I am so happy that Sean ** called me; I was struggling financially with credit card debt (because of huge dental bills!!!) and so when he called? It seemed like "divine intervention". He, as well as ALL the Rocket Mortgage people then helped me quickly refinance my house at a reasonable cost. And? I also just wanted to say thank you for having the appraiser and loan closer that came to my house be women; I am a widow, do not like strange people in my house and it just felt comfortable knowing that they would be women...I know a man would have been "OK" too - but this was just a special thank you for doing that...! Love Rocket Mortgage!

The refinance process was simple and quick. The online system used by Rocket Mortgage was very efficient and quite user-friendly. The Zoom-style closing meeting was much more convenient than having to coordinate or attend in-person. Our agent, Vincent **, was excellent. He stayed in consistent contact with us and walked us through the process each step of the way. He explained everything clearly and let us make the decisions of how we wanted to proceed without pressuring us. He was always just a text message or phone call away if we needed him.

Patrick was awesome. The rest was TERRIBLE. The website kept having glitches telling me I needed the same thing over and over and over I had to keep reloading stuff. I talked to 10 different people which was unpersonable and agitating and makes me want to stop it all. So it took a long time to get to a closing point because online was a pain with lots of glitches. Then when it came time the system glitched again to try to close. She had to come in person, everyone I talked to had no personality except Patrick and my in person loan closer.

Pleasant experience, quality service very friendly, customer-oriented staff. Brent, my loan officer made the experience valuable and comfortable. I would recommend friends and family to sign up for a competent mortgage company such as this. The paperwork was simple to understand, the workers were very patient and accommodating. They were always available and ready to assist.

We were nervous to leave our recent mortgage, but Rocket Mortgage made our mortgage transition so easy; it was almost unreal. They are so organized, efficient, great with communication every step of the way and exceptional service. I wish we would have gone to them sooner; we would have saved time and money - lesson learned.

I would like to thank everyone at Rocket for making a fairly complicated financing situation very smooth and easy for us. Special tanks to Tori **. She was phenomenal; always there to answer our questions and help us (and our other lender thru the process). My one issue with the process is not having just one contact throughout the process; it became confusing at times. Also, during closing, I felt like the agent that helped us needed some more training to be effective. She tried hard, but just didn’t seem to understand the process yet. Thank you so much to the entire team for getting us through it!

Dealing with Tyler ** was good. I was under the impression that the mortgage company was going to pay the account’s due. I received checks in the mail for me to pay the bills. This did not work for me. This was the only thing I was upset about. I paid the bills.

I was looking to refinance and applied and the first callback I received was from Adrian at Rocket Mortgage. Adrian was great and because of that I trusted to continue on with Rocket Mortgage for my refinancing needs. Adrian stayed in touch with me and helped me when I needed and seemed in great spirits every time. I appreciated that. I am a veteran who suffers from PTSD and am suspicious and nervous often about people and these processes but Adrian helped keep me cool and calm throughout. After I closed is where I am dissatisfied and makes me believe I might’ve done myself well to stick with my original loan servicer/provider.

I got a mortgage several years ago and it was fast and easy. This time around it seemed every time I turned around you needed something else. I was 1st told 5 percent down then it became 10 percent, that hurt the pocketbook. Had 4 individual parcels, y'all couldn't seem to handle that. So bought 3 outright and mortgaged 1. Also it was bought at auction and you had buyers premium as my down-payment. People were nice though.

Love Rocket Mortgage. Very pleasant experience. All online, easy to upload documents. Closing was a breeze online. Jake was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process, even got me some discounts for being a previous customer. Love the fact that you have the zero cost refinance for the life of the loan. Highly recommended.

I was so glad Kristin ** picked up my phone call to Rocket Mortgage! She was wonderful to work with. She was very professional and organized and knew exactly what questions to ask to see if we would qualify for a refinance. She explained everything so well and answered all of our questions thoroughly. She walked us through the loan process quickly and we could tell she knew exactly what she was doing! We would highly recommend her!

Your representative Joseph ** was incompetent and when questioned about the $400 a month mortgage payment mistake and almost $6000 closing cost mistake became defensive and told my wife to sign the papers or she might lose the APR rate. I was furious, this is no way to do business, I would love to discuss this matter in detail with someone higher up in the company.

All went well. Although, there were a few obstacles that had to be cleared first. We went back and forth with our first contacts Nancy and Michelle but finally got things taken care of. Finally, one of the last issues that, I encountered and I had to call twice was to the to your origination team right after closing loan, was the check disbursements in which was very confusing as they not include the account #s. Extremely confusing, and tedious work trying to pinpoint correct creditor.

