I am pleased with my card experience. The issue I have experienced is with the app. It seems to go down or becomes unresponsive sometimes. It was down on 4/1 over an hour. This has happened 3 times in the past year.

This is one of the best cards I've ever had. I can get my pay check deposited on it. I can use it for online purchases. I can use it for everyday use. I can travel and use it whenever or wherever. It's just great.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard. It’s very convenient and I love how I get my direct deposit two days prior paid it. One thing however, I would love to be able to use my debit card at Apple Pay. That would make it off call back best debit card I have bad service I switch from American Express serve.

I love it!!! Everything About it. It has taught me to handle and pay my bills on time. It taught me to be responsible with my money and time management. I would refer this card to anyone trying to get themselves together. I highly recommend this.

On March 2nd there were 2 fraudulent transactions on my card. 229 dollars to a Zales in Tampa and 61 to a bookstore in Tampa. I reported it to you and you told me to send you an email requesting you to dispute the charges, which I did. Since then you have ignored all my emails and my money had not been returned. From what I understand, you are in violation of federal law. I hope this spurs you to action but I doubt it. Believe me, I'm advising everyone I know to NEVER use a Walmart prepaid card from Green Dot bank.

Only thing I would change is you used to be able to text m to get the rest of your transactions. Overall very happy with the service and reliability of the card. Have had one for about eight years now. I drive over the road and use it in many different states. Always works well.

Always easy to use when putting money on and to withdraw. Would not work every once in awhile though. It would say didn't have money on card when I did. It was nice not worrying about overdrawn charges or unnecessary charges.

I have used the Walmart MoneyCard for 3 years now, it's the only card and account I have. I love this card! It has been great for me and I have never had any problems. I will continue to use the Walmart MoneyCard. Thank you!!

I have been using the Walmart MoneyCard for almost four years now. I have never had an issue with payments, or loading money into my card. I like the idea of a prepaid card offering cash back just like a real credit card in which some people can't get accepted for one. It definitely helps having the vault too.

I love my money card. I get my disability check 5 days early. Just wish you didn’t have to pay to add money to the card. It’s great for paying bills & shopping. It’s just an all around great card. Thanks.

A couple suggestions: 1. Login username. We should be able to change just like any other company that offers online services. 2. Card to card money transfer. (ex: I have 2 separate money cards and at times 1 doesn't have enough money and to be able to transfer from one of my cards to the other would help out). Other than that keep up the good work!

The card is great the only issue is there is no chip card.. I think it would better because a lot of stores are getting away from traditional swipe and going to chip so I would definitely recommend that. Also the other would be transferring money from card to bank account sort of how PayPal is doing it.

Great App really helps me save $ as well as learn how to manage $. It’s easy to use, easy to load, the points you get back for shopping at Walmart is great. I’ve never had a problem with this app & plan on using my Walmart card for years to come.

The experience is great!!! Keep stash/unstash. Great benefits. I really choose Walmart for everything now. I enjoy the no fee policy I used to receive with banks. I like the way direct deposits are received earlier. It makes balancing easier and more affordable.

I have no issues with the card or its' usage. Maybe the minimum balance to not get charged a fee could be lowered, maybe? I'm pleased that I can re-load my card at any regular check-out as opposed to using the money center.

I’m satisfied with the card for the most part. I have issues with the app, there are times (like now) that I have to attempt several logins before I am successful. When I am able to login it is very slow.

I've never had any complaints or problems with my Walmart MoneyCard. I have used this card for about 5 years now and am extremely happy with its convenience. I plan on always using my card. I also like the rewards for using my card at Walmart as I am a frequent Walmart shopper.

The only issue I have had is using the remote deposit function. It doesn't seem to work. The other thing is the long lines at customer service for putting money on the card can be frustrating. There should honestly be separate money card stations than bill payment or returns since this transaction is typically faster.

I love my card, I get paid anywhere from two to three days early. Easy to use online and with paypal. I can use it anywhere besides county market since they changed their system, plus the extra mile net that you earn using at Wal-Mart.

Sometimes I cant use it some places and it's not good. Need to have more accesses to other places and also have a atm that does not charge that much or nothing on your account. It adds up when you are on a budget.

I love getting paid 2 days early with the direct deposit. I have not experienced any problems with my card. The only thing that I would want, is for the card to help me build a credit score. I don't want other cards or secured cards, just this one.

I enjoy using this card. I was wondering if you still can make this card compatible to use with Apple Wallet? In this sat in technology, this is the next step to make banking with this card a five star rating!

I love the ability to stash and unstash at will within seconds. Prompt notifications of funds in or out. Transaction history always on point. I love how easy to use the card and app for the card is. I love the direct deposit. My funds are available promptly same time every payday two days early. The only recommendation I could suggest is, I have more than one, one is even my wife's, and I can't transfer money from one to the other so it cost me to put money on it plus the 5 dollar a month charge. My card the fee is waived because I get over 6000 a month deposit on it but the others are do not so why I like the card very much. I'm frustrated about the others and what it costs even when I have one that would cover the fee on all them. Thank you. William.

I been have my card almost two years. I have it the app also so I can see my transactions. I haven’t had no problems using it. I will continue to use my card. I have recommended Walmart money card to my family members.

