It is completely online and swift and fast experience. Everything online transaction. Very efficient and swift and fast. I had seen many loan providers, who took at least a week for this type of personal loan(s). But NETCREDIT, took exactly less than 12 hrs to finish the process and very swiftly transferred the amount into my bank account.

I applied for a loan with Netcredit but was told that I needed direct deposit. Since I really needed the money, I changed my direct deposit over to my checking account so that I can qualify. Previously, I used a prepaid card for direct deposit (get paid 2 days early). So I reapplied, then they told me I have to wait 30 days so that I have at least 4 verifiable pay stubs showing on my bank statement. Ok, 30 days, wow. So I waited 30 days, re-applied then they dropped the bomb. I don't qualify due to delinquency on my report. Are you kidding me? The pre-approved message said that I could receive $3,100. After doing all that and agreeing to a ridiculous interest rate of over 50%, they still said no. Just because they tell you you're pre-approved, doesn't mean you will get a loan. Waste of time!

What a great experience! I applied late on a Wed evening, and the funds were there early Fri morning. They guided me every step of the way. I definitely will refer Net Credit to all my family and friends in the future.

Seeking monetary assistance is never easy. For me, there is that apprehension that, once I have presented my situation, and plan for the loan, I get turned down. I am a t-shirt seller and I need my car to get around. The car needed major suspension worked and I only had a little over $300 in cash. So, I applied with NetCredit. They did banking verification where you have to place your true sign on to your bank. A lady called and said that she needed to see my annuity was received June 1st. That raised a red flag, because not only did they do the banking verification, which of course proved my deposits. But, they could call my bank on three way to confirm any deposit.

It was very easy to get but I didn't realize it was biweekly payments. I thought it was monthly. That's the only thing I don't like. Other than the I have had a fantastic experience with NetCredit. They were very quick also. It wasn't like you had to wait the next day for them to receive your bank statements. It was quick.

It was easy to fill everything out. It just took longer than they say since they asked for additional info and the interest rates are extremely high but when you have fair credit that's expected so overall it was a pretty good experience.

When calling customer service I get the usual recording. I elected to get a call back and when I got that I waited over 7 minutes and this time I elected no call and hung up after 12 minutes. Hire more people. How your customers see you is more important than your bottom line.

The system you have developed works quite well. In one situation regarding the form of the bank statements some confusion developed, but was eventually taken care of with the help of my bank. Sometimes human judgment developed through dialogue is necessary to understand what is needed that the automated system cannot resolve. Trying to accommodate all banks documents fitting an automated system need may cause delays until the need is resolved. Overall a good system and otherwise quite efficient. The people I dealt with were great!! Having gotten the proper statement forms sent to you on Saturday and wrapping everything up over the weekend was a very positive surprise. Thank you.

I got an $1,100 loan a year ago, paid about $100 a month for a total of $1200, just paid of the loan, and guess how much was the payoff amount? $1,119. So for a loan of $1,1000 I paid in 12 months $2,219. Stay away if you can!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I have tried to contact you countless times by email and by phone to make my payment for days now. It's due today and I do not want my credit affected because of your failure to make yourselves available to your customers. This is the third time this has been a problem for me. I am trying to set up ACH with you as well but won't let me add my bank account. Even if I had a different bank account to add, I can't because YOU DON'T ANSWER. Please contact me back about this. They were not completely transparent on what they approved. Dinged my credit for no reason. They also check your bank account and see how much you've spent. Even if you make enough and your credit is decent. Now they have all my personal information and I'm afraid they will do whatever they want with it.

Misleading monthly payment. Found out today after getting the money it is twice a month. Went back to look and it has a payment schedule attached and that is where you find the schedule. Have no way to pay this amount.

This is now my 3rd installment loan with NetCredit. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Overall each of my experiences have been great. The process is easy enough, the funds are deposited very quickly, and payment is very simple. My only criticism would be that I sort of expected to get a better Apr % the third time around. I have clearly demonstrated responsibility and ability to repay the previous two loans on time. Other than that it has been a great all-around experience.

I had a loan with NetCredit, when I called one of their customer service representatives and ask them if I pay the loan off, (1413.19) will I be eligible to take the long back out. I was told yes by their customer service representative. I was told once the payment is cleared I then will be able to reapply and get approved was her words, once I paid the loan fully off, NetCredit then denied me. I paid (1413.19) - now they saying it's nothing they can do. I paid my payments on time and everything. Now I have to get my lawyer involved 'cause they don't want to give me my money back after their customer service representative gave false information.

I submitted the application. I had a phone call the next day so I called back and the person who answered the phone explained what was needed so I provided that. The next day I received a notice that the loan had been approved and received the funds on Wednesday. Thursday, I received an email welcoming me to NetCredit and my first payment is due in 10 days. Friday, I receive an email that my application has been declined. I don't know if there are multiple divisions and one division approved the loan and another declined it. If it hadn't been for that, I'd have been extremely satisfied with my experience.

Net Credit was there when we needed them to provide the funds to replace our Central heating "Heat Pump" system. Net Credit's application process was somewhat complicate, but I have seen worse. The cost of borrowing money from Net Credit is high enough to put them in the category of "offshore predatory lenders" but barely so. While their APR of 64% is high, I have dealt with far worse, some as high as 375%. Overall, I would give Net Credit 3 Stars of a possible 5.

Overall, my experience with NetCredit was positive. I completed the application process and had the funds the very next day. My only complaint - I did not accept the full amount I was eligible for, as I did not think I would need the full amount. After a couple of weeks, and realizing that I actually did need the full amount, I attempted to request more funds up to my initial eligibility limit (as stated is possible in the FAQs), but the website tells me that I am not eligible and will not let me proceed with the request. I was comfortable, at the initial inception, accepting less than the full amount because it is promised to be simple to request more if needed. I’m disappointed that this isn’t true, and had I known, I would have likely borrowed the full amount to begin with.
