Everyone was very nice and policy. Very helpful. Very understanding. The only company that would help me out. No one else would because of my income. I would tell anyone that has trouble getting a loan to try your company first before doing any other.

The staff was not familiar with the information needed from me to send them. Also, I had to fax the information 3 times costing me $40.00 dollars to do so. My fax said completed pages while your fax did not show the completed pages. Finally, I have 2 additional pensions and no one there was familiar with the 1099-R filling forms submitted to IRS to file my additional pensions at two other banks.

I was very pleased with the entire process until it came time for my deposit. Even though I gave the correct routing number and account number the deposit was sent to an old bank account that has been closed. I was really depending on that money and now I'm told it will be 5-7 days. Someone made a big mistake and I'm paying for it.

My recent loan approval experience was wonderful with net credit. The online application was VERY user friendly and visible links to upload any documents. I especially liked the way I was called to verify I was exactly the person applying for the loan and they even sent an email to back up the phone call. I sent the necessary documents via e-mail to finish processing my loan approval. Received receipt of the e-mail & documents were sent to loan processing within the deadline. The next day or two the loan processing dept claimed I didn't send documents within the deadline and stopped processing my request. I questioned it multiple times yet several days later, no explanation from NetCredt. I held up my end of the loan process. They did not hold up their end of the process. I guess they don't need my business.

Good service and payments are manageable. They've helped me several times when in a bind. Applying is easy. Once approved you can continue to request funds when loan is paid off. Other family members use the service also and are very satisfied.

Loan approval took no time at all. I applied on Thursday and was approved on Thursday. But I didn’t receive $$ until the following Wednesday. I thought that was a bit slower than advertised. Overall a painless experience but I felt I should have received the funds sooner. I would still recommend NetCredit to others because it’s solely done online.

I received a offer in the mail for a loan from NetCredit. I decided to apply and it was a complicated experience. It took several emails, copies of documents and a phone call to complete the process. The loan is at 64 percent and payments are taken out every payday. I think a payday loan would have been easier and less costly. I have gone through companies like this before but this one was definitely the most difficult.

I was really impressed with every aspect of the loan process. If I had any questions I could call in and the customer service team helped right away to get my loan processed. It was all done in a matter of days.

Steer clear of this company if you can. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. When and IF you can actually speak to someone on the phone, the information they provide is not helpful. I've been desperately trying to make 'additional' payments to this account to pay down as much of this ridiculously high interest loan as possible. But then they deliberately skip the next auto payment that is already scheduled to be debited from my checking account. So these additional payments do not really pay down your balance.

I am very happy to be a Net Credit customer!! When they offer the refinancing option of borrowing more money, I always have a great experience! The monies come exactly when they say! I never had any problems with this company. I also appreciate how my credit score has increased.

Net Credit approved me for a loan of $1,070.00 after I completed an application. After signing what appeared to be the contract, I was told to link my bank information for the final decision. I have a credit inquiry on my credit now from signing that contract and I didn’t even get the loan. Use a company that is not going to put you at risk and add a negative mark onto your credit without reason! Best Egg, OneMain, and Regency are a few to name that will let you know upfront if you are eligible for a loan at all BEFORE putting your name on the line for your credit history!

I reached out to this company due to some unforeseen dental work, as well as minor car repairs. I was told that the eligibility assessment would not affect my credit score, so I went ahead with the process. After being informed that I was eligible for 4000 dollars, I sent in the required documents, along with giving them access to my deposit account. I was then told that I needed to apply for a lesser amount, which I did. I am in the process of rebuilding my credit, and currently on fixed income. I was subjected to two additional days of waiting, checking my email, with no results.

Called and asked if I could change my due date to the 7th of each month after signing my documents the day after and was told not a problem by the representative, only to find out the amortization schedule couldn't be updated, but would need to call two days in advance to pay on the 7th of each month, the phone wait time is extremely long, which is annoying!!

Was very simple. Went online. Asked and received money next day. This was my deacons time getting a loan so it was very easy. All my information was there. There is nothing more I can say but this is a good company to deal with.

I needed the $ to avoid my electric being disconnected. The site clearly asks how you prefer to receive the money, I clearly chose electronically because it's an emergency!!!! Going on day 3, no funds!!! Charge me to receive funds as if they would be available in 24 hours, damn near 72 and still, nothing! I thought doing this online would avoid inconvenience and hassle and instead wasted time, stressed and ultimately inconvenienced my darn self. No bueno. You know the saying, "Fool me once....", shameful predatory ish!

