I have had an over all good experience using this card. However, being charged to load money onto said card is kind of ridiculous after paying for the card when im not charged to remove from my account. Thank you for your time, patience and accommodation.

I love my card. It the best way to get paid and you don't have to worry about overdraft. This is not my first card. I been using it for years. The worker at Walmart are always helpful and it's fast. No long lines to stand in.

Great to know the account accepts direct deposits and can be reloaded from any Green Dot vendor. Looking to get a second account in the future. There are many advantages to having a secured card over a regular bank card.

My card works fine. But the only thing is I don't get my text messages to update my account information. I have to call in. And whenever I was it wasn't correct amount on my card. That needs to get fix.

The two things are, I moved from Florida to Michigan and the app won't let me change my address. Also I'm not always able to order items online. But other than that it works great. Thanks. This is a real big help.

The single biggest problem I have with my money card are the fees for using ATM machines. I am charged the ATM machine fee and a fee from the card. The fees for a ATM withdraw can be about $5 collectively and the only option for getting cash without using an ATM is cash back at an occasional store or cash withdraw at a Walmart. It would be nice if there was some kind of easily accessible, universal ATM machine that was only a single reasonable fee.

Back in the day, it used to cost less than $1 for a REAL person to process a real paper check. Today it is not uncommon to be charged from $2-$5 for every cash transaction. In the case of the Walmart card, it costs $2.50 to withdraw cash and $3 to deposit. (The only human interaction is a cashier doing a cashier's job.) That kind of seems like a penalty for doing the right thing. Most people who use prepaid cards aren't made of money... Folks depositing tips or cash reimbursements etc. I'm sure many are less than $100. Money orders cost much less and there is a physical object generated as well. When I have cash I could deposit, I'm faced with a decision: pay you $3 a few times a month to avoid paying you $5 for not putting in enough... Just saying. As far as using the card is concerned, I've had no trouble online or in store.

I have tried to purchase products from Canada. And you will not allow the purchase. I should not have to ask you if I can use my debit card. I’m interested in your response to this. My last card did the same, so I got rid of them. Please respond to this issue. Thank You!

Excellence experience on every occasion. I have no complaints, whatsoever. Direct deposit, no problems, always exceptional, satisfied on every use. Have never had any problems, or bad experiences, always accepted no matter where I have used it, either in person or online. And, I really enjoy being able to transfer money to my card now. It’s a pretty good card. Thank you so much Walmart! I will continue to keep this card... just wanna upgrade it. Maybe a different color and maybe a chip. Other than that I really love it and how we get cash back.

I get charged a monthly service fee even though I get a direct deposit every two weeks and when reloading I incur a fee. Why do I have to pay a fee and I get direct deposit. This is money I could use every month.

I’ve been a customer of their service for years now, suddenly when I call in to speak to a live rep, the system tells me that my card number is invalid, I try with my Social Security card and have even tried reply the card lost or stolen, and this still does me no good.. I almost at the point where I buy a new card but it’s weird, I still get my DD and the account is active in Walmart MoneyCard website.

I did know your card only work in your store and it not Visa Debit. I have to call for a approval to order outside the store or it get decline when I tried to use it. And sorry I am going to switch card.

I love my Walmart money card!! My direct deposit always hit my card on time!! I love the convenience of shopping online without a hitch!! If there's a hassle free debit card anyone is in need of, I would strongly recommend the Walmart money card!!!

I have had no problems. Probably the best card I have ever had. Very happy with it. Definitely will recommend to other people. Love the convenience of all the ATM options I have without having to pay ATM fees.

My experience with the Walmart MoneyCard has been fantastic so far. I initially got the card so that I could have my paychecks direct deposited instead of having to physically go to my local Walmart store every week to have my check cashed. I’ve had a Walmart MoneyCard in the past and I remember that it’s easy to use and very convenient. I don’t get charged any fees from the MoneyCard because I have more money deposited monthly than the minimum $1,000 a month. I do the vast majority of my shopping at Walmart, and now I’m earning cash back when I do my shopping at Walmart, with my Walmart MoneyCard. The card meets or exceeds all of my expectations. It works great for me and fits my lifestyle perfectly.

There should not be a fee to reload your card this will deter customers from using your cards. If it was a one time set up fee I could understand. I use it to pay certain bills and it is good for that but some people charge a fee when you use a WaWa ATM.

I love this card and the money back from Walmart each year. This card is very reliable and convenient for me. Easy to load up and the direct deposit coming a day before my co-workers get paid is awesome. It would be nice to get a new card though, mine is looking ruff! Never received my $50 refund when I originally purchased the card. Called the number on the back for months and it still never came. They gave me several confirmation codes so when I called back I would be able to check the the status but every time I called they stated it was submitted wrong.

