I'm very satisfied with Moneycard. The only thing I don't understand is why certain businesses won't direct deposit to my account. That's the only thing that I don't like. It seems to be more of a problem with them. Do you have any resolution for that?

I like the Walmart MoneyCard. I had it for over 5 years but there are some down sides. 1 top issues is the Walmart MoneyCard reload fee is too expensive. $3.++. It would be nice if we could reload the card at Walmart for free because it is a "Wal-Mart Money Card". The "Bluebird card" by American Express reload fee is $0 at any Walmart cashier and NO monthly charge fee and reload amount is as low as $1 but with Wal-Mart money card you have to load $20 or more, get charge for a reload fee $3.++, and has a monthly charge. As a low income member $3.00 reload and monthly charge fee is a lot for me. Walmart MoneyCard should have a $0 reload fee at walmart and minimum amount should be $1.00.

I like using my MoneyCard because it is accepted at every merchant I have tried using it at. You can set alerts for balances, deposits and such, makes life easier. I downloaded the app on my phone and can slide for balance check without having to sign in.

I have been using the Walmart Moneycard for around 8 years now to receive my direct deposits from my work and up until this year I have had Zero Complaints about them, but here within the last 2 months I have not been able to access my online account to transfer funds between my account and my vault because when I go to log into my account even though I have the correct Username and Password I cannot access the account still because it wants me to verify my phone or Email with a verification code which it never sends.

So on March 30th 2019 I noticed several unauthorized transactions on my card totaling around $100. The company where those transactions were made have already refunded my money. However, Walmart MoneyCard has not. I have received and activated my new card yet when I call customer service regarding this, I'm told it could take up until April 30th before I have access to my money. I think this is ridiculous, if the company where the fraudulent transactions were made can refund my money within 24 hours, why can't you release my money now instead of forcing me to wait three weeks. I have kids to feed and you're holding my money hostage. No matter the outcome, you have lost a customer Walmart MoneyCard.

I have direct deposits so When payday falls on weekends funds are not available. Always have to until next Monday to handle business. Very inconvenient when rent or bills are due. Is there anyway to work in how funds are released over weekends?

I have been trying to activate my card for 4 days. Website won't allow the activation, when I call the customer service rep tells me their computer is having trouble communicating and to call back. A few have even hung up on me at that point. Walmart won't give me my money back and Green Dot won't provide any help.

Fine. Seems to work everywhere, no problems. I like the online feature and daily alerts. Only problem frequently the card doesn't scan and I don't want to change account numbers. Any solution for that? I'd like a replacement, not a new account number.

I have had the Walmart Money Card for a very long time now and am completely satisfied with it. The only suggestion I have to make it better is to, maybe, provide text message alerts when there is any activity on the account.

Absolutely love the various abilities this card offers, I use this card as my primary card, easy to load from my SSI direct card, balance is immediately available. I use the application to monitor my use and available balance and it immediately notifies me of purchases, I am due to get a new card. Hope my future use is as easy.

I have been using the Walmart Moneycard for a while now. I have not had an issue getting my direct deposits on time, or any problems loading or using my card as of yet. Overall I'm very happy with my Walmart Moneycard and plan to continue using it.

My card ending in ** was stolen on 03-29-19. There were several transactions made on the account for Google transactions that were not made by me. I had a balance of 400 dollars in my account on the 28 of March. I reported my card on the 29 being and all the transactions went Thur. I need someone to return my call or email so my money can be put on my card. I also don’t like how you can’t speak with any one on the phone because there is no number provide to contact y’all.

I've had three or four cards as they have expired but the quality of the card is somewhat pitiful. It just doesn't hold up. Maybe if you suck a couple of more dimes into the manufacturing of the card and made it a little easier on the eyes it couldn't hurt. Just saying.

I love it. I have been using for a long time. Everything comes to that card. I also can use it. Anywhere it never failed me. I also get points every time I use it at Wal-Mart every year. I would recommend to anyone who want to go with prepaid.

I love my Walmart Card. The only thing I can’t do is pay at the pump at other gas stations. I always have to go inside to pay. Please fix that. But a great and wonderful card!!! Oh and get some kind of link that allows personal info to be updated. I moved states and need to update my info.

We love our cards, we have had them since 2006 and enjoy getting paid before payday. We use it almost daily. Keep up the good work. Thank you! I have recommended these cards to everyone that is looking for a bank account. Because they can be used everywhere!

It seemed like a great idea at first till I found out I could never change my information like my current address that is when the card became worthless. I had to return to a real bank for real banking options. I am unable to order anything online due to my address change for shipping no longer matches my card address. I can't get back to a city to get a new card anytime too soon so easier to deal with my local bank.

