My first process with Peachtree was not well, because when I got the money, I was a couple of thousand dollars short of paying off my mortgage. It defeated the whole purpose. It just became not what I wanted. Then I had to refinance. I didn't get what I thought I was going to get. My experience was not a good one. There was no support. These companies take advantage of people.

Still do your research, but check out Peachtree Financial Solutions because it worked for me. I had a great experience. Everything worked out smoothly. My point person was Veronica, and she was great in every way. Step by step, every day. They let me know the things I needed to do.

I would not recommend it! Keeping YOUR $ will pay off in the long run! I promise on all that is holy, it will! They are like crows & do not leave you alone! Selling YOUR $ to them 1 time just is not enough for these cultures! I been without monthly payments almost 10yrs now & STILL have 3yrs to go before I start receiving MY $ again!

I had a case with them and they helped me win my settlement. That was back in 2012 and since then, I've done three money transactions with them. I liked the way everything was structured and that they had my best interest at heart. Also, I can call Miss Veronica and I really talk to her.

I had good experience with Peachtree. I signed some documents and sent some things over and customer support was very helpful. My only issue with all these is they keep on reaching out. Once you engage with a firm like this, they keep on bombarding you with doing it again.

Peachtree Financial Solutions told me about my settlement and how much I would get back. At that time, they were the only place that would offer me a good amount. They always got called me and made sure I was okay with the agreement that we agreed on on a paper. It made me feel like I wasn't being used. I will Peachtree it out of all companies. 10 out of 10.

I almost went to another company 'cause they gave me a quote that would save me $35,000 more than what Peachtree's quote was. Then I talked to my agent a little bit more and she explained how the system works, how they're very aggressive. She was very determined to match it and give me a better quote. Peachtree was fantastic. They helped me out each step of the way and kept me informed. I went with Peachtree even though I could have gotten a deal that would save me $5,000 more because I like the process and how detailed they were compared to the other company.

Easy process, and would recommend Peachtree. Jason kept me up to date on the status of where the process was. Peachtree had needed notary close by for signage and were very courteous. The court process was easy and only took 15 minutes to complete the process. I would recommend Peachtree for getting your funds from your annuity.

I would definitely not recommend working with Mr **. Talks about getting you a bonus for your transaction but doesn't deliver. When I text him back about the bonus I never received a response. Told 1 thing and they did what they wanted. He was also very pushy and talked down to you. If anyone had to work with him to process a claim I would recommend asking for someone else to assist you.

Everyone I worked with at Peachtree made what might be a difficult and fraught process mostly seamless. I had one primary point person but if they weren’t immediately available I was able to speak to their supervisor. The notary and legal services were top notch. Any frustrations or anxieties I had were entirely because of the court process, which Peachtree streamlined as much as possible. I would do business with them again 100%.

My Peachtree experience is terrible. They paid a lot less than what I hoped and it's been very bad business practices with them. They're taking advantage of people when they are down and out. The customer support was okay through the process. Once we got the approval, it was terrible afterwards. Once they got what they wanted, it was a whole different story. Usually, when you're calling in those situations, you are in need of money. So, that's one of my biggest issues I would hope they would help people with. They could be more upfront about when you get approved, and what will be given to you and what they will be taking. My understanding is the judge approved for a certain amount and then afterwards, they had all kinds of things to take money out of that for themselves.

I went through the procedure and it wasn't as uncomfortable as I thought it would be. What Peachtree said they would guarantee, they guaranteed it. They contact you to see if you want to sell your portfolio. Everything about you goes into public record. I don't like my privacy being put out there like that. Once I'd made the deal, I've been continuously getting a call or another. Other than that, they have great customer service.

The first three times I worked with Peachtree, it was okay but the last time I did it, it was a little off-putting because I didn't get the full amount that I wanted at the time. I asked for 60,000 and I got 58,000. But other than that, they have been good, although I would recommend more $100 gift cards for people who give up more of their annuities, if they can. I've been a repeat customer and getting $50 gift cards isn't as good as getting $100 gift cards.

The offer that I got from Peachtree for my settlement was a lot less through most of the other companies that tried to get ahold of me. They're very communicative. They would get ahold of me before I could get ahold of the and that was something I didn't expect. Most of the time, they found solutions to problems. I didn't need to talk too much of the time. They just needed me on the call. It was great.

I had first used Peachtree Financial Solutions back in 2009 and I remembered I had a great experience with them, so I used them again. I was kept informed. And the rep was able to work around my work schedule when we had to do any type of calls. So, it was great. If I knew somebody looking to do any type of things for their annuity settlement, I would recommend Peachtree first thing.

