I worked with Jacob to discuss options for taking advantage of my home's equity in order to reduce credit card debt and have money available for improving my home. Having retired and then widowed unexpectedly, the cost of living increasing I had been concerned about my future. Jacob was able to help me refinance with additional money to deposit. Rocket Mortgage took care of everything that was needed and arranged for electronic closing. Kept my stress levels low.

The process was easier than what I thought it would be, it was stress free and easy! I not tech savvy at all but this day in time it was pretty easy to do. I would do again today if I had to. But in the future I’ll go through Rocket Mortgage for whatever I need. Thanks again for the easy process!

The whole staff was very professional and treated me very well. The lady who helped me finish the closing was super super excellent. Very nice. Calm. Helpful. Very bad company. Very bad service doesn’t have employers employers he has. It doesn’t understand anything about mortgage. My bad I choose this company. Very bad service. Hold my check for no reason. Doesn’t wanna send it. Doesn’t understand how to print a paper from Zak account or look. Never bother call about any paper or anything. Very bad company.

All I can say is if you don't use Rocket Mortgage, you are making a large mistake. In 25 years, I have refinanced 3 times. Out of all of them, Rocket Mortgage was by far the most caring and most professionals I have worked with. From start to finish, they stayed with me and made it the fastest and easiest refinance I've done. Much better than "Cats". I'd use them again and again.

We got a loan through Rocket. All was okay till we refinanced. I had called in and paid my payment for 12 months ahead. Well when I refinanced, they put that money on the principal. I didn't want that and I didn't agree to it. They are saying I agreed to it by refinancing. But I had talked about the fact that I wanted that money to be my payment. Sure the money was put on the principal but that is not what I wanted, or needed. Now they are rude and of no help. Was basically told, too bad. And if you have to talk to them, prepare to get transferred back and forth cause on one knows what they are doing. So I would not recommend a rocket loan.

ROCKET MORTGAGE is unbelievably awesome!!!! I was initially skeptical but decided to give it a try. MO called me first, then transferred me to KYLE, he asked for basic document and took it from there. It was so easy I was worried he will come back asking for more items, but he did not. Everything was coordinated online, the process is so seamless that you may think it's fake. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Thank you, Kyle ** & MARK **. Very professional!!

Mario ** explained everything we needed to know about refinancing and several options. He was very attentive and answered any questions that we had even after he was home. All went well from start to finish. Never felt Not in the loop. Whenever I had questions I got them answered. It was an easy process! We have been with Rocket since 2020 and have been happy, that’s why I went with them again! Martin ** was very helpful! Even the appraiser was nice and knowledgeable! Closing was less than 15 mins and the lady who did the closing was very awesome!

I applied online and was contacted by Zach **. Initially I was not ready to go forward with my refinance. When I was ready I reached back out to Zach, he respond quickly and updated my information. Zach was always kind, professional, and informant on the process. Zach was always available to answer any and all questions along the process.

Appreciate the open dialogue, the proactive approach to our rate lock and all the other little things along the way. Rocket almost made it too easy to buy a house! Where another company I started working with was terrible with communication (which made me to decide to cancel the transaction), Ms ** kept me very informed, as did the app. Excellent transaction.

The process was very easy to follow and schedule was made on time. They were very friendly and shifting to other departments went great! Closing went smoothly without a hitch, all the numbers were explained and correct. Would use Rocket Mortgage again. We did a walk through several days ahead of closing as it saved time on closing.

Was quick, knowledgeable and accurate. People were friendly and helpful and quick to respond. The numbers were exactly what was predicted. Back in September 2024, my kitchen was destroyed by flooding. After eight grueling months of back-and-forth with the insurance company, they finally issued a check—but it listed Rocket Mortgage as a co-payee, so I knew I’d need their endorsement. While logging into Rocket’s website to figure out the next steps, I was shocked to learn my mortgage was marked as delinquent. I’ve always paid directly from my paycheck every two weeks, so I thought it was a mistake. Since it was a Sunday, I had to wait until Monday to speak with someone. The first representative was unhelpful, but the second looked deeper and discovered that my mortgage had quietly increased by $60 back in October 2024. I had never been notified. That’s what caused the delinquency. I immediately paid the outstanding balance and even paid a month ahead.

We have two mortgage with this company unfortunately. Obviously they think it's okay to sell your information to other companies who call you non stop and harass you for business. Shame on RM for turning into a total POS company.

