their records. I registered the initial card it came with and when my card with my name arrived and I tried to activate it, it says that it doesn't match their records. My social doesn't match.     I have had a Walmart MoneyCard for several years, and I like the convenience. But something I have noticed over the years is that money keeps VANISHING from my account with no explanation. It's happened MANY TIMES over the years. I have never complained because most of the time it's just a few dollars at a time. A few times I believe it's been as much as $30.

    I have my paycheck deposited so it's never a monthly fee. This is happening from behind the scenes. Those working in the bank that supports the Walmart MoneyCard. They're robbing me! It happens about once every quarter, several times a year. Most of the time it's not enough for me to wail about, but it's happening and I have noticed it. I don't know what to do about it. This is an inside bank robbery of customers, probably done by the data entry operators. What can I do about it?

    I have had my card for a few years now and have been pretty satisfied until recently! Today 9/28/17 the website and app has been down for several hours, try to call customer service to get answers only to receive an automated message that hangs up on you at the end! It's very unsettling that you have all my money which I can't access and even more unsettling that I can't speak to anyone!!! And since most of my funds are in the vault, I can't transfer any money to feed my family or put gas in my car!!! I'll be changing services ASAP!

    This is the most low down dirty service I've found for the lower class. Their customer support is horrible, unhelpful, and rude. Support email is even worse if you get a response. Do you have a problem? Oh well. They don't care one bit. Can't login? Who cares? Not them and not their support. I've been getting my direct deposit sent to this money card and if it's not late, then the website is having issues and I'm unable to log in. Fact: I work in HR and send out the deposits so I know they're on time, I know the username and password, I can also see when it's been accepted by Green Dot. What does support do? Nothing. Literally nothing. Every single time. Currently unable to log into the website on my iPhone, laptop, work computer, or anything. Support is useless and patronizing. There should be a class action lawsuit against this crap excuse for a company.

    I've been using Walmart MoneyCard to pay bills and support my children. None of Walmart's business what I do with my hard earned money. They limit you to 2999.00 max. Then if you spend a certain amount during a short period of time they block your account and close your account without any notice... When I tried to speak with customer service. They have no resolution to the issue except "oh I'm sorry for your troubles." As of this moment I have over 1000.00 dollars in limbo that I cannot recover since my card is blocked... I have called the federal trade commission... I wouldn't recommend Walmart for anything. New world order store. No doubt in my mind.

    I wasn't going to comment about my situation until I read a handful of other reviews from people that were sadly unfortunate to have had the same problem as I have recently had. Let me start off by saying that I have been a Walmart MoneyCard holder for over 3 years without any issues whatsoever. I had gotten my veterans benefits, and financial aid refunds from school direct deposited to my MoneyCard account, for the whole time that I had the account without any issues.

    The problems started when my checks from the VA would start posting to my account very early; up to a week before it was scheduled to post on the 1st of the month. This started in December of 2016. I was initially shocked and confused by it, but chalked it up to the bank just letting loyal, long-term customers like me have access to their funds early, so I didn't say anything about it. This happened every month following that month, where my checks would be deposited 4-6 days early, and I eventually got used to it, and started expecting my money to come early every month.

    Fast-forward to July of 2017, I was suddenly locked out of my account online. It kept saying that the answers to my security questions were not correct, and that my information was invalid. I knew that was wrong, because I had been signing into my account with the same information for over 3 years with no problem. So I tried to call the customer support line to talk to someone about this problem. You have to enter in your card information before you can even speak with someone, so after I entered my card information, the automated voice told me that the card that I entered was 'active' and 'ready to use', before disconnecting the call. This made no sense to me, so I tried to call back and again, after entering in my card information in order to talk to someone, I was told by the automated system that my card was 'active' and 'ready to use', before it disconnected the call again.

    I tried to remain calm, and assume that there must be some problem with their system, so I eventually gave up trying to speak with someone. Things got worse when I was suddenly unable to check my balance via the mobile text system. I had been checking my balance this way forever, and never had any issues with it. When I tried to check my balance with the text system it told me that it didn't recognize my number. I was very confused, and at this point, getting very frustrated with these sudden inconveniences. I was still able to use my card to make purchases, and conduct ATM transactions, so I figured I should be fine; but the only way I was able to check my balance was to go to an ATM, which was very frustrating.

    I knew something had to be wrong, but I was unable to speak with any customer representative to figure out what it was, and was unable to sign into my account online. It was as if I was completely shut off from any kind of support from Green Dot whatsoever. On Aug 25, 2017 I was finally able to speak to a customer rep concerning my issues. The customer rep sounded of foreign origin, as she had a very heavy Middle Eastern accent, which made it very difficult to understand her at times. I have nothing at all against people from different countries, but when I am seeking customer service I prefer to speak with someone who speaks clear English, or at least someone who can speak clearly.

    Well, after telling her the issues that I was having with not being able to sign into my account online and not being able to check my balance through the text system, she informed me that I had ordered a replacement card on July 27 because of a missing or damaged card. I couldn't believe my ears. I had never ordered a replacement card, and I never even received any notification that I had ordered a new one, so I had been unaware of it until then when she told me. She said that the card was activated, but how is that when I never even received it??

    It was clear that my account had been compromised. So I told her to please deactivate that card, and to put a block on the account so that my direct deposit would not be able to go into the account. I was expecting my check from the VA to go into my account very soon, since it was the 25th, and I knew that since I had been getting the money more than a few days early ever since December, that it would be due to hit the account any day. I was so distraught and stressed by the possibility of someone else getting my money that I broke down and begged the customer service rep to please block the account to prevent the money from being stolen. I am a single mom of a 6 year old daughter, with absolutely no one else to depend on for money. My only source of income is my veterans benefits, and I have been living paycheck to paycheck, and really needed that money.