I'm finished with the program. The only problem was the rep was confusing me. I was first told the amount was gonna be 14,000, but then that guy switched because the judge said something about he would be okay if he released 20%. From 14,000, I was told I was supposed to be getting 16,000, but then we were just getting 14,000. I understand they sent me 1,000 at first, but the man said 16,000. I thought, "Okay," and I didn't even know that I was paying them. I was confused, and if I knew, I would have done calculations better.
I asked a rep where the rest of the 16,000 was and he told me that the rest of it was going to be broken down into payments. He said that it's gonna be money coming from Peachtree and MetLife, which it came. Other than that, it was okay. It was a long process, though. We started in the beginning of the month, and we didn't get it until the end of the month. They were a little slow. Everything else was professional and I liked it.

I saw Peachtree on TV and I tried them once. Every time it's time for me to get my own money in my hand, they come calling me again so they can get some more money. If I could turn everything around, I wouldn’t even fool with them. There was a loss I took to accept the little money they gave me. When I went to court, they told me I was gonna get one thing. I thought they were gonna take what I borrowed out but they came back and took a whole bunch of money out. It was a rip-off. I borrowed about 1500 or maybe 2000 something but they ended up taking 4,000 of my money out. That upset me badly because I planned every dime of my money.
That aside, I got to know a few of the reps and they were nice. People are nice when they get something they want. They’re doing business. Peachtree got more than what they gave me. But it was at a time of need and I was desperate, so I had to accept that. When you're in need of something, you get desperate, you don't think clearly, and things like this happen. So, I can’t be mad at anybody but myself for not being educated or smart enough to read thin lines. The process is over now. On the whole, I wouldn't recommend Peachtree. They sent me a letter saying I could get $1000 if I recommended a friend. I got a friend that I could recommend to them but I'm not gonna do it because I know what loss I took.

Peachtree’s process is quick but they lowball you with the money. If you don't know anything, then you're done. You need to know how much it's worth to them and how much profit they make off of it. The service is great as far as answering calls and calling back. They helped me by making the funds available to me.

The process was slow, and it could have been a lot quicker, but the experience was good. Peachtree was very generous with the gift cards because the longer it took, they kept sending me more gift cards, and I would use that to pay my other bills. It was crazy 'cause every time I had a bill to pay, I got lucky and new cards would come in just as I got a new bill and it's telling me to pay at a certain time. Thank you for all the gift cards. The only thing I didn't like was the phone tag. I called, and the rep wasn't there, but the next minute, he was there.

I've done four transactions with Peachtree. Everything was good. They send you paperwork to fill out and you send it back to them. It goes to underwriting then you hear back from them with a thing to sign if you wanna move forward with it. Then they get a court date. In between that time, you have to re-sign another form after so many days. Then you wait for the court hearing and wait for the order to be signed then you're funded.

The customer support was good all-around. I just wish that there was a little more communication in between the court hearings and in the beginning of the process. When the company said they were gonna call me, they'd call me, but at the beginning, I was left out in the wind a bit after I got the paperwork going. Besides that, Sarah, the rep, was amazing. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, professional, polite and understood everything.

Peachtree had the best deal for me. But doing the services, JG was better than Peachtree. They kept their word and was truthful about when I would receive my payment versus Peachtree, I waited for almost two weeks. And I had to go through a lot of stuff that I didn't have to go through with JG. Other than that, I had wonderful service with Peachtree. I would use them again if I have to.

Obtaining the money was smooth. Peachtree had my file. I showed just my ID, made sure it was me. They said that the money would be there in 42 hours, and they did it fast. When it comes to the service, people doing their job, they're decent people.

