I worked with Rob ** on my re-fi. The entire process was quick, easy to understand and I ended up with exactly what I needed!! I had started this process about twice before with other companies but ditched it as it became confusing and expensive. Thanks Rocket Mortgage! I am now able to finish the re-model on my house and now it not only beautiful but safe. It has been a long process to get to this point but Rob ** and Rocket Mortgage made it possible.

Our refi was handled quickly and efficiently once we decided to do it. Having the ability to do 90% of it online was key. The process was smooth and went very quickly. The initial call with a representative explained everything and walked us through the steps. Would absolutely use Rocket again and will recommend to family and friends.

One star is too much!!!! Absolutely worse experience I've ever had concerning a refinance. Where do I begin!!!! Still have not received my disbursement due to company error and they've tried blaming the notary for their own mistake!!!

We have done refinancing in Two weeks, from start to finish and close. We have been prepared with all necessary paper work and with unbelievable, great help of Cristian T. (loan assisting agent). Just went super easy and fast. Every single question we asked, was answered right away, no delays at all. Very Intelligent smart man. Previous experience with other Bank was just complete disappointment, after long months no results. Rocket Mortgage amazing. The best rates, simple process from Start to finish, closing signings 15 minutes (previously pre-signed documents online of course took an hour +). No doubt 5Stars, Great job, thank you Cristian T. And others who helped us.

We have been trying to get a mortgage with Rocket for the better part of a year. Every time we get an approval letter it changes to needing something else or for a different loan amount. We even had real estate agents tell us they would not use Rocket. We ended up going local. So much easier and less runarounds.

Carlton ** was our loan manager to refinance our house. He was great in the start of the process. When the loan process was in the middle of everything, is when I seen a difference. Carlton wasn't responding to my messages in a timely manner, his answers were vague at times. The closing wasn't scheduled with Amrock (not sure if Carlton was suppose to schedule it) and we were waiting Sept 23rd on our person to come to the house, until I talked to Cherrie and she helped us get scheduled!

It was a pleasure working with Rocket Mortgage on our refinance for our house. Even though we ran into some challenges, everyone at Rocket Mortgage was very helpful especially Maggie, Mandy & Heather to help close our loan. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage and we plan on using them again.

Everyone that I was in contact with was very helpful and patient with me. They understood and treated me as a person through the process, not just another number. Carson, Lesly, and Dana were all so amazing. The three of them made the process of purchasing our first home a little less stressful.

Kris ** who I started out with to everyone to closing was wonderful. Kris took care of me from beginning to end. The only reason I didn’t give Rocket 5 stars is I think they use your lowest credit score which in turn determines your interest rate. The rate I thought was higher than I expected. I expected more like maybe 8 percent at most but received a 9.375 which I accepted. Do I blame Kris or the others I worked with? No but Rocket's lending practices yes but I can live with it so thank you Kris and everyone else.

Our originator, Ashley, was great to work with, She was always on top of every step of the way and answered all our questions professionally The entire process was seamless and made a stressful decision enjoyable. Thank you Ashley for all your help. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to refinance.

The representative of Rocket Mortgage called me today. They asked for all possible information from me and provided zero information about their options, not even estimated values. The agent asked for a credit check before making any possible estimate or providing any possible information about options they could offer. I do have the highest possible credit score, and I do not want too many checks that actually can lower it. I will work with a company that can do at least a rough estimate before doing credit checks. And yes, they do not have an office and do not do things over e-mail, only by phone. This is not a reliable company to deal with. It was a waste of my time indeed.

This Was Probably the Hardest Loan I've ever had to do! 800 Credit Score Great Income and I Had to Jump through So Many Hoops to get this Done. And I still didn't get what I Feel I Suppose to get done! I would have went elsewhere but no one had a Better interest rate... I Just Couldn't believe the Hassle I was Given.... I will be looking for better financing in the Future!

Katelyn was extremely helpful and professional. She was available at all times to walk us through the process and to answer any questions we had. We really appreciated her personality. She has a great attitude and make sure everything gets done. She stayed in contact with us through the entire process and made us feel extremely valuable as customers of Rocket Mortgage. All in all the process to get our home equity loan was very easy and simple. We will definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage to any of our friends or acquaintances.

Everything went wrong. Too much to explain. I was a mortgage originator for 30 years with a large bank! I would have been fired if I had handled my clients this way!! I spoke with Brett ** several times to complain but he only knows half of what went wrong. He stopped taking my phone calls. Andrii ** flat out lied several times & then made up excuses. They withdrew money from my checking account without our authorization. We specifically told them not to make this withdraw but they did it anyway. This was a joint loan that required both signatures then they said that they didn't need both signatures. Then why send us documents that said both signatures required but not wait for both signatures?