I've tried several times to contact a person to get help and you are just referred to phone numbers that advertise a bunch of different things. I have a second account that I couldn't get help with, so I just opened this second one ending in **.

Everything is convenient... I love that the app notifies me when a purchase is made with my card... I like that I earn money back by using my card at Walmart. I just wish there was more ATMs available in my area to get cash instead of me having to get cash back at stores.

Best thing about this card is I get my paycheck 2 days before my coworkers. Only thing I don't like about this service is atm fees everywhere even at Walmart. Also you cannot take out more than 200 each transaction. It costs $18 to take $1000 out of your account. Otherwise it's great.

Love the card. I like the feature of receiving my check early. Also being able to transfer funds via email is great. The only downside it that sending money via text has glitched and now it send notice of old transfers. If this is fixed it would be a 5 star rating.

On February 27, 2019 I filed a dispute for 3000$ that had suddenly disappeared off my account, I have did many disputes with Green Dot but they keep denying my dispute. Someone needs to do their job. They can’t just expect not to give someone’s money back. SO I AM FILING ALL DISPUTES EVERY TIME THEY DENY IT. SOMEONE WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS SAD. IT HAS BEEN 2 months.

I've been a Walmart MoneyCard customer for a couple of years now and I have never had a problem until now. I receive my social security check using the MoneyCard and do all my shopping there. In February 2019 it showed I had $29 and charge on my CASH BACK TRACKER and I was at 11 out of 12 months. In March 2019, it showed 11 out of 12 months. I decided to wait until the end of the month to cash out. Imagine my surprise that it didn't change and April 2019 I'm seeing 11/12 months still. I've called customer service several times and got the run around. One Rep advised the system was down and I just had to wait. I've tried contacting them on social media, to no avail. Please help.

The card is very easy to use and easy to load. I load it with a portion of my direct deposit. I mostly use the card for things I have on auto pay. I also use it to save back a little money so use when my cash gets a little low.

I love getting paid 3 days early! The rewards are great also, getting money back for spending money! It would be great if you could transfer money between your Walmart Moneycard accounts, like link them and tx money without having to go into a Walmart.

I have been using Walmart MoneyCard for about a year. Everything was going smoothly until 3 weeks ago I noticed fraudulent charges on my card. I contact customer service got my card replaced and went through the dispute process. Even after sending them everything they wanted and then some they declined my dispute and the fraudulent charges stayed. I would not use this place 'cause you have to jump through many hoops and you the thieves get to keep the money in the end. What a rip off. They wanted proof transaction wasn't me and I don't know how to prove something I didn't even do!

BEWARE OF A GARBAGE SYSTEM WITH LITTLE TO NO QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I researched all prepaid cards and decided to purchase and put $165 on a pre-paid Master Card (MC). I entered in all info by phone, online and no matter what I tried they system would only authorize a temporary card which is worthless with all the Federal Regulations that apply.

I’m so happy ever since I bank with your Walmart Moneycard! I don’t have to worry about overdraft fees so that is a major plus for me. I get paid few days early as well and that’s always convenient when you’ve got children. Most of all, I love how you earn cash back points/money where later you will be able to utilize just for swiping at Walmart locations. Very content and couldn’t have gone with a better banker. Thank you so much for this option.

Updated on 04/25/2019: My account was compromised from company out of China. But once the charges went thru the charges were made in a Chinese name but in California and although some charges have been refunded not all have been replaced. And Walmart MoneyCard wants me to send in a written dispute which can take 45 days to review. The charges compromised were applied to my card which was deducted from my rent money I had on the card putting me in a position to not only be late but I also had to borrow the money to replace my rent of $650.00.

Pleased with everything. When I have a issue it is fixed right away. Been with them for several years. I like how I get paid early with direct deposit. They offer daily updates on all account info which keeps me up to date on balance and transactions.

Love my card. Love the two days early with direct deposit. I want to be able to personalize it though. Customer service is great. I should be able to withdraw as much as I want and not be limited but everything else is good.

Card works everywhere I go, and I use the app daily. Great card would recommend to everyone. Card can even be used online to rent hotel rooms, buy dinner. You name it you can use it, and best of all you can get cash at all ATM's.

I’ve gotten my Walmart card a few years back and I absolutely love it. Stashing/un stashing money from savings is so simple and quick, and the better part is that it’s available in your account right away! Alerts are great as well I receive a notification the min I swipe and the amount I spent! Thank you!!!

I like that I can easily check my balance online. I don't like the reload fee or the fact that for three weeks I had no access to my money, but the $50 did make it better. I am overall satisfied and will continue using.

