JG Wentworth is a reputable company. When I was with them, the communication was good. They kept me notified on things. I only wish I didn't have to pay that much money then crash my credit.

I am really please with the service provided by JG Wentworth. Going into this process I was really scared but with much reassurance this process has made me much more comfortable. I am actually pleased that I went through with it. I feel more comfortable that I took the step to get my finances under control. I am HAPPY now!

I called JG Wentworth and it sounded like a good deal, and I went and followed through it. It was easy. It was easily explained. And I was surprised how quick the whole process was. It all went good. I suggest it to everybody now.

Settlements are in process! I would like a settlement on my Citi Bill! I am 71 years old and this process through the internet is not something that is an easy process for me! I am thankful for what already has been done, but understand that there is a lot more to be done! Prices on everything to live on have gone up and I am in a pinch for funds!

So far they are doing great. I have had several offers and they continue to contact my creditors. Wish I could get it done quicker but I would need more money for that. They are trying as hard as they can.

Slow taking care of lowering my debt. I am getting phone calls from credit card companies every day. I’m receiving letters from collection agencies. It needs to be quicker. I’m trying to meet my payment every month. Thank you very much.

Started out great. Got one of my debts settled then disappeared on me. Got a consolidated loan through you to pay the rest off and haven’t heard anything. Getting lots of phone calls like 5-6 a day from multiple collections with no answer to them. Kinda feeling like I shouldn’t of done this but is what it is so not very satisfied as of now.

It started off great but I’m at the end and there has been no communication! I have to call and beg for updates and they are still very hard to get. I wanted to pay off early what I owed and you all tried to tell me it was double what it would be if I just kept having it drafted. And now I can’t get the last 2 accounts settled even though I was told a settlement agreement had been made with the card issuer.

I am satisfied with the procedures, one of the 5 credit cards that I included in the program has already been paid in full, now I hope that the next one will be negotiated to continue closing the commitments with the bank.

Could be a little customer friendly. There’s nothing more to say. Once I see a difference I guess I can give my view on the program. It’s a slow progress for me and it’s hard to say how I feel at this point.

Not being told that y'all had to get a loan from somewhere else. I was told you would be taking care of everything. Still don't know if you have settled all of my accounts. I'm still getting letters in the mail from debt collectors.

The whole process of my debt settlement has been an easy experience. At first I was unsure about not paying any money towards any of my debt. But after a while the calls stopped and I was able to answer my phone again. (A little scary)

They are very professional. They contact us right away when we have questions or information. J.G Wentworth is very knowledgable and they are genuine. I would highly recommend them to all our family and friends. They work with us every step of the way and offer many resources to get us back on track. It is a pleasure talking with them.

I have had no issues and any questions have been answered in a timely manner. The program is as stated when I first enquired about the debt relief program and subsequently signed up for it. All problems with my creditors were quickly resolved as soon as reported.f

Using the JG Wentworth debt relief program has been a life saver. After moving I was drowning in credit card debt and barely making minimum payments. Now, thanks to the program, my payments were cut in half so I could live life again. They talk to all my creditors and I don't have to do a thing. My credit was already taking a hit because of the debt, but already my score has gone back up since it's being handled by JG Wentworth. I HIGHLY recommend this program!!!

After being in the program for about 8 months I received a slimy text that I qualified for a settlement loan to pay off the remainder of my creditors. It was not from JDW per se, but it was from company they partner with and it had a whopping 23.99 % interest rate! That was a hard NO. This program has completely trashed my credit. My credit score dropped over 230 points. Only one of my three accounts has been settled. The other two have not. So I feel as though this entire program was set up to help me fail further. I honestly wish I had gone to Credit Advisors.

All went well and as advertised with the main part of my dealings, my issue comes with the after. I began getting calls and texts trying to loan me money to pay off what I had literally just paid off. I tried the times to nicely advise that I was not interested, and the account was paid in full. The fourth and fifth times, I was driven to be rude and vulgar before anyone would begin to take my no. Then this review request was sent 6 times in 2 minutes. If this is the hassle to expect, I'd pass.

