I have no complaints about the card when I'm in store or restaurants. The only thing that I can not use it on some cash app. When I want to send money to my kids. I have to take the money off my card and send it Western Union. It would be nice if I could use it bank to bank quick pay. Like most other cards I have without leaving my home to do so. Other than that. I've been with Walmart MoneyCard for years. I love it. I never have a problem with deposits. It's been a wonderful experience for me overall.

I think the atm fees are way too high. Shouldn't be charged from atm and my card holder to use my money. If the atm charges three dollars and then my card charges me three dollars it's costing me six dollars to get twenty dollars of my money and I think this is ridiculous.

I take public transportation and a trip to the nearest store that might reload my card is going to be most of a day off. It's not worth it. I'm calling you to cancel the card after I cancel the automatic deposit with my employer Monday.

I have direct deposit set up for one of my jobs. I get paid by check for my second job since I invoice the business. They personally write the amount and my name on the business check. Walmart was cashing my check with no problem for weeks. Now I am unable to cash my check because it is handwritten and over $200. Technically, I have a bank account with Walmart (Green Dot BANK), but I am still limited and have to go to another bank to cash my large check. Either the staff is misinformed or this rule is extremely inconvenient to Walmart customers that use this card. I use this account to pay my bills like any other bank set up.

I really appreciate the versatility I get with my Walmart MoneyCard. Sending money to friends or family is effortless and instant. I can deposit checks by just taking a picture. I have used direct deposit for my pay checks in the past, funds being available a day or two before my payday is nice. The monthly account fee is minimal, if you don't use one of many options to have it waived. I can use my card for almost anything I need. I do not care for banks and all the hidden fees that come with them. I would give a 5 star rating if a few things were changed however. Often when I run my card for things, my balance is right there on receipt for whomever to see. And I wished that the card was not treated like a prepaid debit card by some companies. Overall more than satisfied with my MoneyCard.

No complaint with Walmart MoneyCard, besides the fact that using this debit card, I cannot buy gas unless I go inside the gas stations convenience store and pay at the register, (I live in jersey). Also the statement you guys make about getting a paycheck a day early is inconsistent, sometimes it works that way, sometimes it doesn’t. Other than those two minor complaints, you guys are great!

My experience so far has been good, only complaint is how you get your paycheck for months by Thursday at noon and other times it's Fridays, what happened to up to 3 days sooner... The Walmart perks are also nice but could be better. This is a multi billion dollar company.

Great services and love that I do not have to pay for a fee to get my money off my card. Keep up the fabulous work! I couldn't be any happier with the services that Walmart MoneyCard has provided to me.

My experience with the MoneyCard I would have to describe as slightly above satisfied. These are the factors that have sued my opinion. The very high charge on any ATM cash withdrawal. I feel since there are no ATMS associated with Green Dot Bank that can be used without a fee then MoneyCard users should only be charged once by the ATM carrier and not charged ANOTHER FEE by my own card carrier too just because they do not offer ATMs at all that can be used for free. Also, I feel that waiting an entire 12 months to be able to receive the accumulated cash back reward is too long. I feel this should be allowed back every 6 months. I also have not been able to use my card at gas pumps that ask for zip instead of pin since I moved and changed my address.

I am very pleased with the Walmart card so far... Because of various situations, conventional banks would not give me a chance. I especially like being able to use the bill pay feature. I hope my use of the Walmart card will help me re-establish a positive banking experience.

Everything is ok with the Walmart MoneyCard. It’s a great card to use for my payroll. It’s very easy to withdraw money off of it at plenty of locations as needed and no charge to take off any amount of money I need. It’s a great card overall.

Having Walmart MoneyCard has been a great experience for me. From earning cash back for making weekly gas purchases at 7/11 to low monthly fees and very accessible banking! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an easy banking/direct deposit solution.

Dislike the Walmart card. Too many fees. Why $3 to put money on the card? Absurd. $5 membership fee if $1000 isn't loaded on in the month window THEY choose; can't choose the month window to deposit the $1000 in the monthly time. Only keeping the card to load money on card when needing to make online purchases. Waiting to get paid to switch to a credit union because the fees of this card are absurd and can't reload it anywhere or at any ATM. Oh, AND they sent my tax refund back to IRS making me wait 4 extra months to get my money back from IRS in the mail.

It is awesome. Easy to use. Great service. Love the stash cash savings feature. I also love that, most of the time, my pay check goes into my account a day early. This card's fees are really low as well.

I wish loading money was easier. Maybe an atm that we could load card would help. The 3.00 loading fee is also an issue. Seems a bit high. Maybe lower that to maybe 1.00. I really like that the direct deposit gets there 2 days earlier.