Though the "vig" is almost as high as borrowing from the mob, I am currently having a very good year in my business, I anticipate another one in 2020. I also anticipate that any and all disposable income will be launched into my re-payment project. I am going to get to an 800+ Credit score by the end of 2020. I will need it. You guys looked deeper than my "fair" credit score which is a result of unavoidable inquiries when I financed my car, and my wanting to have a diverse set of credit products. As per loan agreement. The payment is due on every 1st of month... Today is 30th and you processsed and you have received the fund but you processed before 1st of month. Now my bank account is in severity negative balance....Along with fees. You made me very mad. I'm going to report BBB and all review will sought as negative review.

I reached out in two emails and never got a response regarding my account. I called and was told the wait time was 6-8 minutes. I was on hold for 30 minutes. The previous call I hung up and waited for a call back. You called, let it ring once, then hung up. Check your records but I'm sure you don't keep track of that activity unless it will benefit you. I guess in your perfect world matters come up with two day notice. I really needed help with trying to get a extension on my loan but now since you got your payment that I could not make I'm negative and even deeper in the hole which is no one's fault but mine. It would just been nice to actually get a response and have questions answered.

One of the easiest processes I’ve been through. Applied for the loan on Saturday, approved on Sunday, money deposited Monday. Every time I called the number the customer service was friendly and very helpful. The only complaint would be the long wait times for an operator was long but that’s to be expected with credit companies.

My experience with NetCredit was outstanding! I applied for the loan online Sunday evening. Submitted pay stubs and bank statements Monday morning and the loan was approved later on that evening! Starting on August 3, I was called to verify what turned out to be a discrepancy on my birth date. I answered the phone while I was out and they told me. When I returned home, I received a computer generated message saying my application was declined for this reason, even though the person told me that the mistake had been corrected.

I’d heard horror stories about using “payday express” type services so I was leery about trying this service. I couldn’t have had a better, smoother experience! The loan terms are spelled out clearly and legibly (not in very small print, for example). Their customer service reps were helpful, pleasant and spoke clear English. And best of all, the funds were deposited within a day! I would definitely recommend NetCredit to family and friends!

Any contact with agents, was polite, informed and provided me the 'how to do' required processing steps. Some of my email was missing, and I had to resubmit portions, as they looked for the incoming email. Very polite and knowledgeable.

I really appreciate NetCredit, they have been a blessing for me. I know the interest rate is high, they have been there for me twice when I needed them. No one else would loan me the funding I needed to consolidate my loans, which would have made my bills a month at least $200 dollars less. I asked NetCredit and they did not respond right away but they did respond right on time. Like I said I know the interest rates are high but I will pay them back because I appreciate them helping me when I was in need and no one else would.

I work at the United States Capitol building so I will go to the Alabama senators and representatives offices to ask them about this. Predatory lending is disgraceful and every employee you have should be ashamed of themselves.

Very unhappy with service. Took 3 days trying to apply. Very bad when trying to call and get through. When finally got approved the amounts changed and payment schedule changed. Not good. Had to call several times to correct the app. You have to have them call you back between 30 to 2 hours.

The dept needed more information and was contacted immediately of what else I needed to complete my submission, they in turn notified me they received the information, that Sunday they notified me that I had the funds and the money was there Monday morning.

I first applied for a loan with this company on 7/3/19. I was also told I was approved for a loan for over $4000 and all that was needed was income verification. I went online as they asked to verify bank information. I couldn't do this so I called my bank to find out what was the issue. My bank stated they do not release my bank information to a third party. NetCredit then asks for my most recent bank statement, which I submitted. I was actually on a three way call, well I was on my phone with NetCredit while my wife called our bank. My bank was on speaker and told the representative from NetCredit, they do not release this information to a third party due to privacy issues.

My overall experience was good but contacting customer service was horrible. I attempted on several occasions and was on hold for 30 minutes or more. Even when I used the call back feature, it would call me back and place me on hold and I would sit there for 20 to 30 minutes. When I received calls from customer service, everyone was pleasant and helpful but trying to contact customer service was awful.
