We’ve done several loans w Quicken/Rocket. This one was not good & we won’t be referring like we use to. The Initial loan officer was terrible at responding. I did talk to her supervisor. The title work took 2 weeks. Everything just seemed to take much longer than before. We use to always refer, not anymore.

Had excellent response time and service. Walked through the process and all the on-line tools are wonderful and made the everything easy to complete. Nice to read everything without pressure of a closer sitting there. Joe K. was extremely helpful and great to work with. Definitely would recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to our friends.

Rocket Mortgage is supposed to directly pay my insurance payments. Well after much frustration and over a period of months where I was trying to figure out what was going on because I got notices to pay my insurance...long story short they sent my payment to the wrong place along with many other people who at this point probably have no idea what's going on. So because the mortgage company screwed up my insurance is canceled... so my policy was 738.00 a year.

I’ve used Rocket for two mortgages on two different houses. Been with them back when they were Quicken and they are quick to close on a house. But recently went through a divorce. I bought my ex out of my current house. To update the paperwork they want 4 grand….monthly income hasn’t changed there’s no alimony or anything like that. It’s literally taking her name off the paperwork. My other option is to refinance at a much higher interest rate. This company will take advantage of you and nickel and dime you. I’d recommend people go somewhere else as I will as soon as interest rates drop

They lie. They told me I was approved and then they kept decreasing the finance amount only to back out in the final steps of the process. My credit score dropped 70 pts bc of these guys! They SUCK!!!! Go local!!!

My Contact Steven ** was excellent in assisting me with ALL problems and questions that came up during Closing. He was there for me even after hours and weekend when I had questions with the Tasks being completed correctly. He went above and beyond to assist me. I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to all. The Online closing was excellent compared to the last bank closing and our online live moderator was excellent.

Our agent was knowledgeable and courteous. He was extremely helpful. Let us know what we needed to do to and when information was submitted, he responded quickly. He gave us the best options and let us know what we could do to in the next 6 months as well. Have recommended Rocket to people who are seeking financial alternatives.

Thank you again for the smooth process and explanation at every step. You need to get rid of AI when looking at income as people that work on commission does not seem to work correctly. We would do another load with Rocket mortgage. Thank you again for the help and take care.

This was a very fast and easy process. My initial contact was smart and efficient, and steered me in the right direction. I was a little confused and worried about the closing process, with the video and signing, but that turned out to be easy as well. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Thank You.

This was my second time working with Rocket for a family member, and yet again, this was AMAZING right at the beginning. They promise prompt fast service, turn around time in less than a few weeks, then slowly little by little became a nightmare. This ended up being close to a 3-4 month process, there was nothing efficient within their back office, and very little communication among the Rocket employees, because I was asked by multiple people for the same things. Overall, you're working with nice people, but you can only blame the mortgage process so much, until you're fed up and feel stuck with them to finish through, rather than starting new with a separate company. I was hoping the first go around was a fluke, however now experiencing this a second time, I will not be using them moving forward for any future loans. Save yourself the headache and frustration!

The agent we were working with was Angela. She was horrible and a liar. At the end once I had contact with Chase the supervisor it went smoothly and closed within 2 days. Based on my experience with Angela I would never use Rocket again. She needs a serious coaching or refresher on one how to deal with people and not lie and get caught. She deflects. Not accepting responsibility. Have nothing good to say about her at all.

Colin ** was our original consultant and communicated very well about the process. When he left, we were not informed but rather had another person take over our loan process. We closed 11 days ago and have not heard from anyone, aside from computer generated e-mails, about where we are and what to expect now.

Pleasantly surprised by how quick, simple, and seamless the entire home buying process was! We were first time home buyers and had absolutely no idea what to do, but our Mortgage specialists led us through every step with patience and made sure we know exactly what was going on. Every employee we dealt with was awesome!

We had Excellent communication, fast response, kept us informed daily. They were very welcoming to assess our needs and wants in the loan as it was a big step for us to even look into this. The day we called they were very optimistic and started working on it right away. From start to finish it only took nine days.

I was absolutely floored by how easy it was to refinance. The team at Rocket made it so easy, and it was seriously rocket fast!! Could not be happier with the whole process and will recommend to others. From the initial data gathering, to the final online closing I truly enjoyed this process. They have a wonderful drag and drop document upload system so there was no issues getting them the data they needed to advance the process. I really loved the digital signing they have. I did not have to print, sign, then scan more than 1 or 2 documents. I could just do all the signing from my phone for most of the paperwork. Thank you for making this a quick and painless process. All Rocket Mortgage contacts have been amazing. Everyone was upfront, knowledgeable and so kind and friendly. They were on top of things and helped me get all the information quickly back to them and responded to quickly to all my questions. Overall my experience accomplished what I needed but it had some frustrations and I felt like it moved much slower than it should have. I was constantly having to ask for updates. When I first called I expressed that speed was my top priority and told about how soon I could possibly close but I was in a holding pattern for a solid week with no real updates.

Rocket Mortgage made the process of refinancing my home extremely fast and easy. I have raved to friends and family on the phenomenal job they did for me!!! They guided me through the whole process and was able to close in less than 2 weeks!!! Unheard of with other companies.

Thanks for the opportunity to share. Let me first commend Rachel **, my Rocket advisor. She was patient, supportive, informative, professional, yet approachable. She was my cheerleader, advocate and motivator, when I felt exhausted by the process. Since I have never seen her, she became the 'face' of Rocket for me. I have shared with her that the Rocket process was a "financial colonoscopy'"! Literally, shining a light on and plumbing the depths of my financial accountability and/or irresponsibility. Due to this process, certain aspects have been clarified in a positive way, i.e., my home was found to be worth more than I thought. Then there was the issue of where did I actually reside?

Rocket Mortgage pulled our credit without our permission TWICE. They dinged our credit both times and messed up our best chances to get a lower rate with another lender. It’ll take us a year to get our good credit scores back. I’m very disappointed in Rocket Mortgage. The other lender specifically said our credit dropped significantly because of this, it isn’t just an excuse for our credit drop.

We’ve now had 2 checks (Best Buy/Sams Cub) rejected and returned. Can’t get anyone to return a call and these payments are due quickly. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO! Apparently when David told me to drop them in stores next time I was there was wrong info!!! Way more stress than is needed.

The refinancing was seamless and quickly accomplished. The people I worked with were knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Applying and completing the process on the computer was easy. I actually enjoyed the process.

