The courts don't make it easy for you, they are not specific and the process is slow. But with the guidance and sticktoitiveness of Jamie at Peachtree, we got it done! Jamie was transparent with me through the whole process, even when there were roadblocks, and when Judge did not rule in my favor the first time, we did not give up! Every step of the way she was encouraged me to seek out the information for myself and ask questions if I did not understand. By the second court date, I was even better prepared than the first time! Their service is the worst. After call and being put in a queue for 15 minutes. A voice comes on and says I’m being transferred... The phone rings for 10 full minutes before someone gets tired of listening to it and disconnects. If you folks have so much money you don’t need more customers, why advertise? I’ll tell anyone I can not to waste their time calling as y’all did this twice!

Updated on 12/16/2019: I am nine weeks into what I was told would be a three to four week process. None of this has been their fault of course (note the sarcasm). No one does this unless they have to. My landlord has filed eviction papers since I was supposed to pay my rent in Nov. With this money (my application was filed Oct 15th). It is now Dec. 20th and the guy assigned to my case said Thursday we can do an advance until you get your money in. So I told what I needed and he said "we'll see what happens Monday".

Annuity buyout. I worked with Michael ** throughout the whole process. He was patient and answered every question I had and responded quickly and efficiently every step of the way! Great customer service!

I've been helping my daughter with selling a part of her structured settlement. We are working with Ryan ** since August. This has been a very long process. Ryan is excellent but the process has been actually longer than expected. I just wish there was a way we could speed this process up because my daughter is going away to college soon as she will be needing the financial help sooner than later.

This was my third transaction with PeachTree and My second transaction dealing with Michael **. This guy is a stud. Out of all my transactions this one went even smoother than the last one and the last went very easy even being in a more difficult state like New York. Total time on this particular one was slightly over 3 months which is absolutely fantastic. He knows the laws which are the most important details to these type of transactions and will get directly to the point. Little things like in my particular county advances on the money aren’t allowed. Particular details of how the court process would go and then it plays out exactly to a tee of how he described it would prior to it happening. It is this kind of professionalism and know how to get the deal done and get you funded (money in your account) that have me continuing to come back to PeachTree and deal with Michael.

Honestly Samantha ** is one of the best account executives I have ever worked with. She is really kind, patient, helpful, and sweet. She is very polite and has a kind voice. This isn’t my first time dealing with the company, but by far the smoothest, and the fastest to date, thanks to Samantha. She’s always available via phone or text, or email. She was very informative in explaining my deal and helping me with anything I needed help on all the way up to the court date. She made sure I stayed on top of getting documents signed and notarized. I would recommend her to any and every one that I know.

I applied for pre-settlement funding via phone on October 18, 2019. I was advised to notify my attorney that I was requesting funding from Peachtree Financial and that Peachtree would be in contact with me at the next step of the process. Shortly after the call, I received an email confirmation of my application submission. I had already notified my attorney and his legal assistant of my application with Peachtree Financial prior to applying, so I figured the process would go smoothly.

Veronica was the person who took care of me through the whole process. Before coming to Peachtree I had tried a different company which did not help me at all and did not get the transaction approved. I was scared and thought that my transaction was going to get denied but from the start Veronica was very sure of herself. She knew that if we had everything ready we would get approved. She was always calling me and texting just to check if everything was in order. My transaction was approved because of Veronica. She made sure everything was right for that day In court. She has great customer service and wouldn't have done this without her.
