Our refinance with Rocket went smoothly and quickly. They were open and honest. Always keeping us informed of next steps. We felt heard and supported by everyone who worked with us and the person who did our online signing was great and helpful with everything. We have never had a better experience with a refinance process. Great teamwork!

The process took longer than I anticipated. There were additional documents that were needed because, even though An explanation was provided. Some information was requested that really was not needed. The closing went smoothly and my funds were transferred after the 3 day waiting. However, I still have creditors to pay and I have not received the checks to make those payoffs. I am making payments to prevent late fees. I do not understand why Rocket Mortgage did not provide me the funds so I can pay off my creditors. I have the final amounts that are accurate. And, they are not accurate coming from the credit report..

Had a wonderful experience working your company. I want to commend your staff on assisting with my loan. Mitch ** and Somohamad are exceptional. I can’t thank them enough. Mitch helped me navigate and explain how to increase my score. By doing little things I was unaware of. Please continue hiring experienced exceptional people to work for Rocket Mortgage. They care about the people.

When our appraisal came back higher than expected I received an email asking me if we needed more cash. I replied that we did want additional funds to pay off all credit card balances, actual not just the last statement. I never heard another word. We closed the loan expecting the numbers to change per several emails stating numbers weren’t necessarily final. Now we find that we’re several thousand dollars short and you got a number of the payoffs wrong. Paid too much to a couple, too little to a couple. I have never seen such incompetence at a mortgage institution. I will repay this loan less the fees as soon as possible if credit can be obtained elsewhere. Everyone was out of the office, check your company email for Alana and Heath.

Loan officer was great to work with and was familiar with my current account and answered all my questions. He was able to guide me thru all the steps. He worked with me to make sure the loan was handled quickly and asked me questions to make sure I understood the process.

All employees from different departments that I spoke with were very helpful and pleasant. They were knowledgeable in understanding my needs. Rocket Mortgage is so easy to work with. Most of the information required for my loan was done from my desk top computer which saved a great deal of time getting to the closing of my loan. I will highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to my family and friends.

I had a hard time with another lender who could not work with our debt to income. Rocket Mortgage and Xavier A. made sure that my income was calculated correctly to get the loan I needed. I am a teacher and the paperwork looked like I only worked 42 weeks a year, but I am paid for all 52 weeks.

The process of consolidating my debt was quick and easy. Mirko ** was knowledgeable and kind. The process of uploading documents was simple, and communication about what was needed was clear. It was hassle free and met my family's needs. Communication was at times convenient for me. Response time was excellent. And, I was able to close in the comfort of my home, at our convenience.

Working with Sean ** made this process such a pleasant experience. He was patient and answered all questions knowledgeably and very timely. Should anyone find themselves in the market for a home equity loan or other mortgage related issue, I would definitely recommend working with Rocket and especially Sean **.

From the beginning to the end of this process, Rocket Mortgage provided top notch and very outstanding service. I was helped and given advice on how to correct an issue with my previous mortgage in which I was at a standstill of not knowing what to do. It was a very fast and efficient experience. People were friendly and knowledgeable, and the communication surpassed my expectations. Believe it or not, it started at 2 AM. In the morning with me, request for info. I had a live agent within 5 minutes, and we completed the application and submission of required documents within one hour.

The team members were friendly. The online portion was laid out well and easy to follow. The entire process was user friendly and transparent. The email updates kept informed and created continuity. We really liked the in home closing process. Over all this was extremely timely and easy to follow. I also liked most of all that we kept our original mortgage untouched. We would do again and recommend to others.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage was very good. Each person I talked to was very personable, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My questions were always answered timely. Ms. ** is the first person I spoke with and she remained with me throughout the process. She encouraged me when I wanted to quit and provided needed information for me. She is a jewel. My only drawback is that the process took longer that I thought it would. I'm sure they were just being thorough; making sure all i's were dotted and t's crossed. Thank you!

My experience with Rocket Mortgage was very dissatisfying. I was promised an easy and smooth experience, but my closing date was pushed back multiple times, almost resulting in my losing the house I was trying to purchase. I was told multiple times that I only needed to send one more document, only for more to be needed each time. I was passed around to many people in the process, making communication that much more confusing.

I was very happy with the quick resolution to my financial needs. The staff was professional and helpful. When my appraisal came in high they offered additional funds which I rejected. When resolving my preferences, the company made every effort to accommodate me. I cannot think of anything else.

Everything went as smoothly and as fast as could be properly completed.. Agent/Notary that came to my house was VERY pleasant, polite, expedient, professional person to work with and we completed the job in well under 30 minutes.

We had a great experience working with Derek **. He walked us through our options reviewing all the details, answered all our questions to our satisfaction and supported us whenever we contacted him during the process. The rest of the team, including Jannis, were very helpful, knowledgeable and informative too. We recommend working with them.

Lionel made the whole process very easy. He is great to work with and very conscious of the customer’s needs and time. Very patient and very responsive. He is a great image for your company. Everything was done in a timely manner. The only thing is that figures changed a few times, but it happened at the end of the day which made us very happy. Thank you all.

