Peachtree set up all of my appointments. I basically just had to show up and get the paperwork finished. The process was smooth. Their representative was awesome. They are a good company.

Peachtree Financial Solutions kept on sending my husband letters, and we chose them because they gave us a good deal. The process took about three months and they kept us on point with everything, so it was good.

I was scrolling online looking for settlement funding and I saw Peachtree, so they were the first people I called. Michael, the rep who was working with me, knocked everything out relatively quick, and from the day I called to the day I actually received the funds was about a month and a half.

Peachtree gave me the best quote. Signing up with them was pretty easy. They just emailed me everything and I was able to do it right then and send it back. If you needed any paperwork, I could take a picture and send it. Their customer support was very good. They checked in with me constantly, making sure that I was okay and I understood everything. They walked me through the process.

I was tired of my structured settlement not gaining any interest or even adjustments for inflation. From the time my settlement came in to when I sold it, it had not gained anything, so it's the initial value, and I cannot stomach losing to inflation and knowing how the stock market moves. I called Peachtree Settlement Funding and negotiated for the best deal possible. Once there was an agreed-upon deal, I signed some paperwork and showed up to court. However, when I initially was told that there would be an attorney present, I asked if the attorney was mine or if it was Peachtree’s. I was told that it was mine, but the attorney told me it was Peachtree’s. I strongly said that I want an attorney present. I wanted them to be there in person, but I did not know the attorney wouldn't be there until two days before, so I was a little frustrated regarding both of those.

When Peachtree Financial Solutions was trying to get me to sign, they were polite and they called three times a day. But when it was time to cash out, it took them forever to get me my settlement. It was like a push-off, and they didn't care once the paper was signed and the course was done. They completely lost interest and I had to call them multiple times to get things done. They went to the day of the release to tell me that. “Why wasn't this taken care of if you knew it had to be taken care of?” They have to have all these documents to satisfy the underwriter.

I've worked with Peachtree several times, and everything worked out smoothly. Peachtree is good to work with, and working with them got me a new car.

Worst company in the world, breached a contract for $25500 on the day I get to court. They offer me $11000. Losing me over three thousand dollars on a property contract. If you trust this company, you are as foolish as they are and God bless your stupid decision. I would never, ever use this company again. Nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy 😁

Peachtree had the best quality for me. I like how they handled me, they explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I know my money matters to them, but they never treated me like that.

I would not recommend them at all. I have done transactions with Peachtree and with Catalina and would by far recommend Catalina. Peachtree was very deceptive and outright lied to me. I worked with Michael and he was very rude.

This is very important for me, especially when dealing with such large transactions and establishing a rapport. I recommend any customer to work with Shannon and her team if they want professionalism, a person who they can trust to get the job done and someone who will go above and beyond for their clients.