Prince from Rocket Mortgage was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. He answered all my questions and checked in regularly to make sure the process was fully understood. I believe he helped get the best option possible for what I was looking for. Other members of the team helped me close quickly so funds were available when I needed them. Thank you to the team at Rocket Mortgage for making the process less stressful.

The Rocket Mortgage team was amazing! Everyone was super informative and always happy to help! They made purchasing my first home a breeze. The entire process felt simple working with this team. Submitting documents online was easy as well, and helped keep things organized. I would recommend them to anyone.

The process was smooth, and the loan officer, Brian ** was great - a knowledgeable professional. My only issue is the high amount for the closing costs, which I did express to Brian as an FYI. They are high and I think excessively costly for a small equity loan of $42,000. This is why I rated the experience four stars vise five stars. The closing process both online and the in-person portion was seamless. Thank you.

All I can say is, this truly was the quickest refinance I have ever done! Not even 3 weeks from start to finish. Not only that but on an FHA loan! I will be using Rocket Mortgage in the future! Thank you Allison ** my loan officer. You are the best!!!!

Dan ** was always available to us, and got our mortgage done quickly. The only issue we had was that checks were issued to 2 of our creditors that became problematic to use to pay our creditors and we were unaware they were going to be issued. We would have preferred to pay those creditors off prior to qualifying for the loan. Another disappointment was the appraiser was estimated at $660, but the final charge was $950, which is outrageous for a 1600 sq ft house.

I had a very bad experience with this service. The advice I received was unprofessional and did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this to others seeking reliable assistance. Staff is rude.

Everything was good. Wish it was quicker but all in all it was good. The app helped a bunch with what all was needed. The banker (James) was amazing in helping with everything, especially the lengthy timeline. The interest rate was awesome. The closing went well too. Everyone I had to speak to was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

We were to have had funds wire transferred to our checking account. We closed Monday the 23rd of September. Today is the 27th. We were thinking after 72 hours, it should of happened? Are we wrong? Please advise. Thank you in advance. Karalee **

It was a painless process. Everything's online except appraisal. Pretty straightforward. Our contact was on vacation for couple days and they had another person fill in for her and had info need and answers. Crazy in this day and age I will be using them again. This was my 2nd time with Rocket

Only the best rate is mentioned, not the upper end or how rate can change if more is borrowed or more of a detailed explanation. It was more of a, "Here are 3 options. Pick one so we can move this along." Didn't feel like our best interests were taken into consideration.

It cost me 700.00 dollars because the loan wasn't ready to close on time. One department dropped the ball for almost 3 weeks which set things back a bit. Then problems with wife's paystub that she doesn't have over the summer because she is a teacher became another issue. Wasn't asked to purchase a point but apparently I was charged for one and when asked about it, I didn't get a call back.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage was in general was very pleasant. We worked mainly with Paul **. He walked us through everything, step by step. If we had any questions he answered them clearly and took the time to make sure we understood what was going on. We had others from Rocket contact us and everyone was helpful and very nice to work with.

No problems. Everything went very well and timely. Juan ** was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was usually available for me to answer questions. I received the money a day early which was nice, and allowed me to take care of business that I need to do. I am very content with all that has occurred, and it has relieved me of much stress and aggravation.

Everything was quick, so easy and the staff are excellent to work with. Being able to check to see the tasks that needed to be completed each day made the whole process so much easier. Also being able to chat with a live person anytime I had questions was so helpful.

Kyle was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had and everything has gone smoothly so far. I'm glad to have a new mortgage provider and I hope it's a better experience than my last lender. All documents have been submitted and I'm just waiting to receive the money for refinancing and the documents to set up payment info and such.

I used Rocket because previous experience was great. Approval process was easy. Loan Process was terrible from beginning. Customer service was awful. My closing specialist gave me anxiety throughout the process. Demands (not requests) for paperwork were overburdensome and the overall process was awful (FHA loan had blame here too). Closing was a disaster. None of our loan estimates were correct and did not get followed up on by cust service. This led to a 2-day delay in closing and we did not have place to stay besides a hotel. Overall communication was not good. This was an overall awful experience that ruined the excitement and joy of moving into our dream house.

Rocket Mortgage was by far very professional and always provided everything we needed to be able to finance our home. They went over and beyond to ensure they gave us the best interest rate and they were very informative. I will be doing business with them in the future as well as referring them to my friends and family. Thank you Rocket Mortgage for everything.

