I had a great experience working with Upgrade. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and the company did everything they said they would do and more. The communication was clear, the terms were exactly as promised, and I felt supported throughout the entire transaction. It is rare to find a company that actually exceeds expectations, but Upgrade managed to do just that. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional experience.

I'm speechless. The flawless workflow on their website made me feel confident in what I doing. Information was readily available for question I had and probably the most amazing part of the experience was it only taking 18hrs from the time I applied until the funds hit my banking institution. ABSOLUTELY BRAVO. 👏 Interest was a little higher than I expected but they did offer a reduced rate if I had them pay a certain percentage directly to my debtors themselves but I was at work and didnt have the ability to aquire all my account numbers, etc. So, I just applied as it was. I needed the funding fast as I had arranged a reduced balance with all my creditors pending payment within days at that time. Maybe they will refinance the loan or offer a promotion her in the near future but I am still a satisfied customer and soon to be a lifelong member.

My payment posted quickly, which gave me peace of mind and made managing my account much simpler. One feature I especially appreciated was the option to pay off credit cards directly through Upgrade. The process was quick, straightforward, and convenient. It made consolidating and paying down my debt feel much more manageable. My only suggestion would be to add more credit card companies to the direct-pay list, since that would make an already great service even more useful. Overall, I am very pleased with Upgrade and would recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, efficient lending and debt-payoff experience.

I was just approved for my second loan with Upgrade where I have experienced quick approvals; however, I want to highlight a couple situations in their approval policy that has left me baffled. The first loan I applied for was under $2K which was paid off pretty quickly, but before paying it off, I needed a larger loan to complete a landscape project. During this time, I received a "pre-approval for $45" from Upgrade but was denied because I had not paid off my first loan. When I asked why send me a pre-approval and deny me credit, Upgrade cited that I could not have two existing loans with them. I was able to get the loan I needed through American Express, problem solved.

I recently used Upgrade to consolidate my credit card debt, and the whole process was incredibly easy. From applying to getting funded, everything was quick and straightforward. Their rates were competitive compared to other debt consolidation lenders and definitely better than the interest rates on my credit cards. One thing I really liked was that they paid off my credit cards electronically instead of mailing paper checks like many traditional lenders. That made the process much faster and more convenient. Overall, I had a great experience with Upgrade. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking to consolidate their debt.

The process is easy. I was OK with the high interest. But over $2000 in loan fees PLUS over $7000 in interest? I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH HOW POORLY THE LOAN FEES WERE COMMUNICATED. I feel ripped off.

Borrowed 4000. Received 1853.60. I was supposed to have rest go to another loan but has been over a week. Still not showing.

Upgrade charges a one-time origination fee of 1.85% to 9.99% of the loan amount, which is automatically deducted from your loan proceeds before the funds are sent to you. Borrowed 13.000. Upgrade took $771.00. Sent $12,229. Upgrade paid themselves $771.00 of your money for processing the loan. That seems excessive and sharkish. Read everything, you can the real documents are not formatted to download and are not readable. If you use this service go with very small loans. $5,000 or less.

I have always had a great experience with Upgrade. I have 2 of their credit cards and an installment loan. I have been a customer for over 6 years. I am a return customer for installment loans for home remodeling and help with paying off other bills. The loan process is always quick and goes through smoothly. I recommend them. R

Everything about this process was quick and smooth. The funds were distributed in less than two business days and I was able to lower my monthly payments on my debts immediately. The website is very easy to navigate as well. So far I'm very happy with my experience.

We have used Upgrade under its former iterations. It has always been easy to enroll and get really good deals in terms of interest rates. The reason I don't give it a 5 Star is because I think our previous record and credit rating should have enabled us to get an even better rate. Due to my dissapointment I might go a different route if I again have the need to borrow quickly.