I often recommend your Walmart visa prepaid card to other people. Love it. Way better than the rest. Haven’t had any issues and no outrageous charges like NetSpend and many others. I did away with my checking account and only use by Walmart blue card and I feel it’s saved me money most months. I’ve used at least 5 different prepaid card services and I’ll never go anywhere else. Like ease of setting up account, easy access to money and account info. Like the bill pay section. Like to ease of vault portion of account. Like early access to direct deposit funds. Wish there were more ATM's available. Shouldn't be fee to deposit check at store.

Customer service is nonexistent. It would be nice to have access to someone knowledgeable about the service to contact. Otherwise I like having the Walmart card for direct deposit and the benefits it does offer are easy to use. That's about all I want to say.

I use this card a lot, & it's very convenient for me. I can do everything & keep account of what I am spending & the day & time that I spent on every item. I recommend this card for anyone who shops a lot. Very, very convenient.

I absolutely love my card. I can't overdraft. I get direct deposit, can use it for bill pay. I love it! It has really helped me manage my money. I also love the cashback tracker. I cash it in every March for my Son's birthday.

Your card helps me keep track of my money. Although I signed up for the text alerts I haven't received any but that's ok. I am too busy working to know when money is been put into my account. Overall I will definitely recommend getting a card to a friend.

I have hooked up test alerts 3 times now and I still do not get my texts saying my balance and it does not tell me when money is loaded to my card. I would like to know how come it ask if I want it and then does not give it to me.

If anyone who needs a good bank account I would recommend Walmart. They have the best service. I use this card all the time and I love getting paid early and earning reward points and if you have the card for a year you get 75 dollar back.

Card was lost. Don’t know how to replace it. Can’t seem to reach a human to help me. Before it was lost was unable to activate it. I have $400,00 on the card. Need someone to call me and inform me what to do. This is ridiculous. Will not purchase another card ever. It was a gift for my grandson.

I very rarely can use at a gas station, I can not put it on my PayPal account, it doesn't accept it. This is a lame. When you sign in with Facebook, Google, or another one of your social accounts, you get several benefits: You don't have to remember another username and password. I do not get my messages on my phone about my check every week like I used to. I switched phones and I've updated my phone number on the automated service but I still don't get it so can y'all please make sure I get the msg alerts when my paycheck post to this card every week. I get my paycheck on it every week on time. Well actually a day early. I got my income tax check on it quickly. No overdrafts or fees. Helps me keep track of what I paid and helps me save money. I honestly love this card. I can see all my transactions on the app easily and quickly. I even earn cash back and the best thing... I got a card for my mom and because I'm a OTR truck driver I'm on the road A LOT. I'm able to transfer money to her Walmart card in seconds for free... yes... free! I use it as credit, debit, cash just like a regular bank but without overdraft fees, high fees, bank visits and all the other annoying things of traditional banks! I highly recommend this card! ♡♡♡

The card itself is great. No complaints except until now. I have had this card for a few years and recently my Apple account was compromised. $330 worth of charges fraudulently. I filed a dispute and it was denied. I filed a second dispute about the same issue, sent the documentation, screenshots of the Apple case number and still didn't get a response for 2 weeks. Finally called back and was told my dispute was denied again. Apple confirmed the charges were fraudulent. I wrote a details letter explaining every charge very thoroughly. The customer service department is not understanding and I am highly disappointed. I am currently looking for alternatives. It seems as if they will always deny a claim no matter the circumstance. Great card if everything is perfect.

I can't use my card in Walmart as credit but can at any other store. Why is that? If the card is from Walmart I should be able to use it as credit of I'm paying 5 dollars a month for this card. Using my pin is so inconvenient for me every time.

I am happy with the card. I like the app. The only thing I don't like is that I got married and can not change my name for when my new card comes out in June 2019. So I have to either keep this card or buy another one. I am already direct deposit on this one.

Works exceptionally well for me. Direct deposit from work pay and I can withdraw money or buy things at Walmart or elsewhere. Using it at Walmart earns points and money paybacks-- nice. Couldn't ask for more! I think I might even apply for a credit card.

I have had good experiences with this card but I feel that when you are getting a payroll deposited onto this card, there shouldn't be a fee to retrieve your money. I also have signed up for text alerts for deposits but they aren't coming through at all.

I love my Green Dot card. I have never had any problems using it anywhere online or in a store. I have recommended this card to several individuals and the one who have gotten it, love it. I really like the stash cash part, and really love being able to get cash out at Walmart with no fee. This is just an all around great debit card and bank. The getting my paycheck early is great too.

They suck. I hate the services. It's like they can't do anything to help me everytime I call. I'm really thinking about switching to better card. All my experience has been horrible. I can't get my money when I want it and they can't help.