There were multiple mistakes and multiple closing delays from these mistakes. We were forced to close with mistakes and incorrect fees and taxes. We had to pay excessive homeowners' insurance and incorrect taxes due at closing. Our mortgage payment has incorrect taxes for escrow. None of the mistakes and incorrections from closing have NOT been resolved. This experience has caused and continues to cause unfathomable stress and financial hardship.

Tim was very nice and easy to work with! He made sure that we knew we were a priority and that our business was important to him. Very thorough in explaining the options that we had and assisted us through each step. Was quick to answer any additional questions and easy to get ahold of. So much better than another lender we had talked to who could barely remember to call us weekly, much less each day we asked a question. Would definitely recommend!

When I needed to buy a home, I applied to several different lenders. Rocket was the first to respond to me, so I went with them, and I'm glad I did. I worked with several different people throughout the process, and each one did a terrific job. Everyone was friendly, professional, and responsive. Expectations at each stage were clearly set, and I never felt like I was in the dark about what needed to be done. On top of that, I got a good rate and several thousand dollars worth of credits on my closing costs. I would definitely recommend Rocket to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home.

When I received a mortgage, they said my payment was one amount. Then after six months, my payment doubled with no notice. They would not even discuss why. Do not even consider them for your business!!!!

Was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was completed. From start to closing it was 2 weeks. She was professional and made me feel like I was the only customer she had. In a word Lacy was outstanding! Lacy is a sweet, wonderful person and I feel fortunate that I decided to go through her for my mortgage process. She is a valuable member of the Rocket Mortgage team.

No matter who I talked to beside cody, all were fully informed and helped me get thru this complicated process. The transition to amrock rocked me a little and doing all the mailings was unexpected but very doable. I commend your entire staff on their knowledge of the loan pdocess and am overly pleased with the 5 extra accounts that you paid off.

Our mortgage rep was fantastic, quick to respond, and kept things moving at a quick pace. All said and done I think we closed in three weeks from start to finish and it was about as smooth of a process as we could have asked for. I've been working with Rocket Mortgage since February 2023. I had a house fire, which stopped the appraiser's process the day before she was to arrive. A banker stayed in touch with me to stay abreast of my situation for the nearly 15 months it took to repair my house--quite impressive in this uncaring world. I called Rocket Mortgage to talk business when I was more settled into my newly renovated home. I was delighted to work with a gentleman who walked me through the process. He was very patient, considerate, and kind. Then a woman came to my home for the closing. She was fantastic at making the process easy. I cannot say enough good things about the personnel at Rocket Mortgage.

Everything with the loan process went smoothly, we just was disappointed with the closing, nobody reiterated to us that the sellers needed 15-30 after closing. We didn't find out till day of when we thought we were getting keys. We had already transferred everything over utility wise, had a uhaul sitting in our driveway already. Had to cancel movers, & other deliveries to be made to the new house that weekend. Especially with it being our 1st house bought. Maybe have realtors make aware to buyers yes you are getting keys at closing or say they need the certain time frame extra. We also told landlord we would be out by a certain date & he's charging us more $ now to stay a couple weeks later. my mom also scheduled surgery for after we were supposed to be moved in. Now she's potentially getting surgery a few days before we move in putting more work & more $ for us to put out.

The entire process went well and if I had any questions they were answered immediately. Everyone involved on my case was very professional, had great bed side manner and answered all of my questions. Very happy.

All the Rocket guys involved in our case were just great and pleasant to deal with. From the application guys all the way to the closing guys we just had an easy ride looking at the amount of paperwork that needs to be done. I hope we will have the same experience next time we need help with refinancing or a mortgage.

I was not very happy dealing with Amrock. #1 the table that we provided was not adequate to his liking to complete the signing of the contract. And he was constantly reminding us of the date. Which we didn’t need. He seemed to me that he was in a bad mood. Not only that, but when we got the checks we could not distinguish which check went where or to whom.

The process was easy and we were walked through the whole process either by the app or personal phone calls. Disappointed with the fact that our credit cards were paid off via a check sent to us to forward to the creditors rather than a direct EFT to them.

This was an excellent experience. I rarely, if ever, make recommendations. I am a very busy person and didn't refinance years ago because I simply didn't have. This process was so simple, I should have done it earlier.

This was a lengthy, stressful process for us. We didn’t expect it to take 5 weeks. Dustin ** had been an excellent help throughout the process as well as everyone else we’ve encountered. We’re grateful for everyone’s kindness. The closing company and the appraisal company were both great as well. I only knocked a star off due to the length it took.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Rocket Mortgage that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I was contacted by their sales team while shopping for a 30-year conventional mortgage. However, the service I received was far from satisfactory. Despite numerous calls from their sales representatives asking for my personal information, they consistently failed to provide me with clear and honest details about the mortgage rates and options available. Each call left me more confused and frustrated, as I was unable to obtain the essential information needed to make an informed decision.

My husband and I refinanced through Rocket Mortgage. Took several months to close. It paid out the first week of June. We opted for escrow, so they're responsible for paying our homeowners insurance and property taxes. We received a cancellation notice and refund check from our homeowners insurance yesterday. Apparently they haven't received a single payment from Rocket mortgage, so as of 6/25/24 we haven't had insurance. After making a call to our county tax assessor, our property taxes are behind as well.

I had to upload our trust. It took quite a while to figure out how to get it to you. I finally ended up having to upload 2 pgs at a time to get my 40 pg trust to you. Also, the last document required was a letter stating that we (trustees) were still alive. No one knew what that was. I finally sent a letter stating that yes, we were still alive.???

We found Rocket Mortgage when the interest rates were at the lowest during the pandemic. We wanted to take advantage of the low interest rates and refinanced. Best decision ever. Since then, we've refinanced to an even lower rate with a shorter term and eventually used Rocket's recommended realtors to simultaneously sell our house and buy a new one. Seamless transactions and we got offered the best rates too. Rocket also offers multiple discounts and perks when buying/selling through them. When you have closing costs and realtor fees from both ends, every little thing counts.

Everything was fine. Rocket Mortgage stayed in constant contact with me during the loan process. Rocket Mortgage has also streamlined the process so that it proceeded relatively quickly from beginning to end. Rocket Mortgage did not get the highest score because of a few technical difficulties. The technical problems were related to the 2nd mortgage never showing up on my wife's dashboard. I don't think that problem was ever resolved, but we were able to complete the loan application process online and get the loan approved.

