I got an email I was approved for a personal loan from lending tree up to $8000. I signed the loan agreement for a $2000 loan and was told I had to put up a 5% security deposit because my credit score was below 700. Which would be $100. They wanted it in the form of eBay card or bitcoin atm deposit. I did the eBay card.

I made the mistake of signing up for LendingTree to find a good rate on a HELOC (home equity line of credit). Before I even finished filling out their online forms my phone started ringing and emails and texts started. None of them were for a HELOC, only cash out refinances which I guess make the lender more money but is not what I wanted. DON'T DO IT, you will be bombarded with hungry loan people bugging you for several days or longer.

All I wanted was to check rates to see what they were and immediately was bombarded with calls, emails and text that had NOTHING to do with loans, some did but most were insurance WHICH I NEVER REQUESTED, BEWARE of FARMERS CALLS. THEY ARE THE WORST. They send you info and quotes even after you tell them NO. Just know your information is sold at your expense and without your authorization!!!

WORSE COMPANY EVER!! I was furloughed from my job due to COVID-10 and I contacted Lending Tree first about their payment. Before I could even GET my unemployment check, they put a "comment" on all 3 of my credit bureaus with the following statement: STUDENT LOAN IN DEFERMENT DUE TO NATURAL DISASTER. I have been a customer of this company for almost 2 years; first and LAST time customer for sure. Never missed my $973 payment one time since I became a customer. I am in the middle of moving my family of 5 to another rental property but because LendingTree put this "comment" on my credit report, I was DENIED in the final contract process and after 3 hours on the phone, a LendingTree supervisor REFUSED to remove the comment stating that "well they are not supposed to be doing that, so take it up with them directly". Now with no place to move my family, we are out of options.

I was disappointed in myself (mainly because I knew better). I had heard 30 yr fixed interest rates had dropped. So I did a search online for the latest rates and LendingTree.com popped up and said to enter a few details to get my rate. I entered the details and when I clicked submit, my phone started ringing off the hook. It hasn't stopped since I filled it out yesterday. I should have known that it was just a marketing ploy and that it wasn't giving me rates... Lending Tree was sending all of my information to lenders all over the USA and they have all called me in the last 24 hours (more than once).

I really don't know what to expect from this. I just started my account and now waiting on response. I heard that this is one of the best ways to get a loan for important things in life you may need so I'm very anxious to see what's in store.

I cannot believe how fast it was. I decided to just apply to consolidate some bills and filled out the application and was surprised within 2 days that it was approved. It was so fast that I thought that it was a scam. But it was real. I would recommend them. During this trying time this loan gave me some peace of mind not having to worry about bills while trying to get through this devastating time.

Worst company. Very poor communication on what they plan to do with your information. Why would they send my information to 100 banks? Do I want 100 phone calls? Do not provide them your phone number. There is no way to delete your account just turn off notifications. I am consulting with a lawyer about that now. That seems fishy to me....

I applied on Lending Tree. Beware! Lee ** called me and took my application and then promised me 3.85 on a refi. Sent me the paperwork which was floating. Not locked in even though paperwork said locked in. I signed all my paperwork online and he never would answer the phone afterwards. Three days, 16 calls, 5 emails later nothing. I give up. Now the rates for refinance are 2 % more. He knew exactly what he was doing. This person lied to me and I am elderly. I will be following up with everyone and anyone that I can. I was taken advantage of and now the rates are sky high.

Their website will data mine you to death and then when you hit SUBMIT it WON'T give you any quotes!! JERKS!!! Then they will flood you with ads after ads from their partners. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! THEY ARE JUST A MARKETING COMPANY THAT SELLS OFF YOUR INFORMATION!!!!

The application process was very fast and very simple. No long pages of paperwork and forms to be filled out. Did not have to upload bank statements or income verification because it was already available online for LendingTree. Received my loan very quickly. (It took less than one week and my cards were paid off and the leftover money was in my bank account.) Would recommend to anyone needing to consolidate credit cards and also needing a little extra cash for whatever.

I liked the ease of the application, the interest rate and terms of service offered, the expedience of the funding, and I would recommend Lending Tree to family and friends. Extremely pleased customer here!

I requested a loan through Lending Tree to help with moving costs when I sell my house. I had the loan within 3 days. The process was fast, efficient and convenient. I would recommend lending tree to anyone.