The Walmart debit card has been an excellent addition to my family’s financial service options. The cash back rewards for Walmart purchases are a great value. We also love receiving direct deposits up to 48 hrs earlier than other banks. This feature alone makes it a very appealing debit card service! My only gripe is the transaction dispute process is out-dated. You have to send details via snail mail (despite the app giving the impression otherwise). Other banks have simplified this process and so can Walmart. 4 stars.

I have not had any issues or problems with using the Walmart MoneyCard. It's easy to load money, as long as I'm near a Walmart. The only thing I don't like is the 3$ charge, considering I don't have a job so I don't meet the requirements of the monthly deposit, the little bit of money I do get to put on there is taken. Only down fall.

I like the card especially being able to stash money back and also I like the fact I can't overdraw either and that there isn't a fee expect once a month if you don't make the amount it says by a certain date.

The first problem I have is that I have moved and I am unable to edit my address. I was told by customer service that I would have to purchase a new card. The 2nd problem is that I was originally receiving early deposit from one of my employers, then that stopped and I began receiving my deposits on the normal pay date.

My overall opinion of the Wal-Mart money card is that it's convenient & you can use it anywhere too. And you can feel a sense of ease because they guarantee their work and security alarm 100%. And I have recommended the Wal-Mart money card to my friends & family.

I got this card so I could use it on my eBay account, I don't like using my credit cards online, it is very easy to use and I have no complaints, thank you and I look forward to using it for a long time and looking to get my new card soon as this one expires soon.

I have used Wal-Mart money cards for years and will never use anything else. Never had any problems that weren't fixed quickly. My money is always there fast and easy to reload. I use direct deposit as well. I do wish the cards came in more of a variety of themes.

My transactions are always readily available and accurate and my direct deposit is posted promptly. I have immediate access to my funds. And am kept well informed. Comes recommended. Good service all the time.

Yes first 2 weeks my card was coming through Wednesdays @ 1 but now I'm behind on my phone bills because I'm expecting my money on Wednesday and you all is making my payments late because I expect Wednesdays just like my bills is expected to be paid by Wednesday, Thank You For Asking.

Some kind or over border transaction every month. A $4.99 purchase at some place I have never been in apparently some other country. If this kind of thing continues I am going to quit with this card. No one at the Walmart store is willing to help. I do not have time to deal with this mess every month.

I do not think that a monthly fee as well as it costing to load the card is appropriate. I have had the card for a few months and don't like the 5 dollar fee. I do however enjoy the convenience of being able to use Walmart to withdraw cash free of charge and the free direct deposit. I also receive my paycheck a full 24 hrs before the other employees at my job.

This card is so easy to use when you don't have a bank account. There are a lot of people who don't qualify for a bank based card. I love that I get alerts every day of my balance and of my transactions.

Not only do I get my direct deposit early. But because of how much I make I pay nothing a month to have my checking account which is awesome. The app is easy to navigate and I'm alerted within minutes of my card being used which helps with keeping track of how much I spend and great for security. I'd recommended this bank to anybody I meet.

Been using this card for several years as a back up card for small purchases. I love the convenience of having a second debit card with my primary card. Not only do I fund the card from my pay when I need to add money I can just go to my local Walmart.

I had another account. When I called customer service you can tell they read from a paper to solve problems. Was supposed to take 48 hours for a call from a Manager or higher and it took 4 days. My account was locked for 2 weeks. Now I have this new account and everything is good.

I have enjoyed this visa Walmart MoneyCard. It has been a wonderful experience for me. I will recommend this card to my friends and family. I want my family to experience the same great Walmart MoneyCard such as I did.

It's very convenient for a person without a bank account. Helps me pay any bills and order online. The negative side is some companies will not accept this type of debit card. I dislike $8 fee a month but only card I have found does not have any extra fees.

It’s been great so far, don’t really have any complaints about it. Just use mine for online shopping and small business purchases. If you need a second card I would recommend it. The only downside is the reload fees.

I don’t like the fact that I am charged a monthly fee to use the card. I have direct Deposit. I don’t feel I should be charged to use the card. I used the Walmart card initially because I am a loyal Walmart customer. Now I am looking into a different card to use that does not charge a monthly fee.

I really like this card. It has helped me to spend less money... It's very Convenient to use and the monthly payment is very low. I almost used another card but this card is very good. I've been using the card for almost a year now. I am close to collections a bonus that they give after using v the card for a year.

Was not able to activate GO Digital to my Gmail account. **. System had issues with verifying email and would not do it until I changed to my Yahoo account. All customer service would do is send me a new code or reset account. They were useless. Until I changed email. For some reason Gmail would not work. No matter whether I did it on cell phone mobile app or online computer. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8. Customer service kept telling me wait 24 hours and try again. Terrible.

Always easy to put money on card. I have direct deposit. Can use the card anywhere. Have had the card for many years. Always able to look up account. Easy communication in case of an issue. The online account easy to understand and read.

Overall my experience has been good. The card does everything I need it to do. My only complaint is the $400 atm daily limit which also includes send money transactions. Too low of a limit. I personally send money to my landlord and have to do it over the course of several days. Once I have sent 400$ I am not able to withdraw money for 24 hours either. And vice versa. I think the limit should be user defined.

I don't think you should charge money to add money at Walmart to your Walmart card and I don't think you should be charged to take money off your card when you take it off at Walmart. Other than that it's pretty good.

