We had a very good experience with Rocket Mortgage. From our first point of contact explaining what would happen I believe his name is Tristan out of Phoenix. Moving onto the next steps Jeff handle us out of Detroit. Everyone was prompt and returning our phone calls and text when we had questions or were available to answer them. They really went the extra mile. We would absolutely recommend you.

The team that helped me buy my 1st home was great to work with. They were able to respond to my question even with the different time zones. They made this experience less stressful. I recommend them to my siblings and they have just finished the home buying process as well. Happy customers all around.

The over experience was satisfactory... The only change I would recommend would be to provide a copy of the tri-report (credit report) that was pulled for the customer. Additionally, the closing documents signing with the notary was uncomfortable. Might be better to set an introduction beforehand or someway to ease the experience. The rest of the issue/experiences are of little consequences.

Rocket Mortgage was outstanding throughout the process. Amazing quick timeframe of a week from start to finish. Cameron ** was knowledgeable, caring professional, effective,... Cash came to us as per schedule. Checks to pay off debt came to us as per schedule. This was a Refi so paying off existing mortgage happened as expected. Thank you.

When I first inquired back in January, I wanted a Home Equity Loan… The gentleman told me that was not my best option… He told me to refinance my house, which I didn't want TO DO….the process dragged on for weeks. Finally, another agent came back and told me the HEL was the way to go. It took almost 2months from my first inquiry to close. I find this to be frustrating.

Andrea ** and Angela ** made the entire process smooth and seamless! Felt very personalized despite being online. We appreciate the customer service! Andrea secured a reduced rate and term, and a lesser payment. These were exactly our goals when we reached out to Andrea almost 9 months ago. She was very patient with us while we waited for rates to drop enough to justify a refi.

Rocket was ok. I wouldn’t complain about the service but wouldn’t jump to recommend them to someone. There was a lot of errors on my documents, I had to make sure to read through everything extra carefully each time. The Lender Credits would be on a preview document but missing from the final document or sometimes the amount of Lender Credits would change for no reason. I just had to keep pointing it out and it got corrected. Being passed from contact to contact was a little frustrating.

The whole process was so great with Rocket. Through all the steps of pre approval to closing our loan. There is always someone available to help with the process. Call or email and they responded quickly with all the answers I needed. Every member I spoke with was very kind and professional. All in all it was an awesome experience purchasing my first home with rocket mortgage.

Everyone we spoke with each step of the refinance process were very professional and knowledgeable. All of our questions were completely answered. The entire process start to finish was hassle free. We would definitely recommend Rocket mortgage to anyone. Stephanie ** services can be described as exceptional. We have no complaints.

Our experience was great. The team kept us informed about what is going on and next steps. They walked us through what we needed to do to get approved. They made sure that we got the correct numbers and made us feel that they had the same urgency to get us approved for the house.

Jason ** was our broker. He was amazingly helpful. Every question I had whether it was big or small. My nervousness was quelled with his full explanations. He even went above and beyond helping to explain things in a way that made sense. I am very bad with bath and was hoping I was making the right decision. We are fully out of debt and our house is not much more than we were paying before!!!!

From my first contact with Rocket Mortgage to my closing. I had the pleasure of interacting with a great team. All were professional and knowledgeable. We had a few minor stumbling blocks but all were quickly identified and actioned. Speed of communication and notifications was excellent. I will recommend Rocket Mortgage.

She spoke with us like she was a part of our family and at the same time she answered all our questions. That was what pulled us in to use Rocket. Then we found Rocket’s application process was so slimmed down from what we had experienced in the past. We couldn’t believe it. We are happy with the service. BUT I was confused about the process and that I was not immediately informed regarding the closing costs and the points that were added. When I did ask the question Darryl did go through a thorough review and I was happy with the explanation.

I love dealing with Rocket Mortgage. My contact Jakob **, was knowledgeable & very helpful. Start to finish, the process was almost seamless (small communication issues due to illness & underwriting). Would really love an electronic debt payoff process to my creditors rather than having the payoff checks be mailed to me & then me having to mail them to my creditors. This adds at least 10 days to the pay off process and creates over & under of gifts because of due dates and interest charges. It would be fabulous to just be able to send the payments electronically directly to the creditors. Would also save paper & time because now I have to print all my electronic statements & mail them.

Rocket Mortgage is the absolute best mortgage/finance company out there! We have used Rocket Mortgage twice now and they made the process so easy. We did everything from our house and it was hassle free. I can't say enough about how good their service was for me and my husband. I would recommend them to anyone.

First time ever refinancing and I was not in a good place financially. Patrick talked me through the process and handled all my questions. I feel like I am in such a better place already! I was a single woman in my early 20’s when I first bought my house and had no clue what I was doing. I feel like my mortgage makes more sense now and I understand the decision that I made!

I was shocked when I was presented escrow statement of total savings. I trusted a local Credit union for a refinance. They were too lazy and lethargic, since the loan officer was too caught up in bigger loans. He simply stated that I need more income, a co-signer, more job history to continue to pursue a HELOC at that time. I actually believed him. I was wrong. "Not enough profit". Months later Jose ** presented a better approach.