Every person was knowledgeable and experienced. All my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The app is so helpful and easy to use. I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone who is refinancing or buying a home. Also, my specialist Kazi was amazing. She was there anytime I needed help and reached out to me whenever needed.

I had a great experience w/ Rocket. Aaron was a professional thru and thru. He answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop. This was my first time doing a loan and I would definitely recommend rocket. It took a little longer than expected but nonetheless it was awesome!!!

Mostly a good experience. We were on vacation when we started the process but our mortgage professional, worked pretty hard to make sure things went smoothly. Surveys came out to us before the process was complete, so they sat in my inbox, waiting for the closing and checks to be sent out.

Had a good experience refinancing our home. 99% of things were done on the computer and the closing was done at our house at our convenience. Our main point of contact, Mina, was unbelievable! He was amazing and very helpful with our questions and walking us through the process. Took approximately 3 weeks from start to finish. It was super quick and painless. Highly recommend.

Not happy with the way they handled the pay out of our money. I was under the impression that they would be handling the payout electronically. We received our money electronically but received the checks for our credit cards overnight mail. This adds another 7 to 10 days to paying out the cards that we took the loan out to eliminate. The postal service is known to be slow and then the process of checks delays it even further.

I reached out to Rocket mortgage for a home equity loan. Somebody called me the next day and got the process started. I have used Rocket mortgage several times. They always make it quick and easy. I could not ask for a better company to work with. It's easy to upload the documents. Everything is done online. Except for closing and they even come to your house to sign the closing papers.

Awesome experience getting my refi through Rocket Mortgage, It is my second loan through them and it was easier through them than any other company I have dealt with. Would totally recommend. My mortgage broker Michael ** was also great. If I was to give this review process a rating it would get 1 star!!!!

I have had loans before but working with Rachel was the best experience we have ever had!! I am so glad we got her. She went the extra mile with everything we had. The process from beginning to end was flawless. When it came time to close the title company came right to me to fill out all the closing documents.

Even when we had 2 hurricanes come through the area delaying our closing, Emily kept in touch with me with it being on standby. Whether you're buying or doing a cashout refinance to consolidate all of your debt from the past 4 yrs or so, these guys are the ones to choose. I will absolutely work with her again when refinancing to a lower rate.

Staff were excellent. Very professional and friendly. Process was extremely straightforward. Today's mortgage rates are scary. I feel like I got a very competitive and fair deal. The process to get the loan was very easy from start to finish. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to my friends and family.

Be careful who you are using as your lender. They drew my clients credit 11 times in a two week period. Dropping their credit score 40 points. Wasted time, money and effort. Had to switch lenders and the new lender couldn’t believe that they did that just to see if something came off of credit report.

We were regularly informed of the application process which helped us greatly! Farah was an excellent employee who was both very pleasant and very professional. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly the overall process went and how quickly we were able to receive our loan. We were appreciative that we did not have to go through and a sign massive amount of paperwork.

Everyone was very nice and professional. everything was super good, It was very nice from the beginning to the end and when I had questions or concerns they were taken care of quickly...I have never done this kind of thing before and everyone at the company was very helpful and knowledgeable and took care of everything for me

Matthew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also ended up with two issues- my mother had a stroke and I was having issues getting a letter from work and he handled it professionally, patiently, and with empathy. I feel like he had just the right amount of prompting to help keep things moving without being intrusive. The entire process was so smooth and quick!

Have had several Mortgage companies hold the mortgage to my home and Rocket is by far the worst. Not willing to help you or work with you on any way. Raised my mortgage without notification. Not a big deal but I was unaware, which caused a short payment. They then added late charges and would not waive them. No other bank or credit card company is harder to work with than Rocket. Stay away.

This was the best experience with online access and swift processing. I wished now I had done this years ago. I could have saved my retirement funds from depletion. I contacted Rocket Mortgage for a home equity loan and after much discussion I decided on a remortgage. Best decision. I thank Francis ** for his wisdom and support throughout the entire process.

Everyone from my initial contact person Mariah **, to Tina T., then Adam were absolutely thorough and professional. I didn't get a chance to work with Samantha much but all of them had delightful personalities. They were readily available day or night and weekends to answers questions especially Tina. None of them made me feel like I was a bother when calling. They were all patient and informative.