I’ve purchased both of my homes with Rocket, two homes in 2 different states. Both processes were made easy by their incredibly friendly and helpful team of folks that you work with throughout the process. This most recent purchase had a very strict timeline I needed to hit as my temp housing that was provided by my company was expiring within a few weeks. PJ (my Rocket agent) and my realtor worked seamlessly together to get the home purchase deal closed in around 20 days or so. Amazing speed and still kept it stress-free. Thanks Rocket! Great experience on both of my home purchases, and will likely buy my next one with you as well!

We went through Rocket Mortgage for our home loan - it was done through phone, texts, and online. It was a nice way to do a home loan with our busy lives!!! Everyone was helpful, professional and personal. The process went along very easily and smoothly. I would recommend seeing if it would work for you!

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Most important was the patience showed by everyone we dealt with through this process. Many questions were asked. They were always answered with professionalism and helpfulness. At no time did we ever feel pressured or rushed. The process from beginning to end was stress free and easy.

I am a first time home buyer and went with Rocket Mortgage. Everything was great and first and seemed very helpful. I found a house and began the closing process. Rocket set up a closing date for me but kept pushing it back, at this point it was very difficult to get ahold of them when before it was fairly easy. Out of nowhere I got an email saying they dropped my loan and closed my account. This was very alarming. I contacted my loan officer for an explanation to no avail. Finally after pulling teeth I got ahold of her. She told me they would open my loan back up once the title company approved my loan. But the title company will not approve a loan if it is not active. They told a lot of lies and never were straightforward with me. Even tried convicting me to look for a different home, with no explanation as to why. Said they would call once they got my loan up and running again and they would be working on it. Never heard from them again.

I live in Texas. My insurance company decided to not renew in our state. There was a 13 day gap in my insurance. I was charged $40 for the gap. And they keep the money. It was over a month after this happened that I was charged this fee. Overall not a lot of problems with them. But I still think what they did was totally shady.

Nolan was wonderful to work with…Pleasant, knowledgeable and always got right back to me. Your funds disbursement company was an issue. I have worked with other companies that handle the disbursement of funds in a more user friendly manner. Receiving checks, needing to find and print statements, mailing to creditor then waiting for them to clear was not easy. All of my accounts are online, I have no paper statements and no printer yet. It took 2 weeks to get all checks mailed out. This resulted in extra payments being made, then waiting for refunds from the companies. Very stressful for me. Rocket was great but perhaps Amrock could make their process more user friendly!

There was only one items that was not corrected before closing, but I didn't recognize it until the day of closing. We had to close in order to keep the percentage rate as it was. This is the only grievance that I had with Rocket Mortgage with my loan.

Sean** was great, always available to answer questions and worked hard to get the job done! I felt he was very attentive to our needs and made sure that we got the loan that would benefit us the most and was the best for us. I would recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone.

The Rocket Mortgage process was very efficient. The website made document collection easy and provided timely updates as we moved through the process. I had one question submitted by email that was answered in less than an hour. There were no complications and the closing attorney came to our home. I was very impressed and pleased.

Darryl ** was very helpful, professional and efficient in walking us thru a refinance. He gave us options and explained clearly benefits of each. He was extremely patient with our questions and even accepted calls on his vacation time. Because of Representatives like Darryl we will continue to be Rocket Mortgage customers. The other representatives we encountered were also very kind and informative.

Rocket Mortgage was the worst company to use. I was a first time home buyer and LYNN ** is very scandalous. I wasted months of my time with her. She was going to ruin my life with that mortgage and I had no idea. I was thankful enough to have the smarts to realize something was off and after canceling and going with a different mortgage company I quickly realized how bad if I was going to be with that loan she set up for me. There's too many details to type but just know rocket mortgage does not have a passion for their job and they do not care how your life will turn out. They take advantage of new home buyers! Highly do NOT recommend. P.S. Read the fine print in everything. They will not explain it to you and it will bite you in the butt later. Also do not make a deposit on anything. They steal 200$ of it.

I had to initiate contact multiple times to keep up to date on the closing process. I was not notified of my closing date until I reached out via chat and was told that I in fact had to do it that same day as the rates would expire. When I asked why I was not alerted to this, the representative that I spoke to on chat said he didn't know. When I advised that I may not be able to find a witness on such short notice, he told me I could be charged if they had to extend it. Why should I get charged for an error on their part? I had to miss work to accommodate this oversight.