The card does what I need it to (allow me to have a direct deposit from work, pay my bills online, shop online, put some away into savings [earned interest income would be more appealing than a monthly drawing that is rare to get from the forums I have read]), and loading cash on the card being free is great.

I hate the new blue card now. It's a 1000 a month and now on every atm including Wal-Mart I get charged 2.50 every time to withdraw cash. I'm to to point of getting rid of this card. Oh and now 5 dollars a month for fees not 3 dollars. It's a bunch of garbage. I should expect to hear back from you on these.

The Walmart card is extremely convenient when you don't want to deal with major banks. 3$ monthly charge is not a bad fee and as long as you use it or withdraw money from Walmart money Center then there is no surcharges.

I am pleasantly surprised, and appreciate getting my direct deposit early. I just signed up again and am wondering how to get the $25 incentive. It is kind of a drag waiting in lines at the store to withdraw cash, which is necessary because my rent is more than I can take out with direct deposit. I REALLY wish you participated in Venmo, but I did use your online services recently to have a friend send me cash, so at least there is an option.

Using the Walmart MoneyCard is so easy. My money is direct deposited and I get it 2 days early to boot. The app makes it so easy to monitor the transactions and keep up with my spending. I have had no problems whatsoever using the card and would recommend it to a friend.

The card could have a chip. It would be a lot better. Overall a good card though. Very happy I don't have to carry cash anymore. Love the direct deposit. And how easy the app is to use. Just would like to have a card with the chip.

Don't like that money can't be transferred to it. I have to have it transferred to a friend's account. Don't like that they charged to take money out at the ATM although I shouldn't be. Don't like that. It's not a chip card.

I wished this card offered more security like a chip. I use this account for direct deposit but it terrifies me that I have no protection if lost or stolen. Also, I wished it didn't look so generic. It's embarrassing using it because I feel like I'm using an EBT card yet it's my hard earned money that I'm spending.

Thank you for allowing me to get a second chance when my banking account was hacked and closed. Thank you for keeping me updated with every transaction and thank you for early deposits. I wish there was a better way to make withdrawals.

I needed to load over 1000 dollars in store and could not causing me to pay multiple loading fees. I don't think that was very customer friendly. I should not have to pay multiple fees during one reload. Also the agent at the counter did not seem to know that I could not load more than 1000 dollars at one time.

Have no issues at all. Love the service and that I’m able to see all my transactions on my app. Even went on vacation out of state and still no problems like I had with a regular bank. Thank you. Y’all are awesome.

I have been using my card for six months as a payroll deposit. It has been very convenient. I prefer it to banks anymore. I will continue to use my card when I get my next job. I think charge three dollars to add money at the store should be waived if a payroll check is being deposited.

Easy to use and able to use everywhere without problems. Love the money back option also that you are able to withdraw all money at Walmart without paying fee. Great to have for as a backup for other uses like shopping online.

I have a great experience with Walmart MoneyCard. I have had direct deposit set up on it and never once had an issue at all my. Money is there when it is supposed to be and on time. They waive the monthly charge when you have so much go in. It's actually great.

It cost too much to take my money out of the ATM. It's my hard earned money that is being deposited every week. Not every place takes the card. I can not ride with Uber. I don't think it's fair I have only one choice.

I have enjoyed using the Walmart MoneyCard! I have been using it for over a year now. I earned cash back and was able to use it just before going on vacation. It is super easy way to spend and save money! The app is great! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

I think that it's very ridiculous that in order to put any money in my account other than direct deposit, that I have to cash the check (which I'm charged for) and then deposit the cash into my account (which I'm charged for again) on the same check, when it's a Wal-Mart Bank. I don't care for that type of service when the bank is a Wal-Mart Bank and the only place I can make deposits or cash checks, is Wal-Mart. So I will be leaving the Green Dot Bank. I have been with them long enough and have cost me enough money. Thank you.

I purchased this card because I was told I could reload at any register. I felt it would be convenient and it isn’t. Every Walmart does not allow every register to reload cards and multiple times I have had to wait in extensive money center lines to reload my card. Because of this I rarely use this card anymore because of the difficulties with reloading.

I don’t feel like we should have to pay a reload fee! Seriously if we have a Walmart card. Any other company should get charged. And that is the only issue I have with the money center. I love direct deposit.

I’ve had a Walmart MoneyCard for awhile and have never had an issue. I love it! There's nothing I would change about the money card and I surely wouldn’t get rid of it! The only thing I miss about the Walmart money card was when they had the all black cards. That was the one with NO FEES. I'm not sure why that card was taken away because I really loved that one.