Working with Ned ** made my experience with Rocket Mortgage truly exceptional. He was always very responsive, helpful, and willing to explain things as many times as needed. I believe Rocket Mortgage is discriminating against ** people. I was working with a director named Bruce and he stated that I was well qualified, but when he switched me over to Kevin I believe his name is, he NEVER put my paperwork through to underwriting for approval, and start threatening me about my documents. BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Sean made the process smooth and painless. We only dealt with Sean, the appraiser and the notary at closing. Closing online was a breeze. With previous experiences, we dealt with 3-4 other people. With Rocket, Sean was our sole contact. He was knowledgeable, truthful and extremely efficient. It was a very quick process from our call to Sean to closing.

Great experience. These ** did an amazing job helping me and the closing lady was really nice. I’ve been using Rocket Mortgage for the last 15 years. This is the third mortgage. Working with Rocket was very easy. Their agent Taurus (Tony), was great and made the ReFi painless. He showed me several options with varying term, which made my choice very easy. He showed me several options and offered me interest rate buy downs that made my decision very easy. He followed up throughout my deal and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.

She was there from start to finish explaining everything. The va loan was best walked us detail by detail. She explained the earl factor if rates go down we could have the option to refinance. She is customer service detailed to superior level to call us explaining when things have changed just slightly asking for more documents. Her kindness and patience with are not so technically computer skill was so nice. So from my spouse Reene and Greg ** thanks Victoria ** and Rocket Mortgage.

Our point person, Owen **, told us several things that were wrong, served up condescending and vacant platitudes, said ‘obviously this is your first home purchase’ when it was our 8th, got angry at both me and my wife on the phone, and just didn’t know what was going on. We had to call others on several occasions, only to discover that the process was stalled and our call kicked it back into action. We had to delay escrow three times because of these unnecessary delays and almost lost the home.

Very happy with everyone we worked with. Very friendly and helpful. Loan went through very quickly and without any problems. Rocket was very good to answer any questions we had. The closing was very quick and easy. Made it at our convenience and explained everything. Being able to sign most of the documents on-line was very helpful. Being able to follow the process of our loan on the website made everything so much easier.

I had a great experience. I always felt attended to. The only thing I would prefer, is that if there is no new news, then an email stating that would be fine. Sometimes I would get super excited about a phone call just to let me know that there was nothing new to report.

When quoting out rates, they said many things to get my business. When I finally decided to go with Rocket Mortgage and ran my hard credit report, they redacted everything they said. I can honestly say I would have switched, but we went too far. I chose Rocket Mortgage because of what they said but then misled me. I would have gone with another company. The only reason was my past experience. I expected better. Will no longer recommend. Hopefully one off experience.

I gave them 500 dollars in good faith and they get appraisers that don't know how to appraise houses. I have 3 bedrooms and the appraisal said 2, the drawing had 2 bedrooms on when clearly there's 3 so I have to pay for an appraisal that's not correct. Never recommend them. I am going back to Loan depot where I had no issues 2 years ago. I would not recommend Rocket mortgage. Phil

Each responded quickly to my requests, kept me informed during the home-buying process, and were patient in answering my questions. The Team at Rocket Mortgage made the process easy. I have NOTHING bad to say about Rocket Mortgage and Sean ** who did everything in his power to make our experience with our refinance super pleasant. Unfortunately we cannot say the same thing concerning your third party (Amrock) in the refinancing process. Our remaining funds were supposed to be wire transferred. The funds were. Shipped Via UPS. Without being informed of the change. I received a phone number from Sean to call Amrock. I received a computer that didn't recognize my question and it the phone machine hung up on me. Tried reaching Sean again but he was busy....which by now he should have been out of the process. Sean did all his work!

My main contact person, Zara was very helpful and concerned about my project, but it ends there. I was given wrong days when to expect my money, which affected my account status with my other lenders. This was totally unacceptable. Please don’t contact me, I am not interested in your excuses. Lastly, I was talked to by someone, did not have a chance to get her name, ask! Zara, who talked down to me in a condescending manner which would have ended the deal for good, but Zara worked it out. I could never recommend your firm to anyone.

It’s been over a month since closing have already made a payment on my home equity loan and my payoffs have yet to be made. So for October I got to pay double interest. How long does it take to make payments. I got mine and one other company received their payout but the rest have not. Why not just give me the full amount and it would be all paid off.

Our experience with Rocket Mortgage was fantastic. We will recommend Rocket should anyone ask for a recommendation. The closing went as planned. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. The money was deposited in our account as requested. Should we need any help in the future Rocket Mortgage will be first on our list.

