The enrollment process was fairly easy and if I had questions, I called JG. The reps tried to resolve questions as they came up. They were very available. Their online portal would sometimes run into issue though and you would have to reset your password frequently. But JG’s program got me on a path to debt resolution. So, it was helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I'm already out of JG Wentworth Debt Relief's program. It worked out well. I like it. They were prompt on everything. Whatever I asked them, I got answers. Also, they gave me the account and I was able to track my progress through their website. It made me feel better that I was able to get in the program and didn't have to worry about anything.

I gathered my credit card outstanding balances and gave those balances to JGW and they were able to come up with the program. I'm making affordable payments to get out of the credit card debt that I found myself in and the program is starting to repair my credit. Also, they send notices on which credit card they settled and which ones I still have to settle. JGW's program is something that's affordable and it's able to help me find a program to consolidate that without going into bankruptcy.

I had a good experience with JG Wentworth. They helped me out. The representative that I talked to was very helpful. Explained to me how their whole system was gonna work. I consolidated three credit card debts. Now, I have just a one-month payment every month. Working with them was great. I had a lady call me. She reviewed me and coached me through what was gonna happen next. Before I made that call, I was tied right up in knots. I didn't know what I was gonna do. I just retired, and my annuity was gone, about used up. So, I'm getting by on my pension payments and my Social Security now, which has tightened things up. But the way that they set me up with the consolidation is so I get it paid off and they'll get it paid off a lot quicker than I would have if I had just kept going with the credit card companies.

They were really awesome to me. They helped me get out of debt that I was in. Their program is good. I have a year left. I would recommend them because the staff and everybody's been kind and considerate.

My experience with JG Wentworth was good. The service that I received was fair. Working with them helped me a lot.

They have consolidated my credit cards. They were able to pay them all off. So far, the program has been doing well because I started out with them. Now, I was able to get a loan through them. So, I’m through the loan program now. Their customer support has been okay. However, their holding time is terrible. It takes too long. You have to sit there and wait for somebody to finally come on the phone and talk to you.

I was trying to get my credit right and get that stress off me about the bills. They helped out and got the stress off me. I can make one lump sum payment. Since then, it's been a difference in my credit score.

I've sent three of my buddies to JG Wentworth because they've helped me with my debt consolidation. They set up the program to where you pretty much settle with the credit card companies or the debt collectors. Once those companies settle on a certain amount, JG Wentworth will pay it off. So, if I owe 2,000 and the creditor agrees to settle for 1,000, JG Wentworth will pay the 1000 after I do a loan. After they paid up the 1,000, then I owe the loan back to them. So, that was really convenient instead of me trying to pay off my debt for years and years at a small amount.

The customer service is easy to get in touch with. I wanted to make sure everything was gonna get straightened out and they reassured me everything would be fine. The application to get going was quick. It was within days that they had me set up and ready to go. JG Wentworth is a good service to go with.

I had a lot of student loans and personal debt, so I reached out to JG Wentworth for that concern. And they signed me up with their program. It's going well so far. Working with them has been good and easy. They answered multiple questions that I had. And if they didn't know, they pointed me in the right direction. JG Wentworth also worked with my budget. I would recommend them.

The guy who called me seemed like a really nice guy. Besides one card not being able to be put on the program, I haven't had any problems. It took them about two weeks to get back to me to tell me this card wouldn't be put on there. But the program has been pretty easy to do. I'm still working on it.

JG Wentworth’s program worked good and I'm done with it. They transferred everything over to New Credit America. During the times I talked to JG’s customer support, they were helpful and excellent.

I've not heard from them for a hot minute. But I keep paying them every month. They've only taken care of two of the nine things I needed. And they’ve gone quiet on me. I don't see any movement. I'm not very pleased with the timeline so far. But when I first got them, they seemed into it.

They have a lot of Customer Service agents but not much customer service. If you want to escalate an issue Supervisors refuse to come to the phone. If you want a Payoff amount it's like pulling teeth to get it. Forget paying off the debt early, it is one problem after another trying to get rid of them and get out of the program. You are basically a slave of the to them even if you have the means to get rid of them and end your obligation to their program.

I was trying to get a loan to get out of debt and have one consolidated loan. JG Wentworth came up. The lady who called me wasn't able to help me in the beginning but gave me some really good advice on how I could get to the point where JG Wentworth could help me. She went through the program herself. She had a very similar situation in her life that happened where she ended up getting a bunch of debts. She would have gotten out of debt in 5 to 10 years but she got out of debt in two years and restored her credit. JG Wentworth helped her settle her debt for a little more than half of what she actually owed. That was very helpful for me to have that experience from her, hearing about her story, how she went through it, and how much it helped her. I was struggling with the monthly payments of all my debt plus everything else going on in my life. It was just encouraging hearing from that lady.

I started with JG Wentworth a while ago and they're still not done with all the creditors yet. They said if I put extra money in the account, I have more money to work with them. I said, “I can't, really. I'm lucky I could pay you what I'm paying you now.” When there were some months I couldn't make the payment, I asked them to stop it for a few months, which they did. I called them in the summer when I went down to 20 hours a week and I couldn't make the payment. I was gonna try in another month, too, because I'm behind on my mortgage, so I really should try to pay that before I pay creditors.

I had 2 account with Discover and one ended up with a court date and a judgement against me and now I had A large garnishment taken from my paycheck for $680.00. I can't afford this especially being the holidays. I am left with a negative in my account. I feel this isn't working and need to do something else.

