This experience was very pleasant.

Overall able to pay off cash loan and save me money.

Sometimes emergencies come when you least expect it, and that was my case in November/December 2015. I had hit a deer with my back up vehicle pick up truck and because of its age and it seldom is driven more than a mile from my home, I decided to not put comprehensive insurance on it. When I hit the deer the damage was $1200 to $1500 dollars. I did not have that amount especially at Christmas time. But Springleaf came through for me and loaned me the money for repairs.

This was a bill consolidation loan that will assist me in having a lower payment per month while providing extra money for other expenses.

After taking this concern up higher, I managed to talk with the branch manager and he corrected my information. They did not have my start date up there correctly and therefore the system was showing them I wasn't allowed. I was happy once they said I was good to go and I got the loan today, I should be seeing it in my account in the morning!

The folks at Springleaf are very nice and polite and easy to work with. I highly recommend Springleaf for your financing needs.

It is not easy to go into a business and apply for a loan. Most people feel apprehensive and unsure of how they will be treated. Springleaf made the process easy and did not make light of the customer's predicament. I felt very comfortable with the process.

The first time we made a loan with Springleaf it was truly a blessing. I had been diagnosed with breast cancer 18 months before. Due to the financial burdens it gave us life was very tense. They gave us a consolidation loan to pay off hospital bills. It is never just one bill with medical care. Radiology, Labs, inpatient care, copays, current bills that you still have to pay and all of the places have their own bills they send you. They also want it AT THE SAME TIME. It rescued our home, and gave me a place to continue to feel safe, and gave me the ability to heal.

I really appreciate the prompt service and speedy but detailed processing my loan. Excellent customer service that is courteous and pleasant that I have experienced.

Springleaf has helped me get Christmas for my 14 grandchildren for the last 2 yrs. My payments are very reasonable and they even include coverage if something happens that I become ill. I love them. The reps are very pleasant too.

Not only do they have horrible customer service, but also so complicated. They never follow up about anything, or give a straight answer. Always the runaround. You need to do all the following about your status. I applied with them for a loan and they did my credit check and said it was fine and just asked me to submit all my proofs which I did exactly as I was told. Then they came back and said "You know the underwriter department has declined your application because you felt short on the income requirements for the loan you need about $500 more in monthly income and suggested the possibility of getting a co-applicant and they can join the incomes." I said "OK we'll do." So I got a co-applicant to help me out, which between both exceeds the income requirement. Of course I submitted all co-applicant's proofs requirements. They verify everything was received and submitted to the underwriting department.

Applying for a loan was fast, simple, and I did not have to wait for a decision for days. The representative was very polite and respectful. I did not have to go through my whole lives financial history to qualify. The process was fast and very easy. I will always use Springleaf as my first choice in any future attempts to secure a loan. I have already told friends and family about Springleaf and how they helped me in getting my needed loan and how it will help me to rebuild my credit. It has been an awesome experience working with Springleaf. Courtney, your rep was very friendly and helpful. I want to thank her and Springleaf for all the great help I received in obtaining my loan.

On two occasions I was in need of financing and Springleaf was there for me when others were not. On July 3, 2014 I came home from work to find my air conditioner had gone out and had to be replaced. I work for one of the largest commercial banks in the nation and I counseled with my bank and was turned down. I contacted another large bank where I had my vehicle financed and was also turned down. I contacted Springleaf and within a week had the money to replace my air conditioner. Recently I had a lot of dental problems which was estimated to be very expensive. I contacted my Springleaf Loan Officer and within a week I had the money to get started and enough to complete the work needed. Springleaf personnel were fantastic and understood my situation and worked to help me through a tough time. Thank you Springleaf.

My overall experience was great! Even when I was having trouble obtaining some of the paperwork I needed, my agent was very helpful as well as patient. Also when I got to the office, the agent I was working with was with another customer, so someone else was there to help and made copies of my paperwork, etc. So when she was free, the process was sped up and I was in and out in no time! We applied 7 days ago for debt consolidation. The hard pulls are on our credit reports. It says they will contact us in 1 business day, but we have yet to receive any phone calls from the Enid branch. Even if it's to say "no", that's better than just being ignored! Unprofessional. I have cancer. My car heater went out in the car. It cost 500.00 to get fix. I need the car for Chemo treatment and doctor visit. I call Springleaf. They combined a loan so I could at least see daylight. Still need a little more but with the Help of the Lord he will make way for me.