When I called Rocket Mortgage I was looking for someone to help me with a Mortgage loan, and Bari ** was amazing, he did the application with me around 7PM and stay with me until the application was completely done. He answer the phone every time I called, making me feel important, in less than 72 hours we got the pre-approval. Bari ** was very polite and consistent with the work and with his manners and very respectful, and friendly. I'm so happy I called Rocket Mortgage because my loan got "approval". Rocket Mortgage is lucky! To have so dedicated person in their team. The experience he got speak for himself. I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to all my clients as realtor.

My experience with Rocket mortgage was excellent!! All of the people involved were very helpful, courteous and kind. I will definitely recommend family and friends. I worked with Jake ** and he was very professional, willing to answer my questions and returned phone calls and emails quickly. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to my friends. The entire process went very smooth and easy. I am glad that all my documents were able to be uploaded and did not have to be faxed. The closing was quick and efficient. I was able to per-sign several of the documents that morning which made the closing go faster.

After calling them and speaking with Abe I was told that I could refi and get 21000.00 cash out. Then they wanted 500.00 earnest money. This should have raised a red flag but my bad. After posting 500.00 "earnest money" Within 2 weeks the 21000.00 cash out turned into they needed 7000.00 from me to get the refi done. Then of course they wouldn't refund the 500.00. They lied from the beginning. Don't trust these people. Steer clear!

Rocket Mortgage and their affiliates are amongst the worst financial businesses I have ever experienced. My Mother and I wanted to do a refinance in order to take a bit of equity from our home to cover some bills and medical costs. We first dealt with a young man named Travis from Detroit. He was very friendly and began helping us with the nightmare of documents and paperwork we needed to complete. Everything went well and the next step was having an appraisal of our home. That also went well and our refinance nightmare began. The paperwork was being processed and then we had a notary show up for us to sign documents. After we signed we received notification everything was fine and we also received the closing date.

Excellent... From start to finish. Renee was a tremendous help in the process.... Anytime we had questions, she was on it! Got the info we needed to finish up and complete our closing. Can't say enough about her professionalism and ability to communicate all aspects of the process. We've had several interactions with Rocket over years and always a pleasure doing busy with them.

Rocket Mortgage team was awesome. I always felt they were on my side, always available and quick responses. Also, very kind and welcoming. Best experience ever!!! When we started on November 20, 2024, the closing date was to be December 20, 2024. Delay after delay occured constantly. The closing was finally done on February 12, 2025. The lack of communication with all involved from Rocket Mortgage and Amrock is not to be repeated. The amount of the loan kept going up. The appraiser said she only charged $750, yet we were charged $970. No one could give an answer why the price increase. Again it was delay after delay which cost us an extra $3500 dollars to make sure all payments were made. Unlikely would recommend this company.

I do not think the process is very clear. I was told it would not take long. The process is very slow and not not clearly explained. I think it could have been completed much faster. There was not a lot of help in the processing of the loan.

Everyone at Rocket Mortgage made this experience SO easy for me! They kept me in the loop about everything and broke it all down for me! I wasn’t sure about a lot of the process since this was my first time buying a home and they couldn’t have made it any easier for me!

Our closing was a nightmare requiring multiple rescheduling and and the notary brought the wrong papers. We had to wait for him to go back home and print the right ones. I would not recommend to anyone.

We were impressed with how quick and easy it was to obtain a HELO. Within 2 weeks it was completely wrapped up. The rep (Steve) we initially spoke with was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The closing agent was in constant communication due to the changing weather conditions and flexible to make sure we had a speedy closing experience.

I had high hopes when working with Rocket Mortgage, but unfortunately, my experience with Jasmine ** was disappointing. While I understand that mortgage shopping involves comparing lenders, I found the communication from this loan officer to be unprofessional and condescending. Rather than being transparent and competitive, I was met with pressure, guilt-tripping, and dismissive remarks about my right to shop for the best mortgage. Instead of working to provide me with the most competitive offer upfront, I was told that I should wait until after I had an accepted offer on a home—essentially suggesting I make a commitment before even seeing their best numbers. When I asked for updated rate comparisons, I was told that their previous numbers weren’t meant for comparison, which contradicts the entire point of mortgage shopping.

I recently worked with Rocket Mortgage to refinance my home, and the entire process was seamless. The online application was easy to navigate, and I appreciated how quickly I was able to get pre-approved. The customer service team was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. I also loved how transparent the fees were, with no surprise charges at closing. Everything was handled digitally, which made the process so much faster and more convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage to others looking for a smooth and efficient mortgage experience!

Colby Sabin Rocket Mortgage was wonderful to work with for our loan.. He made the process understandable and with the best professionalism possible. He made himself available to answer any question that we had during the process. We would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to those who are looking to purchase a home.

I went to Rocket for a loan to do upgrades on my home. I only borrowed about $45k. My payment was going to be about $570 each month. I have excellent credit. The load closed really quickly, but that was about as good as it was going to get. My first payment wasn't even due until March 1, 2025. I signed up for Bi-Weekly payments, with the intention that the loan is paid off more quickly. I even pay an extra $100 over the bi-weekly payment.

The notary who came to do the closing was 45 minutes late and then didn't apologize or give any reason for her tardiness. I had taken off work to stay home to meet her. Though I appreciate the convenience of a closing in my own home, your contractors should be more prompt or at the very least communicate clearly when there needs to be a change in the schedule.

What a great experience getting a HELOC through Rocket Mortgage! Application to closing in less than 2 weeks and no hiccups. Professional and GREAT communication through my dashboard. It was a pleasure having true professionals every step of the way! If I ever need to tap the equity in my home again, Rocket Mortgage will be my only stop!

