Was called and told I qualified for a loan consolidation but since answering all the questions have not heard anything further about the loan? A little confused. Would like to know when I am going to hear back about the consolidation.

JG Wentworth helped me through a lot and got me out of debt. They were good. The reps were very nice and answered all my questions and calls. But I’m still waiting for my money back. They owe me some money back and they're dragging their feet. But not in a bad way. They’re very nice about it. People should give them a call and a shout out.

I paid them off, so I'm done with them. The program was good and they were very good.

The program has been wonderful. They break big payments down to every other week and every time they close one of the accounts for me, they notify me for approval. Also, I can always go back to the website. That was really important. I can see the process as well as the progress I'm making. It gives me a little bit of reassurance because I'm visually seeing it instead of guessing and hoping. It meant a lot to me. Also, they've been more than accommodating and I got the answers I wanted. If I have a question or if I'm confused about something, I can call and if I'm put on hold, they would call me back immediately. Working with them, I'm not so worried about being caught up in the day-to-day hustle that I felt like I was already behind. I have confidence that they're taking care of the larger problem that I had tried to deal with at first.

I've been with JG Wentworth for several months. During that time the communication has been great. Not only are the agents that I speak with are kind, they listen and go over any question I may have and thoroughly explain it to me. They have already negotiated with several of my lenders so my being free from debt is getting near. I am completely satisfied with this company and can't wait to pay off all creditors. They were good salesmen and they talked me into this program they never should have did. I'm done with the program. But all it did was screw my credit up worse. They ended up settling part of it and I had to do it on my own. I'm still paying on that.

JGW has always been honest about what they can do, allowing me to make fully informed decisions. I appreciate their efforts to create a partnership with me as we navigate the debt negotiations. They have negotiated two settlements, with two more to go with one creditor.

Doing good so far, have four accounts settled so far and like nine more to go. Hopefully in little over two years we'll have everything settled. Really appreciate y'all helping me get out of this mess I got myself into!

I'm glad that I found JG Wentworth to help me with my debt. I was on the verge of bankruptcy. I thought that was my only option. But JG Wentworth from start to present has taken the reins on negotiating down my debt close to 50%. They worked directly with creditors to get me the best options possible. The fee they charge seems awful high, but it's still less than my overall debt if I didn't use their services. They literally do everything and I have no headache or stress trying to do it myself. Employees have called to make playoffs that don’t have all the information to do so. JG has money in a fund to make pay off but doesn’t use it in a timely manner and drags things out. Employees have made calls for payoffs then tell you they can’t do it, due to not enough funds when there’s plenty of money to do so.

Made contact with Lending USA. Started process. J.G. Wentworth is not moving on their end to allow Lending USA to move forward. Many of our accounts are now in collections and causing bad credit reporting. No communication from JG Wentworth regularly throughout the program. Disappointed!

I had a very good experience with JG Wentworth, it is a very good feelings for me, I started with them and they ease my burden, they made me realized am going to be debt free and as far as things going on, everything looks great. I thank you guys so much.

I enjoyed working with JG Wentworth. I didn't have any problems with the person I worked with and it all went real smoothly. It was December of 2020 when we started. But I made the first mistake about making a payment. So the rep told me to not do that again. After that I didn't make any payments and he also told me, "They're gonna start calling you and all that and just be polite on the phone and everything." But companies never really did call me. In fact, any time they did call me, it was a missed call all the time and I would get the letters in the mail about hearing and delinquency. It was August of last year when I received word that they were going to settle for $4,800 and then JG Wentworth took care of that with them. The rep also told me that my credit score was going to take a beating. But it all played itself out.

The rep was very nice and respectful when I was signing up with the program. He was very knowledgeable about the consolidation process. But I had to have JG Wentworth stop representing me because one of the card places was taking me to court. I had to go to court and I was fairly upset with both parties not communicating on my behalf. So I ended up taking three of the cases back over. But it was great service that I got from JG Wentworth regarding it all. It's something I would definitely consider again if I ever fall into the need of what I called them in the first place for. They've done the best job I've had so far.

