The application process was easy! The arrangements were easy to understand. The money was deposited when promised. I didn't think I would be eligible for the loan. My rate is a bit higher than I wanted, but I'm glad for the help and I can finally get my finances in order. Thank you NetCredit?

The process was very easy and user friendly. The experience was very good. I would recommend others use your service. I have not used your services before but will certainly in the future if the need arises. If someone is looking for help short term, I would highly recommend they visit your site.

Borrowing from NetCredit was a seamless and efficient process and a pleasure to particularly dealing with the application and settlement process. It made the whole experience worthwhile. I would recommend the company to others and would repeat for another loan if needed.

Their customer service line states "Our friendly team here to help". This is totally false. All you do is get caught in an endless loop recording with never an option to talk to a human. It takes days for emails to be answered.

It was fast and efficient. The only thing I would suggest is to clarify the documents needed to be attached (like, the fact that state ID could be submitted instead of a banking statement, was not specified). Otherwise, great experience. Very expedient and straight to the point.

This was the easiest process, I enjoyed the experience. I would recommend this to friends and family. The only thing I would change is more communication on the phone. It took me days to get to talk to a live person. After talking thing went smoothly. I also like the email communication. It made it easy to what was needed. The only change would be more detail into what you where looking for. And when I did send email never got a response back.

I received a considerable loan, even though I wanted/needed more. The process of verifying and such was easy and quick. If there was a way to update terms and amount lent at some point based on an improved credit score and/or payment history with NetCredit, that would be awesome. That is all.

These guys showed me they want to work with me. Not much communication and the next thing I know I got the email about being approved AND it's on the way to your bank. I am so pleased and they had the payments setup and it was no hassle. I got these folks through Lending tree. No issues. Just great customer service.

Netcredit gave me a $3,500 loan. I manually set my payment dates for the 13th and 26th of every month (My paydays) and the first payment was taken out correctly on the 13th, but then they took another payment a week later on the 20th, which caused my checking account to be overdrawn. I have repeatedly called the number provided to talk to customer service and it gives me no options to talk with a live agent. They don't even have chat available. I have sent several emails and they keep sending a generic reply back letting me know they will help with my problem, and then nothing happens. No call or email asking how they can help. I've made two payments now and regret doing business with them. I say stay away from Netcredit!!!

Overall it was a good experience. There were some "hiccups" with getting some documents to them, and multiple emails indicating that the requested documents had not been received. This was not correct, and I made three calls to get the problem fixed. I found all CSRs I spoke with to be professional, helpful and personable, and they did help resolve the issues. I was informed that I had made a new application, and was quite surprised to find an email later that afternoon telling that my initial application was accepted and that the funds were to be deposited the next day, which they were. So in spite of the "hiccups" mentioned above, the overall experience was good.

Initially was confused regarding what documents were needed. Attempted to call service #. Responses were really not clear as I still did not get clarity. I finally faxed a group of documents before the deadline. On follow up had a hard time again to clarify if received by your company. The last associate made sure he got me an answer. Received on fax list, but no notation entered on my application. He advised me if loan was denied secondary to no income records recorded, I should reapply the next day, as records would already been entered after initial denial. I was denied. I waited a day and reapplied, and received approval. Grateful for loan, but I had to work to get it, and thankful for last associate I spoke to regarding reapplying. I forget his name, but he was on his game.

I have used Credit Karma for years. This "popup" about a pre- approval for NetCredit kept showing up that I had very high approval odds. I didn't really need it so I didn't bother for a while. Finally I applied via Credit Karma. It showed that I was approved. I submitted all requested information. Then then emails kept coming requesting more and more information. I questioned them because it seemed strange. I had never had this problem before after approvals of loans, credit cards etc via Credit Karma. The more I asked questions the worse it got. They started requesting more and more information. They wanted a copy of drivers license. Photos of me. On and on. At first they had told me it was all approved.