The whole process has taken over a month. Still have not received the cash to back account or checks and the accounts that were due to be paid out are now due. Another complaint is that we were told there liens on house. We knew that there wasn't but was advised that someone would contact us regarding that. No one contacted us and we will unclear of what was going on. I spoke to Ryan and he advised it was cleared up. Would not have known if I did not make the call. It would have been quicker and less stressful to have taken a loan.

Rocket Mortgage was easy to contact. They worked with me and my realtor providing excellent and efficient services. They were avaliable at all times. Even working around my crazy schedule. I appreciated the way they took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend.

Simple, straightforward no issues whatsoever. Laurent **, our loan underwriter, was available to answer questions along the way. He made the process quick and easy. The closing team was very accommodating in scheduling our appointment at a time that was convenient for us. In all the process was very easy.

The entire process was simple and the contact was consistent without being overwhelming. The entire team was great to help secure our home. Adjusting my approval letter to match our offered price was very easy so we can secure our offer price.

Beware Rocket Mortgage. The Rocket Mortgage process started well but at closing, Rocket Mortgage did not have our paperwork done. They were unresponsive and almost cost us thousands for to their error. The related customer service was terrible.

Everything went so smoothly and fast. I have NEVER had such a great refi with any lender. Everyone that we spoke with had such great communication and quick responses. The app was also so easy to use and very convenient to use. Will definitely be using Rocket again and referring to all family and friends.

If there were 10 stars Jason deserves all 10! He was so professional making the loan process smooth from start to finish. He is a star at Rocket Mortgage! I really liked the convenience, accountability, professionalism, and helped me through the entire process. For example, Ciera ** was a great banker because she knew how to keep in touch texting and phone. The texting was way more helpful as I am very busy with work. She followed through with every single text question. She was also a contact when other people during the process were hard to get in touch with or ghosted me. Great job!

Phillip and Brian were great to work with. Phillip was more on point as we dealt with him more. We were a little disappointed in our real estate agent Peggy ** as she seemed to advocate more for the seller than us as the buyer during negotiations and as issues arose. On the other side of closing and interacting with locals and local businesses we are routinely told we overpaid for inspections. All inspection businesses were coordinated outside of us so not sure who made those selections but I assume it was Peggy. As we settle into the home we are finding many mold and leak issues that weren’t found during inspection. However as far as Rocket Mortgage it was a smooth and relatively painless process.

Fast closing, nice, easy process. Quick sign up and very friendly use of website and interactive content. I had to send to you to verify my Information was simple even for someone with limited computer experience. I would recommend you to anyone looking for a mortgage. We have perfect credit, no credit card debt, own our brand new house outright, and was quoted 6 percent interest for 30 years loan, they never wavered, every step went very smooth. For some unexplained reason, they jacked it up to 7 percent at the very last minute, and tried to bargain it down slightly when we complained. We talked it over and decided not to do it. Raising 1 point in the 11th hour was just a sign of a slimy company. Bad business practices. Do not waste your time, go somewhere else. Buyer beware.

Rocket Mortgage lied to me about the timeframe it would take to refinance with them!!!! Do not trust Rocket Mortgage. Go somewhere else!!! The communication is horrible and they do nothing to fix the problem except to tell customers they are working on it. Again go somewhere else!!!

Excellent. Personal and felt he had your best interest. I’ve checked other vendors to shop for my refinance. I could of gotten a lower rate but Taha was my loan officer he was great and felt he was at my best interest at heart. Great job to Rocket mortgage. Everyone from the loan originator to closing processor was super friendly and efficient. They made it a great process. We cracked jokes and just had a great time with each individual. A lot of paperwork was exchanged and being able to submit it straight to the app was fantastic. The app is very user friendly.

Overall good with some frustration, James settler was absolutely amazing. He answered quickly and promptly and found answers when needed. When it moved on to the next person in the process I still reached out to him due to him being more efficient. I would recommend him to any of my friends if they chose to use Rocket Mortgage.

Rocket Mortgage struggles with integrity at the corporate level. They would not take responsibility for an internal processing error even after it was documented and the complaint was sent to the BBB. They dug in and denied the obvious to the BBB, even after ignoring a certified letter sent to the CEO requesting an investigation and written response.

My wife, Kerri, handled the majority of the closing of our house. 90% of the experience was fantastic! On 6/11/25, we had an appointment set to close at our home, at 6:30 pm. By 7 pm that evening, no one had shown up, so we began to make phone calls to the person who was supposed to be showing up. We attempted to call him several times, and after 2nd ring, the phone would automatically disconnect. We also attempted to call the regular customer service line and got hung up on twice.