JG Wentworth Debt Relief's program has worked good. The quality of service was excellent. JG Wentworth made it smooth and uneventful. Also, Chantelle was awesome. She was fantastic to work with. I emailed her, she called me back. I was even followed up on after I was done with the program. I would highly recommend JG Wentworth.

JG Wentworth seemed to have more positive reviews. I went with them and and it's been good working with them. When I started, there were a lot of updates and keeping me informed. I'm now towards the end of the program and there's a lack of communication on their side. I'm trying to get this done as soon as possible and there's not a whole lot of updates and communication in the last few months. I like the debt relief and that's certainly a benefit. But there could be better communication.

They've been good for me and the program has worked well so far. The reps were very informative. I gave them a call. They asked me what my needs were and I told them. I feel satisfied with working with them.

So far it has been a pleasure to see my score go up and my debts go down. They made it so easy to understand. They broke the prices down and been great in talking and listening. My experience has been terrible. I try to call and can’t get through. I get no contact from anyone. And I have no idea if any settlements are being made or what the progress is. Very disappointed and wish i had chosen another debt relief company. I would not recommend anyone to use them.

I have been a part of the program for about 15 months, and my credit score took a big hit as expected. One account was settled quickly, but now I have two lawsuits and one of those I had to settle and pay more than I originally owed! Now I’m being asked to increase my monthly payment in order to settle the other suit and again pay more than I owed because of the fees. I feel like I was sold lies, since I was told based on their vast experience they would be able to save me a large amount of what I owed and they would make it easy. Now I’m paying more, with a horrible credit score.

When I first started working with your company, I was so relieved to finally be able to get everything down to one bill. I’ve been struggling to pay off debts since 2020, and really needed help. I was hopeful to get this process started, but now all I have is worse credit than when I started, companies and banks calling me every day because of missed payments, and no word on how this is even progressing. Now I get another loan company calling me every day because you all sold them my information. I just wanted to resolve my debt and pay it off, but unfortunately I feel like I got scammed.

I was told the email address was only for sending documents and I would need to call the number. I don’t have time to be on the phone and would like an email address for any inquiries and concerns. I have no updates on what is going on with my account and if it was settled with the creditors. I feel like nothing else has been done.

I didn't think going through this program I was going to have any legal action but it happened and they have been so helpful going through this process. They are very fast getting me paperwork to fill out and answering any questions and prompt getting back to me. They have made this whole process extremely easy and convenient to work. They are always easy to move a payment if needed.

The settlement objective is nice, quality service has not been there. I have not had any conversations with any associates after my initial sign up. I have only received emails and when told that I would like updates on the account with an associate, I was directed to use the website for any information which was of no help at all. I still have an account that has not been negotiated or settled, and it has been 8 months since the beginning of sign up. Very dissatisfied with the quality.

I feel like this was a big mistake, joining your program. It's been such an inconvenience with all the debt collection people calling and here we are almost a year into it and we still gave 3 accounts that are not being paid. Biggest mistake I ever made was working with your company.

I want to know which debtors have been contacted. I want to know settlement amount and status of all accounts in writing via email. I am not pleased to see two accounts showing on my credit report as "charged off." Please let me know all that has been paid and what my balance with JGW is and payoff date.

It’s been slow by helping my credit. And paying too much monthly really need this to be at 300 per month, I am making the same amount as I was before. It’s like I’m living check to check now. And my credit score still not moving. My wife and I are planning trying for house mid summer and it’s just not moving.

So far there’s only been two maybe three settlements. I haven’t had many reports in progress and I don’t get any updates or responses on the information I forward via email except the auto reply. I’m not always the easiest to get a hold of on the phone but I would think I would receive some sort of correspondence besides the payment reminders and receipts of payment.

We were told that this would take a few months but you would get everything handled. So far we have 2 suits against us one of which was just sent to your lawyer on Friday Nov 3 and that should have been there in Oct. We are highly unsatisfied. We are not at all pleased with the lack of follow through on your end. We would love to know how and which accounts you choose first.

I've been working with JG Wentworth for quite some time now and they are very responsive. It has been a quick straightforward process for real with them and so far, it's working pretty well. Two of my three credit card debts have been settled and they are working in progress to settle one more. I didn't really do much with them. They just took my information then we got started and we set up the payments. They dedicated accounts where the money goes to and they reached out to the creditors. It took a while before the creditors agreed to settle, but then we got the settlements. If I have problems, I give them a call and they resolve it. Their customer service has been fantastic and I will most likely recommend them to other people once I'm done with my final settlement. They'll get you the settlement and they'll get the job done.

I only had two accounts that they were supposed to pay off for me. But when I first started, I didn't realize that I had to wait six months before they started paying for any of this stuff. My credit went to hell because of that. So they were not upfront and honest with me about everything. With my USAA account, I don't know if they've even contacted them to try and get a pay off on that. But I like to just get all my money back that they still have and do it myself. I called them one time to find out what was going on with the account and why they hadn't scheduled the payoff yet. They said they were still waiting. That was the only answer I got from them and it was a long time ago. They referred me to some place where I could get a loan instead of having to pay them all the time. But then they wanted 24%. I told them they were out of their mind.