I’ve used Net Credit before and they were awesome. They are fast and if there’s a problem they work hard at solving it so you are satisfied. Great customer service on the phone also. I would recommend Net Credit to my family and friends.

Please do not use Net Credit for money. If all possible use a reputable company. I had one of their collection people offer me a settlement. I accepted it and paid what was asked. Net Credit wanted more money because they said I should have settled with them. They should not use collection companies if they will not honor the settlement. I only accepted the settlement from the company because they said they were asking for the settlement and they represented Net Credit. I am going to pay them the money they are asking for but this is plain extortion and they should be shame of themselves. If they send a letter asking for a settlement and a company represents them, they should honor the payment. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT HONOR SETTLEMENTS.

The credit application is completely easy to complete. They arrange your payment date to coincide with your payday which makes it easy to repay as according to their rules. Representatives are easy to reach and knowledgeable about answers to all questions. Would recommend this company if you are in a pinch and need resources...just provide needed information so you can be approved...the only problem I see is the very high expensive interest rates...you can repay early if your funds allow it and that would be great if you can do so.

After I was approved I was trying to take a $500 advance. One of the customer service reps told me cash advances were not allowed due to pandemic. When I challenged her she said, "I don't know why that's what we're told. No cash advances!"

I applied and received an email that I needed to fill out the income verification section which I had done. I called immediately and was told it was an automated response and to ignore it. I received another email a few hours later just like the first email. I tried to call multiple times over the weekend and received a message stating that you were closed even though the email said you should have been open. Then I reached someone on Monday who said you needed a bank statement. (Never got an email asking for bank statement. - only knew this because I called). I provided that within the hour, called to verify it had been received. I was told that was all that was needed. Two days later. I get an email that says my application was denied because I didn’t send requested documentation. I sent all that had been asked for. Then I called and was told the application had timed out and to resubmit.

Overall, I'm just satisfied with my experience. The problem was that when someone called my employer to verify my employment, they only tried to call once and withdrew my application. There was no way that could have had any trouble getting thru. I had to reapply, which took another couple of days which was not my fault. The verification department should have tried to call my employer again instead of canceling my application, having me to reapply, and dragging the issue for another couple of days. Also, the customer service team sounds like they are working from home with a bad reception like they are in a tunnel. They couldn't just reopen the application to get them to call again. This was a major inconvenience.

I am a senior loan specialist for one main financial and we close loans within a hour. I called in several times to see what was needed. No one could speed up the process...you should work on that. Your competition can do a loan in a hour. With funding within two of your call.

This I quickly learned was the worst financial decision that can be made. Don't ever do anything with this company since they will charge such high interest rates. Try and do anything you can and reach out to anyone you can before taking a loan here.

This was a very easy and most importantly dignified experience. Not a lot of humiliating questions about my circumstance and why I needed the loan, A simple form, a couple of emails and it was done I had my funds in less than 24 hours. Would definitely recommend to others.

My wife took out a personal loan with this company and it was a horrible experience. She got it easily enough but while we were paying on it they were completely devoid of any customer service skills and payment processing ability. Way too rigid, and the interest rate was absolutely outrageous, 58% APR!!!! Thank God we were able to pay it off in full today with another loan with much better favorable terms and a considerably much lower interest rate. Please do not take a loan out with this company! Find another way. They are the equivalent of loan sharks!!! I realize people may not have many options but still please never use this company. Take out a 401K loan or anything but this company.

Did not expect to qualify b/c of bad credit. I submitted application and within 30 minutes I received a call requesting to finish application process. By that time I had already made my mind up to cancel b/c I needed more than they offered. The friendly woman knew I needed the money so I proceeded. This process started on 14 and ended on 16. Happy that Net Credit was there when I needed them. Took a lot of stress off my shoulders.

