We refinanced our home!! Very satisfied with our agent was very helpful,, It was quick and fast and easy to do! He was easy to work with, very friendly!! And answered every one of our questions!! The paperwork and everything went smoothly online!! Very satisfied with everything.

Great crew of people to work with. Jesse ** was the best! He walked me thru all the steps, and was very friendly. I couldn't ask for a better guy. The crew also made sure I got all information I needed to submit my forms. They either informed me by email, text, or called me which made everything easy.

Process was easy. Updates in my account on the Rocket Mortgage site were very organized and helpful. Also the Rocket Mortgage Rep Alex **, was very helpful. He outlined the pros and cons of the options, was always available for my calls and was very friendly. I really appreciate Alex's help and the ease of doing business with Rocket.

From the start of the loan it started out great. Then we found out right near closing we needed a water test. If we'd known sooner the process wouldn't have been so stressful. We also are having had a terrible time getting our accounts paid off.. Our checks that were mailed to us went right back in the mail and as certified mail. All creditors have received the checks but are not processing them. Very frustrating when this all could have been done electronically. Now I need to make payments to the accounts to cover this month's payments. Then wait 15 days for them to process and release the funds, Then wait to another 15 days to receive our overpayment by mail. There has to be a better way to handle all this. You also only need one agent to handle the loan from start to finish. We were a little confused towards the end of the loan having to resubmit paperwork we had already submitted to another agent.

Communication and speed was fantastic from beginning to end of this process. All parties I spoke with via email or phone were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend your company over my local large bank any day. I started the process with another local bank and the communication was lacking. Understanding of my situation was not understood as well.

I was refinancing a loan with Rocket (Quicken) from a loan that I have already had with them for over a decade. Everything went fairly smoothly until I was notified I was ready for closing... At the last second, I was given an additional inspection (inner part of the roof) that needed to be completed. The closing team was very unhelpful in determining exactly what was needed and why. I had to reach back out to somebody I was dealing with earlier in my refinance to get help. While things worked out in the end it is confusing how something that has been a part of my home for over 15 years (drywall in the garage) would need to be re-inspected in order to close a mortgage with the EXACT same company that already finances my property... And the people who were requesting the information couldn't tell me what exactly was needed.

I appreciate Shane’s work in giving us the options that worked the best for us, especially when things changed. We had help when we needed it all through the process. We had all of the options that we needed. I appreciated that they looked at a cash out refinance and knew it wasn’t best for us and then found an option that was good for us.

All went smoothly, online and direct communications with all parties. Quick response, review went smoothly, checks happened quickly, date for closure was almost immediate, again went smoothly. Then review took just a few days. All communications happened online from that point with distribution of monies being on time and correct.

I was very pleased with our experience with Rocket Mortgage. The process was easy and straightforward. The communication was clear and timely. The communication with the closing department was poor. I needed to close as soon as possible. I submitted documents on a Monday and the closing department did not know that I had done so until Thursday. I had to call the closing department to see what the hold up was.

Great service from start to finish, everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and professional. My questions and concerns were answered and I felt that they were there to help me through the whole process. This was my 3rd interaction with Rocket and things have gotten pretty bad. Rocket already had my home loan yet there were multiple issues. I was asked for the same information over and over, my appraiser was an absolute rookie and said my roof was leaking, and I was told that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the roof inspection (which was not needed) and was never shown where the repayment was before or during the closing. The water stains in the attic are the same stains that were there when we originally purchased the home through Rocket. We have not refinished the attic because we have not needed the space.

If you may have a hardship during your loan with them, they have absolutely no resolutions that prevent your credit from being impacted whatsoever!!! They are all about their bottom dollar only!!! So if you are a person who may have some kind of financial issue, they are not the way to go!!!! I wouldn’t recommend at all. Signed a current unfortunate customer.

The process was thorough and the pressure was taken off of me. Everything was taken care of and it was much appreciated. The notary came to me and everything was taken care of and shortly after the signing the funds were in my account. The process went very smoothly and I was very happy with the process.

I was totally pleased with how fast and professional Rocket was in completing our loan. We had been stuck for 2 months with another lender who kept saying they were getting our loan done but never did. After a member of my family was charged with a crime, unable to protect himself, my wife and I decided to pay his bail, and legal fees forcing us to draw heavily on our credit card accounts to a point where we were in jeopardy of losing our home. Rocket mortgage loan officer Gaetano ** and his team worked tirelessly with us to find a solution over a matter of months so that we could stay in our home and pay off the credit debt that put our home and wellbeing at risk. Everything went well until time for title and seems Title was never done correctly when loan was originally done so it took twice as long to complete through no fault of myself or my husband. That would have been on Quicken/Rocket and it was very frustrating for us to have to do extra steps 11 years later because job was not done efficiently the first time. Having to get 4 brothers together to get title work corrected and notarized was very time consuming. I hope this never happens to anyone else.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage was very positive! Buying a home can be stressful, but the staff at Rocket Mortgage made the experience and steps easy to understand and follow. Whenever I needed help they responded very fast. This made the home buying experience less stressful and very positive. I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone!

