Rocket Mortgage Joseph M. was very patient, available for questions and clarifications, walked me through the online application for the loan, explaining each step as needed. Having the ability to check the progress of the loan myself was very helpful. Meeting up and signing the final application with an experienced notary public in a place of my choice helped keep my anxiety level down. The whole process was amazing and very much appreciated. It was approved on the estimated day and I was notified by email. A great relief. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage if all your brokers are as efficient and personable as Joseph. Thank you.

Poor communication. Hard to get in touch with anyone. Very impersonal. Still waiting on the money to land on my account. Inaccuracies on the application that were never corrected. Call requests not returned. Sales service was much better than service received when it moved past the sale. Good thing your website is user friendly. Looking forward to interest rate drops to refi with someone else.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage was excellent. Tom ** and his group were very attentive and helpful from the first step to the end. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage in the future for any mortgage needs. We closed in a quick 16 days and they kept me informed daily with anything I needed.

May 27, 2025. Rocket Mortgage: to your question of would I use or recommend your services in connection with a “refi or Home Equity Loan again, My answer is an “EMPHATIC NO”! My reasons are multiple and extensive, to say the least, and in fact mirror your own procedures for obtaining such loans. To be precise, your processes are laborious, extensive, overwhelming, tedious, repetitive and downright frustrating!

This place is a total joke.. not only did they run a hard check on my credit when said they want it they said that they were able to do bank statement loans and then to come up to find out they don't even do bank statement loans. It was a total waste of time and a total waste of a credit drop score.

We have been a client of Rocket Mortgage for over a decade. We refinance before and everything went smoothly. However this time our journey was over 45 days of back and forth messages. I think communication could have been better. Many days of waiting to hear something. Also back in 2016 I was told I turn over my house to my wife neither one of can remember that and I wanted to see the original documentation. I believe all has worked now.

The entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the very beginning there were credit issues that needed to be resolved. These issues were taken care of with the expert advice from your credit team. From origination of my application to the end was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and above all, all my calls were returned promptly, and all my questions were answered. This has been the best customer service experience I have ever had. I can't recall the names of all that I spoke to but Mike from the Mortgage credit team and Brad ** were incredible. As a first-time home buyer, I walked into this process feeling overwhelmed and unsure. The team at Rocket made everything more than easy. His calm demeanor, outstanding professionalism, and wealth of knowledge made the process easy. Carlos was extremely helpful and patient while walking us through the refinance process. We were completed within about 30 days and able to start on the remodel of our home right when we were ready to. I have still not received the disbursement checks. I was told that they would be mailed out Friday and that they would come express mail on Saturday and I have not received anything so it's becoming a little concerning. I understand Monday was a holiday however, Saturday was still a delivery day and I should've received them on Saturday. I have made several inquiries over the weekend and have not heard back from anyone perhaps because it's a holiday weekend. I am hoping that that's what the issue is and I should hear from someone on Tuesday.

The team at Rocket Mortgage made our refinance so easy. The customer service was great when I had questions and were very professional. Every step was handled in a very timely manner and basically stress free due to the clear step by step instructions. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for the services they provide.

Chose Rocket Mortgage in order to streamline a loan on a property inherited. I was not disappointed with 90% of the service. In fact, it was exceptional. However, the title company had some special requirements that were very confusing and didn’t make sense to myself or our probate lawyers. There was a lot of back-and-forth, trying to get my lawyer to write the document. It would make sense if Rocket Mortgage would have a lawyer draft those documents internal. As a business owner, I don’t like giving bad reviews. But dealing with that title representative for the title company from Rocket Mortgage was very sweet and pleasant. However, it took two weeks to resolve a contract that could’ve easily been done a different way.

Everything went smoothly. Colby was really easy to work with as well as the rest of the team. I would certainly recommend Rocket mortgage to a friend or anyone else. Look forward to doing more business in the future. I have lots of properties that I have interested in purchasing commercial and residential. Thank you very much.

I was 2/3 of the way through with two other mortgage lenders and having nothing but headaches and delays. I wasn’t entertaining Rocket Mortgage at the time because the first person that reached out to me gave me a ridiculously exorbitant interest rate. Cass however, reached out to me and said that he could provide much better rates and a much better experience. I ignored the first touch point or two, but after a particularly rough afternoon, dealing with the other lenders, I reached out to Cass and told him I would be willing to have a call with him.