Within a minute of submitting inquiries to Lendingtree.com for a loan, I was BOMBARDED with calls...literally several every minute. Within an hour I had 20 calls from one number. As soon as I would block one number, a different number from the same area code would pick back up the incessant calling. I REFUSE to do business with any company that harasses their customers this way. Stay FAR FAR away from this company. Do NOT submit an inquiry online...you will be sorry!

IT was very easy to apply in minutes. The only downside was that I kept getting calls from all of the loan providers until I had chosen the one that best fit my budget. Other than that, I was provided with a lot of offers and was able to narrow them down with filtering tools which made it easier to find the right one for me.

This company sucks. They can't offer better rate, not even close to my current rate. But I am more annoyed by the calls from different sources. I will never recommend anyone to try with them. Horrible experience!

I have had a great experience with Lending Tree because they make the entire process so easy that I had no problems at all getting my loan and seeing my financial health right at my fingertips! I really appreciate LendingTree!

All I wanted was to check rates, which I thought was online; and then instead, I immediately get bombarded with calls, texts, and emails from loan officers (at least 15!). Website implies that one could check the rates online.

I received an add to view current interest rates for mortgages and was ready to refinance my mortgage to a lower rate. As soon as I input my info which included my phone number and hit submit, my phone immediately started ringing. Literally the first call came within 30 seconds of submitting my info online. I receive calls from at least 5 companies. I narrowed the list down to 2 and one's rates were double the other so I told them I was not interested and they would not stop calling me. I probably received 75 calls from them even after I told them I wasn't interested.

I should have never given any information to LendingTree. Would-be-borrower beware! If you apply with them, create a new garbage email and maybe create a google phone number because their shameful predatory lender partners will hound you by email and phone. If you don't mind a 25% interest rate as your best deal, don't even bother. I have a 750+ credit score with excellent income and low debt, but that was the best I could do. If you're worse than that, again, don't bother. You can borrow money from anywhere for far less--including loan sharks (9-14%).

In researching best rates for home mortgages Lending Tree kept popping up as #1 in my search. I tried it and got multiple quotes that were what I thought "too good to be true." I like to do business with local companies so I called a few and they could not compete with the quotes I was getting. My number one recommendation from Lending Tree was North American Savings Bank. I called and spoke to Warren **. The quote I got was far better than Quickens or any local banks. I decided to go with NASB.

The process for finding potential loan providers was super simple and quick from start to finish with Lending Tree. We did not have to provide a ton of personal information, and we received 10+ offers in minutes. The offers were from a wide range of lenders from banks and other lending institutions. We were able to see loan terms, interest rates, and other pertinent facts w/o even clicking on any of the offers. The offers included low interest, low payments, higher interest, higher payments, larger amounts, and smaller amounts. So, finding a loan that fit our payment, interest, and term needs was simple.

Overall Lending Tree directed me to Lending Club, which in turn, approved my loan quickly and stress free. Lending Tree made the search for a good loan company much easier and honestly, then some other high pressure search companies.

I have "good" credit and wanted to pay off my credit cards and also wanted a loan to help in the process of obtaining "excellent" credit. They showed me different options online of what my payments would be if I chose 3 years, 5 years, etc. to repay my loan. I chose the best option for me, applied online, was notified that I was approved and the money was in my checking account within a couple of days. I really like that didn't have to take time off work to go to a bank or loan company in person to apply.

I have used LendingTree a couple times in the past, successfully. This time, one of the lenders recommended was LoanDepot, and I refinanced a loan with them. LoanDepot customer service was the worst I have ever experienced (in 30 years of several home purchases, car purchases, refi, etc.). Several times I was unable to get my loan servicer on the phone, or email, until I commented publicly on Twitter and was directly to customer care, only then the loan servicer replied. LendingTree needs to know how difficult Loan Depot was to work with, and consider NOT recommending them through their platform.

I went online to look at home loans. I then received several results which was good to see. However, immediately I started to receive many unsolicited phone calls from several lenders. Huge mistake! I told one of the callers, Basil **, a VA home loan specialist, that I already had all of the information I needed and was all set. I then said goodbye. His reply by text after we talked, and I quote: "Thanks for hanging up. We don't charge lender fees to veterans. Hopefully, you can stick that in with your results!" Can't believe how unprofessional that was. I didn't realize that Lending Tree would be passing my information out to numerous sources. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

From beginning to end, the refi took around 2 months to close. The lender asked for the same documents over and over suggesting that they had lost some of them. The loan processing department would take 24 hours to respond to any query. The lender wanted an opinion letter about our trust, even though we provided all the pages of our trust which answered all the questions about the trust. The opinion letter cost us $200 that we couldn't recover in the loan process.