I have downloaded the app three different times and continue to have trouble logging in. It's not about username and password it is simply that the app will not load. The card services seem to be fine and I am so appreciative of having this card to have my check loaded to. It does advertise no overdraft fee but it also never lets you overdraft it so there is that.

I've had a great experience with the card except for one thing. It will only let me get $500 off of it at an atm a day. I feel it's my money. I should be able to get what I want as long as funds are there.

I have no complaints. I am able to see details of all transaction, the app is especially helpful. My direct deposit is deposited early so I am able to pay bills earlier. That's all I have. That's all I have. Thank you.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard! It's very flexible and allows me to access my money very easily. Many options other cards don't have. I recommend it to everyone. To top it off I get my paycheck two days earlier than my coworkers that don't have a Walmart money card. Ha-Ha.

I have had my MoneyCard for a few years now. I love the ease that comes with this card. Loading my paychecks is easy and I really like that the card is accepted wherever I go. My only problem has been getting cash from my card. Finding an ATM with no fees is almost impossible.

I haven’t had the WalMart MoneyCard for all that long, but I do enjoy it for the most part. There are 2 things I can recommend, to make the card even better. 1) Make it so you can add multiple cards to 1 user ID. I have a Visa & a MasterCard. The MasterCard I use, just for savings and to use for when I go on Vacation, but it’s often times a hassle to have to constantly log out and log into a differ userID to check my balance; & 2) Allow the card to be used with ApplePay. With today’s technology, I know it’s possible and it’s so much more convenient, especially if you're at the gym or someplace where carrying a wallet isn’t practical.

For some reason I can't log in with my fingerprint on the app with my phone. It works on everything else. My only complaint. Other than that I have nothing else to complain about. I have always liked the card's services.

I absolutely love my Walmart MoneyCard. I’ve actually quit using my bank account because this account provides me with better service. The transaction history is another great perk to the card, it is so detailed! This is the o my account I’ve had that has given me control over my money without charging ridiculous fees. I would recommend these services to everyone.

I really like it because I use it when I need it. I'm saving money to go on my trip to Tennessee in July to see my 2 grandsons, one is 3 yrs old and a newborn, my daughter and son in law, my sister my nieces.

I changed cards because of fees such as $2.50 for ATM Withdrawals and $5.00 Service fees, and also I was no happy with the lack of customer services such as getting a person on the phone. I will keep card open for now and it use from time to time, but I won't put my weekly pay deposit on this card anymore.

I love everything about my card from getting my paycheck 2 days early to earning cash shopping at Wal-Mart. I also like that I can pay bills and I can see all my transactions which helps me keep an eye on my balance.

I have had Wal-Mart Money Card for 2 years. I get my direct deposit from work on the card. On Feb.28 2019 my card was charged for something I did not authorize. I submitted a dispute. 3 days later my card was blocked and the $1544 that I had still on the card is still on there and I have been lied to multiple times about when I would receive it. I was told to send in documents which I did.

I'm supposed to get paid on Wednesday and it's still not here. I'm frustrated and when I call your customer service number. I can't get thru a live person. What's the reason and hold up. I might use another bank or credit union.

I love my Walmart card. I look forward to shopping with it at Walmart for cashback offers. I really love being paid one day earlier than my coworkers. Would be nice if they had chips inside of them. I like the cashback I get after a year.

I wish that customer service would be able to update information. If I call and verify 5 different security questions, I should be able to have my phone number or email changed. Because of this, I cannot access an online account. My boyfriend has a WM card also and has had this issue; he had fraudulent charges and got a new card; however, he still cant access his transactions online because no one will update his phone number or email address, even after all of the security questions are answered correctly! He even gave the email address and phone number that is on file; he just doesn't have access to the email/phone number anymore. It's ridiculous! and trying to get someone that is understandable in ENGLISH has been one of the worst things; ESPECIALLY when going over FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!!! It has been a nightmare!

I've had my Walmart MoneyCard for several years now & am quite satisfied with this service. I don't have to worry about maintaining a bank account but still have the convenience of having a card I can pay bills with, make purchases, have direct deposit to or even reserve a hotel room. Fees are minimal. I highly recommend this card!!

Why doesn't my card let me connect with Uber. Every time I try to catch a Uber or Lyft and enter my card information it doesn't let it connect. It says card not recognized. So it would be nice if y'all could fix this or tell me if I'm doing something wrong. Thank you.

I like having the Walmart Moneycard. I get my direct deposit 2 days early and I have control of my money and can always see it all. I like that I can see how much I have so I can plan things out, like bills or fun with the family. I also like that I can put money in the vault so I can save and not spend it all.

I have had an overall good experience with the card. It is both convenient and a hassle at the same time to load and unload at Walmart, I have had no problems with my direct deposit or any e-billing. If I could save a few dollars on load fees and monthly charges it would be a 5 star choice.

I like it because part of my pay gets deposited 2 days early and that really helps make it thru to pay day. None of my other accounts offer that. So that's what I really like and no monthly fee because of the deposits from my pay.