Not off to a very good start here, I used the insurance company you recommended.

Working with Joshua was easy, fast, efficient. He was clearly committed to helping us. He was great to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and able to work things through the system so we got what we needed. Whenever something did not work as expected, he would step in a fix it right away.

We had multiple technical issues, but everyone who helped us from Tech Support was helpful and patient. These technical issues caused a significant delay in our closing. In the end, the notary sped through our process and we were able to close on the day we had planned. This was very helpful due to the conflicting schedules within the household.

They were professional & knowledgeable through the whole process. Whenever I called, they were courteous & helpful. It was a pleasant experience. There is timeline to complete the loan was right on time. I would recommend them to everyone. They came right to my house for a closing in the evening which is very convenient.

The website for task was very helpful and kept me on track and also eased my mind of where I was at with closing and required paper work. Chat was easy and received a response in less than 5 minutes. Ben ** and his team were quick to answer, offered me several options including the lowest rate I was offered and even got the inspector out in under 24 hours! The closing was super smooth and our questions were answered quickly. Highly recommend! The app made it easy to upload docs and track our progress.

I do not recommend Rocket Mortgage. They are my lender and the customer experience after the loan approval has been horrible. Our closing was chaotic as they daily reassigned our loan to someone else who did not communicate with the prior loan assistant. No one was at our closing and we were suggested to sign off on things that were not in our best interest like our taxes and insurance not being included in our escrow. They did not address delinquent taxes owed on the property prior to our purchase. The customer service experience is a joke. No one can answer questions and it’s nothing but transfer after transfer until you end up on hold for a lengthy period of time.

My loan officer was extremely helpful and I had a great experience with him. Only issue I had was with underwriting as it felt like I had to re-verify the same documents or information multiple times. The process was tedious and frankly it left me annoyed. I'm sure this review will not change the process at Rocket Mortgage but it is something that should be taken under consideration. There are plenty of local lenders that I could've used but I went with Rocket based on the presumption that it would be a smooth and easy process.

I think Brian was great. He was professional and remained true to our requests and expectations. However, there were several times when I think requesting and received documents should have been more coordinated. I think communicating with a single contact works would have been more efficient. Otherwise, we are pleased with the level of proficiency as it relates to results.

As a first time home buyer the process was easily navigated with the help of Graham, Porsche, Larry and Torin. They helped walk me through the process and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. I was given great advice on a lot of questions. The team more quickly with purpose.

I attempted to get a refinance last year. The person who came in last year to do my appraisal took 30 days to get that back to the banker which was the greatest holdup with the entire process and ended up not going well. Rocket Mortgage had a person out to do the appraisal and it was back to the company within 3 days. The entire refinance process, from start to finish, took a month! I appreciate all you guys with this. I've needed some work done to my roof which is why I tried last year to refinance my home, now I have the money with which to fix my home and pay needed bills off. Thank you again for being proficient, professional, and getting it done.

The process for obtaining a loan or refinancing or anything like that is always time consuming and often frustrating. However, my experience with Rocket Mortgage was I believe - As good as it gets! Rocket Mortgage was very easy to deal with in getting my home refinanced. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting the best ways to pay off additional debt that had. I was not impressed with the process of being told that a house inspection was not required for our loan, then being told we needed a foundation inspection after an appraiser (who is not a licensed contractor or engineer) recommended a foundation inspection based on moisture in a cellar that is not moisture proof. Then needed another inspection based on "moisture mitigating" recommendations. We paid for an initial inspection for our peace of mind. Rocket Mortgage would not accept the foundation portion of that inspection report. So, the SAME inspector was hired to do the foundation inspection by the seller.

My experience was amazing, I was walked through every single step during our process before our closing. Was also constantly updated during the process. I have never done a smooth closing like I did with Rocket Mortgage. I would 100% recommend to family and friends. Closing was smooth. Love that it was virtual. The agent that assisted with our closing she was amazing, super friendly and walked us through every detail in each page we had to sign. Customer service 100/100.

