I was approved for my loan in September 2022. I received funds the next day in my bank account. The majority of my loan was to pay off a loan (70%). I was told those funds from my loan company were returned to Upgrade and I would received them in my bank account to pay off the loan myself, which was fine. This took almost 8 weeks, several phone calls to Upgrade and several emails. During this time, payments were deducted from my bank account although I still didn't have 70% of my funds! I am very disappointed with the customer service since I was told with every phone call that the funds would be in my account in 1 to 4 days! I was told this 3 times over a 6 week period. It wasn't until I threatened to stop payments on the loan that I then received my funds! Finally, in the second week of November I received the funds!!! Certainly not a way a company should do business!

I would recommend Upgrade to all my friends and family. They are extremely the best company to help me to increase my credit score. It was a real easy and quick process. They offer so many benefits. Thank you Upgrade!

I am very upset with Upgrade card services. I was approved on 8-3-21 with $250 welcome bonus. I activated the card on 8- 16-21, months go by on 5-19-22 called, make 3 payments and good, well 4 payments later no bonus, called 4 times, just got runaround.

I have received only part of my loan. When will I get the remaining money from the Upgrade? I have not received the 2300 or 2500 rest of my loan that I applied for. When will I get the remaining amount so I can finish paying the rest of the payment that I was getting.

In June 2022, I opened an account (debit and credit cards) with Upgrade because they had a $400 welcome bonus with the requirement of using the debit card 3 times in a certain number of weeks. Nobody informed me that I had to use my credit card at least once to qualify for the bonus. And believe me, if someone had told me I would have used it not once but multiple times because I went on a road trip for 5 weeks across US and Canada in the summer. And no, I didn't read the requirements online because I trusted the Upgrade employee on the phone.

The experience was guick and easy. I apply for the loan on the 6th of September and got approved within 3 days and the money was in my account within 1 business day. Just make sure you have everything. Would highly recommend friends and family. And I like that you can speak to someone in customer service and they nice and very helpful.

Initially it said online that money would be deposited 24hours but it’s actually about 72 hours later. It was still ok, I spoke with someone and she clarified that it will actually be 1-4 business days before the deposit was actually in the account and I would get an email for confirmation.

I’m happy that I qualified. I’m unhappy because I had to take the higher amount option. I wanted Upgrade to pay my creditors directly, but it only accepted Visa or Mastercard. It did not accept my personal loan company either. So I had to pay a higher fee because I couldn’t direct pay & $3750.

But the only problem is that the fee is high! Upgrade should look at this and reduce the fee amount. It takes you from the amount you apply for to a lower amount. Just received card in last 30 days. Appreciate Credit limit increase. I was surprised to find that card is easily read by scanners at checkout. I was paying cash when the scanner scanned my card while it was in my wallet which raised some concerns. Charges were reversed. I plan to only carry when I plan to use it to prevent fraudulent charges.