The interaction with the Representatives were very thorough and informative. Representatives were patient going through the process. A very smooth process. Did not encounter any problems. My questions were answered. Was impressed with the process and did not require a lot of paperwork submittals and time. Did not encounter having to change the closing dates numerous times. I like meeting the notary at my home to sign the closing documents.

Had a great experience with Rocket Mortgage as far as paperwork is considered. It was very fast and very efficient. However, I did not like that the bank's appraiser didn't have the plumbing checked. If they had looked at the hot water heater they would have discovered a 2007 hot water heater in a house that wasn't built until 2012. I asked my realtor to check on this and we're waiting to hear back. Water was also found under the house in the crawlspace located under the hot water heater. Something sounds very strange about this house. First we discovered that the county had the boundary line in the middle of the house. Then the plumbing issues which cost us $3,000.00.

I really appreciate the knowledge and the experience, my banker had. I was kept well informed and updated throughout this experience with Rocket Mortgage. Overall, I was very apprehensive about this as I had never done this before, especially since I was without and thus alone. It turns out to be a very positive experience!

I love Rocket Mortgage! They said they will help me with what I needed and they did! They are consistent, they kept me up to date with the process. The only thing I did not like is the closing process. I would have preferred to have the loan broker at the closing to explain the documents that I had to sign. They sent a notary instead.

The process was pretty good. Bryan ** was great. The mortgage team was always very responsive. There were times when I felt that the documentation that I had to produce was a little ridiculous. Also the loans that had to be paid off took flexibility away from me. The closing went very well on Zoom.

From the start to before closing my experience was great, then closing was a huge challenge, started with technical error system update then connected with closing agent could not hear her. She was nice and attempted to help, she did schedule a mobile notary to come to my house she was a little late but the distance and road conditions it was understandable. She also had technical issues and unable to login on her computer. Then they set up a paper closing which went well the next day. Overall happy with the process.

Overall satisfied. Took longer than expected being an in-house refi. Rocket Mortgage sending paper checks to pay off my credit cards is a major hassle. They should've electronically transferred to the credit card companies or to my account to electronically pay the cards. We pay everything electronically, so mailing checks is a very major stressful concern. It took us about 5 weeks from start to finish which seems a little long. Providing an organized list of things to do up front would be a huge help in speeding things along.

Zack ** was an amazing person to work with. He explained every step of the process and made the loan process go smoothly. He was there for every step of the process and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for a loan. Closing went amazing without any issues. They even closed the loan sooner than what I had originally asked for.

Just filled out a survey that allowed me to express how unimpressed I was with how your team handled our loan processing. One example of many: Was promised that payouts would be adjusted to account for several months of extra payments made while waiting for this loan to close. Asked specifically 3 times and was told adjustments would be made. None were, leading to overpayments on two of the three obligations paid by Rocket.

The process was easy as it could be. Everything was done online so not appointments to keep. Rocket Mortgage set up the appraisal for me. The technology they use is fantastic and easy to navigate. I was kept up to date through text and email. Communication was fantastic. I am very satisfied.

I have a first mortgage with them, and they did amazingly. I came back a year later to get a small second equity loan, and they have made it impossible because their underwriting is completely IGNORANT!! They kept saying I owned the company I work for and would look at any information that says anything different. They wouldn't use my W-2, paycheck stub, or Federal taxes. They wouldn't even look at my previous information that they used for the first mortgage. I will NEVER use them again, unless everyone in underwriting is fired. I wasted over a month trying to talk logically with them and even their leadership wouldn't listen or look at the actual facts. I hope they fail quickly. I am refinancing my mortgage with someone else because of this.

While all the people we spoke to and chatted with were very nice and helpful, the process itself was very long and arduous. So much paperwork to be sent via computer. PDFs and so forth. My husband and I don't know how to do so much of this and had to seek help from our daughter. But the grand finale was when they scheduled our closing in Beaumont Texas! A FOUR hour drive from our home. This happened late on a Friday, so we spent the whole weekend worried about this! Finally, they rescheduled it 2.1 miles from our home! Why couldn't this have been done in the beginning? Just a long process that I'm glad is now over.

There were promises that weren't kept. IE: A notary could be sent to you in Ohio. The closing had to be in front of an attorney which cost me $750. My son's van pmt went against my debt but the current payment was not to have been paid by me and it was. My Rocket contacts changed weekly. I went through 5 total which may be why those things happened.

Everyone at Rocket Mortgage was very helpful and punctual, and kept me on task to complete the loan and the proper timeframe. Even though there was a small hiccup on the closing date, rocket Mortgage stepped up to the task and got everything done on time for the closing. I will strongly recommend Rocket Mortgage to all my friends and acquaintances and business partners. Thank you again for what you do. Greg & Renee

A manager from Rocket Mortgage contacted me and is working with me to secure a loan. I just was working with a bad individual, however the company responded to my issue promptly & correctly.

From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, and friendly. I like how you are directed to see the status of the loan and tasks that need to be completed on the website, which is very easy to navigate. The closing date & time was flexible - we able to close on a Monday at 7:30 am. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to all of friends and family.