Overall I'm very pleased with my experience with my MoneyCard. I would give 5 stars, but don't like how high the reload fee is. Aside from that I've encountered no issues. I like that I can get the monthly fee waived just by having my paycheck direct deposited to it.

My experience using my Walmart MoneyCard has been an excellent one. Because it helps me to stash money so that I won't spend it. The reload fee is a decent amount Even though a lot of the money that is put on my card is direct deposit. I love the fact that you can get money back with purchases made at Walmart and stores affiliated with Walmart.

The card works everywhere I go, however I would like to see the option to use Apple Pay or other phone based pay services with it. With no fees aside from a small monthly fee that is waived with loading a certain amount it is a better option than most reloadable cards.

I went to ATM on 2/26/19 and money failed to dispense- on 3/16 BMO credited money back to MoneyCard company and approved credit and my claim. Then I was told on 3/31 that bank issued a holdback and that MoneyCard extended dispute to 45 days. I circled back with BMO Harris and they indicated that they never requested a holdback and wanted name and number of a person at Walmart to speak to to help get my money back to me! When I called MoneyCard they indicated they had NO number and I have to wait 45 days! I have emailed proof from bank and they won’t do anything g they continue to “investigate”.

I appreciate the services with t card because they are convenient seeing that I am offered direct deposit and I can check my card from my phone and I receive the text every day informing me of the amount remaining on my card.

So far I am please with its functionality and ease of use. If the fees don't turn out costing me too much. My automatic deposit seems to work well and usually a little early which helps tremendously when funds are running low.

I am very pleased with my money card. I sometimes have trouble getting the denominations I need but this is pretty trivial. I need to set up a way to check the standing of my account online. It would be nice to know the totals.

I personally feel that you guys shouldn't charge every single time for atm transactions. Sheetz atms are surcharge free. There should at least be a few atms that could be free. Not saying everyone should be free but at least a few..??

The app has a lot of problems with it. I have problems logging in to the card. Plus I have issues transferring money from the stash to the open money. I also need a replacement card and I don't know if I can get one.

The only downfall of logging in is that I have my card info saved in my phone and I have it on auto fill. However, every single time I login in the past year... Even at my own home... I have to wait to receive a text code. It's an extra step that is very frustrating! Also I was a victim of a scam around Christmas and it is such a hassle to dispute the charge. You should be able to click on the charge and select "dispute" and fill out the proper information.

Green dot bank should partner with more apps like the Dave app and also the cash app and earning app. There are not too many apps Green Dot can be paired with. I've tried several times checking back to see if these apps would accept Green Dot but not yet.

Reliable, work good. I wished ATM fees where cheaper. I like early pay and wish I could earn rewards. Will they changed to Chip. Should be able to get rewards when you use your card at Walmart, but it's a reliable card.

I love the MoneyCard. Just wish I had more ATM options nearby and wish it wasn’t a $5 monthly fee. Other than that, I love the card and account. It’s very convenient for me in paying bills and making purchases.

Love using the Walmart MoneyCard. My favorite thing about it is I get paid two days in advance. Loyal customer. Love the cash back and it tracks my transactions. I also enjoy the stash option. It will come in handy when I can start saving.

Y'all's app suck donkey balls. When I really needed to get on it I couldn't. Even after I updated it. Also the fact that y'all wouldn't let me direct deposit my tax returns into my fiance's account sucks cause now I won't get it for another 6 weeks????

All in all, my experience with your card has been hassle free. The only downfall is the fee for every use. Can get costly. I just limit my uses and it all works out. I will continue to use your card because I can always rely on it, no overdraft fees, no hassle no worries. Thank you.

I have had a great experience with the Walmart debit card, it's honestly the only card I use and I even set it up for direct deposit with my job. But one thing that I was disappointed with is that I am still charged a monthly fee after signing up for direct deposit, but I seen ads saying the monthly charge is waved after you sign up for direct deposit. Besides that I love the card and have trust in it to protect my money.

I like that I get my money a day early and that helps out when we have some bills past due. I also like that I can take out cash from the register without charging me a fee. I plan to get another card for my wife since she is the primary shopper for the family. I also used my card to purchase a 32in TV for our bedroom.

I was really impressed with the services that came with the card until I deposited my SS check through your system using my phone. IT TOOK A WEEK TO BE VERIFIED. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever had to deal with. It’s a government check for crying out loud. No, I cannot have direct deposited right now for legal reasons. Next time I’ll just cash it. Not happy about having to wait a literal week.

Have used Walmart MoneyCard for several years. Love the direct deposit and usually get early payment. Have had trouble depositing checks of all format into my account, i.e. payroll checks and personal checks often will not scan at any store location for deposit which can be problematic. Easy pay everywhere I shop but Walmart MoneyCard IS NO LONGER accepted at gas pumps.

I like this card for online shopping and the savings catcher saved up at Walmarts. I haven't used it to send money from card to card yet but it looks like a good feature as long as it's not a charger for it.

I love my card. The only thing is I wish I didn't have to pay when getting money back at the Walmart money center. I do love the stash option now. I have had my card for well over 10 years. I have never had any problems.

I tried the Walmart MoneyCard because you offered some good incentives. For the most part, it is a good card, however, you limit how much money we can withdraw in one day. I understand this from the atm machine but going into Walmart, to the money center and still being limited was extremely frustrating. I have also had a few problems setting up automatic payments with this card. Sometimes when the vendor tries it won't let them even though there was plenty of money in the account.