Been very cooperative. Very understanding. Very patient and very helpful and easy to work easy to reach out to and very helpful on the website because I do not work well with the computers even though I work on a computer for a living, it’s helpful. Danielle was very supportive at time of need.

I worked with Patrick ** and he was great. Always there to answer questions and help when needed. We did have some computer issues (even prior to the Microsoft outage). We could not get my husband added to the loan; I qualified on my own, so it turned out not to be a big deal. Barbara ** did our closing, and she was great also. All in all, the process was smooth.

Brynn was very efficient and time effective. The whole process was pretty quick. Working for the school board and the requirements of providing a contract was a little challenge but ended up being an overall smooth process. There was a couple times I spoke to her supervisor Will and he was just as helpful.

It was a pleasure working with Rocket Mortgage to refinance our home. Every time I had a question or needed information, our agent Harry ** responded very quickly. My husband and I were very impressed with his patience and knowledge regarding our home refinance. We were not computer savvy people, but he took his time and explained how to download our documents online. It was a very easy process. My experience with Rocket Mortgage was great. My agent was awesome, very knowledgeable on all the information. He stayed on top of everything throughout the process. It was fast paced and easy to understand and any questions I had were answered fast and explained very clearly and quickly. As in the past my experience with Rocket was excellent. Any bumps in the road were taken care of. Jose was very enthusiastic and personable. I will continue to recommend Rocket Mortgage to friends. It was also nice having a relief pitcher come in during the last few days and when Jose was not available.

Your representatives drove us nuts continuously demanding more and more documents, right up to the day before closing. The underwriter would not accept even OBVIOUS facts, right up to the last day! They actually demanded that my employer document that I would continue to be employed after closing, since my job is permanently remote! Completely absurd and they refused, as anyone would! All this because you have a 100% chance of selling my mortgage. I will never recommend Rocket to anyone. The deal got done, but we put down $650,000, and the mortgage was for $450,000. You should not have made me sweat like you did!!

I was blessed to have mrs. ** work on my financing. It couldn’t have gone easier. She’s a very knowledgeable lady and push my refinance through so quick that it made my head spin as far as the organization goes. Top shelf. Outstanding outfit. Thank you very much for all your hard work, Pineda **.

Dany was great to work with for our refinance and cash-out needs. He understood our financial situation and worked to make sure our needs were met. He did everything in his power to get us into a better position and we are very grateful for his help and support throughout this process.

This company is absolutely horrible. Don’t use them if you want your mortgage to go through with no issues. They said everything was all set with my mortgage and we paid $500 for an appraisal we didn’t need. Then they came back and said they couldn’t do it because I haven’t been at my PT job for a year. After providing everything they said no problem don’t worry everything will go through with no issues. Not to worry at all. Well now we are out $500 dollars and have no home. They are absolute liars and deceiving. They don’t return phone calls nor do they care about their customers. Just another massive corporation scamming people making the rich richer.

I have loved working with Rocket Mortgage. They bought my loan from another company and immediately reached out to me and were so helpful. I did a refi thru them and it was easy and quick. They respond quickly to questions and are always very nice. Would highly recommend them!

Our loan officer Nate ** was very helpful and always made himself available to answer any questions we had. The closing process went very smoothly and enjoyed the ability to sign papers online. Also the website was very user friendly and informative, it helped us keep track of our progress and what was needed

My biggest complaint is that the appraisal was an absolute nightmare! The appraisal was ordered within the first couple of weeks of the process, but then our seller wasn't hearing from the appraiser for scheduling. About a week later I get a message saying the appraisal has been delayed, with no reason as to why. About another week went by and the seller still hadn't heard anything. I contacted our Point of Contact/Team Member to inquire about it and was told the appraiser had been trying to contact our seller, only the seller names I was given were not my sellers! The appraiser had been trying to contact the wrong people! Finally, the appraiser contacted our seller to schedule, but wasn't able to get to the house for another week. Then, it was the 4th of July and so it took another week for the report to get turned in.

Great experience. Juan ** was great to work with. The entire team did everything they could to make the loan be a success. The online features were also very helpful. I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to others. Was very happy with service received and the updates. Juan ** called almost daily to update me on the progress of the loan. Thank you to everyone that was so helpful and kind.

He was always available by phone and it made everything go smoothly. He was always patient with my numerous questions. Recently took out a home equity loan with Rocket Mortgage. Process was quick and easy, all the staff was really nice and friendly, highly recommended rocket mortgage for home loan and equity loan. Thank you rocket mortgage. The process was explained clearly from the start. Only took 3 weeks from start to finish. Closing was easy, they had someone came to the house to close.

Everyone was professional and knowledgeable, The closing was way faster and simpler than most. The only complaint we have is with the appraiser. He was in our house less than 15 minutes and gave an appraisal that we think was incorrect. All in all we would recommend Rocket mortgage. Thanks to all who helped with our refinance.

Max was wonderful. From the first engagement to the last he was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and took time and care in explaining every part of the process. Unfortunately, others after Max were not as good. In fact, I found some of the other associates of Mortgage to be lacking in basic empathy--buying a house is a lot more than just a financial transaction and should be treated with care.

Easy to work with and great customer service. I would absolutely look to them for a loan in the future. The loan process was very simple and the online portal made it so easy to upload the needed documents. The app is very helpful with the entire loan process. I highly recommend working with Rocket.

First home buyer, I didn't know you were going to collect insurance and taxes from me on a monthly basis. I would have preferred to pay them annually on my own. This model has an opportunity cost to me.

I have used Rocket Mortgage several times and will in the future. They are a great company to work with because they are professional and know their business. The cost was reasonable, and everything was done in a timely manner. Calls were answered promptly and friendly. The refinance process took longer than we expected (2 months) or were told at first, but everyone was nice during the process and questions or problems were handled efficiently. Very fragmented! Process and the amount of people within Rocket that would be contacting us was not explained properly. The loan amount plus fees should have been explained and confirmed that we would be receiving 2,000 less payout than expected. Would not recommend to a friend! More time should have been spent explaining the process to us.

Excellent customer service from Carson **. Everyone went above and beyond to assist with the loan process. The application was easily completed and we closed with no issues on the Rocket Mortgage side. There was an issue with the appraiser. Carson ** and Chris ** worked tirelessly to fix problem and encourage the appraiser to complete his side of the process. We would definitely recommend using their services.