Love the card! Cashback is wonderful. Stashing and unstashing cash is so helping me save! Flexibility to use anywhere. Direct deposit so no monthly fee!!! No overdraft fees! I personally like that you have the money card option. I don't have great credit so I can't get a bank account. MoneyCard makes it easy to save and manage my money. I would like to win the $1,000 though!

I can use this card for everything and being that I shop Walmart a lot I get the rewards which is good. I also get my pay a day earlier. I can reload easy at any Green Dot retailer. This card is one of the best prepaid cards I have used.

Overall, it is a great card. It's easy to use, and it's easy to get information about my account. It has a reasonable monthly fee. There are lots of ATM choices, but I wish there were more ATMs that didn't charge a fee when withdrawing money.

I always get extremely accurate reports. On my personal account. I never have a hard time making purchases or payments anywhere I shop or pay bills. I like the option that I can put money from card into a savings vault if I wish and I can easily take it out of the vault if needed. I never have a hard time reloading my card if necessary.

I had to call because I lost my card. The machine was able to handle everything with no human help in a timely manner. Normally I don't like talking to computers because they get something wrong and they're hard to work with. However yours went very well and I was very pleased. Thank you.

My experience with Walmart MoneyCard has been phenomenal!!! I am very happy with my account and card. I couldn't ask for a better MoneyCard. I use my card all the time, I have my payroll directly deposited and it's always early which is very good.

I had 760$ charged on my card all out of state charges mostly in Atlanta and filed a dispute and was denied my claim. You have not sent any response to my letters requesting reimbursement. I want my money back. I have contacted 2 On Your Side through CBS Channel 2 and plan on filing a lawsuit as well if my money is not refunded. The card in question ended in ** and has been cancelled. What's going on with your company?

It's ok. I can't complain. It helps me get paid and make the purchases I need. I wish the monthly fee waiver wasn't 1000 but hey it's ok. Could be worst. I love how I get cash back for my Walmart purchases.

I have had a good experience using this card. It helps me keep track of all my transactions, I haven't had any problems with direct deposit, and I like the vault feature to help me save money. I would recommend this card to other people.

The rates went up from $6 to $8 to cash checks over $1000. Then the girls behind the counter were very uneducated about answering any of my questions on why my checks would not cash. My checks wouldn't cash most of the time. So I'd wait for 20 to 30 minutes sometimes and still not be able to put money on my card.

Easy and convenient service. Easy to load, use and take money off without hassle. Makes transferring money to my husband easy also with our dealing with long bank lines or being put on hold. Money is available right after deposit.

I have both good and bad experiences. Good part, I get my paycheck a day in advance. Bad part, the card is not accepted through Uber, which I have to depend on and ended up having to switch to Lyft, which costs more. All fault, is not upon your service, it’s with them too. So I would like to know if anything can be worked between the 2 companies and allow our cards to be accepted. Otherwise, I’m very satisfied. Keeps me updated on deductions and deposits, so thumbs up and I do not plan on leaving.

Things were great. The main point in me getting the card was to be able to get paid a day in advance as told it would be. But, things have changed. I now get paid on payday instead of day before. Not satisfied.

I like getting paid early before payday. I have been with Walmart MoneyCard for years. There are different ways to add money, and different ways to withdraw money from the atm. I Thank you for giving this option.

The only issue I have with the service is that not only do I get charged at the ATM for service fee BUT I also get charged from the MoneyCard for using the ATM. So in total there are two charges. I think that would be a good thing to charge so that when using the ATM there is only one surcharge fee. Other than that I am happy.

I have my paychecks direct deposited into my card. They are always there when they're supposed to be and immediately accessible. I never have any trouble using my card everywhere I want to. Online shopping and shopping in person is always easy and quick.

My card was declined this morning getting gas. I went adding up from payroll to now and my account is missing $31.53 with no sign of where it went plus using the Walmart ATM I'm getting charged for taking money out when at Wal-Mart is supposed to be free. This is a Walmart MoneyCard. I'm not at all happy that y'all are taking money out and I do not know why.

I like having direct deposit. I like that my money is on my card at 6:00 am the day I get paid. What I don’t like is the 5.00 a month fee if I don’t load a certain amount by direct deposit. I also don’t like that if I want to add more funds to my card I have to pay another fee. I have considered finding another card to take my MoneyCard’s place and to drop MoneyCard altogether.

I had this card for a while now. I love how I can use it anywhere. I use it online and at any store. I love how I get a certain percentage back when I shop at Walmart.com or at Walmart stores. Even the website is easy to manage, I like how I can check my balance whenever I want.

