The process was timely and extremely hassle free. The amount I qualified for was a decent amount that will help clear up some debt and have 1 payment that is affordable. There was just a bit of paperwork to submit to get the loan approved.

This is 4th time funding loans through NetCredit. Every single time it’s been quick and easy. It was expensive at first but it gets cheaper the more you pay off and get another one. Assuming you make your payments. I was able to make bigger payments and pay off in the 1/5 of the time. It’s been easier for me paying off multiple debts and consolidating them into this one loan. Since I had a few things going on and pilling up at the same time, this was the perfect option for me. This should be my last time, and I will be officially out of debt! Thank you NetCredit!

Once I found your offer through Lending Tree I filled out my application. There were a couple of times that I forgot to put in some information but you called me right away. The gentleman I spoke to that night helped me so much getting my bank information sent to you. You all are at the top for reliable lending services on a national level! The refinance option could be a little more lenient, but maybe that's a good thing. Please do not use Net Credit for money. If all possible use a reputable company. I had one of their collection people offer me a settlement. I accepted it and paid what was asked. Net Credit wanted more money because they said I should have settled with them. They should not use collection companies if they will not honor the settlement. I only accepted the settlement from the company because they said they were asking for the settlement and they represented Net Credit. I am going to pay them the money they are asking for but this is plain extortion and they should be shame of themselves. If they send a letter asking for a settlement and a company represents them, they should honor the payment. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT HONOR SETTLEMENTS.

The credit application is completely easy to complete. They arrange your payment date to coincide with your payday which makes it easy to repay as according to their rules. Representatives are easy to reach and knowledgeable about answers to all questions. Would recommend this company if you are in a pinch and need resources...just provide needed information so you can be approved...the only problem I see is the very high expensive interest rates...you can repay early if your funds allow it and that would be great if you can do so.

After I was approved I was trying to take a $500 advance. One of the customer service reps told me cash advances were not allowed due to pandemic. When I challenged her she said, "I don't know why that's what we're told. No cash advances!"

I applied and received an email that I needed to fill out the income verification section which I had done. I called immediately and was told it was an automated response and to ignore it. I received another email a few hours later just like the first email. I tried to call multiple times over the weekend and received a message stating that you were closed even though the email said you should have been open. Then I reached someone on Monday who said you needed a bank statement. (Never got an email asking for bank statement. - only knew this because I called). I provided that within the hour, called to verify it had been received. I was told that was all that was needed. Two days later. I get an email that says my application was denied because I didn’t send requested documentation. I sent all that had been asked for. Then I called and was told the application had timed out and to resubmit.

Overall, I'm just satisfied with my experience. The problem was that when someone called my employer to verify my employment, they only tried to call once and withdrew my application. There was no way that could have had any trouble getting thru. I had to reapply, which took another couple of days which was not my fault. The verification department should have tried to call my employer again instead of canceling my application, having me to reapply, and dragging the issue for another couple of days. Also, the customer service team sounds like they are working from home with a bad reception like they are in a tunnel. They couldn't just reopen the application to get them to call again. This was a major inconvenience.

I am a senior loan specialist for one main financial and we close loans within a hour. I called in several times to see what was needed. No one could speed up the process...you should work on that. Your competition can do a loan in a hour. With funding within two of your call.

This I quickly learned was the worst financial decision that can be made. Don't ever do anything with this company since they will charge such high interest rates. Try and do anything you can and reach out to anyone you can before taking a loan here.

This was a very easy and most importantly dignified experience. Not a lot of humiliating questions about my circumstance and why I needed the loan, A simple form, a couple of emails and it was done I had my funds in less than 24 hours. Would definitely recommend to others.

My wife took out a personal loan with this company and it was a horrible experience. She got it easily enough but while we were paying on it they were completely devoid of any customer service skills and payment processing ability. Way too rigid, and the interest rate was absolutely outrageous, 58% APR!!!! Thank God we were able to pay it off in full today with another loan with much better favorable terms and a considerably much lower interest rate. Please do not take a loan out with this company! Find another way. They are the equivalent of loan sharks!!! I realize people may not have many options but still please never use this company. Take out a 401K loan or anything but this company.