I was about to go with DRB while I was also working with Peachtree. I was working with both of them at the same time to see what information each one would give me and if it would line up with each other. I liked the salesperson at DRB a lot better except they gave me a quote right when I was about to jump on them, and then the next day they were like, "Oh, our computers had a glitch. We can't honor that quote anymore." I was like, "Okay. Well, you guys need to decide right now if your pocket or your word is more important to you." They chose their pocket.
I went to Peachtree and they were very professional for the most part. I started shopping around in freaking May or April. When I finally went with Peachtree, they got me in to see the judge pretty quickly and within a few weeks. The only problem was they didn't tell me about how, technically, the judge has 60 days to say yes or no. They said, "Oh, you know, we're gonna go in, see the judge, and if they approve, it'll be like a lickety-split type thing. Like we're gonna see him on the 30th, and by the 1st, you'll probably have your money, and it's not gonna be a big deal."
I have people I borrowed money from that are good friends of mine and I’m like, “Don’t worry, I’m going to court on the 30th. They’re probably gonna approve it. I should have it that next following week.” Instead it was like, “Oh, I don’t know why but it might take a few more weeks.” They were mad at me and it was not good at all. I had to call the judge’s chamber and I was just like, “Hey, I’m in like a predicament here ’cause I’m bad with money. I shouldn’t tell you that. But I borrowed a lot thinking I was gonna have this money. So, can you just get on with it? Not to mention it’s my money anyway. So, you know, just approve it.”
The whole situation was really stupid. The fact that I had to go plead my case to a judge that didn't know me about why I wanted my money, especially with a structured settlement that was set up when I was 19 years old. I had no idea why it took so long, but it did. The problem, too, was Peachtree does not set you up for success. Their lawyer called me the night prior to the court date and asked me a bunch of questions. I was not told anything that they were gonna say, which became a huge problem in our session because I was asked all these questions. Now she was going in front of the judge and opening me up to then answer her questions.
I've never been before a judge. I don't know whether I should stand or sit or say, yes, ma'am or your honor. I don't know courtroom etiquette. After that, I got all stressed out. Peachtree really didn't prep me really at all. The lawyer asked me if I had a financial advisor. I did. The judge was like, "Oh, is that true? You have a financial advisor?" I had to think quickly on the spot and be like, "Oh, well, she's not gonna wanna hear that I fired him because he was saying all the right things." We didn't need to talk about that. That didn't need to be brought up whatsoever.
Also, I had other investments. I had other annuities that I've liquidated in the past. That money is in this or that, but it's physically not here. She just goes right up there and she's like, "Oh, and he has other annuities that he's drawing money from, so he'd be fine if he does this." The judge looks at me, "Is that true?" And I'm like, "Well, not exactly." The lawyer didn't need to say that. We were about to be done.

I reached out to Peachtree and another company and Peachtree gave me the better deal. The reps I worked with were amazing, answered all of my questions, and got back to me in a timely manner. I was with another company for the last purchase I did and they took three to four days to get back to me on a simple question, when Peachtree was within an hour at most. Peachtree worked and helped me so much. They cared about what I was doing and made sure I got the money that I needed.

I've been using Peachtree for 14 years. They know me and my history. They send out frequent monthly gift cards that they authorize for me. They're very attentive. They seem to give quick responses and get me court dates and everything they need to make the process as quick and smooth as possible. It normally takes a lot sooner, but this time, the courts in Middlesex County kept delaying the court date. But Peachtree did everything they possibly could to communicate. They also even tried their best but were unable to offer me compensation for the wait.

I've dealt with Peachtree in the past with my structured settlements and I thought they would give me a better deal this time but the end results were not in my best interest. I should have qualified for a lot more funds than I received. It started off at the amount that I was comfortable with, but it was tremendously reduced. The reason why was not explained to me. They could have been a lot more customer friendly or fiduciary to me.

I was in a bad car accident. My car blew up, I was in the car, and somebody took me out of the car. I was 80% burned, and I had to do skin graft and 27 operations. Peachtree broke my payments down. Because I sold some annuities to them and that's been going on since 1998. I'm 65 now. I was 28 when the car accident occurred and I got my lawsuit when I was 29 from my attorney. I get funding every five years. They took about 20 years of my 5 years. I had it all the way up to 2017. At the end of my structured settlement, it was 200,000 twice, 2012 and 2017, and 2002 and 2007 was 100,000. 1997 and 1992 was 50,000 twice for both of them too. I received $22,623.94. When I first got the lawsuit from this lawyer that sued for me, I was signing up with $2,000 per month up to 30 years and a 4% annual rate. So it goes from $2,000 a month to $6,700, by the end of the 30 years it added up to.
Peachtree kept calling me and they wanted a transaction, but I told them no. So I told them I needed $150,000 to get a house and vehicle and furniture for my house. They told me they'd give me 45,000. So I went for the 45,000. When they sent me the paperwork for the 45,000, and I had a court date, they texted on my phone that my court date was canceled. Then I got a package through FedEx that I can receive 22,000. So I ended up accepting it. But another thing was the $200,000 that I had twice from 2012 and 2017, they were taking money out of that, and I never did receive that and the other $100,000 twice from 2002 and 2007.

Peachtree has been fantastic. We did six deals. However, I didn't like that when I didn't wanna do a deal, they were constantly calling me. Also, they shouldn't sell my information to their rival or sister company. Their rivals were constantly calling me, telling me, "Peachtree is not gonna give you this." But if I had to do it again, Peachtree would be the company that I would go with. They don't lie to you. You know what you're getting yourself into. They give you an opportunity to even get a lawyer. They send the notary out. They do everything to make sure that they protect the people they're dealing with. The people would call you up. They do a good job of doing what they do.

