Works fine as a debit, but would be nice if it would start a gas pump. Functioning only as a debit, means going inside and prepaying for gas. Which means guessing how much it will hold. Bit of a pain. I also don’t like that it often displays my account balance on receipts.

Love my card. The only issue I have is that I wish we had some warning before the company does maintenance. It's embarrassing trying to purchase stuff, and flip money from savings when the app is down for a while... no notice at all.

I think it is a very good card. The only thing I would change is the fact that you can’t use the Walmart ATM without getting charged a fee for it. The best part about it is the fact that you get cash back from shopping at Walmart and Murphy’s.

I have had no issues with the card. It has been easy to use and I like the direct deposit. I wish it would work on gas pumps better but that's the only issue that I have had. Works on some and don't on others.

I really love this card, it is nice to be able to get cashback when purchasing from Wal-Mart and the gas station (Murphy's USA). I wish that after a year, you could cash in on the cashback rewards instead of only being only to it after a year. I understand the first year of having it, to do it that way, but if I continue on with the card, I feel that I should be able to use those throughout the year when needed. Overall, I love this card and have had no issues with it.

I have been using Walmart MoneyCard for a few years now and I like it. My payday is direct deposited 2 days early, my card never overdrafts so I Don't have a ton of Bank fees, and I use it to send money to my other family members who also have a Walmart card. Super convenient when you want to send people money.

I have enjoyed using my card and having it on hand. I also have a Visa MoneyCard. Both are very handy to have. Having a MoneyCard keeps me from spending out of my bank account. It is easy to load money onto the card and to get your balance any time of the day or night.

I have used the Walmart MoneyCard for over 10 years and I love it. I cannot say anything bad about Green Dot bank or the MoneyCard. They have fixed some problems I had in the past and came through with flying colors. I will keep using it for years to come I hope.

Love my Walmart card, I just wish it had a chip. And the cash back is a plus also. The only downside is the fee when I deposit or withdraw money. I have direct deposit but sometimes I have a check and even though the fee is small, it's still money I could use.

I love how easy it is to use and make changes when needed. And that you can really use it anywhere. I am looking forward to trying it out of the country when I travel to see how it works outside of the USA.

Wish they would stop charging me the $3.00 monthly fee. I have direct deposit so I don't know why they keep charging me! I should be reimbursed other than that I have no problem with the card. It's been useful.

I really enjoy the fact that I can use this just like a credit card. I enjoy the fact that I get my benefits early which is save me a lot of heartache and trouble. I enjoy the fact that I can add cash to it and it doesn't take two or three days to add to the balance of my card. It's almost immediately it may be a couple of minutes but still that's better than a couple of days.

My experience with Walmart prepaid card has been positive for the most part. The hardest thing for me is adding additional money to the card that is not direct deposit. I find the $3 fee is hard to come up with as I am on a fixed income. Other than that, the card is easy to use. I like that there are no overdraft charges.

Not sure what you're wanting to know but I’ve been using mine for about 2 yrs. I love it. I get my paycheck quicker than I normally would. I don’t overdraw on my account bc the text keep me updated on what is in my account.

The Walmart MoneyCard is very customer friendly, adding phone numbers in the transaction view would be good to be able to cancel debits and that. Other than that I love the card. Getting cash back is nice too. Thank you for the ease of the Walmart MoneyCard.

I've never had an issue with my card or account. The App reflects purchases immediately and direct deposit is fast and easy. I recommend the use of Walmart MoneyCard to anyone I know who needs a card. I will be sticking with it for a long time. And the money back feature is great.

I am very satisfied with my Walmart MoneyCard. I get paid a day early which is great. I just wish when using our cards at a Walmart they wouldn’t charge you to take your money off WM card but other than that I don’t have any complaints.

I think there should be a way where we could go online and get a monthly statement that shows our name and address. I needed something like that for my work and it is not something you guys offer. If it's not gonna be able to happen I will have to change banks. Thank you.

Works well and is easy to get started. Easy to reload and use. Only drawbacks are no free ATM withdrawal as that no fee would make it better and it comes up as a prepaid card so some services won't take it.

I've had my card for a long time with no issues. Over a month ago I loaded $500 twice over 2 days. When I tried to use my card it was blocked. I called and was told by I had to confirm my identity. When I tried to submit my proof the site said, "card number not found." I tried several times over few days then it has record of my card number online or over phone. I have tried repeatedly to speak with a live person. I have gone to Walmart and they can't help me. So basically I got my money taken stolen by Walmart MoneyCard. I'd like my money please.