I've had various debit cards but none compare to the Walmart MoneyCard. The card is very easy to set up and use. Also haven't had any issues to date, and app is easy to navigate and execute my transactions. I have and would recommend use to family and friends.

Can't use card for ride services like Uber or Uber Eats. Or order food online at some food places. Not sure if it's the card or they don't accept the Walmart card. Please let me know because I have to withdraw money from the card and deposit it to another just to order Uber or food online.

I was contacted by the ConsumerAffairs rep. She was very polite and was eager to help resolve the fraudulent charges that had been on my card. I never expected to hear from anyone, so the fact that she took time out to call me, made me feel better about my Walmart MoneyCard. She offered much more assistance than the customer service representatives offered, and I am most grateful for that.

Overall experience satisfactory. At my current income level I am able to use your card as primary banking while avoiding most banking frustrations. Fees still vexing at times but reasonable to work with. Vault has been a very useful budgeting tool with the gamblers perks giving a small moral boost when planning finances even with not "winning" once yet.

I really like this card. Only thing I would change is to have easier access to getting to find where to go if there is an authorized purchase. Other than that I really enjoy the card. It is so nice to get rewards since I do almost all my shopping at Walmart.

I appreciate the Wal-Mart MoneyCard. But the only thing I dislike is the 5.00 monthly charge you have to pay if you don't have a certain amount deposited on your card every month and paying the 3.00 to refill when you have Direct deposit. Thank you.

I've had a great experience using the Walmart MoneyCard. It's just as useful as any bank account and very convenient. I've been able to receive my direct deposit and pay bills effortlessly. Also, the vault feature is pretty useful. It behaves like a savings account. Very cool!

I like getting my check early. Plus I can use it anywhere and love the cash back. Like the experience in having the card. I like it better than a credit card. I can put money in stash and save. I love it cause my checks are directly deposited.

You need to train your employees better and maybe bring your call centers back to USA. With technology that we have today there is NO reason my request could not be addressed. All I wanted to do is be able to transfer cash from one Walmart Green Dot bank card to another, online without going in a store. You might think that would be simple but apparently your company or people aren't smart enough.

I love my card and the convenience of being able to go to any Walmart to receive money off my card. And receiving my check 2 days early!! I have told others about the Walmart card too. I've had the Walmart card for over 2 years.

I like that my direct deposit is available before my actual payment date. I also like the fact that I can use my card anywhere. Visa is accepted for purchases and bill payments online and in store. It is nice that I can have funds deposited from anywhere.

I had no problem using the MoneyCard. I do wish that I was able to pay for gas at the pump. I'm not sure whether that has to do with the MoneyCard or the station itself though. I do not like when using the website you have to receive a code every time to log in. There were times when I wanted a balance while I was at the register and I had to wait for a text with the code before I could log in so that is a little inconvenient. I also think the load fee of $3 is unacceptable. I do believe a dollar is suitable.

Love using this card and the online info made available. I get paid early! Use the vault to help my money last longer. And like how you can personalize your options to get texts or emails on pretty much anything.

I have had a few other Banks but my Walmart MoneyCard has become my only bank account. I get my check before anyone in the company. The easy notifications is amazing. I can easily see my bank account info and know when my bills come out. Best company to bank with.

I have been a customer for a 9 yrs and I wouldn't change a thing. It's as is. So easy. I have recommended a lot of other people. I like that you can sent money to other people. I also love that you have that vault to help people save money.

The only small issue I have is that I cannot use my card on some sites online, other than that my experience is great. I love the freedom of no banking guidelines and not having to go to the bank for anything!

The ATM fees are ridiculous. It’s not always convenient to get to Walmart to get cash back or go the customer care desk. Also the hassle to file an dispute is awful. Print out forms and stuff. It’s 2018. Everything is online. I would like to be able to submit a claim & talk with someone online as well.

I love the Walmart MoneyCard because it is so easy to use when you first set up your account and I love the fact that you get money back at Walmart and USA gas stations. It makes it easy to check your balance at any time and you can even sign up for notifications about deposits, amount spent or how much is left on your card and have them sent to your phone.

I love this card. Everything about it as well as the app has been convenient since day one. With Touch ID I can see my balance in a matter of seconds and the transactions appear immediately. My only regret is the ATM fees I have to pay that range up to $4 a transaction. It would be great if the ATM’s located in Walmart stores would offer free withdrawals or if the fees would be refunded.

I enjoy having this card. When I was working I would get my checks deposited a day early... And when I need to load money to pay a bill it's easy and fast. I have no complaints when it comes to this card...