Anthony ** was very helpful and professional throughout the process. However, the Rocket Mortgage support team and their process seemed disjointed. New requirements or requests for information were often added without notification, and the dashboard frequently stalled while waiting for action on their end. In several cases, we waited days—or even weeks—until I followed up myself, only to find that my intervention was needed to resolve issues that should have been handled by them.

The people were great from start to finish. I was not so impressed by the process for paying off my creditors by check. That process will cost me an extra 7-14 days in interest before the checks arrive and are cashed, when I could have had them all paid off within 2 days of getting the funds in my checking account. Why do you go that route? Just curious.

The loan officer Michael **, was great. He discussed our situation and helped us choose the best option. The online process for uploading documents worked well as well as the short time from our application to the closing. The closing attorney, John ** was efficient and nice to work with.

Every question we had regarding the loan was answered by knowledgeable advisors who were always available by chat or phone call. We found the customer service to be superior. Rocket Mortgage has been nothing but outstanding. They're with you from day one to closing date. They're always updating you, explains the process and walking you through every detail. This is by far the best mortgage company (out of 3) I've ever dealt with. Michael ** hands down made my experience worthwhile and every member of his team went above and beyond. They treat you like family, not a paycheck, and I loved that. The website and the app both are user friendly and easy to navigate. When the Mrs and I went to apply for the 3% down deal, our credit scores were doing decent. Hers was spectacular. We were both hit with 2 credit inquiries called (soft). Yea right. Had to run our credit together and separate. Thus damaging our credit past the needed scores for approval.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Flah ** as our Rocket Mortgage Financial Specialist/Consultant. We cannot truly express what a great experience we had going through this process with someone as knowledgeable, accommodating, professional and efficient as Flah has been throughout the entire process. Flah was there to guide us and help with any questions, problems, or concerns we had as we maneuvered through all the paperwork and things that needed to be emailed to him. We are grateful for this experience and we highly recommend Flah and Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for a home mortgage.

Refi has been utterly ridiculous!!! Husband cosigned a truck for a young man. Rocket wanted him to pay that off to bring down our income to debt ratio. OK understood. Young man was able to refi on his own, we signed off on the cosign, received the letter stating we were free of the title. NOW Rocket wants proof of where the money came from. We are to tell a fellow employee, our business and that same person is to give our mortgage company his personal banking/loan information to satisfy the underwriter. Sorry! I don't want everyone privy to our personal business. Maybe a sign on the car stating "Hey, we are trying to refi our home with what's called the #1 mortgage company!" Why not! They will probably sell all of our personal info anyway. Three weeks of this... Totally disgusted.

This is my first experience using Rocket Mortgage and it was a very easy process. Uploading documents was a breeze using the app. I really appreciated the updates on where my application was in the process. The closing process was also hassle free and scheduled during a convenient time. I would recommend Rocket to my family.

I was happy with the overall application process, unfortunately once we closed, I'm seeing no action or funds. It's been 4 days and I can't seem to reach anyone. I'm no longer happy. I've been now questioning if the whole thing was a scam? Normally when I close on a loan, the funds are immediately available or at least the process/expectations are clearly set.

Amer "Adam" was great from start to finish. This was my second time working with him and he did not disappoint. He paid attention to detail and was in constant contact with me. He listened to my concerns and communicated the terms well. I would recommend Adam and Rocket to others.

I required a fast turn around time on a home equity loan. When I reached out to my bank I was told it would take 9-12 weeks. I contacted Rocket Mortgage and within an hour I had talked to one of their bankers who told me I could get it done in under 3 weeks. And they did! Their entire team worked to get it done and in less than 3 weeks I had the money in my account. The communication is stellar! The website is easy to use to upload documents. Start to finish was awesome!

I made an initial inquiry to find out about the program - but was not ready to proceed. I asked Belen to check back in a month. That is exactly what happened. By then I was ready to proceed. The process over the phone was easy and conversational. Within a few days we were ready to proceed, the loan was approved and closed within 2 weeks. Everything went as expected. Belen was nice to work with. Even when I had a question on the chat before closing, it was answered efficiently.