I hadn't had problem with MoneyCard until now. I received an email stating I need to verify my ID so I can use my account again. I follow the Web but when I put in my card number to site will not respond. When I call the MoneyCard number it won't let you talk to anyone and there is 200+ dollar on the card. Now I feel I may have to take legal step to get my money back.

I love my MoneyCard. I get paid 1 day before anyone at my job, there's no monthly charge if you have a certain amount added every month. There is even a way to put money in savings. It can be used online and anywhere that takes Visa or MasterCard.

We had to have a replacement card sent out because the card we had broke in half so they told us it will be in by June 13 and nothing so we wait until June 14 and still NOTHING!!! We called and the reps that DO NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH lied and said it was suppose to FedEx to us. LIES!!! CALL BACK AND THEY SAID IT WILL BE OUT SATURDAY JUNE 15. MORE LIES!!! We have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a card and I need to get food, pay a babysitter and rent... It's time for a lawyer. This is outrageous. I've never heard of a company keeping someone else money and their bank card. This is the last time I do not go with a real bank!

I recently lost my Walmart prepaid visa card. I requested a new card and asked for the card to be expedited. I was told of the $15 charge for the card to be expedited and I was told the fee would be waived since I was a long time customer. Great. Well the day of the arrival for the card came and went. No card. I called the next day and was told that another card would here today. No card. I called multiple times in that timeframe of a week and was ensured of the card being expedited. When I called and went thru 4 different CSR's the last one told me that the 2 cards I requested to be expedited were sent standard mail. I was also told that I would receive a call from a "supervisor". Waited an hour no call. I called back went thru 3-4 people again. This time I was told that the 2 cards were expedited. So pretty much lies and the runaround. I still have no card and have to wait 2 weeks to access my $.

I lost my card June 4th and called to get a replacement. They said, "It will be there June 13." I said, "How can I get it sooner?" They said call back in 24 hours to expedite it. So called back the next day. They cancelled the card ordered June 4th which I never told them to and sent another supposedly June 5th and said I would receive it by June 10th. June 10th comed around I get a card. Call and can't use it cause they cancelled it and said another is coming via FedEx, should be here by June 11. June 11th rolls around, no card. Call back. They said wait until June 12. June 12th never get my card. Have to call back to these rude non-English speaking people and have to order another card.

This is a great way for alternate to having a checking account. Text message are sometime aggravating with not providing update information but I do appreciated being provided with a daily balance. This advising me if someone has used my card. I would recommend this card to anyone that was looking for alternate to direct deposit and checking account.

Trying to find the amount of funds I have left in my account is difficult because the phone reminder does not send it to my phone. I have tried to program it twice, but no luck. I have to go to a ATM to find the correct total. Also the card needs to be a thicker so it doesn’t bend in the wallet.

I have the Walmart MoneyCard for three years but after today I will be canceling this card for good. I don’t like for one how on the Walmart MoneyCard app it shows you places to go for free ATM withdraws but it STILL charges you ATM surcharge fees. I don’t how at ATM it says "no surcharge" and Walmart still charges you 2.50 anyway. I tried to pull $100 out of the ATM with a balance of 102.31, the ATM said I didn’t have enough in my account for the surcharge but the WALMART MONEYCARD STILL pulled the 2.50 out of my account then when I went to pull $80, it’s pulled another $2.50. I’m glad I check my receipts because it didn’t show anywhere in my account that $2.50 was pulled out twice!

I have had my card for over a year now and I love it. I have never been displeased by the terms and conditions of my card. It is easy to set up easy to use and the rewards are great. I would and have recommended it to friends and family and even coworkers.

I have had nothing but good experience since I have had my account. Everything works out great. I use the card for direct deposit and love when I have my money early and if I ever notice a charge I dont recognize I call them and they get to the bottom of it quickly.

Never had any problems! Always got my money on time or early, it’s really easy to use. Don’t have to deal with a chip or overdraft fees. Way better than having a bank, the app is really easy to use, see my balance anytime, save money.

I wish there were more locations for us to withdraw money without fees. There aren't enough Wal-Mart locations to pull from or when I do go into a location there are always long lines making this inconvenient. Perhaps a Wal-Mart ATM would be helpful.

I have no complaints, I use my card everywhere I go and I like the unlock and lock feature. The one thing I don't really care for is you can only put money on it at Walmart other than that I wouldn't change a thing about it.

The people who I spoke with were very helpful and understanding. They handled my situation with ease and gave all info that I asked for. I had to call twice as I had two separate issues. Both times it was a fast and easy process.

Can't get an loan with this card even though my work check goes on here every two weeks. Can't use it with Uber or Lyft. Is there any other way I can get an upgrade or better service with this card. Other than that I love Walmart card.