At closing the mailing address was wrong, you added 3K in taxes I had shown were already paid and the wiring dollar amount was 7 cents less than closing cost so I had to mail a check for 7 cents. Completely unprofessional process with the exception of Allen and Ryan whom I worked with. Would love to talk to someone about how poor this went.

All the process was super efficiently done and closing process was also super fast. Extremely happy with customer satisfaction and all documents preparation. The application process was relatively straightforward with only the minimal required documents. The interest rate offered was competitive with no hidden fees and costs. The approval process took about 30 days as agreed upon at time of application with funds disbursed quickly. Overall, I was very satisfied with Rocket Mortgage.

Everyone was prof in my case from Chad to Michelle. Very happy. Me and my wife with help we got now time to payoff sooner than 30yrs. The closing and all was great. Took awhile but we got pretty much what we needed to make our lives a bit smooth from here on in. Glad doing business with ya. Will tell our friends that's in need. Also no real problems in process. It just required extra getting all things in place but overall it was good.

A strong windstorm knocked some trees onto our home. Insurance would only cover a portion of the cost. We needed a home equity loan to help pay for a new roof on house. The closing went very well, and it was a relatively easy process that could be completed quickly.

I have never had more difficulty from a mortgage company as I have with this one. Getting the loan may be easy but when you are faced with needing assistance the bureaucracy is unbelievable. My brother was the lender. He unexpectedly passed away. I tried to make his payment on time but had to go through all their processes beforehand. It took months. Finally when they approve me to make a payment and nothing else they accrued all kinda of late charges and fees. I am pushing back because everyone's hands are tied on being able to pay. I couldn’t get his mail forwarded. I couldn’t get a loan number to make a payment. I couldn’t do anything. Even with sending them a copy of his will, his death certificate and my ID. Now I have to get an attestation notarized saying I am who I am according to the will and it takes months. All the while they are uncaring and racking up fees. I’ve been an executor of estates before. But this is ridiculous. Seriously Rocket Mortgage, look into your policies. You knew the homeowner died. So stop racking up fees no one can pay. You are horrible!

Too many hidden fees, their assessment team is not knowledgeable, and don’t explain the loans well enough. I tried a loan, got approved, but then got denied due to the appraisal. Then got charged for it all, after the appraiser told us our loan agent should’ve told us the loan wouldn’t of worked over the phone and it was a waste of time for the appraiser to come out, I still got charged $215 for it… I will not be using the loan agency ever again!

I found Rocket to be easy to work with and the communication was very good... However, the process used by Rocket to payoff three of my sic debt was EXTREMELY CLUMSY... Rocket sent me three checks by courier (which took several days) which I had to added some information (which Rocket already had in the possession) and then forward by courier which took several more days)... I then had to follow up daily with my creditors to determine if they received the check and if/when they would be processed... VERY CLUMSY, TIME CONSUMING, AND CAUSED SIGNIFICANT WORRY/ANXIETY... Payoff for the remaining three debts was simply deposited in my account and I transferred directly to the creditors... SIGNIFICANTLY EASIER AND MUCH LESS WORK AND WORRY...

Nine times out of ten our Rocket online account would not open for this transaction. The revolving red circle continued until the attempt timed out. Dealing with your human representatives was much better. We have used Rocket numerous times, and online account access was acceptable then.

Andrew ** was very helpful, me being a vet and 76 years old. He help me and my wife get through the refinance in just 3 weeks. I would recommend Rocket finance. Rocket Mortgage is fast and all the people I talk to was helpful and friendly. Thanks again to everybody with Rocket mortgage.

I truly had a very good experience with Rocket Mortgage for my re-finance of my home mortgage. From the very beginning with Justin ** until now that the loan has closed, every step was handled smoothly and my wife and I were informed of the status throughout the process. We could not ask for any better service than what Rocket provided.

It was going well at first, granted we had some bumps along the way due to things out of our hands but towards the end I felt there was some lacking. I had to reach out multiple times for different documents that I feel Rocket should have been able to obtain. I was also told by my insurance company that they had been reaching out to rocket and wasn’t getting a response, I don’t know how true that is but that's what I was told. I definitely feel towards the end things got very laxed. Crystal was great in closing. I was also told the morning of my closing I needed to print off my payoffs to bring with me, that information would have been helpful a little earlier so I wasn’t rushing. Felt rushed and thrown together at end, just happy it’s over with.

Rocket is the only way to go. It was not as stressful as I thought it was going to be. Great company that works for you and satisfaction guarantee. Call them for your refinancing needs. Talk to Zack **. He is a great guy and gets things done in a flash.

The only problem that I had was regarding communication. There seemed to be some issue with it in my dealings. One example. I sent in closing for HELOC from Global. This had been holding up closing for over Three Weeks. I called Global and quite sternly told them to get the 30 closing to finish closing. They sent it to Foster to which he sent me a copy. Foster also Uploaded before I did. So you guys had it. I called Specialists to make sure. Specialists told me they were still waiting on Global. I wrote Foster, he told me it was in. Why did not the Specialists know this? Everything went through, just some constructive criticism.