I would say if this was my first experience with Rocket Mortgage, I would have taken my business elsewhere. As I have my home mortgaged through Rocket, I have faithfully made my payments on time, I refinanced the loan to a 15 year loan and the equity available far exceeded what I was asking to borrow, I was confident this would be easy and quick to get done. Not the case at all. Matthew, my loan originator, did everything possible from my viewpoint to ease the frustration and aggravation and I appreciate his efforts and encouragement to continue with Rocket even though I had two other businesses that would provide me the loan with the amount I asked to get. Matthew informed me that Rocket did not provide loans as small as I was asking for, $25k, and that I needed to get a $45k loan. I provided the information/documentation originally asked for except for a copy of my HOA bill.

Process was straightforward and proceeded quickly and as described by Matt. Matt ** was responsive and helpful, including weekends and evenings. Based on my experience, I would consider Rocket companies in the future.

The staff was very quick and efficient about getting my loan through. Shout out to Zena! The loan process seemed to go very smoothly, and they worked within a very tight time frame. I have to hand it to the staff and the underwriters who really pushed this loan through and got me my loan in a very quick and easy manner.

As a first time home buyer and I didn’t know what I was doing other than it would probably not be easy since a lot is at stake and it’s a greatly involved process. Rocket gave me a lot of coaching and lead to me having a lot of confidence and I felt assured that they will guide me through and they really did: so I went from not quite sure of the thing to fully trusting; every step of the way I had learned from my mortgage officers (Jacob B, DeAndrea W, Cynthia J) 🙏 Rocket is the best and Jacob you’ve made it work for me and I even bought my choice 1 favorite loving home! From start to finish Rocket Mortgage was excellent. Each step of the loan application process was clear and concise. Very professional people, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. They are always available for questions. Would recommend to anyone. They make dreams come true! Very easy to use app makes easily accessible day or night. Buying a house is something very stressful since they ask for a lot of paperwork and everything day is something that’s needed to be done. Thanks to Rocket Mortgage’s team it wasn’t that stressful especially since my Senior Banker Ellery ** was super helpful and explained everything really really well and never fail to answer my call which was great, I also was able to close in less than 1 month!!! I recommend them 100%.

Please be advised that the rates are very alluring but the process is brutal. It starts with an approval to lure you in and then you have many hurdles to overcome. Extremely nitpicky and full of emotional ups and downs. The appraisal is very expensive, twice what I have paid in the past. Too many rules, too much headache. I will never recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone and will avoid at all cost.

Rocket Mortgage reps were great. They were helpful and provided all the information I needed to make a good decision. When I called other groups for quotes they were pushy and rude. Even after I made my decision and told them I had gone with Rocket Mortgage, they continued to hound me and sent me paperwork. Rocket Mortgage provided exactly what I needed. My Rocket Mortgage specialist called me with updates and provide help when I got stuck on a particular entry.

I warn you not trust what is told to you. They told me the $500 for the appraisal, will be credited back to your credit card if the loan go through. I trusted what was told to me more than once. I used a credit card I keep for emergencies, it maxed it out. My loan closed, so I ask when will my card be refunded. Now they say it went towards closing cost. No one told me that. I tried calling numerous people, no help. Now my emergency credit card it maxed out. I do not recommend. Very unhappy customer.

From the very beginning, Arron ** was very helpful, very pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Arron to anyone. We have used him in the past and he is very personable. I would be very pleased to recommend Rocket and Arron ** to anyone that asks. Also, Amrock, people very good as well, Theresa **, was the closing agent and she was very good, everything in the closing went very smooth and fast..

You guys always make the process involved with any type of home loan easy. Your personnel are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have bought homes, refinanced them and now have obtained a home equity loan from Rocket Mortgage and each time, the process was fast and efficient. Will continue to do business w/ you.

After paying over $500 in closing costs to Amrock, calling the closing department to confirm updated closing disclosure and payoff, the incorrect amounts were wired and I'm delayed receiving all of the cash out funds. How does this happen? Sloppy service and lack of attention to detail. Very disappointed and upon my inquiry of the error, was told to talk to my lender, washing their hands of the gross error.

This is my second survey in 2 days. I did not have the greatest experience dealing with Rocket Mortgage. It is quite sad because on 3 other instances I tried doing business with Rocket Mortgage but was unable due to all the purchases being a coop and Rocket Mortgage does not deal with Coops. My banker Cindy ** was very rude to me and my wife. The conversation would start out nice with her but as soon as we were unsure or needed extra explanation about something, she was give us attitude, almost like we were annoying her by asking questions. We are not bankers by any means and naturally we had questions. We would always hesitate asking her questions and instead turn to Google to find the answers.

Run as fast as you can form this company! They will charge thousands and thousands of dollars that your credit union or other lender will not. The WORST broker and processor ever. All I can say is NO!

I had a good experience with the process. However my issue was with the amount of time it took to get through the process. This affected the pay off amount which led to us having to come out of pocket to cover the deficits, this was not acceptable. We have been loyal customers for a number of years and will continue.