I was made to believe that this process would take UP TO 4 months to complete and get back on track. It's been almost 8 months and I still have only received 1 settlement. If I had known it would take this long, I wouldn't have ever signed up in the first place. My credit is tanking as a result. Not happy.

JG Wentworth was easy to work with. They are friendly and very helpful in explaining how their program works. It gave me relief and took the stress away trying to meet payment dates. Great way to rebuild your credit. My program has now been approved by another lender to pay off all my charges at once and now I can start rebuilding my credit much faster.

It’s nice to have a company that will work with creditors to remove the crazy interest and fees to make it easier to pay off your debt. It is a little hard with even their fees but much more manageable than before.

I'm happy with how you are taking care of my debts, in a quick manner. I was skeptical at first on how it was going to work, and I felt bad as I saw all the past due bills came in, but when I saw the first settlement, then the next and the next, I felt better about the process.

When I called JG Wentworth to ask what we were looking at, it was a quick and painless process in terms of the amount of time it was going to take to pay off the debt versus other programs. I've talked to a couple of different people at JG Wentworth. Their communication is good, especially early on. They talk to you a lot, get you set up, and explain everything very well. There's an online account management program and you can go in there and update things, or look at where you’re at, what accounts are in payment, where they’re at, and if it’s paid off.

Have done a great job with the handling of my debt, have settled some of the accounts. Would recommend you any time, they let me know what is going on and the schedule of payments. The people call and e mail me how things are going.

It was not explained to me that we would not settle with my debtor right away. My credit score is plummeting, I can’t buy a house thanks to that. I would rather pay off my full debt than settle for less years later. Worst program ever!!! Please give me my money back.

I have good experience and JG is helping me. Good company and I will refer to my friends. I am happy that I found the JG company. Excellent company for those who have a debt and every time when I call JG they help me.

My experience with J. G. Wentworth has been nothing but positive. Their support people are great, and they even allowed me to skip a payment on the debt relief plan I have with them when money was very tight one month. They are so easy to work with. When I started this debt relief plan 8 months ago, I was skeptical. It has managed, however, to allow me to settle my consumer debt in a period not exceeding four years. Of my eight accounts, two have been paid off completely, two others have reached a settlement agreement with me, and the other four are in good faith negotiations. My only alternative to the J. G. Wentworth Debt Relief plan would have been bankruptcy, and I don't feel that that option would truly have been responsible, given that I really can pay back the negotiated debt in a reasonable period of time. I highly recommend J. G. Wentworth without hesitation.

When signing up for this program over nine months ago, I was promised all settlements would be done within six months and my score would be recovering from negative impact. It’s been over nine months. Debts are still not recovered and my credit score is down over 300 points.

Biggest complaints were it’s impossible to get in contact with representatives from the company. They mislead me about how long it would take to make agreements. Finally they tried to pitch me on a loan to keep me in the program and put me in more debt.

I never know what is going on with my account and unless I call and then when I call the people can be rude about it. You take my money faithfully but yet I cant get updates. That's all I like is updates more often.

I was told that if I made all payments for some time that I would be offered loan based on the way I earn money. I am self employed as a day trader and showed proof of income by bank accounts. I was contacted by you JG Wentworth and then sent to some lender who I never heard of. I went over my situation with them and let them know how I can show my income. I explained from the 1st call that I did not have a co-signer. I received daily calls from representatives for over a week asking if I had a co-signer.

Everything that was done for me was helpful in all aspects, I’m glad I didn’t wait any longer to make the call, everyone that took the time to call me and update my situation these past few months, I am very thankful to you all. Thank You All Very Much

It took 9 months to get a settlement on 1 card and on the other one I still havent heard nothing, lines of communication are not good. I'm not kept in the loop like status of these like what is going on with them and if I'm going to get any results of any.

Alex is awesome, kept me updated and was very thorough. He explained the process very clearly and the expectations of the program. He kept me informed and take me through the process with ease. Glad I made the call! So far everything have been great.