I really have no complaints about my Wal-Mart Moneycard. It's been great to have a safe place to keep my money. I'm horrible when actually carrying cash and spend it way too easily. And quickly. But with it being on a card I tend to think more about what I spend it on. It's been really convenient when ordering things online as well. I also love earning the cash back incentive when using my card at Walmart! When you don't want a checking account with a ton of extra fees, minimum balances and all the other hoops they make you jump thru the Wal-Mart card is the perfect answer.

Experience is always great, only thing is I need 24 hour customer service over the phone that can answer calls when anyone calls. And after hours transfer from a bank card to Walmart money card it would be nice, other than that I enjoy using Walmart money card and haven't had a problem since.

The pay/send money to someone but sin is crap. I sent someone $150 and it said that they could go to the Walmart and pick it up. When the person got to Walmart the clerks at the money counter told her that I was being scammed and they had never heard of such a thing. So my $150 had to float around in cyberspace for 2 weeks, until I got it back. You should either delete that option or fix it. Now how do I cancel my card?

My direct deposit is not showing up on my card on Wednesday Anymore for the last 2 weeks. Ive been receiving it on Wednesday for the last 2 years. I would like to know if there is a problem. I would like to be informed of any problems concerning my card. Please inform me if there are any changes

I have been disputing a transaction for Twin City since February. They over charged my card by $ 300. I only authorized $100. I have called and email the merchant and they will not answer me back. I have filed a dispute and sent in the necessary paperwork but I can’t get a status on my disputed charge that’s been going on since February. I am extremely disappointed.

This card was very useful as I was reestablishing myself after filing for bankruptcy. My only complaints are that my direct deposit stopped coming early (I get paid weekly & was getting paid 1 day early), transferring money to another account (even another Green Dot account) isn't possible, and some apps/services (e.g., Venmo, ApplePay) will not accept/verify these accounts.

The ability to not be tied up to a bank is wonderful. I get my direct deposit a day early every week and even got my tax refund deposited through this card! It is great to know that I earn cash back on groceries and on gas too. On top of everything else, I have the app too.

As a owner of a Walmart Money Card I am very satisfied with all the capabilities it has to offer. Direct deposit make life so much easy without having to cash a check on payday. The convenience to purchase items and pay bills online is also a plus. Thanks Walmart. I'm a proud satisfied customer.

I have never had any issues with my card and having direct deposit helps a lot. I even got my tax return deposited on my card. I use the mobile app and I love it. I get notified within 5 mins of card being used. Couldnt have asked for a better service.

I honestly have very limited problems when it comes to using my card in any type of way. Using in the stores, using over the phone, or using over the internet... Paying bills or buying goods is made easy now...

I have trouble everytime trying to use walmartmoneycard.com to view my card. So that is absolutley useless. And I tried to change my phone number for text alerts... that hasn't happened neither. So please rework the internet page and phone systems related to your cards.

I no longer like the app. I can no longer pre-authorize a check for bills and every time there's an update I have to uninstall and reinstall the app and sign in all over and it takes it all day to finally load. I wish the pre-authorization would come back and you all would leave the app alone.

The best thing about the Walmart card is you get paid 2 days early, and I love that. The only thing I don't like is that if you want to add more money other than direct deposit it cost you $24.00 to add any amount on it. Thank you.

The Walmart MoneyCard is very helpful sending money to family and friends who also have a card. It is pretty simple to send money. Retrieving money sent is easy, too! The only down side is only being able to send $500 a day. Sometimes, this is inconvenient.

I have had no problems using this card. I don’t like having to retrieve a security # all the time to check my balance or review transactions. I think the charges are too high. $3.00 every time you add money plus $5.00 per month. I am going to look for a cheaper alternative.

To be honest, I have no problem with WalMart MoneyCard at this time. I absolutely love how I can stash some cash to the side inside the vault. I shop at Walmart often so if I need cash I grab it for free when I'm done shopping. Thank you for my great experience with the Walmart MoneyCard, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I love my Walmart card. Only complaint is the 3 dollar loading fee. Also my card can't be used on some online purchases because it is considered a pre paid gift card. Other than that great experience. Easy to use and I get my direct deposits earlier than other banks/cards I have used in the past! Thank you!!

If you lose your card you have no access to your money until you get a new card. Additionally my card split in half and I had to tape it or lose my card number. Going to the money center is no help because the reps do not know how to resolve issues.

My experience has been good. Only problem I’ve ever had was when my card number was hacked and used not by myself for purchases on the internet. I was unable to get my whole check of about $1400 back and Walmart MoneyCard wouldn’t reimburse me.