    So after putting me on a frustratingly long hold, the customer service rep ensured me that they had not received my direct deposit yet, and that they had deactivated both cards and the account, so that the check would bounce back to the VA, and be sent to me as a check. Believing that they blocked the account, I threw my card away and tried to be calm as I awaited for my check to be mailed to me. I even tried to take extra measures by calling the VA and informing them of what happened, and tried to see if they could possibly stop the direct deposit. They told me that it had already been processed on the 21st, and that once it is processed, there would be nothing that they could do to stop it. They told me that my bank would have to close the account to prevent the check from going into it, and that was what I had done, so all I could do was wait.

    On Monday the 28th, something was not right with my spirit, and I felt the need to call the customer service line to make sure that the account was still blocked. I knew that if the account was still open, that the direct deposit from the VA would have went into the account that day. To my absolute horror, when I called, I discovered that there was a balance of 14 dollars on my card. That was not right!! My card had a zero balance on the 25th when I had called in to deactivate the card... so I knew that had to have meant that my direct deposit from the VA had somehow went into the account. I was besides myself with rage... disbelief... AGONY. I couldn't believe it.

    When I spoke with a customer service rep she informed very nonchalantly that I had called and had the block removed. What??!! How?? She was very cold, uncaring, and her foreign accent did not make it any easier since I had to struggle to understand her. I told her that I never called to lift the block!! How could you guys have let this happen?? How can someone so easily call and have a security block that is meant to prevent this from happening, removed??!! And to make it worse, the person that called was able to drain the account, totally. There were 6 ATM transactions that were made somewhere in Miami Florida, all totaling to the entire amount of my check of $1,950. How was that even possible? I couldn't even make that many withdrawals for that amount in one day. There was a limit. Yet someone in Florida could? I just could not understand it. I don't live in Florida, by the way, I live in Illinois.

    So I filed a dispute with the customer service rep for all of the transactions, and she told me to complete a dispute form, have it signed and sent to Green Dot. She told me that it would take two weeks for them to complete the investigation, and if I was granted my money back, it would take another 2 weeks for them to mail it as a check. That is insane. I still have not received a check and it is almost October.

    So I and my 6 year old daughter have been without any money for this entire month of September because of this situation. I have not been able to pay any of my bills, my phone is off, and we have had to go to food pantries to keep some food in the house. This has been the hardest situation that I have had to go through, and I would not wish it on my worst enemy. When I tried to call the customer service line to check on the status of my claim, I was unable to speak to anyone because my card number was officially deactivated. The only information that the automated system gave me was that a check for the remainder of the balance of $5, was sent to an address in Florida, without giving the name of the street, before disconnecting.

    It is clear that I won't be getting one cent of my money back. I am in the process of looking for a lawyer so that I can file a lawsuit against Green Dot. The pain and suffering that this has caused me is unprecedented. I am in awe and utter disbelief that this has happened to others and nothing has been done about it. These people can't keep getting away with doing this to people!! At the very least, Walmart should be held accountable for sponsoring this Green Dot Bank. Please, if you are considering getting a Walmart MoneyCard, don't. You will save yourself a lot of heartache, pain and suffering from the terrible customer service, and insufficient security that they have to offer.

    UPDATED ON 10/25/2017: I really hate to have to write another negative review on here, but I am left with no other choice since I am not able to speak to anyone about my refund. On October 5th, I was promised by a Green Dot representative by the name of Daniel, that my dispute claim was granted, and that a check would be mailed to me. He said that it would take 2 weeks. It is going on 3 weeks and I STILL haven't received the check. I have tried to call him numerous times at the number he reached me from, and I have repeatedly left voicemails, none of which have been returned. I really would like to be able to mark my previous review as resolved, and move on from this, but I am getting frustrated because I was promised my money back over 2 weeks ago. What is going on??

    So I called Walmart Money Card the other day to let them know that I had to unauthorized transactions on my card. I asked the lady to send me a new card and she told me it would be here within 7 days, well the card did arrive in about 4 days. But when I try to activate it, it said that it was blocked and that I had to send a driver's license or some other form of ID in order to unblock it. I did that today and then I was trying to call them to see if they received it and then I get a totally different message that says my account is closed and I will no longer be able to add money to it or receive deposits. My military pay is going into that account and I have bills to pay and I don't know what in the heck is going on!

    I don't think that Green Dot understands that they need to have more live personnel available to speak to people. If people trust you enough to put their direct deposit into a Green Dot account then you guys should be telling people what is going on so that they have other ways to be able to pay their bills and not deal with this. You guys are very wrong for doing that and you need to provide correct information as well as live phone lines where people can get questions answered. People trust Walmart and it is a shame that is much money as you guys make there's always someone out there to cheat the little guys.

    I was informed about the Wal-Mart Moneycard by a Money Services employee. She loaded money onto the card and told me that it was ready to use and that I could register it online to receive a permanent one. Well, I registered it online and now I cannot use it at all. The paperwork that came with it says that I should be able to use it just like a regular debit card. That was 2 days ago. I have been calling every number I could find relating to Wal-Mart's Moneycard services and I finally reached someone today. She said that there was a glitch in the system and that my information could not be verified. So not only can I not use the card but I cannot withdraw my money either. On top of that, they took their $5.75 maintenance fee for a card that cannot be used. I don't care if I have to shout it from the mountaintops, I will tell everyone what you are doing to me Walmart!

    I've been a customer many years. I've never had a problem with this card. Until now! Everything was fine until I had my card information stolen and the thieves took over $500 from my card. First of all, they had the nerve to charge me to replace my card. Then, they told me that they weren't going to honor some of the charges I disputed. Mind you, I canceled my card immediately (the same day) I discovered the charges were made, and went for days without money while waiting for the new card because I only had $20 cash in my wallet when I discovered that my card information had been compromised.

    For one of my disputes, they told me to go back to the merchant myself to see if I could get the money back that way. Un-freaking-believable! Those people blatantly lied to me and took my money off my card anyway for a service that I never got, and you think they'll be honest if I go back? I even sent them the supposedly "voided" receipt the merchant gave me before blatantly running the charge anyway.