Excellent and we love the app! Good customer service and everyone we met was super nice. We have had 3 mortgages with Rocket and they have always been professional from start to finish. Definitely recommend Rocket to anyone, especially above Wells Fargo. Technically forward organization that is quick and listen so you are not redoing the task task over and over.

Everything went smooth. I really liked the Hybrid experience between the app and personal experience. It made the process run smooth with my busy schedule. I was able to handle any issues or documents on my own time without having to schedule and meet with someone. We worked closely with our loan officer Candice **. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She worked diligently to get our refi closed very quickly. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I honestly don't know when she slept. She would answer my calls and texts around the clock and always had a great attitude. I can't speak highly enough of her.

Just such a lousy company. My house burned down, My insurance company (State Farm) was great! My contractor was great! My mortgage servicer (Rocket Mortgage) is terrible. They withhold a portion of the claim until you have a final Inspection, which I have had, then they drag their feet, asking for pictures of things (this is after the inspection that they set up). They do not communicate with you directly, so there is no one you can talk to directly about it. You call and talk to a CSR and they will relay to the team involved, then you will not hear back from them. They make the process take much longer than it should and leave you having to answer questions from your contractors on when they might get their payment.

I did most of my uploads and work on my cell. Thought it was going to be a hassle but it wasn't. Rocket Mortgage was incredibly on point with their timelines. Definitely recommend to all.

I contacted Rocket Mortgage due to they were offering a promotion through my employer. I didn't have high expectations and assumed I'd likely stay with my current, local lender. However, I was pleasantly surprised when rather than working with someone overseas or through a bot, I was working with an actual loan officer in the U. S. Because of Christina's professionalism and responsiveness, I ended up borrowing through Rocket and was pleased with every step of the process. I didn't have to push for updates and received regular correspondence as well as the website providing real-time status. Rocket Mortgage seemed genuinely concerned with my customer experience which is HUGE considering how terrible customer service is in most sectors. I have no regrets and no complaints and would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage!

Not satisfied with the service they provided. Approved me equity loan and refused to close on it due to it's a rental property. I told them that, and they had it as my primary address, and refused to give me the loan. Ran my credit and pulled my score down. I gave them all my documents. They want me to refinance. I have a 2% rate on my house. I am not doing that.

Extremely unprofessional experience. Was skeptical from the beginning because of how persistent the Mortgage lender was to get us to commit “that day”. After a few months of discussing with them, eventually agreed on a refinancing interest rate for it to later be changed without our knowledge or permission to benefit them financially. Tried to withdraw our application because we were unsatisfied with the lack of knowledge and honesty and they said we could not get our deposit back. We sent it to the executive level where they told us they would review our phone calls to see if we could get a refund to later tell us we were not eligible. When we asked if we could get the records and specifics of where “we weren’t eligible” they said that was not information that could not be shared. Extremely money hungry individuals who don’t care about how they affect the financial status of their consumers. Do not recommend.

Rocket Clowns bought out my Mortgage from a company that I did research on and picked because of the great reputation they had. But they sold me out and my great credit score to a three-ring circus of CLOWNS. Every bit of contact with them is no that's not right they told you wrong or mis-spoke. Over and over and over. I wonder if they all get in the same little car to commute back and forth to the big top. We need minus stars on this Experience.

I am super impress with Rocket Mortgage. They help me from day one to get qualify for the loan with their credit specialist that help guide me with the right things to pay off of my debt to increase my credit score. It took me a while but they keep in touch until I hit my mark. And the loan officer was very informed and knowledgeable, help me along the way with the closing specialist. Wow I got to say there one stop shop. I really enjoy the experience and the fact that I can call and ask questions anytime and they do help you.

My team was excellent. The only thing I can recommend for them is to be more detailed on what is required for a loan, e.g., a deposit that is 1.5 times the monthly income requires sourcing. If I had known about the deposit requirement, I would have used a different account, the deposit would have been invisible to them, and the process would have been much smoother.

The Rocket Mortgage is a good lender for Mortgage. The process of approval was faster and easier. At the closing, I got a lot of confusion about what they told me at the beginning to put a down payment of 3% to 5% but at the closing everything was different.

Our agent was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in making clear the best way to proceed. We were encouraged as the process proceeded that things would come out as we hoped and expected. Although a bit stressful at times, it was clear we were going to do this right and all would be ok.

The start of our loan process went great. But when it came time for closing it was messy & they screwed us up. Not only did they not deposit our money but they mailed a check, allowing it to sit on our front porch for 5 days while we were out of the country. Put us at risk & behind 2 weeks on our work.

Two bad experiences -- doubt any of this was face value. First awful, extra 20K a week before close because they suddenly wanted a second appraisal which of course came in low. Second, assured me a block was put on additional funds to a dirty insurance company they seemed to be persuading -- a little counseling me to consider staying with -- stating facts is one thing, but you don't this...the block was not put on and the funds were paid.

When we purchased our home in 2019, these guys were so easy to deal with! Fast responses and we closed on our house in 21 days from the date of signing the purchase agreement. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a home. They made a stressful situation pleasant.

I wish to thank Matt for how much time, effort, and creativity he put into finding a path through my very unusual early retirement situation that other lenders told me was simply not feasible. His diligence in researching detailed qualification rules to find options and taking time on a conference call with my financial advisor allowed us to arrive at a mortgage plan. I do not know how much internal churn there was, but plenty of work was visible on my end. And in, I presume, a higher-volume industry, so the personal attention is greatly appreciated.

Our 2 loans we have, thru our bank were supposed to be paid off, as I looked today they still have a balance. I am not very happy about this, it was all written up together. If things take a bit longer than expected just have someone reach out to me and let me know.

Rocket Mortgage has support staff that are very helpful during the application process. I was out of the area when I started the application, I recommend that you have your proof of income (W-2 information) with you at the start.

My experience with RM handling my payments out of my escrow account has been POOR. 2 years in a row, they have sent my homeowner's insurance prem with very little time to arrive by the due date. The first time it did not arrive by the due date so I had to pay it out of my pocket, and once my insurance company received RM check, they refunded my payment back to me. When calling RM about this, they apologized and said there was a mix up. Not sure how, but I left it alone.

