In June 2002, I paid a settlement amount to have my credit repaired. The money was sent Western Union and a letter stating that my credit would show "settlement paid in full" was received. It is March 2003 and my credit still shows the same balance being owed and a bad score on my credit bureau. I have contacted them many times. The last time (3-12-03) I talked to the same man who I worked with in June of 2002. He told me that he remembered me well and that he would take care of everything on 3-13-03. On 3-13-03, I called hiim back to make sure that everything was taken care of, and a lady answered - stated that 3-12-03 was his last day of employment with their company. The name of the company is Tabula Rasa Inc at 888-868-9846 and they were handling the account. The truck was returned voluntarily (which is also not noted on my cbr) due to family situations beyond our control.

At teh end of each billing month, my bank adds my interest to by chrge account, often sending me over limit even though I am more than one hundred dalloars below limt on actual charges. then they charge me an over balance fee because the interest has busted my account. Is that legal? Cab they really charge me interest onthe interest? Can I stop them?

In February 2002, I mailed a deposit to my bank(keybank), I am an hour away- so it's easier to mail them. Assuming my deposit made it there, I went to the store and got groceries. Come to find out- it never made it, along with an additional deposit. Well- needless to say, I was charged an NSF fee for a check that was short $7.00. No problem. BUT- my account was totally wiped out- and being laid off, the deposits I mailed were IT for my money. Following this, they charged me a reoccuring NSF overdraft fee of $25.00..and they KEPT charging these fees back and fourth until my account was showing a negative $272.00!!! I mailed a $30- money order which covered the origional bounced check- along with another $40-(that NEVER showed up) and another $100-money order (that never showed up). I have accumilated $154.00 in BOGUS fees. I have called a dozen times, driven an HOUR to the nearest branch- showed stubbs from the money orders, and they STILL refuse to credit ANY fees.

I had a automobile loan with key bank. They received my payment for the balance owing on 1/9/02. It was a MasterCard payment - through a balance transfer program with Citicard. I started calling on approximately 1/23/02, bebause I had not received the title and the person I sold the car to was calling me everynight. I was told they had to wait 10 working days to make sure the payment cleared. This didn't sound right to me, since the transaction was on my credit card and sent directly from the credit card company, but I relayed the information to the buyer of the car. We waited, and then I called again on about the 27th because I was getting worried and harrased by the buyer too. They told me the title was sent on the 24th from Boise, Idaho. That is only a few hundred miles.

They said there was nothing more they could do. I continued being harrased by the buyer of the car, including him showing up at my home about 7:30 the morning of February 1, 2002, and calling me a liar. There was an agruement and I was very upset as well as upseting my small grandchildren. I fully understand his frustration, but I do not accept being called a liar. I agreed to take time out of work and meet him and call Key Bank together, to prove I was not lying to him. We did that and got no further help from them. I am again being harrassed by the buyer, because I still have not received the Title. I called Key Bank again today and went through the same thing again. They agreed to start the process to have a new title sent, but no guarantees on how long that will take.

During my first year of college, I open a small Checking Account with Key Bank. After my graduation, I decided to close the account. I closed the account without any problems. About a month later, I started to receive letters stating that my account was over drawn. I quickly called the customer service line for clarification on the matter. I was informed that my account was had not been closed. The person on the telephone assured me that my account would be closed and the over draft taken off the record. A month later I received another letter stating my account was overdrawn and being closed; also that I was being reported to Chexsystems I again called Key Bank. They again informed me that my account had not been closed. I was told to call corporate to sort out the problem. However, corporate told me to call my local banking branch. This when on and on for 2 weeks until I was told that I could receive a letter stating that my account was placed on Chexsystems be mistake but they would not take my name of the system. They stated that it was not possible and not their policy remove names from Chexsystems.
