I was really hesitant to apply for a loan online, but the person helping me was great. He helped me get my loan quickly, hassle free. Thanks to this company I was able to resolve a problem quickly which greatly relieved my stress.

First off, I will mention that I do appreciate how quickly I was able to receive the funds, since it was an emergency. That was very helpful and the ONLY reason I’m giving the 1 star I’m giving. The customer service was AWFUL. The rep I worked with, Ethan **, was probably the rudest, most condescending representative I have ever had the displeasure of working with. He talked to me like I was incompetent, he talked over me, he rushed me and he was just rude. I didn’t like his tone or just working with him in any capacity. Ethan really ruined my day and the fact that I had to deal with him the following day, put me in another awful mood.

I gave Loan Me an opportunity to see if I take a small loan to help rebuild my credit and not only did they get me approved it was done and funds wherein my account same day! I would recommend to anyone trying to build their credit and just looking for fast and way approval! Mark ** made it even easier and responded to all my calls and answers professionally! Thank you Mark and Loan me!

Outstanding customer service with Mr. Kerrigan **. He communicate with me through the entire process and always called be back, as promised. He explain the agreement with me very thoroughly. I will definitely recommend Loan Me to family and friends.

Have utilized LoanMe for short-term loans for about 6 months now. The initial application and funding process was slightly tedious. Recently, I was able to refinance my loan which included; receiving some additional funds, paying off my prior loan which resulted in a positive report on my credit reports for paying off the original, and the start of a new loan and payment schedule. The process for the refinance was fairly quick and easy and then once approved, the funds were deposited in my account in literally a few hours. Although the rates for the loan and the loan payment schedule are extremely costly, I know that I will be paying the loan off at the end of the year with no pre-payment penalty. The representative made it very clear how expensive the loan would cost if I don't pay it off sooner rather than later, so no hidden costs. Overall, a good experience with LoanMe so far.

I was given very good treatment by Jacob **! He was very well educated about the company and process. I just wish there were loans that weren’t so much bigger especially with this interest rate! I am glad that I was able to get a new loan quickly and received my money rapidly! Thank you!

I felt vulnerable in the beginning of this process and John ** made the whole experience comfortable and safe, he was kind and compassionate, even when I had a difficult time understanding what was required of me. He did make me feel bad in needing the loan. Grateful and appreciative.

The process took less than one day, and I was blown away. I know the product is a little expensive, but this works for me and am thankful for their help.

I have used Loan Me 3 times now, it is very easy and the staff are so friendly. Just always pay it back within a few months and the rates aren't bad. I'll always come back to them because they have treated me right 3 times now.

They have not only made significant errors on my account numerous times, then tried to charge me a return fee because they issued an UNAUTHORIZED charge, steal money from people, can't speak English and cant communicate properly... Everything about this scam company is criminal. Including a 180% interest rate so the $543 I paid for my loan each month, only .27 CENTS went to the principal amount!!! I am going to take them to court if they don't figure my account out and stop ripping people off!

The process was nearly immediate. Very intentional conversation with no fillers. All agents were informative, helpful, & patient. The interest rate is outrageous, so my plan is to pay off loan quickly (2 months). Two-thirds of my loan will be sent back immediately to pay mostly towards the principal. I have no one in my personal life to borrow a thousand dollars from until I stabilized my bill due dates. I literally had no gas money when I decided to apply for the loan. I recommend my loan terms solely for very strategic, knowledgeable, & disciplined borrowers that are in a majorly desperate situation. The loan terms are not to the benefit of a long-term payoff. I only agreed to loan because there is no prepayment penalty. As far as the agents are concerned, they are virtually perfect assistants with exceptional follow-up.

The Representative helped me qualify for instant approval without fail. The process was quick and simple and he made it sound like it was super easy and not as difficult as I can imagine. Banks will not lend a dime if you don't have perfect credit. Which if you have great credit you be probably not need small loan. With this loan I was able to pay bills before things got worse. I was able to sleep at night.