Did not expect to qualify b/c of bad credit. I submitted application and within 30 minutes I received a call requesting to finish application process. By that time I had already made my mind up to cancel b/c I needed more than they offered. The friendly woman knew I needed the money so I proceeded. This process started on 14 and ended on 16. Happy that Net Credit was there when I needed them. Took a lot of stress off my shoulders.

The payment arrangements that I have received fits well within my financial criteria. Taking into consideration the other bills and expenses that I have including utilities, credit cards, and other debt criteria that I have, it wouldn't be so difficult for me to manage my money.

I was referred by Credit Sesame and finally qualified. I received an email stating unable to approve as they couldn’t verify my income. I reached a lady named Suzie who suggested I send in my bank statements and paystubs via email and she would promote my loan back through. I did this process four more times with the same result. Very frustrating to be going in circles and not getting anywhere. My bank statements and paystub submitted more than verify my income and pay dates and direct deposits. What more would be needed and why is no one calling to explain?

Very fast loan. Less than 24 hours had money deposit into my bank. The only bad thing interest is very very high, like double what a person borrowed..Overall, if you need money in a pinch they will deliver money to you fast.

Was email that I was pre-approved for $5600. I looked over the loan letter and applied to see the cost. All but really needed was $4000. So after I see what it was for the pre-approve amount I applied for the $4000. It came back approved in just a minute or two so I read over everything and signed away. Interest is high but it's a personal loan. They said that is was going through the final review and notify me email if approved.

Well it was a chilling experience. I would check online as I was told. First I got a letter saying I was denied then about 5 hrs later I was told I was approved then I checked the online info. I was told yes I could get the loan but on the bottom of the page it said I wasn't able to get the loan so whenever I would call they were so very helpful and said yes I was getting the loan. I told them this was so very confusing but yes I got the loan and am very thankful.

This was an extremely smooth experience!! The gave me the amount I was approved for but took less but interest rate high but if you payoff early like I'm going to do there's no problem!! They did require bank statements and employment info which I did through email!! I definitely get another loan!!

I was overdue for Dec 31st 2019 installment by partial amount by $229. I paid that along with current installment for Jan 15th 2020 on on Jan 17th. In worst case I was 17 days overdue for $229 as of Jan 17th. But Net Credit immediately reported that as 30 days overdue for Jan 2020 payment which is current month. I had 5 years and 10 months continuous streak zero missed payments in my credit report for 23 plus accounts with FICO credit score in upper Fair zone. With this falsified information the credit score went down to poor region. For my job scenario there is a background check going on. It failed as I had poor score (Minimum they expect is fair).

I just can't say enough how grateful I am that you took a chance on me and I won't let you down. I have been repairing my credit for almost a year with Experian and I'm doing well, but apparently having great credit, at the time it was at 746, and yet that wasn't enough for a personal loan through their partners because my account hasn't been open long enough and I'm a credit risk ???? The experience is painless, however the interest do not make any sense. To Borrow 5k, you must pay back 15K. If I wasn't in a bind I would never do it any. The payment is low but I hope to pay it back in 1/2 of the time.

1/15/2020 Applied for a loan, loan approved, direct deposit to my bank, on 1/16/2020. As of today 1/17/2020 loan does not show in my bank account. Getting worried. I did call my bank today 1/17/2020 shows no transactions. I will check my account again on Monday 1/20/2020, didn't think it would take days for me to have access to the monies.

I just got the loan and haven't even started to pay because of the due dates. I called and explained that the due dates are wrong and need to be changed. Because of my pay schedule. I was informed that I would be able to have it adjusted. NOPE after I sent my past pay statements. Keep in mind they are unwilling to change your pay's schedule to the best pay schedule that is best for you even if it the a faster pay time. FYI People are not banks. We still have Mortgage, maintenance, Rent, and so on at beginning at the months. DUH.

I was a complete idiot to accept this loan. - DON'T DO IT!!! You pay 100% interest on your monthly balance making it impossible to pay off. It has been 1 year and I still owe the original loan and have paid $105.00 every 2 weeks. Beg, Borrow, do whatever you have to BUT do not do it!!! Hopefully I can help someone else not be tempted when in need of money, you will regret it - Big Time.

I don't know how this company received a decent rating. The interest rate is off the charts. $8900 for a $4000 loan is ridiculous. Don't set yourself up for failure, they are no better than the bill collectors that you are trying to get rid of. It's a shame that they can get away with charging 98% interest, yes my credit score was low in the 600 something range but they are utterly shameful.