So far, SO GOOD!!!! They get results! Even though they don't communicate as much as I'd like, when they do reach out, it's ALWAYS great news!!!! In less than a year, we're almost there! There being, all accounts settled and/or paid off!

Even though it sounds like a great idea and would help, it’s more of a burden. I am in a lot of credit card debt due to the last two years and this seemed like the perfect solution. They are very nice to talk to and you even have an account that you can check on to see how far it’s gone. Unfortunately, you are given a “savings account” where they take money from your actual checking/savings account. When I’d first signed up, I had a decent full-time job, but I lost it after a handful of months. I told them to stop withdrawing the money because of this and that I could resume this once I was again employed. However, they claimed they had no record of such, even though I’d spoken to one of their people back in July of this year and he said it would be taken care of.

Credit score takes a huge hit, nobody explained the process accurately, takes longer than expected to get anything paid off, and may still face legal action in process, not enough progress at 1 year in program, and very slow to get info back to you. I do not suggest using this company for anything.

Very disappointed! It’s not what I expected. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They have done more damage to my credit than if I would have just worked with my creditors myself! If you are looking for help just call the creditors or go to another company not this one.

You need to be able to pay in quickly to settle quickly but if I had the money I wouldn’t need to settle. In the meantime my credit score has tanked and I am unable to do anything that requires decent credit history.

I put myself into a stupid situation when I was younger, financially, and I wanted to get out of it. It led to me getting a consolidation plan with JG Wentworth. The program has been pretty good. I'm about halfway through it. I'm just concerned that they haven't tried to start with consolidation on one. There were three parts and two of them have been settled already, but the last one still hasn't been settled. Other than that, they're very transparent. They keep in touch with you when you're beginning and really start up the plan. JG has definitely been a big help. They've been very open and honest about how they're going to go ahead and proceed with planning on consolidating everything. I’d recommend them to somebody.

This company is very dishonest and just out to make more money off people who are struggling to get out of debt. My loan rep was not completely honest with me and trying to force me into taking on a loan that would cost me another 6k. I finally talked to an honest, nice person who gave me a different option. Talked to another rep for something and he was very rude and argumentative instead of helpful. This program is a scam.

I've been with JG Wentworth for about 10 months and so far I am very pleased. They stay in contact with you so you will always understand what's happening in each step. They are very helpful and cordial. They will set up an account online so that you are able to monitor what's going on with your specific case.

My experience with JG Wentworth was excellent. I got to know a few of the employees there, and they're very professional and make you feel at ease. Mike was very savvy, and he didn't stutter. He went right to the point and he took care of business. I was impressed with his skill. I'd tell others to check JG out because they're professionals and they know what they're doing.

Perfect! Personable! Easy peasy to work with. Has removed so much stress from my life. The relief of knowing my credit card debts are being taken care of and paid off is amazing. I wasn’t able to pay more than the minimum amount each month and this has solved all my issues! I only wish I had called them sooner!

I signed up to get two accounts corrected. It is taking months to get things going. I am paying most of my fees apparently to JG Wentworth instead of the credit cards. I am still waiting for one to settle. I now qualified for a loan with a partner of JGW and have heard nothing about a settlement offer. Totally confused about what I am paying off and what I am not. I could have done this without JGW just as well.

I am super pleased with the service JG Wentworth is providing. They stated it could take a year or two to get creditors to cooperate. It’s been only about 8 months and they have settled with 3 out of 4 creditors for 50% or less of what I owed! Plus my credit score is already higher than what it was before! Thank you!

JG Wentworth's commercials are catchy. I needed some financial direction because I’m drowning in debt. I looked at their website and saw that they did help people with debt reconstruction and credit card payments. Sure enough, they were able to help me. The program worked really well. They worked with the different creditors I had. They explained the program to me and what they do with the creditors. They were able to eliminate the high-interest rates, and then get me on a regular payment schedule to where it didn’t show up bad on my credit reports.