When I talked to JG Wentworth, I was satisfied. The process went nicely and smoothly. The people were very nice and they explained everything. They were easy to talk to. They seemed genuine. I got quick service. Every now and then, I call up to see how everything is going. They take the time to explain it. I also don't have to wait. Like when you go and call up places and you have to wait 15 minutes to talk to somebody or get through AI, the computer says, "You're the 15th customer." I don't have to do any of that. I get through them and talk to them within a minute. I'm in a debt consolidation part. They're paying off all my debts and then I pay them. There are no hassles.

Everything has went smoothly. No hidden surprises and they really work with you. Everyone has been very kind. There is no hassle, they just are there to help you. I would suggest them to anyone that are financially struggling for they can help! They do check in with you from time to time to see how things are going. They make everything as simple as possible! By texting or emailing! They also have electronic signing too. At first I was really stressed out over the creditors calling, but JG Wentworth talked to me and calmed my fears. They also settle my debts by over 50%!!! How great is that!!!

When I first called JG Wentworth, I was at my wits end, my husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer's after I discovered that he had run up our bills to the limit. Terrible experience, no communication, they really don’t explain things well and it takes them forever to do anything. I would recommend you use any company but this one! When you call you don’t get the same answer. They say they will get back with you and they don’t. Just a very unpleasant experience all around, not what I expected and not the results I was hoping for that’s for sure!

I have been very pleased as terms have been reached with 5 out of 6 creditors at this point and the last one is in negotiations. JGW has stood by me and I felt confident at the very beginning in the program. My credit score fell at first but it has made a positive upturn, which is nice. I would not change anything. I've been dealing with JG Wentworth for about a year and I have another two years to go. It’s a very slow process. My credit score is very low right now and it's gonna take a while to rebuild. And I've heard from other people that when they do bankruptcy it's a lot quicker. So I don't know if I made the right decision. At first, JG Wentworth was on top of everything and the phone calls and check-ins have dwindled. In the 14 months that I've been dealing with them, out of eight creditors, they've only established four payment plans on my behalf. The customer service is non-existent and the quality of their service could be much better by reaching out more and explaining the process a little bit more before you go through it. If they made the website a little bit more user-friendly and readily available, it would be a little bit better. And they have to tell you that you're in control of it. It's not them. JG Wentworth is not worth my time and I would not recommend them.

I was a little skeptical but JG Wentworth has done well for me. It's unfortunate I got in that situation and needed their help but if I didn't get their help, I would be in financial ruins right now. The response time was always very good. You usually sit on hold for a little bit of time. They get very busy. But other than that, I can't complain. The quality of the service was very good.

I was told when I started this process that my credit would be messed up for a few months. But they would make the settlements And then everything would start to fall back into place. However, they still have not made most of my settlements and it's been 7 months. My credit is still a mess and all my debt is still hanging.

Hated the hustle of trying to get me to take on a 3rd party loan with insane interest rate. This would have only gotten me into deeper debt with a longer resolution. After I decline you persisted in trying to convince me. I hate the feeling of being hustled and after that experience I believe that is what this is all about. Problem is i have destroyed my credit by doing this and now have to see it to completion in order to regain my good name.

I was given a time frame of 4-6 months to have my accounts settled by JG Wentworth and it's been 9 months now and my accounts are still not settled. I'm now receiving multiple phone calls a day to open a new credit line partnered with JG Wentworth to settle my accounts instead of the company following through with their original agreement. I'm already paying them the monthly agreed amount, the issue should already be taken care of.

Easier than expected. I made terrible financial choices that have set me back. I was going through a divorce and made many poor decisions. I’m hoping one day I will be able to breathe and enjoy life and do things I will enjoy. Contacting JG Wentworth has eased my stress and look forward to a new financial beginning.

I appreciate the response I get from the representative that continuously communicates with me via text. When I have to call customer care-they are quick and polite. Only once I had to wait a few days for a response regarding a debt but in the end got what I was looking for. The ease of the program takes so much stress off my shoulders.

I’m not happy with the rate that my credit score has improved. I took on more credit and maintained my payments on time and my score doesn’t reflect it. I’ve been told by other debt consolidation companies that they can do better and that based on my payments my score should’ve gone up higher.

I was drowning in debt and it was very frustrating. I had a lot of stuff going on and it was very difficult. I became in debt because I was trying to keep my head above water with my credit cards and paying my bills. I ended up being a little overwhelmed. I signed up with JG Wentworth and they've always been very informative and savvy about different things. They gave me the answers right away. I haven't had any creditors call me except for one. It's been okay. That's being taken care of. So far, I'm about three-quarters of the way. There may be two or three that JG Wentworth is working on right now. I do what I can and I just try to find some way to keep my head above water. I've shared about this program with a couple of my family members.

JG's program is working fine. What they are doing is exactly what they told me they would do. There are certain companies that are not willing to work with them and that's still causing me problems, but I did understand that some card companies would resist the compromise. They have a website where I am able to go and look at what has been done. I also get updates from them and any time that a new card company signs up with them to accept the compromise, first, they contact me to see if I will accept it. And if I do, that one is put into the system. I can track that on the website that they have provided.

I spoke with somebody on the phone at JG Wentworth and they explained everything to me. They said which creditors they would work with and that they would set out settlement letters to see what they would agree with. So far, they're getting something settled. But I don't like that they don't keep you updated and let you know what they are doing. It's just silent until I just get a letter to sign. If I wanna talk to them, I would call them. But other than that, there's no communication until they get an offer to settle. I check my emails and there's nothing in my emails either.