I have never used and would never use Lending Tree. I have never visited their website. They continue to call me repeatedly even though I have informed them every time they call I did not request that they contact me and that I am not interested. They have no justified relationship with me and I am registered on the no call list. They refuse to stop calling. Go waste someone else’s time.

I wanted to consolidate my credit card debt but could not get approved for a consolidation loan with three top lenders. I hesitated to apply for the Lending Tree loan but decided to give it a try. Not only was I approved for a loan at a decent interest rate and 5 year term, but I was also approved without hardly any verification requirements and had the money in my checking account in 48 hours! I am now almost credit card debt free and my credit score is on the rise, plus I know exactly when my debt will be wiped out!

Total waste of time. I spent 5 days trying to get a hold of a company they said I was Pre-approved thru for a loan for Home Improvements only to find out that this company doesn't provide those kinds of loans. They only do debt consolidation loans. Per the company Lending Tree doesn't screen customer properly which leads to this same issue all the time. So what was the point of me answering your questions if you don't listen to the answers?

I've been trying to to log in with every email I've registered and nothing. I'm waiting to know the status of my application request that y'all have claimed that I'm looking forward to receiving. This will be the last time I try to get a loan for repairing my credit numbers based on the recommendation I've been getting.

I have heard many people say you can shop for the best rates on the Lending Tree. My expectation was I would be able to decide who I wanted to pursue a loan with. Far from it. The reality is once you provide your details it is sold immediately. Within just a few minutes I got emails for everything from cannabis, to popcorn popper, personal loans, to nutria-systems, and the Rotorizer Saw. None of these products would I ever use and if you try and take your name off those solicitors, they will sell your email address to other solicitors. Thank You Lending Tee. As others stated, I was bombarded by phone calls, even on Saturday morning at 0500 AM and Sunday night as late as 2230. So much for me being able to choose who I do business with. Huge mistake and false and misleading advertising.

Was doing research for Commercial Loan possibilities. Made sure to clearly state preference was email contact. Right after hitting submit received a disclaimer stating that a large number of their "matches" would be contacting me via telephone even though specifically indicated my preference. Also received bogus link telling me to click to see the "Matches" but my virus protection luckily picked up the trojan built in and I did not click. Monday morning received back to back to back calls from one "Match" that I repeatedly had to tell I was not in a position to discuss financial information while with a customer and in a public waiting room.

Did an application for a personal loan, submitted all requested documents. Was asked for documents 3 times. After, it showed that they would respond by email shortly. 3 weeks later, I called them. I was asked for documents again. Instead I chose to explain over the phone whatever they needed. Application was being held up because my wife and I have a joint bank account and joint income. We’ve been married for 31 years! The loan was denied for that reason.

Holy cow! I have received rapid fire calls from their "partners" since I used their website. I can't stop the calls and I am trying to work. I have a feeling this won't be stopping. I called LendingTree and asked them to make it stop and they tried and they said it may stop in 24 to 48 hours. I hope I don't miss any important calls because I'll be hitting "end call" and "ignore" on the plethora of calls coming to my number, I want to cry. It's such harassment and a violation of my space. I had NO idea. But to access the info on LendingTree you must put in your phone number so stupidly, I complied. Ugh. Stop the madness, or don't let it start for you... Don't put your number in there, you WILL REGRET IT!

This actually was a Great and Easy experience. The Web site was easy to navigate and in a few minutes I had my decision on my Personal Loan. They gave me Three different choices, I picked the one that best suited me and BAM the money was deposited into my bank account two days later. I thank you LendingTree for a great and easy experience. I think after the first of the year I may apply for a Home Refi.

The application process was quick. Got my loan approval on the same day. Haven’t received the money yet in my account yet. It’s been 2 days and they say it can take up to 4 days. When the loan goes into my account I will give them an A+.

Nice to be able to do this transaction online and not have to go into a loan institution. The rare is very reasonable and I like the idea of having payments automatically deducted from my checking account. That way I will never miss or be late with payment.