Always accurate, direct deposit always on time. Have no problems at any stores. It works great for my on line purchases. The only problems I have encountered is that it doesn't work for Uber. It is also hard to find a place that will rent you a car.

I like the Walmart money card. Every now and then the app has problems with you logging in but other than that is a great app. Maybe adding a few more quick features might help. I also think monthly fees should be waived for long term members.

The Walmart card makes it easier than carrying a bunch of cash on trips and easy for online purchases and it is easy to keep track of my money online as well. Plus I get cash back for purchases made at Walmart which I got 15 dollars in free money last year.

Just been satisfied with the overall experience since I've had my cards. The convenience and the ease with using my WalMart Money Card provides a sense of confidence when I make purchases. The family seems to feel much more at ease ever since I have gotten my two cards. The family business is much easier to manage.

The only issues I've encountered involving this card/account is trying to get in touch with someone from customer service. Of all the times I have called, I have only gotten in touch with an actual person ONCE! I'm usually just left on the phone waiting. I've tried to get touch by sending a message at least 3 times regarding the same issue, but have never received a response.

My experience has been awesome, I love the alerts when I've spent, and that I get my deposits a couple of days early. I also haven't had any issues with payments I've set up for automatic draft. The only issue I have is that Walmart charges you to reload their card. I think that should be free but other than that it's great.

Called customer service about this issue. Nothing has been resolved and I'm out several hundred of dollars and I'm not sure how it's being taken out my account. I'm not subscribed to anything but Amazon and something always comes up. Every time I get direct deposit they take little by little until it's empty. Not happy at all. This issue needs to be fixed ASAP.

Overall great experience. The money card is easy to use, I get my paychecks early which helps out a lot. The cash back is pretty awesome too. I'd recommend getting one. The support team always help with any problems. Love this card!

I've had this card for a few years. Although I don't use it for large purchases I do have my direct deposit set up through it and I use it for online shopping. It's great for what I use it for. I do feel like it's a little pricey to reload considering I already pay a monthly fee. I don't feel like I should be charged every time I put cash on it so I seldom do. I use another account for that. I'm a waitress so if I paid to put cash on every time I wanted to deposit I would be paying a lot annually.

I've always loved my Wal-Mart MoneyCard but Saturday March 29th I noticed I got charged for 2 bottles of Nufit daily supplements which cost a little over $180. I tried calling 800 number to talk to a representative. It was impossible to do so and I can't find the company who charged me for the supplements. I never thought I would be doing my banking at Walmart but the card you can use it anywhere online at the counter and the App is incredible! When I got it I assumed it was going to be only a temporary thing until I could get an actual bank account but I am going to stay with this card.

The only problem I have with the money card is that your website wont allow my card to register. Had it on there at one time but got a new phone and when to add it wouldn't let me. Keeps say that the website is being worked on.

So far I've loved this service. However I wasn't able to combine two cards to the same account. It was such a hassle to get the cash from the other card since I was unable to use it with the same social security number. There also is no human customer service to speak to. This was a big deal. Overall I would rate 7/10.

I called up to dispute 2 transactions I knew about. So there was no compromised account information. Decided to call on a third to get more information but the representative decided that she would file the dispute and then advise me my account would be closed. Wait, what?? Then I was told I would have to wait until the investigation was done and I sent in MY information to get my rent, bill and food money for this month back. $3,000 is gone. But when I check my account? Now only $500 and the vault is gone. I was barely able to get call numbers so I had proof. Then Was told it would take weeks and they would send it in the mail??

I have had an over all good experience using this card. However, being charged to load money onto said card is kind of ridiculous after paying for the card when im not charged to remove from my account. Thank you for your time, patience and accommodation.

I love my card. It the best way to get paid and you don't have to worry about overdraft. This is not my first card. I been using it for years. The worker at Walmart are always helpful and it's fast. No long lines to stand in.

Great to know the account accepts direct deposits and can be reloaded from any Green Dot vendor. Looking to get a second account in the future. There are many advantages to having a secured card over a regular bank card.

My card works fine. But the only thing is I don't get my text messages to update my account information. I have to call in. And whenever I was it wasn't correct amount on my card. That needs to get fix.

The two things are, I moved from Florida to Michigan and the app won't let me change my address. Also I'm not always able to order items online. But other than that it works great. Thanks. This is a real big help.

The single biggest problem I have with my money card are the fees for using ATM machines. I am charged the ATM machine fee and a fee from the card. The fees for a ATM withdraw can be about $5 collectively and the only option for getting cash without using an ATM is cash back at an occasional store or cash withdraw at a Walmart. It would be nice if there was some kind of easily accessible, universal ATM machine that was only a single reasonable fee.