I feel as long as money is deposit every month it should not be a fee to upload money and a monthly fee. I do enjoy getting my money faster and earlier and to withdraw is very convenient as long as you are at an Walmart center.

It's a good prepaid card that allows me to load money via direct deposit and also in store locations. I like the fact that I get my direct deposit early and don't have to wait around for my check to clear from the bank.

No card in mail. I got charged $3.00 for a replacement when I never even got the first one. 8/2/18 REPLACEMENT CARD FEE-$3.00. $92.00. 7/18/18 MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEE-$5.00. Now what happens if the second supposed card does not show up? I get charged $3.00 More dollars?

I love getting my paycheck early and if I have a problem it get fixed in a timely manner and I love being able to stash money in my account. The customer service is great. I love this card and the features.

I love the card. I use my card daily for purchases on everything. I also direct deposit my pay into my card as well. I never have any issues and if I do I know I can always call Customer Care and they will assist me. I highly suggest this card to anyone!!!

I love my Walmart money card! It’s easy to load money onto, it’s a very small maintenance fee and a small fee to load money onto. You cash back rewards every time you use the card at a Walmart store. I also love that I can get my check direct deposited to my card. It’s like having a bank without the hassle!

All in all the card is good but I've had well over a $1000 deposited into my account and it's telling me I still have like 500 more to load until my fee is waived so I was wondering why it's telling me I still have to deposit money to waive the fee.

The Walmart money card is an excellent card and I have not had any issues with it. The only drawback is that one would hesitate to have 1, 2 or $3,000 on it because there is no ability to speak to a live representative and therefore we are at the mercy of email and internet websites and that is not sufficient peace of mind.

I like the money card because there's no overdrafts. There's not a lot of fees. Everything's real simple and easy to use. If I ever have any problems all I have to do is call and the staff is very willing to help me correct the problem. I like the fact that my card also has access to a vault which is like the savings account and I can add money to it and still save money.

Had great service with the card. Never had any problems. Really like the text alerts. The phone app is very handy. The automatic register assures there are no mistakes by forgetting to write down a purchase or deposit. Have never had a problem with any location taking the card. Thanks for the great service.

I reported that money had been taken off my card that wasn’t me and was told nothing could be done. It happened at least twice. Over 200 dollars that I can’t ever get back. I had proof and everything. Is there anything I can do?

I love using the Walmart money card because it helps me budget my expenses every month and with the prize saving contest it really makes saving fun. I'm going to refer everyone I know because with the money card it makes splitting a bill easy and convenient.

My experience with the money card has been great so far. I've had no problems. I am enjoying the fact that I get my direct deposits comes early and I dont have to wait on my own money when my institutions send it out and the cash back on purchases helps out a lot.

So I requested a second card a few months ago and the $3 was taken out from the account but I never received the card. Can I get the card or a refund please? I would really like to the card please....

For the most part I like using my card for everything. The only exceptions are when I want to pay at the pump I get dinged for over $100, that I don't get back for almost a week, for a $10 dollar fill up. I also get dinged $40, that I don't get back for almost a week, if I use it at the laundry mat for a $3 load of laundry. These are ridiculous tags. I have had bills go late because, even though I have the money, there is a good 100+ sitting in limbo waiting to get credited back to my account.

This is a great card. I have not had any problems with using this card for many transactions. I have already referred a co-worker to try the Walmart money card as well (JoAnn **) - thanks. My direct deposit is usually on time every week.

I pay and arm and a leg to use my own money. Need more convenient ATM locations also less ATM fees. Also the early deposit changes every week. This card is not accepted everywhere even though its a master card. Very inconvenient. I will not be using this account much longer.

The Walmart card is a great way to have your money direct deposited. I've had nothing but a good experience with it. I was able to buy things online and it's accepted everywhere Visa is. So if you really want a card to stand by you then this is the card for you or your family. The vault is a great way to save money.

This is the simplest card to use and the app works phenomenally. It doesnt get any better for direct deposit. Adding money from another account is lightning fast. My wife a card as well and we send each other funds quite frequently.

My experience with the Walmart money card has been great and exceptional service. It's fast and convenient and very easy to save money. I love the vault and also the prizes although I have not won yet. I also love the app it is very user-friendly and work. Just a few clicks you can check your card balance or transactions as well as your post transactions.

Haven't had any complaints regarding my account with Walmart. I receive my money on time and is able to use immediately. Customer service is very helpful and have resolved past issues in no time. The online app is very helpful as well and super easy to use! Thank you!