They got the settlements I wanted and that was what I needed. They did a good job. It’s a good company and they do the job.

They refuse to show in writing when accounts been paid off, Even when creditors say that accounts have not been paid, You would have to start the process over again with another company or maybe just deal with credit direct.

I'm enjoying working with JG Wentworth. Any time I called or they called me, the experience was quick, easy, and painless, and I got everything answered. So far, my progress has been pretty good. JG Wentworth is a very good company. From the program that I was going into, if it had succeeded, I would have benefited from it. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I'm not with them anymore. But for the time that I was there, they were very informative. They always kept me up to date. Whenever they were working on something, they would let me know what was the outcome or what was the process in the meantime.

My experience with J.G. Wentworth has been very positive for the most part. It seemed to be better towards the beginning of the relationship. I have been with J. G. Wentworth for almost 9 months now. Now I am experiencing difficulties reaching individuals that call me and leave messages. When I call back they are not always available to talk to me. Once we talk and they say they will get back to me I am not hearing from them again. I don't know why.

Since I set up my original program, JG Wentworth has tried contacting me a couple of times to change programs because they said it could save me some money, but I haven't had a chance to call them back. When there would be a new company that would accept a settlement, then they would tell me, they needed extra information. Everything's gone really well. The communication has been great. They were very professional. They did what they say they were gonna do, and the guy at the front of the process was very clear and concise. I was able to ask questions throughout the process, and it was really easy.

One of my accounts has been taken care of. So far, so good. But I haven't really got a lot of feedback as far as the notification where the account standards are and if all the account has been cleared up.

I didn’t save as advertised, the fees are ridiculous. I ranked my credit which I had at 770. It’s been months and they haven’t settled the last account because they want me to get a loan with them which they keep spamming me with calls about. I freaking hate this company and want to get the dealing over with.

JG Wentworth opened up two accounts that I had that they considered a debt. But they only worked on one of my cases the whole time and never did anything with my other case. So it majorly screwed up my credit. In the end, I got ahold of Yamaha but they never got informed through anybody of trying to make a settlement. So I called JG Wentworth and started talking to Barry because you never can talk to the same person. I kept calling and I was getting people. But they didn't ever even have an account in the system for me with Yamaha.

When I first went with JG Wentworth, I was told that it would take 4-6 months to settle my larger accounts, but we are now going into the 9th month and I have heard nothing on my remaining 3 accounts.

This is one of 6 credit card debt consolidation in my plan that was sold to a third party collection agency that now requires me to attend a hearing April 11, 2022. 3 other card debts have been settled with 2 others pending. I was under the notion that by enrolling in this debt consolidation plan that I would be fully represented and this kind of situation would not occur!

]I initially wanted to get a loan consolidation. But I didn't qualify because my debt ratio was too high. When they declined that, even though I got the approval in the mail, they said, “You can do this. You will qualify for this. So, let's just do this.” Their customer support is amazing. Every time I call or text them, they call me right away. I didn't understand a lot of the whole process, so they've explained things to me in words I can understand. Even though my credit is super jacked up, I have about a year left in the program, and I'm hoping that I'll get out of this soon and rebuild my credit.

The people from JG Wentworth were great. They were very understanding and very helpful. I would recommend them because they do an awesome job at what they do.

Overall, it was okay with JG Wentworth, although some parts were a little misleading. They could be more upfront with the amount of time and how much money is going to go to pay things off.

JG Wentworth sounded fair and honest when I called them. The program I was on was working very well. Every time I reached out, somebody was there. I never ever didn't receive a phone call back. I was a little confused in the beginning of the program on the account that they were setting up for me. They set up an account using the money that I gave them each month to deal with my creditors. I wasn't sure through the whole thing on where that extra money was at and where it was going until the end of the program when I called and told them I couldn't afford to pay anymore every month. They said they'd give me back everything that was in here. They worked it out and I got the money back. It carried me through the hard time we had till I found another job, and I couldn't be happier.