Back in the day, it used to cost less than $1 for a REAL person to process a real paper check. Today it is not uncommon to be charged from $2-$5 for every cash transaction. In the case of the Walmart card, it costs $2.50 to withdraw cash and $3 to deposit. (The only human interaction is a cashier doing a cashier's job.) That kind of seems like a penalty for doing the right thing. Most people who use prepaid cards aren't made of money... Folks depositing tips or cash reimbursements etc. I'm sure many are less than $100. Money orders cost much less and there is a physical object generated as well. When I have cash I could deposit, I'm faced with a decision: pay you $3 a few times a month to avoid paying you $5 for not putting in enough... Just saying. As far as using the card is concerned, I've had no trouble online or in store.

I have tried to purchase products from Canada. And you will not allow the purchase. I should not have to ask you if I can use my debit card. I’m interested in your response to this. My last card did the same, so I got rid of them. Please respond to this issue. Thank You!

Excellence experience on every occasion. I have no complaints, whatsoever. Direct deposit, no problems, always exceptional, satisfied on every use. Have never had any problems, or bad experiences, always accepted no matter where I have used it, either in person or online. And, I really enjoy being able to transfer money to my card now. It’s a pretty good card. Thank you so much Walmart! I will continue to keep this card... just wanna upgrade it. Maybe a different color and maybe a chip. Other than that I really love it and how we get cash back.

I get charged a monthly service fee even though I get a direct deposit every two weeks and when reloading I incur a fee. Why do I have to pay a fee and I get direct deposit. This is money I could use every month.

I’ve been a customer of their service for years now, suddenly when I call in to speak to a live rep, the system tells me that my card number is invalid, I try with my Social Security card and have even tried reply the card lost or stolen, and this still does me no good.. I almost at the point where I buy a new card but it’s weird, I still get my DD and the account is active in Walmart MoneyCard website.

I did know your card only work in your store and it not Visa Debit. I have to call for a approval to order outside the store or it get decline when I tried to use it. And sorry I am going to switch card.

I love my Walmart money card!! My direct deposit always hit my card on time!! I love the convenience of shopping online without a hitch!! If there's a hassle free debit card anyone is in need of, I would strongly recommend the Walmart money card!!!

I have had no problems. Probably the best card I have ever had. Very happy with it. Definitely will recommend to other people. Love the convenience of all the ATM options I have without having to pay ATM fees.

My experience with the Walmart MoneyCard has been fantastic so far. I initially got the card so that I could have my paychecks direct deposited instead of having to physically go to my local Walmart store every week to have my check cashed. I’ve had a Walmart MoneyCard in the past and I remember that it’s easy to use and very convenient. I don’t get charged any fees from the MoneyCard because I have more money deposited monthly than the minimum $1,000 a month. I do the vast majority of my shopping at Walmart, and now I’m earning cash back when I do my shopping at Walmart, with my Walmart MoneyCard. The card meets or exceeds all of my expectations. It works great for me and fits my lifestyle perfectly.

There should not be a fee to reload your card this will deter customers from using your cards. If it was a one time set up fee I could understand. I use it to pay certain bills and it is good for that but some people charge a fee when you use a WaWa ATM.

I love this card and the money back from Walmart each year. This card is very reliable and convenient for me. Easy to load up and the direct deposit coming a day before my co-workers get paid is awesome. It would be nice to get a new card though, mine is looking ruff! Never received my $50 refund when I originally purchased the card. Called the number on the back for months and it still never came. They gave me several confirmation codes so when I called back I would be able to check the the status but every time I called they stated it was submitted wrong.

I have downloaded the app three different times and continue to have trouble logging in. It's not about username and password it is simply that the app will not load. The card services seem to be fine and I am so appreciative of having this card to have my check loaded to. It does advertise no overdraft fee but it also never lets you overdraft it so there is that.

I've had a great experience with the card except for one thing. It will only let me get $500 off of it at an atm a day. I feel it's my money. I should be able to get what I want as long as funds are there.

I have no complaints. I am able to see details of all transaction, the app is especially helpful. My direct deposit is deposited early so I am able to pay bills earlier. That's all I have. That's all I have. Thank you.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard! It's very flexible and allows me to access my money very easily. Many options other cards don't have. I recommend it to everyone. To top it off I get my paycheck two days earlier than my coworkers that don't have a Walmart money card. Ha-Ha.

I have had my MoneyCard for a few years now. I love the ease that comes with this card. Loading my paychecks is easy and I really like that the card is accepted wherever I go. My only problem has been getting cash from my card. Finding an ATM with no fees is almost impossible.