My Banker Matt ** was great. Quick, fast and Loan went through in very short amount of time. Just the way I wanted it to go since this is my 3rd Loan with Rocket. I appreciate all of Matt's work on getting this in the manner it was. Very professional. Thanks again Rich.

Everyone was very helpful & efficient. Ricky was especially nice, helpful, patient & basically an awesome person. The whole process was new to me, because things were done online or over the phone it was surprisingly quick and easy. There were a few hiccups that I thought would cause more problems than they did. This was my very first solo borrowing experience. I must say, my borrowing experience was handled very professionally with no problems or glitches. Personnel was always available when I needed help or had any questions regarding my loan. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in my family or to a friend.

I paid off my mortgage with Rocket. My school taxes were due around the same time I paid off my mortgage. I called Rocket to get advice on my pay off amount and how to handle my taxes and process to get back my escrow. The rep advised me to contact my "county" to find out process to pay my taxes. At the time of my call Rocket had paid my taxes 8 days prior to that. I did not know that because the rep never advised me that they paid the taxes. I also paid my taxes. The tax collector sent rockets payment (my escrow) back to rocket. Rocket now tells me I have to wait at least 40 business days (2 months) to get my escrow. Rocket says it is not their fault because their rep never actually told me to pay my taxes. He just neglected to tell me they already paid them. The manager I spoke to told me I just have to wait the time and there is nothing else they will do about it. Very poor customer service for an issue that they caused whether they will own up to it or not.

Little regard for our needs as far as what was paid off. Same as cash accounts that weren’t due were paid off and accounts that were due weren’t. We were told nothing could be done about it. Left us in a bind. An account we had to be paid, we had to pay but the disbursement couldn’t be changed so that account now has a $13,000 credit. Again, making things difficult for us.

Everyone we worked with at Rocket was very kind, considerate, and professional!! We felt no pressure at any time from beginning to closing. The process was quick and easy. Our interest rate is much better than the company we first financed with. I would recommend Rocket Finance to anyone who is considering a refinance. Thank you, Austin and the rest of our team for helping us refinance our home.

I have never dealt with this company before and am unfamiliar with their practices, but I was just verbally attacked by an "investigator." He treated me and my mother as if we were children. Despite my efforts to de-escalate the situation by speaking calmly, the man kept getting closer. This experience makes me question whether Rocket Mortgage allows its representatives to be physically intimidating. The situation felt very unsafe.

The process was painless until I got to after the closing. I refinanced my home and combined all my debts. I assumed all would be paid by you. Sending me checks to send off was very overwhelming. Trying to figure how follow the instructions on the payoffs was very stressful.

Not a first time home buyer. It seemed like everybody BUT Justin ** was asking me for WAY too many details and paperwork and forms and signatures and all the other things that a person IN THE MIDDLE OF PACKING AND LOADING AND WORKING IN THE FIELD AT A BRAND NEW JOB IN A BRAND NEW STATE WITH LIMITED ACCESS TO RESOURCES is trying to include other than what Rocket Mortgage needed was excessively difficult and trying. A bunch of unnecessary stress coming from the people in an office.

The whole team at Rocket Mortgage was very excited and professional. My mortgage banker Michael ** was very helpful on making sure I was going in the right direction with my refinancing. Mike made the Transaction of documents needed easy to understand, and responded back to me in a timely manner. The team for the closing paperwork always Communicated with me on where the process was. The closing was very smooth transaction and I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage.

The customer service was outstanding and the dashboard keeps you informed throughout the process! Brandon was always there to answer any questions that I had. The closing was quick and very convenient (done at my house). The proceeds from my loan were quickly deposited into my account. I would definitely choose Rocket Mortgage again for any future mortgage needs.

Communication was great. Getting the documentation together was very smooth. Uploading documents on the site was very easy sites very user-friendly. The closing was amazing. I like that I could go in and read my documents and sign them prior to the closing. This made it less stressful. I was able to read through everything on my own and then ask questions at the signing closing person was excellent and assigning went very smooth.

Jacqueline was very easy to work with she kept us well informed. She was always available for questions. She worked for us getting the forms to the right people. She worked hard to help us get the best deal we could get. She understood the trouble we were having and help us get it fixed. When I went to refinance a few years ago when the rates were great, the person I dealt with convinced me to not just roll over my mortgage which I could have done, he convinced me to go with a conventional mortgage and then I didn't realize that we'd get Pam. I attached to the new mortgage but we saved $300 a month but the PMI is almost $200 and now our mortgage payment after 4 years is now higher than when we were refinancing so they did not help me. He did not guide me properly. All they care about is money. I'm completely disappointed with them.