I love using the Walmart MoneyCard. It's so convenient. The direct deposit is so fast as well, I get my paycheck a day earlier than everybody else at my job! And the checks that I ordered are great for bills!! It's just perfect for my needs. Just like a real bank without the hassle.

Everything has been fine. Haven't had any problems with my card. It comes in handy when I need it to. When ordering online it really comes in great use. If we be nice if I could renew my card so that the old card can be put away. Sometimes when I run out of money I can save some money on my card when I need it.

I love my card. It's easy to send an receive money. I have a small amount of my payroll check direct deposit and it's always a day early which comes in very handy. Only wish loading it was easier without going to a Walmart store. I still recommend this card to anyone.

It’s one of the better prepaid debit cards. Never had a problem with ordering anything online or in stores. Just wish they had a customer loyalty program. I’ve had Walmart MoneyCard for a couple years now and people should get monthly fees or atm withdrawals free with a certain amount of time being with Walmart MoneyCard.

I love my card! When I load money it is always there within 5 minutes, my check is automatically deposited every week so I never have to wait on it, I love the option to stash cash in the vault, and I absolutely love being able to just open my app and see everything in real time! So pretty much all positive. The only thing I can think of that’s negative is it charging me to get money out of another ATM on top of that other ATM charging me too.

I haven't really had anything bad to say about my card except that not everyone except my card and it makes it hard sometimes to get things I need but I have had my card for a while. I am also thankful.

Helps to save money with the stash app.. and knowing immediate transactions for your peace of mind.. and being able to load almost anywhere is convenient.... and cash back is the extra bonus when you don't realize it until it's placed on your card.. Makes you smile.

I have had really bad experiences with your online program and the app. Started liking it when I first got it but now it sucks. I can’t log on to see how much I have. I can transfer money to another account and I can’t even transfer it from the unstash.

When trying to reach someone about issues about the card there always seems to be a language barrier. But my issues are always resolved. Just frustrating. The quality of the cards are very poor. 1st account 4 years. 3 cards. Had to close the account do to NO MORE CARDS AVAILABLE FOR ME. Only a loud 3 cards per account (EVER.)

I really had no problem with my card till recently. I lost my phone and only way to get that security code Walmart has was through that number and email but the code wasn't going through to that email! So no way to get into my card!

I have had this card for 8 years now. I had a couple issues over the past year. First my card was hacked and I still have not received the 200 dollars that was taken from my acct back. Trying to resolve that has been impossible. You can’t speak to a person when you call. The form to fill out for it wouldn’t send, and they shut my card off but never solved the problem. I got a new card. Then I moved and my address is not recognizable when I try to put it in so I have to use a friend's address. I once again tried to call to solve for this and again no human contact. I even tried to email about the address issue and no one responded. So until this last year I recommended this card to friends. I don’t anymore. If I can’t talk to a human being from the US then I will use a different company. If I had a traditional bank acct I could have solved my acct being hacked a whole lot quicker and easier than I did.

I don't have much to say. I am planning to cancel my card due to the monthly charge along with the $3 load fee. I also have a Blue Bird Money Card which has absolutely no fees. So bye bye Walmart Money Card.

I dislike the fact that the $5 monthly sur charge always makes me go in to the negative. Always an inconvenience to me at any given time of the month in which is not specified with the purchase of the card directly.

For the most part I haven’t had any issues with the card. The only thing I’ve experienced negatively is that the card is not 3D secure which doesn’t allow me to make certain online purchases. I enjoy having my check automatically deposited and the cash back rewards.

I love my Walmart money card. I've been customer for two or three years now. I try to get my friends to get one. I have different cards. I am also a part of the rewards program. I also love the direct deposit.

The card has been really great until recently when the put a $3000 reload balance on the card. That has made it way more difficult for me and caused me to look into getting a different prepaid card with someone else. I also hate how long it takes for a mobile deposit to clear 7-10 days is too long. And I just wish it was easier to cash my checks at Walmart and reload them. I get handwritten checks so can't cash them if over $200. Wish that would change! Wish I could get more cashback the $75 per year. And wish you offered better security for customers when it comes to disputing transactions. This card is my main bank account and wish you offered the things I listed like a normal bank would! That's it. Other than that my account has been great! Definitely one of the best prepaid cards on the market! Thanks!

It’s a good card. I’ve traveled all over the United States with this account and it’s came through every time... I wish the sweepstakes was a little more consistent. Other than that it’s a really good account to use to help you save money and pay online.

Walmart MoneyCard is easy to use, simple, and cheap. In my opinion charging a $3 fee every time you load your card is a tad outrageous but other than that I think using Walmart MoneyCard has been easy and efficient. Customer service was very helpful when I needed it.

I have been very happy with my Walmart card. It’s like a bank account but better. I love it! I tell everyone I know to get this card or switch banks to this one. There’s no over draft and penalties.

The card has been great for my employer to direct deposit my paycheck. If the banking part in Walmart is closed, you can just go to customer service to do your transactions. Some of the fees are slightly higher, but nothing compared to overdraft fees at banks!!!

I have never had a issue. It is a great service. Just not so organized when having to get a new card. The wait time and the freeze on the account is a headache sometimes. Other than that I believe this online banking service to be A1.

