This was my second order, I liked both orders of silver, Danny ** was excellent on giving me the facts on both silver and gold. After he finished informing me of all the facts I decided to purchase silver and did so twice. I would definitely recommend others to buy from LEAR CAPITAL. I really like the Snow Falcon and Bear coins.

We have had a great experience with this company and the silver market. Our representative is very knowledgeable. He is very helpful with all aspects of the transaction. He is not pushy at all, and is very interesting to listen to.

Gold Eagle purchase- My order was done completely online, website is user friendly and there were no problems, order was fulfilled in minimum time. Thank you and the coins are beautiful. If I should plan on increasing my metal investment I will conduct my purchase in the same manner. Thank you.

My experience with Lear began in January 2017, due in large part to my phone being dialed by accident by account Specialist Kelly **, she was following up with another client but got my number instead as I was also on a list of folks who requested info. Upon hearing the voicemail she left (for the other client) I was impressed before even speaking with anyone, most firms offering metal based IRA services/sales constantly call, sometimes with blocked caller ID and for some reason never leave a message to return the call, etc. So I was pleased to hear a msg even though it wasn't intended for me.

I am very pleased with your handling of all my requests for coins. It would be nice if the time between order and shipment could be shortened. Is there any way I can speed it up, a way I can be helpful. I thank you for your excellent service and selection.

I was offered a special opportunity to buy silver coins. I think (and hope) that they offered me a fair deal that will allow my purchase to appreciate with time. I had confidence in my connection, Pierre, but this deal did not go through him. I have no complaints about the transaction however.

I was told I would be notified by email when my order was shipped. I received no notification. My order was shipped thru FedEx and because we could not be home to sign for it, they kept leaving notes stating they would try again. I contacted FedEx at the number they gave me and tried to change up the time of day they delivered as I've seen their truck in my neighborhood as late as 7 pm. The response was no they would not do it but I could pick it up at their location. I took time off work to get the package picked up. All said and done the process was not that great.

I ordered gold from Terry ** my Leer Executive. Terry was very helpful, and informative. I didn't realize there wasn't more of the gold and he would charge me transfer money. I hope to make some money soon from it.

I had a bad experience with my initial account set. I gave them a poor review when I was surveyed. They responded to my review right away with great concern and did what they could to resolve my concerns. I thanked them for their quick response.

My assumption was that purchasing metal to set up my IRA was going to be a mechanical process wherein I purchased some bullion with a commission going to Lear Capital of a few percent. The representative presented another option, semi-numismatic coins with an enormous commission. Now I found myself in uncharted waters. I should have realized that I was in a high-stakes negotiation. I don't feel that I made a very good deal for myself and that I grossly overpaid for what I received. I am very unhappy with the transaction.

I wanted to share compliments to your staff. I am a small collector and do not make many buys. Compared to other companies you folks are at the top company, one who is my recommendation to my friends for buying silver and gold. I like your website, as it allows me to pick certain coins. I hope you would call me when you get more "Snow Falcon" coins as it would be a nice addition to my collection. I like the Canadian Wild Life Series. Keep up the great customer service. It is very outstanding. If you ever get the Snow Falcon 1.5 ounce coins, I would hope you could call me at **. I might to order about 10 pcs.

I took a survey about 1-2 weeks ago and voiced my displeasure with my experience. Some of the things noted was that I felt a bit misled regarding the pricing and Lear's margin of profit on my deal as well as originally being promised free coins and free shipping of which I received neither. I did state that both Tony and Lev were polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I was surprised that nobody ever followed up with me regarding my concerns indicating that you only wanted my business and that after you got it, as small as it may have been, you had no further interest in me. I was in charge of many service organizations and if I had received a review like the one I gave in that survey I know I would have been on the phone speaking with that customer to regain their trust and try to earn more business from that customer as well as get them to positively refer other customers.

I am disappointed with my purchase. Paid $2018.16 for 3 1/3 ounce gold grizzlys. I thought I would at least get $2000.00 worth of gold. And it came in plastic bags all together. Had not been graded as real gold, not even in nice plastic cases. I would like to know why and how my situation could be fixed.

I purchased $81,000 of silver. After I made the deal for what I believed to be spot plus 2% they have a slick way of closing the deal where they have a recording and signed document where I paid a lot more. I within 30 days asked for a refund. They offered $58,000. THEY GOT ME BIG TIME, LOOKING AT CLASS ACTION.

My experiences have been good but I get the impression that we "small potatoes" folks are more a nuisance than customers. I cannot afford to invest big bucks into precious metals and I am not sure it's a good investment to begin with. I had to sell my mother's sterling silver flatware that cost us thousands of dollars. All we got was $700 melt-down value. I am buying these silver coins for my grandchildren for Christmas & birthdays hoping when they "come of age" the value will have increased. Maybe a little weekly email - not too long but educational - would help us.

Your sales rep was very helpful and courteous when I spoke with him the very first time, he even went out of the way to make sure that I knew when the package would be shipped. I ask specifically for coins from the Canadian mint that was 5-99999. But that is not what I received. But when he was going to fix my order he was going to charge me the cost of gold at present time. Instead of charging me the price of gold during the first transaction. Lear Capital is charging very high prices already for their gold. 1/3 roaring grizzly at your price was nearly 700 dollars. That's a rip off.