    Do yourselves a favor and go get a real bank account if you can. I have trusted these people with thousands of my dollars, and the one time I was taken advantage of, I couldn't count on them to protect me or my money. I have an account with Wells Fargo, and had this money been there it would have been protected, guaranteed, and given back with zero liability as long as they could prove I didn't do it. It sucks that these bootleg banks can issue cards and take your money for maintenance fees, but they don't guarantee you any protection if anything goes wrong. My money is going to Wells Fargo, that is where some of my money is now, and that is where it will stay until I can finish getting it all off this card. After that, I'm either canceling this card completely, or I'll keep it for basic online transactions only. I use it to buy my school textbooks.

    These cards also leave you open to attack when they have your balance printed in big black numbers on the bottom of all your receipts. Who's idea was that? I would prefer to check my own balance not have it put on display for broke people who think it's okay to steal from others who have money because they don't. If that's not enough, I found out that these Walmart cards are all under a binding arbitration agreement. In other words, you can't sue them, take them to court, or join any class action lawsuits. All you can do is rely on their kindness. It's up to them to DECIDE what they want you to have, IF ANYTHING AT ALL.

    I urge you all to protect your money. Cards like these should only be used temporarily and for small amounts. I am a graduate student who has been in school many years. I've saved my money wisely, along with work-study and scholarships, which is how I get my refund checks. I am preparing to relocate to another state next year, so I need ALL my money. You would think I would have known better than this. Do not make the same mistakes I did.

    How terribly disappointing! We have suffered a 90% loss of our home due to Hurricane Harvey. A friend sent a Walmart Money debit card for $50. We cannot access the money and the monthly fee continue to be deducted. The local Walmart staff worked to assist us to no avail. They even reported others with same issues. You CANNOT REACH a live person on their phone number. Yes, they the computer informs you of you the balance but that is all! NO Customer support! At a time when you need things most, no access to the money your friend so graciously sent. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. We do not have time to await a written response while the company continues to deduct fees. Quick way for them to make money and not provide anything in return.

    I desperately tried to contact Green Dot because I received a Walmart prepaid card that they issue. I never applied for this card. I didn't even know they existed. Their customer service is automated. I cannot get a human being without giving the last 4 digits of my social security number.     On September 16, 2017, I dialed into my money support number and learned my account had been hacked. I immediately called the number and clicked the option for my card being compromised. The person told me I had let someone use my card. I said, “No, I keep my card with me at all times.” They said I gave the numbers to someone. No I didn't. The support unit refuse to file a fraud claim and said I had to wait until it post to call back. I asked for executive resolution and they said they had completed the ticket but they never took my number. I said, “You have no number, how are you calling me back?” They then asked for the number and disconnected the call.

    I call to the support number and they closed my card. They promised to expedite the card for free. I called the support number and card had been sent regular mail, allow up to two weeks for delivery. I was told to contact merchant where my card was used, they could help me. It was used as a credit in Granada Hills, California at a Rite Aid store on Zelzah Avenue. I called their number 818-360-8411. They say they only run credit when person have ID. My ID is in my wallet. They unable to help. I call the Walmart Debit Card Support back. My numbers have been taken out of the system, it does not recognize any of my numbers. I cannot speak to anyone. My payroll check is coming to a compromise account and I cannot get any info.

    This card had my light bill money. All of my utilities will be disconnected. I am 65 with no family. I will be homeless behind this incident. I can get information to file a police report. I live in Kentucky, the charge was in California. The thieves had made several attempts. No one contacted me to advise me about these attempts. I have direct deposit and I have text messages linked to my mobile number. They could have called or text. They did neither. I will be looking for an attorney to assist me if this results in me being homeless. If you know an attorney who specializes in this type of case let me know. I am going to speak with my Attorney General next. I am filing a complaint with them.

    I received a phone call today from a gentleman name Daniel, he was responding to a comment I had made about feeling double charge using the Walmart prepaid card.     Why does the website not allow you to update things like your email address? Also you can not go digital allowing you to use all the services of the product. I have tried once and was told by support to just go buy a new card costing me more money and fees. I have the new one now and still can not do what is being offered. Is this false advertising? Is this lying to a customer to get them to purchase a product so you can charge them fees and then not allow them to use the product? What is going on here.     Everything is great except 1 thing. When there is a holiday there is an extra speech you have to listen to before checking your balance.     I ordered a Walmart MoneyCard on 08/25/2017 online and my direct deposit came on the card from my employers on 08/31 and 09/01 and I have yet to get my card or my money off the card. I called after the 7 business days and I was told I would have it by this date, then I called again and someone told me I would have it by end of the day delivered to my door, and then I called and spoke with a supervisor who told me that I would have it 3 business days expedited a new card and he would call me on the next day to confirm card will be expedited. This was last Thursday, still no call or no card and I have not been able to get my money. I wired myself some money and have been paying fees. My rent is late and other bills because of this and I have no idea if I will ever receive the second card. All I can do now is go to the secretary of state and demand they release my money. It's been 14 days no card or no way for me to obtain my money.

    I have had my Walmart Money Card for a couple of years and just last week my card information was stolen (although the card is in my possession). I live in Alabama and my card was being used in Plano, TX. I have not received any updates about getting my money back. When I did call an employee told me to ask the store for a refund. Plano police and the Sam's Club store have yet to receive notice of my dispute from Walmart Money card. The customer service people are rude and barely speak clear English.     I have been dealing with my Walmart card for almost three years without any problems. For the past month I have not been able to reach anyone at customer service or get a balance check on my card. On top of that, my account has been tampered with. I am very disappointed in the non-service I have received from Walmart and I can't believe that after a month, all the phone recording says is "we are experiencing technical difficulties."     Happy with card for the most part. Ridiculous the fee to make an ATM withdrawal, but I like the fact that I can deposit checks electronically into my account, although it takes a very long time. Card is okay... Takes too long to receive personalized card, which makes it impossible to make ATM withdrawals, which causes problems. Also, the five dollar monthly fee is a bit much too.