I like that I get payroll a day early. App is easily navigable and it’s a breeze to use. Wish ATM access was a little easier and I would only use the Wal-Mart card and no bank account. Never really had any issues or anything bad to say about the service.

While my experience is quite pleasant. I would like to state a few issues I have, I would like for there to be a higher daily withdrawal limit. Preferably $500. A lot of utility companies near me don't accept prepaid cards and I would like to be able to take out the amount I need to pay the entire bill at once. I would also like to see more free ATMs. The WalMart stores aren't close enough to me to get to them for what I need.

I recently had my cards stolen so I had to cancel and I have my paychecks direct deposited. I tried to call and see if I could speak with someone and could never get a real live person ... I wanted my card to be sent faster because I have bills to pay and kids to feed.. I could not stop my direct deposits from work .. I’m thinking of switching to a local bank so I don’t have to deal with this again.

No fees that I've noticed, no overdrafting, no issues. I don't even have a bank account because this is all I use. Deposit is there the day before payday and the website is never down. Card is accepted everywhere. I haven't had any issues besides when I go into Walmart and there's always a guy at the door harassing customers and checking receipts. Other than that I have no complaints.

I do not receive all notifications for when a purchase is made. The transactions or history review should include the balance before a transaction, the purchase or transactions, and the remaining balance after the transaction. Now having this option really makes managing the account more difficult.

It’s perfect, I love it. Especially because I get paid two days earlier than everyone else at work. I have 0 complaints. Keep up the good work. It’s easy use. And also I have the app on my phone to see all my purchases.

We love the option to getting payday early, and we also love the vault option. Great expertise on banking... We love the card!! Great Job!! On keeping the banking easy, and making sure that we are protected every time we use the card!

I love that you guys give anyone an opportunity to have a debit account. It's just like having a checkings account. I have had the most wonderful experience all around with this service. I would highly recommend it to all my family and friends.

I like the convenience of the card. I just wish that there was not an age limit. My 17yr old needs a prepaid debit card and I would love to get this one for him. This would make it easy for me to send him money and he would never have overdraft charges.

Love it, have never had any problems with the card or the app. I let everyone know the best card out there. Enjoy putting my own picture on the card. And was nice to get my new card with the same picture as the original.

Been charged monthly fee even though I met the the limit as also need to change being charged everywhere even Walmart's ATM. There should be more free ATMs in all areas too. Also should get my money back for the times I was charged. Also should be able to talk to a live person if you need help.

Only problem I have is I can't check my account online, it will not let log in. I love using the card for my job so I can get paid earlier. I received my taxes on this card. I signed up for texts but they stopped going to my phone about two months ago.

Amazing card!! Love the options to save!!! I have my direct deposit linked and get it faster than most... Perfect alternative to a bank account. I haven’t had any problems... I think with direct deposit you should offer free loading cash on transactions.

Cheap 5$ a month--love the vault features and good alternate account to save cash and use for emergency or extra cash-- wish they could get rid of the 2.50 atm fee especially when you're at a fee atm and get hit twice.

I'm very happy with my card account. I get my pay checks 2 days before everyone else. Nothing needs to be changed. Although I would really like to win the 1000$ giveaway. Lol, I always have money stashed. I have had no issues and have no complaints.

I really enjoy using my card. I've never had any troubles with it. The only feedback I have would probably be on the phone app, working to make some of it more user friendly, such as the message area. I do love all the ways to access my account.

My experience has been more than wonderful using the Walmart debit card. I always received my paycheck a day early, I can upload money quickly and receive it using the atm at my local Walmart. They even have an opinion on the app so that I can also stash money that's on my card like a savings. "NO NEED FOR BANKING." It's great for my making online purchases as well... I love it???

I love having a Walmart prepay card comes in handy and easy to use. Have really good benefits. I like how easy the app is and is really convenient. Also like the notification for every transaction that I make so I know how much I spent.

This company still needs to give me my money from the previous card account that they never gave me. I requested TWICE and still nothing, that account has $200+ that I could really use. Rating would go up if I got what I'm owed.

I have loved my Walmart MoneyCard. The only complaint I have is that I have to reauthorize my device every time I log in, even when I select remember this device. Other than that, my overall experience has been quite positive.

It's great. I know where a no charge atm is and loading the card is real easy and I haven't had a problem with it yet. It's a great card to load cash on when are on the go and don't wanna have cash on you.

Overall, the service provided by the company is reliable and very easy to use. The instant access to my funds makes transferring money and checking transactions easy and smooth. However, the constant lag on the app is frustrating. The login screen doesn’t reveal itself until after I close the app and reopen it. Other than this issue, the service is remarkable.

My Walmart MoneyCard I enjoy, I get my pay 2 days before time which helps me and my family a lot, I don't mind the monthly fee now that I'm working and so far even when I have no money on the card my Direct deposit still uploads which is a ease of my mind.

I haven't had a negative experience so far. I do wish the monthly fee wasn't so much. Also, sometimes it's hard to transfer money from my stash because the website and app seem to be down numerous times. Other than that I think it's great.

It’s OK but I have some transactions that I really wanted to dispute because I know for a fact I did not make them but I didn’t see a way that I would really get my money back so I just let it go because I could not wait another 7 to 14 days for another card to come in. I wish there was a way we can get one day shipping on a new card.