I still have not got any word on the Capital One. They are showing this was written off. What is the hold up? Someone was to call me about this account and I never heard anything back. Please reach out to me immediately **.

I know it’s a slow process, and it’s been hard waiting on things to move along. JGW has settled some of my debts, in which I’m very thankful. Without JGW working with me, I couldn’t have paid all my debts. But, I have to say, JG Wentworth is doing a great job on getting my debts settled. Thank you JG Wentworth.

JG Wentworth helped me out a lot. They always kept me informed about everything that was going on in my account. They've made things a lot easier for me, and I can only be grateful for that.

Very inefficient customer service reps. You need to call 5 times to get what you want. The whole thing of debt mgmt feels like a scam. I am trying to pay off a credit card debt, but bot able to don't even after calling CS. I have money in the account and want to pay off, but support is really bad.

Overall the repayment process is working well. My only suggestion is to include a "reject offer" button in every settlement offer document. We cannot assume that I will accept the offer. This would make the process more timely, instead of going through several phone calls asking me to sign the waiting document.

I was so anxious with my financial situation; they took the time to explain everything. Their representatives were professional, patient, kind and informative. I will definitely refer them if I meet or know someone who needs assistance and really appreciate JGW for being there for me.

So I have been very happy with JG Wentworth. I feel the customer service is good, they have been working on my settlements and then because of my good standing they offered me to move to a third party loan to “pay off my debt quicker”. Sounded good, right? Nah, first of all the new loan underwriters are terribly invasive. Despite that I did connected my bank statements as instructed - they claim they can’t see all of it so want more - also they are disputing that an account that should be with JGW is on the settlement plan and want me to get a “good standing” letter. Done. They are too invasive and hard to communicate with because as you can guess they are in another country. I emailed both JGW and New Credit America loan recruiter, both never replied back. Why would I move to a company that is hard to work with upfront? It actually put a bad reflection on JGW because of this company’s (NCA) poor performance. Beware, just stick with JGW. NCA will request dual information and are hard to work with.

I didn't expect the process to be so fast. You guys are knocking them out pretty fast. My wife suggested you and she was right. I am really looking forward to getting my finances where they need to be. If this submission fails one more time forget it.

I send money every 2 weeks but I rarely get any updates. It may be that I don't have enough saved to make a settlement yet but some communication would go a long way. Overall I am happy with how easy it is to set everything up.

When signing with J.G. was told it would ding my credit, well it tanked it. After 6 months 3 resolves with a few more to go I get bombard with loan calls to pay the rest of CCs off. If this were the business tactics, while I had decent credit I could have just taken a personal loan out. Hindsight in this case would have worked better and just not done business with them. They have very good "SALES" people .... Should have checked more into this company BEFORE signing on the dotted line.

I am very pleased with the JGWentworth program I am in. Whenever I call they are always polite and always answer my questions completely. They always keep me informed about what is going on with my account. Whenever they add a new account to my program they let me know immediately.

I joined this program in December 2021 with 4 accounts. Fairly quickly one of them was settled but the others have not. I feel that it is entirely way too long to not have made progress on the others. I myself received settlement offers. Why could you not? Thus, the time span has severally damaged my credit resulting in other cards that I did not put in the program to be closed. I'm not satisfied and I regret joining the program at this point.

Without their help we'd never be able to get out of debt alone. Super easy to work with and very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so glad that we found out that they were able to help with our debt reduction.

Not only was my experience with JG Wentworth painless, but the first person that I spoke to was so detailed in explaining how everything worked that I didn't really feel overly worried about what the outcome was gonna be. I felt that the staff has been very knowledgeable, understanding and kind.

Everything is going as planned. Settlements are happening. They have all been in the percentage range I was told to expect. The monthly payments are handled smoothly. It has been pointed out that there are settlements on hold until more funds are available and suggested I try to increase my payments; but there has been no pressure to do so. There have been no additional fees.