I was looking for a credit card consolidation loan because my credit scores kept going down because we had high credit. JG Wentworth had offered this other debt consolidation solution. The process was seamless. Was able to get signed up okay. I uploaded all my docs that I needed with the creditors. It was good. I've been paying them monthly and they've negotiated over half of what I had left. Every time they get one closed out, I get an email and DocuSign it. Everything's simple and straightforward. Also, when I call, there's no long waiting period to speak to a person.

I'm very happy with JG Wentworth because they helped me solve the situation with my credit. It was an excellent service. I found what was the best way for me. I finished the consolidation program.

So far, my experience with JG Wentworth is slow but it's going okay. They did the standard "Stop doing everything", which is probably not the best idea, but that's how the business works. They set up a plan to have a separate draft account to have money so they can be able to make settlement offers on my behalf. They've made most of them already with only two still lingering. They did some good stuff. According to the portal, I have three more years. It's a long process. As far as communication, when I do have questions, they respond. The process is moving as scheduled.

This has so far been a good experience. JGW at least is doing what they agreed as opposed to others I've dealt with. Others are only interested in getting their money first while you and your credit goes down the drain. JGW has already settled several accounts. I am pleased with services so far.

I believe it was around February when I gave them a call about the bill consolidation and so happy I did. They have been great. Any time I had a question they were professional and knowledgeable about whatever I asked. They are awesome. Every single person I’ve come into contact with. They are so friendly and know their stuff. I love that they’re so helpful. I’d recommend them to anyone.

They are great at taking the payments. Not so great at settling the debt or representing me that I can see. Always trying to sell new services. Only one debt in settlement agreement has been taken care of. While I'm still being harassed by the others. Not to mention the high payments have put a financial hardship on me. And there is still over 3 years left dealing with this.

Great company to work with, everyone has been great. Even when I don't think my uploads have gone thru they are patient with me on my multiple uploads of the same file... Sorry about that. Have always answered all my questions in depth and really appreciate it. I would highly recommend this company to others. 5 stars....

Can’t understand why my credit report went up 14 points then when some of my credit cards were paid or settled my credit report fell 14 points. Shocking. Ilia off TD bank yet my credit report says they had a derogatory from TD NA bank that bought my credit report way down this month. How long does it take to get credit for this pay off.

Everyone has been very knowledgeable and professional. JG Wentworth has helped me to continue to pay my bills and still be able to live comfortable. I will be able to pay my debts off in a reasonable amount of time to enable me to retire at a decent age. My credit score is starting to come back up and the calls and letters have stopped.

JG Wentworth offered me almost no interest. They were the least expensive as far as what it was gonna take to get rid of my debt. I've still got a couple of years going but so far, certain stuff gets done. I called them one time to see if they could defer my payment because I lost my job. They pushed it to the end so that I wouldn't have to make a payment this month. I've recommended them to other people.

So far, the program of JG Wentworth has been fine. I'm able to communicate with them if I have any issues. They made sure that I understood all of the program parameters and had it in writing. They send emails to keep me apprised of where I'm at. It's been easy. The representatives that I've talked to were polite. Their customer support has been excellent. I spent a couple of months in the hospital and I had to cease the payment for a little while. I had no problems getting through with them. They had no problems pausing it until I was back at work.

The only thing that could be improved is keeping me informed on negotiations. Long periods of silence tend to lead me to believe that nothing is being done. A quick note saying some banks are being difficult or whatever would be much appreciated.

JG Wentworth talked straight. The program has been going well. Took a couple of accounts away, decided that I wanna pay them on my own. Put a couple of accounts in that I don't wanna pay anymore. But their emails suck. I would send an email, and I would have to wait three days for a response. Also, they seem to be slow on the negotiating, but I understand. People want their money. And JG is trying to negotiate a lesser amount. But I'm almost paid off.

Their program worked pretty well. I had 24-hour assistance. They were always an email away. The process was smooth. I was always involved in everything and they used to call me a lot to make sure that I was doing okay during the whole process. During all that agreements, I was always part of it. They used to email it to me. I used to review it and sign them. Everything was okay. It was excellent support and understanding.

When I talked to JG Wentworth Debt Relief, the language they used was more friendly for me. I felt more comfortable. Also, they were very patient, understanding, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The service was great. I now just worry about one payment.

I was a customer of JG Wentworth, but after speaking with "Amy", I've moved my debt elsewhere. I asked "Amy" to transfer me to her manager, and then she disconnected the call. One star for you JG Wentworth. JG Wentworth seems "too good to be true", and unsurprisingly, it was too good to be true.

I applied for a loan to work with companies to agree to and pay them to settle the account. I believed that all companies I had listed would be handled but my equity loan was not and I might lose my house. All other debts are being handled but I now have a bigger problem.

One of my accounts Mercury Cards has turned my account over to a Collection agency! My credit score has dropped severely! No one from JG Wentworth has contacted me about my Mercury Card account and now it is in the hands of a Collection Agency! JG Wentworth has only settled 2 or 3 of my accounts and I had around 6 accounts. It has been 9 months or longer now since I joined up with them to handle my accounts! I joined with them in January 2023.

The first few months are rough but getting past those and seeing the settlements come through is rewarding. Anyone I talk to or work with is very professional and kind which makes the whole process better. Definitely makes you feel comfortable and like they are truly there to help! I recommend this to my mom and she's reaping the same benefits right now! Such a great business

Some of your associates are not as knowledgeable as others and I spoke to one person who was very rude. I am also not interested in American Credit, which you keep trying to get me to switch to. I would also like to know if you have reached out to Bank of America in my behalf.