    Honestly I have had the card for 9 years now. I haven't had an issue until this year. I would say the last 3 years I made that my go to card and did away with the bank altogether. Now I haven't had issues until the past year, but every issue was not handled! I am shocked. First, they cashed a check in August 2017 that was written in December of 2016. Outrageous. No need to get into detail with the 2 week process and headache that was. Green Dot corporate had to get involved. A few weeks later my card had be swiped. This has happened only once before. The previous time this happened they credited my account same day sent a card out no issues. Now my card has not be swiped in quite some time, so maybe the protocols changed because this year was different. I received a new card yes, but my money was never returned. They completed an “investigation" and was denied.

    I couldn't speak to any superior. I was told there are no superiors in the office at first. Then I was told I am speaking with a superior and then she hung up on me. Thanks Pam. I filed the dispute again. Spoke to someone later and was pretty much told to do my own investigating. Not sure what she wants me to do? I called the merchants and was told to take it up with WMMC...

    This card is horrible now that I have actually had to deal with a issue. I would recommend this card as a backup card if you don't care about money. If you don't mind losing a couple hundred here and there, and can afford it then by all means use this card as a backup. Unfortunately I do not have that kind of extra money to play with and will no longer use the card. They do not stand behind what they say. They cashed a check beyond 90 days, they let your accounts get phished and used and don't care to return your hard earned money. Customer service, horrible. I had a few people who were helpful during the whole few weeks of a headache, but most of them were unhelpful. STEER CLEAR. There are many other cards out there. LIQUID CARD BY CHASE... RUSH CARD… CHIME APP...

    I love the card for internet purchases. I never worry about someone gaining my account number and using the card, I only load the card when I’m about to purchase something. I do feel the 3 dollar a month service charge and a 3 dollar loading fee is excessive. I think if the card is only going to be used for internet purchasing there should only be a 3 dollar loading fee is.

    I setup a Wal-Mart Money Card account and verified my personal information. After I activated my card and deposited money they blocked my account. I called the card customer service number and they said they would give me a call back within 4 hours. They never did, and when I called back they said they would give me a call back within 24 hours. Now they have my money blocked from me using it and won't give me any reason why they did it.

    Updated on 10/06/2017: My account with Walmart MoneyCard was blocked, I had it unblocked now and had a balance of $543. They then took $500 off my account closed my account with $43 and now I can't talk to anyone at customer service cause they closed my account and have no access to my money that they are using to draw interest. They refuse to release me my money thinking of filing a class action lawsuit against Walmart and Green Dot bank cause what they are doing is illegal.

    The Walmart Money Card is an extremely convenient debit card to have. I get paid two days earlier than before and that helps with paying my bills before the due date. When I need to take money off of my card all I have to do is go to the customer service desk at my local Walmart and take the money off. The fantastic thing about this is that I do not have to go to an ATM and withdraw my money and get charged a fee for using the bank's ATM. There are no fees charged to me for withdrawing my money. Another great advantage to this card is that when I use my debit card to purchase gas from Murphy USA gas station I get a percentage back and so far I have close to $35 dollars that I will be getting back next month. There are plenty of advantages to this card. I recommend getting this card.

    Was a customer for five years. Anytime I needed to call and talk to a person it would take numerous calls explaining the same thing over and over before a resolution. The last instance of money being electronically transferred from my account through their website without my knowledge made me not want to do any business with them ever again. I had to call three times that day to get someone to take action.

    A week later I had to call to find out the resolution, the agent said they found it to be fraudulent and would credit my account (that had been closed for safety). I asked how could this happen and they assured me I would receive a check in the mail in two weeks. This was four weeks ago and no check just a letter saying my account would be credited. I've tried to call them but with no open account. I cannot get passed the automated system. There is no way to speak to a person at this point. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this service.

    I have repeatedly had very bad experiences with customer service on my Walmart Green Dot Visa card account. The most recent experience has left me without my paycheck for a month! It started with 2 emails. The first informed me that my challenge questions had been changed. The second said that someone else had transferred every dollar of my account to an email account I did not recognize. (I did not even know such a transfer was possible nor do I understand why it was allowed.

    Two weeks later, my account closed, next paycheck hits. No help. They tell me they will send me a check for the first paycheck and refuse the second. They also told me they would send a letter regarding the resolution of this dispute which I haven/t received yet. It has been 2 weeks since they "borrowed" the first paycheck and my next one is due to hit the account they closed today. I have now been without a paycheck for 2 weeks and they tell me it will be 2 more until they get one back to me. How many of you can do without your paycheck for over a month without MASSIVE problems. Thanks a lot Walmart MoneyCard but, NO THANKS. My future paychecks will go elsewhere -- probably my online and in-store shopping as well. I will tell others, including the FTC!

    This isn't the first time I've had problems with this company!! Green Dot aka (Walmart MoneyCard) has only 1 answer, "We can't help you with that". I just had an unauthorized transaction on my account and found out 3 days later that the money was missing! I called to get the money put back in my account and get "We can't help you. The money is in their account already". So what they are saying wooing me is if you get an unauthorized charge on your account you’re SCREWED!! Doesn't anybody that works in customer service know how to do anything???

    They shut off my card a couple of months ago and stranded me with no money for a week and a half cause they can't fix it what they screwed up and also the automated tool that we have to navigate through is the worst. You can't understand what is what listening to that thing. Nevertheless this is the worst customer service I've had to deal with. I will take my money elsewhere to my bank and get a second account to use online. Walmart money card is the worst I myself have had it. BEWARE OF GREEN DOT AKA WALMART MONEYCARD. Stay with your local banks. At least they will do what they need to do for their customers.