I love this service. I find myself using the card now in every aspect of my financial life. I even use it for direct deposit and it is really helpful to sometimes get my paycheck a couple of days earlier. I appreciate the security checks but that can sometimes be inconvenience especially when it locks up my money. I will continue to use the card for direct deposit but I am thinking for splitting my paycheck because of this and will use my other card from Go Bank for Uber payments so that I won't get inconvenience like that again. Great for savings because at least I will know that my money will be protected. Thanks for all that you do.

My experience has been exceptional except when it comes to finding an ATM that doesn't charge an extreme amount for using their ATM. Walmart stores have them but they are located inside the store and I'm not always near a store or want to go inside just to obtain cash. This would be my only difficulty with this card.

Do away with fees and surcharges.... I like to pay my bills, put gas in my vehicle and most importantly, be able to put food on the table for my 5 children???? I do however, enjoy earning cash back with purchases and cash stasher????

No issues with the card. Everything is always up to date and I can get my paycheck 1 day earlier. Withdrawing money is easy and very convenient. There are no fees for withdrawing but the only set back is the fee to deposit cash but I guess that's how Walmart makes some money back.

I went to 2 Walmarts for a withdrawal and both Walmart ATM charged me a fee when it was supposed to be free at those machines. This machine was a Walmart ATM with no fees for withdrawals but it charged me.

As a valued customer it works great. The one flaw I have is linking my new phone# to my card. The win a gift card feature doesn't work for me neither. No matter how surveys, never any money. Thanks in Advance.

I like all the features, being able to move money into a savings quickly or taking it out quickly with no penalty. I like the Face ID option. It’s an overall well done card but the only option I would change is that it be compatible with Apple Pay. Then it will be perfect.

It's been a decent service. The only difference is if it goes in that day as a deposit I think it should be there first thing. Our other prepaid card gets it first thing by 6 am when this card shows up at 11:30am. The Green Dot to be able to put money on it should be the same as Walmart not the regular fee for Green Dot. Otherwise we haven't had any issues with the card itself it works well.

My only negative comment.. is you need quicker responses to email. Otherwise service is great. Reasonably priced and helps me keep in touch with my money control it. Need easier access to help when you do have problems...

I love my card and I want to keep my card and I use it all the time. And I love all the cash back that you give too. I don’t use the vault but I have been thinking about using it to save money for the holidays.

Pretty good card. Just don't like all the security you have to go through to get your balance, especially when I'm in a store, in a hurry and go to check my balance and I have to wait for an email with a code, that doesn't always come quickly.

I constantly get double charged for almost every online transaction and it is a major hassle to deal with and customer service is very rude about it always. Seriously considering switching to a different card because of this.

Love my card. Some gas stations cannot process the card at the pump. Most do. I have also seen a couple of time where at a restaurant the tip I leave never gets added. I am not sure if that is a card problem or the restaurant's CC processing process. Wish WalMart had a kiosh for reloads. Customer service can be a long wait! Even the stores than have the designated Money Services areas separate from CS counter.

Everything I with my card works perfectly fine. I have no issue with my card. It's very simple. My direct deposit always on time, when I shop at Walmart I earn cash at the end of the year. Very awesome card. I recommend this card to everyone I know.

All in all, the card serves its purpose. Setting up the account is simple. The website is easily navigated. Two things I dislike are the fee paid when making a deposit, other than a direct deposit & the fact that the card has no chip. Otherwise the card is easy to use & I've had no trouble using it at retailers in addition to Walmart.

Every time I go in to fill my account it is always met with great workers with positive attitudes. I was very pleased every time I go to use my card. I can can use it just about anywhere. It’s very convenient.

Have have had nothing but positive experiences with WalMart MoneyCard! Just wish you'd offer this card for teens as well, my 16 year old daughter just got a job and I tried to get her this card for a pay card but it said you must be 18.

I mainly got the Walmart MoneyCard so that I could direct deposit paychecks. This has worked wonderfully since my paycheck is available a day before it normally was. However, having to go through a Walmart line or to the banking center to add additional money detracts a lot from its convenience. It would be extremely helpful to be able to add money the way you can with other debit cards like the Cash app or Venmo.

The best features of the MoneyCard is the convenience it offers and its features. The convenience of the card is highlighted by direct deposit & debit card functionality. And the features I like best are the direct deposit occurring a day or two early and the ability to make online purchases.

As an OTR truck driver this card makes it easy to feel safe making purchases at sometimes questionable locations. I simply have a small portion of each paycheck loaded directly on the card and I don't have to risk exposing my regular bill playing bank account with every purchase on the road. Really like the stash vault as an easy savings account for anything left over every week.

I find that it's easier to use the Walmart card than it is to keep the bank account. I don't have to worry about my balance. I don't have to worry about deposits. No overdraft fees. It's available whenever I want it.

Would like to be able to obtain a secondary card for my wife as I have for my A/X Bluebird card, the Wal-Mart card does not work when we visit Jamaica, but the A/X card does! Why is that? Overall is ok, but not great --- I can't even figure out how to order a replacement card without cancelling my whole account (broke mine scrapping ice off my windshield & it's taped together now!), so many annoyances that should be easy fixes! I love the VAULT feature. Thanks.