My wife and I were doing some consolidation of bills and current loans. Rocket Mortgage stepped in and assisted us with getting everything to fit together. We paid off our credit cards and our final payment was lower than my old mortgage at the local bank. The staff at Rocket Mortgage and those associated with Rocket Mortgage were awesome. No questions unanswered, no i's not dotted, and all t's were crossed. This is our second loan with Rocket Mortgage, and we are very pleased with all aspects of the loan process.

The process was exceptional, convenient, easy, efficient, everything handled on-line and/or by phone and email. The process was absolutely seamless. Could not say anything negative at all. My mortgage broker was diligent in making sure I stayed on top of performing necessary tasks, which is necessary in this perpetually busy world. She kept us right on track.

I had a great experience and recomend Lionel as the point man for getting everything done. I had the best experience getting a mortgage. There was someone always there especially Lionel to answer my questions and most important to answer the phone when I called. This was also the fastest mortgage from start to closing I have been a part of.

Rocket did all of the hard work for me and made it very easy to get my refinancing done quickly and without any hassles. This was the best loan process that I have ever had to deal with. I would use them again. And would recommend them to everyone.

The amount of documentation for a $250k loan on a house worth over $3M with no current mortgage, to someone with super excellent credit and plenty of income is insane. I tried to give this feedback, but all I got was that it is our policy. Your policies need to be modified for different tiers of dollar amount, etc.

When discussing the loan with the representative we were quoted a price for the closing costs. When we finished the paperwork and closed the loan, the closing costs were higher than the quote. We were not happy with this bait and switch. However, at this point we were so far along with the process that we just continued.

Several years ago I was with Bank of America. It was the worst decision I made. Customer service was terrible! Mortgage went up every year. Then I heard about Quicken Loans. Heard their customer service was outstanding! I switched and refinanced through Quicken Loans. It was an incredible experience. Then Quicken sell the company to Rocket Mortgage. The customer service is TERRIBLE! I know escrow changes year to year, but I always got a notice 30 to 60 days in advance and was able to take care of the shortfall. Not now. My monthly payment went up almost another $100! No notice in the mail. No email. And existing customer can't get support on Saturday after 5:00 pm. If you're a new customer, you move to the head of the line. Can't wait to leave them!

This process was very smooth. Went very fast and all our questions were answered. Highly recommend Rocket Mortgage!!! Best experience ever! Our original contact was on a Sunday and the process began then. Jessica was fantastic!!! After buying a few houses I believe this was the easiest. We were able to get the money we needed and do our home improvements!!!

I was very pleased with obtaining a second mortgage. Aaron was very helpful explaining everything and really just a good support. My closing was very easy. The Notary was on time and very accommodating, and the funds were deposited in my account. My line of credit was paid off as promised, and I had no issue.

We had a much easier than expected experience with Rocket Mortgage. Our representative, Brock **, went above and beyond to help us and was always so supportive. Everything we were told is just how it went. Would recommend them to anyone. We had a little issue with Amrock, a division of Rocket Mortgage, but when we explained the situation to Brock, he got right on and got it resolved.

The whole experience was painless easy everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. From the beginning to closing took a lot less time than I would thought it would. My closing experience was great. The guy was on time. He was friendly and polite. It took me all of 30 minutes. I was comfortable. I was at home. It was easy and I would recommend online closing to anyone. It was a great experience. It was peaceful and worry, free and I was happy with the service.

I was able to get some help from NAHAC Nevada Housing Assistance because I've been on unemployment for a few months. NAHAC sent the funds to them on 2/24/2025 and Rocket was supposed to post the funds to my late account. It is now 3/25/2025 and they have STILL not posted the payment, I keep getting correspondence about "serious delinquency" from them AND THEY HAVE THE MONEY!! I have called several times - last Thursday they PROMISED it would be posted by Monday the 24th. Of course I checked today 3/25 and IT STILL IS NOT POSTED. You cannot speak to someone who knows what's going on or can handle the situation and THEY LIE just to get you off the phone. I'm so disgusted with their customer service and LIES!!

The process was easy to follow, with my tasks clearly laid out. My loan representative was always knowledgeable and quick to respond to my many questions. If something was unclear to me, they would explain in terms that a non-banker type person would understand. I thank them for that. At the closing, the representative was friendly and also helped to clear up any final questions and concerns that I might have had. She was friendly, on time, and very easy to talk to. I never once felt too much pressure from anyone on the team.

Very disappointed that we didn't warrant so much as a thank you from Dan after we closed. So much for service and attention after the “sale”. Also had to reach out to others to get answers when questions went unanswered by Dan. If process with Rocket was so positive my rating would have been lower.

Rocket Mortgage worked very hard to help me refinance my mortgage. I’m so glad that they were successful to achieve my new loan. I needed this loan to help me update some things for my home. They also paid off two of my debts that helped me to increase the money that I was receiving from this loan.

The process for completing the loan was very smooth. The first person I talked to guided me though every step. After the loan process was over funds were promptly deposited and sent to me. Thank you for making this so easy. I would recommend Rocket to anyone looking to buy, Equity, or refi a loan.

Still waiting for the funds. As of today, still have not received the loan funds nor do I know if they paid off my credit card accounts. So, not sure at this point how much longer it will be. Or, who to contact that can assist??? Any assistance to get the loan funded is appreciated.