Once accepting the mailing offer the process thereafter was fairly quick and easy. Updates are given often enough and much money is saved. Customer service is polite and never fails to answer all questions and explain anything one fails to understand.

Pleasant conversation, very helpful. I got my answers quickly. I had questions about my payment plan and questions about adding payment for my creditors. The rep answered my question and provided me with answers that I easily understood. Set my mind at ease. Sometimes, the easiest issues are hard to understand. When I signed up for the service, I wasn’t convinced totally that this was the way to go. But after the times I have called, everything is beginning to make sense.

So far I'm very happy with my debt results from J.G. Wentworth. With their help, I'm able to pay off credit debt in 3 to four years that would have took me 15 to 25 years or longer to pay off. I'm so happy that they was able to help me and get me back on track as trying to be debt free.

Great customer service and keep you updated. Very personable. Everyone is very eager to help you and resolve any issue you have. I feel they fight for the best payoff and make sure you can make your monthly payment and check to make sure everything is good and if you have any questions.

Yes JG settles your debt. But there is a lot they don't tell you. The fact that your credit will drop drastically, pretty much ruin your credit. you will have missed payments on your credit, you will lose your credit cards forever. They just told me it would be a loan. They pay my credit cards off and I pay them back. LIES. It doesn't work like that.

Put me in a bad situation with a company card and don't care about customer. Don't recommend this company to nobody and try to explain to a representative my situation and didn't nothing until I receive a court notification and I have to fix my problem by myself with the company credit card and have to paid $5000 in two months.

I wish I had a time machine to take me back in time so that I can undo what J.G. Wentworth has done. You suppose help your customer not make their situation worse. I would tell you about it but I don't have the room so please feel free to call me anytime **.

I'm really happy and appreciative of all that JG Wentworth has done and continues to do. I have paid off 1/3 credit card debts, and I'm on my second one. I will continue to do what I need to do to continue to move toward a positive financial status and credit score for my future.

My experience was good! The waiting was hard as I watched my credit score plummet but I hope it will work out in the end! I’m somewhat disappointed because I have as only saved 4000 dollars but I’m grateful for the experience of it all

I am getting the help I need. When I call for information the person on the phone is nice and explains everything completely. I know what is going to happen in a timely manner and they always keeps me in the loop.

It was nice to have some of my credit debts cleared up but I will be paying more to JG Wentworth for 2 years than the cost of negotiating settlements. So in the long run you are charging me $5000.00 to clear up close of the same amount to clear some charge cards. So I’m still in debt to you for the next 2 years. So how am I any further? Plus I still have some other charge cards that need cleared up. Are we still negotiating?

I have a problem with being contacted to get a loan. You go through their questions, multiple times. They contact you and tell you that you are eligible and they will connect you with a representative. Then the representative tells you that they will contact you when they are ready to take your information. Then you are denied. DO NOT CONTACT me with any "opportunities" to get a loan. Since I started for the second time last September '21, they have not made any more settlements. Why?

Excellent customer service. Was treated well by all contacts and they negotiated fairly for me. They responded to all attempts at contact with me and kept me informed of all transactions by e mail. Thanks for all that you did for me.

Terrible service and contacted me anytime without any concerns of customer working time or not. Every time, they contacted me thru e mail or call, different persons approached even though they got wrong name - they don’t know customer name to approaching. Negotiations skill also horrible so creditors are sent me letter for not completely settlements.

They have done a great job helping me out. When I called to ask a question they were very professional and answered the question very quickly. I would recommend them to anybody that is having credit problems. They called to ask if I had any problems that they could help me with. It seemed like they really cared.

I was told about 2 weeks ago that I was approved for a consolidation loan. I haven't heard anything since. Why does it take so long. If you approved me of the loan then my creditors should be paid, and I should only owe you the money.

I'm very happy with making that first phone call to JG Wentworth 8 1/2 months ago. I never thought that I would get myself so far in debt but it happened & JGW has been a life changer for me. Started the program & began payments. Radio silence from JGW for MONTHS. Started to think we had been scammed. Still not sure if this is worth the investment. There are two sites to check information, which is difficult to navigate. This experience could be better with more communication & a streamlined workflow.