I was feeling very depressed about my financial problems, how am I going to get this resolved. I saw your company commercial on the television, I have been seeing it for a while but at that moment I did not need it. I started accepting store credits and thought that was a good thing, just to find out that I did not need all of those credit cards which got out of hand and overwhelming. I was in deep debt and I remember calling and then leaving a message online. I got a response and immediately I got help and the process was fast and easy. They are very professional. They were very helpful with whatever I needed. They will always call or leave an email.

I was not informed, or to the understanding, that my credit was going to continuously be ruined by going through this program. I was not informed that I would be required to stop payment on the items so they could be negotiated all the while, it’s being reported to my credit that I’m in default. Even though that’s something I should have understood - I definitely did not understand that we’d be over a year in and still have an outstanding card, that’s not been paid in 16 months, and would be sold to a collection agency. “We don’t consider this a bad thing” yeah - because it’s not YOUR credit that it’s tarnishing.

It’s been stressful but seems to be working. It just takes time to work, in a positive way. Phone calls have practically stopped. I’m getting to feel more positive about the future with this company. I hope within the next few years my credit will be better. Hopefully this company will be able to complete my case in a good way.

I am pleased with the progress thus far. I have no issues. If I have an issue I will definitely call for any assistance I can receive. I will continue to make deposits to my account so that the final outcome will be satisfying to all involved. Thank you for this opportunity to comment.

I am somewhat satisfied with my experience but saddened all of my loans have not been settled yet. I know it takes time. I am also confused about the use of a bank to settle then a denial from them. I was not informed of that route either.. Just some things need to be communicated a little better!

I'm still receiving letters from creditors even after 6 months of paying into this program. I think there should be more contact from representatives letting me know the progress is going. I'm not completely satisfied. Perhaps the website could post updates on where the account is. What is closed or cleared, who or when the account was contacted. What are the payouts offered.

So far, so good. They were able to consolidate my debt to a lower interest rate. They're always available. They have a dashboard and you can manage your account.

JG Wentworth kept me on a program and referred me to someone that could keep me on the program with paying off my credit card debt. They weren't pushy with what they were doing. I asked for what I wanted and they gave me that. The program worked well, and the customer support is good. I had to find a lot of different documents on the website, but they made it easy, and when I didn't understand, they walked me through it. The reps answered all my questions, and if I called, there was someone always that was available. I never felt misunderstood. I had a good experience and I appreciated their honesty.

JG Wentworth was able to offer a debt resolution while everywhere else was trying to get me to do a debt consolidation loan at an extremely ridiculous interest rate. What they offered was roughly better than anywhere else and it’s working amazingly. The process is fairly simple and straightforward. They tell you what they can do and so far, they have stuck with that 100%. They check in periodically and they don't hassle me too much, which is amazing. I like that aspect because even today, I'm all over the place trying to get stuff accomplished. So the customer service is pretty easy to work with. They have also met my needs above and beyond because I'm getting things taken care of a lot faster than I was hoping to. If they offered something, I would consider working with them in the future and I would recommend friends and family if they're in the same situation I was to seek them out.

JG Wentworth's program worked very well for my outstanding credit card debt. They provided the funding, then they provided an alternative to pay off the debt even quicker and recover the credit score. Their user interface was easy and they made sure to provide as much information as possible. Also, I always got a quick reply from their reps. But sometimes, it would take a day or two. All in all, as long as you know what you're signing up for and you think it through, their service is a really good option.

I enjoyed the experience with JG Wentworth. They explained everything pretty well and walked me through the process. I had a lot of credit card debts. I called them and they helped me out with them with everything. Getting set up with the process was very easy. They just collected everything that I had and put it into one folder, and we just worked from there. Their program works pretty well. They gave me a very nice setup every month to pay. I enjoyed the quality of service. It was very good.

They explained a lot of the process for me and addressed some of my concerns before I fully committed with them. After working with them, they got rid of my concerns. They made it easy for me to check in whenever I wanted to as well as ask about any other questions that popped up for me. Even after they helped me out, they still reached out sometimes just to see how I had been doing since then and if I needed any other help from them. They helped me get my debt all settled. They made it easier for me with having to only worry about one payment now instead of all the many payments that I was previously working with.

The support from JG Wentworth has been good. We haven't had a problem getting an answer if I had questions. The reps have communicated with me in regards to what I needed to do and when I needed to do it. I would consider working with JG Wentworth again if I had something that I needed to do that applied.

I have nothing bad to say about JG Wentworth, they have always worked with me when I was short on funds to make my payments, they work very well with your creditors to resolve your issues. I have no complaints and I would recommend them to anyone who needs financial help.

I sent email last week with a reply stating I would hear from someone in the order it was received. It is Saturday and I have not had a response. I have a very valid and concerning question and I need a response. Please advise. I'm about to be evicted.

I am not happy with this program. I was mislead to think that JGW was going to help me as long as I fulfilled my end of the bargain by paying my monthly payment. I was never told that I would be sued by every single creditor prior to JGW even calling them. I had to get multiple papers notorized and ultimately had to borrow from my 401k and pay off all of my debt on my own or the other option was to take out a loan through a sister company and pay an extremely high interest rate which would drag out the entire process an additional 3 years. I would not recommend this to anyone!