Mortgage staff was great and very efficient. However the closing with Amrock was not the best. The closing location was changed the day before and it was scheduled for a location 60 miles away. The location was very inconvenient and I was told the same title company had a closing opening at the same time in Tyler.

The process was a little longer than expected but it was pretty straightforward and painless. Our agent and everyone else involved in the process were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The timeline was reasonable and we were impressed with the credit team. We would definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage!

I went to a bank that took around 2 months for the underwriting dept saying no, long story. Rocket mortgage was so quick and easy. I closed the house in about a month or less. Louis was the first person I talked to and helped with any questions I had. Louis is great! Thank you so much Rocket mortgage!!

With their help, I was able to tap into a fraction of my home equity with a loan that converted my credit debts into one manageable monthly payment. The process ran smoothly in the beginning till the underwriters struggled with my debt to income ratio, which slowed the process and the home equity loan was approved!

I had applied for an FHA loan for single family home & I was approved. For some unknown reason, my information in their system was lost. I had applied again for the same purpose a few months later & I was denied. I was very disappointed.

This was a horrible process. It took forever and seemed totally unprofessional. In the end our needs were not met--we ended up with a much higher payment than we hoped for and no one seemed to listen. We kept getting a different quote and pay off accounts were chosen for us and we had to keep making changes. We still have not received our escrow check. We have refinanced before and it was a more streamlined process. Will not deal with Rocket again.

Our loan process with all team members with Rocket Mortgage was a great experience! Answered all questions, fixed issues with collectors! From day 1 to closing was stressful but was easier with the help of Vinny, Jonathan, Shannon and also Amrock! I appreciate everyone's help and patience thru our loan process!

There were a few times that the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. Probably had to make a few more phone than necessary, but it all worked out in the end. I'd use them again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with my home refinance, Ricardo and team were flexible with my needs and adapted to changes as they came up. I was able to get exactly what I needed and am very happy with the results. My family will be able to make our dreams come true.

I was a little hesitate to refinance at first but everything proceeded in a timely manner. My agents were professional and efficient and painless. I was able to do most of it online. Closing went fast and they were able to find a title company very close to my home. My interest rate was a little higher than I would have liked but they did tell me that after I had the loan a little while and the interest rates lower I could refinance if I wanted to.

Keep away from them as far as possible! After years of perfect, on-time payments, Rocket Mortgage destroyed my credit by falsely reporting me as late — all because their automated system didn’t catch what was agreed upon regarding the payment date. Despite explaining this to them, they still reported me late to all credit bureaus, causing severe damage to my credit. Completely unacceptable treatment of a loyal customer. Beware!

I had originally wanted to go with a local company but after calling, leaving messages and no response, I reached out to rocket mortgage and I’m so glad I did. There was quick response to all of my concerns and clear communication through the entire process. I really appreciated the effort that was made on my behalf to get me into my home.

However you checked my credit or put my information out caused me to receive more spam calls than I've ever gotten before. All appeared to be related to refinancing. I'm still getting calls this many weeks later. That was very annoying. That is the only reason I rated my experience a 4. I would still recommend your services to my friends. I was happy with the results and the people were friendly. I was afraid at one point because all correspondence was email or text, and I didn’t know if I could trust it was real. There’s a lot of personal information being sent to Rocket. But in the end - so far anyway- all is great!

They provided free resources and walked us through every step in the process. All questions were answered and they made me feel comfortable throughout the process. This experience was better than I could have imagined. Went to your website, made an inquiry and Maggie ** responded to me almost immediately. I told her I wanted to get preapproved before we started looking at homes. She told what she needed, I sent it in the next day and I had an answer 24 hrs after that with a quote and a guarantee closing letter. The rest of the process has been great with constant communication from Maggie, Matt ** and Talene ** when we were ready to close. The whole experience has been great.

I emailed the CEO and he sent a staff member to call me about the rate. I would not do business with these people. They only care about keeping interest rate high to put money in their pocket and not listen to customers. Customers, show lenders you are the "BOSS" if they want your business. Tell them what you want. If they refuse to give what you want far as interest rate and payment plan then walk away. It's not right someone with a credit score of 600 pay 6% interest and someone with a credit score over 800 pay the same interest rate. People who have credit score over 800 shall pay 0% to 4% interest rate no matter what the market is showing. They can't give me 4% for a $200k. Make sure you provide your credit info without them pulling your credit report to save you points if you let them pull your credit report and you don't like the interest it will hurt your score.

We had a very good experience with Rocket Mortgage. From our first point of contact explaining what would happen I believe his name is Tristan out of Phoenix. Moving onto the next steps Jeff handle us out of Detroit. Everyone was prompt and returning our phone calls and text when we had questions or were available to answer them. They really went the extra mile. We would absolutely recommend you.

The team that helped me buy my 1st home was great to work with. They were able to respond to my question even with the different time zones. They made this experience less stressful. I recommend them to my siblings and they have just finished the home buying process as well. Happy customers all around.