Lack of availability of the (2) people I had initially dealt with in my dealings with JG Wentworth. Unable to view ALL my monthly transactions/balances and what amount to paid to each Institutions every month. Spoke with representative and I was informed I COULD NOT SEE that requested information.

You sold my account to Reliant and they take out more fees so now it will take longer to complete the process. When I signed up, you told me that it was free of charges because you make your money off the difference in the settlements. You lied....

From the time I decided to go through this process until now Chris has always been there for me for any questions I may have. I have even in this program for q out 7 months or so and Chris has managed to negotiate half of my debt. I would recommend anyone who is having to go through the hamster wheel as I call it. That’s when you continue to pay your cards and your not putting a dent on it because the interest eats up your payment and you feel like all you do is work to pay your bills. So thanks Chris for your help and hard work and great negotiation skills.

This program SUCKS! I'm being charged for something that I could of done by myself with my creditors & could have stopped the phone calls months ago. Program DEFINITELY was not explained accurately. Just another program ripping off people who are down on their luck!

Everybody at JG Wentworth was very friendly and the program was good. The experience went well. I had many credit cards that time and they worked with me. Sometime after that, I always forgot to deal with my payments on time but they were very good with me. They were always calling me and asking how everything was going. I appreciated it.

It's almost too much money to pay each month. I'm on social security. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I just want to get my debt paid. It would be good if I paid a little less but it would take longer.

We have been in the program for almost a year and so far the experience has been great. Quick turn around time in negotiations and settlement. Response time to texts and emails is quite fast. It is great that they check in on you to let you know how your accounts are doing.

No issues with the debt resolution program. Working satisfactorily so far. One question is why was I encouraged to apply for a loan when the debt resolution program is what tanked my credit? That didn't really make much sense. Wasn't qualified, but the program is what caused the low score.

So disappointed. Still have one creditor that’s not on board. My credit is ruined. And the monthly payment is burying me. It sounded like a reasonable way consolidate my debt but it’s not. And I can never reach anyone to talk about how it’s going. I regret it.

No one saying anything or talking about the next process. This just doesn't make sense. I'm just paying to fix stuff that is taking forever. And I already have a lot of money in the account. Please do something about this.

If I have a question, I ask the question and I get an answer. They don’t give me the runaround. I'm still in the program. I paid off four cards already, and I got about three more to go. I got about a year and a half to go.

Representatives did a great job and they super helped me. The only thing that wasn't super transparent was that the whole process was going to shatter my credit. That's the only grudge I have about it. They got me set up with an external company to do a loan through them. I got approved for the loan but I didn't have a choice because JG told me, “Yeah, we can continue to pay this at the process you give it. But if we don't pay them all in one lump sum now, they're going to keep shattering your credit.” So I was pretty much browbeaten into taking the loan so they could pay everybody off and I could get my credit score to stop going down the hill. I won't be able to buy a house for about five years because my credit is destroyed. It is not awesome. I was looking for a consolidation solution, not a shattered credit score.

I have an escrow account, and JG Wentworth talks with the lenders, and they negotiate for me to be debt-free. As I pay in, they pay out and that worked very well for me. I'm finished in the JG Wentworth side. All the creditors were paid because I was paying in on time. We were able to get a loan to pay everything off right off the bat. Everything was good. Everybody was super cool, nice and easy to work with.

I'm happy to see how quick they settled my debts, it gives me hope for the future. After the debts are settle I hope the years could reduce so I could start fresh. I love how they communicate with me by email and text.

My Experience has been Great so far! Everyone has been so great to work with and so helpful to help me start to get back to being Debt Free. I can not wait to have myself back into some sort of financial freedom.