My experience with Wal-Mart money card has been A+. I should've purchased this card long ago! 5 stars! I like the % of money back for use at Wal-Mart superstores and Fuel centers also. I can really appreciate there's only small fees associated with this card and No overdraft fees!

I like how easy it is to pay for things without an actual traditional bank account, and the fact that I can have my direct deposit loaded onto my card. One thing that could be better is the use of the card for out of the United States purchases online. I've noticed my card will not always accept those types of purchases. Maybe some type of fraud alert to my email to make sure it's okay for my payment to go through would be good.

Needs to be SO MUCH easier to load cash onto the card. Having to come into a story -- where there a literally dozens and dozens of people trying to cash checks, get money orders, etc is impossible. I'm not waiting in 45 minute lines to reload money. I do direct deposit, but doing it that way doesn't allow me precise control of how much is on the card.

I only have one issue with this card. It is not accepted everywhere. I cannot use it to pay bills with. My car payment will not allow me to use it to make payment arrangements with. I have to actually go into the bank and swipe my card to make the payment. Very annoying. Otherwise the card is great.

I have had mostly good experiences with the Walmart money card. I like that I can set up direct deposit and there are no fees at the point of sale. The only thing I would like to see is a separate savings feature and a website app that I could manage the money and flow from savings to checking and vice versa. Similar to NetSpend.

I do not understand when you use one of the recommended ATM's to withdraw cash Walmart Money card charges a fee of 2.50. I fee that should be waived if you are using a location that is recommended. If the bank isn't charging why should Walmart money card charge. Also if you should be able to use your cash back feature whenever you want. Why not provided a 10.00 to 20.00 overdraft cushion amount if you have direct deposit and have had the card over a year.

I really wish I could go back to sending money from one card to the next one. Besides that, I really like this card. My wife has one also and it's hard to send money to her when I'm on the road. That's the reason why we got these cards so hopefully y'all can switch it back the way it was. Thanks.

I absolutely love my Walmart Money Card! I switched over to this card after having a bad experience with a local bank. I love it! The smartphone app is the best banking app I have ever experienced. I love being able to check my balance without actually logging in! (Super convenient!). I’ve already earned $4 cash back because I shop at Walmart quite often. Simply a great product!!

My experience with this card has been really good. I have had this card for several months now and I have not had any issues out of it. I think it is awesome with having the direct deposit of my paycheck negate the monthly fee. Thank you all.

I love that my direct deposit goes in early. And that the card can be used anywhere. Great customer service when needed. And there's never any holds. Will continue to use my card for a long time. Love that you earn cash back.

I had a payment drafted from my account from Capital One, and I didn’t authorize them to take it automatically, I made a 1 time payment and they saved my card. The amount was $190 and it was taken on 7/3/18 I believe. I filled out the transaction dispute form and sent it to the email provided on the website. Nobody ever contacted me back, saying anything and it made me honestly just want to reopen another bank account, from an actual bank where I could get live assistance.

Never have an issue with this card. Always get paid a day early and earn reward/cash back. If I have ever had an issue they were quick to respond. Once had card stolen they were quick to deactivate and send a new card.

This is an awesome card. I haven't had abought trouble at all with it. Plus it's a card that I'd refer my friends and family to use. The card has a low atm fee plus it does not charge you for any use of withdrawing money on cash back.

My husband and I got the Walmart MoneyCard because you save money on purchases at Walmart (like one cent back...) and you save gas at Murphy's. So we had a paycheck coming up on the 26th and said, "Hey maybe we can do direct deposit." So we did. I got my direct deposit 2 days earlier as advertised. I started paying off some of my bills and next thing you know... Our account is blocked and pending an investigation. Then the nightmare begins... So I call up there on the 25th to see what's going on. Mind you 7 out of 8 people said they could not transfer me to someone who was in AMERICA and I HAD to deal with language barriers. They all also maintained they were "supervisors" and refused to transfer me to their managers or any other source.

My teenage son is an online gamer. I purchased this card so that he can buy features for his online games. I did not realize that there is an age restriction on this card and allowed him to set it up. Once the setup was complete we were locked out the account and the online portal. I can't reach a rep and I have contacted the Attorney General. The money I put on this card is money that my son received from his recent birthday party (almost $100). I need this money refunded ASAP or I will be contacting a lawyer.

I have had this card for over 10 years. Have had no problems until I sold my car. This is my only way of banking. I began putting the maximum amount per day on my card for 3 days and then would pay off my credit cards. I did this for 2 weeks, I then get an email to call the number on the back of my card. I called and was told by automation that due to suspicious activity my card was being canceled. I was told that I will not be able to add any money and my direct deposit will be returned, the money that is on my card will be available to use until it is all gone.