Our overall financial situation was improved by us refinancing and consolidating debt. We were surprised on how long the process took (just over a month), there were multiple people involved vs. dealing with one contact, we feel the service and fees total was very high, disappointing that we could not get any cash back out of the refinancing ($8 and some change was insulting considering how much equity was left in our home) and lastly we were surprised that the paying off of our creditors from the consolidation was in the form of physical checks sent to us that we had to send to our creditors which should have been handled directly and not with actual checks, way too easy for mail to get lost and just inefficient especially with technology today. Despite those handful of things, overall our budget was improved by the refinancing so that was the positive result. If I did recommend this to anyone, I'd be sure they understand what to expect first.

I'm so glad I found Rocket Mortgage! My home refinance loan with another lender was taking too long and growing everyday in cash to close and shrinking monthly savings. I contacted Rocket Mortgage and got a GREAT refinance loan that closed in just over 2 weeks! I'm always going to work with Rocket from now on!

There were a few hiccups in our remortgage. But none that stopped us from proceeding. We closed fairly quick. The closing from "Anna" was quick, well explained and very smooth. Your company advertised 4.9% APR, but for some reason I could not get it. I was put at 6.99, which was the same I was paying on the mortgage I was paying off. I was hoping for a little better interest to make it worth paying the closing costs.

In the very beginning, everything had been going smoothly. People were helpful, telling me good things. Until I was ready to close on the house. When it came time to close, Rocket Mortgage did not fulfill all of the fees through the attorneys and after I put down $38,000 which was supposed to cover all closing costs which means all closing costs they did not bring what they were supposed to, to the table of clothing. Thus making me have to write out checks for an extra $3400. This has put me in a very bad spot now and it seems like Rocket Mortgage doesn’t care.

When I started my process with Rocket, I worked with Ammar ** and thing were very good. He was polite, friendly, and helpful. Then, Michael **, started calling and/or texting me and he definitely wasn’t as polite, for sure. I understand he has a job to do, but he needs to be a little nicer when contacting clients. He also stops answering calls when he thinks the deal is done. NOT what someone wants when they have questions, especially when this is something you haven’t done before and are unsure of something. Like I titled this, GOOD - Ammar **, ok - Michael **.

We applied for this home equity loan and was approved within a week and the representative was very professional and gave us good information on achieving this line of credit. We like dealing with rocket mortgage because we have always been satisfied with our home loan and we like the low interest rate that we received on this loan.

I wish I could give zero stars. We talked with them about getting a refinance and we’re going through with the process. The next day I got over 100 spam calls from other lenders offering to lower the rate. I have NEVER had so much slam calls in my life!! Don’t even bother talking to them unless you want spammed!

As a seller on the other side. This company delayed closing asking for 2nd opinions and did not due anything in a timely manner. They send additional paperwork (FHA Amendatory Clause) to be signed after all parties signed closing document. This should have been done at least a week before closing. Buyers stated they were having trouble getting ahold of their representative.

I don't write reviews often. But my experience with Rocket Mortgage is great. There are some delays but I understand it, it's part of the process. From our Mortgage Banker Chris **, who explain to me everything in details, from application to closing. Regina ** who have all the patience is very professional, she answer all my questions regarding the closing procedure. I had a problem with my bank account number and she went out of her way to find the right person who can help. She gave me the number and I spoke to Mike ** who help me to fix everything. The closing went smoothly. Thank you to your team.

We was very happy working the team who was assigned to our loan with their amazing help, guidance and knowledge. We will save about $1400 every month! We're so HAPPY we referred ROCKET Mortgage to our son and daughter-in-law and some friends. We will continue to praise and refer others to ROCKET. I began the process by submitting my email address and phone number through an online form, but I canceled the submission shortly afterward. Despite that, I received a call 24 hours later from a Rocket representative who offered to connect me with a mortgage specialist. I agreed, and the specialist introduced himself and stated the conversation would only take about five minutes. However, the call extended to 45 minutes as he continued asking questions. By the end of the call—which occurred on a Monday—I asked for a timeline and was told that, in most cases, the refinance process is completed by Friday of the same week. Based on that, I agreed to move forward.

I had gone to the Rocket Mortgage website to check current rates. I never checked the box that said I wanted to be called. When they called me the first time I repeatedly asked them not to call me and told them that I never asked to be called, but they continued talking until I hung up the phone. When they called me the second time I told them the same thing I had said the first time in addition to the fact that I felt like my rights were being violated. My experience with Rocket Mortgage absolutely sucks. My bank called to get a payout so I could pay off my mortgage and they gave me the runaround. After 2 weeks of sending wire transfers through my bank I end up paying an extra 400 dollars. They kept denying receiving the transfer even though my bank showed it was received but not accepted on their end. I have purchased homes in the past and I would never use them, ever. This was really out of my control because they bought out my mortgage from another company as I got closer to paying it off.