I really believe they hire new and incompetent personnel. We purchased our home, My wife and I but we later found out they only put her on the mortgage but not in the deed/title. Now why would anyone would be part of a loan and not have any ownership? It was incompetence or a scam to later want to charge to put her on the title. Not trust worthy. I regret dealing with them. Look around before making them your choice!!!

Rocket Mortgage became our loan servicer this year. They failed to honor the agreed terms of our prior servicer who shorted our escrow account leading to a $500 payment increase. It is technically illegal to ignore the prior agreement but impossible to deal with since hiring an attorney would cost too much. Don’t go with this company.

Called to inquire about refi, was told I needed to make a 500.00 good faith deposit to speak about their possible refi options and that it was refundable. I made the deposit thinking I was going to get my money back. After receiving a estimate on the numbers, which several companies do it as a way to shop around for the best deals, I decided not to proceed with them. Was told that my 500.00 was going to be refunded in a week. I was ok with the time frame, called to find the status and turns out I am getting $400.00 cause they ran my credit and I needed to pay to them for that. I am guessing the money is not refundable and they are trying to grab as much money as they can from anyone that calls.

Everything went very well until closing. The wire transfer of loan proceeds was deposited in wrong account. The loan proceeds delivery instructions had been corrected by adding the new account number and information in box 2 as instructed. Sadly no one caught it and the funds were deposited in a locked account. You see I had been scammed and rushed to get a new account for these proceeds. Luckily I caught the problem early in the day and it was corrected through my bank. I did send an email and received a return phone call where I reassured the gentleman that the reason I even said anything was so it wouldn't happen to someone else.

Rocket Mortgage was wonderful. They make process very easy and if you have questions they are always available. We bought our home and refinanced at least twice and rocket has always guided us through the process. A wonderful group of people to work with you. Overall a wonderful experience. Rocket mortgage is by far the best. My wife and I were very pleased.

I closed February 6 and my disbursement date was February 11 and I still haven’t received my disbursement funds. I have never been through the things have with Rocket. I get told something different every time I call in to discuss this issue. This in one experience that I haven’t been satisfied with at all. The way I feel right now I wouldn’t recommend Rocket to anyone.

The gentleman I worked with Rocket Mortgage were outstanding. Amrock on the other hand is indescribable. Had a three-way conversation with Amrock, Synchrony Bank and myself about a loan for $11,449.02 did not receive the check. I called Amrock. They have no clue. They don’t see it anywhere even though we had a three-way conversation with synchrony bank. Some checks were over and some checks were way under. One check was $1700 short. Very dissatisfied.

From start to finish, working with Rocket Mortgage was seamless. Phillip ** was the first person I was in contact with and he explained the process and took care of everything. We are fully satisfied with the experience. The closing was done within a month and Rocket Mortgage took care of every step along the way, application, appraisal, closing, signing documents. Having the closing in the comfort of our own home was convenient.

Worst company ever worked with. Lied from the beginning, threw extra fees on it. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and waste of time. Worst experience ever had be third house I’ve bought never had so many problems.

Got my mortgage through Rocket Mortgage online. Spent 9 months looking for a home, and they were helpful and on top of things the entire time. Helped me determine my purchasing power for the home search process. Everything was easy with online uploading of all necessary documents. Got a few quotes from others along the way and their APR was better than any others. Closing, once under contract, was relatively quick and trouble free.

Honest talk here...If buying a home is supposed to be one of the most stressful things a person can do, Rocket Mortgage must not have gotten the memo. From the moment I reached out, they made the entire process so smooth and efficient that I kept waiting for something to go wrong… but it never did. I mean, what kind of sorcery is this?

January, 2024: Called to get a mortgage. SURE! Said the first of like 15 people. We can do that! Ok. Can you send us this obnoxious number of papers? Sure! Time to close! Ohhhh.... wait.... we can't do that. Fast Forward to January 2025: Hey, we are supposed to have another 2 acres of ground here. The owner gave the you the parcel numbers, so did husband. Oh. Sorry. You'll have to do it now. $480.00 to a lawyer for that. February 2025: Husband found a new job. "Oh, that's ok! We can refinance your loan! Let me get in touch with someone." Someone calls "Hey, can we an obnoxious number of papers again?" Sure. Email... we got your papers and will close on Tuesday.

I went through 3 other companies before Rocket Mortgage accepted me. I am so very grateful and you answered a pray that I had been praying for 6 months. Chase ** did a great job helping me get through the process and I thank him so much. Continue to do great customer service and you will get more customers.

Very satisfied with the process and all the people that called and help me during the process but a little overwhelming the frequency of email, phone calls l and emails. I understand there is team with different people on it, but having a different person contacting me every time was not my favorite thing.

Gary was horrendous, he was disinterested, did not provide required information and if he was not off and Ruth covering, my mortgage may not have gone through. Ruth did more in one day than Gary did in 2 weeks. I had to submit 78 documents!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! My lawyer and real estate agent said they have never heard of such a thing!!! When I refinance it will certainly not be with Rocket mortgage!

The process was very seamless and easy. I was a little skeptical doing everything online and in their platform, as I have only done mortgages the conventional way. The closing was easy and online as well. Our loan officer was accessible and helped steer us and provide answers to all of our questions all along the way. HELOC process started strong but ended in disaster and confusion. After we were notified that the loan was closed and funds were released, we were notified that some forms did not print and needed to be re-signed. This delayed the entire loan process and the release of funds and to top it off, funds were sent to the incorrect bank account, causing confusion and multiple trips to the bank.