I was looking for a personal loan with a low interest rate so I could consolidate my bills. I was able to pick a lender and get the loan with the exact quote that was on the LendingTree website. The process was easy and the loan funded in a few days. I was very happy with the whole process.

Unfortunately I was not approved for a loan. hHwever I wanted to admit if I could used my title from my home as collateral but I didn't get that opportunity so that is the reason for this message. Your credit report on my account is not under my social security number. Your Privacy policy and security policy have been breached. I am reading someone else credit report and someone else is reading my report. Please correct. I will have to correct this with an attorney.

I wanted to view marketed rates, promotional rates, and reviews of lenders for a HELOC. After giving LendingTree some basic information about my situation, I was bombarded with no exaggeration 9 phone calls, 5 voicemails, 3 texts, and I'm sure about 50 letters in the mail are on the way (last bit is speculation). If you want to feel attacked by telemarketers and SPAM then lending tree is the spot for you. Cheers, Chris.

The process in obtaining a loan was easy. The staff when assisting you were very professional and kind. My experience with Lending Tree was great. I definitely would recommend them to others. They made it very comfortable with no intimidation or pressure when obtaining a personal loan.

Well I keep getting messages about getting the loan I have been working on trying to get. Either I am run in circles from getting redirected or y'all send me messages making think I have another chance at getting it. But I have gotten loans through my bank and I still owe on them. I have my payment taken out of my check every month when it hits the bank. My credit score is going up every month. I would love to be able to get a loan large enough to to pay my bank loan off and have enough left to get my license straightened out and buy a used vehicle. My license are suspended from tickets I got on Massachusetts while in high school over 30 years ago. Mass cant tell me what the tickets are for so I am trying to get them dismissed and have to pay fl for not having insurance on a truck I sold. I did not realize had to turn tag in. My son has same name and there is items that are not mine on my credit report I am in process of try to straightened out.

Like most people we just spent years in the making to get our credit to where it is. Making payments on time, never missing payments. Watching credit scores all the time. But after all the hard work and the teamwork we are in a great place. With that we have the oportunity to obtain loans with great people like LendingTree. Honest and very helpful with advice on the loan and just a great experience with great service. With their help we will continue to keep our credit in tact and working on getting higher scores with their help.

I signed up and Instantly I started receiving multiple fraudulent unsolicited calls a day. I wouldn't give this company any information, they will sell it and you will get a lot of fraudulent phone calls. STAY AWAY!!!!

I wanted to check my options on consolidating some bills so I went to LendingTree and put in a bit of information. I was supposed to get to a screen showing me some lender options. It would only take me to a blank screen. I finally gave up. I did this about a week ago and I keep getting phone calls and emails from lenders I haven’t even heard of wanting to talk to me about the loan request I sent in. I never actually applied to these places and don’t know how to get them to stop because I never actually applied. I’m worried about how it’s going to affect my credit now.

No hassle, quick response, several offers to choose from. I choose the one that worked best for my situation. Would recommended using this process. Anyone who is needed of getting their finances in order this would be the way to go.

I entered some of my information into LendingTree to get some quotes back. What happened over the next 24 hours has been insane. I've gotten more solicitation calls and also spam calls about winning cruise vacations in 24 hours than I've ever gotten the past month. My phone has been blowing up and I've been rejecting every single number that I don't recognize. While I understand that I'll get a few calls and e-mails as a potential customer, I did not realize the level of harassment and aggression from literally over 100 calls and over 20 voice mails left on my phone. They are also multiple calls from different reps all representing the same companies over and over. Never again.

I filled out their online form to obtain a quote for a mortgage refinance. It forced me to include a phone number, and foolishly, I provided one. Ever since, I've been deluged with phone calls from different phone numbers. I can only assume that they're giving my info to different mortgage lenders to call and solicit me. I refuse to answer any one of these calls to even ask them to stop. Some leave a voicemail message, but most don't.

I recall doing this years ago and never again looking for a home refi, we ended up going through Zillow and it was a much more pleasant experience. I wanted to do a simple inquiry about possibly doing a refi on my car loan. So you give them your personal info and details about the loan, then LendingTree forces you to put a phone number in. As soon as you hit send you are getting hammered with phone calls. I am just going to block these lenders and never use LendingTree again.