I tried using chat but got signed off by the application. I called and spoke with Anthony and got the issue resolved, Anthony made the changes we discussed and I am set up for my loan payments bi-weekly. I found it easier to resolve my questions and get things set up properly. Hopefully interest rates will come down soon and I can look at refinancing at a lower rate. My credit score has gone up to over 800 since we started the loan process back in March. I would recommend Rocket as a place to consider when applying for a loan.

The people at Rocket Mortgage made it pretty easy to refinance and they were very helpful answering my questions, sometimes it was hard getting all the information they needed from my annuities but we finally got it all straightened out and closed last Friday morning and it lowered my monthly payment by a couple hundred dollars.

Too many changes during the process, and I didn’t feel the company was working for my benefit. At the end, I did get what I was expecting or what I was promised. It was all for the benefit of the company to see how much more they could get from me.

Everything was perfect EXCEPT closing; and that I had to "mail checks" instead of allowing me OR Rocket to electronically send to my creditors; it has caused duplicate payments and time wasted trying to get credits back to me; because it is now 3 weeks after closing and some have not received my checks from US Mail.

It was okay but I was given the impression that the loan would be placed in my bank account! Instead, I was sent checks and specifically told to pay directly to the company! Very inconvenient! I could quickly have transferred the money to the appropriate company! Now I have to worry about them reaching their destination through the USPS!!!

I needed to refinance my mortgage. The process was pretty easy. Once they had the documents they needed from me, I received my loan documents. The only issue was that I did not need a large amount for my refinance. Once we got past that everything seemed to go ahead just fine. Closing was easy as well.

Good response time on top of all task help with completion. Always stay with me on calls, long to where I wanted to hang up because I couldn't get it done but with the help I did get it done so they are number 1 in my book and thanks to all that worked with me on it. We only recently came under Rocket Mortgage when our mortgage sold. My husband is battling cancer and with the increased medical we needed help so we had just done a modification which was approved. However, Rocket refuses to acknowledge this. They pressured us into their partial claim by skewing the figures to make it appwhich does little eat we were 3 months delinquent. Their partial claim does very little to help us. In my opinion, they lack integrity and compassion.

We had an extremely excellent experience because of the person from Start to finish > I truly mean this. I developed Finance departments in the Auto Business and set up income development accounts for the Dealer Principals/Owners, working with Zurich North America for many years. I found Customer service and owning my work was the face of the Company but was just my Job. Your Employee Ms. Dena **, went beyond her Job and duties. And not only when she was sick or when her Job description was done. She followed up to see if we were all set and how it was going and congratulated us. Listen, I felt I closed on a 5 million dollar home. That how great your employee is. She should do the training plus for all your sales. Top Employee No doubt !! You have a great Team at Rocket Mortgage, I will use you and refer.

Great service maneuvered. Through the process it became obvious that this was going to happen with Rocket Mortgage. I've had others that just go on and on and on, but nothing really good happens. Not with Jarrett, it was EZ PZ, pleasant, and productive. Sales folks can be so friendly and persuasive, but lack customer service. Not Jarrett, he was both knowledgeable and flexible so that any problems we all encounter were quickly handled. Emphasis on quickly.

I’m very disappointed of how the loan officer handle the application from the beginning to the end of my loan. I was given false information from the beginning and all through the process of the loan. He told me things that changed every 2 days, he told me things that weren’t true. I told him how much money I had for my down payment and how much I wanted my mortgage be every month, Logan ** assured me that’s what it would be. My cash to close was $5000 more than what I expected and my mortgage payment is $4000 a month more than what I expected to be.

We dealt with banker Zane **!!! He was an excellent character!!! He was so very helpful throughout the whole process!!! He sat on the phone with my wife and I for hours to help us navigate through all the necessary implements to create our loan!!! We give him a 5 star review!!! Thank you so much Zane!!!

Sometimes it felt like we were slipping through the cracks. It was nice to have Katherine ** as the one person who helped us consistently. The process also took a very long time. I was lied to. 500 earnest money was not given back. Was used to cover fees. And has been over a week after closing $30000 in checks weren't overnighted. Still haven't received. This will result in me losing money now as bills checks are meant to payoff will start accruing late fees. I still have to mail check to companies.