We had a great experience as we refinanced our mortgage with Rocket. We had an existing loan with Rocket but wanted to refinance to consolidate a home improvement loan into our primary mortgage. The process was quick and painless and the team we worked with were efficient. They were also very respectful of our time.

After filling out loan application online, I was contacted by Alvin ** from Rocket Mortgage. I told him I wanted a 10 year loan. He came back with the lowest rate and also told me I'd be able to do what they call a one time rate drop during the loan. I agreed to go thru with the loan. A few days later I couldn't get ahold of Alvin so his boss Micheal ** contacted me to discuss loan. This is where I found out about the loan being a 20 year instead of 10. He said no big deal, just pay it like a 10 year, Also, he said rate drop only applies to first mortgages. I already told all the other loan companies no and was too far along to start over so I decided to still go with RM. I was very disappointed with the way Alvin baited me in to sign with RM, it was very unprofessional. Mike was great and fixed his mistakes the best he could.

I cannot express how appalled and frustrated I am with this company. Like many others, I was severely impacted by Hurricane Helene. Due to the widespread damage, it took over three months for insurance to issue a check. By the time the check arrived, more than 60% of the repairs had already been paid for out of pocket to keep things moving which has resulted in a large financial burden. While a representative from their company told me that was a CHOICE, it is clear they are disconnected and lack compassion. Many repairs are time-sensitive, especially following flooding, to prevent future mold damage, such as mitigation efforts.

The service was great through the whole process. Ted ** answered all my questions and was instrumental in making my final decision. The home valuation went smooth and the closing process was super easy. I pre-signed most of the documents and the closing agent came and finalized the closing.

Friendly, professional, helpful. Very impressed with speed and efficiency. Michael ** was the nicest gentleman and prompt on returning calls. Impressed with how fast closing was. Closing rep Leslie ** took time and explained what we asked about. Very respectful and she called ahead to tell us where it was and estimated time of arrival. Punctual.

Chris ** was very helpful as was Sarah from Amrock. Appreciate being able to do remote application and closing. Both were available to answer any of the questions we had as well as helping to guide us through the process step by step. Appreciated their patience and guidance with the various forms etc that needed completed.

Rocket Mortgage is the absolutely worse lending company. I had gone in debt and needed to refinance my home to pay off my credit cards. The worse thing was the horrible customer service. The loan officer I dealt with, Karine B, was below average with communication and was rude. When I received the checks to pay off my credit cards the payoff amounts were not even close to what I owed. For example I owed $2,225.18 on one account and the check Rocket Mortgage wrote was for over $10,500.00! I was shocked that this company messed up something as elementary as check writing. I have gone to great lengths to warn people about the awful experience I had with Rocket Mortgage.

Was very satisfied with my whole experience from the loan official I first talked to to the notary that came to my home. I would definitely recommend Rocket to other veterans. They would definitely benefit from using rocket. We will see as my loan begins if they keep up with rate changes.

When everybody else say no, couldn't make #for my He did. Then I change my mind and told him I'm going to move to a different state. He say, "Ok stay with me, plain different law in my new state." Now I have a new place because he didn't quit on me. A expert on VA loans too, by the book.

Lying broker; wrong check amount and now I am paying interest on TWO loans for the same thing. Need more oil than a Diddy party to close with Rocket and Amrock. I would have to recommend to anyone shopping for a lender to RUN FROM ROCKET AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! Worst mortgage experience EVER.

Do not use Rocket Mortgage. They will push high interest second mortgages on you that lock you in long term. Clicking on an ad that says “check your rate” will get you bombarded with high pressure sales and rushed service. After declining their offer I was harassed by one of their “loan officers” relentlessly during the holidays, to the point of having to block his number. They will not listen to anything you say and will only try to push the loan that gives the largest commissions. I even had the guy imply I was stupid for declining their offer.

This is my second transaction with Rocket Mortgage and both have been seamless and convenient. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. At one point, my realtor was surprised by how quickly steps were being completed. It was clear to both of us that Rocket Mortgage had given a great deal of thought to creating a streamlined process. More importantly, your company offered me the best rate in what is a challenging environment. I would definitely recommend this service.

Rocket Mortgage is very informative and has expedited responses, it is easy to use the app for information sharing, tasks, and status updates, and has a seamless process to get the customer everything they need. All representatives were knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to work with. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend!

Overall, I am satisfied with the Rocket Mortgage experience. All of their reps were professional, prompt and pleasant. The only downside to the whole experience was during the funding phase. Once the loan closed it took another 10 days to fund, which is crazy in this electronic age. In addition, they issued paper checks for my creditor payoffs, that were then mailed to me, so that I could then mail them to my creditors. How dumb/archaic is that? A better procedure would have been to electronically transfer directly to the creditor or include the amount in the net to me, then I could electronically transfer to the creditor. After all, isn't convenience the whole purpose of using an online process? Now I have to wait for a check to arrive and then go to a post office to mail it. This adds an unnecessary additional 2 weeks to the process.