The over experience was satisfactory... The only change I would recommend would be to provide a copy of the tri-report (credit report) that was pulled for the customer. Additionally, the closing documents signing with the notary was uncomfortable. Might be better to set an introduction beforehand or someway to ease the experience. The rest of the issue/experiences are of little consequences.

When I first inquired back in January, I wanted a Home Equity Loan… The gentleman told me that was not my best option… He told me to refinance my house, which I didn't want TO DO….the process dragged on for weeks. Finally, another agent came back and told me the HEL was the way to go. It took almost 2months from my first inquiry to close. I find this to be frustrating.

Rocket was ok. I wouldn’t complain about the service but wouldn’t jump to recommend them to someone. There was a lot of errors on my documents, I had to make sure to read through everything extra carefully each time. The Lender Credits would be on a preview document but missing from the final document or sometimes the amount of Lender Credits would change for no reason. I just had to keep pointing it out and it got corrected. Being passed from contact to contact was a little frustrating.

The whole process was so great with Rocket. Through all the steps of pre approval to closing our loan. There is always someone available to help with the process. Call or email and they responded quickly with all the answers I needed. Every member I spoke with was very kind and professional. All in all it was an awesome experience purchasing my first home with rocket mortgage.

Start to finish, the process was almost seamless (small communication issues due to illness & underwriting). Would really love an electronic debt payoff process to my creditors rather than having the payoff checks be mailed to me & then me having to mail them to my creditors. This adds at least 10 days to the pay off process and creates over & under of gifts because of due dates and interest charges. It would be fabulous to just be able to send the payments electronically directly to the creditors. Would also save paper & time because now I have to print all my electronic statements & mail them.

I was shocked when I was presented escrow statement of total savings. I trusted a local Credit union for a refinance. They were too lazy and lethargic, since the loan officer was too caught up in bigger loans. He simply stated that I need more income, a co-signer, more job history to continue to pursue a HELOC at that time. I actually believed him. I was wrong. "Not enough profit". Months later Jose ** presented a better approach.

After calling them and speaking with Abe I was told that I could refi and get 21000.00 cash out. Then they wanted 500.00 earnest money. This should have raised a red flag but my bad. After posting 500.00 "earnest money" Within 2 weeks the 21000.00 cash out turned into they needed 7000.00 from me to get the refi done. Then of course they wouldn't refund the 500.00. They lied from the beginning. Don't trust these people. Steer clear!

Rocket Mortgage and their affiliates are amongst the worst financial businesses I have ever experienced. My Mother and I wanted to do a refinance in order to take a bit of equity from our home to cover some bills and medical costs. We first dealt with a young man named Travis from Detroit. He was very friendly and began helping us with the nightmare of documents and paperwork we needed to complete. Everything went well and the next step was having an appraisal of our home. That also went well and our refinance nightmare began. The paperwork was being processed and then we had a notary show up for us to sign documents. After we signed we received notification everything was fine and we also received the closing date.

Excellent... From start to finish. Renee was a tremendous help in the process.... Anytime we had questions, she was on it! Got the info we needed to finish up and complete our closing. Can't say enough about her professionalism and ability to communicate all aspects of the process. We've had several interactions with Rocket over years and always a pleasure doing busy with them.

When we started on November 20, 2024, the closing date was to be December 20, 2024. Delay after delay occured constantly. The closing was finally done on February 12, 2025. The lack of communication with all involved from Rocket Mortgage and Amrock is not to be repeated. The amount of the loan kept going up. The appraiser said she only charged $750, yet we were charged $970. No one could give an answer why the price increase. Again it was delay after delay which cost us an extra $3500 dollars to make sure all payments were made. Unlikely would recommend this company.

I do not think the process is very clear. I was told it would not take long. The process is very slow and not not clearly explained. I think it could have been completed much faster. There was not a lot of help in the processing of the loan.

I had high hopes when working with Rocket Mortgage, but unfortunately, my experience with Jasmine ** was disappointing. While I understand that mortgage shopping involves comparing lenders, I found the communication from this loan officer to be unprofessional and condescending. Rather than being transparent and competitive, I was met with pressure, guilt-tripping, and dismissive remarks about my right to shop for the best mortgage. Instead of working to provide me with the most competitive offer upfront, I was told that I should wait until after I had an accepted offer on a home—essentially suggesting I make a commitment before even seeing their best numbers. When I asked for updated rate comparisons, I was told that their previous numbers weren’t meant for comparison, which contradicts the entire point of mortgage shopping.

I recently worked with Rocket Mortgage to refinance my home, and the entire process was seamless. The online application was easy to navigate, and I appreciated how quickly I was able to get pre-approved. The customer service team was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. I went to Rocket for a loan to do upgrades on my home. I only borrowed about $45k. My payment was going to be about $570 each month. I have excellent credit. The load closed really quickly, but that was about as good as it was going to get. My first payment wasn't even due until March 1, 2025. I signed up for Bi-Weekly payments, with the intention that the loan is paid off more quickly. I even pay an extra $100 over the bi-weekly payment.

The notary who came to do the closing was 45 minutes late and then didn't apologize or give any reason for her tardiness. I had taken off work to stay home to meet her. Though I appreciate the convenience of a closing in my own home, your contractors should be more prompt or at the very least communicate clearly when there needs to be a change in the schedule.

