Michael was a true professional. Everyone in this company has been great with service but he went above and beyond to explain where exactly I was in the program. I didn’t feel like I was just another phone call. Can’t recommend this company enough.

I never thought being in Debt could be so stressful, but PACIFIC DEBT Has helped me through it WAY ABOVE EXPECTATION! I had tried two other Debt relief companies before and felt like I had struck out twice and had one more left 😥

I was hesitant at first. In my hands the debt was out of control. Covid limited my income. Eventually interest was high, the payments were high. With Pacific Debt's guidance I now have better credit. I have worked out a budget to save money and pay it towards the debt. For me my experience was a savings of 45% to 50% with the settling of the final payoff number. I would like to recommend Pacific Debt to anyone. I have been with them for nearly a year and so far I'm very satisfied. The only thing you have to do is send them any letters that you receive from your creditors and of course make sure you have enough funds for the withdrawal. They will take care of the rest. Also, they are very understanding and they will work around your paydays. I honestly being with them is a peace of mind. The process to me is easy and simple to understand and follow.

Well there is good and bad. Good news is it wasn’t going to be financially wise to go through with this. BAD news is even after I was told I was canceled they still charged me making my account negative. Twice they tried to charge me. Twice I was given a NSF fee of $36 total $72. They are refusing to pay the fee they made me acquire! And it was a bit of a wrestling match to get back all the fees they charge to do this. And I only got them to agree to refund (but not yet received) this fees because I explained had I been sent the requested documents I asked for not once not twice BUT 3X we never would have got to the point of these fees being paid for. They wanted to pay off debt that is about to fall off my credit anyway.

Many years ago I did one of those online credit help surveys. Pacific Debt reached out to me. I had a credit card that was out of control due to fraud that I didn't catch and the bank refused to reimburse. Pacific debt had me set up a second chequing account and use that for their pre auth. I believe they withdrew 70 bucks a month. I was under the impression this was going to pay the debt but it wasn't. The CC company took me to court. I asked PD what they were going to do and they said they would handle it. Next thing I knew my paycheques were being garnished because they didn't do what I was told they would do. The day I was garnished I went to a local company and immediately the garnishment was stopped and they made a fantastic deal on the debt. Pacific debt took my money and did nothing for me. It was later on that I realized they lied to me and don't actually deal in Canada. I tried making complaints but my agent kept changing.

Not only that, but she maintained a positive and professional attitude, even challenging me to provide more information to help me with understanding future situations and helped resolve my financial issue efficiently and effectively, leading me to write this evaluation of Jenni’s professional capability! I was very wary when researching for companies to help me with my debt. But if you have come across Pacific debt, thank the Lord because you are in great hands!!! From the very first call to my first settlement, they have walked with me hand-in-hand through the whole process. In the beginning, I felt like my debt was crushing me. I originally received a letter from Pacific Debt introducing me to their company. The fact that they have been working with people for years and are federally regulated were two facts that made me make a phone call. I immediately felt comfortable as I began to hear details about the program. Compared to two other companies, I chose Pacific debt to help me with my goals. I'm so happy with the help I got from Pacific Debt Relief! I was really struggling with debt and didn't know what to do. But they were amazing! First, they listened to my problems and made a plan just for me. Then, they worked with my creditors to Lower my debt. They made it so I could pay a smaller amount each month, which was a huge help, They were nice. Everyone was. They explained everything in a way that made sense to me and were always there to answer my questions. PDR taught me a lot about managing debt and how to avoid getting into trouble again. As of right now, I am being sued and I have received conflicting information from PDI about how they handle their negotiating. I just found out (and not from them) another law firm took over my debt from a consolidation company. Which to me, could lead to another lawsuit. The lack of transparency, communication and overall dedication is apparent. And, as of yesterday, they are trying to cut and run. They were depending on me to get a loan to settle the lawsuit. If I was able to have gotten a loan I would have never made a deal with this sham and still had a livelihood. They also suggested filing for bankruptcy. No helpful solutions just excuses. After being convinced that they were my best option by their sales people they have taken way more then they have given. They talk a lot and try to sound empathetic but it's just a script.

Julia is dedicated and professional with so much insightful information; such as setting up unknown callers to silent, dealing with closing inactive bank account. Roger ** and the team made a bad situation bearable, taking the stress and anxiety out of our lives. Divorce is never easy, and when finances get thrown in, it is really a mess. My son is finally free and clear of his marital debt and can really start his life over now. Roger's support and guidance was a blessing.

Julia ** is wonderful. I was so nervous calling and deciding to go this route with my huge amount of debt, but Julia was so patient and explained everything slowly and in detail so I understood exactly what I needed to do and how the process worked. I spoke to other companies but this was the one who seemed to think of me as a person. Julia has called me several times to see if I was still happy and comfortable with how my program was progressing.. Like I said, she is the best!

It was pretty easy to enroll at Pacific Debt, except after I got started, I got lost to where I was supposed to be and what I was supposed to do. But Nicholas, the rep, gave me his number and told me to call if I needed anything, and he’s been very helpful. So far, everything’s good.

The Pacific Debt rep that emailed me, emailed me a lot of information about Pacific Debt. He didn't bug me and just called me back when I said, “Call me back and let me look over some information.” He gave me time to look it over. He was also more convincing than the other people that I was talked to. I felt more at ease with him, but I’m still having problems convincing myself to do this. I’m going through it, but I’m still gonna pay them a couple of my bills. The other person that I talked to was pretty nice too. I wasn’t able to pay my rent and couldn’t pay my utilities. But with Pacific Debt, I would be able to do that. When I signed up for consumer credit counseling, they gave me a monthly payment that I could still survive.

I was trying to get consolidated and somebody recommended Pacific Debt to me. I also checked out a few of them and it was all hitting around the same kind of mob. With the Coronavirus, a lot of are things going on right now. It’s not even close to normal times. I tried one or two before I changed my mind. I then tried to get back to work and didn’t get back working. I said that I’d go ahead with Pacific Debt and hopefully, I could get back to work and get it. The Pacific Debt rep was pretty good.

The picture and the stories on Facebook made me decide to use Pacific Debt. I worked with a team of three and they got on me on getting things so they could help me. They were able to help me out by designing the plan, showing me how to do it, and sending me information. They also gave me a specific timeframe.

When I looked at Pacific Debt, they looked like someone I might want to work with. I’m just a month behind on my bills, but I was told that I needed to be about three months behind. I was concerned about that because I didn’t wanna do that. I wanted to start working on my bills immediately but they said I needed to be behind on the bills before they could call and say anything on my behalf.