I like how they have 1 day early access of your paycheck through direct deposit. I also like it a lot that you can stash and unstash your own money. I use that quite a lot now. It helps out a lot. I would recommend this card to my family and friends to start them off before trying to get a bank account.

I am glad with my Walmart Money Card, I can get paid 2 days before from my payroll. I am getting my points to use later to pay the monthly fee. No problems with my cards and I like it. I really would like that the reload was free since is from Walmart and there is a monthly $5.00, that's all.

Love the app and my card, would be cool if you could add an option for design your own card, or have options to pick the color of your card/cards. Also if you could add a second account to the app instead of just one. I have two moneycards, for savings and emergency, be cool if I could access both in the same app. Also if it could be added to Apple pay. Other than that it's awesome. I love the stash option.

I love having my card and use it for paying bills to buying groceries. Have had my card for over 8 years and I recommend it to everyone I know. I can keep track of all my transactions on the computer and by phone.

I love having the WM debit card because I don't have to worry about direct deposit or sending money to other WMmoneycardholders when they need it quickly. I use the paper checks to pay bills and my card is accepted easily online and anywhere I usually shop or restaurants. Plus my payroll direct deposit is always early. Thanks!

Doesn’t let me send money and when I do it doesn’t re-burst my card because the money does not get send. It says disable and makes me send it three times and it’s getting annoying. What kind of app is this, barely accepting payment to PayPal or phone numbers but sending money out secretly.

I love the use and convenience of the card. I like the fact of direct deposit and being able to use your money centers in Walmart. Only improvement I might make is to have the chip on the card but I have no problems swiping it. I might also make a link to be able to report suspicious activity directly and instantly rather than the current way which takes a lot of time. I think that would help out your customers greatly. I really have no problems just some suggestions. Like I said I love the card, conveniences, and the cashback offers for using it at your stores. I give it 10 out of 10 being the best and I always promote your card to others.

I have no complaints about this card. Only thing would be nice for long time customers like me would be to have rewards. Love how quickly the funds deposited are available and how my paycheck is available 1 day prior to my paydate.

I just had my first direct deposit today and my card is locked for further review, I am really concerned that I won't have access to my funds and have a lot of bills to pay in the next day or so that are due. If this isn't resolved today I will be cancelling my account asap.

I like it for the most part, the monthly fee can be a big pain in the butt, but otherwise, it's great. I don't like that it's not viewed as an actual debit card but again it's not that big of a deal so overall it's pretty good.

I love using my MoneyCard for purchases, whether in-store or online with any retailer. It is super easy to use. I have direct deposit, so I have money available 2 days sooner than the rest of my paycheck that goes to my bank on payday. I love that it is accepted anywhere Visa is accepted. There are no usage fees, as long as you deposit at least $1000 each month, but if you don't it is still only $5. This card is so versatile and functional. It is made for people like me!

I put money on my Walmart MoneyCard once because I needed a prepaid credit card. I was paying for something. But I never use it. Then the other day, I wanted to put money on it and all of sudden, I got an overdraft fee on it. Still, I would recommend it to somebody.

The card works as it should. Helps us budget and it's nice to be able to see your cashback rewards. Also great how we get the money on there a day or two sooner than we typically get paid. Wish there were more incentives (like at gas stations or Sams Club partnerships.) Thank you!

I am happy with the card but the magnetic strip cracked easy and is now hard to scan at retailers. I like this card because it beats dealing with a bank and no lines to wait in to get the money to use.

I would give it a NEGATIVE -0 if I could. My name is Eric **, card ending in **. I had unauthorized transactions on my account, I reported it, and next thing you know. They blocked my card and my account. They asked for ID Verification and I submitted it and verified it. YET MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED AND CLOSED! I don't have access to my funds and that's all that I have. I will be going to the BBB and Attorney General's Office next with my complaint about Walmart MoneyCard. Once your card is blocked, you can't even speak with a agent through their customer service number. It's a BIG SCAM, yet they claim to protect their customers. IT'S A COMPLETE LIE!!

Love this card. Love Walmart period and all their products and just love customer service services. Keep up the good work. I am a very happy customer. When I have a problem I always go to the customer service desk and they take care of everything for me. Way to go Walmart Florence S.C.

My card experience has been wonderful. Especially when bills try to bill and there is no money available... there is no charge to cause me money problems. Direct deposit is a lot easier allowing me access to my money immediately. I have had no bad experiences with this card or my money. I hope there won't be no changes that affect my card use in the future.