I've done businesses using Walmart MoneyCard since May 2017. Direct deposit every month both my checks from SSI. Have never been deposited no later than the 31st of the previous month. This month Walmart MoneyCard has not deposited my 2nd check into my acct. It's 3 days late and I'm getting nothing but the runaround when I call customer service. I'm very upset. I have 2 kids, over $600 in bills and no money and it's back to school month. Something is wrong here and I'm very frustrated! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

Ordered a Walmart MoneyCard on 06/28/2018 activated the card when I received it with no problem. I set up a direct deposit for my refund to be sent to my Walmart MoneyCard. I received my direct deposit and my card was blocked immediately. I called the number on the back of the card and was told to send in documentation supporting the deposit. I sent those documents in the same day. Called back the next day to see if they received the documentation and was told they didn't have it, I sent it in again and called. They said they had it and my card would be unblocked within five business days. I called back again the next day to make sure they had everything and to see if anything else was needed. I was informed nothing else was needed and to keep checking my card.

Cannot contact a real person, cannot get any help, Money on my card and cannot access it. Very sick and tired of this, Contacting the BBB and my attorney, they have to have a live support number somewhere, this is ridiculous... I need contact right away from WMC Customer Support!

I've been using the Walmart card for years because of its convenience and the fact I get my deposits early and always have until this past 4th of July however. This past 4th fell on a Wed, I would usually and always had my deposit available on Wed. but with the 4th being a major holiday it wasn't going to be available. My employer processed payroll early that week which meant I would've gotten it the 3rd which was Tuesday but I didn't. All my co-workers go there but I had to wait until my normal paydate AFTER the holiday. Ok I took it as a fluke didn't worry about.

I am a disabled veteran and have had my disability payments direct deposited for the last seven years. My card was lost today and I cancelled it. When I called customer service and asked them to expedite the card to me (understanding I would have to pay the $15.00) they told me I would have to wait 24 hours to request the card be expedited. I have had to do this in the past (expediting a new card) and never had an issue. Why is it every time I call customer service at Wal-Mart MoneyCard I have an issue? I will now have to wait an additional day to get my card. This is my second negative review I have written. I will be looking for another bank to do business with.

Someone hacked into my computer and obtained my Walmart MoneyCard number and they made purchases of over $300 in different states. I caught the transactions and called Walmart to report it. They opened an investigation and they claim the charges are valid. I disputed the charge and they are again saying the charges are valid. I am infuriated that Walmart will not take the time to truly investigate this matter. When I asked why they are not approving my claim they say to wait on the resolution letter. I asked them what my next step would be to dispute this decision and they said to send documentation to show that I didn't make the transactions. What??!! What can I send them to show I didn't make the transactions? It makes no sense! I asked what kind of documentation they wanted and they could not give me an answer. So I set up direct deposit to get loaded on to my Walmart money card that I've had for a year or so. The first check was supposed to be deposited on July 27 2018, lo and behold it wasn't in there. So I contacted my employer and have paperwork showing it was sent to Walmart money card on the 24th and funds were to be available on the 27th. So I contacted Walmart money card and they don't show anything. I even gave them the trace # from my employer and they still said it would be investigated, and I should hear something by 2 business days. WHATTT!!! Are you kidding me.

I used my card to put a deposit hold for a hotel room. The hotel released the hold 5 days ago and provided me with confirmation, yet Walmart MoneyCard continues to hold it. When I called the 1st agent I spoke with stated she saw the cancellation however, I would have to wait an additional 7-10 days to have my deposit put back into my account, I asked for a supervisor and after waiting 15 minutes Gary ** gets on the phone to tell me I would just have to wait, I asked for a manager and was told that none were available in the whole call center and one would call me back in 2-3 days. This is unacceptable! It's my money and I have to wait dang near 3 weeks to receive it... I called again and spoke to Dan ** and he was no help either, I wouldn't recommend this card to my worst enemy!

My card is damaged. While I can use the card at many locations that can manually enter the card, Walmart itself is not one of those. I attempted to remove my money, but was told at customer service that they cannot do anything if the card will not swipe. They suggested that I call the number on the back of the card, where I was told that they can replace the card, but I will have no access to my money until I receive the new card. I find this all to be unacceptable. I have been relatively happy with the card other than this issue, but being as my paychecks are direct deposited onto the card, the refusal to give me access to my money is more than a little a little infuriating.

I have no complaints as a Walmart MoneyCard customer. I've never had an issue with the company. I receive cash back points. Also, I enjoy the sweepstake entries. There's a lot of bonus features. No overdraft fees. Absolutely convenient and hassle free.