    I have been the cardholder of one of the black Walmart prepaid Visa cards for well over 4 years. It's personalized and thats one of the many perks with this card. As long as you load $500 within each 30 day period then the $3 monthly maintenance fee is waived. With paychecks being direct deposited then it is highly likely you'll never have to pay that charge. The main perk, I'm literally paid 2 days before my coworkers and even bosses! Reloading is free. Daily balance alerts straight to my cell phone via text message. As a current cardholder, though, I don't find it fair that new members are now getting a $25 bonus just for activating a new card. Lol... Where was mine 4 years ago??

    I've had 2 Walmart debit cards for a couple of years. I use them for everything. Just recently I tried transferring funds from my card to my sons, but was unable to. I tried for 2 days. Finally I called, only to learn that's no longer available on these cards. Why no warning? My son is away in college, that was the easiest way to get money to him. I've always loved using these cards, but I lowered the score because that was a big reason why I use my Walmart Money Cards instead of my bank cards or any other debit cards.     They froze our paychecks, right after getting them. I have been using a Walmart money card (Green Dot Bank) as my bank account. I have almost $1600 in there. I tried using my card at the store on 8-16-17, and was declined. I called customer service, (not U.S. based) and was told I should put my groceries away, because corporate is closed until 5 am Pacific time. I am in Hawaii. I waited until 2am my time, and called again. After being on hold for 1 hour and 17 minutes, they finally answered. Went through the runaround, and finally got transferred to "Joseph." He told me per their rules and regulations I either made too many deposits or used too much of my own money, and my account is frozen. I asked him if he could place me in a spend down status, instead of frozen, so I could at least access my funds. He said no. Then said he cannot release the hold on my funds either.

    I asked him if he could transfer me to whoever does it, so I can take the steps needed to get my money unfrozen. He said no. He was very rude. Asking me, "What is it you don't understand here" and when I told him I had kids to feed, and that $1600 Is my only money, his response was, "That is not my problem." He told me he may get back to me in 2 days, meanwhile, I have no access to my money. He said he had to call the compliance department. When I asked for their number, he told me they will not accept outside calls.

    I asked to please speak to a different manager, and he told me he was the highest manager and that everyone else would tell me the same thing. Then he refused to transfer me to anyone else. As it stands, they are still holding my almost $1600 hostage, keeping my account frozen. I have 3 kids, and we cannot use our money. It is as if we do not have a penny to our names. It is after hours on 8-19-17, the day after he said he would call me and he never did. My funds are not released. All I want is either my funds released, or to be put into "spend down" status, or my account closed and a check for my funds mailed to me.

    My account was hacked and my $710 stolen. So I sent a letter by snail mail to the concerns department address for Wal-Mart giving them a detailed breakdown of what happened, which was as follows: I received an email saying my security questions had been changed which I did not do. I tried to log in online to see what happened and my password had also been changed without my authorization. No one has access to my card and my password was both long and unusual. The email also included an IP address of the point of origin.

    I talked to the Knoxville Walbur Ave. Wal-Mart manager, Rebecka, who had no idea how to help me and refused to let me speak to a higher level of management despite my being calm about the matter. She actually refused to give me the manager's contact info. She just kept saying follow the instructions from the automated number. So I did, which closed my account but only afterwards did I realize it not only did nothing to help me but locked me out of the account and the remaining $3 I had in it.

    I filed a police report with Detective Morgan (**). I have a copy of the police report and the email I received about my security questions being changed. I have mailed a letter to the concerns department address of the whole situation, including paying extra to have them sign it so I know it got there, which it did. I have a copy of it as well. If I do not receive a response soon I've already spoken with our family lawyer about legal options against walmart should they do nothing to help and am prepared to take legal action. We can tell Wal-Mart has set up their "help desk" regarding their debit cards in such a way to avoid dealing with any problems that may arise. I am most displeased by this lack of oversight and professionalism from all angles. I will be keeping a copy of this letter as well and I ask for your assistance in this matter. I have copies of everything and only need an email address to send them to.

    We purchased Walmart debit cards 3 years ago and have used the transfer money feature since my husband works out of state and there are no national bank branches in our area to use jointly with ease. This was our best option to be able to transfer money back and forth to one another without high fees from wire transfers. It worked great for the last 3 years and we transfer money almost on a daily basis (small amounts normally and a few large ones a month). Fast forward to today when my husband was on his way back to our state and his work truck breaks down in the middle of nowhere. I tried transferring $100 for a place that he can stay overnight until his employer could send help. The creature kept giving me an error message "the transaction could not be completed, sorry for the inconvenience." I had just transferred $20 for his meal a few hours before that.

    I waited and tried again and after receiving the same message I called customer service. I reached a call center obviously outsourced to India. The woman spoke very poor hard to understand broken English. She just kept telling me that they were waiting for updates to go through from the technical team. Any time I asked her any question I got the same exact reply as before. She was reading from a pre-approved template of answers obviously. So I hang up and call back praying the next one would speak clearer English. I reached someone finally in the US and her answer floored me. I was spoken to very rudely and told that the transfer money feature was no longer available on the app or the website. When I asked why she said, "due to suspicious activity Corporate office is removing the feature effective immediately."

    I tell her my husband is stranded and could they not at least give their customers 30 days notice before making major changes to their features that we pay for monthly. She told me too bad and to go send a MoneyGram. Yeah that would be a solution IF HE HAD A VEHICLE TO GET THERE and wasn't dead on the side of the road with only a small gas station and motel around for miles! My husband is currently sleeping in his very very hot truck on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere with no way to protect himself either if something were to happen! This is all because Walmart decided to take away something we as customers have paid for with zero warning! I smell a major lawsuit coming and they better pray nothing bad happens to my husband before he gets home!

