I found LoanMart online and got a loan for $4,500. Their finance charge is 100%, which is crazy. I don't think it should be 100%. They told me that before I got the loan and that's their policy, so I can’t negotiate with that. It took three days for me to get the information to them, uploading it online, and they approved the loan within the same day. The rep sounded professional and answered my question, but I don't know if they were reading from a script. In general, I had a good experience.

It was easy to get a title loan through LoanMart. I had no issues working with Cesar. Everything was online and it was quick. The annual percentage rate was fine.

A complete front back side to side everything you need to know about what you're getting yourself into so that you know what you're doing before you do it and LoanMart is supposed to provide you with the Truth in Lending Act before you sign anything. If they don't you could sue them. You could hold then cancel the contract for up to 3 years. They do unlawful practices. They never accept my account but look on TikTok and I am going to show you everything that they did to my account because every time I try to submit everything that they've done to me it never goes through so go to Michael ** on TikTok and I'm going to show you everything to look out for.

Working with LoanMart was easy and they were able to get the terms I was looking for. Their customer service stood out. It's pretty good overall.

That was kind of high for me, but I was trying to move and I really needed the title loan. The only thing that kept frustrating me was the portal they sent me. All my files kept coming up corrupted, and I really didn't understand. So, I ended up doing everything through text messages. I had to do it over and over again because they were calling and telling me some documents are blurry. It wasn't easy, but we got it done. Also, everybody was easy to talk to.

The application process with LoanMart was awesome. The customer service representatives have been great. I just paid off one loan. I did it really quickly and then turned right around the next day and got another one. Everything went so smoothly and fast.

This company is a scam company. They give you a high interest loan. And give different people to call you on the phone and they find a way to take your vehicle and sell it. They are the loan company and the debt company…at the same time. Make sure you read your fine prints before dealing with this company. I am QTHE Reviewer…I will let everyone know about this company and companies like this. I will not stop until they’re out of business with all the clauses that they put in contracts. They should not be running any business in Louisiana or in the state alone. Please hear me out anyone that consider dealing with this company. I know it might be hard times but please don’t trade your vehicle for a shabby loan that they can take your 40 and 50,000 or more vehicle away from you in a split second. I do not approve of this company, and I will expose this company everywhere. I do not approve this company to anyone.

Fantastic company to work with, great personal customer service, they talk, educate and understand our circumstances and try to help. They are very prompt and knowledgeable; they have worked with me for a long time.

I did a loan, and the experience was quick and easy. Now my loan was paid off, currently I am on hold for the title department. I have talked to 5 people, just to find out where the process is of when I should be receiving my loan. Every time I am put on hold another person from collections picks up the phone and we start the process all over again. This is ridiculous. I have had a great experience with this company up until today. All because I want to speak with someone in the title department.. Which I am starting to think doesn't exist with all the complications of speaking with them. I then ask for a manager, 19 mins on hold I hear a ring and now silence. This is terrible business conduction.. After paying all the money back, I am now getting a run around, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO A CLIENT WHO PAID OFF THE LOAN! This process should be just as easy as signing up for the loan which literally takes a day.

The person on the phone was really nice, polite and understanding. It was nice dealing with friendly people. It took LoanMart about an hour and a half to process my loan. They have great service and I recommend them.

LoanMart lied to me. The employees were courteous, but they kept asking for so many things. I gave them copies of the registration, and VIN Number, but they put the wrong year of the car on it, so I kept running back and forth. I got a $2000 loan at a 110% interest rate, and it was a $206 payment every month for three years. It was absolutely ridiculous and should be illegal.

A couple of years ago, I was in need of some money and while I was looking online, I found LoanMart. I used them recently and the application process was very easy. They were very friendly, easy to work with, and speedy with everything. They've been very good and I understand how they have to charge more for what they're doing.

LoanMart saved my life. I was searching around on the internet and they had good reviews. So, I chose to go with them. Applying with them was super easy. I did some stuff on the phone and some stuff on the computer. Their reps were really good. One guy I worked with, whose name was Ceasar, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, it was pleasant and I didn't have to jump through hoops to get the money. The process was very cut and dry. The minute they found out or got notified that my title was on the way, the money hit my bank instantly. So, I got my money quick. I was so down bad for money at that point in time and I was going to do it regardless of the rates they offered. I got a three-year loan which I'll have paid off at the beginning of next year.

I Googled who does title loans and LoanMart came up. I was impressed with the speed and the customer service was fantastic.

Everyone I spoke with was more than helpful and I appreciated working with them. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable about the service I was receiving. I will let everyone I know to work with this company when looking for a loan. I will return myself.

I do not recommend. I got a 2000 loan 2 years ago. My monthly payments were $178. Then I noticed that for the past 2 years I've been paying $178 and my $2,000 balance has never went down then, when I call them, they tell me if I would have been paying more than my monthly payment that my balance would be going down by now. Please be aware and refine print before you take a loan from them. I now have a lawyer looking into my agreement with them because it was ridiculous how much money I'm going to have to pay back after getting a $2,000 loan. And now they're threatening to repossess my vehicle after paying them for 2 years. Definitely wish I would have never gotten the loan.

Loan Mart is a big scam that is using people. They lie to you so watch doing any business with this company. They run your credit report even when you advise them that you do not want them to run it and do not give them permission. They are a bad company that the calls are answered outside the USA.

LoanMart gave me a title loan. It was a little bit difficult, but that was not their fault. It was delayed because I did not realize when the title was sent to me that it had the wrong spelling of my last name on it. But they walked me through it, I got it all changed and was able to just send it straight to them. They made the process really easy.

My experience with LoanMart was very good. The application process went smoothly, and we didn’t run into any problems. We had to wait until we got some things in order, but the loan was approved within a day, and the funding came the next morning.

Well the instructions on this review started out by saying people come here for help and to be honest. Well this is my honest opinion and this is my story dealing with LoanMart. I called them about a title loan. They agree at $119% interest. I was desperate enough I was going to take it. I almost signed the papers twice but as I read them it said things in there that they denied when I spoke to them on the phone per se caring full coverage insurance. I had five different employees tell me that I did not have to carry full coverage insurance although it states very clearly in the contract that you do and they tried to talk in circles they tried to get me to sign that contract and they could have took my car legally and they were lying to me the whole time. I hate to say I needed that money desperately but there's no way that I was going to lose my only vehicle over it.
