Although my application was eventually funded, I had several questions about e-mails that were sent to me and after several calls and over 2 hours of waiting I finally found out what should have been included in the initial email.

This process was super fast & super easy. I just happened upon the website & applied. Incredibly, a deposit was made to my account the SAME day! I have been viewing my account all day because it almost doesn't seem real. Highly recommend!

I really had a good experience with the customer service people. They always polite and very helpful with my questions. I couldn't have ask for better people to have dealings with and the way they answered all my questions. The waiting time to get to loan people a little long but other that it was good.

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. What if your grandfather took out this loan how would you feel? I almost lost my religion seeing this, but I settled down and decided to do what I can. I work at the United States Capitol building so I will go to the Alabama senators and representatives offices to ask them about this. Predatory lending is disgraceful and every employee you have should be ashamed of themselves.

It’s an amazingly place to borrow from. Payment dates are clear and visible to understand. Net Credit was here for me instantly and upon my request what a great company, because of Net Credit my bills are paid. The process was carefully examined and very acknowledged.

Easy and fast. The site was easy to use. Money available quickly. Easy to understand. Funds available right away. Terms were understandable. Website easy to navigate. I have used NetCredit before. Like being able to do from the privacy of my home.

Very unhappy with service. Took 3 days trying to apply. Very bad when trying to call and get through. When finally got approved the amounts changed and payment schedule changed. Not good. Had to call several times to correct the app. You have to have them call you back between 30 to 2 hours.

When I first called someone answered right away. After I submitted an application I couldn’t get ahold of anyone via phone or email for HOURS. When I didn’t finally get through after waiting in hold for 2+ hours the rude girl hung up on me because I asked for a manager. Everything was easy from start to finish and very quick. The application and directions easy to follow. Quick response even thru weekend, I applied late Friday and funds was in my account. The dept needed more information and was contacted immediately of what else I needed to complete my submission, they in turn notified me they received the information, that Sunday they notified me that I had the funds and the money was there Monday morning.

I am happy with the loan, however, I am one of those people who is venerable that needs funds for emergency and have no other way to get the loan. I just need the loan for until August 5th. I would like to returned $3070.00 by the date stated. My problem is I wonder if I would have to pay all the interest that was added on to the loan?

I first applied for a loan with this company on 7/3/19. I was also told I was approved for a loan for over $4000 and all that was needed was income verification. I went online as they asked to verify bank information. I couldn't do this so I called my bank to find out what was the issue. My bank stated they do not release my bank information to a third party. NetCredit then asks for my most recent bank statement, which I submitted. I was actually on a three way call, well I was on my phone with NetCredit while my wife called our bank. My bank was on speaker and told the representative from NetCredit, they do not release this information to a third party due to privacy issues.

My overall experience was good but contacting customer service was horrible. I attempted on several occasions and was on hold for 30 minutes or more. Even when I used the call back feature, it would call me back and place me on hold and I would sit there for 20 to 30 minutes. When I received calls from customer service, everyone was pleasant and helpful but trying to contact customer service was awful.

The application process for the loan online was adequate. The inane processes I had to go through that I had to repeat multiple times make me seriously question how effective NetCredit is at collating information. I'm not impressed with how many times I had to follow up to make sure the same thing was done. I'm not sure I'll repeat doing business with NetCredit will see but as soon as I can get this loan paid off it'll be done and moved on. Thank you.

As far as the funding it was super fast but customer service is very important to me. The few times I have called the customer service line I have sat on hold for a very long time. There was even an option to allow a callback once a rep was available, when I received a callback I sat on hold another 20mins and ended up hanging up since there was no one I could speak to. I have emailed support and received no response.

I applied for a loan for moving purposes but I forgot I had put a freeze on my credit so they denied me. Trying to call these people are like pulling damn teeth. When I finally got someone which I had to call from a number that didn't have an account he told me to lift the freeze and retry. I retried but it keeps denying me. I can't never get in touch with someone about the matter. In my opinion they suck!!!!