Pros: Cashback. A debit card that does offer some kind of rewards, no matter how small the cash back on a debit account is a plus. Ease of access. Generally only carry cash when needed but having the money center open at my local store until 9pm is a plus. Card unlock. Adding the card lock feature as well as being able to set my own pin made this the best card for me. Cons: Certain experiences from the same employees at my local money center had me have to chose another store until that employee was no longer at the money center. Doesn’t work EVERYWHERE. This card isn’t accepted by Uber or Uber Eats. The only two places that I have experienced that wouldn’t. Which is only a minor inconvenience.

Why does it take so long for me to get my money. I mean a whole week is too long. But other than that I enjoy my Walmart MoneyCard. I would recommend this prepaid card to anybody! Just work on that uploading process and everything is all good with me????

I am very happy with my Walmart Moneycard and the ease of the Walmart website to track activity, along with the text alerts after each transaction. Automatic deposits and the Paypal interface work very well. I also appreciate the Vault feature. I haven't had any reason to dispute a transaction but the process instructions tell me that I would probably be frustrated by the time delays. In the beginning, my balance appeared on receipts which I did not like, but that has changed -- so thank you. I am a happy customer :-).

For the most part, everything is good; my only issue is that Samsung Pay and Android Pay will not accept the account, even though Samsung states that Green Dot Bank is accepted. I believe Google Pay is not accepting, as well.

It's a affordable prepaid card service. It has good features. I like it because it's convenient. It has worked everywhere I have tried to use it. I think a new look and design will be great. But all in all it's a good prepaid card.

I have had a great experience with the Walmart MoneyCard. The only issue I have had is using it with Redbox with online payment. And well, my card got bent... but it is still usable. Thank you for your services.

It would be great to have cards with rewards. Also more atm locations with no fees. Some different look on cards, different designs etcetera would be a nice. The ability to earn cash back or points, some sort of bonus would be extremely helpful. Those are our main ideas to make the card and service better than it is right now.

I have no troubles using my card. I like that my pay is on it a day before. The only thing I don't like is that, one week it's on at 4am, then another it will 530 am. I enjoy the convenience of the card. It's good that the card can't be overdrafted.

I have had a problem getting a new card. It is cracked and I need a new one and customer support hasn't helped me at all. I need a new card. And it is about to expire in a few months and I need the card extended. And customer support is no help on that either.

I love that it has an option to put your money in sort of a savings and that gives you the chance to win cash prizes, I also like how you get a percentage of money back on anything spent in Walmart or at a Murphy's gas station.

I have had the MoneyCard for about a year and a half, and have not had any negative experiences aside from the length of time it takes to mobile deposit a check. I appreciate the absolute control over your money and your card, knowing exactly when things will come out. Nothing is ever a surprise.

Love my card and account but why are there not chips in them yet? I would love to have the card with the chip. It seems more secure than a regular card. I love the stash feature. This helps me save money for things without having a separate account.

I wish the card was accepted by more places. Chase Bank and car rental places, for example, don't take the account and that can really get in the way when you're out of town and need a car rental. Or are trying to make a car payment when your bank doesn't have a physical location near you.

I am beyond pissed off with the Walmart MoneyCard and their customer service reps over the phone. I ordered a card online and got the routing number and account number from an account 5 years ago sent to me so I got my direct deposit sent to that not knowing they opened up another account and only sent me a card for that one, so all my money got put on a card that I didn't even receive, I have had 2 checks go into the account which they will not let me access, and have had 3 different reps tell me lies about when my card with money on it will arrive, I am now getting hit with hundreds of dollars in late fees from bills.

I had a tax preparer do my taxes. She ordered the card, gave me the log in info and after that I’d never heard from her, I’d never received the card. I log in to find that thousands of dollars have been spent and I call Walmart MoneyCard, customer service number, doesn’t work at all. I’ve been calling for weeks and it seems as if they shut their customer service down. Don’t use them.

Half the people can't speak English. They charge you for using a NO Surcharge ATM. They hang up on you when they can't answer your questions. I rather deal with a face to face English speaking person. Never TF again!!!!

All the above are my experiences so far. Great product. Great service. Secure transactions. Secure ID with the Walmart MoneyCard. So far my experiences have been completely positive. So far no data breach security concerns. So far no Identity Theft concerns. The transactions are processed correctly. No mystery fees, charges, taxes, etc. I like the cash back feature.

Updated on 06/19/2019: Walmart's MoneyCard resolution team stated they tried to reach me do I called them at the number and ext. they provided. The agent stated my second request had been denied already even though it hadn't even been ten days since I had sent paperwork so they hadn't received it. She asked me to fax it and they would reopen the dispute. I faxed the paperwork and called a few days later and spoke with a very rude man who said he had no access to fax. He stated I would have to email it in. He didn't respond to my question of why then was I given a fax number? So now I am going to email the information in. Is this a ridiculous merry go round or what?