Working with Ryan was a very good experience. No problems or issues. At closing the Attorney was 45 minutes late which was annoying as I left work early to be on time. He did text he was running late and would be at my home in 5-10 minutes which turned into an additional 25 minutes.

We’ve done several loans w Quicken/Rocket. This one was not good & we won’t be referring like we use to. The Initial loan officer was terrible at responding. I did talk to her supervisor. The title work took 2 weeks. Everything just seemed to take much longer than before. We use to always refer, not anymore.

Had excellent response time and service. Walked through the process and all the on-line tools are wonderful and made the everything easy to complete. Rocket Mortgage is supposed to directly pay my insurance payments. Well after much frustration and over a period of months where I was trying to figure out what was going on because I got notices to pay my insurance...long story short they sent my payment to the wrong place along with many other people who at this point probably have no idea what's going on. So because the mortgage company screwed up my insurance is canceled... so my policy was 738.00 a year.

I’ve used Rocket for two mortgages on two different houses. Been with them back when they were Quicken and they are quick to close on a house. But recently went through a divorce. I bought my ex out of my current house. To update the paperwork they want 4 grand….monthly income hasn’t changed there’s no alimony or anything like that. It’s literally taking her name off the paperwork. My other option is to refinance at a much higher interest rate. This company will take advantage of you and nickel and dime you. I’d recommend people go somewhere else as I will as soon as interest rates drop

This was my second time working with Rocket for a family member, and yet again, this was AMAZING right at the beginning. They promise prompt fast service, turn around time in less than a few weeks, then slowly little by little became a nightmare. This ended up being close to a 3-4 month process, there was nothing efficient within their back office, and very little communication among the Rocket employees, because I was asked by multiple people for the same things. Overall, you're working with nice people, but you can only blame the mortgage process so much, until you're fed up and feel stuck with them to finish through, rather than starting new with a separate company. I was hoping the first go around was a fluke, however now experiencing this a second time, I will not be using them moving forward for any future loans. Save yourself the headache and frustration!

The agent we were working with was Angela. She was horrible and a liar. At the end once I had contact with Chase the supervisor it went smoothly and closed within 2 days. Based on my experience with Angela I would never use Rocket again. She needs a serious coaching or refresher on one how to deal with people and not lie and get caught. She deflects. Not accepting responsibility. Have nothing good to say about her at all.

Colin ** was our original consultant and communicated very well about the process. When he left, we were not informed but rather had another person take over our loan process. We closed 11 days ago and have not heard from anyone, aside from computer generated e-mails, about where we are and what to expect now.

Overall my experience accomplished what I needed but it had some frustrations and I felt like it moved much slower than it should have. I was constantly having to ask for updates. When I first called I expressed that speed was my top priority and told about how soon I could possibly close but I was in a holding pattern for a solid week with no real updates.

Thanks for the opportunity to share. Let me first commend Rachel **, my Rocket advisor. She was patient, supportive, informative, professional, yet approachable. She was my cheerleader, advocate and motivator, when I felt exhausted by the process. Since I have never seen her, she became the 'face' of Rocket for me. I have shared with her that the Rocket process was a "financial colonoscopy'"! Literally, shining a light on and plumbing the depths of my financial accountability and/or irresponsibility. Due to this process, certain aspects have been clarified in a positive way, i.e., my home was found to be worth more than I thought. Then there was the issue of where did I actually reside?

Rocket Mortgage pulled our credit without our permission TWICE. They dinged our credit both times and messed up our best chances to get a lower rate with another lender. It’ll take us a year to get our good credit scores back. I’m very disappointed in Rocket Mortgage. The other lender specifically said our credit dropped significantly because of this, it isn’t just an excuse for our credit drop.

We’ve now had 2 checks (Best Buy/Sams Cub) rejected and returned. Can’t get anyone to return a call and these payments are due quickly. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO! Apparently when David told me to drop them in stores next time I was there was wrong info!!! Way more stress than is needed.

The refinancing was seamless and quickly accomplished. The people I worked with were knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Applying and completing the process on the computer was easy. I actually enjoyed the process.

There were multiple mistakes and multiple closing delays from these mistakes. We were forced to close with mistakes and incorrect fees and taxes. We had to pay excessive homeowners' insurance and incorrect taxes due at closing. Our mortgage payment has incorrect taxes for escrow. None of the mistakes and incorrections from closing have NOT been resolved. This experience has caused and continues to cause unfathomable stress and financial hardship.