The fees are outrageous! You charge me ATM fee even if the owner's fee is $0. With this card having the ability to direct deposit it should be considered an actual bank card. It is considered a debit and most places will not allow payments with this card. Very disappointed and going to be changing soon. Done with the fees!

Just wish I had more options for the money I add in deposits. I would like money back I can use at Walmart in the form of coupons or direct cash back. For every 1000 I deposit or 500 I deposit 10-20 off my purchases.

I love the convenience of the card and that I can go Walmart and withdraw money like a bank. I also love the mobile app. I just wish it would be considered as a regular bank card instead of as a prepaid card as I can’t use it for somethings which gets frustrating. I may have to look into other options as a result.

I use my Walmart card to have my direct deposit work pay on it and it is great. I always get my money on time and the customer service is amazing when I have questions. Thank you for making my experience stress free.

I've had a great experience with Walmart Money Card. But the lack of customer service is kind of crazy. It's hard to get in touch with anyone when you need help; you have to basically become a PI to find their number. And when the cash back program it should have extended to all card users but it was only offered to new accounts. People that have been with the company for years, like myself, were left out of this opportunity.

Your customer service is awful and they make zero effort to assist customers with any issues. The stops working all the time - block my access to my own money. Also, these transfer limits are a bit absurd. It's my money and of course I am going to spend it. How is it legal that you can block my access to my own money because YOU think I've spent too much in one day? But, your fees are reasonable and I like the early direct deposit & the Walmart cashback.

My experience with Walmart MoneyCard has been great. It makes it easier to obtain my paycheck two days earlier than I would normally, which is awesome. I'm able to use it to reserve a hotel or motel. I'm able to use it to purchase items online with absolutely no hassle whatsoever. I would recommend The Walmart MoneyCard to anyone.

Never had a problem with the card. Easy to load, direct deposit is available, and you can use it almost anywhere. The fees for the card is very small compare to other money card... Getting help is easy as well if there are any problems.

I have been trying to find out why I can't have some of the cool new perks you're giving new customers. So far, I've just been given the runaround. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. I would like to have cash back rewards and be able to deposit checks via the mobile app. I just don't think that's too much to ask! But instead the people answering my emails just tell me no or don't answer my questions at all. I'm ready to go elsewhere. Is this how you treat all your loyal customers?

I love the Walmart MoneyCard. It has helped me and my family a lot. We all have it. The savings, the cashback and mainly the protection it gives us. It's easy to use and more you have control of your account just figures away. Love the mobile app, and the alerts great.

No issues with this card. Only bad experience I have had was being able to reach a Customer Service Rep when needed. And being able to close another card that I had and still have not been able to close it.

I became a cardholder a little over a year ago. I am fond of this card. It works everywhere, and I don't need to worry about direct deposit not being right. Several times, we've traveled, and I enjoy not having to "notify" the bank that I'll be traveling. Furthermore, having the ability to pay bills using the account and routing number makes things easy as well.

I would recommend your services to anyone. I have had no issues and your direct deposit works well. I do almost all my food shopping at Walmart and have purchased tires and various other products at your store. I have traveled and have had no problems. I have closed my traditional bank account and use your services only.

I find the Walmart prepaid card easy to use and very convenient. I love how I get paid early with the direct deposit option. I love how you can get nonfiction after every swipe (if you turn that setting on). I love how easy and worry free I can be when using this card. Overall, the experience is perfect.

Overall not bad, though at times when I try to move money into or out of the vault it won't show properly, or take close to half an hour for the money to show as moved and available. I do like the ability to vault, though, and the "prize entries" though I very much doubt the legitimacy of those. It at least gives me a placebo reason to try to leave more in my vault.

I love this card. Only one thing about this card that I don’t like is that when I call the back of the card there is no option for me to talk to a live person when I have questions, like my card is expiring soon & I don’t know what to about it & that ticks me off. I hope you please fix this.

I have been a big fan of my Walmart MoneyCard visa, I recommend the usage ability and accuracy you provide to me as a customer. Keep up the great work! The rewards at the end of the year is a great incentive as well. Access to my account whenever I need it.

Pay 2 days early. I have told all my workmates about this feature. So do not want a traditional bank accounts. Some have opened one. I have even my nearly 80 year old mom using it. I would like my family to use it too but they have non US addresses.

This card has been very handy in my daily life from paying bills to making online purchases as well as getting my payroll check direct deposited, daily transactions, and even saving for the future. I definitely recommend this card for everyone. Ease of use is spot on.

I am really happy with my Walmart MoneyCard is very easy to bank with it. I have my paycheck send to it and I get pay up to 1 day in advance and is very convenient. Plus every time I purchase with it in a Walmart I get some cents back.