Experience was wonderful. Smooth and streamlined. Best experience getting a mortgage that I’ve ever had. Each step was explained and moved on to the next step quickly. The whole thing from start to closing, all happened within a month. Great company to work with. Hopefully interest rates will drop soon and we can refinance.

Overall experience was top notch, very smooth and easy process! My experience with everyone involved through the whole process was second to none especially with my refinance banker Amira, her knowledge and helpfulness made the experience the absolute best! I would recommend this experience to anyone looking to refinance without question.

All those that I dealt with shared open and true communication. They were responsive. They had good insight and coaching skills to guide me thru the loan application and approval process. As far as getting loans and refinancing goes, it is one of the worst experiences you can go through in the context of conducting normal everyday business. Rocket Mortgage didn’t substantially change that reality. However, given that it is a necessary evil of everyday life, Rocket Mortgage makes it better than most anyone else. For this, I am thankful.

We have everything escrow. Rocket paid our mortgage insurance to the wrong company which was $5783! Then turned around and paid correct company. They would not go after the wrong company. I am fighting to get it. This made our escrow in the negative cause our house payment to go up $800! Don’t use them!!

I worked with Andrew ** for a few months throughout the refinancing process of my home and it could not have gone smoother. He was always available whenever I needed him and always got the job done. He is very friendly and willing to work with anyone. I would recommend Andrew with Rocket Mortgage for any of your needs!

I would like to personally Thank Cody ** and Jerry ** along with the other members of the Rocket Team that were involved in making my refinance seem so easy and flawless. I started the process on November 11th and we closed on December 14th with no issues preventing the whole process seem so easy. I had reached out to Cody and Jerry along with other Rocket Team members numerous times throughout the process, each time I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity which I can't Thank them all enough.

They gave me accurate information that was needed for me to follow the package. I had no idea when my closing documents would arrive. The Rocket Mortgage representative asked me to wait on the phone for a very short time until he got the correct information. I just wanted to say Thank You.

Loan process could not have been any easier or faster and Vincent ** was excellent to communicate with. Always straight forward, prompt with replies and very courteous. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The loan closing was very casual and very easy to complete. Closing agent, Marsha ** made the closing process very simple and easy to complete.

During the process I left another review because my closing cost break down didn't make sense. I was informed the manager of the processing team was going to call me, which he did and I explain why I was unhappy how the process was going. He correcting and explain me the reason for the misunderstanding. The day prior of the closing I received a new break down of closing cost (double the amount of my closing cost). I called multiple times to figure out what just happened. The following day two received a Called back stating I only had two options. Delay everything and pay fees until I was able to come up with the new closing cost with penalties fee or roll the new closing cost into the mortgage with a much higher percentage rate and also a delay had to be done. I already rent a truck and all my stuff was packed and ready to move. I had to come up with the rest of the money on a few hours notice.

I had been very anxious for some time, having been with a mortgage company that did not have our interests at heart. Our mortgage banker, Jeffrey **, made the refi process very easy. We were amazed at the ease of the closing process from the comfort of our own home. We also feel confident that if rates fall in the near future, Rocket will help get us into a more comfortable monthly payment.

Overall, the experience was satisfactory. My one complaint centers around closing date. Because my date was near the 15th I struggled as to whether or not I needed to make a payment on my existing mortgage. I would think that you would have a better process in place to either tell Customer is absolutely yes or absolute no whether or not that month payment would be due. In my case, I had to wait till 4 o’clock on the last day (the 16th) to find out if I needed to make the payment or not. That was an additional layer of stress I did not need

Everything was perfect EXCEPT for the time to process. When I started, Visa Balance was a certain amount. But due to plumbing and HVAC issues, I had to charge those expenses on credit card before the finality of the Equity Loan went through. However, all debts are paid, and savings replenished. I am happy.

Fantastic..They were very knowledgeable. Considerate and helpful. Michael ** stayed in contact and on top of things. Always kept us informed of any documents needed or changes that were to be made. Made the mortgage easily obtainable as well as understandable. We would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for an easy-to-use company.

So I started the process about the middle of November. As of December 19th we have closed already a few days ago. To start off with the employees there at RM. I gotta say I first spoke with a loan officer/broker named Cameron M. This young man was extremely knowledgeable, friendly to work with and I felt that we could trust him with our lives (that means a lot).. Cameron answered his email, telephone and text messages within minutes. He was even available on a weekend when I had questions. He encouraged us to call him if we had any questions.

Experience from every point following the initial application was an absolute nightmare for 50 straight days. Rocket Mortgage caused us to miss our signing deadline, and we almost lost the property as a result. The amount of errors that were made on the Rocket Mortgage team side are countless and truly exceeded several dozen.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. They cannot even do simple calculations. Wish I could give them zero stars and wish I wasn't stuck with them. Will refinance with someone else as soon as I can. A month and a half after my closing date they still can't get the paperwork and numbers straight.