Very pleasant. Everyone has been very helpful and professional. I have been treated like family and everyone has made sure I understood the process. I would have given 10 stars, but only limited to 6 stars. Keep up the good work and God bless you.

I had a large amount of debt with multiple companies. JG Wentworth consolidated that debt into an easy monthly payment. I was able to qualify for a loan to pay off all the past due debt and start improving my credit sooner than I expected!

Reminders and updates on the account are consistently sent, which helps. Telephone representatives are always courteous when they call or when I call. Upgrade offers are sent to assist in improving one's account and to future credit scores. They are persistent in this to make one's financial condition improve.

JG Wentworth got farther with my creditors than I did and I had several credit cards that they got to eliminate some of the debt. They had reasonable downpayment and monthly payments. They let me know every month what was going on and who was doing what they were supposed to do because I had about two creditors that were slow about wanting to do something. Then they finally came around and we were all good. All the people that I talked to were very helpful so that I could understand what was really going on and how it was going to be. They would send me these statements and I had an account set up to where I could go and look at what was going on. They did a fabulous job. I appreciate them very much.

We are out of JG Wentworth's program. It’s completed and overall, I'm not truly satisfied. The whole process was not fully communicated. We got very little information. It was at the time to close the deals that more information came in. Communication was not very good at all. Every time we called there, we kept getting bounced back to different people each time. There was a lot of back and forth. The service was poor. I wouldn't recommend them.

I liked JG Wentworth's reliability and expertise. They were my first choice and I was hoping that they would say yes and thankfully, they did. They could have easily said no. I was straight up with the guy. I told him everything and he put me on hold for five minutes and after reviewing, he said, "Okay, I'm going to give you a chance." I was relieved. JG's reps helped me every step of the way. The program worked. I've reached my goal. I'm debt-free finally. It was expected to be finished by February but after a couple of settlements turned out better in my favor, I reached my goal sooner, so I finished up on December 4th. I recommended the company to anyone who is looking out for help, and then they go straight to JG Wentworth because they're the best. They helped me a great deal. It saved me a lot of heartache and uncertainty when I had nowhere else to go. I can't thank them enough.

JG Wentworth's customer service was really good. In the beginning, things were super slow. It took a little bit longer by the payments that I was making, but after I paid them, everything went by quickly. You have a better future with JG Wentworth. They clear out the debts.

If I continue to adhere to the financial blueprint I received from J.G. Wentworth, I will achieve financial freedom in the time allotted. The negotiations are ON POINT! My experience with the staff has been wonderful. They are always available for consultation...promptly returning phone calls and giving expert advice. They make sure that everything runs smoothly. They provide limitless feedback. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. J.G. Wentworth is an asset in relieving my financial stress.

I know there are no guarantees, but the customer service reps that talked to me made it sound like that my debt would be reduced by half and I would be on my way to a better credit and less debt. My credit score now is really down and my debt was only reduced by about 26%. I know have to pay 26% on a loan that is costing $180 more than I was paying JGWentworth and while I know I was told that I didn’t have to agree with the loan, I really didn’t see it as a choice since my last creditor sent my debt to their lawyers and could’ve been going into litigation. Also, if I didn’t agree to the loan, my credit would not be rebounding until a settlement was reached with my last creditor and I would have the extreme stress of worrying if I would face legal actions from the last creditor. I will not recommend this program to anyone!!!

While I was at first pleased at how things were being handle. The negotiation process for additional accounts took way longer than expected and described to me when joining the program. My credit is currently frozen making it impossible for me to buy out the lease on my car at this time and had to extend. The customer service agents are nice but I feel it's smoke and mirrors at times. I have spoken to friends who have enrolled in other programs that didn't take this long, nor have the detrimental effect on their credit as this program has had on mine. I might have been better off taking off a day or two of work and calling my creditors directly to settle the debt.