I've been stuck in a relationship with Rocket Mortgage due to my rate, but I have had enough with their Customer Service. You can never get an answer when you need it -you have to wait 24 to 72 hours to get anything back. This is just wrong in this day and age of the computer. I should be able to get a copy of my 1098 from last year online on my account? What's the deal, I have to wait 72 hours for it to be emailed to me? As soon as I can find a local banker that will match my rate (and they are getting close because they want my account) I will be taking my business away from RM as well as recommending my customers do the same!

Tim ** was our Mortgage guru and he ROCKED IT! We had tried a few other lenders before we finally stumbled upon Rocket and you guys were BY FAR THE BEST! From day one it was a streamlined experience straight to the best possible outcome. The communication was top tier and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience with Rocket! I filled out some online information as I was interested in buying my first home. Then they started calling me 5 times a day the very next day. I told them my situation as I am disabled however bring home a decent income and know programs are out that can help me get into my first home. The customer service person said “Oh, so we are going that way.” In a belittling tone. I told them, "Thank you for your time but just remove me from your calling list."

Rocket Mortgage gave us excellent service from the beginning to the end of our loan process. Since my first filling out the application to our loan closing, I received outstanding communication and friendly service from all Rocket team members involved in our loan. I am extremely happy that I chose Rocket Mortgage to help us in getting our new home.

From the beginning your representatives were exceptional. Pros that assisted with every detail from start to finish. The only "glitch" occurred in the final settlement down payment number where I wanted to put more money down than the final document recorded. Something got lost in the translation. I had stated several times in the process that I wanted to put up to 90K down. Minor in the scheme of things and most likely my communication mistake as I was made aware of the Recast opportunity that comes with the loan. I would rate RM a 10 on a scale of 10.

I did not have any complaints. The process was quick and simple. The issue I thought I would encounter did not happen and it was nice to not have to deal with it. My wife had passed away and I thought it was going to be complicated to remove her from my previous loan.

Great job on the project. Seriously great job all way through the process thanks to Vinny and his team. The team was amazing and they help me all along the project. I will always support and ask anyone who needs help in any situation that is possibly in need of a loan. I will be able to assist them and send to Rocket for assistance. Thank you so very much!

The process was very smooth and easy. I appreciate all the help and hard work. All the people I spoke with were knowledgeable and helpful, they were very informative and rolled with all the complications of my situation. They made a bad situation easier to handle and I was amazed at how quickly the refinance went through.

Pat was involved in getting my husband and I prequalified for a home loan. We submitted all required paperwork needed when asked and went through with the process. We were offered a preapproval letter which prompted us that we were able to look for a home. My husband and I started looking for a home within our budget and found the exact one using our preapproval letter that Pat had given us within a week before hand.

Rocket responded, telling Mull Title it had to be retired before closing.

My mortgage refinance was great!! I am pleased with the speed at which it was processed. I enjoyed working with the mortgage processor. He explained the entire process In simple terms. I was unable to get questions answered in a timely manner. My real estate agent was unable to get questions answered in a timely manner. We asked for a list of what needed to be done and would get 1 item. We would take care of that item only to be told there's 1 more item. I paid for a rush job getting a HUD plate, only to find out it wasn't needed because we could not get responses. My closing paperwork was not submitted correctly. I finally had to go up the chain of command to get any answers and to get the final paperwork completed.

Predatory and extremely rude agents. Don’t ever give them your contact information- they will call you day and night, and be belligerent and rude the times that you do pick up. Garbage company. Use a local lender.

This was the best thing I could have done, I wanna thank Clyde ** for all his help. He walked me through beginning to end, contacted me almost every day to make sure everything was OK. Help me get all my paperwork together. He was unbelievable, friendly helpful. Every time I called he would answer the phone. I had a mortgage with phh I never understood a word. They said never got help from them when I needed it but from beginning to end, the process was amazing. Closing was fast, easy. I want to thank you very much for what you did.

Company has a good reputation of getting deals done, but, if you have the credit and capital, this is the last lender you should resort to. Their points/fees are outrageous. They don't even try to be competitive.

The loan officer who first contacted me was in such a hurry to secure my business that he proposed terms that would, later on in the process, be changed randomly. I had requested 20,000.00 cash out, which they originally agreed to. Somewhere down the line, I got an e-mail stating new terms that didn't include cash out. They also now wanted me to pay off more of my credit card debt before finalizing the loan. I told them that the whole reason for refinancing was because I didn't have the cash to continue on-time payments to creditors. I wasn't delinquent on any obligations yet but saw the day coming when that might be the case. They still wanted me to pay down my credit cards before refinancing. None of this was discussed when the original terms were agreed upon.

