Had to apply twice for this loan. I was told by 2 different people when calling in that everything was there. But then my application was withdrawn because they didn't have everything they need. I don't see why they have people to answer questions on the phone if they can't help you through the process.

This company charges very high interest rates and if you pay off early you will have to fight with them to get any refund due to you. In plain English this is a ripoff company. I know first hand and would not recommend this company my worst enemy.

I submitted the application. I had a phone call the next day so I called back and the person who answered the phone explained what was needed so I provided that. The next day I received a notice that the loan had been approved and received the funds on Wednesday. Thursday, I received an email welcoming me to NetCredit and my first payment is due in 10 days. Friday, I receive an email that my application has been declined. I don't know if there are multiple divisions and one division approved the loan and another declined it. If it hadn't been for that, I'd have been extremely satisfied with my experience.

Very easy to apply for a loan and very fast response for everything. I got an email the next day that I was approved after I submitted all their requirements not even 24 hours. The money was accessible immediately. It was a relief for my emergency situation.

I received a loan and paid it back in full the following week so I didn't have any issues with the very high interest rate. The money came in the following business day so I was very impressed with that and they gave me a loan even though my credit score is extremely low. However, on their site they advertise that an inquiry won't affect your credit score but my credit score dropped several points after an inquiry was made!! I would've rated this company 5 stars if they weren't liars on their site.

Net Credit has helped me pay off Balance Credit which had a much higher interest rate. I will always use Net Credit for my financial needs. I let my friends know about Net Credit also. The application was very easy. I had an answer right away.

I got preapproved for a $5500 loan but when I tried to verify my bank information I entered it incorrectly and it denied. I called twice and they were basically like "too bad." I just need to correct my bank account information and no one will help you. Maybe it's a good thing it didn't go through. So I sent an email and no response. The customer service wasn't helpful.

I was happy to receive the offer to lower my monthly payment. I'm saving around $76.00 a month, which will help me out a lot. I only wish I could still pay only once a month. I would much rather pay $160.38 on the second Friday of each month than to pay $80.16 every two weeks. Fast and simple, came in handy when short on money and very friendly customer service and they are not pushy or harassing, they let you decide on the loan amount you want and that the loan payment is deducted from your checking account and the date they tell is on your payday and not some random date that's not good for you.

I applied for my most recent loan and one of your employees put the wrong account number even though I submitted a voided check. When I called them, they did not seem to concerned with the situation even though it has been a week as of tomorrow. The company has been good in the past, but this situation is very stressful aside from the fact it looks like I owe more than I do which ties my hands to get money from somewhere else.

Net Credit was there when we needed them to provide the funds to replace our Central heating "Heat Pump" system. Net Credit's application process was somewhat complicate, but I have seen worse. The cost of borrowing money from Net Credit is high enough to put them in the category of "offshore predatory lenders" but barely so. While their APR of 64% is high, I have dealt with far worse, some as high as 375%. Overall, I would give Net Credit 3 Stars of a possible 5.

It took about 5 minutes to get an answer on approval for loan. Once that happened loan funded same day. I have use NetCredit before and was very happy. I would refer a friend and family. Payments come out of my account electronically. Never any issues.

Overall, my experience with NetCredit was positive. I completed the application process and had the funds the very next day. My only complaint - I did not accept the full amount I was eligible for, as I did not think I would need the full amount. After a couple of weeks, and realizing that I actually did need the full amount, I attempted to request more funds up to my initial eligibility limit (as stated is possible in the FAQs), but the website tells me that I am not eligible and will not let me proceed with the request. I was comfortable, at the initial inception, accepting less than the full amount because it is promised to be simple to request more if needed. I’m disappointed that this isn’t true, and had I known, I would have likely borrowed the full amount to begin with.

This company was very easy to work with and gave options for me when I didn't have the best credit. I am excited to help build my credit with the opportunity to have some extra cash on hand as well.

I obtained an installment loan from them early last year. I could no longer afford the payments due to more hardships. I notified them that I was working with a debt settlement company and the company was unsuccessful in settling with them. I tried to settle with them and my questions about the terms went unanswered and vague answers. Then, they quit responding to my attempts to settle. Their interest rates at near 100% and finance charges are through the roof. A $2600 turned into near $9,000 with what they charge. I have reported them to the California Attorney General for assistance and the CPFB. Please do your research on this company as Virginia State has an open lawsuit against them for their practices. Do not get a loan with this company. I have paid almost $1400 just in interest in 9 months and barely chipped away at the principal amount.

I borrowed from NetCredit and almost had it paid off when something came up requiring me to borrow additional funds. The process was easy and the response was fast. My payment only went up 27 dollars. The increase in the monthly payment was so minute I didn't notice.

I am completely amazed of the interest rate and now investigating if they are in compliance with the California lending laws and have contacted the Attorney General for assistance. My loan was processed in 2017 and have paid the loan amount plus, however this has not even touched the principal! How dare you feed off of desperation and hardship of others. Today, I contacted NetCredit to let them know of my current situation and they told me that they do not have or honor any hardships.