Had a great experience with Samantha ** and team on my mortgage refinance and options that I was able to quickly review and select. Communication was excellent. The process was outlined nicely. The only issue was when a delay in the funding. It would have been good to get that final communication on the funding status and there would be a delay.

The original loan I had with Rocket was great. Refinancing, not even close to great. Multiple people asking the same questions without communicating. Zero communication from any human, the website was the only intelligent thing in my process. Am really uncertain if I would ever use rocket again.

They acted quick, response anytime I had a question was through and prompt. They coached me to the best options to manage my finances for now and in the future. The rate drop advantage was a huge benefit that I will take full advantage of when rates drop in the future.

I have refinanced my house with Quicken and Rocket Mortgage 5 times and now a home equity line and I could not be happier. I would recommend this to every single person I know. I was able to get rid of debt and cut my payments by several hundred dollars a month.

Unsure, about the information as far as payoff on debts listed, if they were paid directly from Rocket Mortgage or if we receive the checks to pay the debts off ourselves, according to the closing it has both listed but was not told which option was utilized, and wondering if those debts were already paid just not showing yet, or if the checks will come made out to the debtors that we mail ourselves, so that is the only thing that was a little confusing.

Mable was great since the start, this process was quick, easy. I originally applied with another lender over the weekend and saw the advertisement for Rocket Mortgage. I wanted to ask a few questions before applying an agent was available via chat, turned into a call and by Tuesday my appraisal was done. Appreciate Mable working that weekend.

All the appointments that were arranged by both of them were exactly done as promised. The third parties commissioned by them were timely as well. I had a very positive experience with banker Zee ** and all departments except Jasmine in Closing Dept. (313-566-4253). Loan closed on April 7th but funds were not wired until April 14th! I signed a notarized document at closing confirming that the funds were to be wired to the SAFE Credit Union. After two phone messages and a conversation with Jasmine demanding that the funds be released, she stated that her supervisor was "pushing back" on this request. This caused a delay in paying the City of Sacramento for the permit fees in the amount of $5,800.

I loved the experience of Rocket Mortgage. It was user friendly and very easy to navigate. I loved the loan managers. They were very professional and polite. They walked me through the finance and refinance process all the way through. They are the only company that will allow you to use a manufactured home for a loan. I am so pleased with Rocket Mortgage. I am hoping to do all business through them like get a credit card or a personal loan in the near future with Rocket Mortgage.

An easy process start to finish. The loan application was a fast and straightforward process. Everything was explained up front. Multiple channels of communication were available to explain each step of the process. They handled the appraisal and even found me ways to get back more money with a reasonable monthly payment.

Rocket Mortgage is very easy to work with. We got a HELOC and the process was very smooth and Kareem was very helpful and always answered our questions quickly. Rocket Mortgage let us pick our closing date and we did it at our house. The closing only took 10 minutes and then we had to sign some papers online.

I had many opportunities to choose a lender. Rocket was the one I chose. No reason really just saw it and called them. What a process-Easy, friendly and quick. I called today just to get information on how their process works. I can't remember who I actually talked to which was a guy. I wasn't interested in speaking with him he was not very friendly which turned me off. I was asking about FHA loan, and First-time buyer grants. He stated they use them however when I told him my Max payment for a home would be 300,000.00 and much do I have down I told him about 3,500.00. The guy stated that is not enough I can get it done for about 7,000.00. I told him never mind I am a First-Time Homebuyer and there is definitely grants and other things and I have talked to other Realtors with dealing with different programs. If you are interested in dealing with different programs to assist with First-time buyers, I suggest you speak with a realtor or a Loan Officer that deals with the different programs.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage, Amrock, and Rocket Closing was a good one. David ** did a great job assisting me. He explained everything well and made the process go smoothly. I would also like to thank Jan ** the notary who performed the closing meeting. I cannot say enough good things about Jan. We had a technical issue that she was able to work around and was very patient with us as well.