Everything is going ok so far. The agents have all been very helpful with answering all of my questions. I would really just appreciate a follow up on what is still pending. I haven’t heard anything in a few months. If someone could call me I would really appreciate it it.

It's been a long wait. I still wish I could of got a loan to avoid a court hearing but didn't get so lucky due to my struggle. It's so hard to survive nowadays especially when you're disabled. I hope this gets taken care of really soon. My opinion a fast hardship loan I could make smaller payments on would be a lot better

It’s been almost a year and only been contacted for 3 accounts. Even tho l understand you need to get paid first doesn’t mean all my accounts should get done answer and therefore l keep getting calls, notifications from those accounts and JG has hurt my credit 100% more than before. If l had to do it again l would not.

The enrollment process was relatively easy. The rep and I had a couple of conversations, and then we entered into an agreement. I'm still in the program and so far, so good. JG Wentworth communicates regularly both via phone and email. There is also a dashboard, but I haven't looked at it in forever.

Each conversation was with an employee who was EDUCATED and professional. Having a rep able to answer a question instead of transferring me is THE best! Thank you for training your employees. It makes a huge difference.

I've had pretty good experience with JG Wentworth. They helped me once before so I signed up with them again. With the program, I'm only having to pay 300 and some dollars a month where I was having to pay 800. They've done a really good job. Working with them made a good difference. If I need to ask them anything, I can call them any time I want to.

The guy who was helping me initially was really receptive and he really had to take his time and explained everything to me. He broke it down to the simplest way I can understand. The program is working. But there is still one of the loans on my credit report saying delinquent, which I was really expecting to have been paid off and taken care of. Also, they transferred me to another credit organization and I am paying off my loans. At some point, I was a little jittery because I wasn't getting enough information as to how the loan strategy was gonna work out.

JG Wentworth Debt Relief is a great company to work with. They helped me get my credit in order in a short amount of time for those people that have made mistakes and lost money. I lost $700 of my income. In order to make all the bills work, I had to not pay something for three months before JG Wentworth picked me up. So, when everything came through, I was good. That's why the other loan came through so fast. Those three months helped me. So, I used that money to pay something else off.

JG Wentworth Debt Relief made the whole process easy and understandable. They helped me out every time I called. They helped me out with the payment options. It has made it easier on me. And that way, that could help me get rid of some debt that I was having a hard time getting rid of.

They've been very helpful and the program has worked very well so far. They've been able to settle accounts and things are looking much better. We put in a request three weeks ago to see if our payment could be reduced because our financial situation had changed and they said that was definitely a possibility, but we've never heard back.

G. Wentworth presents an excellent solution. After paying ridiculous interest rates on my combined debt for a few years, J. G. Wentworth was able to reduce both principal and interest significantly. They did very well in explaining the program but for me, the verbiage was a little bit confusing at first. But it's working -- they paid off my debt and I'm paying the loan place back through JG Wentworth. My credit score has gone up a few points. I would tell others that I'm working on rebuilding my credit and I think JG Wentworth is the way to go.

It was a good experience with JG Wentworth. They told me at the beginning that it was gonna take a little bit of time to get everything worked out. But, impatience crept in and I was worried about it taking so long, but, things worked out, so it's good. I’d recommend them. I only had one case where I had one person that answered the phone that I wasn't quite sure whether they knew what they were doing.

JG Wentworth has done an awesome job helping me with my debts and I'm on my way to a new credit score. I did so well in the program that they referred me to another finance company called New Credit America, so that way, I can just pay off everything at once. They trusted me enough since I was paying my debt faithfully every month. They saw that I was serious trying to get my credit back in order and pay my account that they referred me to somebody else.

I made a little research and I thought JG Wentworth was a reputable company that could help assist me with what I needed. The customer support was good. They were easy to talk to whenever I needed some questions answered. I would call them and it was really easy to get ahold of someone who could answer my questions. So, I'm satisfied with working with them. Their program helped me with my finances. So, it lifted some of my burdens. I graduated with their program, and then I got transferred to some other programs that they have.

I really like the program I signed up for at JG Wentworth. They reach out on your behalf to the companies and negotiate the payments. Sometimes you have to be on the phone, but not usually, and it's a fairly easy process. There is a lot of paperwork that comes with it, digitally, and you don't have to go anywhere as far as going to a brick and mortar location. It really fit my situation. You just apply online, then they get in touch with you, and I didn't need anything difficult or anything that I didn't already have access to as far as my account information. Their website is also easy to use and they tell you where you can log in at. And if you have any questions, they tell you to call the 1800 number, which has always been very helpful. And if you can't get anybody, then they'll call you back or send you an email asking when they can get in touch with you so you don't have to constantly play phone tag.

It's been a year and JG Wentworth has taken care of my Discover and Walmart cards. They're supposed to take care of my Ollo and KeyBank, but I'm still waiting for that and that's upsetting me. After 12 months, I figured they would have at least been in talks with them and I haven't heard anything yet. I also figured that anybody would have handled all four cards within 12 months. But other than that, JG Wentworth's customer support has been pretty good. When I call, they take care of me and everything gets handled. Also, they really weren't tagging me too much to settle all this debt, plus their website and online tools are great.

I didn't have a good experience with JG Wentworth. I was not fully informed of what the program was. They sold me something and said that it was gonna benefit me in the long run. But I ending up having to pay them more than they were able to save me because of the fee percentage. You pay them 25% of whatever your original debt is but they didn't save me 25% on my debt.