So far so good, ask me again in about two and a half years. By that time I should be close to being debt free. Can not complain. Only thing I was disappointed in was when they sent me information about obtaining a debt consolidation loan on top of what I can barely afford to be paying now. I'm on a fixed income of disability, there is no extra.

Lack of communication and taking forever to pay off the creditors! This has caused my credit scores to go down over 100 points. I would honestly like to get my money back and work with a different company at this point and time!

JG Wentworth worked out great. They sent me to somebody else who doesn't bother me. Everything is automatic. I don't even have to worry about it. But I have to get in contact with them to find out where I'm at already. It's been a long time and I don't want to keep overpaying.

I have had 1 account negotiated with a settlement out of 4 in almost a year. Was led to believe JGW had a great rapport with the 4 companies I registered. No real follow-up from JGW on how negotiations are going with remaining companies. I can't say I would recommend JGW to anyone I know.

All of the reps helped me and they were very nice. They answered my questions. I've noticed that my credit rating is going up too. At first, I didn't think I was gonna ever see something like that. But as time went on, it made a difference. JG Wentworth said exactly what they were gonna do and I'm seeing the results of it. Working with them took a big burden out of my life.

You sent me an email stating that I was pre-approved for a loan to settle my debt. After confirming with you that this offer was legitimate, I sent them all the info they asked for, only to have them send me a rejection letter. What a waste of my time!!!

Except please STOP telling the lenders about me, the calling me, texting me, emailing me about wanting to lend me money to pay it all off at a higher interest rate is getting old and they are coming to me with JGW suggested they contact me.

I had debt consolidation through them and their service was excellent.

So far I am please with the services that is provide for me. It is a slow progress, I can call and the staff always very kind to console my mind to be patience, it will all work out sooner than I think.

The reps were super friendly and went through everything with me. If I had a hard time understanding, they would try to figure out a different way to explain it to me, but they would made me feel comfortable with my decision. They didn't rush me either. I told them I didn't want to make a decision immediately. I took about a month before I finally decided to go ahead and do it, and they were fine with that. They were well with walking me through what was going to happen and what other companies may ask me.

I wish I never got involved with him them. They tell you one thing then tell you something else later. Then they want you to pay for their lawyer because they cannot do their job. One star is too good of a rating.

Their program is good and their service is great. They send me an email before and after to let me know and it's great. My payments are being made and I have all of my money coming out every month.

JG Wentworth is a good place to go. The program worked great. The reps are very attentive and they always answer my questions right off the bat. If they don't have answers, they let me know, "Hey, we'll check into it and get you an answer as soon as we can," and then they would follow up within less than a day. We got a couple of debts taken care of right away and we got some settlement offers for a few of the others. After that, we ended up transferring the debt over to New Credit America that they work with. So, JG Wentworth did the loan to pay it off and now we owe them.

They work very hard for you and are there at every turn, very comforting, make you feel at ease, really take the pressure off. Very professional and to the point, no hassling, hounding or intimidation, just really great people doing a fantastic job.

There is never a need to question them and I rarely have a question. And they don't needlessly bother me. I pay the money twice a month like I'm supposed to and nobody bothers me. Everyone is entirely courteous and knowledgeable.

Your payment has been really SLOW. Talked about first 2 months and then suppose to slow down. Have taken a 100 plus count on our credit score. You wouldn't give us a loan at the beginning and we had high 600's at the time. Now you are willing to lend us money when our scores are low 500's. Merrick Bank has already turned over to collectors. You all have not really done much so far but cause additional headaches for us. You get our monthly payments, how about doing what you said you would do. And how about in a timely manner.

JG Wentworth’s customer service was good. Everything about them was okay so I decided to follow them. People should go with them. If they wouldn’t, they have to decide on what to do.