The process took longer than I anticipated. There were additional documents that were needed because, even though An explanation was provided. Some information was requested that really was not needed. The closing went smoothly and my funds were transferred after the 3 day waiting. However, I still have creditors to pay and I have not received the checks to make those payoffs. I am making payments to prevent late fees. I do not understand why Rocket Mortgage did not provide me the funds so I can pay off my creditors. I have the final amounts that are accurate. And, they are not accurate coming from the credit report..

When our appraisal came back higher than expected I received an email asking me if we needed more cash. I replied that we did want additional funds to pay off all credit card balances, actual not just the last statement. I never heard another word. We closed the loan expecting the numbers to change per several emails stating numbers weren’t necessarily final. Now we find that we’re several thousand dollars short and you got a number of the payoffs wrong. Paid too much to a couple, too little to a couple. I have never seen such incompetence at a mortgage institution. I will repay this loan less the fees as soon as possible if credit can be obtained elsewhere. Everyone was out of the office, check your company email for Alana and Heath.

Loan officer was great to work with and was familiar with my current account and answered all my questions. He was able to guide me thru all the steps. He worked with me to make sure the loan was handled quickly and asked me questions to make sure I understood the process.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage was very dissatisfying. I was promised an easy and smooth experience, but my closing date was pushed back multiple times, almost resulting in my losing the house I was trying to purchase. I was told multiple times that I only needed to send one more document, only for more to be needed each time. I was passed around to many people in the process, making communication that much more confusing.

I was very happy with the quick resolution to my financial needs. The staff was professional and helpful. When my appraisal came in high they offered additional funds which I rejected. When resolving my preferences, the company made every effort to accommodate me. I cannot think of anything else.

Had a great experience with Rocket Mortgage as far as paperwork is considered. It was very fast and very efficient. However, I did not like that the bank's appraiser didn't have the plumbing checked. If they had looked at the hot water heater they would have discovered a 2007 hot water heater in a house that wasn't built until 2012. I asked my realtor to check on this and we're waiting to hear back. Water was also found under the house in the crawlspace located under the hot water heater. Something sounds very strange about this house. First we discovered that the county had the boundary line in the middle of the house. Then the plumbing issues which cost us $3,000.00.

I love Rocket Mortgage! They said they will help me with what I needed and they did! They are consistent, they kept me up to date with the process. The only thing I did not like is the closing process. I would have preferred to have the loan broker at the closing to explain the documents that I had to sign. They sent a notary instead.

From the start to before closing my experience was great, then closing was a huge challenge, started with technical error system update then connected with closing agent could not hear her. She was nice and attempted to help, she did schedule a mobile notary to come to my house she was a little late but the distance and road conditions it was understandable. She also had technical issues and unable to login on her computer. Then they set up a paper closing which went well the next day. Overall happy with the process.

Overall satisfied. Took longer than expected being an in-house refi. Rocket Mortgage sending paper checks to pay off my credit cards is a major hassle. They should've electronically transferred to the credit card companies or to my account to electronically pay the cards. We pay everything electronically, so mailing checks is a very major stressful concern. It took us about 5 weeks from start to finish which seems a little long. Providing an organized list of things to do up front would be a huge help in speeding things along.

Just filled out a survey that allowed me to express how unimpressed I was with how your team handled our loan processing. One example of many: Was promised that payouts would be adjusted to account for several months of extra payments made while waiting for this loan to close. Asked specifically 3 times and was told adjustments would be made. None were, leading to overpayments on two of the three obligations paid by Rocket.

The process was easy as it could be. Everything was done online so not appointments to keep. Rocket Mortgage set up the appraisal for me. The technology they use is fantastic and easy to navigate. I was kept up to date through text and email. Communication was fantastic. I am very satisfied.

I have a first mortgage with them, and they did amazingly. I came back a year later to get a small second equity loan, and they have made it impossible because their underwriting is completely IGNORANT!! They kept saying I owned the company I work for and would look at any information that says anything different. They wouldn't use my W-2, paycheck stub, or Federal taxes. They wouldn't even look at my previous information that they used for the first mortgage. I will NEVER use them again, unless everyone in underwriting is fired. I wasted over a month trying to talk logically with them and even their leadership wouldn't listen or look at the actual facts. I hope they fail quickly. I am refinancing my mortgage with someone else because of this.