Unfortunately, I had no choice to move to Rocket Mortgage as my loan was sold to them to service the account. We decided to pay off the loan 30 days after Rocket began servicing us and the escrow company without our authorization racked up hundreds of dollars of penalties by requesting multiple payoff statements. Rocket never notified that the penalties were accruing as well as never sending us their policy when they took over our account. Beware of this company they will rocket you to the poor house.

My overall experience was great. There were times where I felt in the dark about my loan progress/ status. The appraiser the company hired definitely under appraised my property which ultimately excluded me from the benefits of having a conventional loan. Overall, the process for taking out the 2nd lien HELO was very seamless. I was able to fully close in about 2 weeks and very little was required of me throughout the process. The banker took the time to understand my needs and goals and put together a plan that made great sense! The additional processors from closing and UW were also very helpful and answered questions promptly. The only issue I ran into is when I tried to set up my closing date, when entering bank information, the system wouldn't accept the account and prompted me to call. I just feel like a message could come up to discuss how these banks put in firewalls and the why.

It was a great process from start to finish. The guy helping through the way was Ricardo **. He helped me anytime I have a question or just checking up on here things were going. He was a big part on me buying a house through Rocket Mortgage. I was just calling just to get a quote, but the information and experience he had convinced me to go with Rocket Mortgage.

Overall, I wish we could have come to an agreement. My situation changed dramatically one day after closing. I needed my team more than ever. They said I canceled the mortgage because I refused to make a phone call. That is true to a point. What I asked for, the team did not step up and participate with me in making that call. I wanted someone to be on the line with me as had been done a few times before. It seemed as though once I closed, I was not privy to the terms help other than giving me a phone number to call. I needed someone to be with me up and to my third day to refuse. What I gathered was my question wouldn’t change a thing anyway. I didn’t want to make the call alone, so I didn’t call.

Dealing with your company is Just amazing and refreshing and very easy to accommodate us in all we needed. Rocket Mortgage makes the whole borrowing experience easy--as easy as a complicated transaction can get. Since I had my tax returns and other data at hand, the whole process was done in one phone call. There were a few tiny follow-ups. But overall dealing with Rocket is a great experience.

My suggestion is to do the appraisal early on in the process. I had to put a new roof on the detached garage. This prolong the whole process. Every time I turn something in there was some little something that was a right and I had to redo it. To be honest, I was very frustrated by the time we closed.

The start of the relationship wasn't great. I missed out on my referred Condo which sold for 160k due to misinformation. This sucks because my condo cost 165k. I wasn't informed that my wife was required to be at closing due to Ohio Law. I was only informed 3 days to closing. This cost me about $400 trying to secure a POA and express delivery. Not good. That info should have been mentioned upfront, not last minute. I am happy that I closed on my 1st home but the experience could have been better.

From start to finish this was the easiest process I have ever been involved with when it comes to such a big transaction. I was informed every step of the way and never really had to leave my office chair to get it all done. Everyone was very nice, didn't waste any time, and pushed this through in less than a month. I've received a marketing call from Rocket Mortgage. I've told the representative up-front I am not interested in any offers above 5% APR. She wasn't honest in the initial phone call with her promises they can make 5%. And in the last call instead of saying "sorry, we cannot offer 5% now", she tried to sell me 7.5% refinance product which would increase the cost of the loan by more than 200K. Very dishonest and waste of time. Such conduct will put your company out of business.

There were a number of things that were asked for that required quite a bit of back and forth to explain. I had been through a chapter 13 bankruptcy and they kept asking for evidence of mortgage payments made through the trustee when the mortgage payments were made directly to the lender.

We had a great experience with Rocket Mortgage. We were struggling to make ends meet every month and felt like the credit card debt was eating us alive, but with the Home Equity loan we were able to almost cut our expenses in half! Their customer service is terrible!!! When you go to a supervisor it gets even worse. Katherine ** is of no help whatsoever and unfortunately she says she is at the top. Do not use this company for anything!!! There are many other mortgage companies that are way better than this one. Needed a check endorsed as I have already put out monies for repairs and the fastest they can turn around a check is 7-10 days and that's not guaranteed. Well; l guess kids won't eat for that long. I put in my phone number just to get a estimate on what the rate would be on a certain mortgage price and I am sleeping the next morning and I get 3 calls while I am sleeping. 3 CALLS. They woke me up and didn't seem to care about actually getting my business if they are going to be that rude by calling me 3 times in a row in the early morning when I am not answering. Sorry when I actually get to buying a home then you will not be getting my business.

I took my time to write this review as this company is really special. They lie to you from the beginning with the soft credit pull. I had a rep by the name Joseph take my call and he clearly advised that this over the phone would be a soft credit pull. Well guess what? No it was not. The minute he pulled it I got an email from all my bureaus and got hit with inquiries in all three and my credit dropped. So be very careful as they will use anything to get you in and Joseph was also very rude requesting information. No one should be asking when you are just shopping around to use your best option. Do not use this company and I advise for you to do your research beforehand.

Bait and switch. I filled out a form to view rates (they obviously vary per product) like the ad said. It very clearly said view rates at several steps. In the end they would only call you. Nothing about rates. Deceptive on purpose. I will NOT get my Heloc or refi with a company like that.

I went to fund.com and I came across this company Rocket Mortgage on the website so I decided to give them a try. We live in southern California so nothing is really I would say cheap here. I entered all my information, a lady contacted me today around 1:36PM pacific time and she was nice, said she was going to transfer me to a the right agent who helps first home buyers. I said perfect not a problem!

This people run my wife's and I credit 800+ then asked for taxes to validate income 150k+ and because we have declared some losses, they offer me a loan with 25% down for a 400k single family home after they have offered me a 5% down because our excellent credit. Not sure if it was our last name (**) or what that triggered this change, so I got my Rico down because if the inquiry and no loan.

I have had the displeasure of dealing with this company twice now and I never will again. Most recently they reached out to see if I was interested in a Home Equity loan due to the value of my home skyrocketing. I want to do some remodeling so I said yes. I go through all the steps with the initial loan officer. It takes weeks. He ghosts me. Another random officer calls and I have to give her all the information I provided the first person with plus new information on my student loans. The first guy told me that it wasn’t necessary and they wouldn’t factor in. Guess what. They did and my loan was denied. A loan THEY asked ME if I wanted. They wasted weeks of my time for absolutely no reason. Horrible service. Horrible company. DO NOT USE THEM.

I don't recommend Rocket Mortgage, they apparently don't know what they are doing. I got all the information they needed, I was told I approved with these great rates. In the end it was all lies. I was not approved and now the agent won't respond to me.