My experience was exceptional working with Ryan and his team made all the world a difference doing the process helping us to understand what to do and how to do it. I really would recommend Rocket Mortgage. I was never left in the dark. They constantly staying contact with us and keep us up-to-date with step-by-step. What was going on? There were no surprises and when we need them, they were easy to reach. We couldn’t have asked for a better team or better people to work with. We really appreciate it. Thanks again.

Everyone was extremely helpful whenever I had questions no matter how often I called. They always pointed me to the right person to talk to. If the line was busy and I had to leave a message they would always call me back within 24 hours. They are all very nice to talk to and work with. I would recommend anyone to use Rocket Mortgage.

My experience was the best. I was treated with kindness and respect. Sumaiya was the best. She kept contact and kept me informed through every step. I never waited more than 30 minutes for her return calls. Most of the time she returned calls in just a few minutes. She answered my questions in a way I could understand. Always making sure I was clear on the process. I am very impressed with Rocket Mortgage. I know I’m in good hands.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. I am extremely thankful for that as this process can be tedious. Minimal phone calls and emails from start to finish. Very easy process to do my transaction. Total time to execute was less than three weeks. Title company was top notch, friendly and fast.

Love working with Rocket Mortgage. I just wish instead of checks to mail out like the 19 century. We could provide you with the creditors and the addresses for you to mail out instead of us. Why would it make sense for me to mail out checks? It just takes longer and wastes time. Or maybe an ACH payment. That would be great!

My loan team kept me up to date with the mortgage but I missed the face to face experience that I had with my previous mortgages. There were times that items were asked for that I did not have the ability to provide, like copies of checks from my roommate/renter which she would have not me. Then my closing was two weeks late due to miscommunication between the loan team and Amrock, which caused me to be rushed to move from my current residence to my new home. Rocket Mortgage (Agent Dave) gave us the best option for borrowing equity money from our home. They were very competent and easy to deal with. Most things were done online with a couple of phone calls and emails. Closing was quick and easy and money deposited as noted. I would definitely recommend them!

What I needed was the tracking number for checks being mailed to me to send out. I finally got the tracking number. It’s going to arrive Monday, February 3; I hope you didn’t mail it next day service. It shows in tracking it left late Friday afternoon with no specific time.

Our loan officer was Austin Allisondrini and he was absolutely amazing. He was so smooth. Knew his job so well and was absolutely awesome. He did an amazing job from start to finish. Helped me with everything. I refinanced my home with Rocket. I was having an issue with the place I was with because they were messing up my escrow and I let him know what the frustrating part was. He said that rocket could fix that and they were a five-star Mortgage Company and explained exactly how they were and how they could help and knew his company very well and that's exactly what they did. He knew that the interest rates weren't good and that I knew that they weren't good but then he went on to tell me that he could work around that and that he could fix a few things and seen that my credit score was really good and can fix me and my rate in other ways. He got creative.

Thanks to Rocket Mortgage I was able to successfully complete a refinance with very competent individuals. Alyssa K. was very friendly when I first called and was able to secure a lower rate which in turn lowered my monthly payments. The rest was very easy, all tasks were completed online.

From my very first phone call with Desean at Rocket Mortgage, I knew it was the company I wanted to work with for my refinance. Then, he supported me throughout the entire process. My refi took longer than Rocket loans normally do due to a situation of my own, but Desean was so patient with it and me. He guided and reassured me, and my anxiety, during the whole process.

Everything as usual was wonderful with the exception of the creditor checks being mailed to me instead of the creditors, or even electronically being sent to them, more convenient rather than taking more time to get balance paid to avoid penalties and accruing more interest or late fees. Other than that, I had a good experience in dealing with Rocket Mortgage.

I don’t know if I can give an honest assessment until everything is completed and it’s taking a very long time for things to be finished but my loan officer has been helpful for the most part. I just don’t think this is personal enough but that’s just my option.

From the start of the loan it started out great. Then we found out right near closing we needed a water test. If we'd known sooner the process wouldn't have been so stressful. We also are having had a terrible time getting our accounts paid off.. Our checks that were mailed to us went right back in the mail and as certified mail. All creditors have received the checks but are not processing them. Very frustrating when this all could have been done electronically. Now I need to make payments to the accounts to cover this month's payments. Then wait 15 days for them to process and release the funds, Then wait to another 15 days to receive our overpayment by mail. There has to be a better way to handle all this. You also only need one agent to handle the loan from start to finish. We were a little confused towards the end of the loan having to resubmit paperwork we had already submitted to another agent.

Communication and speed was fantastic from beginning to end of this process. All parties I spoke with via email or phone were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend your company over my local large bank any day. I started the process with another local bank and the communication was lacking. Understanding of my situation was not understood as well.

I was refinancing a loan with Rocket (Quicken) from a loan that I have already had with them for over a decade. Everything went fairly smoothly until I was notified I was ready for closing... At the last second, I was given an additional inspection (inner part of the roof) that needed to be completed. The closing team was very unhelpful in determining exactly what was needed and why. I had to reach back out to somebody I was dealing with earlier in my refinance to get help. While things worked out in the end it is confusing how something that has been a part of my home for over 15 years (drywall in the garage) would need to be re-inspected in order to close a mortgage with the EXACT same company that already finances my property... And the people who were requesting the information couldn't tell me what exactly was needed.