While all the people we spoke to and chatted with were very nice and helpful, the process itself was very long and arduous. So much paperwork to be sent via computer. PDFs and so forth. My husband and I don't know how to do so much of this and had to seek help from our daughter. But the grand finale was when they scheduled our closing in Beaumont Texas! A FOUR hour drive from our home. This happened late on a Friday, so we spent the whole weekend worried about this! Finally, they rescheduled it 2.1 miles from our home! Why couldn't this have been done in the beginning? Just a long process that I'm glad is now over.

There were promises that weren't kept. IE: A notary could be sent to you in Ohio. The closing had to be in front of an attorney which cost me $750. My son's van pmt went against my debt but the current payment was not to have been paid by me and it was. My Rocket contacts changed weekly. I went through 5 total which may be why those things happened.

Everyone at Rocket Mortgage was very helpful and punctual, and kept me on task to complete the loan and the proper timeframe. Even though there was a small hiccup on the closing date, rocket Mortgage stepped up to the task and got everything done on time for the closing. I would say if this was my first experience with Rocket Mortgage, I would have taken my business elsewhere. As I have my home mortgaged through Rocket, I have faithfully made my payments on time, I refinanced the loan to a 15 year loan and the equity available far exceeded what I was asking to borrow, I was confident this would be easy and quick to get done. Not the case at all. Matthew, my loan originator, did everything possible from my viewpoint to ease the frustration and aggravation and I appreciate his efforts and encouragement to continue with Rocket even though I had two other businesses that would provide me the loan with the amount I asked to get. Matthew informed me that Rocket did not provide loans as small as I was asking for, $25k, and that I needed to get a $45k loan. I provided the information/documentation originally asked for except for a copy of my HOA bill.

Process was straightforward and proceeded quickly and as described by Matt. Matt ** was responsive and helpful, including weekends and evenings. Based on my experience, I would consider Rocket companies in the future.

Buying a house is something very stressful since they ask for a lot of paperwork and everything day is something that’s needed to be done. Thanks to Rocket Mortgage’s team it wasn’t that stressful especially since my Senior Banker Ellery ** was super helpful and explained everything really really well and never fail to answer my call which was great, I also was able to close in less than 1 month!!! I recommend them 100%.

Please be advised that the rates are very alluring but the process is brutal. It starts with an approval to lure you in and then you have many hurdles to overcome. Extremely nitpicky and full of emotional ups and downs. The appraisal is very expensive, twice what I have paid in the past. Too many rules, too much headache. I will never recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone and will avoid at all cost.

Rocket Mortgage reps were great. They were helpful and provided all the information I needed to make a good decision. When I called other groups for quotes they were pushy and rude. Even after I made my decision and told them I had gone with Rocket Mortgage, they continued to hound me and sent me paperwork. Rocket Mortgage provided exactly what I needed. My Rocket Mortgage specialist called me with updates and provide help when I got stuck on a particular entry.

I warn you not trust what is told to you. They told me the $500 for the appraisal, will be credited back to your credit card if the loan go through. I trusted what was told to me more than once. I used a credit card I keep for emergencies, it maxed it out. My loan closed, so I ask when will my card be refunded. Now they say it went towards closing cost. No one told me that. I tried calling numerous people, no help. Now my emergency credit card it maxed out. I do not recommend. Very unhappy customer.

After paying over $500 in closing costs to Amrock, calling the closing department to confirm updated closing disclosure and payoff, the incorrect amounts were wired and I'm delayed receiving all of the cash out funds. How does this happen? Sloppy service and lack of attention to detail. Very disappointed and upon my inquiry of the error, was told to talk to my lender, washing their hands of the gross error.

This is my second survey in 2 days. I did not have the greatest experience dealing with Rocket Mortgage. It is quite sad because on 3 other instances I tried doing business with Rocket Mortgage but was unable due to all the purchases being a coop and Rocket Mortgage does not deal with Coops. My banker Cindy ** was very rude to me and my wife. The conversation would start out nice with her but as soon as we were unsure or needed extra explanation about something, she was give us attitude, almost like we were annoying her by asking questions. We are not bankers by any means and naturally we had questions. We would always hesitate asking her questions and instead turn to Google to find the answers.