No clue how to use this site. Unsure how I receive quotes. Wish someone from customer service could call me or there was a number I could call and speak with a representative. Don't know what else to say except send me an email with more info. I can be reached on my cell every day by text preferred but you can also call.

LendingTree found me multiple lenders and provided all the information needed to decide who to go with, APR etc... Filed for my loan, sent the necessary paperwork and had my money in less than a week!! Now, time to build my business!!!

I called on a Sunday while watching football after seeing a commercial on the TV. The process on the computer took about 45 minutes. I got a choice of loan options and picked one. I sent my last two paycheck stubs. I then got a call requesting my W-2 from 2018 to further verify income. That was it. The next morning I had an email saying my loan is approved. The money I send to the credit cards I wanted paid off (as part of the loan process) is on the way and I just looked - the money is in my checking account. It is Tuesday! I cannot believe how quick and easy this was!

Difficulties signing in for credit score. Info suggests that I have a previous account. I do not. The street address cannot receive mail by residential mail carrier anywhere in this 100 year old community. We have a US. postal service mail building at the entrance. We have two legal addresses the 1st is ** the 2nd is **. All mail is received to **. It is the only legal address for mail delivery! HELP PLEASE!!!

I love that LendingTree offers various options for obtaining better lending services (mortgage, auto; etc) and monitoring your credit viability in one location. This is so helpful in keeping track of discrepancies and developing credit worthiness. Awesome site.

The loan completion process was a step by step process easy to follow. It’s automated and designed to be user friendly. The system is setup to connect with your banking which expedites verification. Uploading documents is simple to support income.

Matt & Julia were awesome and very patient with my loan and my craziness. Matt helped me every step of the way. Things got very crazy and Matt helped me stay fairly calm. Julia and Matt made things so much easier.

Lending Tree was very easy to use and gave me several options for my Auto Loan. Once I selected which loan fit my needs, it only took 1 day to process and had the loan available the next day! I also shopped with my bank, and Lending Tree had loan options available while my bank was still asking questions. First time I used them and will definitely use them again.

I was only looking for basic information, and from the moment - literally 2 minutes after completing what I thought was an inquiry into interest rates, I received a call from Quicken Loans having received my information from Lending Tree. I have received NO LESS than 10 more calls from other businesses and just as many emails. I was NOT aware my information would be given out for a simple interest rate inquiry. This is completely unacceptable and I feel significantly harassed. Beware to anyone- just got another call while typing this... DO NOT ENTER YOUR INFORMATION, Lending Tree will send it far and wide and you will not be left alone!!!!

Looking for a mortgage refi, Lendingtree automatically drew up Loan Depot. While the refi went pretty much smoothly, after only less than 2 months after I closed, Loan Depot transferred my loan to NIGHTMARE Dovenmuehle/Nexbank. All 3 companies operate just like a 3rd world business! You call for answers to questions and you are given different, confusing info every DAMN TIME. When you want to speak to a supervisor, you are either talked down to, or given an email address for someone that continually responds, "We are still investigating...", then you NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. I mistakenly trusted that they would pay my insurance/taxes on time. Dovenmuehle delayed for no godly reason. My insurance agent sent an email informing me 10 days after my insurance was due that it needed to be paid now.

The online process was quick and easy. There were not any additional fees. I received my money in 2 days. I got to scroll through and see different loan amounts with the APR and monthly payment amounts.

From filling out the application to working through the website, made the process very easy. I had an answer in a matter of minutes. The website was very interactive and accurate and made me more confident for working with Lending Tree again in the future.

Everything was very quick and the questions were not intrusive. Loan was approved in minutes and got the loan direct deposited within a week of applying. And the website seems to show a pretty good amount of info and settings - as well as changing the due date time.

I applied for a loan on Friday, on Monday I received an email informing me that I got the loan. By Tuesday morning the money was in my account. Exceptional service! Says approved but no final deposit. Unsure what to do next. Would be great if actually got loan. But no instructions on what to do next. If I'm not doing something please let me know. I'd been trying to apply for a personal loan for a while. But I knew my credit took a toll a few years back and every time I tried applying I would get denied. Saw few kinks I had to work out and after I had fixed this, tried applying one more time. I didn't expect that my score at 664 would do been for Avant loans. But to my surprise I finally, after 12 tries over the last three years was approved by them. Provided the required documentation and within 24 hours I received my money in my bank account. This place is horrible. The worst experience. They aren’t honest, tried to tell me that our income didn’t match refinancing our car loan which we was only trying to lower our rates. My experience was horrible. They pulled my credit way more than I was aware of leaving negative marks on my 730 credit score. I would never even consider using these crooks which is what they are in my opinion.

