I'm old enough to have requested and obtained several loans in my life. Compared to most others Upgrade was a very easy, simple process. Everything was explained in detail before I committed to any funds being accepted. I would gladly advise anyone needing some extra cash or help in refinancing choose this route.

Very easy process. I have decent credit and good income so I got a good interest rate and fast approval after I uploaded documents - same day. Funds were in my bank 24-48 hours after approval. Exceeded my expectations! I am impressed with the customer service and I will do business with Upgrade again if needed.

Upgrade approved me for a Triple Cash Reward card within minutes. It didn't stop there, they also pre-approved me for a Credit Card Refinance loan which I took advantage of a couple of days later. I had amazing credit back in my day. But unfortunately, my income dropped, like most people these last few years. I have been doing my best to repair and negotiate with creditors. Thanks to companies like Upgrade, I have been adding new lines to my credit and on my way back.

After being a customer for almost 2 years and always paying my loans on time my credit lines were decreased significantly. All of my available credit was taken away on both lines. So I checked my credit scores today and they were 680, 679, and 675 respectively. No clue why they did this. This totally takes away the sole purpose of a credit line. Hoping after they read this they will swiftly reinstate my available credit or better yet increase my credit lines. If not I will probably just pay both off at the end of this month and shop around for a new lender that can provide me with better open credit lines.

It’s been the easiest and quickest loan experience!! Upgrade paid Credit Card balance. Transfers was quick and they put rest of loan money in my account, My credit card payment was cut in half, so was the amount of interest I am paying.

The reference for this loan was obtained through Credit Karma. That said, having underestimated the moving cost, I had applied for an additional loan which was not approved. Again, I had applied on the basis of Credit karma information suggesting a positive result. If I recall correctly, when I initially applied, seeking $28.000, it seems to me you were offering up to $33,000.00.

I must say that this was one of the simplest application processes ever. Even as easy as just applying for a CC. GRANTED through Credit Karma where offered. I have an excellent rating and standing. After applying I recover an email and I needed to send government ID and do face scan to prove identity. EASY PEASY.

Received 10k dollar loan to combine all my credit cards. This lowered my interest rates 2/3. My average interest rate was 27 percent and now it's around 9% with one low payment. They put the leftover money in my bank and I paid off the smaller ones from that. I only owe for this loan and that is it.

I had to verify my bank numerous time and had to be on a 3 way call with me several times.. after the wrong routing number was used. Citibank kicked the funds back then it became process to get my funds resent back.. Even with a new routing number. I had to go back thru the process again.. I shouldn’t had to wait a whole week to get my funds back. Very disappointing. I almost canceled the loan cause I kept getting the run around.

I was amazed at the quick turnaround. I had some problems with logging in to finish the application. One email to support, one phone call and quickly problem resolved, finished application and was funded. If not for the one minor hang up, it would have been flawless. The technical problem was that the login page didn't accept or recognize the auto fill. Once I manually keyed it in, voila it worked, and now accepts the auto fill.

The loan process was fast and easy. Five stars. Truly recommend. The money was deposited the following day. The only thing I had to upload was a bank statement to show my direct deposit. This loan help home from paying 33% interest to 15% interest. Big difference.

Great rates, simple transaction. Only downside was you had to open an acct for their credit union which I don't see the point but all in all a fair and quick way to consolidate my credit card bills to a much lower rate. Don't think twice...just do it!