Had great experience with Rocket Mortgage until it came time for appraisal. Called while at work and continued to call after I informed I couldn't be on phone while working.. Told rocket mortgage to also inform them. I messaged appraiser to inform her of time I would contact her and I could not receive calls while working. Immediately started getting calls from appraiser.. I don't need a company that can't follow simple instructions. Went elsewhere.

Our entire refinance from start to finish was very easy and fast! My main contact was Dylan who I couldn’t recommend enough. He responded right away to any questions and changes we did. He was the reason we got everything taken care of exactly how we wanted. I would use Rocket mortgage again for any other purchases or refinancing.

I would of rather had check payments, to two creditor account designated for payoff, sent electronically like you did for my deposit, to reduce delays in payoffs, but I am overall very happy with service and results of the loan. Especially while the state was preparing for Hurricane Milton. Thank you.

From the beginning to the end it was really quite wonderful. Everyone communicated what was needed and were very helpful when we didn't understand things. I really like how kind and respectful everyone was. Such a good company to have working so hard to get you what you need. Jeff was so kind and helpful. Even the notary process was quick and easy. The dashboard was even there when we had questions.

Hello, I just want to give a raving review about Josh **, Mortgage Banker. He is amazing! I am 49 years old and recently purchased my first home. Josh was exceptional at explaining the entire process from beginning to end. He assisted me in obtaining documents in the preapproval stages. He was super fast at responding to any of my concerns via phone or email. He was honest and upfront which I appreciate. He made this entire experience wonderful! Hudh** has zero customer service skills. I was asking him questions on mortgage and he asked me if I have knowledge on mortgage. He told me that, "You can call someone else." You are on the market to convince customers. You get paid for that. You don’t get paid for your rude behavior. Maybe your company is also cheap like you.

Dan was great, very efficient and personable- the lady with who worked with the retired persons was also good- closing went well-very efficient process- had a little problem with the survey, but not the company's fault-sorry I'm pretty concise with my expressions- this part is the most frustrating of the whole process-

Ron made it easy and a great experience, explained everything we needed to do and walked us through each step and kept us informed what would be need next. Rocket, started off great. Covering all the information and being available through the the immediate hours that I get off of work. Then about halfway through us getting through a couple hurdles as expected with getting to completing a mortgage. They had stated that everything was set up exactly as they had liked it. 3 days before closing they decided that an issue that we had talked about pre-offer (that was cleared and no longer an issue) Was all the sudden an issue again. Then refused to offer a way to clear it off of record. This was regarding a sold auto loan before the offer began. So at this point the vehicle had been gone and sold for over 2 months. My only options were to come up with another 50,000 down or find a co-signer. Needless to say it was not a happy experience. I had a ridiculous amount of stress when finding another lender that actually saved my closing date because there were no issues.

I would like to thank Rocket Mortgage for having such an outstanding employee as Ben **. Ben was friendly, professional, and caring. Ben was the Baker who took my 1st call to Rocket Mortgage. The first thing that I noticed was that Ben answered all my questions. I did not sign up on that call, I ask Ben to send me his information. This is the fourth time in 10 years they've screwed up our escrow making our payment increase. The first time it increased by $200. This time it's increasing by 60 plus dollars. Do not go with this company. They are not the escrow experts!

The attorney originally assigned to our closing was a no-call no-show and no one from the agency called us. We had to call the closing agency to find out what was happening and they were not immediately aware of the issue. Fortunately they were able to find a replacement and we closed at 7PM instead of 5.

Racist targeting, predatory lending. Rocket specifically targets high interest loan communities and their inhabitants. This is a type of de facto red lining, which is both illegal and immoral. Avoid rocket mortgage and its racist modus operandi.

This is the worst company to work with, they have no customer service, they talk in circles and never fallow through with what they say. They continue to lie and loose documents. I would run away and not do business with them.

Getting my mortgage through Rocket was a breeze. I never had to give up time in my day to meet with someone at a bank, it was all conveniently done over the phone and through their easy to use portal. Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and helpful, which made the experience a little less painful!

Do not waste your time doing a Loan with Rocket Mortgage!!! They led me to believe we were getting a loan after months of sending paperwork and receiving 100 calls a day from other brokers. They made us pay $500 for an appraisal and everything. For months they kept saying we need more documents to eventually just denying us for no reason! Now I’m out $500, my credit score has dropped and my phone won’t stop ringing from their solicitors. Worst experience in my life trying to get a loan!

