I had a very nice experience, loan officers were outstanding in customer service. My loan % rate was reduced immensely and I knew car payment is below half of what I was paying. I am so excited about not having to pay an extreme amount on my car payment and it is real low. I would suggest giving them a chance let him see what you can do for me. I normally don’t write a review but this time I will, I was trying to refinance my truck from a loan with high interest and when I contacted iLending, Billy the Rep took all my info and within 2 days got things moving and saved me close to half off my payment and 10% less on interest. NOW this is what I mean. This company knows how to get it done. I’m late in my years and this is the first time a company did what they said they could do. I can’t THANK THEM ENOUGH.

Keenan made the entire refinance process so much easier for me. Trevor ** is the absolute worst type of agent or whatever his actual title is. Lied from the beginning, bombarded my credit report with inquiries, promised me an offer before the weekend and never heard from him again and never responded to my follow up inquiries. I’ll judge the company off of my experience with the employee which is a representation of them and would love to leave negative stars if I could.

I process was made simple and easy. They work closely with you to ensure you get the savings you need.

iLending made it seem like I was refinancing my loan with them. The charged $549 and added to a loan than another company had. They never mentioned that in the half a dozen phone calls and multiple emails with them. Probably buried in the fine print somewhere. If I had known that I may or may have not not gone through with the loan. Just be upfront with fees.

I was skeptical, but so far, I'm impressed! Devon even added a powertrain warranty on top of the deal and I'm saving $100. We aren't completely wrapped up as the GAP insurance & previous powertrain warranty still need refunded. But Devon said he'd walk me through the processes to get maximum savings from my refi.

It was a quick attention with clear data. Documentation, simple and response. Also very fast. I am very happy with the service provided by the advisor and in the end for the benefit I have to be able to get this credit to reduce the interest rate of the original credit.