What a great experience getting a HELOC through Rocket Mortgage! Application to closing in less than 2 weeks and no hiccups. Professional and GREAT communication through my dashboard. It was a pleasure having true professionals every step of the way! If I ever need to tap the equity in my home again, Rocket Mortgage will be my only stop!

I really believe they hire new and incompetent personnel. We purchased our home, My wife and I but we later found out they only put her on the mortgage but not in the deed/title. Now why would anyone would be part of a loan and not have any ownership? It was incompetence or a scam to later want to charge to put her on the title. Not trust worthy. I regret dealing with them. Look around before making them your choice!!!

Rocket Mortgage became our loan servicer this year. They failed to honor the agreed terms of our prior servicer who shorted our escrow account leading to a $500 payment increase. It is technically illegal to ignore the prior agreement but impossible to deal with since hiring an attorney would cost too much. Don’t go with this company.

Called to inquire about refi, was told I needed to make a 500.00 good faith deposit to speak about their possible refi options and that it was refundable. I made the deposit thinking I was going to get my money back. After receiving a estimate on the numbers, which several companies do it as a way to shop around for the best deals, I decided not to proceed with them. Was told that my 500.00 was going to be refunded in a week. I was ok with the time frame, called to find the status and turns out I am getting $400.00 cause they ran my credit and I needed to pay to them for that. I am guessing the money is not refundable and they are trying to grab as much money as they can from anyone that calls.

Everything went very well until closing. The wire transfer of loan proceeds was deposited in wrong account. The loan proceeds delivery instructions had been corrected by adding the new account number and information in box 2 as instructed. Sadly no one caught it and the funds were deposited in a locked account. You see I had been scammed and rushed to get a new account for these proceeds. Luckily I caught the problem early in the day and it was corrected through my bank. I did send an email and received a return phone call where I reassured the gentleman that the reason I even said anything was so it wouldn't happen to someone else.

Rocket Mortgage was wonderful. They make process very easy and if you have questions they are always available. We bought our home and refinanced at least twice and rocket has always guided us through the process. A wonderful group of people to work with you. Overall a wonderful experience. Rocket mortgage is by far the best. My wife and I were very pleased.

I closed February 6 and my disbursement date was February 11 and I still haven’t received my disbursement funds. I have never been through the things have with Rocket. I get told something different every time I call in to discuss this issue. This in one experience that I haven’t been satisfied with at all. The way I feel right now I wouldn’t recommend Rocket to anyone.

The gentleman I worked with Rocket Mortgage were outstanding. Amrock on the other hand is indescribable. Had a three-way conversation with Amrock, Synchrony Bank and myself about a loan for $11,449.02 did not receive the check. I called Amrock. They have no clue. They don’t see it anywhere even though we had a three-way conversation with synchrony bank. Some checks were over and some checks were way under. One check was $1700 short. Very dissatisfied.

From start to finish, working with Rocket Mortgage was seamless. Phillip ** was the first person I was in contact with and he explained the process and took care of everything. We are fully satisfied with the experience. The closing was done within a month and Rocket Mortgage took care of every step along the way, application, appraisal, closing, signing documents. Having the closing in the comfort of our own home was convenient.

Worst company ever worked with. Lied from the beginning, threw extra fees on it. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and waste of time. Worst experience ever had be third house I’ve bought never had so many problems.

Got my mortgage through Rocket Mortgage online. Spent 9 months looking for a home, and they were helpful and on top of things the entire time. Helped me determine my purchasing power for the home search process. Everything was easy with online uploading of all necessary documents. Got a few quotes from others along the way and their APR was better than any others. Closing, once under contract, was relatively quick and trouble free.

Honest talk here...If buying a home is supposed to be one of the most stressful things a person can do, Rocket Mortgage must not have gotten the memo. Ohhhh.... wait.... we can't do that. Fast Forward to January 2025: Hey, we are supposed to have another 2 acres of ground here. The owner gave the you the parcel numbers, so did husband. Oh. Sorry. You'll have to do it now. $480.00 to a lawyer for that. February 2025: Husband found a new job. "Oh, that's ok! We can refinance your loan! Let me get in touch with someone." Someone calls "Hey, can we an obnoxious number of papers again?" Sure. Email... we got your papers and will close on Tuesday.

I went through 3 other companies before Rocket Mortgage accepted me. I am so very grateful and you answered a pray that I had been praying for 6 months. Chase ** did a great job helping me get through the process and I thank him so much. Continue to do great customer service and you will get more customers.

Gary was horrendous, he was disinterested, did not provide required information and if he was not off and Ruth covering, my mortgage may not have gone through. Ruth did more in one day than Gary did in 2 weeks. I had to submit 78 documents!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! My lawyer and real estate agent said they have never heard of such a thing!!! When I refinance it will certainly not be with Rocket mortgage!

As a first time home buyer I thought that it was going to be a long and difficult process but it wasn’t. Rocket Mortgage made everything so simple and easy for me to understand and they always kept me informed. Working with Rocket Mortgage was the best experience ever and if I had to do it all over again I’d definitely choose them again.