NetCredit is a joke. Unless you have a lot of money to throw away, don't do business with them. Since getting my loan with NetCredit (18 mos ago) I paid $1360 and only had $18 applied toward reducing my initial balance. When asking the NetCredit rep why this is, she gave some roundabout reply which made no sense. Yes, they're fast in approving you and getting you your money, but why wouldn't they when you're going to pay them all interest. Consumer beware!

NetCredit is a great company to work with if you need a loan. The terms are reasonable and made clear. The payments are monthly unlike payday loans and are fairly low considering. What really helped me was when I paid down most of the loan I was eligible to refinance and add funds. It was just in time too. Also, you can pay back more than the monthly payment or pay it off without penalty. I highly recommend NetCredit if you're in need of a loan.

Fast, easy approval, think too easy. Ridiculous interest rate, only get it if you absolutely need to and can pay it off sooner than the term payoff date. Applied one evening, was approved and the money deposited into my account the next morning.

I wish I could give Zero Stars. This was a very disappointing and triggered experience. Because I had a 6 month checking account that did not show direct deposit of my checks, and because I was a joint signer on my wife's checking account, this company required that I show proof that I am a joint signer. I then sent a copy from our actual checking account which showed my name as a joint signer. Then they said that the account number needs to be shown in full on the document. I then sent another document from the credit union showing the full account number. Then they tell me that a letter from the credit union was needed which would need to include, the credit union letterhead, my name on the letter, the letter needs to say I am a joint signer, show the account number and routing number, and needs a signature from the credit union. So I was able to get the letter and everything they stated. Then, they said the letter needs a teller stamp.

Easy application process. Very fast approval and my funds were deposited the same day. Lower interest rate than a lot of places. I would definitely recommend NetCredit to friends and family looking for a personal loan with same day approval and funding.

Even then I would recommend pressing through before going this route or any other loan program such as this. While there is no loan origination fee, the interest rate is generally high. You will be paying a lot of the interest upfront with the potential of mentally draining you and leave you in the mindset of, "Why did I do this!" Getting the loan wasn’t bad, always worked with me in moving my payments around and then I found out why! Being paying on my loan almost two years only to find out my principal went up $2000 because of daily compounding interest. Find a loan somewhere else. They will draft your account at any given time without notice if you fall behind according to the contract! Get another loan and pay them off as fast as you can!

Stay away from this company. They are a predatory lender and practice loan churning. If you want a high interest loan that you will never pay off while they bank every dime you send them and you will never see your principal decrease, then I guess these are the people for you. Customer Service? Forget it! They won't help you, won't talk to you, will dismiss you if you have a complaint or need to change a payment date or anything other than taking your money. STAY AWAY!!!

While I will say that dealing with NetCredit was extremely easy in obtaining a loan, my challenge is getting the overpayments back when I paid off the loan early in November. Here it is January 9, 2019, and still no refund. Last week I received a email telling me that my refund was on its way and to confirm my mailing address so it could be processed. They failed to say exactly how to confirm that, i.e. respond to the email or call customer support, so I did both. The young lady I spoke to said she would forward the confirmation on to the refund department that same day so they could cut my check that day. This all transpired on Wednesday, January 4th. Well, as of Tuesday January 8, I called to find out the status since I still did not have my refund. Darlene, the representative who I spoke with told me initially that my check was mailed.

Worst on-line lending ever. Avoid like the plague. I called the day before payment is due to change my payment bank account and they refused - stating I would be charged a fee when payment is returned from previous bank. Ca. Attorney General complaint on the way.

You guys blew it when you withdrew my 4,000 at 98% APR and came back with a 2,600 148% APR. I had the same credit score as I did three days ago when you had the 4,000 offer on the table, but some mysterious info was cited to change the rules. The representative could barely mumble out a sentence explaining why. Hopefully, it's because she knew what shaft job this was, and she had a shred of conscience. Classic bait and switch. You get people to start to hope for the preliminary offer you are giving them and make them take it in the ** with an offer they should, but probably can't, refuse. Nice work.

I am very disappointed with the way this company is doing business. I accidentally overpaid them for over hundred fifty and requested to get a refund but it's been over a month and half and they haven't sent my refund. But the frustrating part of this whole ordeal is the runaround and excuses every time I talk to someone. The interest rate is sky high and but I accepted it and I'm not blaming anyone but myself for getting into this ordeal. I had other personal loans from other companies and they were able to refund my money right away without any hassle or incident. Please make sure and be aware of what you are about to do because it's expensive and at the same time very stressful and dealing with this company.

I tried for 5 days to receive a copy of the company's lending license in my state. VIRGINIA seems that they don't have such lending license and based on that they are violating Virginia state usury laws without proper lending license. I contacted 5 days in a row via email NO RESPONSE at WHY???

I received a pre-qualification letter for a personal loan between $1,100 - $7,500. I did not lose my job and offered to show my bank statements and payroll stubs. Even with a pre-qualified letter, I was told I may not be eligible for the loan. The company wanted to run a credit check which would decrease my credit score. I explained I was fine with the company running a credit check, but not unless I was guaranteed the loan because I did not want a ding on my credit. I was told there was no guarantee. I opted out of the process because I felt the company lied by sending the pre-qualification letter. Essentially the pre-qualification letter meant nothing except the company is a liar.