We feel so fortunate to have worked with Bryan. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, patient, courteous and kind. We felt very confident in his ability to get the best mortgage deal for us, and he made the process very easy. We only had a month to closing. He called us within a few minutes of Googling the best home mortgage rates one evening. He took the time to understand our situation and advised us on what was the best way to go. He worked with us until 10 pm that night and we were able to complete the initial application. Because of the ease of using the Rocket App we were able to upload all our documents within a couple of days which was a big help in getting the application to the underwriters quickly.

How can you botch a month end closing and then leave a client out to dry? You didn’t contact me, and I had to be the one to FIND YOUR MISTAKES in the closing documents. No QC whatsoever. Did you even pull that title that you charged me for? I’ve been in the mortgage business for 26 years. Never have I seen something handled so badly. I came to Rocket for simplicity. Boy was I wrong! Never again and I’m going to be a HUGE detractor for you on NPS. Sorry, not sorry.

We have done refinancing in Two weeks, from start to finish and close. We have been prepared with all necessary paper work and with unbelievable, great help of Cristian T. (loan assisting agent). Just went super easy and fast. Every single question we asked, was answered right away, no delays at all. Very Intelligent smart man. Previous experience with other Bank was just complete disappointment, after long months no results. Rocket Mortgage amazing. The best rates, simple process from Start to finish, closing signings 15 minutes (previously pre-signed documents online of course took an hour +). No doubt 5Stars, Great job, thank you Cristian T. We have been trying to get a mortgage with Rocket for the better part of a year. Every time we get an approval letter it changes to needing something else or for a different loan amount. We even had real estate agents tell us they would not use Rocket. We ended up going local. So much easier and less runarounds.

Carlton ** was our loan manager to refinance our house. He was great in the start of the process. When the loan process was in the middle of everything, is when I seen a difference. Carlton wasn't responding to my messages in a timely manner, his answers were vague at times. The closing wasn't scheduled with Amrock (not sure if Carlton was suppose to schedule it) and we were waiting Sept 23rd on our person to come to the house, until I talked to Cherrie and she helped us get scheduled!

The only reason I didn’t give Rocket 5 stars is I think they use your lowest credit score which in turn determines your interest rate. The rate I thought was higher than I expected. I expected more like maybe 8 percent at most but received a 9.375 which I accepted. Do I blame Kris or the others I worked with? No but Rocket's lending practices yes but I can live with it so thank you Kris and everyone else.

The representative of Rocket Mortgage called me today. They asked for all possible information from me and provided zero information about their options, not even estimated values. The agent asked for a credit check before making any possible estimate or providing any possible information about options they could offer. I do have the highest possible credit score, and I do not want too many checks that actually can lower it. I will work with a company that can do at least a rough estimate before doing credit checks. And yes, they do not have an office and do not do things over e-mail, only by phone. This is not a reliable company to deal with. It was a waste of my time indeed.

This Was Probably the Hardest Loan I've ever had to do! 800 Credit Score Great Income and I Had to Jump through So Many Hoops to get this Done. And I still didn't get what I Feel I Suppose to get done! I would have went elsewhere but no one had a Better interest rate... I Just Couldn't believe the Hassle I was Given.... I will be looking for better financing in the Future!

Everything went wrong. Too much to explain. I was a mortgage originator for 30 years with a large bank! I would have been fired if I had handled my clients this way!! I spoke with Brett ** several times to complain but he only knows half of what went wrong. He stopped taking my phone calls. Andrii ** flat out lied several times & then made up excuses. They withdrew money from my checking account without our authorization. We specifically told them not to make this withdraw but they did it anyway. This was a joint loan that required both signatures then they said that they didn't need both signatures. Then why send us documents that said both signatures required but not wait for both signatures?

Prince from Rocket Mortgage was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. He answered all my questions and checked in regularly to make sure the process was fully understood. I believe he helped get the best option possible for what I was looking for. Other members of the team helped me close quickly so funds were available when I needed them. They are high and I think excessively costly for a small equity loan of $42,000. This is why I rated the experience four stars vise five stars. Dan ** was always available to us, and got our mortgage done quickly. The only issue we had was that checks were issued to 2 of our creditors that became problematic to use to pay our creditors and we were unaware they were going to be issued. We would have preferred to pay those creditors off prior to qualifying for the loan. Another disappointment was the appraiser was estimated at $660, but the final charge was $950, which is outrageous for a 1600 sq ft house.

I had a very bad experience with this service. The advice I received was unprofessional and did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this to others seeking reliable assistance. Staff is rude.