Our experience with Rocket Mortgage was awesome. The step-by-step process was so easy to follow. From the time of my initial conversation to closing, Rocket Mortgage was there for me. My questions were always answered quickly. Each team member did a fantastic job with follow up calls and emails. The website is a perfect way to make sure you are on track. Finally, Rocket recommended a fantastic real estate agent who helped us find our dream home. And on top of it all we saved big money on our closing costs. HELOC process started strong but ended in disaster and confusion. After we were notified that the loan was closed and funds were released, we were notified that some forms did not print and needed to be re-signed. This delayed the entire loan process and the release of funds and to top it off, funds were sent to the incorrect bank account, causing confusion and multiple trips to the bank.

My experience was exceptional working with Ryan and his team made all the world a difference doing the process helping us to understand what to do and how to do it. I really would recommend Rocket Mortgage. I was never left in the dark. They constantly staying contact with us and keep us up-to-date with step-by-step. What was going on? Everyone was extremely helpful whenever I had questions no matter how often I called. They always pointed me to the right person to talk to. If the line was busy and I had to leave a message they would always call me back within 24 hours. They are all very nice to talk to and work with. I would recommend anyone to use Rocket Mortgage.

My experience was the best. I was treated with kindness and respect. Sumaiya was the best. She kept contact and kept me informed through every step. I never waited more than 30 minutes for her return calls. Most of the time she returned calls in just a few minutes. She answered my questions in a way I could understand. Always making sure I was clear on the process. I am very impressed with Rocket Mortgage. I know I’m in good hands.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. I am extremely thankful for that as this process can be tedious. Minimal phone calls and emails from start to finish. Very easy process to do my transaction. Total time to execute was less than three weeks. Title company was top notch, friendly and fast.

JD was very informative and professional. He always kept me informed and actually became friends during the process. He was very nice and polite throughout the whole process. He was very flexible and understanding of my unique situation. Mom was in a different State and he was able to modify the process to accommodate for us. Love working with Rocket Mortgage. I just wish instead of checks to mail out like the 19 century. We could provide you with the creditors and the addresses for you to mail out instead of us. Why would it make sense for me to mail out checks? It just takes longer and wastes time. Or maybe an ACH payment. That would be great!

My loan team kept me up to date with the mortgage but I missed the face to face experience that I had with my previous mortgages. There were times that items were asked for that I did not have the ability to provide, like copies of checks from my roommate/renter which she would have not me. Then my closing was two weeks late due to miscommunication between the loan team and Amrock, which caused me to be rushed to move from my current residence to my new home. Overall, I was satisfied with the service I received, but will use a local company that I can meet with face to face in the future.

Rocket Mortgage (Agent Dave) gave us the best option for borrowing equity money from our home. They were very competent and easy to deal with. Most things were done online with a couple of phone calls and emails. Closing was quick and easy and money deposited as noted. I would definitely recommend them!

What I needed was the tracking number for checks being mailed to me to send out. I finally got the tracking number. It’s going to arrive Monday, February 3; I hope you didn’t mail it next day service. It shows in tracking it left late Friday afternoon with no specific time.

I worked with Zionis ** and he was very helpful, patient and attentive. All of my inquiries were answered quickly, the site worked great and everything went like clockwork. The checks arrived on time and with detailed instructions. I'm very happy with my Rocket Mortgage experience. I will recommend it for anyone needing a similar service.

Our loan officer was Austin Allisondrini and he was absolutely amazing. He was so smooth. Knew his job so well and was absolutely awesome. He did an amazing job from start to finish. Helped me with everything. I refinanced my home with Rocket. I was having an issue with the place I was with because they were messing up my escrow and I let him know what the frustrating part was. He said that rocket could fix that and they were a five-star Mortgage Company and explained exactly how they were and how they could help and knew his company very well and that's exactly what they did. He knew that the interest rates weren't good and that I knew that they weren't good but then he went on to tell me that he could work around that and that he could fix a few things and seen that my credit score was really good and can fix me and my rate in other ways. He got creative.

Thanks to Rocket Mortgage I was able to successfully complete a refinance with very competent individuals. Alyssa K. was very friendly when I first called and was able to secure a lower rate which in turn lowered my monthly payments. The rest was very easy, all tasks were completed online.

Start to finish my first ever refi was completed in 19 calendar days and the attention and professionalism way next level. From my very first phone call with Desean at Rocket Mortgage, I knew it was the company I wanted to work with for my refinance. Then, he supported me throughout the entire process. My refi took longer than Rocket loans normally do due to a situation of my own, but Desean was so patient with it and me. He guided and reassured me, and my anxiety, during the whole process.

Everything as usual was wonderful with the exception of the creditor checks being mailed to me instead of the creditors, or even electronically being sent to them, more convenient rather than taking more time to get balance paid to avoid penalties and accruing more interest or late fees. Other than that, I had a good experience in dealing with Rocket Mortgage.

I don’t know if I can give an honest assessment until everything is completed and it’s taking a very long time for things to be finished but my loan officer has been helpful for the most part. I just don’t think this is personal enough but that’s just my option.
