I got a email saying I was approved for a 5000.0 loan. I asked for a lesser amount of 2000.00 and I had to buy a steam card for 100.00 and a eBay card for 150.00. After I done that they told me I had to send another 150.00. I refused to do that. I believe it's a scam and I'm out of 250.00.

I very disappointed because, when we seeking for a loan it's because we're going thru some type of hardship and don't have the cash on hand for an emergency. For a lender to loan 800.00 at 725% that's deceptive and bad practice, Plus placing a person more in debt.

If you get $300 from Money Mutual you will end up paying $975 in total, which is 325% interest. The system is entirely made for you to get screwed! Do not borrow money over 25% which is already really high, most of the states can not allow loans over 25% and there is a reason why: because then it becomes very complicated to repay!

I was told I was approved for a $5000 loan. They requested I get i-tunes which I did for 500 which I was to get back with my loan. The money was not deposited and when I tried to call both numbers they gave me they were "no longer is service". I am on a fixed income and to not get my money or 500 back is a hardship. I advise to everyone to not be fooled by the fact Montel Williams endorses this site. It is a fraud.

I saw the commercial on TV and called the 1-800 number. The customer service was very consistent. I had my money in no time at all. They offer all kinds of loans for all kinds of things. My repayment options are taken out on a monthly basis which is better for me. I can pay. The additional fees is not too bad. It's almost like going to an Amscot in paying them back. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The company needs to be careful who they are hiring. It seems like they just hire anyone to handle clients and these people don't have much training. They don't treat their customers with respect. They were going to charge me extra fees just because I was a new customer. If I was someone who was always late on my payments or something I would understand. But being new you should give me a chance. I ended up not even using the company.

We need something like this in every other companies. The additional fees are very small but should be cautious about it. In order to do something like this you need to have a sense of security and love.

Their customer satisfaction department is the best. Really discussed the pros and cons, was very knowledgeable. Made sure I was satisfied. Didn't push but merely asked important questions. Also, customers care handled all my questions so that I understand the repayment option which took skill on their part to explain. There is no hidden fees so you don't have to worry.

The customer service was very nice and it was an easy transaction. The person I was talking to was very helpful and told me more about the progress. Well it really wasn't much extra service. I just wanted to get a loan and they help me very much about getting it. SO I am thankful that they did help me out a lot. The company they provided was a bunch of bs. They told me I was approved. I went through the whole process. Told again I was approved. Would receive the money in 2 days. Then I get a call saying it was not approved. And they don't know why. And will not give me any info as to what happened and why it was not approved.

Seemed insightful on their products and services and were very appreciative of my business do it seemed. I probably would return as a customer in the future if the time were to occur that I may need their services again. I only received a payday advance or borrowed against a future paycheck that I would receive about two weeks or so from the date that I got this short term loan. I feel two weeks was a reasonable amount of time to pay back the loan that I got from however the rates of interest could have been Lower than what they were.

The customer service itself was good. They were helpful and friendly. They gave me advice on paying my loan off quicker. They answered all the questions that I had. There really wasn't any extra services to rate. I was just happy with the service but not so happy about the rates. But beggars can't be choosers. The repayment option was decent. I have chosen to pay twice a month in order to avoid paying more interest. Plus this will pay it off faster. The only additional fees that I know of with the loan is if the loan is past due so many days. The fees seem kind of steep but that just encourages me not to be late.

This was a complete rip off. Nobody helps you. You can not speak to anyone. They continue to take money out of your account. Had to finally after a year close my account. Not sure what extra services but I would not use a payday loan ever. It works for short term when you need the money but cost way too much in the long run. Your principal never gets paid off just the finance charges. Will charge you ridiculous fees. Never seems to be paid off. It is a crazy amount of fees. Never get a payday loan.

Very helpful agents. They really value your time. Very happy I chose to use money mutual. My only complaint would be is that repayment for the loan is a bit expensive. They offer many options that allow you to repay the loan in a comfortable time frame. They can take payments directly from your checking account. Very forgiving deadlines. There is a 60 day max on paying back the loan. I find this convenient because I have other bills to pay on top of repaying the loan. The additional fees are tricky. When I did the math they charge you about 35% on the loan which is about 10% higher than local loan institutes.

I'm very happy with the customer service department. It is very reliable and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to use this service. The extra services for Money Mutual is excellent and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to use this service and pass the word on to their friends and family. This is ok as payment fluctuation happen all the time so that isn't one of my favorite parts. The rates can get a little high so therefore it's not for everyone ok. Not perfect. And there's the additional fees that get for service late and start up after the loan. There needs to be a better system for additional fees. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who wants to use this.