Great. Easy to use. Wished money comes on card earlier than set time. Also wished the transaction are little bit accurate than saying that I still have money when don't have any. But other than that it's great. Hope it get better soon. Thanks.

Overall my experience has been great. I think the one complaint that I have is that the card does not work with Apple Pay. I would love for it to work with Apple Pay. Other than that the card is easy to use and has a lot of great features.

It works just as any other card but the fees seem incredibly steep and there are no free ATMs that work with it. So you are bled on both ends. If WalMart group could negotiate with a big bank like BOA, PNC or Chase to work out some free ATMs it would be FAR more attractive. But getting hit for $4 freaking dollars to load it- a lot of this county makes a few pennies more than that an hour.

The person helped me get my direct deposit very well. They went into details of where to go on my app to find it and how I go about using it with my employer. I also had needed a new card and they were very prompt on helping me get it.

I like this card. I just wish the cashback thing was monthly or even every other month. Having to wait one whole year to only get $75 seems not fair. And the atm fee is kind of ridiculous. I should not have to pay the Walmart fee plus another fee if I use the card someone else.

Walmart use to have a kiosk to load money or you could go to any teller. Now you have to go to customer service and wait in line forever. I would have given you five stars. Now you're down to two stars.

There are some online merchants that do not accept prepaid cards. I don't feel that should be able to be determined without seeing the card. Otherwise, I have been completely satisfied with the card and related services especially the waiving of fees with 1000 or more deposited.

I love the Wal-Mart debit card. I have my paycheck deposited every payday and love getting money back at the end of the year... I will recommend this card to anyone that would ask me about it. Thank you. I love shopping at Wal-Mart. There is lots of things to choose from.

No issues. Nice to have an option (credit or debit) when purchasing items. Would like a different looks for the card in the near or distant future if possible. Besides that though, it's a very fine card for getting things paid for. And, receiving 10% off gas is really nice too.

Have no problems, I think you shouldn't charge for putting cash onto the card however. People are nice at the Walmart I go to. Sometimes there isn't enough people to accommodate everyone on paydays. I agree with the charge of cashing checks but not for depositing cash.

My experience with my Walmart MoneyCard has been wonderful. I have used it to make in-store purchases and online as well. I also always receive my paycheck early. I use the app to lock some of my funds every week, just to help save up. And I can add funds to it at any Walmart location. It's great!

I like the program and the ease of convenience that the card offers, but I'm having some strange activity with out of state purchases that were not made by me. The only way to report it is by mail. To this day, I'm unclear as to the status, if they received my letter, how to proceed. This is concerning...

It's been really good. Only complaints is, I wish it came in different colors!! Also it would be cool if it was compatible with Venmo and cash app. Other than that my experience has been fine. Oh... it needs to be a little more easier to upload money onto it.

Good in the most appealing ways of banking, but try to link with some apps it will not go through when handling second hand banking. But other than that, I've been really satisfied with Walmart MoneyCard. Also I like how I get paid two day before my payday.

I like the WMC. I get paid a day in advance which really helps me out. I wish I could withdraw money from any ATM without getting charged. Instead, I have to go to the local Walmart and wait in line just to withdraw money. It's a little inconvenient.

I do not like this card. Can't put a picture on it. It charges at every atm. I will be going back to my old card and canceling this one soon. The old Walmart cards were better. Making your own card was the only good thing about these cards.

My Walmart MoneyCard is very convenient for Me. It works much better than the bank card I had because the transactions process quickly. I also receive my paycheck one day early with my direct deposit. It doesn't give me much trouble when I swipe this card. I never have to call customer service because it doesn't give me trouble.

I am mostly satisfied with the Walmart MoneyCard. The only complaint I have is it charges an ATM fee. You provide a listening of ATM sites to use so why are you charging? I like the user friendly app for keeping up to date with your transactions and the notification you can sign up for as well.

My husband & I switched from our regular bank checking accounts to the Wal-Mart MoneyCard. The reason? Banks charge astronomical fees and suck you in to over-drafting your account, only to charge you more fees! After switching, we were pleased at the fact that transactions are logged almost immediately and you cannot spend what you don't have, so no more overdraft fees! We, literally, save hundreds, per year, by using the Wal-Mart MoneyCard!

I should like to start by saying I do enjoy using the Walmart money card. However anytime I want to add money or take money I'm charged. I'm also charged monthly for use of my card. I feel it's excessive and unnecessary. I only use my card if I direct deposit money to it.

I have been generally very pleased with my Walmart card; able to send flowers to recent funeral, able to make purchases online and able to use it when eating out without problem. The only problem was on two occasions I made purchases and was cheated by the companies, unlike credit cards there was no recourse to complain or report the bad companies. The Walmart card was a good choice for me and my lifestyle.

This card allows me to deposit my weekly paycheck onto it and has not messed up one time with the amount, time or overtime. I am grateful for that and would like to extend my thanks to whoever handles this part of your business. David

The card has been great so far. The only issue I've had with it is when traveling through multiple states sometimes the card will decline. I am assuming this is to protect against fraudulent charges. I would highly recommend this card to friends and family.

It's been great. My only complaint is that I can't deposit paper checks at any ATM. Other than that I love using this card from Wal-Mart. It's been awesome and easy to use. If there are ATMs I could use please let me know.