I haven’t had the WalMart MoneyCard for all that long, but I do enjoy it for the most part. There are 2 things I can recommend, to make the card even better. 1) Make it so you can add multiple cards to 1 user ID. I have a Visa & a MasterCard. The MasterCard I use, just for savings and to use for when I go on Vacation, but it’s often times a hassle to have to constantly log out and log into a differ userID to check my balance; & 2) Allow the card to be used with ApplePay. With today’s technology, I know it’s possible and it’s so much more convenient, especially if you're at the gym or someplace where carrying a wallet isn’t practical.

For some reason I can't log in with my fingerprint on the app with my phone. It works on everything else. My only complaint. Other than that I have nothing else to complain about. I have always liked the card's services.

I absolutely love my Walmart MoneyCard. I’ve actually quit using my bank account because this account provides me with better service. The transaction history is another great perk to the card, it is so detailed! This is the o my account I’ve had that has given me control over my money without charging ridiculous fees. I would recommend these services to everyone.

I really like it because I use it when I need it. I'm saving money to go on my trip to Tennessee in July to see my 2 grandsons, one is 3 yrs old and a newborn, my daughter and son in law, my sister my nieces.

I changed cards because of fees such as $2.50 for ATM Withdrawals and $5.00 Service fees, and also I was no happy with the lack of customer services such as getting a person on the phone. I will keep card open for now and it use from time to time, but I won't put my weekly pay deposit on this card anymore.

I love everything about my card from getting my paycheck 2 days early to earning cash shopping at Wal-Mart. I also like that I can pay bills and I can see all my transactions which helps me keep an eye on my balance.

I have had Wal-Mart Money Card for 2 years. I get my direct deposit from work on the card. On Feb.28 2019 my card was charged for something I did not authorize. I submitted a dispute. 3 days later my card was blocked and the $1544 that I had still on the card is still on there and I have been lied to multiple times about when I would receive it. I was told to send in documents which I did.

I'm supposed to get paid on Wednesday and it's still not here. I'm frustrated and when I call your customer service number. I can't get thru a live person. What's the reason and hold up. I might use another bank or credit union.

I love my Walmart card. I look forward to shopping with it at Walmart for cashback offers. I really love being paid one day earlier than my coworkers. Would be nice if they had chips inside of them. I like the cashback I get after a year.

I wish that customer service would be able to update information. If I call and verify 5 different security questions, I should be able to have my phone number or email changed. Because of this, I cannot access an online account. My boyfriend has a WM card also and has had this issue; he had fraudulent charges and got a new card; however, he still cant access his transactions online because no one will update his phone number or email address, even after all of the security questions are answered correctly! He even gave the email address and phone number that is on file; he just doesn't have access to the email/phone number anymore. It's ridiculous! and trying to get someone that is understandable in ENGLISH has been one of the worst things; ESPECIALLY when going over FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!!! It has been a nightmare!

I've had my Walmart MoneyCard for several years now & am quite satisfied with this service. I don't have to worry about maintaining a bank account but still have the convenience of having a card I can pay bills with, make purchases, have direct deposit to or even reserve a hotel room. Fees are minimal. I highly recommend this card!!

I've had very good experience with card. No trouble at all with purchase or even paying bills. Would tell everyone about card and would recommend it to every one. It has really help my life easier. Thank you Walmart card.

Why doesn't my card let me connect with Uber. Every time I try to catch a Uber or Lyft and enter my card information it doesn't let it connect. It says card not recognized. So it would be nice if y'all could fix this or tell me if I'm doing something wrong. Thank you.

I like having the Walmart Moneycard. I get my direct deposit 2 days early and I have control of my money and can always see it all. I like that I can see how much I have so I can plan things out, like bills or fun with the family. I also like that I can put money in the vault so I can save and not spend it all.

I have had an overall good experience with the card. It is both convenient and a hassle at the same time to load and unload at Walmart, I have had no problems with my direct deposit or any e-billing. If I could save a few dollars on load fees and monthly charges it would be a 5 star choice.

I like it because part of my pay gets deposited 2 days early and that really helps make it thru to pay day. None of my other accounts offer that. So that's what I really like and no monthly fee because of the deposits from my pay.

I really have no complaints about my Wal-Mart Moneycard. It's been great to have a safe place to keep my money. I'm horrible when actually carrying cash and spend it way too easily. And quickly. But with it being on a card I tend to think more about what I spend it on. It's been really convenient when ordering things online as well. I also love earning the cash back incentive when using my card at Walmart! When you don't want a checking account with a ton of extra fees, minimum balances and all the other hoops they make you jump thru the Wal-Mart card is the perfect answer.