I was referred by Credit Sesame and finally qualified. I received an email stating unable to approve as they couldn’t verify my income. I reached a lady named Suzie who suggested I send in my bank statements and paystubs via email and she would promote my loan back through. I did this process four more times with the same result. Very frustrating to be going in circles and not getting anywhere. My bank statements and paystub submitted more than verify my income and pay dates and direct deposits. What more would be needed and why is no one calling to explain?

Very fast loan. Less than 24 hours had money deposit into my bank. The only bad thing interest is very very high, like double what a person borrowed..Overall, if you need money in a pinch they will deliver money to you fast.

Was email that I was pre-approved for $5600. I looked over the loan letter and applied to see the cost. All but really needed was $4000. So after I see what it was for the pre-approve amount I applied for the $4000. It came back approved in just a minute or two so I read over everything and signed away. Interest is high but it's a personal loan. They said that is was going through the final review and notify me email if approved.

Well it was a chilling experience. I would check online as I was told. First I got a letter saying I was denied then about 5 hrs later I was told I was approved then I checked the online info. I was told yes I could get the loan but on the bottom of the page it said I wasn't able to get the loan so whenever I would call they were so very helpful and said yes I was getting the loan. I told them this was so very confusing but yes I got the loan and am very thankful.

This was an extremely smooth experience!! The gave me the amount I was approved for but took less but interest rate high but if you payoff early like I'm going to do there's no problem!! They did require bank statements and employment info which I did through email!! I definitely get another loan!!

I was overdue for Dec 31st 2019 installment by partial amount by $229. I paid that along with current installment for Jan 15th 2020 on on Jan 17th. In worst case I was 17 days overdue for $229 as of Jan 17th. But Net Credit immediately reported that as 30 days overdue for Jan 2020 payment which is current month. I had 5 years and 10 months continuous streak zero missed payments in my credit report for 23 plus accounts with FICO credit score in upper Fair zone. With this falsified information the credit score went down to poor region. For my job scenario there is a background check going on. It failed as I had poor score (Minimum they expect is fair).

I just can't say enough how grateful I am that you took a chance on me and I won't let you down. I have been repairing my credit for almost a year with Experian and I'm doing well, but apparently having great credit, at the time it was at 746, and yet that wasn't enough for a personal loan through their partners because my account hasn't been open long enough and I'm a credit risk ???? I don't know how this company received a decent rating. The interest rate is off the charts. $8900 for a $4000 loan is ridiculous. Don't set yourself up for failure, they are no better than the bill collectors that you are trying to get rid of. It's a shame that they can get away with charging 98% interest, yes my credit score was low in the 600 something range but they are utterly shameful.

NetCredit's opt-out, on the website or by phone, requires you to provide your social security number. If you call customer service to tell them to take you off their mailing list and stop sending you pre-qualified loan offers, they will not. They state that you must do the opt-out process as they do not send out the offer letters. So if a third party has your social security number and is sending out loan offers for NetCredit, what is going on there? I will not provide my social on the web or on the phone in an automated system and nobody needs your social security number to take you off their mailing list. So something shady is going on here. I'm looking right now who to report this to.

Getting this loan was a bit of hassle but I’m happy I got it! The only bad part is their customer service. Out of all the times I spoke to someone I only spoke to maybe 3 people who were friendly and super helpful, the other times they all had attitude and wasn’t really listening to what I was saying and I had to keep repeating myself. I received confirmation that my loan was reviewed and approved. It was to be deposited the next day. There was no deposit made into my account. It turns out my account was missing one number. If they reviewed my account you would think they would have caught. Now I am in a bind and I have to wait for the money to be returned and reapply.

Poor communication during the application process. Appreciated the emails but when I called most of the representatives were giving me different information each time I called. Glad I was approved but I was getting very frustrated and almost decided to cancel this loan process.

I was baited and switched. Was told I was borrowing more money then the money disappeared. Now I pay 2 times month and my payment lower by $5. No additional funds. Check your recorded calls. Spoke to 5 different reps. Got 5 different answers.