I originally purchased my MoneyCard to set up direct deposit for a new job that required it and I couldn't be more pleased. My deposits go in with no issues and the phone app allows me to check my balance and activity wherever I happen to be. Simple, easy and accessible from anywhere. I couldn't ask for more.

The only disappointing thing I have not enjoyed is trying to use it with subscriptions like Ipsy, SnackCrate, and etc. Since the Walmart MoneyCard is affiliated with Green Dot Bank, I assumed it would be able to work with things like this. I also cannot put money I get from Venmo onto my card which is disappointing. I hope in the future this will change. Thank you!

My text updates are currently on Pacific Time... I'm in Virginia-Eastern time. I get updates 3 hrs later. I'm not pleased with the overall services that I receive In store or Online. This is not how the card services were described when I decided on the Walmart money card.

I like having the MoneyCard but wish my checks were deposited on Thursdays like they use to be deposited into my account. I like how if you don't have enough funds in the account that no place can take out.

I’ve ordered my new card since 03/06/2019 and and today is 04/02/19. My new card still hasn’t came then the account restricts me from taking my money. This bank has poor communication and bad customer services. I am basically stuck with no cash until or if the card comes none of my bills can get paid and no one is there to help.

This card is great for those that don't like overdrafts or money coming out if you don't have the money in your account. Sometimes the fees are not so good but are better than the overdraft fees of other banks.

I really love my Walmart MoneyCard. I receive my money on Wednesday night instead of Friday which is a big help to me when I have a bill that I am waiting for payday to pay. I enjoy the convenient of being able to load money several ways. It is a good alternative to traditional banking.

The 7 day hold on app deposited checks and especially money orders is ridiculously long. $3 fee to load cash @ Walmart is also a bit excessive. Otherwise card works fine and no other complaints to mention.

I've never had any problems with this card since I started using it and I've always talked highly about it to my friends and other people. But yesterday the site was down almost all day and night and my check was supposed to be deposited and couldn't be. Since my check wasn't deposited I couldn't pay my cell bill and they shut my phone off. I'm hoping they try to deposit it again tomorrow because I need to pay rent by Friday. Very disappointed with this. Really hope it doesn't happen again or I will have to think about switching to another card.

I have tried to swipe the card and it will not read. I pain in the left leg. Can't walk well so it's hard to go inside at gas stations etc. Also I hold up lines when I have to try to swipe the card a lot.

Great card. Hate the monthly fee that comes with it. I love that you can get paid a couple days early as well. When you go online to check the transactions I wish that it didn't make you type in a verification code.

I've been quite happy with the my card over the last I think it's been 8 years now I've been with you guys at least 8 maybe 10. I'd guess I'd say you're my primary bank. I use you cash that you've had, all my paychecks put on the card and I've used you guys all over so thank you very much.

I like it but I don't like having to pay $3 to put money on it. I do like the convenience of not paying overdraft fees. I like the cashback option. Would like to have more chances to win the sweepstakes. I'm starting to think that it isn't real.

I like this card a lot. Mostly because I can’t overdraw and there are no overdraft fees. My only issue is that this card is not recognized by some money investment apps that I have, like Stash. I would love to be able to invest money with this card instead of having to use a physical bank.

I have had no problems with my card or any of the service in using it. The direct deposit works perfectly. The only thing I would say to make it better would be to have a chip so the process of checkout would be quicker.

Walmart MoneyCard has been a great experience for me. I have had no trouble at all with withdrawals or deposits. My paycheck is always direct deposited on time. I can take money out at any Walmart and I don’t have any trouble using my card anywhere. The one thing I’m hoping for is that you might come out with the card that has the chip on it. Seems like all other cards have them except for yours. However it’s not going to change my mind into using a different card.

It's a very convenient and functional card. I very much like that I get my paycheck a day early and that I never get overdraft fees. I wish more banks were like y'all. I really enjoy getting a few cents back when I shop at Wal-Mart with it too.

I have direct deposit, I withdraw my money from Walmart. It's easy to use. I had my ups and downs with it in the past but it has been fixed. The thing I didn't like was a couple of unauthorized transactions that I ended up paying for cause I couldn't prove that I didn't do it but oh well. That's life.

I have no complaints about the card. To be a prepaid card I would say it's pretty good for me. I would recommend it to others and have already recommended it to others because of its convenience and easy use. The amount it charges monthly is very reasonable I would say too.

I really enjoy using the MoneyCard all the time! I even have direct deposit set up on mine and it is a lot more convenient. The only one thing I don't like is the ATM fees... some charge a lot and then my card charges $2.50 so that really adds up. Sometimes I pay like $6.00 just to get money off of my card. I cannot always run to WalMart to take the money off the card!!

I've had a good experience other than a couple times my check did not hit on time but other than that a good. Also I like the fact it does save you on Walmart and Murphy gas station as far as cashback earnings go.

I love the Walmart MoneyCard. It's very easy to use and get direct deposits from my employer. The cashback program is a nice boost towards the end of the year. The savings awards are nice as well. The only drawback is that certain places don't accept it. Other than that I'm highly satisfied.

I had another money card prior to this one that the security was jeopardized. I was told multiple times I would get my balance refunded and that has yet to happen. I can log onto that card and see the balance. The last time I brought it up the shut down the current card. Customer service is not good at all when you do call.