Heard about them from ads and a couple family members have used them with excellent results. I was in a very big bind financially over some medical flights that had to be booked pronto. Made 1 request though the site and literally within 2 mins they were working on it with hot hesitation of credit score. They did everything they could to find a match that wouldn't break my wallet. That's how companies should always be.

I went to LendingTree for a small loan. The second I finished inputting my info and before I had any chance to look at the offers, Prosper called me! Then the emails flooded in from all the offers. This is WRONG! I needed time to look at the list of offers at the very least instead of being bombarded with call us now and email us now crap. And when I chose an offer and asked the other lenders to stop contacting me it took 3 to 5 messages before they stopped hounding me. This is too much too soon and too insistent! I won't use LendingTree again.

I assumed they may give me a few different options and show me the costs etc. Upon signing up I received countless phone calls non-stop soliciting for me to get a loan through them. I only received calls from the bank sites I clicked on. The process to complete my loan online couldn't have been easier. I was very pleased.

It was great to see several options when shopping for loans, both in terms of lenders and different tenures and corresponding interest rates. What also helped was that most of the information was actually passed on to the lenders' site, saving time having to provide the same information again. Keep in mind though that the rates shown are extremely indicative, and very different from what's actually available on approval.

I used LendingTree to request a loan to consolidate my credit card debt. I requested a loan for $5000. I did not qualify for the standard loan companies but did receive an offer from LoanMe for $10,001 at an interest rate of 99.74%. I can't understand how that is ethical for a company to allow such egregious rates and I have concern for people who are desperate enough to accept those terms. When I voiced my concern to LendingTree about their partnership with LoanMe, they replied that it is not a 100% interest rate so it is entirely legal. I thought that banks had a limit of 36%, but I am being told that as long as it is under 100%, they can offer it. I hope these loan shark/predatory lenders can be put out of business.

Filled out a request and they checked my credit. Denied, and they had an option to dispute TransUnion credit errors. There were several items that I had no idea what they were, interesting one was a student loan. I have never had a student loan. I disputed that among other things, and it came back verified! How could they have really verified when I never had any???? I am 62 and got my MBA IN 1979!!! Without any loans!! This needs to be investigated and LendingTree and TransUnion refuse to verify.

I had been contemplating a personal loan to consolidate debt for a while. I decided to try LendingTree because I had used them once before. The application online was so easy! I was presented with the best offers immediately and chose an offer from LendingClub that had lower fees than LC had offered me directly. In addition, I saved a lot of interest by directing them to pay down specific credit cards as opposed to them giving me all the money directly. Then the balance of the loan would be deposited in my checking account. In 48 hours, the money was in my bank and the payments to the credit card companies were on their way. I am thrilled with the whole ease and speed of the process! I highly recommend them!

I would have appreciated the service if I could have told LendingTree that lenders should contact me by email instead of phone. I do not enjoy talking on the phone and I definitely do not enjoy the 20 or so phone calls that I received. Phone calls is not how I do business.

Went to Lending Tree due to seeing advertisements for them. Due to some life stressors needed a quick, easy loan. I have been denied for loans in past but figured I'd give it a shot due to good payment history on a previous loans, etc and improved credit. The application for my needs was quick and easy through Lending Tree. They showed 2 options to apply for. Once I knew which payment plan would fit my needs better I completed the quick application and required documents. Once in review it took a brief period (about 1 day) to know if I was approved or not so I reached out to their ONLINE chat representative. Person I spoke with via chat was personable and was able to let me know I was approved, prior to it stating I was approved on the Lending tree customer portal. Once approved it took 2 business days and 2 weekend days to get my loan.