I recently transferred my IRA to Lear Capital in hopes to invest in metals. My account value decreased 40% due to their cost (not price fluctuations in the metals market). This is HOW HIGH the cost is to purchase metals with Lear Capital. Be cautious and ask for pricing because once they "Record" you it's impossible to get your money back. These guys are smooth talkers, they have gone through some rigorous training. Also the paperwork you sign would take hours to read but they wait on the line while you sign, therefore they are well aware you haven't had the time to read the small print. Be careful or you will be sorry. This is my hard earned money down the drain.

I bought 18 Indian head gold coins and I expected them to be shiny but instead they were tarnished and not good looking. I could clean them up but I am afraid that may diminish their value. Purchase was easy.

The folks at Lear made it work to our advantage by moving our assets to take advantage of the trends in silver and gold. They have kept us with a solid portfolio for the future. I thought Lear Capital was a trustworthy company. The silver purchase that I made cost double the current market rate. I had expected some front end load of 10% or less. They never let me know the cost of buying the silver until at the end of the transaction they recorded the acceptance from me and buried the cost Clause within the recording. They played this recording back to me at 30%. I would've never agreed to this. Lear Capital reviewed it with me in advance of the recording. You ended up charging me $33 an ounce for silver versus the market for that date 11/10/16 of $15.74. You stole half of my current and only retirement 401(k) program making a $49,000 investment worth less than half on today's market. Your company is a group of thieves.

I have placed several orders through Alex and am very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. I have sponsored an order through Alex from my brother-in-law (Ed **). The only issue I have is that the additional special program coins you provide to the purchaser and the coin(s) for the order sponsor is VERY slow in coming from my brother-in-law's order last summer. I have reminded Alex several times, but nothing has shown up yet. All of my orders themselves come very quickly.

I am very pleased with my order and plan to buy more silver every month. My only complaint is I wish your system was a little more automated. I don't like having to send a check and wait for it to clear. Having you debit my checking account directly would be more efficient. Everything (contact, delivery, condition of product ) was great, however I thought I was getting 2017 silver eagles & was surprised to see I had 2012 silver Eagles. Because this was my first buy in to the metals market, I can live with the misunderstanding. I do like the 2012s. I will be purchasing more in the future. I give it 4.875 stars.

Always great experience but I have noticed that the delivery time seems to increase with each order. Used to take 10 days or so when paying by check. Now the order info says can take more than 15+ days to ship.

I feel like we made a smart investment with buying Silver coins as the dollar bill is shrinking every day in value. I requested to sell my silver back and on a recorded line and asked to have the money wired into my account. I provided my bank information and instead my funds were mailed to me and did not arrive in time for my mortgage to be processed and will prevent me from closing in a timely time causing me to lose the house.

I was overall pleased with my purchase of silver Snow Falcon coins. I did get a phone call describing what I had purchased, however I was hoping to get a paper statement with an exact accounting. I'm not sure how others feel about such things but I guess I'm "old school" and like to be able to file something under investments.

Lear Capital processed my order in a timely manner after they sent me an email saying they received the funds for my half ounce gold coin. I just jumped in with both feet wanting to invest my IRA and protect that asset. The Lear Capital website was easy to navigate preliminary view looked good. I called them and it directed me to Dean ** very friendly guy. I felt comfortable talking with him. (I'm a person that is very cautious when doing things over the phone with money issues.) Dean did a great job of calming my concerns down. The only thing I personally concerned about is the invoicing part of the IRA set up cost and details are still not in my hands (What, Where, Who), a detailed invoice. I started a month ago and still no invoice.

We set up to have the metals sent to our business address so that we would ensure that somebody was there to sign for the shipment. The idea being that somebody would have to sign for each shipment. However, the local FedEx shipment center sent them through the local post office so no signature was required at the final destination. We just had to pick the packages up at the package window at the post office. I suspect that nobody at Lear Capital has any idea how FedEx actually handles their business at remote locations. The conveyance was definitely not as secure as I had expected it would be. That said, we received all of the product in good condition and the proper amount per the shipping documents.

I purchased silver and gold through an IRA with Lear Capital. I sent them $300,000. The recorded line clearly tells me I purchased $299,000 worth of silver and gold. I figured the money difference was what their fee was. They sent me NOTHING in paperwork - no transaction details, nothing. Seven months go by and I realize I've gotten nothing from them or the repository that was supposedly holding the silver and gold, so I ask for an online log-in. When I get logged in, I see my account is down $110,000, but silver and gold have gone up since the day I purchased. When I demanded an answer as to where my money was, one agent told me I had a 25% fee but another confirmed it was actually 33%. That was the FIRST TIME I had heard of this in any respect.

Initial response and follow up until the final delivery of order was very good. However, after receiving the order, I had some questions and placed a call to my contact person, left message but did not get a return call. This happened twice.

Overall great service. From going online and ordering which was made simple and clear. To the tracking of the delivery of products. The only thing I didn't like was the wire transfer that was needed. I do not like mailing money through the mail so I was forced to wire the money. I was charged an additional $30 from my bank to complete the transfer.