Could not get a 15-day extension. I am a veteran and I’m on disability and they wouldn’t approve me for an extension. They ask you 1 million questions about all the stuff you paid on which I paid perfectly. Has nothing to do with that if you don’t have enough money coming in right now or they use some ** made me formula, yeah, I would not recommend Rocket to anyone, if you got money they’re great but if you wanna the poor people like I am, get ready to get screwed cause that’s how they treat you. Unbelievable, I will not. I’m so glad I applied for my home equity loan which I have $45,000 equity with Genisys, not Rocket, what a scam.

Don’t do business with this people, very disorganized and unprofessional. They also ruined my credit when I not authorized the check. Good mortgage they ask you to authorize and you sign a paper. This place they just do without ask anything.

They stole my Rocket reward points and then used mumbo jumbo legalese to justify their unlawful action. The representative and I emailed 24 times before she told me to get lost. I will not be doing business with a company like this and will warn my friends and associates of their bad faith policy.

My husband and I took out a re-fi with Rocket Mortgage in and around April, 2022. The re-fi was painless and extremely professional and on point. We are taking out a HELOC with another company only to discover that Rocket never changed the title on our home, which is something they never bother to tell us. The company that is working our application discovered this during closing. Now it is delaying our HELOC because of this. When I called Rocket and spoke with Eric in the Resolution Executive Team, he advised I get an attorney or a realtor but Rocket will not updated the title. Eric was not helpful and passed the buck back to us. Thank goodness the mortgage company we chose is trying to get this resolved for us! So disappointed in Rocket Mortgage!!!

I called Rocket Mortgage today to ask for help. I was in and out of the hospital last month to only find out that I have cancer. So I called and asked if I could skip a payment and add to the end since I have never missed a payment and have paid extra on all my payments. They send you message asking if they can help, but when you ask for it they say no and they make sure to tell you that it's going to hurt your credit. I have always told anyone that I come in contact with that they should use Rocket because I've always had great experience with them. That will stop as of today. They don't care about their customers, only the money.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Their underwriting department is a total joke. We had a 45-day closing and the day before our scheduled closing date they started asking for additional documents. Each day it was a new document that needed to be sent. The lender couldn't do anything, the underwriter would take a whole day to look at the documents sent then come back and ask for something else. We're now 5 days past our scheduled closing date and they just keep saying their working on it, no tentative date we can close, nothing specific, just that we're working on it. They treat this process like they can go as allow as they want and jerk people around as much as they want.

Disappointed. I called, emailed, no person can do a pre-approval letter (to extend it).. Some are not even returning calls or emails. Looking for another company for simple pre-approval. I asked for soft pull, and seems like nobody can do it. I dont dont want hard pull every 3 month on my credit report.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Un-disclosed to me were hidden brokerage fees for thousands of dollars that only increased based on how much of a loan I took out. When I asked to work without a broker there were several days of discussion amongst "management" as how they wanted to move forward to not ruin the relationship with their broker. This company chose working with a broker over a client. This should be the answer for everyone thinking of working with this company, they do not care about the client. I will never work with this company again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Home damaged by a tree. Insurance covered. However Rocket mortgage takes 45 days to endorse the checks for construction once it is cut by the insurance company. Rocket does not care in any way, shape or form how long you are out of your home. The check process is so bad it added 4 months to the repairs and we could not live in our home during this time. They delayed and all for just their signature on the check to deposit it to pay contractors. The worst experience ever. I am still waiting on a check to be mailed out. They have a shipping label I sent 3 weeks ago and still they have not shipped the check. They simply do not care about people. Avoid at all costs doing business with them.

From the very beginning, they were responsive to any questions that I had. Everything was explained to me as the process went forward. I was advised whenever there was documents required. The closing was well handled by the notary that arrived at my home. The complete process was handled professionally and courteous.

I recently closed on my cash out refinance. Jonathan ** from Rocket held my hand throughout the entire process. He provided the best customer service. Johnathan was very good at explaining the information, answering all of my questions, available most of the time and when he was not, he would respond in a timely manner. The entire process from start to finish took less than a month.

As of late we have had nothing but issues with them. Charging us NSF when they have made the mistake. We switched banks. I put in new banking info, and they still put payment through closed acct. When speaking with a Josh from executive offices he was very unprofessional, rude, did not want hear anything about his co possibly making a mistake, he was hell bent on collecting that $20 even though I know it was 100% their error. This is how they treat an A+ customer. We have never ever missed a payment, they have had 0 issues with us, we also had issues in with not processing our escrow payment properly causing us to pay a higher payment than we should have, very frustrating, disappointed how we have been treated will definitely look elsewhere in the future that’s for sure, customer service is number to us and they failed miserably as of late.

