My experience at Spring-Leaf was fast, easy, and very friendly. All representatives were very helpful! All my questions were answered and I had a great understanding of my contract and loan I had received.

I was very pleased with the courtesy personnel and eagerness to help me with my temporary situation. I would definitely refer Springleaf to my friends and family for their financial needs.

We received our loan. They was to pay off our bills. They did but they sent them out late. Now we have 65 dollars in late fees.

With the loan I received I was able to repair my 2002 mustang and purchase chrome parts for my Harley. Was also able to pay on doctor bills and get new glasses. The loan was very helpful.

I didn't have very much credit to get a loan anywhere. I then contacted spring leaf and they had me my loan within 2 days. I signed my paper work and I had the check in my hand within minutes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I did not appreciate the fact that after telling the associate several times that I did not want to convert my down payment to a check. I had to become very direct and tell them that it was not going to happen in a more direct manner than I should have had to. I don't like a business that wants to push their wants over their customers.

The online application was easy, the representative responded quickly to my application and was very friendly. The process was a little discouraging because it took more time to approve the loan than I expected, but once I received the loan and the fact that the representative was so helpful/informative, it made the wait worthwhile.

The quickest, easiest and smoothest loan experience I have ever had. You basically do everything online and know within seconds if they can help and if they can, the nearest branch calls you, you go sign papers and walk out with your check.

As I paid my August 14 bills I performed a calculation and determined that if I could net a loan of about $5100, it would go a long way in reducing my overall outgo of money every month and stabilize my budget for my family. It was at this time I received an announcement from Springleaf telling me I was pre-approved for $5250. I called and within two days Springleaf's rep (Trina) had me approved and signing the documents and off and heading for my bank with the money! I've never felt so good about a financial institution or the speed with which the loan process was executed. All was a class act and quite personal and professional.

I obtained my loan so that I could get a tooth fixed, pay off some doctor bills, go to the eye doctor for new glasses. I did try with my bank, but they wouldn't. One day I received something from Springleaf in the mail, so I tried them and I got my loan for some things I needed. Thank you, Springleaf. The Personnel at the location on Raggard Road were friendly and helpful. I dealt with Blanche in the past and she was wonderful. This time I dealt with Jacqueline and she was great too. Both employees were very helpful and friendly through this process!!

It seemed like the whole process was a runaround. Was told everything was ready to go, on a Thursday. Then I call to verify my appointment before leaving work and I was told things weren't ready, to call back Monday. Called back Monday and was told still not ready yet, but I'm approved for $4500. I was only wanting $2500. Then I was called back stating everything is finally ready for sure this time and to bring my ID, SS card and check stubs. Then I was called back stating I need to put my vehicle up and the amount dropped down to $2300. I get to the office, sat there for 30 minutes. Then was told I needed different insurance than what I was told on the phone. So I had to get more insurance, then sat there another 45 minutes. I will never do business with them again once I have this loan paid off.

I was extremely satisfied with the knowledge my lender had about all of the options/extras, etc. He helped me to correct my mistake (financing through a different company) and made that payoff tremendously easy. He was thorough in explaining every detail of the financing to me, which was absolutely what I needed after the nightmare I had with the new car I had just purchased! I intend to refinance my vehicle in a couple of years, and I will be returning to Springleaf when that need arises!

It can be a little expensive if you don't repay the loan off quickly, but you do have the option of paying the loan off early without penalties. It's the best solution to a short term need. I needed to pay off some bills, so I received a card in the mail from Springleaf financial. So I went on line and filled out the application. Then I received a call from one of the associates and the rest is history.

I was able to get my loan done, from application to check in a reasonable amount of time. The employees were helpful and very courteous. I was able to get what I needed at the last second for our wedding and I'm extremely pleased with that.

I have poor credit, needed to pay off some bills and was very frustrated. Springleaf gave me a loan to pay three off my creditors. Two current and one past. My monthly payments are very affordable and I was given a 45 day grace period before my first payment is due. I also was able to obtain life insurance through my loan, something I was already trying to get but it was just too expensive. I couldn't be more grateful for someone believing in my current position and not my past.

Since I am a teacher and needed some funds toward the end of the summer to carry me through 'til school was well underway, I applied for a loan at Springfield Financial near my home. My credit was not adequate but Blanca, the head rep listened to my situation, really listened, and looked for options that suited my situation. I was able to secure a loan and the process was smooth, quick and easy. They were hospitable, offering me water while I waited for a decision.

Received great service from our representative in Hillsboro, Oregon. Started the app process online, received a phone call less than an hour later to clarify info on the app and provide add'l info. Our representative gave us specific instructions on what we would need to bring with us and there was no waiting. Within the hour of arriving with the requested, we were walking out with our check, and because we also bank at Bank of America, there was no hold put on the funds.

I was very pleased with the customer service and the quick response time with the approval process. I was unhappy with the fact that I only received half of my asking amount due to my credit score. I was under the assumption that with a co-signer, I would not run into this problem but was then told having the co-signer still did not allow me the actual amount I needed. This now left me with a loan payment on top of additional payments because I could not include them all with the consolidation. Other than that disappointment, I was happy with my experience.

The manager at your Stow location was extremely rude as I was business prospecting. She stated in front of her employees and my business professional that she "didn't have time for this" and threw our literature in the trash in front of us!