Site is down often, quite a bit. When I transfer money from vault to account it shows nothing was transferred and I have to wait to be able to use my money. Which is really unfortunate and not very user friendly.

I have no bad luck with this card and like that I can get my paycheck a day earlier than everyone else at work. Thanks for letting get one cheap and easy and when I didn't have a bank account this card is a life saver.

I would like to see newer cards. Maybe one with a chip so they are more secure. Most cards now have chips for added security. Also fewer fees I sometimes pay a monthly fee but every time I put money on there I have to pay a 3$ fee. Why so many fees?

Always getting my checks early and a reasonable monthly fee. Also love the chance to get it wave after the 1000 dollar mark. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this. The only downfall I have is customer service hangs up on me when I call. I didn't find that professional at all. However the card itself is amazing.

I'm very satisfied with my Wal Mart Card. The only thing I don't like is the monthly charge. When I'm running low on money and only have a few dollars it takes what I have and puts me in the hole. Other than that I love it... My email has changed and so has my address.

I'm very happy with my Green Dot bank card. I get my check two days early and I'm always notified of all my transactions. It's honest and I love it. Very simple and easy to use. I haven't had a single thing wrong with anything.

Led to believe your pay goes on two days earlier. This is a fail. I'm assuming it has something to do with I live on the East Coast and your mother office is located on the West Coast. My funds get released by my employer Wednesday nights. I don't see the funds till Friday morning. If I was to get paid with a live check from my employer paydays are Thursday. This has been a big inconvenience but we have gotten around it. I also believe your ATM fees are outrageous. Quickly depletes money that I have worked for all week. I came to you guys from a prepaid American Express card thinking it would be better but it has been anything but. Keeping my options open. I am always on the search for something better. I pretty much would honestly say you're better than some but not quite the top of my list. I'd hope you guys take this feedback seriously enough to look into policy changes or at least follow through with what you promise your customers.

I have used my card for over a year and find that it much less expensive than a regular credit/debit card. The cash back from shopping at Wal Mart reduces the cost of using the card. I would recommend this card to anyone.

I love Walmart banking, less monthly fees, makes my banking experience way better... The Company alone is wonderful, but with Green Dot banking, paying bills has gotten much simpler. And I've been with Green Dot for at least 1yr & half.

I like my debit card. I have not had any issues with it. I get paid a day earlier by having direct deposit. I would be disappointed if the benefits go away on the card like the cash back with purchases at Walmart. I do most if not all of my shopping at Walmart.

I love my Walmart money card. It's just like having an actual bank without the worry of overdraft or extra fees. The only thing I would suggest is to make more options available on the app. I don't like having to actually go online to do some things that I could just do on my phone app.

My experience has been great so far with my Walmart MoneyCard. Have never really had any issues with it. The only issue I had just recently was with a car rental. When it came down to pay for the car rental I tried using my card at the terminal with said car rental service, and when I swiped my card (with available funds) it kept getting declined. So I don't know if there is a certain policy with the card where it can't be used at any or a certain particular car rental service?

I have tried many times to change my address, so I can receive my permanent card. I cannot get any cash, no response, no contact by phone, no help, nothing, only a message saying, "Your card is at the post office be on the look out!!"

Well to begin with, the set up for the MoneyCard was simple and easy! After we bought and loaded it at Walmart! We love the online app that helps keep track of what we are spending and where. We like the fact that we get notifications every time we use it! It was easy to set up our direct deposit on there unlike other cards we have used! I like the fact that I can run into Walmart and not get charged to take out our cash! However I have tried to take out a large amount all at once to pay a bill and we weren’t able to which was a hassle because it’s only letting you take out so much at a time but besides that we haven’t had any issues with the money card and will be continuing to use it. It’s better than a bank! And the fact that we get cash back when we buy things at Walmart is a bonus! Just wish we could get money back when using at a gas station! Again we love the money card and we have told a few of our friends to get it!

Mobile app. At times when I really need to check my balance quickly or make a transfer from my vault to my account I'm stuck at the log in screen with a loading sign that never seems to finish loading. Then I'm currently locked out of my account because it says my log in credentials aren't correct but I haven't changed anything.

Works good but some places won't let me use it to set up automatic payments to pay bills and I get charged $2.50 atm fee at Walmart store and Kwik Trip when they say they should be free. Works great for people that have bad credit and are looking for a check card to keep cash on when other banks won't help.

I recently moved to a new home. I have had nothing but misinformation about changing my address. From what I can figure out. I need to open an entirely new card and go thru the process of setting up new direct deposits. This is horrible.

I have has an overwhelmingly positive experience with the MoneyCard and Green Dot Bank. It is convenient to have free banking options at any WalMart and the online banking and phone App are well done and provide quick access to my banking needs.

I have no issues with Walmart Moneycard. It's convenient that I can have my check direct deposited without having to deal with a bank or Credit Union. I tell my friends and family to get a Walmart Moneycard all the time. It makes life a lot easier for purchases online!!

$3 dollar load fee & monthly fee needs to go to really compete with other cards out there! One major suggestion I could give Walmart is an upgrade in max deposits or loads per year up to $9500 or so after 5 or so years of being a card holder! Maybe some cash back programs would be nice as well!

I wish there was some whereelse to put cash than just Walmart. It not always easy to get there or I find they cannot do it because their computer is down and somewhere to find where my money has gone.