I appreciate Shane’s work in giving us the options that worked the best for us, especially when things changed. We had help when we needed it all through the process. We had all of the options that we needed. I appreciated that they looked at a cash out refinance and knew it wasn’t best for us and then found an option that was good for us.

All went smoothly, online and direct communications with all parties. Quick response, review went smoothly, checks happened quickly, date for closure was almost immediate, again went smoothly. Then review took just a few days. All communications happened online from that point with distribution of monies being on time and correct.

The communication with the closing department was poor. I needed to close as soon as possible. I submitted documents on a Monday and the closing department did not know that I had done so until Thursday. I had to call the closing department to see what the hold up was.

This was my 3rd interaction with Rocket and things have gotten pretty bad. Rocket already had my home loan yet there were multiple issues. I was asked for the same information over and over, my appraiser was an absolute rookie and said my roof was leaking, and I was told that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the roof inspection (which was not needed) and was never shown where the repayment was before or during the closing. The water stains in the attic are the same stains that were there when we originally purchased the home through Rocket. We have not refinished the attic because we have not needed the space.

If you may have a hardship during your loan with them, they have absolutely no resolutions that prevent your credit from being impacted whatsoever!!! They are all about their bottom dollar only!!! So if you are a person who may have some kind of financial issue, they are not the way to go!!!! I wouldn’t recommend at all. Signed a current unfortunate customer.

Everything went well until time for title and seems Title was never done correctly when loan was originally done so it took twice as long to complete through no fault of myself or my husband. That would have been on Quicken/Rocket and it was very frustrating for us to have to do extra steps 11 years later because job was not done efficiently the first time. Having to get 4 brothers together to get title work corrected and notarized was very time consuming. I hope this never happens to anyone else.

At closing the mailing address was wrong, you added 3K in taxes I had shown were already paid and the wiring dollar amount was 7 cents less than closing cost so I had to mail a check for 7 cents. Completely unprofessional process with the exception of Allen and Ryan whom I worked with. Would love to talk to someone about how poor this went.

The application process was relatively straightforward with only the minimal required documents. The interest rate offered was competitive with no hidden fees and costs. The approval process took about 30 days as agreed upon at time of application with funds disbursed quickly. Overall, I was very satisfied with Rocket Mortgage.

A strong windstorm knocked some trees onto our home. Insurance would only cover a portion of the cost. We needed a home equity loan to help pay for a new roof on house. The closing went very well, and it was a relatively easy process that could be completed quickly.

I have never had more difficulty from a mortgage company as I have with this one. Getting the loan may be easy but when you are faced with needing assistance the bureaucracy is unbelievable. My brother was the lender. He unexpectedly passed away. I tried to make his payment on time but had to go through all their processes beforehand. It took months. Finally when they approve me to make a payment and nothing else they accrued all kinda of late charges and fees. I am pushing back because everyone's hands are tied on being able to pay. I couldn’t get his mail forwarded. I couldn’t get a loan number to make a payment. I couldn’t do anything. Even with sending them a copy of his will, his death certificate and my ID. Now I have to get an attestation notarized saying I am who I am according to the will and it takes months. All the while they are uncaring and racking up fees. I’ve been an executor of estates before. But this is ridiculous. Seriously Rocket Mortgage, look into your policies. You knew the homeowner died. So stop racking up fees no one can pay. You are horrible!

Too many hidden fees, their assessment team is not knowledgeable, and don’t explain the loans well enough. I tried a loan, got approved, but then got denied due to the appraisal. Then got charged for it all, after the appraiser told us our loan agent should’ve told us the loan wouldn’t of worked over the phone and it was a waste of time for the appraiser to come out, I still got charged $215 for it… I will not be using the loan agency ever again!

I found Rocket to be easy to work with and the communication was very good... However, the process used by Rocket to payoff three of my sic debt was EXTREMELY CLUMSY... Rocket sent me three checks by courier (which took several days) which I had to added some information (which Rocket already had in the possession) and then forward by courier which took several more days)... I then had to follow up daily with my creditors to determine if they received the check and if/when they would be processed... VERY CLUMSY, TIME CONSUMING, AND CAUSED SIGNIFICANT WORRY/ANXIETY... Payoff for the remaining three debts was simply deposited in my account and I transferred directly to the creditors... SIGNIFICANTLY EASIER AND MUCH LESS WORK AND WORRY...

Nine times out of ten our Rocket online account would not open for this transaction. The revolving red circle continued until the attempt timed out. Dealing with your human representatives was much better. We have used Rocket numerous times, and online account access was acceptable then.

I truly had a very good experience with Rocket Mortgage for my re-finance of my home mortgage. From the very beginning with Justin ** until now that the loan has closed, every step was handled smoothly and my wife and I were informed of the status throughout the process. We could not ask for any better service than what Rocket provided.

It was going well at first, granted we had some bumps along the way due to things out of our hands but towards the end I felt there was some lacking. I had to reach out multiple times for different documents that I feel Rocket should have been able to obtain. I was also told by my insurance company that they had been reaching out to rocket and wasn’t getting a response, I don’t know how true that is but that's what I was told. I definitely feel towards the end things got very laxed. Crystal was great in closing. I was also told the morning of my closing I needed to print off my payoffs to bring with me, that information would have been helpful a little earlier so I wasn’t rushing. Felt rushed and thrown together at end, just happy it’s over with.