Jesse ** helped us through the process and answered questions we had. He made this process run smooth and quickly. He made sure our timing was appropriate and planned our closing right on time to have a small break from all our other payments. He quickly answered my calls and had answers for me on things I did not understand. I truly Enjoyed working with him and having his guidance through the process was important.

We were essentially just trying to shop interest rates to see what was out there. After briefly discussing it with a loan officer we thanked them for their time and said we'd be going with a local bank offering that was competitive with the rates we were quoted. For the next 3 months we received multiple phone calls a day from lenders. Our bank does not do 3rd party loans, so this leaves Rocket Mortgage as the culprit for giving out our number.

The refinance process was simple and quick. The online system used by Rocket Mortgage was very efficient and quite user-friendly. The Zoom-style closing meeting was much more convenient than having to coordinate or attend in-person. Our agent, Vincent **, was excellent. He explained everything clearly and let us make the decisions of how we wanted to proceed without pressuring us. He was always just a text message or phone call away if we needed him.

Patrick was awesome. The rest was TERRIBLE. The website kept having glitches telling me I needed the same thing over and over and over I had to keep reloading stuff. I talked to 10 different people which was unpersonable and agitating and makes me want to stop it all. So it took a long time to get to a closing point because online was a pain with lots of glitches. Then when it came time the system glitched again to try to close. She had to come in person, everyone I talked to had no personality except Patrick and my in person loan closer.

Adrian was great and because of that I trusted to continue on with Rocket Mortgage for my refinancing needs. I am a veteran who suffers from PTSD and am suspicious and nervous often about people and these processes but Adrian helped keep me cool and calm throughout. After I closed is where I am dissatisfied and makes me believe I might’ve done myself well to stick with my original loan servicer/provider.

I got a mortgage several years ago and it was fast and easy. This time around it seemed every time I turned around you needed something else. I was 1st told 5 percent down then it became 10 percent, that hurt the pocketbook. Had 4 individual parcels, y'all couldn't seem to handle that. So bought 3 outright and mortgaged 1. Also it was bought at auction and you had buyers premium as my down-payment. People were nice though.

Your representative Joseph ** was incompetent and when questioned about the $400 a month mortgage payment mistake and almost $6000 closing cost mistake became defensive and told my wife to sign the papers or she might lose the APR rate. I was furious, this is no way to do business, I would love to discuss this matter in detail with someone higher up in the company.

All went well. Although, there were a few obstacles that had to be cleared first. We went back and forth with our first contacts Nancy and Michelle but finally got things taken care of. Finally, one of the last issues that, I encountered and I had to call twice was to the to your origination team right after closing loan, was the check disbursements in which was very confusing as they not include the account #s. Extremely confusing, and tedious work trying to pinpoint correct creditor.

Not happy with the way they handled the pay out of our money. I was under the impression that they would be handling the payout electronically. We received our money electronically but received the checks for our credit cards overnight mail. This adds another 7 to 10 days to paying out the cards that we took the loan out to eliminate. The postal service is known to be slow and then the process of checks delays it even further.

I reached out to Rocket mortgage for a home equity loan. Somebody called me the next day and got the process started. I have used Rocket mortgage several times. They always make it quick and easy. I could not ask for a better company to work with. It's easy to upload the documents. Everything is done online. Except for closing and they even come to your house to sign the closing papers.

Be careful who you are using as your lender. They drew my clients credit 11 times in a two week period. Dropping their credit score 40 points. Wasted time, money and effort. Had to switch lenders and the new lender couldn’t believe that they did that just to see if something came off of credit report.

Our point person, Owen **, told us several things that were wrong, served up condescending and vacant platitudes, said ‘obviously this is your first home purchase’ when it was our 8th, got angry at both me and my wife on the phone, and just didn’t know what was going on. We had to call others on several occasions, only to discover that the process was stalled and our call kicked it back into action. We had to delay escrow three times because of these unnecessary delays and almost lost the home.

The closing was very quick and easy. Made it at our convenience and explained everything. Being able to sign most of the documents on-line was very helpful. I had a great experience. I always felt attended to. The only thing I would prefer, is that if there is no new news, then an email stating that would be fine. Sometimes I would get super excited about a phone call just to let me know that there was nothing new to report.

When quoting out rates, they said many things to get my business. When I finally decided to go with Rocket Mortgage and ran my hard credit report, they redacted everything they said. I can honestly say I would have switched, but we went too far. I chose Rocket Mortgage because of what they said but then misled me. I would have gone with another company. I gave them 500 dollars in good faith and they get appraisers that don't know how to appraise houses. I have 3 bedrooms and the appraisal said 2, the drawing had 2 bedrooms on when clearly there's 3 so I have to pay for an appraisal that's not correct. Never recommend them. I am going back to Loan depot where I had no issues 2 years ago. I would not recommend Rocket mortgage. Phil

I have NOTHING bad to say about Rocket Mortgage and Sean ** who did everything in his power to make our experience with our refinance super pleasant. Unfortunately we cannot say the same thing concerning your third party (Amrock) in the refinancing process. Our remaining funds were supposed to be wire transferred. The funds were. Shipped Via UPS. Without being informed of the change. I received a phone number from Sean to call Amrock. I received a computer that didn't recognize my question and it the phone machine hung up on me. Tried reaching Sean again but he was busy....which by now he should have been out of the process. Sean did all his work!