I was under stress when I was trying to find help or find relief. JG Wentworth seemed to be the most sincere when I talked to them. Other people had different attitudes. JG Wentworth was fantastic and my experience with them went swimmingly. The people that I've interacted with throughout were so nice and helpful. Anytime I had questions, they were quick to get me the answer. If they didn’t know it right away, they would get back to me as soon as they could. I have been paying since last September and only have a balance of around a $1000. Where has the rest of my money gone? I got a letter from a collection company for one that you have settled with. Another one no results yet. I am not happy.

I wish I was told that my credit would only take about maybe 100 points in the hit but it took me down to less than 500. And I was right at 750. If I would've known that, I would've never have done it. The rep from JG Wentworth said that after a year my credit will go back up. I've been showing the payments, yet my credit's just now back up to 180 and I've been doing it over a year. So, that part was bad. They need to be honest. The customer service was good as well as the guy that I dealt with. It's just without telling me that little bit.

JG Wentworth has been very helpful and has been there every step of the way in this process. If I have a question about something they take their time to explain it in detail. It's a relief knowing JG Wentworth is there to help guide through this process.

What I like about this company is that the staff guide you to what is best for you. Sometimes you cannot consolidate all your credit cards but they have a special program. It works with most of the credit cards. We never expect COVID to change our lives and we are out of work, with uncertainty to fall or give up. I saw an advertisement and called them because of their name. From the very beginning, they walked me through the process, Settled most of my debts so far, and are always available to answer my questions! I would recommend them to everyone!

The initial process of getting started was fairly easy. I was coached along every step of the way. The process was very well explained and easy to digest. Any questions I had were quickly resolved. The first creditor was settled in a timely fashion but still waiting for last two creditors to be settled. This is taking quite a long time and the debt was less than the first creditor to be resolved.

I have had a good input and communication from JGW. My only less than 100% experience is feeling pressure to accept a loan I'm not totally comfortable with. Other than that I feel this has been a good decision for me.

I'm about halfway through the program and so far, so good. They were able to settle most of the debt at pretty decent rates though for a couple of them, they didn't get them down that much. At least once a month, somebody is reaching out with a text or an email. Somebody reached out with a text letting me know that I had an offer to get a loan to pay the rest off. At this point, I figured I'm better off paying what I'm paying monthly instead of taking out another loan.

Was called and told I qualified for a loan consolidation but since answering all the questions have not heard anything further about the loan? A little confused. Would like to know when I am going to hear back about the consolidation.

JG Wentworth helped me through a lot and got me out of debt. They were good. The reps were very nice and answered all my questions and calls. But I’m still waiting for my money back. They owe me some money back and they're dragging their feet. But not in a bad way. They’re very nice about it. People should give them a call and a shout out.

I paid them off, so I'm done with them. The program was good and they were very good.

The program has been wonderful. They break big payments down to every other week and every time they close one of the accounts for me, they notify me for approval. Also, I can always go back to the website. That was really important. I can see the process as well as the progress I'm making. It gives me a little bit of reassurance because I'm visually seeing it instead of guessing and hoping. It meant a lot to me. Also, they've been more than accommodating and I got the answers I wanted. If I have a question or if I'm confused about something, I can call and if I'm put on hold, they would call me back immediately. Working with them, I'm not so worried about being caught up in the day-to-day hustle that I felt like I was already behind. I have confidence that they're taking care of the larger problem that I had tried to deal with at first.

They were good salesmen and they talked me into this program they never should have did. I'm done with the program. But all it did was screw my credit up worse. They ended up settling part of it and I had to do it on my own. I'm still paying on that.

JGW has always been honest about what they can do, allowing me to make fully informed decisions. I appreciate their efforts to create a partnership with me as we navigate the debt negotiations. They have negotiated two settlements, with two more to go with one creditor.

Doing good so far, have four accounts settled so far and like nine more to go. Hopefully in little over two years we'll have everything settled. Really appreciate y'all helping me get out of this mess I got myself into!

