I originally received a letter from Pacific Debt introducing me to their company. The fact that they have been working with people for years and are federally regulated were two facts that made me make a phone call. I immediately felt comfortable as I began to hear details about the program. Compared to two other companies, I chose Pacific debt to help me with my goals. Everyone I talked to told me exactly what to expect and how to go about things. One of their representatives Jill, calls me every month to let me know about the progress made. I've had no doubts that everything was being handled so I could reach my financial goals and get out of debt. I'm so happy with the help I got from Pacific Debt Relief! I was really struggling with debt and didn't know what to do. But they were amazing! First, they listened to my problems and made a plan just for me. Then, they worked with my creditors to Lower my debt. They made it so I could pay a smaller amount each month, which was a huge help, They were nice. Everyone was. They explained everything in a way that made sense to me and were always there to answer my questions. PDR taught me a lot about managing debt and how to avoid getting into trouble again. As of right now, I am being sued and I have received conflicting information from PDI about how they handle their negotiating. I just found out (and not from them) another law firm took over my debt from a consolidation company. Which to me, could lead to another lawsuit. The lack of transparency, communication and overall dedication is apparent. And, as of yesterday, they are trying to cut and run. They were depending on me to get a loan to settle the lawsuit. If I was able to have gotten a loan I would have never made a deal with this sham and still had a livelihood. They also suggested filing for bankruptcy. No helpful solutions just excuses. After being convinced that they were my best option by their sales people they have taken way more then they have given. They talk a lot and try to sound empathetic but it's just a script.

Julia ** is wonderful. I was so nervous calling and deciding to go this route with my huge amount of debt, but Julia was so patient and explained everything slowly and in detail so I understood exactly what I needed to do and how the process worked. I spoke to other companies but this was the one who seemed to think of me as a person. Julia has called me several times to see if I was still happy and comfortable with how my program was progressing.. Like I said, she is the best!

It was pretty easy to enroll at Pacific Debt, except after I got started, I got lost to where I was supposed to be and what I was supposed to do. But Nicholas, the rep, gave me his number and told me to call if I needed anything, and he’s been very helpful. So far, everything’s good.

The Pacific Debt rep that emailed me, emailed me a lot of information about Pacific Debt. He didn't bug me and just called me back when I said, “Call me back and let me look over some information.” He gave me time to look it over. He was also more convincing than the other people that I was talked to. I felt more at ease with him, but I’m still having problems convincing myself to do this. I’m going through it, but I’m still gonna pay them a couple of my bills. The other person that I talked to was pretty nice too. I wasn’t able to pay my rent and couldn’t pay my utilities. But with Pacific Debt, I would be able to do that. When I signed up for consumer credit counseling, they gave me a monthly payment that I could still survive.

I was trying to get consolidated and somebody recommended Pacific Debt to me. I also checked out a few of them and it was all hitting around the same kind of mob. With the Coronavirus, a lot of are things going on right now. It’s not even close to normal times. I tried one or two before I changed my mind. I then tried to get back to work and didn’t get back working. I said that I’d go ahead with Pacific Debt and hopefully, I could get back to work and get it. The Pacific Debt rep was pretty good.

The picture and the stories on Facebook made me decide to use Pacific Debt. I worked with a team of three and they got on me on getting things so they could help me. They were able to help me out by designing the plan, showing me how to do it, and sending me information. They also gave me a specific timeframe.

When I looked at Pacific Debt, they looked like someone I might want to work with. I’m just a month behind on my bills, but I was told that I needed to be about three months behind. I was concerned about that because I didn’t wanna do that. I wanted to start working on my bills immediately but they said I needed to be behind on the bills before they could call and say anything on my behalf.

I inquired about Pacific Debt before and I know how this program works but the way the rep explained it earned my trust. They provided the lowest monthly payment, which was what I was aiming for. The debt settlement process was extremely simple and they made it even easier to understand. The rep introduced himself and gave me his main contact number. I told him that I didn’t wanna speak with five different people. If they were gonna explain something, I wanna be able to come back to them so they could answer the questions that I have. They said that wasn’t a problem. The first person introduced me to the program and he said that he was not gonna be handling my account, but I could always count on him for anything. Then, he put me in contact with someone else. So far, I'm completely comfortable with the process. I was talking to two other companies as well and it didn’t seem like I could trust them.

We had a super positive relationship during our program process starting in August 2019. Julia was very helpful and always available for any questions that we had. She followed up with us every couple of weeks to make sure we were happy with the process and to make sure she was available for us. She was always super positive and upbeat which was a blessing to deal with.

Pacific Debt had a really good rating, and they were able to help me with my massive debt. They gave me an affordable monthly payment amount and they would directly pay my debtors and try to negotiate the settlement prices on the debt to a lower one, so I was able to afford it all. The only thing I didn't like was having to wait six months being so severely in debt, but that was the only way to get the negotiation down. Of course my credit was hit horribly, but other than that, I have enjoyed my experience with them.