Everything went well. I sent Peachtree Financial an email and within a few minutes, they reached out to me. I told them I was at work and I couldn't talk on the phone, so they texted me instead. We got the process started and a lot of stuff that we needed to do was handled through texting or email, which was convenient for me. They did a good job communicating about any information that was needed from me and answered any questions or concerns that I had. They were also very good about following up with me and touching base, usually, on a weekly basis. They let me know where things stood and checked in to see how I was doing. It was a very positive experience. I'm finished with the program, and it helped out a lot. I had a lot of credit card debt that I wanted to pay off, and I was able to do that. If I had to refer people, I would refer them to Peachtree. They were very helpful. There were a couple of different people I would deal with.

And then it was only a couple days after that. There were a few hiccups here and there but it was just misinformation that happened. Other than that, everything was fine.

They were in a hurry to assist me with anything I call about. The transaction I did with them is a 60-day process. I thought they would have called and checked on the situation a little more instead of just calling when they need something done or find out if I needed any assistance completing anything. The rep I dealt with was annoyed if ever I called and wanted to talk to her. Also, they could have given me a better offer. They got almost $700,000 in payments from me.

My experience with Peachtree was all right. I got what I needed and the people that I worked with were pretty cool. The total process took like a month. I went to a hearing, filled out some paperwork and went with the notary public. Peachtree helped me out a lot, but I was trying to get a $500 bonus for signing up and I didn't see that.

For how the annuity buying goes, it is unfair in a sense, but if you need it and you have to do it, you just realize that and you do it. I went with Peachtree twice, and this time, it came out good for me. From the first time we tried, it ended up going up almost $15,000. My rep, Chris, helped me a bunch. Chris and the others did me a good job for what we were up against. We kept trying and it finally happened. I was happy with them.

I’ve used Peachtree three times in my life and my experience has always been good. The last time I went with them, I worked with Michael and he seemed a little green, but he was all right. It's always good to see if people are using their money the right way or if they need more, and they're doing a good job. I took out 22,000 to build a garage in my house and it turned out that it wasn't enough to cover the permits and the concrete. I needed at least 30,000.

The only thing was when I went to court, the judge told the secretary, "I'm not gonna grant this because it's not a good amount of money that this man will be getting back." The lady called the rep on the phone and talked to him, then they came back and said, "We'll give you this amount," which was another certain amount.

It was a year later and I turned 18, but on the papers, I was 17, so I went to settle it. We did it two times before, but it didn't work. And the last time, it was long, but it all worked out. I called nine different companies and huge organizations. I got quotes from everybody and kind of felt out the companies. I got the best experience from Chris at Peachtree. We're not exactly tied up at the end now. We have a little bit left to go. But I got the lump sum of my payments and it went pretty smooth. It was just me sending in paperwork, screenshots or pictures of it. There's a couple of holdback payments from some of the payments overlapping. So they're waiting to see if those come through or not and then Peachtree will send it to me.
The communication has been fantastic. Chris has been very helpful. He's been on top of things. He's been reaching out to me just about weekly to make sure that everything is still good, and seeing if I've had any questions. So he's been really great at communicating. The longest process was setting up the court date because I had to go in person. That one was a lot farther out than I had expected. But that's not anything on Peachtree. Other than that, everything was easy and smooth. If I have anybody else that's ever going through the same thing or if I ever need to settle more payments, I'd feel comfortable going back through Peachtree.

I spoke to Peachtree all the time over the phone and everything was fine until it got to time to issue the funds. The court hadn't sent over my paperwork. But the customer support was okay and I would recommend Peachtree. They met my needs and they are a good company. It just wasn't within the timeframe of 24 to 48 hours that they promised. The process took two months.

I hope I would never sell part of my structured settlement again. But if I did, I would only do it if it was with Peachtree and my agent. I wouldn't do it with another Peachtree agent. That's how much I liked him. Peachtree, compared to everyone else, even the sister company, was the best overall and I felt the most comfortable with. Peachtree was a bit more personable, maybe because they're smaller. My personal agent has been very professional and made me feel comfortable. He told me why to go with the service in the beginning. And I would be transparent with him the whole way through.
If I called and he would be on a call, before the person that picked up and told me he was on a call, he would be calling on the other line. I felt skeptical about having to sell part of my settlement as a whole. But Peachtree was so transparent. If I said, “If it's not that important, I cannot talk today. I’m busy with work,” they would respect that and not call. But they would text. Also, the original court date that I had was bumped up, so it sped up the process.

