Was looking to add my daughter to a previous loan, and drop APR and they were able to do both. It only took about a week till it was a done deal. The folks I worked with were very helpful and nice. I tend to cuss a lot. Just normal for me and normally I get a, "Please don’t cuss." I was misled by Tom from the beginning. Tom reassured me that he would be able to refinance my vehicle. When I called him the next day for other information he needed, he cut me off with, "I have to go. I'm late for a meeting". Then he hung up. Later to have someone else from iLending to tell me, I didn't qualify. I was confused to the whole experience.

I'd been happy with my auto loan until it got sold to a new lender with poor customer service. Ultimately I achieved -- mostly -- what I intended -- an auto refinance with a new lender that hopefully has better customer service, even though I've added $400 (at high interest, on a credit card!) to the effective cost of my car (which the lower interest rate should compensate me for in the long run?). As a senior, the process felt overwhelming. Being asked to absorb a thirty-page contract without time to read it through felt dangerous. This is the last car I'll own and probably the last time I'll engage in a contract for anything so expensive as I can't think fast enough to keep up with the process. If iLending had a partnership with AARP, I'd feel more secure.

I received a letter in the mail from them and as usual with these type of "ads", I'm skeptical. I wanted to try saving money on my current loan because I had improved my credit score and always felt that I was paying too much for the type of vehicle I purchased. Well, I worked with one of the sales reps for iLending - Branden **. He was very helpful and available via phone and text, whenever I had a question or was missing required information to complete my file/documentation. Submitted a rate inquiry for an auto refinance on lending tree. I'm still way below current market rates so I stopped entertaining offers. These guys are so pushy, after I blocked them, they used a different number. I block that, they tried another. I have I believe 7 unique blocked numbers from this company. This is that narcissist you said you might be interested in seeing but change your mind and they stalk you until you get a restraining order. Stay away from this company!

Has anyone paid off a loan through iLending Direct and cancelled the Gap Coverage and received a check from them that balanced? I received a Gap refund check from ilending Direct on 01/07/2025 I deposited that check and it balanced. A representative with ilending Direct left me a voicemail stating several customers including myself might experience the check been balanced, he claimed a mess up in their system. Their rookie attorney didn't know this employee left me a VM stating the above and tried to say their Bank, Vectra Bank stopped the checks for fraud prevention.