Tim was very nice and easy to work with! He made sure that we knew we were a priority and that our business was important to him. Very thorough in explaining the options that we had and assisted us through each step. Was quick to answer any additional questions and easy to get ahold of. So much better than another lender we had talked to who could barely remember to call us weekly, much less each day we asked a question. Would definitely recommend!

When I needed to buy a home, I applied to several different lenders. Rocket was the first to respond to me, so I went with them, and I'm glad I did. I worked with several different people throughout the process, and each one did a terrific job. Everyone was friendly, professional, and responsive. Expectations at each stage were clearly set, and I never felt like I was in the dark about what needed to be done. When I received a mortgage, they said my payment was one amount. Then after six months, my payment doubled with no notice. They would not even discuss why. Do not even consider them for your business!!!!

I've been working with Rocket Mortgage since February 2023. I had a house fire, which stopped the appraiser's process the day before she was to arrive. A banker stayed in touch with me to stay abreast of my situation for the nearly 15 months it took to repair my house--quite impressive in this uncaring world. I called Rocket Mortgage to talk business when I was more settled into my newly renovated home. I was delighted to work with a gentleman who walked me through the process. He was very patient, considerate, and kind. Then a woman came to my home for the closing. She was fantastic at making the process easy. I cannot say enough good things about the personnel at Rocket Mortgage.

Everything with the loan process went smoothly, we just was disappointed with the closing, nobody reiterated to us that the sellers needed 15-30 after closing. We didn't find out till day of when we thought we were getting keys. We had already transferred everything over utility wise, had a uhaul sitting in our driveway already. Had to cancel movers, & other deliveries to be made to the new house that weekend. Especially with it being our 1st house bought. Maybe have realtors make aware to buyers yes you are getting keys at closing or say they need the certain time frame extra. We also told landlord we would be out by a certain date & he's charging us more $ now to stay a couple weeks later. my mom also scheduled surgery for after we were supposed to be moved in. Now she's potentially getting surgery a few days before we move in putting more work & more $ for us to put out.

The entire process went well and if I had any questions they were answered immediately. Everyone involved on my case was very professional, had great bed side manner and answered all of my questions. Very happy.

All the Rocket guys involved in our case were just great and pleasant to deal with. From the application guys all the way to the closing guys we just had an easy ride looking at the amount of paperwork that needs to be done. I was not very happy dealing with Amrock. #1 the table that we provided was not adequate to his liking to complete the signing of the contract. And he was constantly reminding us of the date. Which we didn’t need. He seemed to me that he was in a bad mood. Not only that, but when we got the checks we could not distinguish which check went where or to whom.

The process was easy and we were walked through the whole process either by the app or personal phone calls. Disappointed with the fact that our credit cards were paid off via a check sent to us to forward to the creditors rather than a direct EFT to them.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Rocket Mortgage that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I was contacted by their sales team while shopping for a 30-year conventional mortgage. However, the service I received was far from satisfactory. Despite numerous calls from their sales representatives asking for my personal information, they consistently failed to provide me with clear and honest details about the mortgage rates and options available. Each call left me more confused and frustrated, as I was unable to obtain the essential information needed to make an informed decision.

My husband and I refinanced through Rocket Mortgage. Took several months to close. It paid out the first week of June. We opted for escrow, so they're responsible for paying our homeowners insurance and property taxes. We received a cancellation notice and refund check from our homeowners insurance yesterday. Apparently they haven't received a single payment from Rocket mortgage, so as of 6/25/24 we haven't had insurance. After making a call to our county tax assessor, our property taxes are behind as well.

I had to upload our trust. It took quite a while to figure out how to get it to you. I finally ended up having to upload 2 pgs at a time to get my 40 pg trust to you. Also, the last document required was a letter stating that we (trustees) were still alive. No one knew what that was. I finally sent a letter stating that yes, we were still alive.???

We found Rocket Mortgage when the interest rates were at the lowest during the pandemic. We wanted to take advantage of the low interest rates and refinanced. Best decision ever. Since then, we've refinanced to an even lower rate with a shorter term and eventually used Rocket's recommended realtors to simultaneously sell our house and buy a new one. Seamless transactions and we got offered the best rates too. Rocket also offers multiple discounts and perks when buying/selling through them. When you have closing costs and realtor fees from both ends, every little thing counts.

Everything was fine. Rocket Mortgage stayed in constant contact with me during the loan process. Rocket Mortgage has also streamlined the process so that it proceeded relatively quickly from beginning to end. Rocket Mortgage did not get the highest score because of a few technical difficulties. The technical problems were related to the 2nd mortgage never showing up on my wife's dashboard. I don't think that problem was ever resolved, but we were able to complete the loan application process online and get the loan approved.