    Without even so much as a warning, my account was/still is locked due to "suspicious activity" So I call the number on back of the card. I get told that I actually have to wait for someone to call me. Some case reviewer or something. Meanwhile, this is all happening just as I am getting paid (I have direct deposit). It all started when I tried to log in to my account as usual, But it kept saying my password was wrong. After 5 tries it locked me out totally. And my card gets declined. 2 days and no one has ever called me. It does no good to call them back because you just keep getting the same answer no matter who you talk to. "The case reviewer will call you back tomorrow."

    I’m freaking out here because my whole paycheck went to that card, and no one will even tell me what the hell is going on. I have no cash for anything until this "guy calls me back." Why the hell cant I get any answers from these people? I also got an email that lied to me saying that they forwarded my concern to their "supervisor" and that I should expect a call in 4 hours. Well, that came and went. I will never go through this again. I still have not been contacted!!

    I had cancelled my online order within 30 minutes after placing it. I had a family emergency and I was going to be leaving town that same night and I wasn't sure how long before I returned home. I called Walmart.com and explained my situation and honestly the lady helping me was very nice, and understanding. I then called my Walmart Money Card so I could get my funds back on my card. The person assured me the funds would be on my card later on that night. Well I didn't check my funds until the next day and no funds were put back on my card.

    Well after countless calls and different attendants, 2 or 3 supervisors, a few heated conversations from my wife and me, and almost a month passed, I was told that I will not be getting a refund from my cancelled order. So my only complaint is that I lost out $100 of merchandise that I paid for but never received in items or cash. But I will say that everyone of the attendants on the phone were very patient, respectful, and did all they could except deliver me the items or refund my money.

    I have my payroll check direct deposited to the card. Pretty often the situation comes along that I really need to withdraw almost all of my pay off the card. The only thing about the card I don't like is that the card limits me to usually no more $250. Now usually my pay is around $600 every deposit.     I have had the Walmart money card for a couple of years now and I actually have two accounts. Everything has been great except I keep getting charged random monthly fees for both even though I have direct deposit on both accounts. If I do not call in regularly to have it refunded, I am simply out of luck as they will only refund fees that occur in the last 90 days even when they are in the wrong for charging them.     When I first started using the Walmart MoneyCard I enjoyed it and it came in handy for me. Last Thursday I tried taking a picture of my Pay check which is a printed check from a pretty big company, and it said it wouldn't accept that type of check. What type will it accept? Then I wasn't even able to get my check cashed at Walmart or Food Lion because of trying to deposit the check on the MoneyCard. It made it as if it did deposit the check when I took the picture. I tried at Walmart again and Food Lion and still wasn't able to get it cashed. I finally had to pay $8.00 at a bank to get it cashed.

    I had a fraudulent charge on my card. This is a horrible experience alone, your bank should be there to assist you. That was NOT my experience. They didn't take notes on my original phone call when I saw the pending charge. So EVERY time I called I had to explain everything. Sent an email they requested and never got a confirmation.     I am very disappointed in Walmart master card. It is not set up for people on a set income. It is not set up for people with set incomes. At the end of a month I have will have to pay 20 plus dollars towards reloading fees not counting monthly fees. That's 20 dollars of food or gas to doctor for treatment taken away. I purchased this card to pay bills so I don't use benefit card. Netspend does not charge to reload their card. And it doesn't have to be 20 or more dollars each time. So very disappointed.

    I received a Walmart MoneyCard for my bday and when I went to use it, it could not be found in the system. I took the receipt to Walmart and the card and after an hour and more we finally was able to reach someone who informed me I needed to send a picture of the card front and back along with a picture of the receipt. I have sent 15 emails and received 14 confirmation that the docs were received. I have called for 5 straight days and every single time I was told that they did not receive the documents, asked what email I was sending it to, asked my email and what I placed in the subject line. My answers to the questions have not changed. I even went as far as to sending a video of the receipt and the card. After submitting the documents the automatic response stating give it one business day for a response however I always have to call them.

    They state they have only received two emails out of the 15 I've sent and they can't read the receipt. If this is true about they only received two emails then why do I have 14 confirmation from the auto response! I understood that it may not be clear that's why I sent numerous emails. The other emails I sent on my phone and on my computer they were clear and even stayed on the phone with the person to make sure they got the email and it was clear.

    I asked "Did you receive the email", responded yes. I asked was it clear, responded yes, so I follow up the next day and here we go again, what email did I sent it to and from and what was in the subject line then again to be to 1st they can not find it then it was not clear. I need this resolved and it's not fair I have to pay for an error on your end. My son gave me the card as a gift, he worked to put that money on the card so on our end and it's not our fault as a consumer something went wrong with the card that's on your end.

    My Walmart MoneyCard was declared invalid 3 times on 08/03 when I tried to purchase $20.00 of gas at Sam's Club. The balance available on my debit card when I drove up to the gas pump was $77.18. I first put my Sam's Club membership card into the pump. The membership is set to expire in November of 2017 so IT IS IN GOOD STANDING. Then I inserted my Walmart MoneyCard as my method of payment and the gas pump asked for my 4-digit password, which I provided. Then the screen on the gas pump read CARD INVALID -- which I knew was not TRUE because there was $77.18 balance on the card. I repeated this process 2 more times for a total of 3 attempts and they all had the same result - THE PUMP READ CARD INVALID. I had to drive away without purchasing any gasoline. When I returned to my home within 20 minutes, I went to my computer and looked up my account.

    It read that my Walmart Money Card account balance was $0.00 -- there was no money in the account. Instead, it had listed a purchase of $77.18 from the same Sam's Club and it was for gasoline and was listed as PENDING and supposedly had happened within the previous 30 minutes. Because I only have one debit card and no one else has access, I knew something was wrong. My account balance had been cleaned out leaving a balance of $0.00 and I NEVER RECEIVED OR WAS ALLOWED TO PUMP AND PURCHASE GASOLINE. I called the Walmart MoneyCard 800 line and was told that it was a "soft hold" and that when the charge was actually posted or more likely "CANCELLED", the money ($77.18) would be returned to my balance -- but this might take a week or more for the situation to correct itself. What situation? I didn't screw up, Sam's Club and their gas pumps must have screwed up.