Pacific Debt's service was excellent and the program was good. My two account managers were professional and I was comfortable interacting them. I talked to them two or three times on the phone and some stuff through text. They got a hold with all my creditors and gave me a good monthly payment. The agreed amount was fine. I even increased it to another $100 later on. They made payment over a certain amount of time and their settlement program didn't take as long as I thought it would. I'm now done with it and so far, my credit is better. I've got more money, less debt and less stress, too. It was a good experience, overall. If somebody would be in the same boat, I'd tell them to go to Pacific Debt and they'll help them.

Pacific Debt helped me consolidate my credit card debt. My representative was good. He had very good communication with me and gave me the details before moving forward with anything. So, it was good. They asked me what payment plan was comfortable for me and we went from there. The program is pretty good the way it is. It’s helping me build my credit back up. It’s working for me so far.

When I was getting into debt, I used Pacific Debt again. Sometimes though, their account manager could interact better with me. I've reached out to them and it has taken days for them to respond and get back to me. For my payment plan, their reps would contact me and let me know that they've made a settlement. Then, they would send me the paperwork to sign off on. They explain everything too. Other than the communication issue, everything’s been really good with the program. I’ve enjoyed it.

I have credit card debt and after going online and searching, I went with Pacific Debt. Thus far, they've been sending me an email every month to let me know I can go online. I'll be done with the process in December and I'm happy and excited that it's almost over. Pacific Debt did a good job. Everything was straight up.

My friend recommended Pacific Debt to me. My experience with Pacific Debt has been going well. However, I contacted the number that I was texting someone and no one has answered back to me what I was asking. And I still haven’t viewed the account where the money has been going. But the process was easy. The rep explained everything as well. I feel comfortable with the payment too.

I shopped around and liked the Pacific Debt's approach. I read quite a bit and I was informed about how they commission and how they work so I was a bit more prepared to negotiate a better deal. I had a friend that actually went through the process so that helped me as well and made up my mind that I wanted to do it. The cost is fair and I really like how they have handled the process overall. They have been on top of it and calling me, and it's been good. It's a tough decision to make given the consequences but it has been making up for the lapse.

I ran into financial difficulties and I needed to try and get myself cleared out. I had to eliminate debts because I couldn’t pay them. I checked out Pacific Debt after I talked with them and they were rated pretty high. I know there are a lot of companies out there now but they seemed to be about as good as anybody. So, I went with them and my experience has been great so far. I got into a debt resolution program on my credit cards and they had it figured out for almost a complete four-year program. I enrolled approximately four months ago and right now, they're waiting. It’ll be about another month then they’ll start talking with the credit card companies and making arrangements. The reps I’ve dealt with have been good and they’ve answered all the questions I've asked. And they contact me a minimum of once a month.

Due to medical problems, I enrolled with Pacific Debt. I did that over the phone and it was pretty easy. Their customer service was professional and they were very good to me. I got a hold of them easily. They set me up on a good payment plan. It was straightforward and I understood it on the first go around. But I had to stop with the program for personal reasons.

From my first contact with Julia I felt very confident I was in good hands. She is aggressive in a good way, compassionate, a good listener and most importantly, reassuring. She contacts regularly & I always feel better after speaking with her.

Everyone I spoke with was compassionate, supportive and responded to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Julia was extremely informative and competent! I had no negative issues with Pacific Debt Inc. I do not regret having made the call to this organization.

Pacific Debt is doing the consolidation for the credit card debts I had. I started it in January so I’m like six months into it already and I haven't seen any progress. Also, I wish the payments were a little bit lower because I am having another child soon and it’s really hard.

I did some research online and Pacific Debt was the highest rated. Other people who has worked with them seemed satisfied and Pacific Debt’s methods of handling the accounts and everything was straightforward. I had a couple of credit cards that I was looking to refinance because they were too high as well as my credit percentage. So, they consolidated it into one account and helped me get a lower payment to get rid of all of it. I was told what I owed and how they were bound to a certain level, given negotiations with the bank. I had a set credit amount that I pay every month but the said amount of what I would be paying went up. They said that I had to pay a little bit more because I would have to pay a monthly fee of my credit card at a time. It made sense but I was never told about this in the beginning.

This past months would have been bad and very stressful, but for me they have been great! I found Julia, or Julia found me and she had helped me in every step of the way with getting started and understanding all that it is with Pacific Debt. I first talked to Julia when we started the program almost a year ago. I went to her with my fears, insecurities and uncertainty about the program. Our lives have been in a complete spiral after losing my job of 13 years, and two major surgeries. We were drowning in debt (a position we had not experienced). She has walked me off the ledge more than once. Most recently, (yesterday) I was frustrated and mad and concerned and even though she is not my account manager she once again eased my fears and concerns. In my humble little opinion, she is a rock star, She not only does her job amazingly well, she actually cares about her subjects. I would have gone insane by now if not for her, Thank you Julia for always being willing to help me even though I'm not yours to take care of. I really appreciate her.