I've had an installment loan with LoanMe since 1/18/2017. I now realize since I'm only paying the required monthly amount, the largest payment is going to the interest and not the principal. My monthly payments are $294 and only $ 8.00 go to the principal. The rest is interest. So, you never get ahead, and it seems like a hopeless situation. Since last year, I have paid the $2600 back twice. I'm looking for a way to sue these people and put them out of business.

I got a loan from this company with my first payment due on July 2nd. However, they processed the payment on June 29th. I called them and they blamed my bank. Their "customer complaint" department called me and said "we do this all the time". She flat out admitted that they submit payments early and basically said, "oh well"... isn't this illegal? BE AWARE! Hard money scammers at their finest!

I was very satisfied with how the loan process was handled and I am very happy I was able to receive a loan, however I spoke with a gentleman saying my first month's payment would be credited and I would only owe 267 instead of 367. Well the 367 was taken out anyways and I called and the lady said that I was misled and that wasn't true, so I budgeted this week thinking I would only have the 267 taken out and now I hardly have any money to feed my kids with. So I am very upset and not sure what I am going to do this week. So thank you for giving me false information.

Apparently a partner of Lending Tree, somehow (I wonder how) this company discovered I was in the market for a business loan. LoanMe, had 1 different rep calling me every 15-30 minutes. So for example at 9 am, Claire would send an email stating; "I see that you filled out our application. Would you like to talk via voice or text?" At 9:15, let's say the guy's name was John. John would call and pretend he wasn't aware Claire was working on my case. 9:30 am, Claire calls. 10 am, Suzie calls. On and on and on every 30 minutes for days. All while using spoof internet phone numbers, 800 & 877 numbers, all from "LoanMe".

Henry is very helpful to me and I definitely recommend LoanMe to my friends. Fast and easy too. Everybody who assisted me are very helpful and most of all Mr Henry. This is my second time using loanme and it help me right away, my worries gone.

I must say to begin with, I never expected to be approved but the help of God and Shane ** I was able to be approved. I know for one that my credit has been turned down so many times and so I was so shocked to begin with, when I was finally approved. However, I was also very skeptical of the authenticity of the call and company since I was still in shock that I was even getting the help I needed. But Shane did an amazing job ensuring that I was comfortable and reassured me that I was dealing with a professional and a field expert not only in his job, but also in providing a true customer experience above report! Actually the whole experience was easy and Ethan was great. The application process was somewhat lengthy but otherwise, it was no problem. Ethan even contacted me before the loan was finalized because they were having a hard time reaching me. Once I did speak to them, the final process was done.

Answered all my questions. Discussed loan terms more than once. Explained how it was an expensive loan and that very little would go to my principal. I recommend just pay more than your monthly. I seen a lot of bad reviews but people don't read the terms and conditions. They tell you it's an expensive form of credit.

I had my car falling apart and not sure how much repairs would cost. I was sure the cost would be more than average. With it being tax month and house tax month, my regular income was running out. I received the loan the same day and more than I expected.

Of course the interest is a bit high but loan was paid off within a month. Greatly appreciate the fast service and funding! Received funds within 30 mins. I would recommend this as a very short term loan! Don’t keep long.

The folks, Sam & Kein, were very helpful and informative. They explained everything to me including the length of the contract and all options I could have, paying off the loan sooner, etc. I was informed when my first payment would be and my last. The different amounts of interest and how the interest rate would decline with early payoff. Most important was how they treated me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is a company to stay away from. I make my monthly payments every month and I wanted to pay $1000 towards the principal only. I was told that interest from arrears would be taken from the $1000 payment as well, instead of it just going to principal. This company is a total ripoff. They are not worth it. If you can get a loan with a company that is in good standing. This company has a lot of complaints and bad reviews.

Kevin was very thorough and helpful. He returned my call when I missed his call or vice versa. Even though I rate my experience with "Happy with the experience" and not recommend to a friend, is I don't think they could afford the interest rate and don't want to give them hope on a loan they can't commit to.