    I called Walmart MoneyCard again on 08/04/17 and no resolution from the Spanish speaking assistant who struggled with English. So I went back to the Sam's Club and asked to see a manager who basically did nothing. She said that the situation 9 times out of 10 will correct itself but it will take awhile. I said, that was the INCORRECT answer. I wanted my balance of $77.18 posted immediately to my account. It takes 15 minutes or less to record a purchase to the account - why does it take 7 or more days to research why the gas pump drained the balance in the account? No answer. The transaction is still listed as pending and it has been over 33 hours. They said that when the debit from the account becomes final, it will be posted and then I can dispute it which will no doubt take another week or more.

    The person at Sam's Club who was the acting manager, looked up the gas pump charges during the time period that I was there to tell me that although my card had been declared invalid 3 times in a row, she could not find a record of a purchase or deduction of $77.18. I knew this was not possible because I was not allowed to pump gas or make a purchase because the balance was shown as $0.00. She doesn't know what happened or where the money is currently sitting. She could offer very little help to resolve this and also suggested that I just wait a few days or up to a week and these kinds of problems have a way of resolving themselves. That is of little consequence to me as I suspect that the credit card readers on the pumps may have been tampered with or an employee or perhaps the next person in the gas line was able to fill-up their tank on my nickel.

    I have very little confidence in ever seeing my $77.18 again. Certainly, the Sam's Club Management and the Walmart MoneyCard telephone hotline are of no help whatsoever. I am dealing with idiots who are not the sharpest tools in the shed if you get my meaning. But I will tell you this, if this is not resolved in the next 24-48 hours, I will attempt to shoplift the equivalent of 4 times the value of the CASH that I have been stripped of in order to cover the time and stress that I have already spent trying to resolve this matter. Either that or I will take them to small claims court and ask for terrible damages while doing my best to make sure that no one I know ever shops at either Sam's Club or Walmart again.

    All the same greedy, ignorant ** running both sister companies. The irony is that the gas tank on my vehicle holds 18 gallons and even if I were allowed to pump 18 gallons of gasoline, the total that would have been deducted from my debit card could not exceed $38.52 which would have been 18 gallons @ $2.14. I COULD NOT HAVE SPENT $77.18 -- i.e., my entire balance on gasoline even if I wanted tried. Even an empty tank would not have held more gasoline.

    I am extremely happy with my Walmart card. It's better than dealing with banks and their fees and definitely their hours. If I'm not available during the day, I can find a 24 hour Walmart just about anywhere and can add money to my card as needed. I will be getting a new job shortly and can't wait to take advantage of the free direct deposit. I used it at my last job and it was seamless and ready for me up to the 2 day early period. Can't beat that! I also love the stash feature in the vault. I not only use it to save but also put money in there that I don't want to touch. I have to really need something if my balance is low and need to transfer. I like that you can't use that money unless you transfer it. I pretend it's not there and try to only use the money I kept available but the ability to move the cash is very easy if you need it.

    It's also really nice to have the possibility of winning money just for saving your own! I truly hope to win one day but it's fun to see your prize entries grow and that's another reason to want to keep as much in your vault as you can. I never like to see the entries go down. Another small but fun feature is being able to customize your card. I got my fiancé a card as well so he can add money. Since he is a truck driver and always on the road and since they only use a com card, he takes money out to send to me until my job starts. It also allows him to use his money outside of a truck stop.

    The card is accepted everywhere which is cool and no ATM fees at certain locations like Wawa. The only thing I would really like is for the card to be accepted by the Apple Wallet. For some reason it is not supported yet and that would be nice. The app is easy to use as well and I really like it so much more than dealing with a bank. So glad I chose to get one!     Although I have had enjoyed having a prepaid debit card and was able to personalize it and have direct deposit, I was very pleased and confident in purchased and trusted my money was in good hands. However as time went on I was not able to load certain checks on to my card which frustrated me because I have always cashed or loaded them on to my card previously with no problem then I got a error code and was told to call the 1800 or 1888 number. Very inconvenient for me. Also, I have been a victim of fraud. I'm not 100% sure but I believe maybe one of the employees may have swiped my card on a reader because the next days on my transaction history the disputed charges started occurring on my account.

    I first went to the West Valley WalMart and wanted to load a check on my card. She took my card and swiped it but she did not put the funds on the card. She handed me cash and apologized and said she could still load the cash on it. I said that was okay I will just take the cash. In my mind I was thinking well why did she swipe my card if the funds were not loaded. Then I went to the WalMart on Nob Hill to deposit $2000.00 cash. The cashier swiped my card then entered the correct amount and asked me to verify the funds on the card reader. I verified it was correct and she canceled the transaction and said she was going to do two separate transactions. I verified both transactions in the amount of $1000.00 each. I did not feel comfortable that I had to take my eyes off of my card not knowing where it was at, not in my view.

    I can only make the assumption because after those transactions were completed I was a victim of theft on my card with charges I did not authorize in a country I have never been to before. This is all I have to say. I'm glad I was able to voice my thought and I am still thinking if I want to keep the card active with the fear and trust broken.

    I purchased a Wal-Mart MoneyCard a week ago and today I go to Wal-Mart to do school shopping and when I swiped my card it was declined. The cashier asked me if I was sure I had money on the card (I wanted to reach across that counter and slap the ** out of that **). She said, "Well you have to call the number on the back of the card." I called the number and the automated system informed me that the card was blocked. I then go to the Wal-Mart Money center, inside Wal-Mart, after standing in line and speaking to one woman that didn't know anything I spoke to the manager, just knowing a manager would be able to help me, WRONG. She didn't know ** either. She told me to call the number on the card and see what it said. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    When I purchase a money card I expect to be able to use the card, not just for the company to withdraw their fee and then put a block on my card without so much as a phone call or even an email to inform me as to what is going on. The number on the card is no help. It tells you the card is blocked and that you need to send a copy of your id and after that it takes 2 days for them to verify your identity and it will not allow you to speak to a live person. Hell I verified my identity when I activated the damn card. I want my ** MONEY NOW!!! I will never use this ** ever again. I will tell everyone I know about how stupid this system is and to spend your money somewhere else. Signed, EXTREMELY PISSED!!!