My fiance just had a baby and her job provided her with a loan that was deposited on my card. The day after it hits my card gets blocked. I called and was told to provide mine and her driver's license and something from her job stating the deposit was hers and the amount. We provided all these documents. It was only supposed to take 2 business days. It is going on a week. Block is still on there. They keep saying my documents are invalid and just rude. We have sent in exactly what they asked for. I am very dissatisfied, that money was to help make sure my 2 kids had what they needed while the mother of my children was on maternity leave.

I've moved and gotten a new phone number but can't change my information to be able to continue to use this card. I guess I'll need to get another card. It has been easy to use and has never been refused for any purchase.

The only thing that I recommend improving on is the fact that I cannot load money onto my card anywhere but Walmart or through direct deposit. It would be nice to be able to buy a card or pay with a different card to load my Walmart debit card with additional funds without having to go into Walmart to do it.

I'm very pleased with the Wal-Mart MoneyCard except when I can't find an ATM that will let me withdraw. I like getting paid early though. It's just like using a real bank card. Just wish it would let me stop payments.

I love getting cash back yearly for shopping at Walmart. It would be great if this was offered at other retailers as well. Also, I'm unable to use my card for certain subscriptions which is frustrating. I'm unable to send money over Facebook. I'm unable to use this card at phone store as well and I really want a new phone!

The Walmart money card is so easy to use, because it is accepted anywhere that the "Visa" logo is excepted. I like to use my card for online shopping, because I can any load any amount needed, and I able to keep my most of my personal and banking I formation private.

I feel it's the safest card you can have. When you buy something I just put a little more than I need just in case there a scam. Whenever I go on vacation I just load my WalMart card. But I wished it would work international. I go to Mexico every year but most of the time it won't work. But otherwise I think it's the safest credit card you can have. Most of my kids have that credit card as well and many of my friends and family also got one after I explained how well it protects you from really getting scammed. I will have one the rest of my Life.

You very good at keeping track of my transactions. Wish my card more secure. Would like to know it safe to use my card online. That there be fraud and theft protection. Other than that I think the card is okay. Thank you.

I'm very satisfied with my Walmart money card I get direct deposit early like it states and it's easy to use. I love that there's an app that helps you keep track of your money and spending. There are also other perks to having the Walmart money card such as cash back you get a percentage of cash back when you shop at Walmart.

I never receive text messages for deposits. When I call I have to enter my full account number and full social security number. It is a pain in the ** and I'm looking to switch companies. With the fees charged statement should be issued.

I love my card and the perks of having it! The only negative thing is that the card isn't very durable. I would like it if the card itself was a little bit stronger and would last a little more than 3 months.

When I moved I had a hard time changing my address and phone number. It told me to apply for another card but I have direct deposit and would have to go through a long process to change d/p to another.

It is convenient and efficient. I don't like paying the monthly $3 charge. The card is accepted everywhere. I have not had an issue with the card, I use it to book hotel rooms, rent vehicles and make online purchases.

I have liked everything about this card and the convenience has been awesome. BUT when I took some money to WALMART to load onto my card they charged me 3 dollars. That's insane. I'm already paying a monthly fee for the card and I went out of my way to go to WALMART and load money and I get charged 3 dollars. Unacceptable!!!

It is very easy to get a card. I use it for direct deposit. For work as well as income tax. I have never had a problem with either. (Also I would receive my paycheck two days before everyone else that was the nice.) I always tell people they should get a Walmart card.

Wrote and called about unauthorized use of my card. Was supposed to be refunded and still have not gotten my money back. Over $100 taken from my account. Had to get new card. Have not gotten a call updating me or anything, all I want is my money refunded back.

It’s a great way to hold and use money. Just wish it was accepted at more places like Uber eats and Apple Pay. Other than that great card, the 2 days before break helps out sometimes. Maybe have the customizable?

Since receiving my Wal-Mart debit card, I have had mostly good experiences. Customer service is always very helpful and respectful. The app is super easy to access and operate, especially the vault to help you save money. Not only do you save, but you're entered in sweepstakes for a chance to win money for saving!!! Only problem I've had is the false advertisement of free withdraws from any Wal-Mart atm. On the package my card came in, it explained any Wal-Mart atm allowed me to get a balance inquiry and withdraw with no charge. Now I have to go out of my way to purchase something for cash back. This is overall a great card!