Rocket is the only way to go. It was not as stressful as I thought it was going to be. Great company that works for you and satisfaction guarantee. Call them for your refinancing needs. Talk to Zack **. He is a great guy and gets things done in a flash.

The only problem that I had was regarding communication. There seemed to be some issue with it in my dealings. One example. I sent in closing for HELOC from Global. This had been holding up closing for over Three Weeks. I called Global and quite sternly told them to get the 30 closing to finish closing. They sent it to Foster to which he sent me a copy. Foster also Uploaded before I did. So you guys had it. I called Specialists to make sure. Specialists told me they were still waiting on Global. I wrote Foster, he told me it was in. Why did not the Specialists know this? Everything went through, just some constructive criticism.

We had a great experience as we refinanced our mortgage with Rocket. We had an existing loan with Rocket but wanted to refinance to consolidate a home improvement loan into our primary mortgage. The process was quick and painless and the team we worked with were efficient. They were also very respectful of our time.

After filling out loan application online, I was contacted by Alvin ** from Rocket Mortgage. I told him I wanted a 10 year loan. He came back with the lowest rate and also told me I'd be able to do what they call a one time rate drop during the loan. I agreed to go thru with the loan. A few days later I couldn't get ahold of Alvin so his boss Micheal ** contacted me to discuss loan. This is where I found out about the loan being a 20 year instead of 10. He said no big deal, just pay it like a 10 year, Also, he said rate drop only applies to first mortgages. I already told all the other loan companies no and was too far along to start over so I decided to still go with RM. I was very disappointed with the way Alvin baited me in to sign with RM, it was very unprofessional. Mike was great and fixed his mistakes the best he could.

I cannot express how appalled and frustrated I am with this company. Like many others, I was severely impacted by Hurricane Helene. Due to the widespread damage, it took over three months for insurance to issue a check. By the time the check arrived, more than 60% of the repairs had already been paid for out of pocket to keep things moving which has resulted in a large financial burden. While a representative from their company told me that was a CHOICE, it is clear they are disconnected and lack compassion. Many repairs are time-sensitive, especially following flooding, to prevent future mold damage, such as mitigation efforts.

The service was great through the whole process. Ted ** answered all my questions and was instrumental in making my final decision. The home valuation went smooth and the closing process was super easy. I pre-signed most of the documents and the closing agent came and finalized the closing.

Friendly, professional, helpful. Very impressed with speed and efficiency. Michael ** was the nicest gentleman and prompt on returning calls. Impressed with how fast closing was. Closing rep Leslie ** took time and explained what we asked about. Very respectful and she called ahead to tell us where it was and estimated time of arrival. Punctual.

Both were available to answer any of the questions we had as well as helping to guide us through the process step by step. Appreciated their patience and guidance with the various forms etc that needed completed.

Rocket Mortgage is the absolutely worse lending company. I had gone in debt and needed to refinance my home to pay off my credit cards. The worse thing was the horrible customer service. The loan officer I dealt with, Karine B, was below average with communication and was rude. When I received the checks to pay off my credit cards the payoff amounts were not even close to what I owed. For example I owed $2,225.18 on one account and the check Rocket Mortgage wrote was for over $10,500.00! I was shocked that this company messed up something as elementary as check writing. I have gone to great lengths to warn people about the awful experience I had with Rocket Mortgage.

Was very satisfied with my whole experience from the loan official I first talked to to the notary that came to my home. I would definitely recommend Rocket to other veterans. They would definitely benefit from using rocket. We will see as my loan begins if they keep up with rate changes.

When everybody else say no, couldn't make #for my He did. Then I change my mind and told him I'm going to move to a different state. He say, "Ok stay with me, plain different law in my new state." Now I have a new place because he didn't quit on me. A expert on VA loans too, by the book.

Lying broker; wrong check amount and now I am paying interest on TWO loans for the same thing. Need more oil than a Diddy party to close with Rocket and Amrock. I would have to recommend to anyone shopping for a lender to RUN FROM ROCKET AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! Worst mortgage experience EVER.

Do not use Rocket Mortgage. They will push high interest second mortgages on you that lock you in long term. Clicking on an ad that says “check your rate” will get you bombarded with high pressure sales and rushed service. After declining their offer I was harassed by one of their “loan officers” relentlessly during the holidays, to the point of having to block his number. They will not listen to anything you say and will only try to push the loan that gives the largest commissions. I even had the guy imply I was stupid for declining their offer.

This is my second transaction with Rocket Mortgage and both have been seamless and convenient. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. At one point, my realtor was surprised by how quickly steps were being completed. It was clear to both of us that Rocket Mortgage had given a great deal of thought to creating a streamlined process. More importantly, your company offered me the best rate in what is a challenging environment. I would definitely recommend this service.

Rocket Mortgage is very informative and has expedited responses, it is easy to use the app for information sharing, tasks, and status updates, and has a seamless process to get the customer everything they need. All representatives were knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to work with. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend!

Overall, I am satisfied with the Rocket Mortgage experience. All of their reps were professional, prompt and pleasant. The only downside to the whole experience was during the funding phase. Once the loan closed it took another 10 days to fund, which is crazy in this electronic age. In addition, they issued paper checks for my creditor payoffs, that were then mailed to me, so that I could then mail them to my creditors. How dumb/archaic is that? A better procedure would have been to electronically transfer directly to the creditor or include the amount in the net to me, then I could electronically transfer to the creditor. After all, isn't convenience the whole purpose of using an online process? Now I have to wait for a check to arrive and then go to a post office to mail it. This adds an unnecessary additional 2 weeks to the process.

