iLending has always done right by me. Their agents are easy to work with. They make sure I have everything I need in order to make the right decisions and they don't waste any time in helping me to do so. I appreciate their efficiency, and Devon did a really great job helping me with my loan this time. He was highly communicative and efficient, which I really appreciate since I work a day job and having to bounce back and forth between work and auto refinancing takes me away from important tasks. Devon helped me set up all of my appointments within the busy parameters of my schedule, he answered all of my questions about the paperwork, and he just generally knocked it out of the park customer service-wise. I would highly recommend iLending, and in particular Devon for anyone looking to refinance their auto loan.

The entire process was handled quickly and professionally. Andrea responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner and helped me solve a few hiccups fairly easily (My car was purchased and registered in a different state initially). From the first call to the last, Andrea was concise and professional in obtaining the information needed to process this refi.

I'd been happy with my auto loan until it got sold to a new lender with poor customer service. Ultimately I achieved -- mostly -- what I intended -- an auto refinance with a new lender that hopefully has better customer service, even though I've added $400 (at high interest, on a credit card!) to the effective cost of my car (which the lower interest rate should compensate me for in the long run?). As a senior, the process felt overwhelming. Being asked to absorb a thirty-page contract without time to read it through felt dangerous. This is the last car I'll own and probably the last time I'll engage in a contract for anything so expensive as I can't think fast enough to keep up with the process. If iLending had a partnership with AARP, I'd feel more secure.

He went above and beyond. He was very accessible, and his response was swift. Every question I asked was addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