Run as fast as you can form this company! They will charge thousands and thousands of dollars that your credit union or other lender will not. The WORST broker and processor ever. All I can say is NO!

I had a good experience with the process. However my issue was with the amount of time it took to get through the process. This affected the pay off amount which led to us having to come out of pocket to cover the deficits, this was not acceptable. We have been loyal customers for a number of years and will continue.

My wife and I were doing some consolidation of bills and current loans. Rocket Mortgage stepped in and assisted us with getting everything to fit together. We paid off our credit cards and our final payment was lower than my old mortgage at the local bank. The staff at Rocket Mortgage and those associated with Rocket Mortgage were awesome. No questions unanswered, no i's not dotted, and all t's were crossed. This is our second loan with Rocket Mortgage, and we are very pleased with all aspects of the loan process.

The amount of documentation for a $250k loan on a house worth over $3M with no current mortgage, to someone with super excellent credit and plenty of income is insane. I tried to give this feedback, but all I got was that it is our policy. Your policies need to be modified for different tiers of dollar amount, etc.

When discussing the loan with the representative we were quoted a price for the closing costs. When we finished the paperwork and closed the loan, the closing costs were higher than the quote. We were not happy with this bait and switch. However, at this point we were so far along with the process that we just continued.

Several years ago I was with Bank of America. It was the worst decision I made. Customer service was terrible! Mortgage went up every year. Then I heard about Quicken Loans. Heard their customer service was outstanding! I switched and refinanced through Quicken Loans. It was an incredible experience. Then Quicken sell the company to Rocket Mortgage. The customer service is TERRIBLE! I know escrow changes year to year, but I always got a notice 30 to 60 days in advance and was able to take care of the shortfall. Not now. My monthly payment went up almost another $100! No notice in the mail. No email. And existing customer can't get support on Saturday after 5:00 pm. If you're a new customer, you move to the head of the line. Can't wait to leave them!

We were able to get the money we needed and do our home improvements!!!

I was very pleased with obtaining a second mortgage. Aaron was very helpful explaining everything and really just a good support. My closing was very easy. The Notary was on time and very accommodating, and the funds were deposited in my account. My line of credit was paid off as promised, and I had no issue.

We had a much easier than expected experience with Rocket Mortgage. Our representative, Brock **, went above and beyond to help us and was always so supportive. Everything we were told is just how it went. Would recommend them to anyone. We had a little issue with Amrock, a division of Rocket Mortgage, but when we explained the situation to Brock, he got right on and got it resolved.

The whole experience was painless easy everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. From the beginning to closing took a lot less time than I would thought it would. My closing experience was great. The guy was on time. He was friendly and polite. It took me all of 30 minutes. I was comfortable. I was at home. It was easy and I would recommend online closing to anyone. It was a great experience. It was peaceful and worry, free and I was happy with the service.

I was able to get some help from NAHAC Nevada Housing Assistance because I've been on unemployment for a few months. NAHAC sent the funds to them on 2/24/2025 and Rocket was supposed to post the funds to my late account. It is now 3/25/2025 and they have STILL not posted the payment, I keep getting correspondence about "serious delinquency" from them AND THEY HAVE THE MONEY!! I have called several times - last Thursday they PROMISED it would be posted by Monday the 24th. Of course I checked today 3/25 and IT STILL IS NOT POSTED. You cannot speak to someone who knows what's going on or can handle the situation and THEY LIE just to get you off the phone. I'm so disgusted with their customer service and LIES!!

The process was easy to follow, with my tasks clearly laid out. My loan representative was always knowledgeable and quick to respond to my many questions. If something was unclear to me, they would explain in terms that a non-banker type person would understand. I thank them for that. At the closing, the representative was friendly and also helped to clear up any final questions and concerns that I might have had. She was friendly, on time, and very easy to talk to. I never once felt too much pressure from anyone on the team.

Very disappointed that we didn't warrant so much as a thank you from Dan after we closed. So much for service and attention after the “sale”. Also had to reach out to others to get answers when questions went unanswered by Dan. If process with Rocket was so positive my rating would have been lower.