Even though I’m a past LendingClub customer — I was more that pleased at how quick and effortless getting my loan approved. I wanted to consolidate a couple of credit cards to make it easier on my budget. It was approved within 24 hours. I would highly recommend LendingClub to anybody. This is my second loan with LendingTree. After my first experience, I had no reservation in returning to them. I was able to pay off all of my current credit cards as well as other debt from home projects. The great part is that what I was paying out to all of my creditors, my payment for the loan is less. It was much easier to apply than I ever expected, and money was in my bank within 48 hours! Within two days my credit card debts were paid off, and my loan payments are lower than what I was paying to the cards! I would highly recommend this company.

I was interested in checking rates and seeing what was available for refinancing my home. Within seconds of submitting my information lending companies started calling. I got 4 voicemails simultaneously while on the phone with the first company. I originally thought I could just ignore the calls, but the ones that went to voicemail would just call back. It has been 2.5 hrs since submitting the application and I've gotten a total of 12 calls, many of which did not want to hear "I'm not interested at this time". If you just want to check rates, Lending Tree is not worth the hassle. I honestly doubt I will use the service again even when I am seriously looking.

Avoid LendingTree at all costs. Their main reason for existence is to sell your email, home address and phone numbers to anyone who will purchase the information. I receive at least ten phone calls a day from spoof numbers and I can't make it stop. I may have to change my phone number. Plus I get countless emails and countless junk mail sent to my home. Shame on you, LendingTree!

My credit was decent so I used LendingTree to find a unsecured loan. They showed me a few companies. I was pre-approved for based on the credit estimate. Using their estimate the loan I was pre-approved for was approved and in my account within a few days!!!

Certain companies will have your money in your bank account as quick as the next business day! I was curious about a personal loan, and per the LendingTree website, to find out potential lenders, all you have to do is submit a request. What they do not tell you up front is that this automatically sends out loan inquiries and even makes applications. Within a few hours, I received 5 phone calls and over 20 emails from companies wanting to talk to me about a possible loan. Several even said my loan application was rejected, even though I did not make an application to them. Apparently LendingTree does this on your behalf.

Good lord! I understand that when I submit my email and phone number to one of these types of sites, I must accept a few robo-calls coming my way. I literally received a non-stop string of 20+ calls from different numbers, AS SOON AS I submitted the information to get a quote on refinance options. If a company is desperate enough to sell your information the second you enter it to the highest bidders, I'll not be trusting them with $1 of my money and not a second of my time. If you're reading this Lending Tree, stop calling me. I've unsubscribed, I've been placed on the do not call list, and I'm still receiving at least one or two calls per hour. LEAVE ME ALONE!

I needed a loan and put exactly for the amount. One of loan offers I got was from a company Ubicash. If LendingTree tries to put you in contact with this company run. I have decided to get a new debit card because Ubicash has my information. Stupid me give them it. This company says it's something to do with tribal law. And when asked about it as usual they really couldn't tell me much. I put a freeze on all credit reports. Please be aware of LendingTree and Ubicash. When you feel uneasy about companies offering you a loan and you can't send your own payment in RUN AWAY as fast as you can. BEWARE!!!!

LendingTree hooked me up with Lending Club and within 4 days I had the amount I requested deposited in my checking account with no additional paperwork required. I was very pleased with the notification of the full amount I requested sent to my email inbox and that I didn't need to provide "proof" of income, etc...

Applied for bill consolidation loan May 31. They offered me a loan with a 2500 set up fee which seemed way out of line. Then for the next 30 days they kept asking for more and more documents which I provided and then they turned the loan down. Their people that answer the phone are at best English challenged and I had a horrible time understanding them. Also just before they turned down the loan one of their people refused phone calls from my cell because it shows private caller on ID. I had used the same cell all month with no problem. What a joke of a company. I am not laughing!

Over three weeks ago I phoned LendingTree. I went through the process of applying for a debt consolidation loan with them over the phone. I did not qualify for a loan, LendingTree transferred me to a credit repair company. I went through their process of becoming a client. I went online and signed a financial power of attorney and arranged a payment schedule. My first payment was to be paid July 1st 2019 of $173.00. On July 1st a credit repair company attempted to withdraw $270.00 from my bank account. Unfortunately my new laptop crashed on me and I lost all my contact info. I'm not sure if this was a deliberate action. Today I called LendingTree 11 times six times in a period of three hours. I left my number for a callback, no response from LendingTree. Five times on hold for up to fourteen minutes, every call was disconnected.

Although the process took a few days, the process seemed pretty thorough. I really wanted to pay off a debt with onerous interest and they would not refinance. This loan saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you.