Once I got the gist of it and listened to what Ryan, the rep, had recommended, their process was pretty straightforward. Initially, they offered me a loan for 20,000. I had $23,000 in debt, and eventually said I didn't qualify, but they would offer me that I pay it off. They negotiate a settlement once it's charged off. I decided to go with that because we're at the point where we're gonna consider bankruptcy.

They were very forthcoming, really nice, and professional. But it ended up being really important to know that there were going to be a lot of fees involved, which I wasn't really clear on. I ended up paying more than I thought I was going to. In retrospect, I kind of wish I had found another way to do it but other than that, I'm glad that I got it done and I'm glad that it's taken care of.

I am suppose to pre approved for a loan???? New Credit America wants a co signer??? Not doing it.... Next you did Lendingusa which in turn sent my info to Cross River bank that refuse the loan! SSSoooo I gave y'all a 2 but you're batting zero.

JG Wentworth met my needs so far. I applied for a credit card recently and I got approved, so it shows. I’m really satisfied with the program, and hopefully, I can finish soon. If only they can decrease the bi-weekly payment, depending on my overall balance, because it’s going down. Nonetheless, they have good customer service and they communicate.

The service was awesome and the rate was pretty good. The program was seven months and then I was offered through their sister company to pay it all off. Then, I paid them one payment every two weeks. So I'm still paying on it but I'm not paying on it through JG Wentworth.

The rep I worked with at JG was really nice and attentive in the beginning and after a few months, I feel abandoned but then they contacted me again.

Been in program for 7 months. Early on contract was monthly keeping me up to date of what is going on. Last 4 months however to find out anything I have to call. I had to remind them of a settlement they lost. It seems like once they have your fees don't bother them with questions.

Several things not as they were described to me -- minimal lowering of credit score - dropped almost 100 points - very minimal fees - took over 2000 on the one account. Ended being taken to court over the one account.

I would like to recommend JG Wentworth to a friend because they are very professional. They speak my language and they are always there to answer my questions and they are very friendly. I don't like the small $5 payments that I get charged 9.95 per transaction. I still have an account calling me after 4 months. Please contact them & make it stop. Customer service is nice when I call. I wish you guys were open until 7 Central Standard Time instead of 6. I have to call during my work hours or immediately when I walk out of work. Other than that, good job.

I sent a message wanting to increase my monthly payment. It was addressed right away and I was able to make the changes I wanted in a matter of hours. I also received a follow up call and even though I was not able to answer it due to being at work I absolutely appreciate the personal service that call showed.

This company starts off instructing, telling you the process, and keeping in touch. I have had a great experience in this process of paying off debt. Understand, your payments will continue all settlements are fully paid. I'm receiving less calls now.

Every single representative from JG Wentworth has been knowledgeable and patient throughout this process. Without their help I do not know who to turn to. Every phone call has been pleasant and exciting knowing that I am making my dream of good credit come true.

Initially, the program was working well. Even though I did not initially qualify for a debt consolidation loan, I was told that in 6 months time as long as I was successful in the program and had made all my payments on time, I would qualify and could apply. First of all, this was not done in a timely manner. I had a to reach out multiple times to get this process started. Then, when it did get started, I found out that the loan would not be through JGW, but another company. The process took much longer than expected and when I was finally at the point of being offered a loan, the terms were horrible and I would even call the interest rates predatory. This was very insulting and upsetting. I wish I would not have been given false hope when I signed up for the program and wish I had been told that likely the terms of a debt consolidation loan would not be good, even after being successful in the program and making every payment on time for 6 months.

When attempting to reach personnel in the customer service office, I have not once been able to speak with anyone on the initial phone call. I have always had to leave a voice-mail message and hope for a response. On a positive note, my credit score has increased since you have began eliminating my debts. Thank you.

When I submit a document I wish you would tell me you got it and working it on what day and what they said to you. Other than that you all have been doing an amazing job with all these credit companies.

Working with JG Wentworth was very fast. Even though it was a long process, they kept me informed and kept saying, "Now we're in this stage and then another stage." They made sure to let me know everything that was going on. They also do exactly what they say. We're able to settle everything. My credit score also went up from low 600 to almost 700 now and going.

