I needed the money and this is the second time I’ve gotten a loan from LoanMart. I knew I could qualify using my truck, without needing credit. The lending process was fine, and the person who helped me was good. But the interest is high, so I plan to pay the loan off within two months.

Look at the 1 star reviews. Run away from this company!!! This company is a scam and should put below the market. All the 5 star reviews are fake. Look at the real ones and research this company and you’ll see the truth. They will have you in a loan forever if they could. You paying monthly but your loan balance is still rising. Been paying on a Balance of $3323 since October 2026 and been paying on time, and it’s March 2026 and they saying I still 3300.

I liked that LoanMart has a fast process. During the application process, they asked me to submit the title of my vehicle and they asked me for my driver's license. Their representative was professional. Overall, my experience was great, but it was costly.

The representatives at LoanMart have been great. They're just very pushy. They'll call you and then try to tell you that an offer is just for that day. Then they’ll call and call you. Overall, the application process was okay.

It was easy to pick what I needed on their website and when I talked to their reps, they were always nice. They were professional, courteous, and precise. They always do exactly what they say and overall, I would recommend them.

The lending process took a while because I'm long distance. They're in California and I'm in Florida. So, I had to scan the paperwork, send it, scan it, send it, and ask questions. It took a while for them to address any question or concern that I've had come up, but they did well. Processing it was good, but when I had a question, I couldn't find a representative. They kept tossing me around and they finally said, "Well, get ahold of our customer support and somebody there will help you."

I was gonna apply for a loan with another company because it's a little bigger here in Texas, but then when I searched title loan on Google, LoanMart occurred first. I went to them and the lending process was really easy. The reps really helped me. If I needed something, they told me how to do it and how to submit everything. They called me every 10 minutes to see if I was able to get through everything, and whatever I asked, they told me the right answer for it. I was approved within a day.

LoanMart was the only company in the Dayton area that would allow car title loans. They asked basic questions and information when I applied. The whole process took about a day. I had a not so pleasant and pleasant experience on 12/05/2025. I was speaking with a representative that was not helping me to the best of what a good customer service should. As I was speaking with this rep feeling defeated, I noticed a call from a number that came in my phone the other day and told the rep thank you but I had another call that I needed to take. Well upon answering the call, it was another rep from LoanMart. Let's just say the next rep that I was on the line with, went above and beyond his job description and gave me more confidence and assurance with the answers that I needed!!! Great job Team LoanMart!!!

I found LoanMart online and got a loan for $4,500. Their finance charge is 100%, which is crazy. I don't think it should be 100%. They told me that before I got the loan and that's their policy, so I can’t negotiate with that. It took three days for me to get the information to them, uploading it online, and they approved the loan within the same day. The rep sounded professional and answered my question, but I don't know if they were reading from a script. In general, I had a good experience.

It was easy to get a title loan through LoanMart. I had no issues working with Cesar. Everything was online and it was quick. The annual percentage rate was fine.

A complete front back side to side everything you need to know about what you're getting yourself into so that you know what you're doing before you do it and LoanMart is supposed to provide you with the Truth in Lending Act before you sign anything. If they don't you could sue them. You could hold then cancel the contract for up to 3 years. They do unlawful practices. They never accept my account but look on TikTok and I am going to show you everything that they did to my account because every time I try to submit everything that they've done to me it never goes through so go to Michael ** on TikTok and I'm going to show you everything to look out for.

Working with LoanMart was easy and they were able to get the terms I was looking for. Their customer service stood out. It's pretty good overall.