I decided to check them out after getting an ad in the mail. I was unemployed and could use the cash to catch up on bills, however it's been nearly a week and all I've seen are more emails asking for more personal information. They already have my employer, income, and bank account verified but now they want my paychecks, bank statements, and copies of my IDs. I've been a victim of ID theft and it's not going to happen again. They have the information they need and they're not getting any more.

I am not sure how they got my number and when I email the address listed on the website it comes back undeliverable. How are they rated AAA with better business rating and they can't be reached for spamming. :(

I have had a great experience with NetCredit. Yes, the interest is high. It can be 35% to 155%. Mine is on the lower end. The problem with most people is they get these loans and get pissed about the interest but if you pay the loan off early and make extra payments, you eliminate a ton of that interest. That is how I do it when I get loans, buy a car, etc. If you just pay the minimum, then yes you will pay a huge amount of interest. So, if you plan to only make the minimum and take the entire time they give you to pay this off, then you will pay a crap ton back.

I woke up to an email from NetCredit saying they can't approve me because of insufficient income! On top of that they had a 4 year old address, that I haven't lived at, and basically said I was garbage. They also have an account number set up for me. When I wrote the first note back asking what the hell, they said they got me from an affiliate company, and still kept saying I don't qualify. I never wanted or applied for their piece of crap high interest loan! Can companies do this to people? Disgusted and angry, don't do business with these people who reject a loan you never asked for or wanted!

Your signed loan agreement with NetCredit has been received and your application has been forwarded to our Loan Processing Team for review. We will contact you shortly by phone or email to let you know if you're approved or if we need additional information to process your loan application. If you have any questions or concerns, our Customer Support Team is available Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm CT and Saturday - Sunday, 9am - 5:30pm CT at (877) 392-2014. You can also sign in to view your account details online at any time."

Getting the loan was painless, but I recently changed my bank account and NetCredit would not accept the fact that 1. It was a new account and I don't have a bank statement yet, and 2. I pay online and don't order checks, so I didn't have a voided check to send them. Worst customer service ever. It took me four calls and three emails, emailing them the same information multiple times. Then, I have to verify what I had sent them by responding twice to their form email. Worst customer service ever@!

I pulled a loan of 2700 dollars in January to catch up on my rent knowing come February I would have my bonus in full, well the day I called in to make payment for the loan, the rep Larry told me everything was fine and my payment was posted and said we were good to go. I went on with my life and didn't think anything of it. It's now April, my secondary account has been hit with 3 payments which have resulted in $500.00 and overdraft fees, now my secondary account normally has small amounts deposited, and we do not use the account only for business purchases, this is why I wasn't aware the weekly payments were being withdrew. I contested the amounts under the impression NetCredit was paid with my bank, and then spoke to my NetCredit to hear them tell me they showed the payment posted, but never funded due to my bank rejecting the transaction.

Everything about service as good. No complaints. The rep was very helpful and we got everything done easily. Our questions were answered and we were very pleased with the help we received. We would recommend service to anyone have problems getting a loan.

My modest loan app was denied in mere seconds, and the worthless website stated as the reason: “could not be verified.” What the heck does THAT mean? Something must be terribly wrong with their automation software that checks for verification. If nothing else, provide a mechanism to verify verbally whatever info they think didn’t validate. How incredibly stupid to quickly deny a loan application for this reason. Are they not on the business to make loans, and generate revenue off the finance charges?

This company preys on the desperate and will trap you in a never-ending cycle of debt. It's fast and easy, and they'll give money to almost anyone. That's the trap. This company is predatory, plain and simple. They charge exorbitant interest rates in order to keep you in their debt for as long as possible. A $2800 loan is going to cost me over $8600 when all is said and done. I understand wanting to make a profit, but this is sickening and should be illegal. I was told by a slightly less more reputable lender that those companies are often on Indian reservations because they don't have to abide by our laws governing or outlawing such tactics. If you're thinking of borrowing money from this company, DON'T. Don't make the same mistake I did.

First of all, don't do it no matter what!!! When applying for the loan my credit score wasn't necessarily that bad. It was maybe between a 630-650. I didn't really need the $5,000 at that time, I needed it but it wasn't an emergency. And, if I had known what I was actually signing up for, I would of found any way possible to find my way around this. Over the phone I was told I was getting a 5% interest rate repeatedly & being rushed into locking in this rate. First, I would like to state my husband at the time was supposed to be getting his Workers' Comp Settlement finalized & we had every intentions of paying this back within a month. So 5% seemed great, & it's clearly my fault for not reading the full disclosure. Of course My husband's Workers' Comp Settlement ended up being $10,000 less than expected. And, of course the loan took a back seat at the time.

At first my experience was awful, after doing everything I was asked to do my loan kept being rejected due to whatever was asked of me to do not being right but after calling and speaking to someone who actually knew they were talking about my loan was finally approve.
