I started the process with a call to Peachtree because I have worked with them before. Jamie was there to assist me and answer all my questions. I then continued to shop around in order to find the best opportunity. When I spoke to her again she was confident in assuring me that peachtree would be able to give me the most, as well as the simplest and seamless transaction. That is exactly what was accomplished. She walked me through every step and made sure I had no worries. Very impressed with the service and I greatly appreciate all the work her and the team put in. Thank you!

I couldn't have asked for a better company than Peachtree to turn to in my time of financial crisis. I was going through a very difficult time, and didn't know what I was going to do. I had seen commercials regarding the sale of structured settlements and annuities, but I was nervous and wasn't sure that route would be the best for me. I decided to sell the last payout of my annuity to Peachtree. My annuity came in 5 payments and my next was due in approximately 3 years. I consulted with multiple companies and Peachtree was able to give me the best deal on my annuity. Along with giving the best quote, Peachtree was a friendly and easy company to work with. They called and texted whenever there was paperwork to be filled out or when I had any questions. The court process was relatively easy and they arranged the hearing, along with covering court fees. Overall, I am satisfied with the ease and the payout from working with Peachtree.

Veronica has always treated me special. She is a very hard worker and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. I trust her and everything she has done for me. I would highly recommend Peachtree for anyone needing assistance with their annuity.

I called a Matt just to request his email so I could forward some documents my attorney had sent to me to expedite the process. The first time I called I was hung up on without an email and the second time the email still wasn't provided but instead I was told they had to speak to my attorney AGAIN! Why? You already received authorization from my attorney and all you needed was more documentation. Why speak to him again and what are you hiding/afraid of that you can't provide me with a simple email? Such a joke that I can't get one piece of simple information without jumping through hoops.

They said they were going to give me a $500 signing bonus on top of a lump sum payment and when I received my check they deducted $500 from that amount promised and later said it was a cash advance which I never asked for? They cheated me $500 on top of the handsome profit they were already making off of me. Thanks a lot guys. Also the representative, **, had the nerve to chuckle at me when I called complaining about this trying to play it off like I was the wrong one.

Entering into a financial transaction with someone can be stressful. You don't really understand what's going on. You might feel left out of the loop. Due to me being misdiagnosed for 10 years by 7 different Neurologists I was forced to resign from my job/position I loved. When I needed my structured settlement money for some things I needed for my home, and to take care of some bills accrued Peachtree helped me get what I needed quickly and efficiently. I had dealt with them a few years ago, and was reminded why I asked them for help again!

I really liked that they were honest with me no matter the answer they had to give me. If I asked for something and they couldn't do it they would let me know right away. No dragging it out thinking I might get it. They always called me back, and they always treated me like they needed me more than I needed them.

My experience with Peachtree should have been better. I understand that they (Peachtree) needs to make a profit, but the amount they made on me was "really up there". They take the fact that you ARE in need of financial help and use that against you. The amount that Peachtree offers you and tells you what it will cost you, Peachtree almost DOUBLED the amount of money going back to them. Oh, they say that if you are not sure or not satisfied with that amount then you should say something in court. Let me tell you WHY nothing is said... me (client) can not say because of being in a "jam", in need of money (my money). Peachtree takes advantage of that. Peachtree is NOT HERE TO HELP ANYONE EXCEPT FOR THEMSELVES. I will not recommend Peachtree to anyone.