Love using it. A very good card. Would recommend to anyone. Cashback is amazing and adds up really quickly. I’m already at almost 11 dollars and I don’t buy a lot of things from Walmart with the Cashback Tracker. Very great card.

Good. Except, I do not want to pay fees. The ability to "stash" money is a *very* good one. Also, the ability to earn money by spending at Walmart. I love that. I really have nothing negative to say. I have had a couple of bonehead customer service reps. And I guess I wish that more places would allow Green Dot Bank (behind the card) to act like a regular bank, using routing and account numbers for automatic payments.

It's a great card and helps me out a lot, I hope to see in the future that Walmart will help the blue collar worker rebuild their credit as well by offering a prepaid credit card that helps rebuild your credit and offer a card for credit within the Walmart stores.

User friendly. Easy Access to information. Easy to read transactions. Have not had any issues. I think the $3 fee to add cash is not necessary. Many times I've passed up adding cash. The option to photo deposit a check is great. Should always be allowed... not just with direct deposit since there is a 7-10 day hold on your funds.

The only reason I keep this card is because I can't always use my American Express, but Visa & Mastercard are accepted most everywhere. $4 to load, $5 monthly fee w/out D.D., $2.50 to $3.00 ATM withdrawal and $2.50 to $3.00 for using the ATM. So, I end up paying $15.00 in extra fees just to have a debit card.

I am very pleased with my Walmart Money Card. Most of my direct deposits are done 2 days earlier than actual pay days. I have instant access to my account 24 hours a day via my cell phone or computer. The few times I've called customer service, they have been very helpful. I'm glad I chose Walmart Money Card.

I’m 100% happy and the“check writing” option is cool??? I recommend it whenever possible. The App is easy to work through as well. All my direct deposit information is handy. Maybe perhaps merging the MoneyCard app and the Walmart app into one would be nice.

My experience with the Walmart Money Card is being positive. I have my paycheck transfers to the card every two weeks and use it just like you would a credit card. The money back from shopping at Walmart is helpful.

The card is a ok card to have but ever since I've started my payroll on that card I get charged the monthly fee of 9.95 unless I load 1,000 dollars or more to override it. Also, the ATM fees can be a bit steep too; depending on which and what kind of ATM you go to the company of the ATM can charge an extra fee for using their ATM.

Receiving paycheck a day early has been great!!! The ease and convenience of cash withdrawals helps a lot. Wish the ATM charges from banks was refunded back to the card. Living in a rural area there are very few if any banks that don't charge a fee.

The card is easy to use, helps me to put money back, and I can't spend more than I have. I'm able to check my balances without difficulty. It is working out very nicely for me. Have been able to use it anywhere.

Horrible, still haven’t received a new card that I requested a month ago, can’t speak with a live representative to change address, no help at all. Can’t evn transfer funds due to my card being replaced that I have but yet to receive.

It's great. I don't really have any problems. Thank you. The card allow me to do what I need to do. Very easy access when I need to purchase items. I even got my daughter one for to use. I've had my Walmart money card for a long time in I will continue with it.

Very easy to use and manage my funds. Appreciate the ability to send money to others. Would really like to receive payroll deposit 2 days prior like other cards do. Not sure how that works. Like the cash back. Like the use of the app and the use of its features.

The only issues I’ve had with my card have been with using Uber or Lyft. Because of the non-traditional card, I’ve had to pay more for Uber or wait for them because I have no way to pay Lyft. I can only use Uber with gift cards I purchased. And I would love an easier way to deposit additional monies.

I think the card is great. It is surely a lot less of a hassle than a bank. The direct deposit is very awesome. The only real problem I have with it is that you can only withdraw 500 a day. To me, that seems a little pointless. It's our money, we should be able to access as much of it as we want. But other than that, it's great.

I love that my paychecks can be there on Thursday and I can pay my bills and not leave work. And I can shop and not Carry cash on my, I can check my account whenever I want. And I love I don't have to get changed to use it.

Somehow, regardless of being very careful about the use of my card, a purchase was made for Amazon Prime that was not mine. It was a purchase of $62.98 and for some reason there’s no way to dispute the transaction from the app at all. The charge was still PENDING when I noticed it, I feel I should have been able to dispute it right then and there but all I could find was information telling me to write a letter to CALIFORNIA.

I know what it is like work as a CSR, but come on guys! You're better than this. MY MONEY THAT I NEED TO SUPPORT FAMILY IS INACCESSIBLE! Why? I never received a card. I can't transfer money out to my other Walmart card because of of this. I can't use my ACH to make a any payments. I HAVE CHILDREN TO CARE FOR!

Only wish is I could use it as credit when my check will be there in a few days. Other than that, I am very happy with it, I know that is not its function but very good with everything else. The charges for taking money out at places that are on the map are a little frustrating.