Been very cooperative. Very understanding. Very patient and very helpful and easy to work easy to reach out to and very helpful on the website because I do not work well with the computers even though I work on a computer for a living, it’s helpful. Danielle was very supportive at time of need.

I worked with Patrick ** and he was great. Always there to answer questions and help when needed. We did have some computer issues (even prior to the Microsoft outage). We could not get my husband added to the loan; I qualified on my own, so it turned out not to be a big deal. Barbara ** did our closing, and she was great also. All in all, the process was smooth.

Your representatives drove us nuts continuously demanding more and more documents, right up to the day before closing. The underwriter would not accept even OBVIOUS facts, right up to the last day! They actually demanded that my employer document that I would continue to be employed after closing, since my job is permanently remote! Completely absurd and they refused, as anyone would! All this because you have a 100% chance of selling my mortgage. I will never recommend Rocket to anyone. The deal got done, but we put down $650,000, and the mortgage was for $450,000. You should not have made me sweat like you did!!

This company is absolutely horrible. Don’t use them if you want your mortgage to go through with no issues. They said everything was all set with my mortgage and we paid $500 for an appraisal we didn’t need. Then they came back and said they couldn’t do it because I haven’t been at my PT job for a year. After providing everything they said no problem don’t worry everything will go through with no issues. Not to worry at all. Well now we are out $500 dollars and have no home. They are absolute liars and deceiving. They don’t return phone calls nor do they care about their customers. Just another massive corporation scamming people making the rich richer.

My biggest complaint is that the appraisal was an absolute nightmare! The appraisal was ordered within the first couple of weeks of the process, but then our seller wasn't hearing from the appraiser for scheduling. About a week later I get a message saying the appraisal has been delayed, with no reason as to why. About another week went by and the seller still hadn't heard anything. I contacted our Point of Contact/Team Member to inquire about it and was told the appraiser had been trying to contact our seller, only the seller names I was given were not my sellers! The appraiser had been trying to contact the wrong people! Finally, the appraiser contacted our seller to schedule, but wasn't able to get to the house for another week. Then, it was the 4th of July and so it took another week for the report to get turned in.

Great experience. Juan ** was great to work with. The entire team did everything they could to make the loan be a success. The online features were also very helpful. I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to others. Was very happy with service received and the updates. Juan ** called almost daily to update me on the progress of the loan. The loan amount plus fees should have been explained and confirmed that we would be receiving 2,000 less payout than expected. Would not recommend to a friend! Excellent customer service from Carson **. Everyone went above and beyond to assist with the loan process. The application was easily completed and we closed with no issues on the Rocket Mortgage side. There was an issue with the appraiser. Carson ** and Chris ** worked tirelessly to fix problem and encourage the appraiser to complete his side of the process. We would definitely recommend using their services.

Excellent and we love the app! Good customer service and everyone we met was super nice. We have had 3 mortgages with Rocket and they have always been professional from start to finish. Definitely recommend Rocket to anyone, especially above Wells Fargo. Technically forward organization that is quick and listen so you are not redoing the task task over and over.

Being from out of state, the time & effort that Kevin ** spent explaining to me & answering every question I had was very much appreciated. Everything went smooth. I really liked the Hybrid experience between the app and personal experience. It made the process run smooth with my busy schedule. I was able to handle any issues or documents on my own time without having to schedule and meet with someone. Everyone that I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable and attentive to what I was in need of.

We worked closely with our loan officer Candice **. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She worked diligently to get our refi closed very quickly. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I honestly don't know when she slept. She would answer my calls and texts around the clock and always had a great attitude. I can't speak highly enough of her.

Alexis ** was informative and made sure things went smoothly. He was attentive to the process and pleasant to work with in spite of all the bureaucratic crap we had to jump thru. Thank him for his assistance in guiding us through this process.

Just such a lousy company. My house burned down, My insurance company (State Farm) was great! My contractor was great! My mortgage servicer (Rocket Mortgage) is terrible. They withhold a portion of the claim until you have a final Inspection, which I have had, then they drag their feet, asking for pictures of things (this is after the inspection that they set up). They do not communicate with you directly, so there is no one you can talk to directly about it. You call and talk to a CSR and they will relay to the team involved, then you will not hear back from them. They make the process take much longer than it should and leave you having to answer questions from your contractors on when they might get their payment.