I looked up JG Wentworth and talked to them. Enrolling in their program was really easy and they explained everything well. Customer service has been great. It's easier having all debts in one payment. Before, I was just paying the minimum for the credit cards and I couldn't get ahead because it was adding more fees. JG Wentworth is a really good program and they helped me a lot. They referred me to where I got a loan. Now, I'm paying through the loan company New Credit America.

It was an easy process with JG Wentworth. A lot of times it's automated or you're doing it through email but with JG Wentworth, it helps that you speak to a real person that talks to you through the process, walks you through it, and tells you where to send things. I like that the program is very hands off. I don't feel like I have to be stressing about it. If I need to look something up, I know where I can go and I can find it. There's a place where they save all the documents, payments and updates. If there's an issue, they reach out. As a single mom with three children, it has helped in a way where I can budget now and know where my money is going. The fact that I could find a company that wasn't weird or sketchy and was able to get my debts into one place and in a amount that I could afford was a huge blessing. I'm glad that JG Wentworth offers what they offer. I've also learned a lot financially about how to be more responsible. Once I get this loan paid off and my bill is taken care of, I'll be in success.

I'm very happy about the program. I did most of it online then had somebody assigned to me that wrapped things up. The plan lowered my monthly outgoing so it helped out a lot.

I was misled by JG Wentworth on how the process worked and on how much it was gonna totally cost. I was told it was gonna be four years for this set price and everything was gonna be done. I found out that in the five months that I made monthly payments, the money just went into JG's pocket, and then they sold my debt to another company that bumped my payments up for another year and another $120 a month. I said, "Well, why are y'all doing that when y'all told me this?" They said, "No, I didn't tell you that." I'm glad that they were able to help me.

The signup with JG Wentworth was easy. The part I didn't like as far as debt resolution is that it had to default on the accounts when I've never defaulted on anything in my life. I appreciate that I can pay it. All I wanted to do is be able to consolidate the debt and pay it off without occurring interest like it was. I didn't like having to go and default on those in order to make it happen, but I did what I needed to do.

I like that JG Wentworth keeps me in the know. The plan is long-term. They take amount you can afford and spread it out over time. They negotiate deals with the creditors. I was a little nervous if it was a scam 'cause of doing everything online and sending my social security information but it's been good so far. It took a load off having five credit cards companies hounding me all the time. Also, the credit score is slowly starting to click up in the right direction.

Worse thing I have ever done. It ruined my credit. The payment is too high. I’m so stressed. The bills aren’t even paid and they want me to get a loan to pay them off. I can’t even make this month's payment. So worried. Can’t sleep. I’m 60 years old. Can’t get a second job because I’m handicapped and I’m going under. Going to help homeless.

I really should have filed bankruptcy. They tell me what amount they need to pay off my stuff then tell me if I gave more and they said they tell my creditors but they only do one at a time. I really got suckered into this. I will never recommend them to anyone ever and wish I just filed bankruptcy

This service was not as it was described. This program has actually made matters much worse. They do not work to lower interest rates. They make you wait until you are sued. Would never recommend to anyone else. JG Wentworth should stick to their original business which was investing and stay away from assisting customers with debt and interest relief debt, given the current economy. I would never recommend this service to any friends or family or anyone.

This was likely a huge and expensive mistake. During the sales process JGW made me feel that they really had my best interests in mind but so far that has proven to be untrue. They've generated a ton of fees for themselves and they've generated a ton of fees for the bank (2-day check fees) and the net loser is me. I would likely have been better off just going the bankruptcy route and I am still considering it. JGW has already collected thousands in fees and my debts have barely moved. I've reached out to customer service for help and they were fake sympathetic but provided no material help. Thanks for nothing, lesson learned.

Had 5 accounts at beginning, paid off 2 entirely and making payments on 2 more which Is great. Still waiting on the fifth account, which is the largest one and haven’t heard anything for about 2months concerning this account. Would appreciate some feedback. Thanks, hopefully they will settle on a monthly plan like the other two.

I appreciate the professional and timely communication. Someone is always available to answer my questions or concerns. I like the email communication also. It is timely and informative. I also receive prompt responses whenever in submit emails. I also am receiving less calls from the creditors and I can see my progress in my debt reduction, including improved credit scores.

One of my major creditors is being paid off in 3 month increments. That company is BB&T credit card. Thank you JG WENTWORTH. Now there is one more to go and I will be debt free with Discover card too. PayPal I was allowed to keep. Thank you again for all your caring and concern.

JG Wentworth has been pretty helpful. If I have a $4,000 credit line at some place, I've deposited two grand and they knock it down to half, negotiations-wise. Then they settle it and it's half. It comes directly out of my amount. So, every few months, they're knocking an entire card. They save me about $1,000 every month. They helped me get out of a horrible situation. Their customer service is on point.

I needed help at a point in time and I needed to get it fast. I did JG Wentworth and it's been going on a year now. I worked with a couple of reps and my experience was pretty good. The information that they gave me was self-sufficient. So far, there's a little bit of relief. I had some litigation going on with American Express. A guy came to my house and actually served me. That threw me off a little bit. JG Wentworth was affiliated with a law firm that took care of that. But me being in the position I was in, I didn't know what to do and what to expect because I have never had to go through this before. I let JG Wentworth figure it out for me because that was what they said they were gonna do. Pretty much everything worked itself out. I had my doubts but I've had a great experience as far as the company fulfilling their obligation to me.