Rocket Mortgage worked very hard to help me refinance my mortgage. I’m so glad that they were successful to achieve my new loan. I needed this loan to help me update some things for my home. They also paid off two of my debts that helped me to increase the money that I was receiving from this loan.

Still waiting for the funds. As of today, still have not received the loan funds nor do I know if they paid off my credit card accounts. So, not sure at this point how much longer it will be. Or, who to contact that can assist??? Any assistance to get the loan funded is appreciated.

Mortgage staff was great and very efficient. However the closing with Amrock was not the best. The closing location was changed the day before and it was scheduled for a location 60 miles away. The location was very inconvenient and I was told the same title company had a closing opening at the same time in Tyler.

The process was a little longer than expected but it was pretty straightforward and painless. Our agent and everyone else involved in the process were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The timeline was reasonable and we were impressed with the credit team. We would definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage!

I went to a bank that took around 2 months for the underwriting dept saying no, long story. Rocket mortgage was so quick and easy. I closed the house in about a month or less. The process ran smoothly in the beginning till the underwriters struggled with my debt to income ratio, which slowed the process and the home equity loan was approved!

Dan really helped me understand that I made a good decision. I am happy with my decision. I was able to pay old debt and get cash back from my home equity. I had applied for an FHA loan for single family home & I was approved. For some unknown reason, my information in their system was lost. I had applied again for the same purpose a few months later & I was denied. I was very disappointed.

This was a horrible process. It took forever and seemed totally unprofessional. In the end our needs were not met--we ended up with a much higher payment than we hoped for and no one seemed to listen. We kept getting a different quote and pay off accounts were chosen for us and we had to keep making changes. We still have not received our escrow check. We have refinanced before and it was a more streamlined process. Will not deal with Rocket again.

There were a few times that the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. Probably had to make a few more phone than necessary, but it all worked out in the end. I'd use them again in the future.

I was a little hesitate to refinance at first but everything proceeded in a timely manner. My agents were professional and efficient and painless. I was able to do most of it online. Closing went fast and they were able to find a title company very close to my home. My interest rate was a little higher than I would have liked but they did tell me that after I had the loan a little while and the interest rates lower I could refinance if I wanted to.

Keep away from them as far as possible! After years of perfect, on-time payments, Rocket Mortgage destroyed my credit by falsely reporting me as late — all because their automated system didn’t catch what was agreed upon regarding the payment date. Despite explaining this to them, they still reported me late to all credit bureaus, causing severe damage to my credit. Completely unacceptable treatment of a loyal customer. Beware!

I had originally wanted to go with a local company but after calling, leaving messages and no response, I reached out to rocket mortgage and I’m so glad I did. There was quick response to all of my concerns and clear communication through the entire process. I really appreciated the effort that was made on my behalf to get me into my home.

However you checked my credit or put my information out caused me to receive more spam calls than I've ever gotten before. All appeared to be related to refinancing. I'm still getting calls this many weeks later. That was very annoying. That is the only reason I rated my experience a 4. I would still recommend your services to my friends. I was happy with the results and the people were friendly. I was afraid at one point because all correspondence was email or text, and I didn’t know if I could trust it was real. There’s a lot of personal information being sent to Rocket. But in the end - so far anyway- all is great!

This experience was better than I could have imagined. Went to your website, made an inquiry and Maggie ** responded to me almost immediately. I told her I wanted to get preapproved before we started looking at homes. She told what she needed, I sent it in the next day and I had an answer 24 hrs after that with a quote and a guarantee closing letter. The rest of the process has been great with constant communication from Maggie, Matt ** and Talene ** when we were ready to close. The whole experience has been great.

I emailed the CEO and he sent a staff member to call me about the rate. I would not do business with these people. They only care about keeping interest rate high to put money in their pocket and not listen to customers. Customers, show lenders you are the "BOSS" if they want your business. Tell them what you want. If they refuse to give what you want far as interest rate and payment plan then walk away. It's not right someone with a credit score of 600 pay 6% interest and someone with a credit score over 800 pay the same interest rate. People who have credit score over 800 shall pay 0% to 4% interest rate no matter what the market is showing. They can't give me 4% for a $200k. Make sure you provide your credit info without them pulling your credit report to save you points if you let them pull your credit report and you don't like the interest it will hurt your score.