My experience was better than anticipated. The agent was incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way. Loved that I was able to close on my refinance almost completely online. I did most of my uploads and work on my cell. Thought it was going to be a hassle but it wasn't. Rocket Mortgage was incredibly on point with their timelines. Definitely recommend to all.

I contacted Rocket Mortgage due to they were offering a promotion through my employer. I didn't have high expectations and assumed I'd likely stay with my current, local lender. However, I was pleasantly surprised when rather than working with someone overseas or through a bot, I was working with an actual loan officer in the U. S. Because of Christina's professionalism and responsiveness, I ended up borrowing through Rocket and was pleased with every step of the process. I didn't have to push for updates and received regular correspondence as well as the website providing real-time status. Rocket Mortgage seemed genuinely concerned with my customer experience which is HUGE considering how terrible customer service is in most sectors. I have no regrets and no complaints and would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage!

Not satisfied with the service they provided. Approved me equity loan and refused to close on it due to it's a rental property. I told them that, and they had it as my primary address, and refused to give me the loan. Ran my credit and pulled my score down. I gave them all my documents. They want me to refinance. I have a 2% rate on my house. I am not doing that.

Overall it was a good experience with the team at rocket mortgage. Steve ** was awesome and mad the whole thing easy. Thanks again for your expertise and professionalism. Extremely unprofessional experience. Was skeptical from the beginning because of how persistent the Mortgage lender was to get us to commit “that day”. After a few months of discussing with them, eventually agreed on a refinancing interest rate for it to later be changed without our knowledge or permission to benefit them financially. Tried to withdraw our application because we were unsatisfied with the lack of knowledge and honesty and they said we could not get our deposit back. We sent it to the executive level where they told us they would review our phone calls to see if we could get a refund to later tell us we were not eligible. When we asked if we could get the records and specifics of where “we weren’t eligible” they said that was not information that could not be shared. Extremely money hungry individuals who don’t care about how they affect the financial status of their consumers. Do not recommend.

Great service from start to finish. Always kept up to date on what I need to do and what had been done. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a lender. Everyone was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I wish all lenders were as good at their job as Rocket Mortgage. Thanks again for all your help

All Rocket Mortgage wants is your good faith deposit. They will show you excellent customer service before the deposit. After the deposit, horrible service. Sara ** is a lousy agent and, promises you things that she can't deliver. I went to Rocket Mortgage in debt, and left with more debt. STAY AWAY FROM ROCKET MORTGAGE!

Rocket Clowns bought out my Mortgage from a company that I did research on and picked because of the great reputation they had. But they sold me out and my great credit score to a three-ring circus of CLOWNS. Every bit of contact with them is no that's not right they told you wrong or mis-spoke. Over and over and over. I wonder if they all get in the same little car to commute back and forth to the big top. We need minus stars on this Experience.

I am super impress with Rocket Mortgage. They help me from day one to get qualify for the loan with their credit specialist that help guide me with the right things to pay off of my debt to increase my credit score. It took me a while but they keep in touch until I hit my mark. And the loan officer was very informed and knowledgeable, help me along the way with the closing specialist. Wow I got to say there one stop shop. I really enjoy the experience and the fact that I can call and ask questions anytime and they do help you.

My team was excellent. The only thing I can recommend for them is to be more detailed on what is required for a loan, e.g., a deposit that is 1.5 times the monthly income requires sourcing. If I had known about the deposit requirement, I would have used a different account, the deposit would have been invisible to them, and the process would have been much smoother.

The Rocket Mortgage is a good lender for Mortgage. The process of approval was faster and easier. At the closing, I got a lot of confusion about what they told me at the beginning to put a down payment of 3% to 5% but at the closing everything was different.

The people I worked with at Rocket were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made the home buying process much easier. It was step-by-step assist. They helped with getting the process through a situation that involved multiple family members, an estate and will situation. Our agent was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in making clear the best way to proceed. We were encouraged as the process proceeded that things would come out as we hoped and expected. Although a bit stressful at times, it was clear we were going to do this right and all would be ok.

The start of our loan process went great. But when it came time for closing it was messy & they screwed us up. Not only did they not deposit our money but they mailed a check, allowing it to sit on our front porch for 5 days while we were out of the country. Put us at risk & behind 2 weeks on our work.

Two bad experiences -- doubt any of this was face value. First awful, extra 20K a week before close because they suddenly wanted a second appraisal which of course came in low. Second, assured me a block was put on additional funds to a dirty insurance company they seemed to be persuading -- a little counseling me to consider staying with -- stating facts is one thing, but you don't this...the block was not put on and the funds were paid.