Poor communication. Hard to get in touch with anyone. Very impersonal. Still waiting on the money to land on my account. Inaccuracies on the application that were never corrected. Call requests not returned. Sales service was much better than service received when it moved past the sale. Good thing your website is user friendly. May 27, 2025. Rocket Mortgage: to your question of would I use or recommend your services in connection with a “refi or Home Equity Loan again, My answer is an “EMPHATIC NO”! My reasons are multiple and extensive, to say the least, and in fact mirror your own procedures for obtaining such loans. To be precise, your processes are laborious, extensive, overwhelming, tedious, repetitive and downright frustrating!

This place is a total joke.. not only did they run a hard check on my credit when said they want it they said that they were able to do bank statement loans and then to come up to find out they don't even do bank statement loans. It was a total waste of time and a total waste of a credit drop score.

We have been a client of Rocket Mortgage for over a decade. We refinance before and everything went smoothly. However this time our journey was over 45 days of back and forth messages. I think communication could have been better. Many days of waiting to hear something. Also back in 2016 I was told I turn over my house to my wife neither one of can remember that and I wanted to see the original documentation. I believe all has worked now.

I have still not received the disbursement checks. I was told that they would be mailed out Friday and that they would come express mail on Saturday and I have not received anything so it's becoming a little concerning. I understand Monday was a holiday however, Saturday was still a delivery day and I should've received them on Saturday. I have made several inquiries over the weekend and have not heard back from anyone perhaps because it's a holiday weekend. I am hoping that that's what the issue is and I should hear from someone on Tuesday.

Chose Rocket Mortgage in order to streamline a loan on a property inherited. I was not disappointed with 90% of the service. In fact, it was exceptional. However, the title company had some special requirements that were very confusing and didn’t make sense to myself or our probate lawyers. There was a lot of back-and-forth, trying to get my lawyer to write the document. It would make sense if Rocket Mortgage would have a lawyer draft those documents internal. As a business owner, I don’t like giving bad reviews. But dealing with that title representative for the title company from Rocket Mortgage was very sweet and pleasant. However, it took two weeks to resolve a contract that could’ve easily been done a different way.

Everything went smoothly. Colby was really easy to work with as well as the rest of the team. I would certainly recommend Rocket mortgage to a friend or anyone else. I was 2/3 of the way through with two other mortgage lenders and having nothing but headaches and delays. I wasn’t entertaining Rocket Mortgage at the time because the first person that reached out to me gave me a ridiculously exorbitant interest rate. Cass however, reached out to me and said that he could provide much better rates and a much better experience. I ignored the first touch point or two, but after a particularly rough afternoon, dealing with the other lenders, I reached out to Cass and told him I would be willing to have a call with him.

Anthony ** was very helpful and professional throughout the process. However, the Rocket Mortgage support team and their process seemed disjointed. New requirements or requests for information were often added without notification, and the dashboard frequently stalled while waiting for action on their end. In several cases, we waited days—or even weeks—until I followed up myself, only to find that my intervention was needed to resolve issues that should have been handled by them.

The people were great from start to finish. I was not so impressed by the process for paying off my creditors by check. That process will cost me an extra 7-14 days in interest before the checks arrive and are cashed, when I could have had them all paid off within 2 days of getting the funds in my checking account. Why do you go that route? Just curious.

When the Mrs and I went to apply for the 3% down deal, our credit scores were doing decent. Hers was spectacular. We were both hit with 2 credit inquiries called (soft). Yea right. Had to run our credit together and separate. Thus damaging our credit past the needed scores for approval.

Refi has been utterly ridiculous!!! Husband cosigned a truck for a young man. Rocket wanted him to pay that off to bring down our income to debt ratio. OK understood. Young man was able to refi on his own, we signed off on the cosign, received the letter stating we were free of the title. NOW Rocket wants proof of where the money came from. We are to tell a fellow employee, our business and that same person is to give our mortgage company his personal banking/loan information to satisfy the underwriter. Sorry! I don't want everyone privy to our personal business. Maybe a sign on the car stating "Hey, we are trying to refi our home with what's called the #1 mortgage company!" Why not! They will probably sell all of our personal info anyway. Three weeks of this... Totally disgusted.

The only issue was that I did not need a large amount for my refinance. Once we got past that everything seemed to go ahead just fine. Closing was easy as well.