Experience is always great, only thing is I need 24 hour customer service over the phone that can answer calls when anyone calls. And after hours transfer from a bank card to Walmart money card it would be nice, other than that I enjoy using Walmart money card and haven't had a problem since.

The pay/send money to someone but sin is crap. I sent someone $150 and it said that they could go to the Walmart and pick it up. When the person got to Walmart the clerks at the money counter told her that I was being scammed and they had never heard of such a thing. So my $150 had to float around in cyberspace for 2 weeks, until I got it back. You should either delete that option or fix it. Now how do I cancel my card?

My direct deposit is not showing up on my card on Wednesday Anymore for the last 2 weeks. Ive been receiving it on Wednesday for the last 2 years. I would like to know if there is a problem. I would like to be informed of any problems concerning my card. Please inform me if there are any changes

I have been disputing a transaction for Twin City since February. They over charged my card by $ 300. I only authorized $100. I have called and email the merchant and they will not answer me back. I have filed a dispute and sent in the necessary paperwork but I can’t get a status on my disputed charge that’s been going on since February. I am extremely disappointed.

This card was very useful as I was reestablishing myself after filing for bankruptcy. My only complaints are that my direct deposit stopped coming early (I get paid weekly & was getting paid 1 day early), transferring money to another account (even another Green Dot account) isn't possible, and some apps/services (e.g., Venmo, ApplePay) will not accept/verify these accounts.

The ability to not be tied up to a bank is wonderful. I get my direct deposit a day early every week and even got my tax refund deposited through this card! It is great to know that I earn cash back on groceries and on gas too. On top of everything else, I have the app too.

As a owner of a Walmart Money Card I am very satisfied with all the capabilities it has to offer. Direct deposit make life so much easy without having to cash a check on payday. The convenience to purchase items and pay bills online is also a plus. Thanks Walmart. I'm a proud satisfied customer.

I have never had any issues with my card and having direct deposit helps a lot. I even got my tax return deposited on my card. I use the mobile app and I love it. I get notified within 5 mins of card being used. Couldnt have asked for a better service.

I honestly have very limited problems when it comes to using my card in any type of way. Using in the stores, using over the phone, or using over the internet... Paying bills or buying goods is made easy now...

I have trouble everytime trying to use walmartmoneycard.com to view my card. So that is absolutley useless. And I tried to change my phone number for text alerts... that hasn't happened neither. So please rework the internet page and phone systems related to your cards.

I no longer like the app. I can no longer pre-authorize a check for bills and every time there's an update I have to uninstall and reinstall the app and sign in all over and it takes it all day to finally load. I wish the pre-authorization would come back and you all would leave the app alone.

The best thing about the Walmart card is you get paid 2 days early, and I love that. The only thing I don't like is that if you want to add more money other than direct deposit it cost you $24.00 to add any amount on it. Thank you.

The Walmart MoneyCard is very helpful sending money to family and friends who also have a card. It is pretty simple to send money. Retrieving money sent is easy, too! The only down side is only being able to send $500 a day. Sometimes, this is inconvenient.

I have had no problems using this card. I don’t like having to retrieve a security # all the time to check my balance or review transactions. I think the charges are too high. $3.00 every time you add money plus $5.00 per month. I am going to look for a cheaper alternative.

To be honest, I have no problem with WalMart MoneyCard at this time. I absolutely love how I can stash some cash to the side inside the vault. I shop at Walmart often so if I need cash I grab it for free when I'm done shopping. Thank you for my great experience with the Walmart MoneyCard, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I love my Walmart card. Only complaint is the 3 dollar loading fee. Also my card can't be used on some online purchases because it is considered a pre paid gift card. Other than that great experience. Easy to use and I get my direct deposits earlier than other banks/cards I have used in the past! Thank you!!

If you lose your card you have no access to your money until you get a new card. Additionally my card split in half and I had to tape it or lose my card number. Going to the money center is no help because the reps do not know how to resolve issues.

My experience has been good. Only problem I’ve ever had was when my card number was hacked and used not by myself for purchases on the internet. I was unable to get my whole check of about $1400 back and Walmart MoneyCard wouldn’t reimburse me.

I love this service. I find myself using the card now in every aspect of my financial life. I even use it for direct deposit and it is really helpful to sometimes get my paycheck a couple of days earlier. I appreciate the security checks but that can sometimes be inconvenience especially when it locks up my money. I will continue to use the card for direct deposit but I am thinking for splitting my paycheck because of this and will use my other card from Go Bank for Uber payments so that I won't get inconvenience like that again. Great for savings because at least I will know that my money will be protected. Thanks for all that you do.