I get my paycheck a day early on my card, there's no problem using my card anywhere & I enjoy no service charge since I have direct deposit! Having this card is way better than having a traditional bank card!

I dislike that I cannot add my card to Apple Pay. I also dislike that I cannot purchase certain things because this is technically not a bank card. I also dislike that I cannot dispute a charge without having to do some crazy form online. I also I am planning on leaving Walmart MoneyCard soon and signing up with a bank.

I wish the cost to load money onto my card was lower, it’s such a high fee to add money to my card or I wish I could make a cash deposits. Cashiers and money center workers seem confused when I ask for a cash withdrawal from my debit card but that is the only minor thing that needs improvement. I like the account features. Thank you!

I usually get my payday 2 days early on Tuesday. For the last past couple weeks it's been a day late. This is messing up my bill pattern. Please fix. Other than that everything else is great! I switched over about a year ago. Glad I made that decision.

I love the convenience of the Walmart Prepaid card cause getting paid 2 days early helps me avoid late fees on bills. I have a certain amount going to it every pay period so that I can not have the worry of late fees and it also works great for online purchases. The app shows me just how much my balance is in real time.

I have not had a problem with the service since I've had it. I'm happy with the Walmart money card. And the monthly fee is fair. I'm able to get cash back when I need to. Direct deposit is very convenient.

I love my card. It has been great. I just wish there was a way to instant issue a replacement on the same day... Maybe at Walmart or something, like a temporary card with all your funds until you can get one with your name in the mail. It’s seriously inconvenient being without a card for 5-7 business days.

Really like the Walmart Moneycard. Quick and easy to get transaction information. I have had my card for 3 years and it gets a lot of use every day. Never had a problem. It is accepted everywhere. It is free to load money on the card.

I love the WM Moneycard because it was always so easy to load, use at stores and keep track of things like my activity and my balance. I never had any trouble with holds on my account or wondering where my money was when I needed to use it.

K. I usually hate doing surveys and reviews, but this card is so good I'll give you a bit of my time. I'm a cash only kinda guy at heart, but in today's world you gotta have the plastic, and an account for direct deposit. Banks are horrible, lie about fees and fines (esp overdraft), and generally I've been treated like I'm some kind of pond scum by the clerks. The Walmart/Green Dot card is essentially attached to an online bank, does what no brick and mortar bank does; zero overdraft. In addition too there is a savings account attached, cash back at Walmart, and entries into some drawings with cash prizes (won $25 and I still don't know when I was entered). Direct deposit is super easy, and if you deposit over $1000 in a month there is no fee at all. Cash deposits are $3 to $5 but you can do them at other stores too. The only drawback I've seen is that Uber doesn't take them, but that's fine by me because Lyft does. I haven't found any other place that doesn't, online or brick. Really, I'm a picky customer mostly, my praise is hard to earn. I mean it when I say bravo Walmart, bravo.

It would make it a better service for people like myself that travel for work. If we could go to Wal-Mart and get a slip to have our checks direct deposit to our accounts. Some companies will not take just the account and routing info without the paperwork.

So far most of my experiences have been good. Would like to see improvement on ways to fund the card without actually needed to have the card physically in hand....things like check deposit type services and the ability to add funds via an ATM machine.

I’m a fairly new customer, but my experience has thus far been wonderful. I have yet to have a problem with the services. The app is very user friendly. The only issue I’ve had was the failure to sync to my card to Apple Wallet. Other than that service has been perfect.

The Blue Walmart Card is not accepted at the pump at other Gas Stations. Only the BlueBird American Express Card is accepted at other Gas Stations. The Walmart is very good for traveling out of your residential state. Also, the Walmart card keeps you from not over spending and not charging over draft fees to your account.

I never received my card in the mail, the numbers are scratched off the old one, Microsoft keep over charging me. I keep getting monthly charges when I can barely use it. It sucks. I don’t have much to be getting took from.

I am very happy with the services that Walmart money card has. It's convenient, fast and I can track my money as I please. I would highly recommend it to everyone. I do not think you all should charge fees. I do not like it when I go into other stores beside Walmart you all charging a fee of 1.50 every single time I make a transaction that is taking money away from me. You all said that I will get my direct deposit 2 days early, but I do not get it 2 days early. I really don't like using the Walmart money card because of the charges and the direct deposit. Thanks.

My experience with Walmart money card has been exceptional. I receive my money fast, and since I have direct deposit it's free. I use my card for anything everywhere. I've used had my card almost 3 years and haven't had a single problem with it. I'm thankful for Walmart money card.

The only bad part is when logging in the app or online most times you have to verify a 6 digit code via text. This is too time consuming. Other than that I love the ability to stash and unstash money quickly. So when you check your balance that "stashed" amount isn't included. Great feature. I also earn cash back from purchases I have made.

It's a great card. Love the vault savings account. Also it's awesome that we can get cash back on purchases. And I like the direct deposit and how if you add a certain amount you won't have to pay the monthly fee.