The only thing I don't like about Peachtree is that I'm supposed to get a certain amount of money. When I asked them if I'm getting the whole 29,500, they said yes. But when I got my money, it was only 27,000. They said they took 500 out for a bonus check that's supposed to be mine. Also, with the other 2,000 I was asking for, they're talking about waiting on my insurance company to see what they'd do. If my insurance company doesn't send them the money, they're gonna hold my money. That wasn't in the agreement. I called the next day after I got my money and the rep said he'll look into it. But I haven't had any call back since and I don't know what's going on. Other than that, their service has been great. Everything else has been good.

The process was pretty quick. The quality of the service was good. Unfortunately, the quote was a little bit off. They quoted it at five grand but then they tried dropping it down. But I didn't let that sit. I still got the full five grand. Then the pay out took a little longer than anticipated. Peachtree should have their ducks in a row a little bit better. The person who does all the final signing was on vacation when they completed it. So I had to wait until he got back from vacation. We got everything closed on the 12th. He didn't come back until the 28th and I didn't get paid until the middle of January. I've done this process before in the past. It's never taken that long. But they do their job and they're efficient. Make sure you got the time to wait and you don't need the money immediately. It might take a moment.

They're a good company. I had a caregiver. I was married but my wife passed away six years ago. I had a condo. I had a car, but my wife and I bought a ‘13 Chevrolet Malibu LS, and I used to love that car. But I was manipulated by the caregiver and she called Peachtree and got everything scheduled or set up. She was really bad, manipulating it, and right now I'm suing that caregiver. I went through Peachtree again and because that caregiver manipulated me so badly, I had next to nothing from what Peachtree can offer or give me. The gentleman I had, Michael, was really nice. We got everything going. They got me my money, but I still think I was robbed through them because they only offered me so much. If Peachtree could've offered more money, I would have really been happier.

Dominique was my contact person and she was very pleasant and professional. I appreciate the way she handled me. She was very considerate of not just making a sale but also was concerned about me as a person. That was very important to me because this wasn't my first time doing something like this and she kept me in the loop. I knew every step that was taking place before it happened. A couple of times things had to be rescheduled and Dominique let me know before it was just thrown in my face. She gave me a heads-up call to let me know what was going on and why it was transpiring. She immediately followed up to let me know when my next date was.
I really appreciate the fact that she didn't just let it take me by surprise. Because the first time it happened, it was the day before the court date was scheduled. That was very important to me and very impactful that she didn't just let me go to court to find out. As soon as she found out, she contacted me and told me she would follow up with me as soon as she knew. She was so on top of everything that even before my attorney could contact me to let me know, Dominique had already informed me and had already set up a date that would accommodate my schedule.
All went very well with Peachtree. All the individuals on the team that I spoke with were very professional and they were concerned about not just them making the purchase but what I wanted, so that made all the difference. Once I let them know it was very important to me not just to be setting up the purchase but that I was kept informed at every step at every level, they were very considerate of that. I would even sometimes get weekly calls, so they did very well. The process took about three months.

My experience with Peachtree was nice. I always missed the communication once or twice, then we would get back to communicating and the transition went good. They needed the paperwork for why I wanted to do the settlement, where it's coming from, what am I gonna use the money for, and my ID and Social Security. It took about three to four months for us to get the money, but I got it four days after I met with the judge. Peachtree helped me with my senior college experience, being able to travel back and forth for internships.

My thing was a little different to deal with because I've got some extracurricular legal activities in these courts around here and they've tried to take my settlement about four years ago. Her experience in the matter helped me see things the way she was talking about it. It might have been a mistake the way I would have handled it.

I felt like I could have gotten a little bit more money from Peachtree. But I was in the middle of a crisis, so I took whatever they were offering because that was what I needed at the time. Other than that, they treated me nicely and with respect, so I got nothing bad to say about the company. If I know somebody that has a settlement who wants to start the settlement, and they asked me if I knew a company, I would tell them to go with Peachtree.

Peachtree took all of my money and overcharged me with interest rates. Right now, I'm getting ready to start investigating with the insurance company as to them taking my lump sums away. They weren't supposed to have been doing that. There was a lot of things in previous years that were done to my account that caused me to wind up with just $5,000, and them taking $100,000-some. They need to stop taking people's money like that.

Peachtree is a phenomenal company and they take care of their customers. When they gave me my first offer, I felt that maybe it might be a little bit low. I asked them if there was anything better they could do and over the weekend, they came back and said they could. Then, because I was a returning customer, once I signed all the paperwork, they even offered me a welcome back bonus kind of thing which was completely out of the blue. It was a fantastic bonus. They were also very positive in regards to the reasonings why I needed to pull out of my annuity and the entire process was really easy.

The process with Peachtree wasn't really too easy. The amount that I was asking for and what they were trying to receive back was too much. I was asking for almost $40,000 and they wanted almost 100 and something thousand dollars back. At the time, when I was doing it, I really didn't really understand. But at the time, I really needed the money because I was pregnant. I definitely won't do it again.

