I was looking to refi my car to remove my hubby's name. Monika was able to help me same day with the application. She also kept contact throughout my decision process. Even though, my husband is in Mexico she was able to get his signature and my loan funded fast and easy. She's always there when I had questions especially in the evening hours since I work until 5 pm. Would definitely recommend Monika for your refi needs.

I got an amazing deal which brought my APR from around a 22% APR down to an 8.9% APR. (Didn’t have a down payment for the first people :/). I was helped by a Mr. ** who was incredibly patient and helpful during the entire process.

My old credit union which I had my car through, was nice, but it never felt like I was prioritized like how I do with these guys, it would be a 10-15 min wait just to talk to someone. But here I was always on the phone with the same person within a couple mins and he made sure to drop everything and make sure I was getting taken care of. Thanks to my representative Alan for helping me out. He was communicative the whole time. I was looking for a lower interest rate and he did just that and he helped answer all my questions and was patient with me along the way. The paperwork process was easy and did it all online.
