Inquired about other loans, Processing time period too long, loan only to be denied. Springleaf process is quicker, friendly and efficient.

The people at the Lake City office were great in helping me find a program that would help me with consolidation of my monthly bills and made it where I could be more comfortable with my payments. And the process was very smooth and comfortable and all the employees were fantastic. Thank you all.

Linda at the Hixson office is always professional, friendly, and willing to assist with any request. When I needed to change my appointment time, the office was accommodating. The loan process is quick, the different screens are explained, and clicking on the "accept" instead of having to sign, made the process quicker so I could get to my next appointment.

Taking out a loan is not usually a pleasant experience. Means something came up that you weren't prepared for. Jarrod and his crew in Pueblo, Co. go out of their way to make it as good as it gets. I first dealt with Jarrod years ago as a rep of the company and he's moved his way up, to it being his store. This shows his ability to provide the best customer service and shows that his bosses know greatness when they see it. We actually could have gone to our bank and gotten this loan but both the wife and myself preferred to deal with real people not a "system". Thanks to Jarrod and his crew, you've always been there for us when needed.

Tom was kind and understanding about my credit score being low due to some medical bills for myself and my step daughter. He worked with me to complete the process. Awesome that you can apply over the phone; it only takes a few hours to know if you are approved. If approved you can go to the office, sign your contract electronically (No paperwork to sign over and over again), and cash your check for free at the bank two doors down. I'm never treated as though they're doing me a favor even though they're actually doing me a huge favor! Everyone in the office has a great rapport with each other and helps each other out. I have recommended Springleaf and will continue to do so.

It all started with Credit Karma who suggesting Lending Club for debt consolidation, I was turned down. Lending Club suggested Spring Leaf who wanted to use my vehicle as collateral even though they said "You have excellent payment history". So they suggested One Main Financial who just turned me down and suggested Lending Club. I think these companies are run by the same individuals.