Was told the process would take no more than 4 to 6 weeks. Took almost 3 months. Went to court to have a judge sign off on the order for Peachtree to buy my settlement and Peachtree's attorney/Peachtree messed up the wording on the court document and had to wait another month to get another court date. If I had to do it again I would go with another company who has their stuff together rather than Peachtree.

This is in regards to the PreSettlement Department, everyone else appeared to be business as usual. Even the sales Department of Presettlement was very attentive and literally called me within 30 seconds both times I left an online inquiry out of desperation for answers. Tues Morning I called and got THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP IN THR WORLD. I had a ton of questions, thought I had a super unusual case and wanted to know if thought they'd be able to help. He stated they'd look at the documents. Gave me all kinds of shortcuts and said, "Yes, this is what we do." I was so so thankful that hope even if just the size of a mustard seed was enough to keep me going another day.
Come Thursday I had not heard a word. I called and was told that my lawyer needed to send the application in so I got on that and then so did my lawyer. Immediately. So naturally after knowing they had all of the necessities to go over my file today, I began calling in the morning. They were closed. Different time zones. No problems. I called all day. Each time I was sent to a voice mail or the like would pick up and hang up. One time I called the 800 number and I got the sales guy that called me at records speed that absolutely just couldn't give me any information what's so ever. No one in this avenue has ever told me they couldn't tell me anything and they'd have to transfer me. Ok so there must be something wrong with their phone lines. I also emailed them and messaged them on Facebook. Neither message was read nor replied to.
It's also Friday before a long weekend. Now I understand sometimes things happen, but if you aren't getting inbound calls, you aren't weighed down by that, can you answer a message? Or allow any of the other Department to do anything other than transfer me to a line that was going to voicemail. I honestly felt like a highschool girl being ghosted by my boyfriend. My worry and anxiety is already on high with current circumstances so having to wait an additional 4 days just for an update? 72 hours was longer for this kind of financial relief but now we are going into 7 days, circumstantial, I understand, but for me as the consumer this was absolutely hideous.
I have never worked at a firm that relied so heavily on inbound calls and let them go and entire day of not being answered. I'm disappointed and honestly heartbroken. When folks are in my situation, you just want someone to be kind to you and treat you as if you are a priority. You would have been prioritizing my interest rate right? I think I'm regards to moving forward, I require a little bit more of a customer focused corporation that I can actually get ahold of during business hours. Very, very disappointed.

Everything Peachtree said they would do, they did it. I bought a house that I went upside down on. So me getting the money from Peachtree helped me get my house back in order. Anybody who needed the money from a structured settlement, I will automatically tell them go to Peachtree and call Mike because he's one of the best. Peachtree helped me with me doing that structured settlement. I should have got my money all at one time. I could have got a lot more, instead of me paying somebody else. They draw interest off my money. I should have never done a structured settlement. But since that was the way I decided to go, Peachtree has been wonderful.

He was patient with me and he wasn’t bugging me and telling me that I got to this and that. Peachtree went out of the way to help me instead of trying to push me to do it like JG Wentworth. I did a loan with Peachtree before, which is the reason why I went back to them.

I waited to sell a piece of my annuity but I had to do it. It took some time. But I rather it took some time than it being rushed through and not done properly. Peachtree answered any questions. It was straight up. The judge has the last word and she told me not to do this again, don't get myself in that much debt and don't sell any more annuity payments. Because this is what I live off of. I was in car accident, which is why I receive the payments that I received. People should do business with Peachtree. Life is better because I was able to pay off my debts. As long as they’re being honest and only taking what they said they’re gonna take, everything is great.

The team that was assigned to me was honestly the best. Shannon, her managers, and the underwriting team did an exceptional job. They meticulously explained the process and guided me through the steps. There was constant communication so I never felt in the dark about what was going on. I would get one to two texts weekly on status updates. The whole process took several months due to covid and delays, but upon the final stretch, a court date had been provided which was months away. The Peachtree team was able to move up the court date to a date far earlier than anticipated! The service I got was great. But the approval took long. That was understandable because when dealing with the county where I'm from, the process is longer. We started in December and we got the court hearing within a month. I waited about 90 days for the approval for the funds to go through. Other than that, customer support was very supportive and consistent.

The agent that was assigned to me was personable, super communicative and kept me updated all the time with what was going on and with dates. It was a good experience overall. The process was straightforward and the customer support was great. We didn't always have to be on the phone. It was nice to be able to just shoot a text whenever and know I was gonna get a reply back as soon as possible, rather than having to play phone tag. A few different times, Peachtree had to send a notary out to get certain stuff signed. I moved around a lot and they accommodated me well when it came to that. I could get anybody anytime, anywhere I was for that. I'm only 23, so I was stuck when it came to having to move out. My last landlord screwed me over with trying to increase my rent because of the whole housing market right now. It was just crazy. Peachtree was perfect. I wouldn't have tried to go for it if I didn't need it.