Recently received a personal loan through LoanMe which cost me off the top $2,500.00. Stupid, I know but I had lost my job with no savings and was trying to play catch up. I had an old payday loan that they told me I had to pay off first before receiving the funds. Their underwriter called me on a 3-way call with the other company and recorded the convoys in which the representative specified that all funds had to come from my bank account. So, the payday company took the 2k from my account and then LoanMe sent them an additional 2k via wire! I've gotten nowhere and at 5pm tonight they sold my loan off to another agency so they don't have to acknowledge me. Why?

I was not told that I had to pay off some existing debt (Loan) until the amount appeared on the closing statement. The amount was wrong and the payoff did not happen on the closing date. Which is absurd. I am paying interest twice on the same dollars. I need to be reimbursed the interest paid on the paid off Loan for the period of the Loanme funding until they pay off of the Loan.

Loan Me, is there for me each time I need some help, they do work with me all the time... I am truly grateful... I can pay my loan in 6 months. This way really works for me, no matter the amount Loan Me their helpfulness is always AMAZING so I do recommend them without hesitation to all my friends.

It took me about a month after I was approved to go ahead and move forward with receiving a loan due to the very very high interest rates. I am in a hard place due to the high rent cost in the California Bay Area. But with me moving forward with this loan, I am taking a huge gamble for my family. I don't know how I am going to pay back the $10600 in one lump sum to avoid the $55000 payback amount if I have to make installments. I would give Loan Me higher scores but due to the rates I can't.

Took out a personal loan for $2600 a little over a year ago. Called customer service on Wednesday January 24 to get final payoff amount - was told by representative it was $2141.77. Mailed check overnight to State College address for full amount, including an extra $16 in interest through Friday Jan 26. USPS tracking says check was delivered on Saturday January 27. However, the check still has not posted in my bank account, nor on my LoanMe account page. Instead the principal balance shows $2182.68, and the payoff balance as of February 1 says $3204.33!!!! It also says my amount due is $1,177.84.

Juan ** was attentive and courteous and made this refinance process a breeze. When there was issue with employment verification he went extra mile to get the info needed to ensure I got approved. I would definitely recommend to anyone who feels out of financial options.

I just want to give praise to my point of contact/representative: Naisha ** for her communication and impeccable service towards my needs during my loan application process. She was by far the best service rep I had ever encountered in my life. Always available (even after hours), and was sincerely doing her best to help me out in my needs. I’m really grateful to LoanMe. I was in really bad situation and They were the only ones who gave the loan even though my credit was so bad. It was easy, fast and great customer service. Careful this loans come with really high interest. So if You have really bad credit like don’t complain after You get the loan.

I received an email a few days after receiving the loan. It says it is a transfer. So to my understanding LoanMe transferred my loan account to a collection agency. At the end of the letter says this is an attempt to collect a debt. It hasn’t been long since I received the loan. I have not missed any payments. Someone please explain that to me. I’m shocked.

I was told multiple times my last an was approved when it was not. I signed three contracts and when asked I was told the underwriters needed to verify information and had to make a change. Very poor communication. I was mislead by the phone representative and not actually told where I was in the process.

LoanMe is an absolutely ripoff loan company! They ** you on interest rates because they can. I obtained a $2,600 loan on March 1, 2017 because I was in a financial bind. I have already paid back close to $2,700 over the last 9 months and I still owe them over $2,800. This is ridiculous! I cannot understand how their interest rates do not apply under Usury law. Their rates should be against the law. We are being taken advantage of and forced to pay super high interest rates. This loan is going to take forever to pay off and I am worse off now than I was before.

The process was super easy and quick! Rachel ** was very friendly and knowledgeable of everything! Great way to consolidate debt if you plan on paying the loan off within a year or so. The interest will kill you. I was told all of this before I finalized my loan so I would know what to expect. All in all, very pleased so far.