    When I first got my MoneyCard I was able to pay at the pump with my money card. Now I am UNABLE to use it at the pump. I found this out the hard way. Unfortunately I was traveling cross country and was traveling at night when most stations just have the 24 hour pumps available and I was UNABLE to fuel up and had to sleep in my car until the gas station opened up.     I was shown that I had a rewards balance to claim so I claimed it then a few days later you did a rewards reversal. I don't understand how you could put it on then take it off.     I got the temporary card from my local Walmart store and went to the ATM to get some cash. BEWARE!!! The ATMs listed in the Money Pass system are NOT surcharge/fee free as advertised. Green Dot is a ripoff bank. Better off with a Bluebird card from American Express. Visit Clark Howard's website and you will see the Bluebird account is the best.

    June 2017 somebody got a hold of my card (no clue how) and $175 was taken out of my account. So I called to dispute the transaction. Went through the ten day "investigative" process that was suggested. Filled out the dispute form. No problem right? Yes. The transaction was taken out in Philadelphia, PA at 8:57A on a Sunday. 2 minutes prior my balance was checked at the same location. At 9:12 I used my card 75 miles away to see that my funds were diminished. So in a matter of 15 minutes the "investigative" team deemed that I could be in two places at once and my dispute was denied. So, frustrated as I was - I did another "investigation". Guess what? Denied.

    As much as it bothered me, I did ANOTHER "investigation" and it was denied. I'm so frustrated. I didn't even open up another investigation. I used this card for close to a year because of the convenience of it. I was told to go to the website www.federalreserveconsumerhelp.gov which I am in the process of filling out paperwork. I was a very active customer of this organization because of the convenience of the store. I feel as though this investigation was not thorough enough in a very important matter - FRAUD. Hopefully a representative will see this and can help me fix this problem.

    I was scammed by an impostor government grant officer claiming I was given a grant but I had to go to the Walmart and buy iTunes cards so I can receive my money.     I am very satisfied with my Money Card. When I reload my card it's usually just a few minutes before it's added to my balance. I enjoy being able to keep up with my account via text messages. I have had my Wal-Mart Money Card for about 8 years and have been pleased about all transactions.

    The card does what I need it to do. Not always happy about the cashiers loading card. Also I do not like that there is a $500 limit to load onto my card. If I want to add more than that I have to pay a second loading fee. I simply have the card because it is a necessary evil.

    Lately it's been a disaster. It will show money that we don't have and then it will show I'm negative so I have to literally write out every order and keep track of the money myself because it's a waste of time to go to the site. I am disabled so it's a huge deal for me to pay the bills and order everything online. It makes me feel like I'm at least contributing and trying to help my husband but lately the card amount has been all over the place to the point where I'm not sure if I want to use it anymore and tonight I actually ordered a NetSpend card to replace our Walmart card that I've used for quite a few orders at Walmart.

    I've tried updates, resetting the phone, completely cleaning phone you name it but these last 2 weeks has been so stressful waking up every morning and it shows were negative. It's a prepaid card. If we didn't have the money on the card it would get declined. Very Very frustrating when I'm still fighting to get disability and my husband is the sole provider so you can imagine seeing it $20 $30 $40 $60 in the negative.

    The only reason most use this kind of card is we do not want extra fees charged. You put the card in a negative balance. I did not know it was that way when I loaded it. I did not plan to use the card much only put extra 2 dollars on. When I used it the next day they said not enough money on the card after I had just paid to load it. So as soon as I get it to zero my card will be in the trash never to be reused!!! So do not try to send me a new card down the road.

    1st complaint is the lack of customer service. None whatsoever. If I don't recognize a transaction or want more info we'll too bad for me. Also you're check depositing does not work at all but tried 5 Times to deposit a small personal check and was denied each time with no explanation given.. So what I just can't deposit checks ?? I had to sign it over and have someone else deposit it (went through just fine) Reload at any register? WRONG no you can't the option is there on the self check out but you are left treading water with no option to continue..

    Fee transparency NONE! If I say I have 100 and hand the woman (since I can't do it myself) the $100 I don't want her to ask me for an additional $3.00 it's like HELLO it's all I have THIS is what I have not 103 so make it easier.. I am most upset with being denied the ability to deposit a personal check... am I a CROOK ?? Why won't you take it. This service needs work, at this point I wouldn't recommend it.

    I love my Wal-Mart card. I get direct deposit and have the app so I can easily keep track of everything. I really like the vault feature.     I was in jail from April 18, 2016 thru June 23 2017. I got my Social Security Income direct deposit because I figure WalMart is dependable. While I was in jail my card was stolen. Every transaction they made on April 29, 2016 and May 2, 2016 was not me and could not have been me because of my incarceration in TDCJ. I'm not understanding the problem yall are having with the dispute but it's real easy. I was in jail and one else has permission to make transactions on this account and being that they did I would expect that WalMart Money Card would reimburse me of my lost wages. I am very disappointed and pray that this matter is taken care of so that I can continue using this account for my direct deposit. Please look at this and give me my money back.     Cashed my paycheck 2 weeks ago. Walmart charged me $3.00. Walmart charged me $3.00 to put $13.00 on my card. Walmart charged me $5.00 for monthly service. Walmart charged me $11.00 service fees and now I have $8.00 on my account. Tomorrow I cash my check, I will pay $3.00 for this then Walmart will charge me another $3.00 to put $20 on my card. Why would I ever put my paycheck on auto deposit. As for stash why would I give you half of every penny I put in that account. Sorry if I sound a little unhappy.