Everything's good with all the situations I've had with Peachtree. I've always worked with the same guy, Mike, who was the guy who helped my dad before he passed. He seems concerned. He's always looking out and making sure we're good. My dad came down here and bought the house with my uncle as is, and I've only been in the whole situation and scene for about a year. Because right after my dad passed away, I was only around for four months and then I went back to Pennsylvania. There's still a little bit more that needs to be done. It's three years behind on land taxes so it's almost $7,000 there. There are a lot of repairs to be done as far as the roof and the kitchen needs to be refinished. They were multiple months behind on all of the bills and I didn't come back with a bunch of savings and money in the bank, so I had to get to work. It was a bad situation and Peachtree was an option so I went for it. And it helped.
We’re a lot better off now than we were when I got here. I ended up injuring my knee though so I've been out of work for seven weeks now. But I make decent money, so when I'm working, I can take care of the bills and the house, which was why we decided to go for this more recent transaction. We didn't even need that much but that was the lowest amount, that Mike says you could do. We gotta do whatever we gotta do to keep it afloat. It’s either that or get a home equity loan against the house, which I didn’t wanna do.
For people in my situation, it's nice to be able to have the option. But the rates are a little ridiculous. The clients could probably get away with not paying as high rates as they pay. I understand how the process works. But I also understand that if I did pay the money to go get a lawyer, I would probably get a better deal. Or the lawyer would probably tell me to go with this company or that company, or don't do it at all, because I’m getting taken advantage of. But at the same time, we're living in the first world country. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter. I get it and me and my uncle used the process because it's nice to have it there.

I used Peachtree Financial Solutions in the past, but I wasn't very happy with them this time and I don't know if I'll use them again. I thought they were going to use the same attorney I used last time, and they came up and used an attorney that my mom knows very well. I did not trust him because he did some very shady stuff in the past. I asked Peachtree to have the attorney changed because I didn't trust the confidentiality agreement with him and that I didn't want my mom to find out about it. They refused to change the attorney.
Also, I signed some papers for the life insurance, and I was told on the Friday before my court date that everything was ready to go. Monday, I did the court date, then Tuesday, I said, "Hey, when is the money supposed to be deposited?" They said, "Oh, 24 to 48 hours." Thursday, I called too. Nobody let me know there was an issue with the life insurance, and they were waiting on something. Because they insured it for longer than they were supposed to. It took two weeks after the court date to get the money after I told the bank I was gonna pay bills off and I told them to stop drafting my account for the payment. I incurred late fees and extra interest that Peachtree told me they were gonna take care of, but they never did.

There was a wrongful death of my father and my older sister went to Peachtree when she was 18 and was able to get her funding. She told me that Peachtree was really good. I had the same thing, but I didn't know how to get my settlement. And she said, "Just go through Peachtree. They helped me out a lot. They helped me get everything I needed to do." She gave me all the information. She told me to talk to Chris, who was one of the best guys she worked with.
I had a good experience with Peachtree. They were very kind and thoughtful. The rep calls up a lot and tries to make sure we're doing okay. They keep up with me. And whenever it came time to my court date and the judge, and if he wanted to see if I could get even a bit more money, they called whoever they needed to, and they worked through it and were able to get it for me. And every time I had a question, even if they weren't in the office at the moment, as soon as they came into the office, they contacted me. They made sure I had everything I needed to have. They kept me up to date with my court date because I have seizures and things and I can't remember a lot. So, they helped me on what to say to a judge, how to say it, how to be professional, because I've never dealt with anything like this. I liked it a lot. It was perfect.

I’m still working with Peachtree and so far, so good. I enjoy it. The quality of service is a little slow, but it does work. It would be good if they could speed the process up a little bit and maybe give their clients higher offers. For example, I had a $20,000 lump sum, and they’re only offering me 3,000. I’ve pretty much sold everything else that I have to them. I had a large annuity, and now it's pretty much gone except for 20,000 and since it’s so far out, they're only offering me 3,000 for it. Other than that, working with Peachtree showed me that things can happen as long as you do it right. They can help.