Efficient, organized, prompt and friendly. The Agents were all up to date on the loan. Explained thoroughly. Recommend to pay loan off within three to four months, no prepaid payments, penalties would not be charged. Loan funds were deposited within a couple of hours.

The people that helped me with the loan were nice, but kept asking for things, and when I would upload it, they would say they didn't need that (like uploading my bank statement then calling me and say that they didn't need my bank statement but needed something else). They were really nice guys, just disorganized. Overall it was not a bad experience, just a little confusing.

LOANME really helped me catch up financially, they had quick funding and great customer service. Alex was awesome. I was able to get current on some bills and pay car registration. This really got my family out of a bind and in a better position.

You remind me to be accurate and fair with my comments. I would like to remind you to be fair with your practices. Yah, I took the loan, I needed to pay my employees after my bank account was wiped clean through fraud. I needed about $7k and got $7k. I was a repeat customer, so my fee was only 5%. The loan repayment terms are such that if minimum payments are paid over the 120 month term the total repayment will be $65,296.16 or nearly 1,000 times the disbursed amount of $6,650. Again, I knew what I was getting into and I needed to pay my employees.

I got my funds immediately. Especially I really need it that day. Representative are very helpful and polite. They answer your question in a friendly manner and honest advice. I like to recommend your good office to somebody that needs an emergency financial situation. More power to your company. And thank you for helping people like me that needs financial relieve.

They have great customer service. Justin who worked with me was amazing. They will walk you through everything and are very fair and transparent. Please be aware these are ridiculously high interest rate high risk loans that are really for short term last resort situations. Do not expect to get a good rate. LoanMe is the only company that allows you to borrow more than $35,000 on a signature. The customer service was great and the loan was approved quickly. The only problem I have with the company is the loan origination fee that is taken off the top and reduces the amount of money you actually receive. The payback is for the full amount funded, but you're only receiving a net amount.

This is the worst company you could ever apply to. The demand and harassment that they did very unprofessional. Awhile back I decided to help out a friend (big mistake) and get a loan approved for her. Well we are no longer friends because she has failed to pay on the loan. Which caused it to into collections and therefore I got stuck with having to make the payments with money I don't have because she put my name on the loan. I feel like this is just straight up ** and shouldn't be allowed or at least be understanding and willing to work out something with the customer so they don't get stuck paying for money they never used!!!

The positive reviews that you are probably all bogus. My credit score is close to 700. I inquired about a 20,000 loan last night. I make 200k a year and wanted to consolidate some credit card debt. They told me that I only qualified for a 10600 loan. Whatever. The thing is that they wanted a one-time fee of 2500. Lmao. And 647.00 a month for 3 years. When I asked what the APR was he wouldn't tell me. That is over 24000.00 for a 7500.00 Loan. This is by the definition PREDATORY LENDING. CashCall by a different name is still CashCall. I got online with Prosper and was quoted 20000 for 13%. This company should be sued into bankruptcy. I will never do business with them. BEWARE!!!

This is a joke. My credit is 688 - not great; but good. I applied for a personal loan for $10,000 to do some home improvement work. They told me I was approved and just needed to verify my bank account. After "verifying" my account four times, they said it had only been open 1 month. I have had the account for 20+ years and called the bank. I called back my "Senior Loan Agent" Andre to tell him they were checking my wife's Christmas Club account and not our checking account.

This was not my first loan with loanme.Com. My first loan process went very smoothly but this loan was not so smooth. The rep "crystal" was friendly and kept in contact with me until she got the documentation she needed then she dropped off the face of the earth. I guess once she knew she was getting her $1,500 commission, she didn't need me anymore... at least that is how I felt. I had to find out from someone else that the loan was approved and had to wait until the next Monday for the funds to be deposited into my account. I feel she should have told me that I had to wait over the weekend for the money and she should have stayed in contact with me through the process. I should not have had to call twice looking for her, only to have to find out from another employee what was going on.