Experience was wonderful. Smooth and streamlined. Best experience getting a mortgage that I’ve ever had. Each step was explained and moved on to the next step quickly. The whole thing from start to closing, all happened within a month. Great company to work with. Hopefully interest rates will drop soon and we can refinance.

As far as getting loans and refinancing goes, it is one of the worst experiences you can go through in the context of conducting normal everyday business. Rocket Mortgage didn’t substantially change that reality. However, given that it is a necessary evil of everyday life, Rocket Mortgage makes it better than most anyone else. For this, I am thankful.

We have everything escrow. Rocket paid our mortgage insurance to the wrong company which was $5783! Then turned around and paid correct company. They would not go after the wrong company. I am fighting to get it. This made our escrow in the negative cause our house payment to go up $800! Don’t use them!!

They gave me accurate information that was needed for me to follow the package. I had no idea when my closing documents would arrive. The Rocket Mortgage representative asked me to wait on the phone for a very short time until he got the correct information. I just wanted to say Thank You.

Loan process could not have been any easier or faster and Vincent ** was excellent to communicate with. Always straight forward, prompt with replies and very courteous. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The loan closing was very casual and very easy to complete. Closing agent, Marsha ** made the closing process very simple and easy to complete.

During the process I left another review because my closing cost break down didn't make sense. I was informed the manager of the processing team was going to call me, which he did and I explain why I was unhappy how the process was going. He correcting and explain me the reason for the misunderstanding. The day prior of the closing I received a new break down of closing cost (double the amount of my closing cost). I called multiple times to figure out what just happened. The following day two received a Called back stating I only had two options. Delay everything and pay fees until I was able to come up with the new closing cost with penalties fee or roll the new closing cost into the mortgage with a much higher percentage rate and also a delay had to be done. I already rent a truck and all my stuff was packed and ready to move. I had to come up with the rest of the money on a few hours notice.

I had been very anxious for some time, having been with a mortgage company that did not have our interests at heart. Our mortgage banker, Jeffrey **, made the refi process very easy. We were amazed at the ease of the closing process from the comfort of our own home. We also feel confident that if rates fall in the near future, Rocket will help get us into a more comfortable monthly payment.

Overall, the experience was satisfactory. My one complaint centers around closing date. Because my date was near the 15th I struggled as to whether or not I needed to make a payment on my existing mortgage. I would think that you would have a better process in place to either tell Customer is absolutely yes or absolute no whether or not that month payment would be due. In my case, I had to wait till 4 o’clock on the last day (the 16th) to find out if I needed to make the payment or not. That was an additional layer of stress I did not need

Everything was perfect EXCEPT for the time to process. When I started, Visa Balance was a certain amount. But due to plumbing and HVAC issues, I had to charge those expenses on credit card before the finality of the Equity Loan went through. However, all debts are paid, and savings replenished. I am happy.

Fantastic..They were very knowledgeable. Considerate and helpful. Michael ** stayed in contact and on top of things. Always kept us informed of any documents needed or changes that were to be made. Made the mortgage easily obtainable as well as understandable. We would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for an easy-to-use company.

So I started the process about the middle of November. As of December 19th we have closed already a few days ago. To start off with the employees there at RM. I gotta say I first spoke with a loan officer/broker named Cameron M. This young man was extremely knowledgeable, friendly to work with and I felt that we could trust him with our lives (that means a lot).. Cameron answered his email, telephone and text messages within minutes. He was even available on a weekend when I had questions. He encouraged us to call him if we had any questions.

Experience from every point following the initial application was an absolute nightmare for 50 straight days. Rocket Mortgage caused us to miss our signing deadline, and we almost lost the property as a result. The amount of errors that were made on the Rocket Mortgage team side are countless and truly exceeded several dozen.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. They cannot even do simple calculations. Wish I could give them zero stars and wish I wasn't stuck with them. Will refinance with someone else as soon as I can. A month and a half after my closing date they still can't get the paperwork and numbers straight.

Could not get a 15-day extension. I am a veteran and I’m on disability and they wouldn’t approve me for an extension. They ask you 1 million questions about all the stuff you paid on which I paid perfectly. Has nothing to do with that if you don’t have enough money coming in right now or they use some ** made me formula, yeah, I would not recommend Rocket to anyone, if you got money they’re great but if you wanna the poor people like I am, get ready to get screwed cause that’s how they treat you. Unbelievable, I will not. I’m so glad I applied for my home equity loan which I have $45,000 equity with Genisys, not Rocket, what a scam.

Don’t do business with this people, very disorganized and unprofessional. They also ruined my credit when I not authorized the check. Good mortgage they ask you to authorize and you sign a paper. This place they just do without ask anything.

They stole my Rocket reward points and then used mumbo jumbo legalese to justify their unlawful action. The representative and I emailed 24 times before she told me to get lost. I will not be doing business with a company like this and will warn my friends and associates of their bad faith policy.