I don’t seem to get a lot of communication. There have been accounts charged off because they haven’t been contacted. I did call and was told to just upload the correspondence. It’s difficult to tell if my account is being worked on. I do login into the portal and have a few settlements but I thought that I would possibly be further along. It will be 1 year in December

JG Wentworth is great when they’re trying to obtain you as a client. I'm about 18 months into the program and I got served as being sued by American Express because they weren't even notified that I was going through debt consolidation. JG Wentworth reached out to the companies of my smaller credit cards but two companies were not even notified. They told me not to pick up the call because they would speak on my behalf. So I didn't do that. But the companies were pestering me so much and I decided to pick it up. I told the reps JG Wentworth was supposed to contact them. And this was over a year into the program. So, I'm still going through it.

It wasn't hard signing up. They gave me an offer that was suitable for me. For over a year in the program, I've had no issues. They've always given me clarity whenever I need to be updated. Communication is good and I have a portal where I can see what's going on. I get reminders via email or text whenever a payment has been received or when payment is due. Also, they gave me an opportunity to get a loan from another person to clear up everything. They took their time and worked out something for me. But I didn't take that because it wasn't suitable for me. I just continued on my plan.

Working together was a delightful experience due to their exceptional cooperation and consistent fulfillment of promises. Their proactive communication kept me well-updated and engaged throughout. Everything is going well but I wish there was more verbal communications. I sometimes have questions and would like the opportunity to have a back-and-forth conversation to get questions answered. With that said, whenever I ask questions via email there is always a rapid response although it may not address the question that I asked.

I asked for help paying two accounts 9 months ago. I have been putting $350 a month into an account you set up for me. I have heard nothing from you but the same run around that you will get back to me! You're really good about sucking me into this at first then nothing! I call constantly and get told the same thing over and over again. This is very frustrating! I would recommend other people to go somewhere else or just file bankruptcy!

I honestly believe that I should not have entered this program. I truly feel that I would have been better off paying payments as I was doing. A least I would still have my credit cards and my FICO score would still be be in the very high 700's or in the 800's. Now it is in the 500 range. I was wrong to engage in this program and I feel that some of the settlement fees were too high. At this juncture I feel that I have to stick it out to the very end. Who knows. How much JG Wentworth can take care of depends on how much money you have in your account as you're paying every month. I could have asked to get that down and see if we can spread that out over a longer period of time with lower payments so that they can work on all of them. But I didn't know that. And I didn't realize it was gonna take that long to get them all. I still haven't signed the contracts on the last three, and I was hoping to be on all of them at the same time just to pay a little less. I don't know where the last three are at. They're not showing up on my credit and they're not harassing me. So, they're aware of it. But other than that, the experience was good. I'm not totally happy but JG Wentworth has helped a lot.

This company gave me breathing room when I was consumed in debt. They gave me easy step by step instructions from day firsts. I have 5 debt collectors and 4 have been settled and only have 1 left to settle them all into a payment plan. I will highly recommend this company to everyone.

I called last Friday 07/29/23. Was on the waiting list 45 mins. They asked if I wanted a return call and hold my place in line saying I would get a call when my place came up. My phone call started at 6!5 PM and ended at 655PM. The phone hung up. No one called back. I also called back after hours and the same message came up after hours. My time is valuable too. You need to change that message or you will be losing customers for rudeness.

I enrolled in November and was told at the time that all my debts would be settled in 4-6 months. It has been 9 months, and only 3 of the 9 or so have been settled. I have also received a litigation letter for one of the accounts. I am unsure of what I have gotten myself into at this point. I am very scared of what could happen if these other accounts are not settled soon.

This has been a wonderful experience. I make my payment to JG Wentworth and my bills are being paid through negotiations. I haven’t had to deal with my creditors personally and that has been awesome. Even though it seems bad that only a potion of my bills are paid. I know in the end it will all work for my benefit.

Enrolled in Debt solution program. I haven’t gotten a update or call anything. I make my payments every month and I still got summoned to court for debt. If I could back out I would. The lack of communication is a joke. I would definitely not recommend going with this program. I should of just filed Chapter 13 and been done with it.

We've had a decent experience with JG Wentworth as far as them getting settlements for my spouse and me. Originally, I thought the entire debt will be paid off and I will just paying JG Wentworth back. I was not expecting it to be lower settlements. I could have done that myself by just talking to the creditors. It seems like they got us a settlement and the money that I am paying them is being used towards paying those lower debts. But I would have preferred that they did what I original thought.

I have been very happy with the program up until I broke my knee. I had to pause the program because I’d be out of work for several weeks. They were kind enough to pause but my email was bombarded with emails about applying for a loan to pay off my debt settlement program. I never knew this was an option and how can I apply for a loan when my income was ZERO. The first thing this company wanted to do was verify my income. JG Wentworth never told me anything about this and the loan company knew about my debt program. I feel so should have had communications before the loan officers!

I thought there would be more than just of my settlements (Discover) being paid on at this time. It will be a year in a few months that I have been in the program. I feel that I am paying more fees to JG Wentworth for the program itself rather than my credit cards being paid down.

At first, we were receiving monthly calls from you, and now we have not heard from you, except we did receive a call from you asking for the last four numbers of our Capital one credit card, which seemed very strange to us, did not give information.