Twice during the experience it seemed like your right hand didn`t know what the left hand was doing. 1st man told me to get benefits info and bank info, then lady called 15 minutes later said bank info already received. Went to Staples to fax benefits info. Later I was told they needed bank info, so I had to return another day to Staples to fax that info. Then I was told the form I sent concerning benefits was wrong which was the only one I received from the office of personnel management. I was able to refinance and get additional monies quickly. It came in handy at the right time. I also liked the new amortization schedule and the new amount due. Very easy to and good to deal with. Will use them definitely again in the future.

NetCredit's opt-out, on the website or by phone, requires you to provide your social security number. If you call customer service to tell them to take you off their mailing list and stop sending you pre-qualified loan offers, they will not. They state that you must do the opt-out process as they do not send out the offer letters. So if a third party has your social security number and is sending out loan offers for NetCredit, what is going on there? I will not provide my social on the web or on the phone in an automated system and nobody needs your social security number to take you off their mailing list. So something shady is going on here. I'm looking right now who to report this to.

Getting this loan was a bit of hassle but I’m happy I got it! The only bad part is their customer service. Out of all the times I spoke to someone I only spoke to maybe 3 people who were friendly and super helpful, the other times they all had attitude and wasn’t really listening to what I was saying and I had to keep repeating myself. But with all that said the loan payments and principal is all broken down for me which I love. I know exactly what I’ll be paying each time and what my remaining balance will be! Super easy!

My experience was great and fast NetCredit is the best. I didn’t have any issues after changing my banking information. Customer service was knowledgeable and helped the best way they could. Customer service is excellent and the workers answered any questions I had.

I received confirmation that my loan was reviewed and approved. It was to be deposited the next day. There was no deposit made into my account. It turns out my account was missing one number. If they reviewed my account you would think they would have caught. Now I am in a bind and I have to wait for the money to be returned and reapply.

Very quick, no hassle. Simple and so quick. I didn't know the money was already deposited in my account. I didn't get an email until 2 days later, so for a moment I didn't know if i got the loan or not until today.

Poor communication during the application process. Appreciated the emails but when I called most of the representatives were giving me different information each time I called. Glad I was approved but I was getting very frustrated and almost decided to cancel this loan process.

Good experience. I was denied the first time maybe was asking for too much. But started working on lowing my credit usage, asked for a smaller amount and got the loan. First loan, interest is pretty high but I am hoping this will help with my credit as well and I can pay it off sooner.

Experience with refinancing my loan was done in a manner that was outstanding. The use of the system was easy to use and follow through the process. Having everything done made it easy to complete and time it took was terrific.

Net Credit is a loan shark of the worst Pay Day Loan rip-off scandalous type of place you could imagine. They do things like charge 150% interest to people who can least afford it. They will prey on you if you’re in a jam and demand payment back of up to 3 times what they loaned you. If you try to dispute or lower your interest rate to get it paid off they will threaten you with hits to your credit score. They are taking money from the poorest Americans and are sitting on so much cash that they are now sending out surveys to their customers about other business enterprises they may be able to explore, including opening a “real bank”!! Go to family, go to your employer, but do not go to Net Credit!!!

I never received the loan proceeds. I have only 1 checking account and the funds have NOT been deposited to that account 3 days after approval. The Net Credit people keep saying it's on its way. And they are already billing me.

These shysters take advantage of people who need help. Instead they screw you over with insane terms. 64% interest on a $4,000 loan and after paying $250 a month for the last year they have applied 0 to my principal. Yep, $3,000 paid to them and I still owe the original $4,000. The Attorney General's office needs to investigate these crooks. Avoid this evil company at all costs.

My experience at first was not good because I wanted to know if I could pay the loan off early. I was not given the right information, I finally found out that I could pay the loan back at any time, I would just have to pay the interest.

People need quick money but sometimes y’all make it hard with high APR and interest. The amount you pay back on the loan is tripled what you borrowed. I was really nervous about getting a loan any where online but with my credit score so low at the moment, I didn’t have many options. I have been paying $162.83 every 15 days for two months and have reduced my $2,600.00 balance by less than $8.00. This was copied from their web site: Wednesday, July 10, 2019 $2,600.00 was funded. As of October 24, 2019 my balance is $2,592.27.
