The loan officer was helpful and his information and everything that he gave. However, he's supposed to get back to me within two days, and he hasn't yet.

I got a thing in the mail and it looked good. I called iLending and the lady I talked to was really sweet. She answered every question I had, she wasn't pushy, and the process went smoothly.

Overall, iLendingDirect made it quick and easy to obtain a much better loan than I previously had for my first brand new car. It was a simple process and Leanne made it even easier on me by walking me through the process step-by-step. However, I think she should have done a better job explaining the additional cost associated with purchasing gap insurance. Through all our conversations, she made it sound (or at least I interpreted her explanation) as if gap insurance is great and inexpensive when it actually cost me an additional few thousand dollars over the term.

The process was complicated. It had to be done over three times because of time constraints. There was so much that needed to be done and information that I had to provide. Also, I was trying to keep from having to make two payments in one month and that's why they had to redo the third time but that all worked out. It was a long process but it was worth it and the person I talked to at iLending was extremely helpful. If I had questions, he answered them immediately.

I appreciate everything they did for me. I'm very thankful. Their rep helped me a lot. Answered a bunch of questions. There were a lot of things I didn’t understand. He walked me through it in a professional way. He was very personable.

I'm super happy with every single thing so far, except I still haven't heard from a new lender that iLending hooked me up with. The new payment is coming up around the corner so, hopefully, I get confirmation on that soon. Everything else has been perfect.

Their application process was fast. They got back to me pretty quick. Their process was also more simple than a lot of other places I've had to go through. It was a convenient and straightforward experience with their rep. Their rate was a little bit high, though. Maybe if they would also go a little bit more over the rate before I had to come in to sign the papers. I didn't know what rate they were gonna give me before. I just found out everything during the signing. But overall, it's okay.

They have very good customer service. I talked to one guy that was in the sales team and he was really knowledgeable. Then, some emergency came up with the first guy, and the second guy took over and then that was good, too. The communication was very good. The process was also simple. They just asked for too many forms.

I got my pickup truck refinanced with iLending, and it knocked my interest rate way down. I was also given several terms I could choose from whichever fit my budget. I worked with two guys and they were educated and super nice. One of them was always concerned and made me feel like he was really there trying to help, not just trying to tell me something. Also, the two guys took their time, called me whenever I needed it, and called me back and explained everything a couple of times. It didn't take them long to get back to me and they didn't promise anything that they couldn't do. It was an all-around a good experience and I couldn't ask for a better help. The guys did a fantastic job and I'd hire them again if I needed it.

The application process was very simple, and Troy, the rep, took care of us. We had a hiccup with my registration, where my husband's birthday is in December and my registration went out in December. I had to get our registration renewed, but our courthouse had a Covid outbreak and it was closed down for a few days. I had to wait until the courthouse opened back up and our registration took a week longer than it should have, but it wasn't anything to do with iLending.

Working with them was very good. The whole process was very professional and quick. But the amount of documents that they require is a little excessive to me. Their customers have to jump through hoops. It's a lot of information that they need that I have never experienced before. I needed copies and there were documents to sign and upload. Other than that, I was very happy with my rep.

The process was super smooth. Marcial listened to all my refinancing problems in the past and was completely honest about if this would be the best fit. I see iLending sent a check to my last bank I was financing through and I haven’t heard back from anyone on how I am supposed to pay for my new loan, no sign in information or anything. The whole situation has been very vague. Kind of just waiting on what to do next.

The fellow that I talked to was very helpful and informative. He would text me with information. I had his direct line and when he was out of the office, he had his boss contact me. The process should have only taken a day or two, but the credit union that was giving me the new loan told iLending they needed to give me a lower amount so I had to re-sign. They had a truth in lending that didn't match with one of the other forms, so they had to straighten it out. The payoff check got sent in the mail yesterday and they took me from a 14.1 down to a 4.14.

Was pretty much a seamless process, professionally done. Once completed though I had an important question regarding a $500 + Refund I was supposed to receive once all was finished. Was told several times that at completion details about that refund would be forthcoming. That still has not happened! Was this just to alleviate my concern about totals of my loan? I got a letter saying that I could receive the right payment and interest rate that I was looking for in order to be able to refinance the truck, so I called iLending and it was a pretty easy process. I spoke to somebody and he got all of it taken care of for me. So far, it was the best rate that I've ever had, so it was pretty good. The term was about average.

The gentleman that handled the refinance was outstanding and would recommend him to anyone I knew looking to do the same. He was courteous, polite and was quick to response to any of my questions. The guy made it to where it was more comfortable to process the information saying, "We can do this. We can do that. We can try." So, it was no smoke of mirrors.

I asked iLending for a copy of the check that was sent out to my financer from where they did the refinance work. I didn't get one of them. They finally got it because they were sending me letters that my payment was late, but my refinance had already been approved. I got the dollar amount that they sent out, but nobody sent me a copy of the check or anything so I can send it to my old lender. Other than that, I didn't have any problems.

The process was pretty easy. I found it no more difficult than going to the MVD, as long as you have the proper documentation. The individual that I worked with was really responsive. He reached out to me through text and email. I was able to get all the documentation through to him through both avenues. It took a couple of days to get everything together, and this was while I was pulling 11 to 12-hour shifts. But I was able to still get all that with him. When it was after-hours and if I could send it to him, he would confirm with me the following morning. So it was really streamlined. They were really easy to use.

I got a card in the mail and it said what I was already pre-approved for. I took a chance and gave iLending a call and they were able to match what the card said. I told the rep all my info and he took it from there. He called me every day and let me know the progress and where we were at. It only took three days and he had it done.

iLending came in the lowest interest rate. Anthony was helpful, direct, and answered all my questions. He asked for a few things. I got the sample of the term and he put everything together for me. He got the loan for me and called me back as soon as I was approved. He was easy to work with. I had to sign some papers in person. I happened to be in Denver that day. I drove out the next morning and met with them, signed everything. So, it was quick. I was in there five minutes. Everything went smooth. I was very happy. I was thinking to give them a phone call and make sure that I don't have to make my next payments for my car to the Chase Bank. He said I wouldn't have to. He said I would get something in the mail from them confirming that the loan was approved and the car was paid off.

I was pleasantly surprised how professional and considerate my representative, Gunnar was. I was comfortable talking about my finances with him because he listened to me and clearly explained all my different options. My finance charge was almost cut in half, so my purpose was achieved. Very happy. Got everything I wanted. My interest rate dropped from 17% to 4.4%. My payment dropped significantly. I was able to get a warranty and GAP insurance. ILendingDIRECT gave me the best deal, Joshua was great and kept in contact and helped me with each step. It was liked the fact of their high rating with the BBB.

There were add-ons because of the gap, so it increased my dollar amount owed from what I owed before but not very much and the rate was lower.

I went to FedEx, sent the stuff right out to iLending, and everything was done within a week. Aside from that, my percentage was initially at a 24 and she got it down to 6%. I have another truck and she told me to get my credit score up a little bit, then she would be able to work with that one. She’s going to call me in three months to try to get the other one set up. So, with me closing on this house, it put some things on the credit that made my payment go down. She was also telling me not to stress out because I was in tears at the time. She said that it happens since I just bought a house.

I had received quite a few things in my mail and I would just throw it away because I didn't know it was a real company. The rep was perfect. He told me the five things he needed and sent me a phone number where I could just upload the documents to him. It didn't even take me 20 minutes.