My experience has been exceptional except when it comes to finding an ATM that doesn't charge an extreme amount for using their ATM. Walmart stores have them but they are located inside the store and I'm not always near a store or want to go inside just to obtain cash. This would be my only difficulty with this card.

Do away with fees and surcharges.... I like to pay my bills, put gas in my vehicle and most importantly, be able to put food on the table for my 5 children???? I do however, enjoy earning cash back with purchases and cash stasher????

No issues with the card. Everything is always up to date and I can get my paycheck 1 day earlier. Withdrawing money is easy and very convenient. There are no fees for withdrawing but the only set back is the fee to deposit cash but I guess that's how Walmart makes some money back.

I went to 2 Walmarts for a withdrawal and both Walmart ATM charged me a fee when it was supposed to be free at those machines. This machine was a Walmart ATM with no fees for withdrawals but it charged me.

As a valued customer it works great. The one flaw I have is linking my new phone# to my card. The win a gift card feature doesn't work for me neither. No matter how surveys, never any money. Thanks in Advance.

I like all the features, being able to move money into a savings quickly or taking it out quickly with no penalty. I like the Face ID option. It’s an overall well done card but the only option I would change is that it be compatible with Apple Pay. Then it will be perfect.

It's been a decent service. The only difference is if it goes in that day as a deposit I think it should be there first thing. Our other prepaid card gets it first thing by 6 am when this card shows up at 11:30am. The Green Dot to be able to put money on it should be the same as Walmart not the regular fee for Green Dot. Otherwise we haven't had any issues with the card itself it works well.

My only negative comment.. is you need quicker responses to email. Otherwise service is great. Reasonably priced and helps me keep in touch with my money control it. Need easier access to help when you do have problems...

I love my card and I want to keep my card and I use it all the time. And I love all the cash back that you give too. I don’t use the vault but I have been thinking about using it to save money for the holidays.

Pretty good card. Just don't like all the security you have to go through to get your balance, especially when I'm in a store, in a hurry and go to check my balance and I have to wait for an email with a code, that doesn't always come quickly.

I constantly get double charged for almost every online transaction and it is a major hassle to deal with and customer service is very rude about it always. Seriously considering switching to a different card because of this.

Love my card. Some gas stations cannot process the card at the pump. Most do. I have also seen a couple of time where at a restaurant the tip I leave never gets added. I am not sure if that is a card problem or the restaurant's CC processing process. Wish WalMart had a kiosh for reloads. Customer service can be a long wait! Even the stores than have the designated Money Services areas separate from CS counter.

Everything I with my card works perfectly fine. I have no issue with my card. It's very simple. My direct deposit always on time, when I shop at Walmart I earn cash at the end of the year. Very awesome card. I recommend this card to everyone I know.

All in all, the card serves its purpose. Setting up the account is simple. The website is easily navigated. Two things I dislike are the fee paid when making a deposit, other than a direct deposit & the fact that the card has no chip. Otherwise the card is easy to use & I've had no trouble using it at retailers in addition to Walmart.

Every time I go in to fill my account it is always met with great workers with positive attitudes. I was very pleased every time I go to use my card. I can can use it just about anywhere. It’s very convenient.

Have have had nothing but positive experiences with WalMart MoneyCard! Just wish you'd offer this card for teens as well, my 16 year old daughter just got a job and I tried to get her this card for a pay card but it said you must be 18.

I mainly got the Walmart MoneyCard so that I could direct deposit paychecks. This has worked wonderfully since my paycheck is available a day before it normally was. However, having to go through a Walmart line or to the banking center to add additional money detracts a lot from its convenience. It would be extremely helpful to be able to add money the way you can with other debit cards like the Cash app or Venmo.

The best features of the MoneyCard is the convenience it offers and its features. The convenience of the card is highlighted by direct deposit & debit card functionality. And the features I like best are the direct deposit occurring a day or two early and the ability to make online purchases.

As an OTR truck driver this card makes it easy to feel safe making purchases at sometimes questionable locations. I simply have a small portion of each paycheck loaded directly on the card and I don't have to risk exposing my regular bill playing bank account with every purchase on the road. Really like the stash vault as an easy savings account for anything left over every week.

I find that it's easier to use the Walmart card than it is to keep the bank account. I don't have to worry about my balance. I don't have to worry about deposits. No overdraft fees. It's available whenever I want it.

Would like to be able to obtain a secondary card for my wife as I have for my A/X Bluebird card, the Wal-Mart card does not work when we visit Jamaica, but the A/X card does! Why is that? Overall is ok, but not great --- I can't even figure out how to order a replacement card without cancelling my whole account (broke mine scrapping ice off my windshield & it's taped together now!), so many annoyances that should be easy fixes! I love the VAULT feature. Thanks.