I was kind of scared at first but the service was great and I got the money the day they said I would receive it. I would recommend them to other people, I mean if you need money for something real important they are prompted.

I had to withdraw and resubmit my application twice because each representative gave me varying information that led to a 3 day delay in approval. It wasn't user-friendly where the app could be updated with missing or new information. The reps were all courteous and did their best to service me but I feel their knowledge base and the inability to have communication with other departments; especially the one reviewing submitted information is an issue. Overall, I think the company can be great with some tweaking.

It is completely online and swift and fast experience. Everything online transaction. Very efficient and swift and fast. I had seen many loan providers, who took at least a week for this type of personal loan(s). But NETCREDIT, took exactly less than 12 hrs to finish the process and very swiftly transferred the amount into my bank account.

I applied for a loan with Netcredit but was told that I needed direct deposit. Since I really needed the money, I changed my direct deposit over to my checking account so that I can qualify. Previously, I used a prepaid card for direct deposit (get paid 2 days early). So I reapplied, then they told me I have to wait 30 days so that I have at least 4 verifiable pay stubs showing on my bank statement. Ok, 30 days, wow. So I waited 30 days, re-applied then they dropped the bomb. I don't qualify due to delinquency on my report. Are you kidding me? The pre-approved message said that I could receive $3,100. After doing all that and agreeing to a ridiculous interest rate of over 50%, they still said no. Just because they tell you you're pre-approved, doesn't mean you will get a loan. Waste of time!

I am a t-shirt seller and I need my car to get around. The car needed major suspension worked and I only had a little over $300 in cash. So, I applied with NetCredit. They did banking verification where you have to place your true sign on to your bank. A lady called and said that she needed to see my annuity was received June 1st. That raised a red flag, because not only did they do the banking verification, which of course proved my deposits. But, they could call my bank on three way to confirm any deposit.

It was very easy to get but I didn't realize it was biweekly payments. I thought it was monthly. That's the only thing I don't like. Other than the I have had a fantastic experience with NetCredit. They were very quick also. It wasn't like you had to wait the next day for them to receive your bank statements. It was quick.

It was easy to fill everything out. It just took longer than they say since they asked for additional info and the interest rates are extremely high but when you have fair credit that's expected so overall it was a pretty good experience.

The system you have developed works quite well. In one situation regarding the form of the bank statements some confusion developed, but was eventually taken care of with the help of my bank. Sometimes human judgment developed through dialogue is necessary to understand what is needed that the automated system cannot resolve. Trying to accommodate all banks documents fitting an automated system need may cause delays until the need is resolved. Overall a good system and otherwise quite efficient. The people I dealt with were great!! Having gotten the proper statement forms sent to you on Saturday and wrapping everything up over the weekend was a very positive surprise. Thank you.

I got an $1,100 loan a year ago, paid about $100 a month for a total of $1200, just paid of the loan, and guess how much was the payoff amount? $1,119. So for a loan of $1,1000 I paid in 12 months $2,219. Stay away if you can!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I have tried to contact you countless times by email and by phone to make my payment for days now. It's due today and I do not want my credit affected because of your failure to make yourselves available to your customers. This is the third time this has been a problem for me. I am trying to set up ACH with you as well but won't let me add my bank account. Even if I had a different bank account to add, I can't because YOU DON'T ANSWER. Please contact me back about this. They were not completely transparent on what they approved. Dinged my credit for no reason. They also check your bank account and see how much you've spent. Even if you make enough and your credit is decent. Now they have all my personal information and I'm afraid they will do whatever they want with it.

I had a loan with NetCredit, when I called one of their customer service representatives and ask them if I pay the loan off, (1413.19) will I be eligible to take the long back out. I was told yes by their customer service representative. I was told once the payment is cleared I then will be able to reapply and get approved was her words, once I paid the loan fully off, NetCredit then denied me. I paid (1413.19) - now they saying it's nothing they can do. I paid my payments on time and everything. Now I have to get my lawyer involved 'cause they don't want to give me my money back after their customer service representative gave false information.
