iLending's paperwork as far as processing and downloading everything was easier than what I've done before. Josh was my representative and he was very professional. He was more knowledgeable about the different procedures and what should be done. I got a better deal than what I had.

iLending was fantastic. The reps were so nice especially Vicky. She helped me through this whole process. She would send me emails and tell me exactly what to do with the documents that I received from her. It wasn't painful at all as long as she was helping me through it. She called me to congratulate me today on my refinancing at very low interest rate than what I was paying.

The fellow that I talked to was very helpful and informative. He would text me with information. I had his direct line and when he was out of the office, he had his boss contact me. The process should have only taken a day or two, but the credit union that was giving me the new loan told iLending they needed to give me a lower amount so I had to re-sign. They had a truth in lending that didn't match with one of the other forms, so they had to straighten it out. The payoff check got sent in the mail yesterday and they took me from a 14.1 down to a 4.14.

Was pretty much a seamless process, professionally done. Once completed though I had an important question regarding a $500 + Refund I was supposed to receive once all was finished. Was told several times that at completion details about that refund would be forthcoming. That still has not happened! Was this just to alleviate my concern about totals of my loan? I got a letter saying that I could receive the right payment and interest rate that I was looking for in order to be able to refinance the truck, so I called iLending and it was a pretty easy process. I spoke to somebody and he got all of it taken care of for me. So far, it was the best rate that I've ever had, so it was pretty good. The term was about average.

The gentleman that handled the refinance was outstanding and would recommend him to anyone I knew looking to do the same. He was courteous, polite and was quick to response to any of my questions. When a issue came at the end of the loan process he handled quickly with no problem. His number that I responded to was **.

The online application with iLending was easy but it wasn’t with the documents. They mailed them to me, though. The rates and terms were a little high but I was in a pinch at the time. At the end of the day, iLending works for me.

The representative, Jason, was great. However, I left a message for him the other day ‘cause I needed to talk to him, and he didn't return my call. He might be on vacation though. Other than that, he was very helpful. He walked me through the process, and I sent him all the documents. It only took a couple days to get everything squared away and everything was good. I love the new rates and terms.

I googled refinance places that help with bad credit, and iLending was the first one that popped up. I put in my information and I got a call back right away. Then they helped me out. The application process was very quick. It took me maybe 10 minutes just to enter everything and submit it. The person who helped me, Matthew, was very helpful, answered all my questions and made it as easy as possible. I thought it would be a lot more difficult uploading files and sending him all the information. He would call me or would just text me, which was easier for me, especially because sometimes I would be at work. So, texting is a lot easier. It was pretty headache-free.

I refinanced because my car payment was too high. I was trying to lower it down a little bit. The guy from iLending was really great and really helped a lot. I didn't think I was gonna be able to get the finance because it was my first time and I was kind of nervous about it. He made it a lot easier. He was very friendly and kept me in the loop most of the time. So, it was a really good experience for the first time. For me, the process with iLending is stress-free and anxiety-free. When I first called, I said, "I've never done this before. I don't know if I'm able to get refinanced 'cause I've never done it." The guy made it to where it was more comfortable to process the information saying, "We can do this. We can do that. We can try." So, it was no smoke of mirrors.

I asked iLending for a copy of the check that was sent out to my financer from where they did the refinance work. I didn't get one of them. They finally got it because they were sending me letters that my payment was late, but my refinance had already been approved. I got the dollar amount that they sent out, but nobody sent me a copy of the check or anything so I can send it to my old lender. Other than that, I didn't have any problems.

The process was pretty easy. I found it no more difficult than going to the MVD, as long as you have the proper documentation. The individual that I worked with was really responsive. He reached out to me through text and email. I was able to get all the documentation through to him through both avenues. It took a couple of days to get everything together, and this was while I was pulling 11 to 12-hour shifts. But I was able to still get all that with him. When it was after-hours and if I could send it to him, he would confirm with me the following morning. So it was really streamlined. They were really easy to use.

I got a card in the mail and it said what I was already pre-approved for. I took a chance and gave iLending a call and they were able to match what the card said. I told the rep all my info and he took it from there. He called me every day and let me know the progress and where we were at. It only took three days and he had it done.

iLending came in the lowest interest rate. Anthony was helpful, direct, and answered all my questions. He asked for a few things. I got the sample of the term and he put everything together for me. He got the loan for me and called me back as soon as I was approved. He was easy to work with. I had to sign some papers in person. I happened to be in Denver that day. I drove out the next morning and met with them, signed everything. So, it was quick. I was in there five minutes. Everything went smooth. I was very happy. I was thinking to give them a phone call and make sure that I don't have to make my next payments for my car to the Chase Bank. He said I wouldn't have to. He said I would get something in the mail from them confirming that the loan was approved and the car was paid off.