My main contact person, Zara was very helpful and concerned about my project, but it ends there. I was given wrong days when to expect my money, which affected my account status with my other lenders. This was totally unacceptable. Please don’t contact me, I am not interested in your excuses. Lastly, I was talked to by someone, did not have a chance to get her name, ask! Zara, who talked down to me in a condescending manner which would have ended the deal for good, but Zara worked it out. I could never recommend your firm to anyone.

It’s been over a month since closing have already made a payment on my home equity loan and my payoffs have yet to be made. So for October I got to pay double interest. How long does it take to make payments. I got mine and one other company received their payout but the rest have not. Why not just give me the full amount and it would be all paid off.

I've been stuck in a relationship with Rocket Mortgage due to my rate, but I have had enough with their Customer Service. You can never get an answer when you need it -you have to wait 24 to 72 hours to get anything back. This is just wrong in this day and age of the computer. I should be able to get a copy of my 1098 from last year online on my account? What's the deal, I have to wait 72 hours for it to be emailed to me? As soon as I can find a local banker that will match my rate (and they are getting close because they want my account) I will be taking my business away from RM as well as recommending my customers do the same!

I filled out some online information as I was interested in buying my first home. Then they started calling me 5 times a day the very next day. I told them my situation as I am disabled however bring home a decent income and know programs are out that can help me get into my first home. The customer service person said “Oh, so we are going that way.” In a belittling tone. I told them, "Thank you for your time but just remove me from your calling list."

From the beginning your representatives were exceptional. Pros that assisted with every detail from start to finish. The only "glitch" occurred in the final settlement down payment number where I wanted to put more money down than the final document recorded. Something got lost in the translation. I had stated several times in the process that I wanted to put up to 90K down. Minor in the scheme of things and most likely my communication mistake as I was made aware of the Recast opportunity that comes with the loan. I would rate RM a 10 on a scale of 10.

I did not have any complaints. The process was quick and simple. The issue I thought I would encounter did not happen and it was nice to not have to deal with it. My wife had passed away and I thought it was going to be complicated to remove her from my previous loan.

Pat was involved in getting my husband and I prequalified for a home loan. We submitted all required paperwork needed when asked and went through with the process. We were offered a preapproval letter which prompted us that we were able to look for a home. My husband and I started looking for a home within our budget and found the exact one using our preapproval letter that Pat had given us within a week before hand.

My mortgage refinance was great!! I am pleased with the speed at which it was processed. I enjoyed working with the mortgage processor. He explained the entire process In simple terms. The closing attorney was easy to work with and was very thorough in explaining the paperwork. I liked the methods they used to keep me informed about all the steps involved in securing my mortgage.

I was unable to get questions answered in a timely manner. My real estate agent was unable to get questions answered in a timely manner. We asked for a list of what needed to be done and would get 1 item. We would take care of that item only to be told there's 1 more item. I paid for a rush job getting a HUD plate, only to find out it wasn't needed because we could not get responses. My closing paperwork was not submitted correctly. I finally had to go up the chain of command to get any answers and to get the final paperwork completed.

Predatory and extremely rude agents. Don’t ever give them your contact information- they will call you day and night, and be belligerent and rude the times that you do pick up. Garbage company. Use a local lender.

This was the best thing I could have done, I wanna thank Clyde ** for all his help. He walked me through beginning to end, contacted me almost every day to make sure everything was OK. Help me get all my paperwork together. He was unbelievable, friendly helpful. Every time I called he would answer the phone. I had a mortgage with phh I never understood a word. They said never got help from them when I needed it but from beginning to end, the process was amazing. Closing was fast, easy. I want to thank you very much for what you did.

Company has a good reputation of getting deals done, but, if you have the credit and capital, this is the last lender you should resort to. Their points/fees are outrageous. They don't even try to be competitive.

The loan officer who first contacted me was in such a hurry to secure my business that he proposed terms that would, later on in the process, be changed randomly. I had requested 20,000.00 cash out, which they originally agreed to. Somewhere down the line, I got an e-mail stating new terms that didn't include cash out. They also now wanted me to pay off more of my credit card debt before finalizing the loan. I told them that the whole reason for refinancing was because I didn't have the cash to continue on-time payments to creditors. I wasn't delinquent on any obligations yet but saw the day coming when that might be the case. They still wanted me to pay down my credit cards before refinancing. None of this was discussed when the original terms were agreed upon.

Had great experience with Rocket Mortgage until it came time for appraisal. Called while at work and continued to call after I informed I couldn't be on phone while working.. Told rocket mortgage to also inform them. I messaged appraiser to inform her of time I would contact her and I could not receive calls while working. Immediately started getting calls from appraiser.. I don't need a company that can't follow simple instructions. Went elsewhere.