Only the best rate is mentioned, not the upper end or how rate can change if more is borrowed or more of a detailed explanation. It was more of a, "Here are 3 options. Pick one so we can move this along." Didn't feel like our best interests were taken into consideration.

It cost me 700.00 dollars because the loan wasn't ready to close on time. One department dropped the ball for almost 3 weeks which set things back a bit. Then problems with wife's paystub that she doesn't have over the summer because she is a teacher became another issue. Wasn't asked to purchase a point but apparently I was charged for one and when asked about it, I didn't get a call back.

I used Rocket because previous experience was great. Approval process was easy. Loan Process was terrible from beginning. Customer service was awful. My closing specialist gave me anxiety throughout the process. Demands (not requests) for paperwork were overburdensome and the overall process was awful (FHA loan had blame here too). Closing was a disaster. None of our loan estimates were correct and did not get followed up on by cust service. This led to a 2-day delay in closing and we did not have place to stay besides a hotel. Overall communication was not good. This was an overall awful experience that ruined the excitement and joy of moving into our dream house.

They went over and beyond to ensure they gave us the best interest rate and they were very informative. I am a first time home buyer and went with Rocket Mortgage. Everything was great and first and seemed very helpful. I found a house and began the closing process. Rocket set up a closing date for me but kept pushing it back, at this point it was very difficult to get ahold of them when before it was fairly easy. Out of nowhere I got an email saying they dropped my loan and closed my account. This was very alarming. I contacted my loan officer for an explanation to no avail. Finally after pulling teeth I got ahold of her. She told me they would open my loan back up once the title company approved my loan. But the title company will not approve a loan if it is not active. They told a lot of lies and never were straightforward with me. Even tried convicting me to look for a different home, with no explanation as to why. Said they would call once they got my loan up and running again and they would be working on it. Never heard from them again.

I live in Texas. My insurance company decided to not renew in our state. There was a 13 day gap in my insurance. I was charged $40 for the gap. And they keep the money. It was over a month after this happened that I was charged this fee. Overall not a lot of problems with them. But I still think what they did was totally shady.

Nolan was wonderful to work with…Pleasant, knowledgeable and always got right back to me. Your funds disbursement company was an issue. I have worked with other companies that handle the disbursement of funds in a more user friendly manner. Receiving checks, needing to find and print statements, mailing to creditor then waiting for them to clear was not easy. All of my accounts are online, I have no paper statements and no printer yet. It took 2 weeks to get all checks mailed out. This resulted in extra payments being made, then waiting for refunds from the companies. Very stressful for me. Rocket was great but perhaps Amrock could make their process more user friendly!

There was only one items that was not corrected before closing, but I didn't recognize it until the day of closing. We had to close in order to keep the percentage rate as it was. This is the only grievance that I had with Rocket Mortgage with my loan.

Darryl ** was very helpful, professional and efficient in walking us thru a refinance. He gave us options and explained clearly benefits of each. He was extremely patient with our questions and even accepted calls on his vacation time. Because of Representatives like Darryl we will continue to be Rocket Mortgage customers. The other representatives we encountered were also very kind and informative.

Rocket Mortgage was the worst company to use. I was a first time home buyer and LYNN ** is very scandalous. I wasted months of my time with her. She was going to ruin my life with that mortgage and I had no idea. I was thankful enough to have the smarts to realize something was off and after canceling and going with a different mortgage company I quickly realized how bad if I was going to be with that loan she set up for me. There's too many details to type but just know rocket mortgage does not have a passion for their job and they do not care how your life will turn out. They take advantage of new home buyers! Highly do NOT recommend. P.S. Read the fine print in everything. They will not explain it to you and it will bite you in the butt later. Also do not make a deposit on anything. They steal 200$ of it.

I had to initiate contact multiple times to keep up to date on the closing process. I was not notified of my closing date until I reached out via chat and was told that I in fact had to do it that same day as the rates would expire. When I asked why I was not alerted to this, the representative that I spoke to on chat said he didn't know. When I advised that I may not be able to find a witness on such short notice, he told me I could be charged if they had to extend it. Why should I get charged for an error on their part? I had to miss work to accommodate this oversight.

My Banker Matt ** was great. Quick, fast and Loan went through in very short amount of time. Just the way I wanted it to go since this is my 3rd Loan with Rocket. I appreciate all of Matt's work on getting this in the manner it was. Very professional. Thanks again Rich.

Everyone was very helpful & efficient. Ricky was especially nice, helpful, patient & basically an awesome person. The whole process was new to me, because things were done online or over the phone it was surprisingly quick and easy. There were a few hiccups that I thought would cause more problems than they did. Thank you to all who helped me!