It was easy with Peachtree. They have you sign a contract and everything is right there. They try to do it on the phone with you so they can answer any questions if you have them. That was nice. When I first talked to the person who I spoke with at Peachtree, he told me it would be an easy process but it was very aggravating and it was too long. I just got my money last month. I started in April. I was told I was supposed to get my money on July the 4th, and I didn't get it on July the 4th. I had three court dates to get my loan. It was different from when my brother got his money because he did the same thing five years ago. He didn't have to go through the stuff that I went through. The customer support was good. The person I was working with and his manager were very good. The process was just too long. I needed my money for a downpayment for a home. The dates he told me was the date I had told the people for the house and I couldn't get the house. It was just too much.

As stressful as 2020 was I looked forward to the new year. I decided to purchase my first home. I contacted several companies to sell part of my annuity. I questioned each broker to see which company would give me the best return on my future payments. Peachtree, hands down, gave me the best price. They offered several thousand over their competitors.
I was fortunate enough to have my transaction handled by Rick **. Rick was competent, honest and extremely helpful. He answered any question I posed and also offered sound advice during the process. I felt he genuinely cared about me not only as a client but also a person. The process was quick. I'm talking weeks not months from start to finish. I've done several transactions in past years, but this, by far, was the best. Don't think once you have your money Peachtree forgets about you. Rick still calls to see how I am. Peachtree gave me the best offer. Working with them was simple too. It wasn't difficult to communicate what needed to be done. New Jersey processes overall are terrible, but working with them wasn't. I like their time efficiency and making sure that the customer, myself, was taken care of properly. Their customer support was A-plus.

I feel good about the process of Peachtree. The person that helped me took his time explaining everything to me and I was able to understand everything. He would talk to me. I felt really comfortable with that. I did my last transaction at the beginning of May and Chris, the person that was helping me throughout this transaction, stayed in contact with me and would tell me if I ever need to do anything else. All the times that I have needed help, they’ve been able to help me to get what I need for myself.

I was disrespected by my case representative. I was given a lecture whenever I explained that I was busy at the moment and couldn't speak. She proceeded to speak anyways. I was on speaker phone. The representative blurted out "I just need to know what you intend to do with the $46,000 you are getting tomorrow!" Wow. Great. Thanks for letting my whole construction crew that I was getting $46,000 tomorrow! I again, nicely explained that I was not able to talk at the moment. I WAS AGAIN LECTURED ON THE IMPORTANCE OF HER CALL.
You wait until the day before court, after we've been talking for months, to ask me a question I've already answered several times. Then act like I owe you to answer your call and answer your questions at that second. No apology was given, she just further explained why it was ok that she didn't ask me if I was busy and why it was ok that she could call me and I need to answer it and answer her questions immediately. At that point I cussed her out of the company group text, lol. Next thing you know the Vice President is handling the file. Still no apology for the way these companies act. They are vultures. They will hound you and call you 3 times a day whether you tell them not to or not. I THOUGHT MAYBE PEACHTREE WAS DIFFERENT. NOPE. They do the same thing.
I still don't fully understand their relationship with JG Wentworth and why they work you back and forth until you sign with one of them. Beware of the multiple companies that operate under different names but are the same company pretending to offer diversity however it is more like a monopoly. Shop.shop.shop. Make sure you are getting the most money you can. Enjoy your endless phone calls, mailers and pushy representatives with Peachtree. I only gave 2 stars because I got my money without delay.

Was a good experience. Make sure that you are prepared to tell a court appointed guardian why you need to do this and have a reasonable explanation for it. WV appoints someone to be sure that decisions aren’t made that take advantage of the seller, Peachtree did really well in explaining each step and what was required to do the sell. They were in contact with me weekly and it wasn’t a computer on the other side.

This was my third transaction with Peachtree, and it was my most frustrating due to this global pandemic, the state & county my petition was filed in, and the lack of urgency from the county court judge, & clerk but, my rep Jason ** keep me positive and got me to the finish line. I thank him and his associates at Peachtree for all of their hard work to get me out of a dire financial situation.

This was my second transaction with Peachtree, my interactions with Chris were excellent; he is informative, friendly, and is on point to handle issues when they arise. There was a specific instance at the end where he put in the extra work when the court orders were not getting delivered. I appreciate the dedicated point of contact role he provided, it made the process smoother than it would have otherwise been in this instance. Chris particularly, and 99% of my interactions with other reps, deserves 5 stars. I have my doubts about the attorneys' actions vs claims, regarding the court orders, that I personally would look into before they represent my interests in the future if I were in Peachtree's position.

I am a repeat customer to PTS for the simple fact that the customer service (in particular my personal agent Veronica **) is paramount and PTS takes their clients to a different level of customer service, they really do care about your individual financial needs. Selling this structured settlement is something that’s always been on my mind. I had no idea where to start and no idea what needed to be done. Patrick and Peachtree had no problem answering any and every question I had, the communication Was excellent and at no point in time did I feel pressured or feel like it wasn’t being taking into my best interest.