Our entire refinance from start to finish was very easy and fast! My main contact was Dylan who I couldn’t recommend enough. He responded right away to any questions and changes we did. He was the reason we got everything taken care of exactly how we wanted. I would use Rocket mortgage again for any other purchases or refinancing.

I would of rather had check payments, to two creditor account designated for payoff, sent electronically like you did for my deposit, to reduce delays in payoffs, but I am overall very happy with service and results of the loan. From the beginning to the end it was really quite wonderful. Everyone communicated what was needed and were very helpful when we didn't understand things. I really like how kind and respectful everyone was. Such a good company to have working so hard to get you what you need. Jeff was so kind and helpful. Even the notary process was quick and easy. The dashboard was even there when we had questions.

Hudh** has zero customer service skills. I was asking him questions on mortgage and he asked me if I have knowledge on mortgage. He told me that, "You can call someone else." You are on the market to convince customers. You get paid for that. You don’t get paid for your rude behavior. Maybe your company is also cheap like you.

Dan was great, very efficient and personable- the lady with who worked with the retired persons was also good- closing went well-very efficient process- had a little problem with the survey, but not the company's fault-sorry I'm pretty concise with my expressions- this part is the most frustrating of the whole process-

Rocket Mortgage was very professional the whole entire thru the process of refinancing my house. They kept the details clear and precise in order for me to understand. Rocket, started off great. Covering all the information and being available through the the immediate hours that I get off of work. Then about halfway through us getting through a couple hurdles as expected with getting to completing a mortgage. They had stated that everything was set up exactly as they had liked it. 3 days before closing they decided that an issue that we had talked about pre-offer (that was cleared and no longer an issue) Was all the sudden an issue again. Then refused to offer a way to clear it off of record. This was regarding a sold auto loan before the offer began. So at this point the vehicle had been gone and sold for over 2 months. My only options were to come up with another 50,000 down or find a co-signer. Needless to say it was not a happy experience. I had a ridiculous amount of stress when finding another lender that actually saved my closing date because there were no issues.

I would like to thank Rocket Mortgage for having such an outstanding employee as Ben **. Ben was friendly, professional, and caring. Ben was the Baker who took my 1st call to Rocket Mortgage. The first thing that I noticed was that Ben answered all my questions. I did not sign up on that call, I ask Ben to send me his information. I knew from talking to him that I wanted him to be the one who handle my equity loan. I made the right choice. Ben was with me every step of the way. I truly had the best of the best. This is the fourth time in 10 years they've screwed up our escrow making our payment increase. The first time it increased by $200. This time it's increasing by 60 plus dollars. Do not go with this company. They are not the escrow experts!

The attorney originally assigned to our closing was a no-call no-show and no one from the agency called us. We had to call the closing agency to find out what was happening and they were not immediately aware of the issue. Fortunately they were able to find a replacement and we closed at 7PM instead of 5.

Racist targeting, predatory lending. Rocket specifically targets high interest loan communities and their inhabitants. This is a type of de facto red lining, which is both illegal and immoral. Avoid rocket mortgage and its racist modus operandi.

This is the worst company to work with, they have no customer service, they talk in circles and never fallow through with what they say. They continue to lie and loose documents. I would run away and not do business with them.

Getting my mortgage through Rocket was a breeze. I never had to give up time in my day to meet with someone at a bank, it was all conveniently done over the phone and through their easy to use portal. Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and helpful, which made the experience a little less painful!

Do not waste your time doing a Loan with Rocket Mortgage!!! They led me to believe we were getting a loan after months of sending paperwork and receiving 100 calls a day from other brokers. They made us pay $500 for an appraisal and everything. For months they kept saying we need more documents to eventually just denying us for no reason! Now I’m out $500, my credit score has dropped and my phone won’t stop ringing from their solicitors. Worst experience in my life trying to get a loan!

We feel so fortunate to have worked with Bryan. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, patient, courteous and kind. We felt very confident in his ability to get the best mortgage deal for us, and he made the process very easy. We only had a month to closing. He called us within a few minutes of Googling the best home mortgage rates one evening. He took the time to understand our situation and advised us on what was the best way to go. He worked with us until 10 pm that night and we were able to complete the initial application. Because of the ease of using the Rocket App we were able to upload all our documents within a couple of days which was a big help in getting the application to the underwriters quickly.

This is my third loan, I will go no other place. You guys are fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars and my respect. Every employee is helpful and gettings due in record time. You have my thanks and my respect.

How can you botch a month end closing and then leave a client out to dry? You didn’t contact me, and I had to be the one to FIND YOUR MISTAKES in the closing documents. No QC whatsoever. Did you even pull that title that you charged me for? I’ve been in the mortgage business for 26 years. Never have I seen something handled so badly. I came to Rocket for simplicity. Boy was I wrong! Never again and I’m going to be a HUGE detractor for you on NPS. Sorry, not sorry.

We closed in about 2 weeks on our refinance and even shaved off 3 years of payments.