I inquired about their rates, and they assured me it would be a soft inquiry. However, Rocket Mortgage lied, and my FICO score dropped by 26 points. These people are crooks. Do not deal with rocket mortgage.

I reached out to Rocket Mortgage in order to make a purchase. During our conversation, Nate **—who called himself a loan doctor—was present. I gave my employer an explanation of the complexities and the means by which my employment had to be validated. I also informed him that, should the need arise, I had rental property that I could use for revenue. I also told Nate that I had taken a few leaves of absence over the previous few years. He replied, "Oh no, we don’t want to use that because it’s going to complicate a loan." Four days before the closure, they attempt to conduct an employment verification.

They are BOMBARDING my phone with call after call after I've been telling them I am not interested and I am on the national do not call registry. The guy on the phone said "Well I just checked it and I don't see your name". THEN proceeds to call again and again back to back.

Rocket mtg delayed my insurance escrow payment which I now have lapse in insurance. Unacceptable on every level. The lady I spoke with when questioning the lateness of this payment along with lapse of insurance actually hung up on me. Very professional behavior. She should be fired.

Predatory mortgage company. Really horrible customer service agents who believe they are God, and lie through their teeth. I didn't even choose to work with them, my loan was transferred-- in the past 20 years, this is the most predatory company with abusive escrow practices. Their, "end-of-the-line" agent-God informed me that I could refinance with a different company to escape their predatory practices. Thanks Kim!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS! They will take your money and turn you down at the end. Paid my earnest money deposit and at closing they told me they wouldn't give me the loan based on the age of house. They knew the age of the house from day one. They literally waited for me to give them my earnest money deposit and immediately turned me down once they had the money and refused to refund it. How is this not illegal?

Worst experience of all of the financial institutions I had to work with when my friend passed away. First it took weeks before I could get access to the mortgage. They assessed late fee of $27 because his loan payment was late because we didn’t know it had to be paid until we got access to all of his finances. I called someone yesterday to address this fee and Dustin called me back today and began arguing with me about why they could not refund the $27.

I am a current Rocket customer, and have been largely happy with their service. However, I recently clicked ONE BUTTON on their website, and these people simply will not stop contacting me. When one stops, another one starts. This latest guy, even after being told to stop contacting me, just won’t give up. When it does come time to take out some equity against my home, this has guaranteed that I will not be working with Rocket. Absolutely pests.

Started home buying process in end of March 2024. Had high 600 rating, wife's was mid 600's. Got assigned to 1 person that. Another, then a 3rd. Each time none of them knew what the other had done. Then they hit my credit report 6 times in 1 month dropping it, which they then complained about my score drop. So we moved forward after that. Sent deposit, then they stopped answering emails and started demanding proof of everything and anything we did. If I took money out why? Or put it in. They constantly requested the same documents over and over cause o one shared them with their team. We get to closing and they pulled from deal at last minute. Will never use them again.

They are misleading. They advertise that you can search rates. I filled out all the information only to have it prompt that my agent will call me. Then an email was sent to start an application. Can you say untruthful and misleading!

Horrible customer service, never kept me updated. I always had to call in and find out the status of my loan. No one ever knew what the next steps were. They rely on their online portal too much which is never updated. I strongly recommend not using them for any type of loans.

Terrible bank. They denied me during closing date week. They asked me for all the documentation. I sent it over and over and when it was time to close they denied and wasted my money. Already paid for appraisal.

Absolutely a horrible experience. Ask for the loan to be loaded and it wasn't done then at the end of the year when my insurance policy renewed they started charging me for insurance that I had to provide proof of insurance again and customer service lied to you and treat you like a **.

I contacted Rocket Mortgage looking to do a purchase. I talked with Nate ** Who referred to himself as a loan doctor. I explained the complexity with my employer and the way my employment needed to be verified. I also let him know that I had rental property that could be used as income if needed. I also informed Nate that I have been on several leave of absence in the past couple of years. He stated, "Oh no, we don’t want to use that because it’s going to complicate a loan." It’s four days before closing and they try to do a verification of employment. They spoke with my HR department and requested for them to send an email back to confirm the details of my employment. My HR department tried over 10 times and her email was blocked by rocket server, the verification team decided to use the work number.

The "President's Club" mortgage banker I was linked to is Brian **. He would be tardy with his follow-ups, consistently. I once had his manager involved and thereafter he was still tardy. He was sociable via telephone, would call me during the weekends just to shoot the breeze, but when it came to doing actual work - he showed himself to be incompetent. Just like the "in network" realtors they will assign to you if you want more closing cost credits. Brian just could not get my case off the ground, which showed his lack of expertise and follow-through. He has been an 8 month, colossal waste of time. At what point do you take lack of regard for the situation as more heavily weighted than amiability? By this point, I am offended by Brian. People just don't care or understand the gravity of your situation and so they deserve every bit of suffering life throws at them. Their lack of regard is what holds people who are trying, back.

I am a seasoned investor and purchased many homes before, with an stellar credit score, paid at least 4 mortgages off during my lifespan, I am under 45 years old, have all the docs needed to get a loan approved on my jump drive, great proof of income on W2. And yet contacted Julian ** from Rocket Mortgage, send all docs required, did not hear back, send multiple messages and emails, documented everything, never heard back but only Ai's generated messages, went to another mortgage company I used in the past 2 times, they got me approved within 2 weeks, I am all set to close now. :) I heard from someone on my job that Rocket was okay so decided to give it a try, but obviously wasted my time, if I had to be waiting on my Rocket lender to reply to me I would have lost that real estate deal!! Thank Goodness I had a plan B, feel bad for the 1st timers who don't have a plan B and stay stuck with bad lenders like Rocket.

Avoid Rocket Mortgage at all costs!!.. on May 23, 2024 - I was scheduled to close on a home first time purchasing a home by myself in a 55+ community. I am a hard-working, senior citizen working in the nursing field. I worked and took care of Covid residents while many stayed home. Did everything right, everything that Rocket Mortgage asked me to do. 10 days before closing they were sending me letters saying everything is good. "We’re all good. Send this. Go ahead with closing costs to your attorney. Send this to your realtor and send this to the sellers realtor. We’re good to close. Everything looks good."

The man I was connected to was so far offing his knowledge and understanding of manufactured homes and the processes. It was not a good start and do not want to do business with this incapable person. He wouldn't listen, just wanted to talk.