Like service... Adds my deposits on time... Allows me to pay my bills on time without having to mail them... I have no personal bank accounts, so Money Card Debit Card allows me to withdraw money, for a small fee, anytime 24 hours a day... 7 days a week.

Honestly I feel as a customer like I’m being robbed. I shouldn’t have to pay a fee to use a Walmart ATM. If in fact it’s a contracted ATM in all locations Walmart should fix this. Soon I will rid the card because I see no beneficial usage at this point.

My experience overall has been positive. I have request a replacement card as my card is bent almost in half but I have not yet received it. Can someone help with that request as I have not received it or an update?

I use my card mainly to transfer cash between accounts since my bank is not located close to me. It is a simple process and works well. The only issue I have is the daily limits with the transfer. It could take days to get money transferred because you can only move 500 at a time. This can be frustrating at times. But other than that the service works well.

The only issue I have ever had was disputing a transaction but haven't had any issues lately. But haven't had any issues recently. I really like where I can lock my card when it is not in use. Really nice.

I've been using the MoneyCard for nearly a year now and absolutely LOVE the ease of use, reload and access to cash accessibility. Has just about all the features most BIG BANKS offer minus most of the issues with fees and overdraft related charges. I've never had to deal with customer service, which speaks VOLUMES, as I've never had to call over some ludicrous overdraft charge or hidden fee (usually caused by the bank itself not reflecting certain charges in as close to real time as possible. Tracking money on plastic vs paper can get tricky if funds withdrawals are delayed especially if the bank takes a few days to reflect pending transactions, which has been my prior issue with other banks). The App is user friendly as offers A LOT of very useful features.

It's ok. Could be better. I only uses it for son to get direct deposit cause he's not old enough for his own card. Having to log in and get a verify each time you log in is not cool. Time wasting when you're trying to check balance.

My tax check was deposited into my account April 24, 2019. A block was put on my account because you guys claim that you all needed a check stub for an IRS Tax refund check (which isn't possible because it's a Federal Income Tax Check) so I proceeded to go get all the possible paper from the IRS building in Indianapolis, IN and also all possible paperwork from H&R Block (which is who sent the deposit) and still the block remained so I then called customer service to request that the deposit be sent back to who the deposit came from. Here it is June 5, 2019 Walmart Moneycard is still holding my money, taking their fees and there is still a block on my Walmart MoneyCard and also my Walmart MoneyCard account and you have yet to return the deposit back to who sent it so they can handle the situation properly. My boyfriend card was compromised on the 16th of May for $494 and some change. We filed a dispute the same day we found out it the money was stolen from his account. They said that We would have to wait for a dispute packet in the mail and that could take 3 to 5 business days. Which it took almost 10 business days for us to receive it in the mail. So finally on the eighth day we received the dispute packet in the mail and we filled it out as soon as possible and faxed it to them the same day we receive the dispute packet. Someone spent almost five hundred dollars at a gas! Station!!!! We have found out that the dispute was denied the same day we sent off the fax!!! How can you all Investigate the transactions that were placed in one day. That’s just impossible to me. And we filed a appeal and they said it can take up to 90 DAYS!!! To get his money back which is unacceptable!! We just got pay on the 15th of May!!!!

Overall I would have given 5 stars but card security is a huge factor for me and verification of purchases is a big factor in keeping a customer safe from fraud. Furthermore transaction history should show a detailed location of purchase history such as location and address of purchase.

Everything Keeps improving as years go by! Overall very satisfied. Online bill pay very easy! Checks need to be more reasonable and more checks! I do like the cash back saving. ATM withdrawals without charging to take out my own money out! Overall experience very good.

I have no issues using my Wal-Mart money card. My paycheck is deposited onto it and I get paid a day earlier. It's fast and easy to use. I can pay bills or shop online whenever I want. The fees for withdrawing money aren't outrageous either. It's all around a good alternative to having a bank account.

Yes my experiences with it have been all right except for that at some gas stations do not accept the card. The main gas stations that I have problems are Casey’s but other than that it’s easy to use and easy to put money on.

I love my Walmart Money card more than my bank card. It truly helps me save money with the vault feature. The money transfer feature protects my money from being drawn out before I am aware. Plus I never get overdraft fees.

My experience has been good so far. I haven't had the card too long but it's by far the one of the best pre-paid card I've had. I love the no fee for Walmart associates. I enjoy getting paid two day earlier.

Overall, my experience is pretty good. I just would like it to connect with money transfer apps like cashapp, Venmo etc... If you guys add that to your services it would be 5 stars for me. But for that specific reason I’ll be looking into a regular bank.