JG Wentworth's program worked out pretty well for the most part. But it could have been explained a little better because I was under the assumption that once I dealt with them, I would keep making payments to them. But it turned out that they've transferred my account to another company and that was not expected. Other than that, I got great service and communication was perfect. This is a good company and I recommend them.

They were very informative and thorough. They were patient and answered all the questions I had. I also liked that they took their time. They were never seemed like they were rushed. The outcome's been good. Ultimately, I was able to get everything compounded into just one account and make one payment. I was very satisfied. However, I think had I to do it again, I might not do it this way because I didn't realize I had to go delinquent on all my accounts in order to do it. I may not have understood the part about the delinquency thing going to affect me that way, but that's not anybody's fault. I just didn't think about it that way.

JG Wentworth really tries to help you deal with the financial hardships and resolve with as less out of pocket as possible. Thank Frank ** and staff for helping me out. It doesn't happen over night. But, they do work with you and your creditors for the best possible outcome. And, I have to say the customer service team are so helpful. Happy Holidays!!

Everyone that I spoke to, whether I called or they called me, strived to answer my concerns and questions. They made sure I understood what we were doing. I am slowly but surely getting out of debt. Have recommended to my family and friends.

JG Wentworth did what they said they would do and the program has worked awesome so far. The customer service is perfect. They tell me what's going on every step of the way and they keep in touch. Also, if I have any questions, I have three numbers and I can call different people and email.

JGW is a little slow to get accounts negotiated and that is delaying a loan you recommended me to apply for. Meanwhile, I am still paying 2 big payments a month to JGW. I need for the accounts to be negotiated, so I can get this loan started and start rebuilding my credit score.

It was a pretty seamless experience working with them and the customer support was excellent. They would respond fairly quickly if I contacted them, were always available whenever I had anything, and they would reach out to me if they had any updates.

Not long ago I was able to go to client portal and make my payment early as long as it was not the same day. I think it was 2 or 3 days before the due date, I was told it was never an option. Then after that the agent on the phone started explaining things to me, unrelated to why I called in, like I was a child. I was already mad I couldn't make my payment early. Now I felt disrespected as well.

Your folks have been a great source of comfort, relief and professional. Their Response times are within 3 to 24. They made it easy for me to add another account so I could afford the increase. Yes I will recommend you folks to anyone in my situation and who still wish to pay their bills and not claim bankruptcy.

I'm not very tech-savvy, so I wanted something that I was gonna be able to understand and JG Wentworth looked like they were the most user-friendly. The program has allowed me to pay off and consolidate my debts. They made calls and offers on my behalf. Then, after I completed a year of that, some other company that they're working with took over and made it more of a loan. Instead of me paying monthly, they paid them all off and now I just pay the same amount of money. All the debts now are closed. Working with them, I feel better every month when I had to do my bills.

My concern was being able to maintain my credit somewhat and being able to pay it in an easier payment and not getting so much with the interest. JG Wentworth made out a plan for me and it made more sense to do them. The program has worked amazingly. I was able to keep some of my credit. My credit is going up little by little. Also, the support has been great. They are negotiating for me and that has helped a lot. Then, every month or so, they send me an email informing me how many creditors we have and what's the percentage down on the loan. And at the beginning, when I always tried to reach them, they were always there and with any questions or doubts I had, they will call right up.

I am so grateful that the people that work for JG Wentworth are so thorough and that I have two payoffs that are done and look forward to continuing to work with such a competent staff. Thank you again. I cannot express the gratitude that I have for helping me in my current situation.

So far it's been an alright experience but it is taking an awfully long time and my credit score is tanked which was expected. But if someone were to peek into my inbox and see all the noise from the creditors, I look really bad….

