My experience was a pleasant one. The customer service I received was on point and fast without feeling like I'm being rushed through the process. My questions were all answered and everything was explained well.

I was not made aware that the loan funds would be wired into my checking account. If I had been told about the incoming wire, I would have been prepared for the wire fee that my bank charged me. Please tell your customers that their funds will be wired and to expect to be charged incoming wire fees by their banks.

The person who initially took my call for a loan request, Tanya, was the epitome of a terrific client relationship person. She listened, cared, and was very responsive.

I was very happy with the way things went despite some issues in connecting with my loan agent. Both of us being very busy made it harder to connect. Overall though it was a very good job between LoanMe and the loan officer. All ended well and I am happy with the end result.

At first I was denied, but then Le ** came out of nowhere just like Superman and was able to clear some confusion up. He was very professional and helpful and helped me to get qualified. I'm grateful that he took the time and followed through to help me out. It's because of him and I'm sure more like him that you get my rating. Thank you!

You are the first company that I have dealt with both in person, and from the computer, that have been so polite, helpful, and thorough. You are also very complete and encourage us to pay the loan off asap to keep the APR low. Other companies APR is high no matter how, or soon, you pay the amount. I will recommend your services to others. You also give us a week to full pay the loan without interest.

APR of %135 is too high. For 3000 I borrow and pay 16000. It need to be changed for your clients. If I know it before my application never I will do it.

If you are need of a quick that needs to be received in 24 hours, LoanMe will deliver! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I would only encourage this loan if you can pay it back within a few weeks or month.

Eric (I think that was his name) was super nice and helpful. I could understand him when he talked which helped out a lot. We had a small issue and he resolved it the next day! The interest rate is super high if you don't pay it off right away, but you have to expect that when you have bad credit. I also wish that the payment wasn't on the 1st of the month. Overall my service was great. I would only recommend to get this loan if you are desperate and pay it off asap!

My experience with my personal with LoanMe was one of easiest and fastest loan approval. Most of the transaction was done online, a couple phone call and the funds were available in a short period of time. I'm very happy with their service!

It was an okay experience. I was approved for a loan but not what I asked for. I thought that was kind of strange. Like I'm not worthy for one amount, but I'm okay for a lesser amount? I also had to provide a lot of extra info to the point, I actually was having 2nd thoughts about continuing with the application. My loan officer was very nice and very helpful in helping me obtain funds same day, which I was really happy about.

I got a loan on January with LoanMe company without reviewed docs and now I am finding out that I am paying only interest for the loan. 94 % of interest for $6,000 dls. My payment is 509.23 months. I do not recommend LoanMe for loans to no one. Please consider my advice before getting loan with this company... Really hurts pocket!!!

Well. The interest rates are truly ridiculous. I was in a bind so I still did the loan, but I need to pay it off ASAP as the interest rates are horrendous!

The service and turn around time was excellent. Could not be happier. Their competitor is STILL taking time and dragging their feet.

Please people avoid this type of places at all cost. Try to find alternative loans. The people are blood suckers, legalized loan sharks. Ask yourself, do you really want 399% on a loan over a 48 month period?? Example on a 2500.00 loan you're going to pay 11,000.00 by the end of the loan at 400 a month. Is that really worth it to you? Think about it. The federal government should step in a regulate these types of loans. Totally a rip off.

It was a easy and quick process, and I received my funds the same day. The only negative comment I have is that the preliminary rate quote was far less than the actual rate that I received (a difference of 70 points).

LoanMe is a high priced scalper of money! Consumers who use this service, including myself, need the money in desperate situations. This service, although thorough in describing how you will taken over the coals (interest) is predatory. The fact that the service is costing just shy of 100% interest is mind boggling. I can't believe that the government allows financial institutions to charge that much interest. I find myself in a situation that I needed the money and could not qualify under typical financial standards at banks. This company will grow dramatically its bottom line as a result of this type of predatory lending. I will have to ask family members to lend me the money somehow to repay this before I pay 98% of the original loan amount. That is my APR.

I've used LoanMe a few times when I needed funding faster than my pay period would allow. As long as you have the money to pay the amount off in a timely manner, it's really convenient. So plan ahead and be smart. They tell you everything to know, so listen to your advisor. Harrison is awesome and helped me out. Good luck out there!

High rates but I only needed the money for a short period of time and with their no prepayment penalty it made it very convenient. Loan was approved on Friday last week today is Tuesday and money isn't deposited yet but I guess tomorrow all be there.

We have had a great experience with LoanMe. Everything happened the way we were told. Money was in our account within 24 hours! They don't seem to be like the stereotypes, that try to get you to borrow more than you can afford to pay back. Our loan agent, Masa, was very patient and stuck with us for every step of the way. Will use them again if needed!

These guys are as advertised. The loan process was simple. They gave me a loan to bridge between jobs. The loan officer was informative and very nice. The loan funded in a day and saved my finances. The loan officer -- a delightful woman named Wendy -- even cautioned me to try to pay the loan off early to avoid an expensive long-term payoff. The 47 month payoff is extremely stiff -- about five times what you borrow -- but they're upfront about it. They're honest about the high price of a poor credit loan. I would recommend this to others in my position.

15% processing fee is incredibly high.

I filled out application online and was contacted by an agent immediately. He got me approved and walked me through the steps online. He stayed in touch through the underwriting process & confirmed when I would have money. The whole process took maybe an hour. I'd definitely recommend them if you need a quick, easy loan.

I ran into some financial difficulties. I am preparing to file Ch 7. I contacted this company to settle my debt rather than include them in the filing. I spoke with Brian on 11/24, who submitted my settlement offer. I was then contacted via email by Geovanni **, who confirmed the settlement agreement of $1775 on 11/27. I paid them the evening of 11/30 via their webpage. I emailed Geovanni back on the AM of 12/1 to verify they received it. I never heard a word from this company again, until they attempted an underhanded way to take funds from my bank on 01/4/16.

Brian was very helpful. The underwriters could've been more efficient. I would send paperwork in then they request more. That happened three times. Why couldn't they just say we need all these documents to begin with. It delayed getting my loan by a day.

The experience was rather pleasant. The loan advisor worked with me diligently to explain where I was at in the process and what the different potential hold ups in being approved for the loan could be. Mike went on to explain a variety of ways in which we could address those potential setbacks which was great of him. Mike was also very consistent in explain the terms of the loan and the best way to utilize and repay the loan to protect my overall experience. It's nice to have found a company that can be a potential long term partner in short term loans that help make it through the little hiccups in life.

So far I got the loan with no sweat. The staff helped me to secure my loan. The downside is the percentage is too high.

Peter was real nice and informative, did not push us into signing for the loan. He gave us good advice. The loan process very quick and easy. We called at 5:00 am and got a return call back from Peter within minutes. He called and up at step of process. By 2:00 pm the money was already in my bank account.

I find that Bobby was very patient with me in getting the approval for my loan. He was very helpful and all but I do understand the repetitions of information gathering to identify the borrower, but can't you rely on existing client information not changing to be good enough? That would be my only concern.