I am very happy with card and how it works. I just wish the max amount could be raised! It is handy for my social security payments to be made through card every month. The stash is a great idea and it has come in handy to set some aside for emergencies.

As a card holder I believe there should be no reload or maintenance fees because I constantly use my card. I’m seriously considering using an actual bank. Outside of that I love the fact that I can utilize the cash vault to keep my spending within my limits.

I get my payroll check a day before everyone else! I can change money back and forth to a vault like going from a checking to a savings account. I just got a $25 reward on my card. Just $3 a month, cheaper than any bank.

Fast and easiest way to send money! Very satisfied, usually we send Walmart to Walmart but transferring from card to card from the convenience of our phones is such a great way to not have to stand in lines!

Love your vault option just wish the $5 fee wasn't there although I have direct deposit so I don't get charge. Wish there wasn't a fee to upload money or checks either because I receive paper check that I get charged to upload to my account.

My card was stolen from my car last month along with my pin and despite me making, sending and writing for disputes I received nothing back. A total of almost $1900 taken out of my account and rude Walmart phone operators sending me in circles. Very disappointed in the service.

I’ve had this card for a little over a year now. I love everything about it and the bonus/entries you get when you stash money away. I would recommend that instead of gaining money when you spend money that maybe try for points toward some prizes or something like that.

My card was compromised. The account was froze. I had no problems till then. A new card was suppose to be sent out. Never received the card. Here it is 3 months later and I still can't access my account. My disability check goes straight into this account. Tried calling but no way to reach customer service without new card number. Old card is deactivated. I don't know why you can't call and reach a person. You need to fix this issue. I'm going to have to pull my money out and not use this method for receiving my disability check.

I like using the Walmart money card. It helps me keep up with my finances through the prize savings stash app and I know I cannot overdraft. It offers also offers cash back on some Walmart purchases which is also good. It is great for people who need second chance checking accounts. I can receive my deposits a day before payday.

I have had the card for over 2 years and I have no complaints at all. I'm able to save and receive rewards to save money. I've also receive rewards for using my debit card and that's a great perk. I'm very happy with the customer service as well.

I used to receive my paycheck Thursday and now it's there Fridays. Nothing has changed with my families direct deposit or companies that we use to process them. The first time it was deposited on Thursday late in the day when usually it came in the morning. Then it didn't come at all on Thursday. Now it comes first thing Friday morning. This is making me consider switching cards to a different card where I can be paid on Thursday like I was before because now I'm to the point to where I'm relying on it. Otherwise, card works fine as long as I have money on it but there are no real benefits.

Overall I like the card, I just wish there wasn't a fee to load and unload the card. I think the vault is definitely a good feature. I also appreciate the 25$ rewards I have won. Personally, I plan to keep using the card. And the early direct deposit is definitely a plus.

I love it and I get to win cash prizes. I been in having the Walmart preferred card for years and I'm very satisfied with it. I pay my bills with it, I buy groceries with it at Walmart, I use it to put gas in my car. I thank God+ for the Walmart money card.

This card has helped with being able to get paid early in the week which is beyond helpful. Their new vault feature has helped me be able to save money for rent, bills,etc... customer service is always pleasant and quick to respond.

This card when it comes to ANY disputes are HORRIBLE! I had a payment come out my account electronically that I wanted to be reversed because it was the wrong account. I called GREEN DOT CORP. The first rep I got I told him, "DO NOT BLOCK MY CARD. I AM OUT OF THE COUNTRY ON VACATION" and that all or most of my funds are located on this card. So if you cancel my card one day into my week trip I’ll be **. What does he do? BLOCK MY CARD! Send out a new one that I wouldn’t even be in the USA to get. After going back and forth for about 30 minutes about not canceling my card because no fraudulent activity was happening I just needed a reverse or stop payment. He hangs up and I call back 4 times!

I been using this card since 2016, and it’s a really convenient card. I recommend it to some friends and family. I only have one complaint. I get pay a day ahead for the longest. Now I get pay on Fridays. I would like to go back to where I was getting paid on Thursday.

I purchased the Walmart Visa card recently and loaded it with 60.00. I paid for my schooling online several times without it being an issue but recently my card was declined. I called it and it said it was blocked. I tried going online to resolve the issue but the website will not allow me to register the account because it says that I have one but then I go to reset the password and it's saying there is no account on file. I have tried calling customer service after customer service and it's all automated. I'm frustrated because I still have money on the card and have no way to unblock it. I'd like to be able to contact someone about this issue and have it resolved.