If I could I would leave 0 stars they messed up on our financing twice. The 2nd house we found they made us pay down all our debt to 0 which defaulted our loan after we paid earnest money and appraisal towards the house we wanted to buy. The first time they failed to add the taxes into our loan estimate which also we paid earnest money into. So $6000 later they said we could not get approved for a loan when we were a week from closing after originally saying we were approved and everything was ready to go. The 2nd time we specifically asked if we were good to go before we paid the earnest money in and Logan ** said yes everything is good to go.

Was run around and around for almost a month. My credit from all 3 agencies is above their so called requirements. Their score was never close to all 3 credit agencies. Now with a hard inquiry my score dropped and they blew me off. Disappointed and disgusted. Went with my bank, higher interest rate but more honest.

Absolutely unethical practices and a very unprofessional experience. Would not recommend and will never do business with them again. They were not skilled professionals and mispresented our mortgage agreement. When we brought to their attention, they did nothing to rectify the situation. I guess they only care about the transaction and not building trust or long term relationships.

They call themselves mortgage experts. Redic. Don't send me a higher interest rate than the one I have. This was after a call/ text message. Did they even look at my file? They would see this was not to my advantage. Watch out. They ask you to sign on mailed correspondence. We are seniors & feel they were trying to take advantage of us. Scam alert!

Unfortunately I had a poor conversation with a lender with this company. Abruptly ending a conversation when I had multiple questions. Mohamad **, was rude and dismissive. I do not recommend Rocket Mortgage if lenders cannot be patient to answer questions.

Rocket Mortgage team made stupid mistake and cause all kinds of headaches for me. 1) The employment verification team sent someone else's documents to my employer, 2) documents I previously provided with correct phone number and email address where ignored. Wrong number were called from google. Emails were sent to incorrect address delaying the entire process. I should have went with a different mortgage company. 8 years ago rocket mortgage did my previous mortgage, but the company is nowhere near the same quality any longer. Very disappointed and frustrated with my closing team.

Rocket Mortgage screwed up an attempt to purchase a home sooo bad, it was almost lost. As the buyer, had found many of their mistakes, pointed it out to them, calculation errors-misread a paycheck as a monthly check rather than a 2 week check, handed in paperwork late to title company causing delay in closing, LIED about paperwork & what was promised, & when. Thank God every text saved & could send them a screenshot to catch them in their lie. NEVER EVER USE ROCKET MORTGAGE, you’ll thank me. The one used was in Arizona, often did not answer call, return messages for days. It's was awful, horrible, frustrating, time lost at work. Sickening.

I will never work with Rocket Mortgage again. They focus on the scope of their interests and that's it. They ran my credit into the ground by doing multiple hard inquiries that exceeded credit 14 day limit and acted as if refinancing comes with no penalties. They are inexperienced and do not care about their customers.

I was originally preapproved by Rocket Loans, but when I told them my house would be built they said they didn’t do those types of loans. The mortgage company I went with said the initial financing through my builder is done by the builder and should have been treated like a regular mortgage and not like a construction loan, so they lost out. I was very disappointed the broker didn’t do more discovery. We ended up going with a home that was already built and a lender that was more knowledgeable.

Do not do business with Rocket Mortgage. We were working with them for the purchase of a condo. Everything was fast and smooth and we had a closing date. Then at the last hour they got the appraisal and we were informed of some law regarding ownership in Florida. Because of this appraisal we were denied our loan. Fast forward - we have a new lender but Rocket has been uncooperative with them regarding transference of Appraisal. After contacting the President someone reached out and it was finally transferred, Now come to find out the original appraisal is incorrect and that we were denied based off of that. We paid well over $450 for the appraisal and it's incorrect? Now we find out that Rocket specifically in their notes to Amrock (appraisal co) advised them not to correct their error. This is outrageous! A big company as Rocket and yet so unprofessional. Do not use Rocket. They have now cost us time and money.

We have had a mortgage with Rocket Mortgage co for almost 5 years and were never once late or delinquent on our payments. We have also paid off a personal loan for $15,000 with this company. We were just denied a home equity loan due to a discrepancy with a payment history that happened because the payment increased and they neglected to take it out of our bank, the issue was resolved when my husband called to ask why it was not taken out. The agent gave me a phone number for the underwriters could call to verify that the discrepancy was no fault of ours. But we were still denied the loan. We were also very unhappy with the customer service with Jennifer **.

RM contacted me concerning a refi loan on my property. Right before closing date, I was contacted that due to new guidelines, and to protect their investors, the loan was being denied. My property which they already held the mortgage on was no longer the type of property that could be loaned on. The only thing that had changed from the original loan as far as worthiness was my property value had increased. Would this not be something their investors would consider? I have gone from a completely satisfied customer to looking for someone else to hold the mortgage on my home. Oh, when asked about my the current mortgage status, I was told there was not issue with that. I could continue paying. Yea I bet!

We have had Rocket Mortgage for years and have not only never missed a payment we over pay every single month. This year our escrow went up and it made our $2000 payment $6 short. We get a message that our credit report has taken a hit and when we check we find out Rocket Mortgage had reported our March payment was 30 days past due even though they received and listed the $2000 payment. According to them because it was $6 short they "held" the payment and didn't apply it! This is the most ignorant thing I have ever heard. We have had them on bill pay and have never missed a payment but for $6 they want to not apply a $2000 payment and hit our credit?!!! So we are done, we are about to sell this house and building a new one that cost 4 times as much. So Rocket Mortgage is being paid off and they won't see a penny of any future mortgage we may have. Hope the $6 was worth it!

These people don’t do anything but sell you a dream. I have applied to them twice. I have a good credit score and I have over 100,00 in equity in my house but because I won’t refinance they won’t give me a personal loan. This is giving people false hope. Bottom line if you really need help don’t go to Rocket Mortgage.

I just had a terrible experience with Ricardo from Rocket Mortgage. Was trying to get some equity loan. At the best he was nice and gave me options. At the end he was trying to convert the balance I have with 3.5 interest to a 6.785 interest, making it look was better a lower payment. etc. When I told him the next day how wrong he was trying to do with my loan, he got defensive and told me he couldn't help me anymore. Same day I got the loan at a different bank without hassle. They mislead people. Be careful.