JG Wentworth was very easy to work with. My client associate was very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to answer any of my questions whenever I needed help. My biggest thing was it was showing delinquent and we couldn't settle all of them at the same time. It’s the only reason I opted to try to hurry and get it pushed through then do a personal loan. Because I knew that the longer that I waited in that timeframe, and it going to delinquent, my credit would never come back up like I wanted it to. It's not necessarily that I'm trying to buy anything, but I value the credit that I have and I didn't want it to be tanked for too long. Now, we got everything settled and they even helped me get a personal loan and it shows that they're done taking care of it. They're not delinquent anymore so my credit already started to come back up. I've referred a couple of people over that asked me about JG Wentworth.

Was never told my score would drop over 200 points and payments would be missed and that my credit score will be damaged for over 7 years, I would never have agreed to this, totally disappointed with your company or at least the sales guy that got me to agree with not telling me what’s going to happen.

We were doing well for a while. I assume we are in a holding pattern now accumulating more funds to make an acceptable offer to creditors. I have not heard from JGW in a long time. I am satisfied that resolutions are happening. I am quite unsettled about the fact that I fear my credit rating may be heavily damaged even though I have kept up with paying bills and am making strides to correct situations that need a solution. How long it will take to repair my credit is unknown to me.

I had the rep on the phone at the time. And when I said the situation, the guy said they could do it. I was at a crossroads to where it would either be that or the dreadful thing. But I didn't want to do the dreadful thing. So he was on the line, and I said, “Well, if I'm gonna do this, I need to do it now.” However, in advertising, it needs to be made aware upfront that not all accounts made can be settled. It could very well be in whatever I signed, so be it. But that is something that needs to be stressed upfront, so that people wouldn't be surprised. Because what I have to do for one of these accounts is not only am I paying JG Wentworth, I have to pay a substantial amount to that account that didn't get settled. So, it's still expensive. The surprises have been a setback for me.

When signing up for this debt relief program, it was represented to me that it could possibly take 5-6 months to get them resolved. I am now at 11 months and only have 2 out of 7 accounts settled. Very disappointed.

I have multiple credit cards that I was paying a lot of interest on them. So when I contacted JGW they told me a way that they can help me pay these credit cards off with about half of what I owed. So they have done that and then some. I am very satisfied with what JGW has done for me so far. I just want to say thank you very much!

Everyone I have been in contact with has been so helpful & caring. I was nervous to take this big step but they have been reassuring thru the experience. The portal is very easy to use & I like keeping track of things on there.

I talked to JG Wentworth's rep and I didn't qualify for that but he looked at some of my debt consolidation stuff, gave me some numbers, and it made sense to me so I went with the program. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with. The only thing I didn't like was I had to start becoming late on payments which made my OCD about paying bills a little weird, but we got past that now. And I'm paying off another loan that I had to get because Discover sued us. They wouldn't settle unless we could do a whole month so we ended up getting a loan through New Credit America. Since then, it feels nice to get a lot of things paid off. JG Wentworth helped me as a program and it got me out of debt. Also, my credit rating is getting up higher than it has ever been.

Very helpful and friendly people. Always willing to help with questions and concerns. For debt relief they make the process simple and easy for the customer. Would recommend to a friend. Maybe not the best option for you but worth looking into.

I cannot express the relief to know there is an end to the debt I was carrying. I was a little skeptical when I made the first call but JGW made the process very easy and obtainable. I cannot thank enough all the wonderful employees who have assisted in the process.

I had mixed feelings about JG Wentworth's program. But it worked out and it was everything I thought it was gonna be. The reps were all fine.

JG Wentworth was good. The reps were always professional and knowledgeable. But they kept suggesting that I do this loan thing to pay off the debt. And I was kind of unfamiliar with that. That caught me off guard. I wish I stayed with them until the debt has gone away before I got kicked off to do that loan.

I was always able to reach somebody via text and they responded in a timely manner. The program worked perfectly fine. I was able to graduate earlier than expected, because I was making my payments on time. And JG Wentworth referred me to New Credit America, which took over the rest of it. Working with this company impacted us for the better.