The Walmart money card has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I don't exaggerate when I say it's better than a bank. I receive my direct deposit on time. NO hassle! It's a very helpful way to pay bills without a bank account. The only downside is the 3 dollar charge to reload. But other than that works great. Also to buy stuff from online as well I have used it numerous times with no problem.

I have not been having any trouble with the card. I like card and it is good. Just a couple of places would not accept the card. Redbox and Uber wouldn't let me use the card. I like the reward benefit that I get for using my card at Wal-Mart. I am almost there.

$5/month fee seems excessive... it would be nice to have automatic link to monthly statement or option of automatic email statement... I plan on canceling the card in some time in the future for a no-fee card.

I love this Walmart card. I use it as my bank, it is so easy to use and I love the rewards as I shop at Walmart all the time. I like that it offers direct deposit that is free and with that it allows the $5 service fee waived.

Post-unemployment, I had no bank account & cash was incredibly limiting. The card solved essential challenges like direct deposit for paychecks, online shopping, & daily transactions. My three wishes: 1) There's still a social stigma I feel among peers. I wish the card were less obviously a Walmart card. 2) I am not sure you can help, but there are still many times the card can't be used, such as with Uber, or Venmo. 3) If someone wants to add money to my account from another location, they have to have a MoneyCard too in order to transfer funds. I would LOVE to be able to instantly have them transfer money from their bank to my card.

Super freaking easy to use and I love it. Problem is with loading the card if you don’t have direct deposit cause you can’t really use any atms. But other than that, I’ve definite recommended the card to other people.

I received an email saying that my card was temporarily suspended due to a potential security issue. Instead of responding to the email, you had me call the number on the back of my card, which was extremely pleasing to me. I was in control of the situation and not a potential victim of a scammer. After verifying a few transactions, which I had made, the ban was lifted and my card was active again. Thank you for the professional way you handled the situation.

I use direct deposit, online shopping, and earn cash back on gas and groceries. Never had any problems using my card. Stashing hold back money is easy, but I haven't won a prize yet. If I need to unstash money to quickly cover a purchase, it is instantly available.

This was so convenient and easy to use. I would add money and use it online. I would definitely recommend to my friends. Fast easy and convenient. Very easy to use. Gives you the security of being able to use online and not worry about compromising your bank account.

I like the card. Love that my auto-debit is a day early. There are a couple things I don't like.. The fact that there is a fee to put money on my card and I would like Wal-Mart to have an ATM that you can drive up to. Otherwise it's great!

I like the card, but I since I have two cards, I'd really like the option to log into 2 accounts on the same app. Like use your last 4 digits and passcode for separate logins. I'd also like to have the Murphy discount on gas at the pump instead of wherever it goes. Other than that it's a decent card.

I absolutely love this card. It's easy to use and is accepted everywhere. It's personalized with my picture on it so if it's stolen they will see it's not the person who is using it. There are no fees to use the card which is even better. I just love the card.

I understand that in order for your company to make money you need an monthly fee, but why does it have to be a minimum of $1000 for the fee to not be taken. Also I don’t understand that there is a $20 minimum you can reload onto a card and not having much money and having to pay a fee on top of that. I don’t always have that extra $3 just to put $20 or sometimes I don’t even have the $20 just to put on the card when I only needed $10 on the card.

I would deliver a 5 star rating but I can't stand the fact that I must pay 3 dollars every time I load money because my card is blue rather than black. If I pay a monthly membership, is this really necessary?

I have had really good experience using the card and how easy it is to access and the use of customer service. The waiting for the cashback is somewhat okay but it could have been better if it was able to be back on the cards at the beginning of each month.

Walmart Money Card is the only card I use, I've tried quite a few banks and credit unions and I will always choose the money card. It's so easy to use the website as well as the app, and saving money to the vault is like a free savings account. I love the Walmart Money Card!

I love the black card. I use it more than my regular bank card. I have it connected to my daughter so it helps me monitor her spending. Also the ability to set up automatic payment for each month is a great feature.

My experience was and has been great. One thing that would be a lot better is mobile deposit needs to be faster. Also being able to deposit a check on to the account at an ATM would be even better than mobile deposit but as for my overall experience it's been wonderful and no issues with transaction or unauthorised usage. The app is great, straightforward, and user friendly. I wish I could have won the prize just by keeping money in the vault which is a cool feature and helps save money. It would be nice to be able to use my money card with Apple Pay & Android Pay or Google Pay to pay with my phone at other place rather than just a Walmart. Also be nice to use for the Prime Wardrobe. Been a couple of other sites. I like this because you have a block with the prepay cards for them.

It's banking made super easy and for the person that has a schedule that banks don't cater to. It's also good for getting your checks deposited early. I didn't know anything about this card or account services until I stumbled across it and decided to give it a try. Now I'm never using a bank for my full services anymore.