This was my very first solo borrowing experience. I must say, my borrowing experience was handled very professionally with no problems or glitches. Personnel was always available when I needed help or had any questions regarding my loan. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in my family or to a friend.

I paid off my mortgage with Rocket. My school taxes were due around the same time I paid off my mortgage. I called Rocket to get advice on my pay off amount and how to handle my taxes and process to get back my escrow. The rep advised me to contact my "county" to find out process to pay my taxes. At the time of my call Rocket had paid my taxes 8 days prior to that. I did not know that because the rep never advised me that they paid the taxes. I also paid my taxes. The tax collector sent rockets payment (my escrow) back to rocket. Rocket now tells me I have to wait at least 40 business days (2 months) to get my escrow. Rocket says it is not their fault because their rep never actually told me to pay my taxes. He just neglected to tell me they already paid them. The manager I spoke to told me I just have to wait the time and there is nothing else they will do about it. Very poor customer service for an issue that they caused whether they will own up to it or not.

Little regard for our needs as far as what was paid off. Same as cash accounts that weren’t due were paid off and accounts that were due weren’t. We were told nothing could be done about it. Left us in a bind. An account we had to be paid, we had to pay but the disbursement couldn’t be changed so that account now has a $13,000 credit. Again, making things difficult for us.

Everyone we worked with at Rocket was very kind, considerate, and professional!! We felt no pressure at any time from beginning to closing. The process was quick and easy. Our interest rate is much better than the company we first financed with. I would recommend Rocket Finance to anyone who is considering a refinance. I have never dealt with this company before and am unfamiliar with their practices, but I was just verbally attacked by an "investigator." He treated me and my mother as if we were children. Despite my efforts to de-escalate the situation by speaking calmly, the man kept getting closer. This experience makes me question whether Rocket Mortgage allows its representatives to be physically intimidating. The situation felt very unsafe.

The process was painless until I got to after the closing. I refinanced my home and combined all my debts. I assumed all would be paid by you. Sending me checks to send off was very overwhelming. Trying to figure how follow the instructions on the payoffs was very stressful.

Not a first time home buyer. It seemed like everybody BUT Justin ** was asking me for WAY too many details and paperwork and forms and signatures and all the other things that a person IN THE MIDDLE OF PACKING AND LOADING AND WORKING IN THE FIELD AT A BRAND NEW JOB IN A BRAND NEW STATE WITH LIMITED ACCESS TO RESOURCES is trying to include other than what Rocket Mortgage needed was excessively difficult and trying. A bunch of unnecessary stress coming from the people in an office.

The whole team at Rocket Mortgage was very excited and professional. My mortgage banker Michael ** was very helpful on making sure I was going in the right direction with my refinancing. Mike made the Transaction of documents needed easy to understand, and responded back to me in a timely manner. The team for the closing paperwork always Communicated with me on where the process was. The closing was very smooth transaction and I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage.

The customer service was outstanding and the dashboard keeps you informed throughout the process! Brandon was always there to answer any questions that I had. The closing was quick and very convenient (done at my house). The proceeds from my loan were quickly deposited into my account. I would definitely choose Rocket Mortgage again for any future mortgage needs.

Communication was great. Getting the documentation together was very smooth. Uploading documents on the site was very easy sites very user-friendly. The closing was amazing. I like that I could go in and read my documents and sign them prior to the closing. This made it less stressful. I was able to read through everything on my own and then ask questions at the signing closing person was excellent and assigning went very smooth.

Jacqueline was very easy to work with she kept us well informed. She was always available for questions. She worked for us getting the forms to the right people. She worked hard to help us get the best deal we could get. She understood the trouble we were having and help us get it fixed. When I went to refinance a few years ago when the rates were great, the person I dealt with convinced me to not just roll over my mortgage which I could have done, he convinced me to go with a conventional mortgage and then I didn't realize that we'd get Pam. I attached to the new mortgage but we saved $300 a month but the PMI is almost $200 and now our mortgage payment after 4 years is now higher than when we were refinancing so they did not help me. He did not guide me properly. All they care about is money. I'm completely disappointed with them.

Working with Ryan was a very good experience. No problems or issues. At closing the Attorney was 45 minutes late which was annoying as I left work early to be on time. He did text he was running late and would be at my home in 5-10 minutes which turned into an additional 25 minutes.

Ken ** did a great job helping us out. It was a great experience for us as a family. He worked super hard around the clock to get this done. We would recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone.