Rocket Mortgage - DO NOT WORK WITH ROBERT **!!!! Agents want to earn your business and will tell you ANYTHING you want to hear and to get you to sign on the dotted line. This unfortunately was the same outcome with Rocket. Robert was impossible to contact unless they are needing something from you. Always blaming others for "misunderstanding" and "someone else giving wrong information". Being how large Rocket Mortgage is I thought I would have a better experience. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to work with Robert ** at Rocket Mortgage. Wish I would have gone another route, Robert is full of nonsense and ready to tell you anything you want to hear to avoid losing a deal. Avoid Robert at all costs.

I have asked RM to stop calling after many many calls. Now I continue to get emails which ask me to opt out yet will not allow me to enter my info for them to Stop emailing me. They will blow your inbox up. Be careful before you call.

As a fully disabled US Veteran, I went to them for a new VA loan, they misled, made so many false statements, kept changing rates, fees, costs and more. Would never trust them ever again, when I spoke and met with VA Loan staffers and 3 other banks for Veteran loans and refinancing all said be "Caution" with ROCKET as they lead you on, and take your money and still have not refunded it, I cancelled it within a few days and got so many conflicting statements. I would never use or even think of using them for Veterans.

I switched from a FHA to conventional loan was given the choice to pay my taxes or have it in my payment. I said pay it myself doing everything over line is not recommended. They lie and say what you want to hear to make the sale, here I am now with a 2700 payment because according to them my taxes were short so now my payments went up when I was told I could be responsible for my own taxes, that's not what they did.... run, stay away from this company, not trustworthy and their word means nothing!!!

Not to be trusted. I was lead down a rabbit hole by Rocket Mortgage to help me refinance my home in an attempt to purchase my exwife's equity. After sending them documents and jumping through hoops for them they continuously gave me worse terms until it no longer made sense to even get the loan. In addition to this they made me pay them $820 for an appraisal I was told would be $500 and I would not have to pay for because I had previously used Rocket Mortgage.

Rocket Mortgage was great for 2 mortgages over 10 years, until January 2024. Our current mortgage began in February 2021, and was conventional (previous one was VA). We debated putting down 20% to avoid mortgage insurance, but were assured it would go away once we paid the principal below 20% value. Since then, we accelerated payments and have paid off over 30% of principal. They refuse to remove the mortgage insurance charge despite current property values, customer history, and tax valuation, and principal owed being $20,000 less than when the insurance falls off the amortization table.

I refinanced my house with Rocket a couple of years ago and everything went great and then I reached to get a new home loan because I was going to relocate and everything seemingly went well and then it all went to crap. The first Mortgage person I was dealing with went well and then I got re-assigned to another Mortgage broker and that is when things started going downhill. I kept reaching out to this person to get a hardline number as to what my budget was and finally received the information and I started looking and found a place. I made an offer and it was accepted and they received the PA (Purchase Agreement) and then I got re-assigned again to someone who was licensed in my state and that is where it went really bad.

I was looking around and checking out my options and Bonnie T from Rocket Mortgage was saying to refinance with them it was my best option and when she told me what my new rate would be I told her NO. We couldn't do it. We couldn't afford that kind of payment. Then she proceeded to say, "Well can you do it for three months. You'd only need to do it for three months and then call me back in three months and I will refinance it lower to a lower payment." She said her and her husband had just done the same thing. So we went with Rocket Mortgage. Called Bonnie T back in three months and she answered said, "Can't help you," and hung up on me. Now I am stuck with a mortgage I can't afford and could lose my house. Very unethical and Rocket mortgage won't do anything to rectify it, just cover their own butts.

On 3/8/2024 @ 12:40pm, I received a call from "Dillon" at Rocket Mortgage. He called from **. He proceeded to tell me that my credit had been pulled and he wanted me to know - at which point I interrupted him and asked why my credit was pulled when I did not request anything from Rocket Mortgage. I then told him to remove me from your call list to which he replied "I will not do that". I repeated that back to him and he again said "I will not do that". I said again "remove me from your call list. Good bye" and disconnected.

Rocket Mortgage told me everything was good to go in my loan until 5 days out from closing. Then they decided to tell me I needed a bunch of notarized signatures and that I needed contractor work done before they can close. ON THE DAY OF CLOSING they told me I would have to pay my first mortgage in April, when prior to that, on multiple occasions, they told me I would not have to pay until May. This caused me not to be able to buy furniture for a month after moving in. I am still being asked for statements after closing and I am already moved in. This place is constant stress and just awful. To top it off, the reps had an attitude, as if I was being annoying when they were literally messing up my life.

I have been a customer for the last 10 years and 5 mortgages (we move a lot for work). I was always happy with them and felt that they were always truthful and the customer service was exceptional. That all changed in October of 2023. Our taxes went up in May 2023 and we received a notice that our payment would go up due to increases in taxes and insurance. We expected this and since we were going to dispute our tax increase we decided to break the shortage up into 12 payments to give us time to get through the dispute.

Me and my fiancé started a refinancing of her home six months ago. We’ve been through three separate mortgage companies now because one is the same as rocket mortgage and just as in professional big shout out to Andrea for being rude and yelling and pushy contacted us randomly on Sundays late at night only to pull her credit four times and ask why her credit rating was lower than she was sent to a different department with rocket mortgage who told her to attempt to take out credit cards three to be exact then to contact us again to tell us that our credit score went down again.

My experience, as a Real Estate Agent and a home buyer (multiple), with Rocket Mortgage was subpar and I'll avoid them in the future. I'll also ensure to steer my clients away from this company. In summary, they asked for unnecessary, redundant documents during underwriting. I had to rebut several times and fortunately they let it go and we moved forward. Once we moved into servicing, again... Great difficulty updating my veteran tax status with them. Finally, they recently sold my mortgage to a company with TERRIBLE reviews. I know this is a business, but when they were making this decision, I was their customer, and it is further evidence of awful customer service.

I applied for an investor home loan today and was assisted by Trevor. Trevor was not helpful, slow with responses, said he did not have readily available my loan application. I asked about the terms and he advised I needed 25% of $500K. I said I could not afford it I would apply again for an owner occupied and that I would have to live in the home and not rent it. I applied today again because he said the original loan application would be cancelled well it was not. He declined to accept the owner occupied application. He became rude and refused to put he supervisor on the phone. Is stuff like this even LEGAL? Can mortgage lenders refuse a loan application from a client? Are the investors who do business with Rocket Mortgage know what is going there? I reported this interaction with the CFPA.