I was pleasantly surprised how professional and considerate my representative, Gunnar was. I was comfortable talking about my finances with him because he listened to me and clearly explained all my different options. My finance charge was almost cut in half, so my purpose was achieved. Thanks Gunnar for all the assistance. I love to save money!

Very happy. Got everything I wanted. My interest rate dropped from 17% to 4.4%. My payment dropped significantly. I was able to get a warranty and GAP insurance. ILendingDIRECT gave me the best deal, Joshua was great and kept in contact and helped me with each step. It was liked the fact of their high rating with the BBB.

My experience overall was good, the loan officer Ahmed in Colorado was very helpful. Originally, I was sent correspondence in the mail, eventually reaching out to iLendingDirect to re-finance my car loan. Ahmed was very helpful and it was easy to get approved for a lower rate after detailing my financial position. Good company that helped me out a lot.

My loan consultant was Alexander, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He gives world class customer service, it was a pleasure working with him and he's definitely an asset to your organization.

Refinancing with iLending was pretty streamlined and easy. I just talked to one person, and he pretty much took care of everything. He was great. He was very helpful with everything, very upfront, and it was a very good experience.

The application process was pretty simple and easy. Charles was a good representative. He cut the APR rate in half and got me a lower monthly payment. It was a great experience. Right now, I'm waiting on him to get back at me. The refinance and my car note is due on the 30th. But he told me that I wouldn't have to worry about anything because he's gonna have it processed before the 30th.

Refinancing with them went pretty easy and everything took week and a half to complete. But I didn't like that the person that reached out to me reached out to me was gone for three days, which pushed things off for a few days. He had some dental thing and he told me what was going on. I understood that but when I'm ready to do it, I'm ready to do it. Despite that, everything is better with them. There were add-ons because of the gap, so it increased my dollar amount owed from what I owed before but not very much and the rate was lower.

I like iLendingDIRECT. When I was setting things up with them, everything was done pretty much over the phone and the rep I had was very easy to work with. His name was Lenny and he was very responsive.

The lady from iLending was really nice. I was buying a house at the same time and everybody else kept calling and calling. But she just said she'd call me on this day and was really amazing. Refinancing with them was a very easy process. She walked me through it and she got me all the documents over. I went to FedEx, sent the stuff right out to iLending, and everything was done within a week. Aside from that, my percentage was initially at a 24 and she got it down to 6%. I have another truck and she told me to get my credit score up a little bit, then she would be able to work with that one. She’s going to call me in three months to try to get the other one set up. So, with me closing on this house, it put some things on the credit that made my payment go down. She was also telling me not to stress out because I was in tears at the time. She said that it happens since I just bought a house.

Working with iLending was amazing. My only gripe was that I didn't know if it was a real company. I had received quite a few things in my mail and I would just throw it away because I didn't know it was a real company. The rep was perfect. He told me the five things he needed and sent me a phone number where I could just upload the documents to him. It didn't even take me 20 minutes.

iLending saved me a lot of money. The rate was half of what I had so I was happy.

Some parts of signing up online were aggravating, but for the most part, it was okay. The rep conducted himself business-like and explained stuff out well. It was very satisfying.

I would tell friends to definitely talk to iLending. They're amazing to work with. The rep, Charles, was very informative and nice to talk to, and just listening to him felt like he was somebody I could trust. The process took four days. Uploading the documents was very easy and I'm an old man. I'm not computer literate.

Jason was excellent at providing customer service. The information that was sent out to me was self-explanatory and easily read. iLending gave step by step instructions on what to do. Went over anything I did not understand when we were signing the agreement. So, everything went smooth. The process was two weeks.

I spoke to a very amiable rep a couple of times on the phone, then it was a few messages and emails. It was absolutely phenomenal and she was quick in response. She was right back to me when I had a question and answered all of them. The process was relatively easy after I got all my ducks in a row. The most complicated thing was digging up all the information. I've had problems in the past with doing other things, so I covered my bases and faxed and emailed just to be safe.

Hunter is a very professional, nice, yet driven team member to have on your team. If I owned an auto refinance company, I'd definitely like to have him as an employee. He still says to call him for any concerns or issues.

I was skeptical at first but I called and Michael ** that helped me was amazing. He answered all my all my questions. One week later it is final and I am saving big bucks. 100% satisfied. I am recommending this to everyone. This far exceeded my expectations.