I’ve never done business using an Internet Service before and was skeptical at first but thought it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try. I needed a personal consolidation loan with a decent interest rate and I needed it in a week. I was skeptical, but applied with LendingTree who claimed they could find me a number of loan options within a few minutes. I filled out their application and, within 1 minute, they already had a lender who apparently was willing to lend me $5,500 with a monthly payment of only $147.. So, I contacted the lender, Best Egg, and provided them with a couple of pieces of documentation. I received the final approval only two days later and the money was in my bank one day after that. LendingTree provided a variety of lenders for the type of loan I was looking for. Their information included lender ratings which I found extremely helpful in my loan quest. They also provided a listing of more than 5 lenders.

LendingTree was horrible. I was having doubts because they wanted me to send them money to rebuild my credit without getting a loan. So I told them, "No I’m fine" and the guy said that they’re going to charge me $350 and hung up. That’s not good customer service and they better not charge me anything or I will sue them because all I did was call to get a quote for a loan.

I was simply curious as to what the mortgage rates are at right now. I filled out a little info and the moment I hit submit - I was instantly flooded with calls from various unknown mortgage companies. This was 10 minutes ago now and I've had at least 20 calls and voicemails already! Some from the same company - who calls 5 times in a row? Yikes! Now that they have my phone and address I wonder how long I will be bothered. I was just curious! I had no idea I was signing up for this!

I was interested (INTERESTED) in a home equity line of credit for some home improvements. I filled out a little information for what I thought was to have somebody (one person) contact me to review and discuss. Instead, from the second (and I mean second) I hit submit, I received dozens of phone calls, dozens of emails, and several text messages. It was so fast that so many people called me that for the first 30 minutes, I received 7 voicemails from people telling me they couldn't get thru. There was absolutely NOTHING Lendingtree did except blast my information to every mortgage call center in the US. Two days later, I am still getting calls from the same numbers and the same people. One number called me 20+ times in less than 24 hours. Just an awful awful experience.

The process was professional and quick. Also, the staff ensured that my business was truly wanted. Providing options by staff helped me make a smart re-financing decision. People should be open to those calls that may come out of the blue.

The company lies and doesn't tell you that when they send your information to other lenders that each lender can run your credit for a hard hit. They claim that your credit doesn't get ran but its a lie. Company is trash, I wish I never used them. Also their mortgage department currently has a class action lawsuit against them. I did not authorize my credit to be ran and will be disputing this.

LendingTree is pleased to announce in several places that your credit score will not be impacted by a loan inquiry. That is not true, as once a loan goes from LendingTree to Lending Club, something consumers are not told about, a hard inquiry becomes part of your credit report, costing you at least 3 points off your score. In other words, we are being misled by LendingTree, and I plan to report this behavior to the State Attorney General Bureau of Consumer Affairs.

I signed up for LendingTree. Asked for a loan for several offers, spend almost a week working with one of their jokers only to get denied for half of the initial offer after being told I was approved. Tried to leave a bad review for the specific lender and LendingTree denied my review because it lacked intelligence and thought I cannot help, but think to myself who in the hell calls a customer stupid.

I applied for a personal loan to pay off debt. In the contract it states clearly you got 5-7 days to cancel it. I was approved and I looked over the interest rate was ridiculous. Anyway, I cancelled the loan. I spoke to Julio first who was nice then he sent me to some guy who was rude as hell. Today 06/4/2019 at about 933hrs Eastern Time. This guy is pushing me to keep the loan and tells me the funds may be in my account and would need to do a reversal. I said I read the loan contract. I want the loan cancelled. He started saying if I apply for a loan again my rate may change. I was whatever. He was rude period! I don't like when someone is forcing you to get a loan crazy!

LendingTree found several companies for me to choose from to meet my loan needs. By giving me several to choose from, I was able to make an educated decision that fit my budget. The loan process was quick and easy and I had my money within a week.

The ad in the app said money for a home **. Around and around we go. The process takes too long. Is my social security number enough. I'm a disabled veteran. I should qualify. I have gi bill granted home and the is ** either a quick yes or no.

This was my 2nd time using LendingTree to find a personal/debt consolidation loan and I was very pleased with both experiences. It was easy to apply and I got several offers from different lenders, some better than others but at least I had a choice. Would definitely recommend!