I'm glad that I found JG Wentworth to help me with my debt. I was on the verge of bankruptcy. I thought that was my only option. But JG Wentworth from start to present has taken the reins on negotiating down my debt close to 50%. They worked directly with creditors to get me the best options possible. The fee they charge seems awful high, but it's still less than my overall debt if I didn't use their services. They literally do everything and I have no headache or stress trying to do it myself. Employees have called to make playoffs that don’t have all the information to do so. JG has money in a fund to make pay off but doesn’t use it in a timely manner and drags things out. Employees have made calls for payoffs then tell you they can’t do it, due to not enough funds when there’s plenty of money to do so.

Made contact with Lending USA. Started process. J.G. Wentworth is not moving on their end to allow Lending USA to move forward. Many of our accounts are now in collections and causing bad credit reporting. No communication from JG Wentworth regularly throughout the program. Disappointed!

I had a very good experience with JG Wentworth, it is a very good feelings for me, I started with them and they ease my burden, they made me realized am going to be debt free and as far as things going on, everything looks great. I thank you guys so much.

I enjoyed working with JG Wentworth. I didn't have any problems with the person I worked with and it all went real smoothly. It was December of 2020 when we started. But I made the first mistake about making a payment. So the rep told me to not do that again. After that I didn't make any payments and he also told me, "They're gonna start calling you and all that and just be polite on the phone and everything." But companies never really did call me. In fact, any time they did call me, it was a missed call all the time and I would get the letters in the mail about hearing and delinquency. It was August of last year when I received word that they were going to settle for $4,800 and then JG Wentworth took care of that with them. The rep also told me that my credit score was going to take a beating. But it all played itself out.

The rep was very nice and respectful when I was signing up with the program. He was very knowledgeable about the consolidation process. But I had to have JG Wentworth stop representing me because one of the card places was taking me to court. I had to go to court and I was fairly upset with both parties not communicating on my behalf. So I ended up taking three of the cases back over. But it was great service that I got from JG Wentworth regarding it all. It's something I would definitely consider again if I ever fall into the need of what I called them in the first place for. They've done the best job I've had so far.

They got the settlements I wanted and that was what I needed. They did a good job. It’s a good company and they do the job.

They refuse to show in writing when accounts been paid off, Even when creditors say that accounts have not been paid, You would have to start the process over again with another company or maybe just deal with credit direct.

JG Wentworth is a very good company. From the program that I was going into, if it had succeeded, I would have benefited from it. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I'm not with them anymore. But for the time that I was there, they were very informative. They always kept me up to date. Whenever they were working on something, they would let me know what was the outcome or what was the process in the meantime.

My experience with J.G. Wentworth has been very positive for the most part. It seemed to be better towards the beginning of the relationship. I have been with J. G. Wentworth for almost 9 months now. Now I am experiencing difficulties reaching individuals that call me and leave messages. When I call back they are not always available to talk to me. Once we talk and they say they will get back to me I am not hearing from them again. I don't know why.

Since I set up my original program, JG Wentworth has tried contacting me a couple of times to change programs because they said it could save me some money, but I haven't had a chance to call them back. When there would be a new company that would accept a settlement, then they would tell me, they needed extra information. Everything's gone really well. The communication has been great. They were very professional. They did what they say they were gonna do, and the guy at the front of the process was very clear and concise. I was able to ask questions throughout the process, and it was really easy.

One of my accounts has been taken care of. So far, so good. But I haven't really got a lot of feedback as far as the notification where the account standards are and if all the account has been cleared up.

I didn’t save as advertised, the fees are ridiculous. I ranked my credit which I had at 770. It’s been months and they haven’t settled the last account because they want me to get a loan with them which they keep spamming me with calls about. I freaking hate this company and want to get the dealing over with.

JG Wentworth opened up two accounts that I had that they considered a debt. But they only worked on one of my cases the whole time and never did anything with my other case. So it majorly screwed up my credit. In the end, I got ahold of Yamaha but they never got informed through anybody of trying to make a settlement. So I called JG Wentworth and started talking to Barry because you never can talk to the same person. I kept calling and I was getting people. But they didn't ever even have an account in the system for me with Yamaha.
