I can honestly say it is amazing working with Upgrade. Very easy to apply and able to payoff some high interest credit cards. Being able to pay off credit cards gets me out of debt earlier and on track to retirement. I wish I would have found Upgrade sooner than I did, but at least I did find them and they gave me the opportunity to get back on track. Thank you.

This company is absolutely amazing. It may seem like it's high interest but it's not and is very affordable. I will always recommend this company to friends and family for any needs they may need met financially, customer service is great.

When you don't get a headache over a loan that was simple quick and fast and they had online help to help you process your application if you needed them. The app is so easy to understand and when you can choose the date you want to make your payment were awesome.

Payments are not posted as quick as the bank pays out. Reps say it can take up to 1 week to 10 days for it to show on account. Payment and available credit should be updated, other cards can show next day.

The funds to my bank account were deposited 24 hours later, and the payments to my cards processed within a few days. Happy to pay down some higher interest cards and have 1 simple payment, a couple hundred less than I was making paying the cards individually.

The thing I liked most about this loan was the qualifying process. Super easy and I didn't have to talk to anyone on the phone. All online and had my money the next business day after being approved. The interest rate was a bit high but expected with non perfect credit.

My only complaint would be that if you’re late to pay it will show you when your NEXT payment is due. Slightly deceiving if you can’t remember if you’ve made a payment for that month or not.

Upgrade pre-approved me really fast with my offers and the only main thing I had an issue with is trying to get picture of photo id in the spot where it tells you to launch camera. Had to take picture of id and send it by email. Confirmed and verified everything next business and said I would get a email within 1 to 4 days after final review to tell you if loan was completely approved and by next morning said I got email and by next day after that money was in my bank account. Took a total of 3 days and so far I'm really happy.

Forcing someone to sign up for a bank account that you have no interest in getting just to get a loan is ridiculous. There is a reason why I got an account where I bank at and not at the one you force people to use to just get a loan. Who cares if they fund part of the loan. We sign up for a loan not another bank account.

I have "autopay" OFF in my account, I have screenshots. And I had called this credit card company 2 months prior to turn it off, they confirmed it, I confirmed it. I made a 10 day prior to 'monthly due date', and they took their monthly payment 4 days after. A debit/payment they were not authorized to take, as autopay was off! They actually stole the un-designated-autopay, from me. If any of other vendors with my bank account access did this, well. They did. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU.

Once your process is approved they deposit the funds directly into your bank account. Customer service is helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have had multiple loans.