The early deposits are the only reason I’ve kept the card. There shouldn’t be a monthly fee. There are a lot of other cards out there with no monthly fees, a variety of places to reload, and cheaper fees. I’m going to switch soon as I take the time to sign up.

I enjoy using this card. It helps me keep up with my spending and I also get cash back when I spend at Walmart which I do a lot just wish that wait for it was shorter and more. But other than that I love the services and would definitely recommend friends and family to use this card.

I like that I get my money days before the payday. I like the rewards that you get for using the card at Walmart store. I don't like that place don't take prepaid cards. But other than that is a good card.

I have had no problems with my card. I use it to pay bills, shop online and purchase gas. It keeps track of my purchases so I don't have to. Much better than a checking account. It is easy to use and much safer than carrying around cash. I would highly recommend it.

Overall I really enjoy my card. I like getting my direct deposits early. I love its ease. And I love earning cash back and having the vault to save. The only thing I would change is the ability to set up EFTs to pay rent using the routing and acct. Number. It would save me additional tees each month with my rental agency if I were able to pay that way.

The people at Crookston Walmart are very friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile. The workers are quick to help when they are staffed to do so. My only complaint is I don't usually spend under $50 each time I go, and sometimes I'm there 3 times in a day lol.

Wow.. I've spent half a day on the phone trying to talk to someone with a pulse. What I got was a lot of double talk and manure. So now I have a temporary card that works during a person to person sale. Why, do you ask gentle reader? I guess it's my southern accent that the automated system can't, quite understand. My information is unverifiable (if that's even a word). So I'm stuck with a hunk of plastic that was a good idea at the time. Word to the wise. Don't mess up your information.

The Walmart MoneyCard has truly been great. Easier then dealing with a bank and without the minimum balances. Also direct deposit was super easy to setup and now I no longer have to deal with banks at all, and by setting up the direct deposit it waives my monthly fee making this card The CARD OF ALL CARDS.

Very convenient. Good customer service. Used my card for almost 10 years now and prefer it to a bank. There were some charges I didn't make a few years ago and my money was refunded to me in full. I use it to pay bills and have my paycheck direct deposited on it.

I love the Walmart card I can cash checks at any Walmart have it loaded to my card. I never have overdraft. The app. is super easy to work and I love that I can have a savings too. All the things I need a bank for and I don't have to deal with a bank.

My experience has been good using the direct deposit and paying bills with my Walmart MoneyCard. I also like that you get deals using the card at Walmart. I like the blue color of the card. It's easy to identify the card in my wallet when I am in a hurry. It also has cheap monthly fees...

I’ve been using the Walmart MoneyCard for about 1.5 years now. I had a bad report on my Chex systems profile and wasn’t able to open an account anywhere else. I’m in a much better position financially now but I continue to use the MoneyCard because of it’s convenience and app features. The Walmart “bank” (customer service area) has awesome hours! It’s open late and on the weekends so depositing checks and making withdrawals is easier to do no matter my work schedule. The app provides notifications when my card is used and when my direct deposit hits my account. The “savings vault” incentives me to safe more money. I earn cash back on Walmart purchases. The swipe to see balance option makes it quick to check where I am at after paying bills. Overall I rate the cash app a solid 5/5 stars!

Good to have I can check my balance quickly it notifies me when I make a purchase and how much I have left I also get my check a couple days earlier I like this card I will in fact recommend this to my friends.

I love my MoneyCard because it is easy to use for food, gas, and other purchases. Some merchants, however, do not accept it as payment such as motels because they say it takes too long for them to receive their payment from the MoneyCard bank.

I really like the card. No overdrafting, many locations, the cash back is small but nice if you forget about it and need a few bucks. My main complaint is the fact that it is not supported by many institutions as far as sending or receiving money such as apps like Venmo and the like. It's act like a bank account. I have direct deposit but I wish it had all the functions of a real bank card.

I tried to rent a car using my Wal-Mart MoneyCard. When arriving to pick up the cat I was informed because it's a prepaid card I could not rent the car. I was charged $76 and never got a car. Customer care tells me I have to wait until July 27 to possibly get my money back. WHAT KIND OF hogwash IS THIS. Then I asked to speak to supervisor and she said she didn't have one. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I WILL WITHDRAW MY MONEY off this card and tell you all Stay away from buying the card. No customer service at all no supervisor and a mistake makes you and your money the Victim. It's a pathetic outfit. Stay away.