My husband and I took out a re-fi with Rocket Mortgage in and around April, 2022. The re-fi was painless and extremely professional and on point. We are taking out a HELOC with another company only to discover that Rocket never changed the title on our home, which is something they never bother to tell us. The company that is working our application discovered this during closing. Now it is delaying our HELOC because of this. When I called Rocket and spoke with Eric in the Resolution Executive Team, he advised I get an attorney or a realtor but Rocket will not updated the title. Eric was not helpful and passed the buck back to us. Thank goodness the mortgage company we chose is trying to get this resolved for us! So disappointed in Rocket Mortgage!!!

I called Rocket Mortgage today to ask for help. I was in and out of the hospital last month to only find out that I have cancer. So I called and asked if I could skip a payment and add to the end since I have never missed a payment and have paid extra on all my payments. They send you message asking if they can help, but when you ask for it they say no and they make sure to tell you that it's going to hurt your credit. I have always told anyone that I come in contact with that they should use Rocket because I've always had great experience with them. That will stop as of today. They don't care about their customers, only the money.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Their underwriting department is a total joke. We had a 45-day closing and the day before our scheduled closing date they started asking for additional documents. Each day it was a new document that needed to be sent. The lender couldn't do anything, the underwriter would take a whole day to look at the documents sent then come back and ask for something else. We're now 5 days past our scheduled closing date and they just keep saying their working on it, no tentative date we can close, nothing specific, just that we're working on it. They treat this process like they can go as allow as they want and jerk people around as much as they want.

Disappointed. I called, emailed, no person can do a pre-approval letter (to extend it).. Some are not even returning calls or emails. Looking for another company for simple pre-approval. I asked for soft pull, and seems like nobody can do it. I dont dont want hard pull every 3 month on my credit report.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Un-disclosed to me were hidden brokerage fees for thousands of dollars that only increased based on how much of a loan I took out. When I asked to work without a broker there were several days of discussion amongst "management" as how they wanted to move forward to not ruin the relationship with their broker. This company chose working with a broker over a client. This should be the answer for everyone thinking of working with this company, they do not care about the client. I will never work with this company again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Home damaged by a tree. Insurance covered. However Rocket mortgage takes 45 days to endorse the checks for construction once it is cut by the insurance company. Rocket does not care in any way, shape or form how long you are out of your home. The check process is so bad it added 4 months to the repairs and we could not live in our home during this time. They delayed and all for just their signature on the check to deposit it to pay contractors. The worst experience ever. I am still waiting on a check to be mailed out. They have a shipping label I sent 3 weeks ago and still they have not shipped the check. They simply do not care about people. Avoid at all costs doing business with them.

From the very beginning, they were responsive to any questions that I had. Everything was explained to me as the process went forward. I was advised whenever there was documents required. The closing was well handled by the notary that arrived at my home. The complete process was handled professionally and courteous.

I recently closed on my cash out refinance. Jonathan ** from Rocket held my hand throughout the entire process. He provided the best customer service. Johnathan was very good at explaining the information, answering all of my questions, available most of the time and when he was not, he would respond in a timely manner. The entire process from start to finish took less than a month.

Greg was great to work with. Very responsive and knowledgeable about the process. Great experience. Website is easy to use. Documents are easy to upload and sign. Quick turnaround to get approved and close on the loan. Communication with approval department was easy. Reps were friendly and knowledgeable. I would work with them again and recommend them to all of my family and friends.

I have gone through you for two houses and a home equity line, which I did just recently. I can't imagine that I will ever do business with you again. I will also recommend to my co-workers to do the same. There are too many reasons to list at this time.

As of late we have had nothing but issues with them. Charging us NSF when they have made the mistake. We switched banks. I put in new banking info, and they still put payment through closed acct. When speaking with a Josh from executive offices he was very unprofessional, rude, did not want hear anything about his co possibly making a mistake, he was hell bent on collecting that $20 even though I know it was 100% their error. This is how they treat an A+ customer. We have never ever missed a payment, they have had 0 issues with us, we also had issues in with not processing our escrow payment properly causing us to pay a higher payment than we should have, very frustrating, disappointed how we have been treated will definitely look elsewhere in the future that’s for sure, customer service is number to us and they failed miserably as of late.

Jesse ** helped us through the process and answered questions we had. He made this process run smooth and quickly. He made sure our timing was appropriate and planned our closing right on time to have a small break from all our other payments. He quickly answered my calls and had answers for me on things I did not understand. I truly Enjoyed working with him and having his guidance through the process was important.

We were essentially just trying to shop interest rates to see what was out there. After briefly discussing it with a loan officer we thanked them for their time and said we'd be going with a local bank offering that was competitive with the rates we were quoted. For the next 3 months we received multiple phone calls a day from lenders. Our bank does not do 3rd party loans, so this leaves Rocket Mortgage as the culprit for giving out our number.

Dan was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He made this a great experience. He fully explained the process and made the refi easy to complete. Most of the paperwork is done online, using DocuSign, making the process quick and efficient. I greatly appreciate the work he put in. My interest rate, payments, and loan term all went down.

I, Edward **, had the opportunity to speak with him a number of times over the course of two months regarding our request for a mortgage. He was always helpful and gave us the information needed to fill out out the paper work and get on the internet. He led us to be able to obtain the mortgage since otherwise we probably would not be able to get the mortgage. He was very knowledge and showed us a sense that he cared for us. They questioned my US Military 1099 R and Government W-2 and 1099 R …. Seriously??? These are official US Gov Records and acceptable for tax purposes so I’m not sure how anyone could question these.