We only recently came under Rocket Mortgage when our mortgage sold. My husband is battling cancer and with the increased medical we needed help so we had just done a modification which was approved. However, Rocket refuses to acknowledge this. They pressured us into their partial claim by skewing the figures to make it appwhich does little eat we were 3 months delinquent. Their partial claim does very little to help us. In my opinion, they lack integrity and compassion.

I’m very disappointed of how the loan officer handle the application from the beginning to the end of my loan. I was given false information from the beginning and all through the process of the loan. He told me things that changed every 2 days, he told me things that weren’t true. I told him how much money I had for my down payment and how much I wanted my mortgage be every month, Logan ** assured me that’s what it would be. My cash to close was $5000 more than what I expected and my mortgage payment is $4000 a month more than what I expected to be.

Sometimes it felt like we were slipping through the cracks. It was nice to have Katherine ** as the one person who helped us consistently. The process also took a very long time. I wish we had thought of applying for a VA loan sooner.

I was lied to. 500 earnest money was not given back. Was used to cover fees. And has been over a week after closing $30000 in checks weren't overnighted. Still haven't received. Still out there somewhere. When I called Rocket was met with like, "Not our issue. Call UPS." Even though you all paid for overnight shipping. This will result in me losing money now as bills checks are meant to payoff will start accruing late fees. I still have to mail check to companies.

Had a great experience with Samantha ** and team on my mortgage refinance and options that I was able to quickly review and select. Communication was excellent. The process was outlined nicely. The only issue was when a delay in the funding. It would have been good to get that final communication on the funding status and there would be a delay.

The original loan I had with Rocket was great. Refinancing, not even close to great. Multiple people asking the same questions without communicating. Zero communication from any human, the website was the only intelligent thing in my process. Am really uncertain if I would ever use rocket again.

Unsure, about the information as far as payoff on debts listed, if they were paid directly from Rocket Mortgage or if we receive the checks to pay the debts off ourselves, according to the closing it has both listed but was not told which option was utilized, and wondering if those debts were already paid just not showing yet, or if the checks will come made out to the debtors that we mail ourselves, so that is the only thing that was a little confusing.

Mable was great since the start, this process was quick, easy. I originally applied with another lender over the weekend and saw the advertisement for Rocket Mortgage. I wanted to ask a few questions before applying an agent was available via chat, turned into a call and by Tuesday my appraisal was done. Appreciate Mable working that weekend.

I had a very positive experience with banker Zee ** and all departments except Jasmine in Closing Dept. (313-566-4253). Loan closed on April 7th but funds were not wired until April 14th! I signed a notarized document at closing confirming that the funds were to be wired to the SAFE Credit Union. After two phone messages and a conversation with Jasmine demanding that the funds be released, she stated that her supervisor was "pushing back" on this request. This caused a delay in paying the City of Sacramento for the permit fees in the amount of $5,800.

I loved the experience of Rocket Mortgage. It was user friendly and very easy to navigate. I loved the loan managers. They were very professional and polite. They walked me through the finance and refinance process all the way through. They are the only company that will allow you to use a manufactured home for a loan. I am so pleased with Rocket Mortgage. I am hoping to do all business through them like get a credit card or a personal loan in the near future with Rocket Mortgage.

Rocket Mortgage is very easy to work with. We got a HELOC and the process was very smooth and Kareem was very helpful and always answered our questions quickly. Rocket Mortgage let us pick our closing date and we did it at our house. The closing only took 10 minutes and then we had to sign some papers online.

I called today just to get information on how their process works. I can't remember who I actually talked to which was a guy. I wasn't interested in speaking with him he was not very friendly which turned me off. I was asking about FHA loan, and First-time buyer grants. He stated they use them however when I told him my Max payment for a home would be 300,000.00 and much do I have down I told him about 3,500.00. The guy stated that is not enough I can get it done for about 7,000.00. I told him never mind I am a First-Time Homebuyer and there is definitely grants and other things and I have talked to other Realtors with dealing with different programs. If you are interested in dealing with different programs to assist with First-time buyers, I suggest you speak with a realtor or a Loan Officer that deals with the different programs.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage, Amrock, and Rocket Closing was a good one. David ** did a great job assisting me. He explained everything well and made the process go smoothly. I would also like to thank Jan ** the notary who performed the closing meeting. I cannot say enough good things about Jan. We had a technical issue that she was able to work around and was very patient with us as well.