I got this card on April 22. I thought all cards at Walmart were the same and you get the personalized one in the mail. My card is no longer working and I have been told I can only use MY money online. The customer service said I only have the non-reloadable temporary card. Aren't all cards temporary until you get the other one?? Extremely upset over this. They can’t even let me have a personalized card so I can have access to my money. Since it says “Walmart Money Card” on the package, how exactly are you supposed to know you can only make online purchases???

Happy with card except for the reload fee. If needing to pay bills online and only have cash I don't feel it to be necessary to charge me to reload my own card. The monthly maintenence fee should cover that cost.

Just wanted say that I love Wal-Mart money card. I’ve had my card for almost a year. I love how you can earn cash back. Love how there is no hidden fees and that you can not overdraft. Overall great service.

While a traditional banking institution checking account comes with checkbook and notary availability, I almost never use either service enough to justify the service fees. My favorite features of my Walmart MoneyCard are that I get my payroll direct deposited 5 days earlier than with a traditional bank and that I have full control over the card from the Walmart MoneyCard app on my phone. The ability to "Stash" money and make it voluntarily unavailable for access is also a huge plus. I have been using my Walmart MoneyCard for almost a year and plan to be using it for years to come. Keep up the good work GreenDot!

I really like everything this banking system has to offer. It meets all of my needs and very helpful. I can order stuff offline without a problem. I can upload money really simple as well as get money. My cards accepted most places.

Someone did more than one transaction on my Wal-Mart Debit MoneyCard 2 weeks ago and this transaction took place in Orlando FL. AND I live in San Antonio. I reported it to Green Dot bank and I was told to write a letter disputing the transaction and the location and how much was taken from me. I wrote the letter. This morning I recently a email [Sunday 6-19] saying my dispute has been denied. WHY WHY WHY???? I give details over the phone to Green Dot bank. The same details were written in the letter. What more do you want. They should go and find the person or persons who took my money and ask them to write the details. Green Dot should honor my deputes and please return my money. I work hard to pay my bill on time Just to have some LOW LIFE push some numbers and take my money.

Have had 4 direct deposits made to my account I opened with Walmart MoneyCard. I was charged the fee for a new card and was told it was mailed out. I am now on day 17 and have not received my card and can't access my money. I called to complain and the only option provided after verifying they have the right address is to cancel this card they say they sent me and I never received, and be CHARGED AGAIN for another card which will be another 7-10 days. The only people who have had access to my account is Walmart MoneyCard or Green Dot Bank. I have 2 cards. WHY CAN'T THEY TRANSFER MY DAMN MONEY to the other card!?? You can't access your money without a card. I am seeking legal help and contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I love this card. Would recommend this card to everyone. It gives me three extra days before everyone else so I love it. My experience with debit cards has not been a good one until I got my Walmart card and now my experience is excellent.

My experience with my Walmart money card, is great. I receive my funds in a timely manner. I don't have a hard time taking money off the card. I also don't have a hard time putting money onto the card. It's a wonderful experience.

I like the low fees and no overdraft they have. It's easy to uses online and I like the fact that all transactions don't pend for too long and go through quickly. I also like the bonus they gave me when I first signed up.

I love it. It's everything a bank isn't. They do more than most and you get paid early. What's not to love seriously. Not one issue and if I need help the app is easy and guides you to where you need to go. Customer service is flawless.

I will never use or recommend Walmart MoneyCard to anybody. It's been two weeks now since I got the card and used it to pay my credit card for 1000 dollars. The payment was denied and I havent received my money back in the account. Every time I call they say it's still pending. This is very unfair. I have bills to pay. I've been stressed, I cried like I dont know what to do. One day I called and was put on hold for almost 2 hours. I am never ever going to use it again. Biggest mistake I made.

I love my card. Just wish when an ATM said surcharge free that it was actually free. Other than that the card and account are fantastic! I would definitely suggest to many people. I've never had to call customer service for anything which makes it that much better!

I love the Walmart debit card. If you don’t have money on it, you can’t spend it!! Easy to load & pay for things online or in the store. Just wish you could use it at more gas pumps. Love how you can personalize your card.

Why do I get charge a monthly fee when 3k is being deposited every month? Overall I love my card and the benefits. But to pay $36 a year is a bit much. Love the online features. Money transfers... I don’t like this survey, you are forcing people to write more stuff when there is nothing to state.

Take too long for check to deposit on app and I need my funds now. Should have not did it on app. If I knew it was going to take a week for it to clear through your system. You guys really need to fix this asap.

I have never had an issue with my Walmart Money Card and utilize it almost daily for purchases. The card is accepted everywhere I typically shop and is much easier and more convenient than carrying cash. The Walmart Money Card is easy to make money transfers and I can make deposits to the card at any Walmart.
