Beth, the staff who was with me, helped me very well throughout the whole process. She was very happy to answer my question and contact me whenever there was a new update in my loan application. She was very professional. She was able to be with me for the whole process until the time I got my loans. So, my experience with iLending was good. Everything was documented correctly and the speed of the response was satisfactory. Whenever I had a question, I always left them a voicemail or a message, and the agent worked with me as long as she saw that. And as long as she had time, she called me back, which was the way it always worked.

The application process with iLending was very simple and quick. The person I worked with was great, very efficient, responsive and professional. He made that overall experience very positive. The new rate and terms were consistent with what they initially said I could possibly get. So it was right on target for me. I've already referred two friends.

I came across iLending while looking for companies to refinance my current auto loan. I provided all my info to iLending and they took care of the rest! They helped me look for a new finance company to refinance my vehicle to get me the best deal possible!

I did the whole process online and it was very fast. Also, they were very clear and straight to the point. The rep I worked with explained everything and the rates are good.

I tried to go into a bank but they wouldn't allow me to refinance because I had payments still due on my credit cards. I tried iLending and they got my truck refinanced. My rep knew what he was doing and the process was done within the first week. The rates were fine with me. It's not like I'm planning to sell my truck anytime soon and the payments I had on them were way too high already. Everything was perfect.

Marcel did an excellent job helping me save money on my car loan. I would recommend him to help. The process was easy. It did take some time, but overall pretty easy. If you are looking to refinance, iLending would be who I recommend.

I was pretty comfortable with both individuals I was working with at iLending. Uploading documents was easy for me. I texted and emailed both of them over. The DocuSign is super easy as well. The company has better rates and a smooth process overall. They answered my questions easily. So, I knew they were the best.

Poor customer service, very unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I could not get anyone in the phone to answer basic questions. There were services added to contract did I did not approved, after I expressed my concerns my request were not met with a willing attitude. I dealt with a receptionist who express they are going through a transition within the company and apologized for the poor performance. Really?

Jennifer ** was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. The process itself was very customer friendly. Interest rate dropped over 10% thanks to Jennifer's knowledge and efforts to give us the best deal possible. She was patient, courteous and professional throughout the entire process and worked overtime to accommodate our busy schedule.

Their rep Ronnie was really knowledgeable about the process. It was really easy to work with her. She was thorough and she explained everything up front. Communication was the key for her and she ended up saving me a tremendous amount of money. She let me know how many days it was going to take for me to hear back from her and communication was spot on with the exact amount of days. I don't know about any other loan consultant that I would have had to work with.

The process was fast, simple and easy. It was great from start to finish. I worked with Sean and his efficiency and communication stood out. Working with them allowed me to achieve a goal towards the car that I'm aspiring to own one day.

Everything moved really quickly. They got it all done. They got my interest rate way down and my monthly payment went from 884 to 580 something. But after day three, I didn't hear anything back from anybody. I know they paid off the loan on the 24th and it's been three weeks since I started the refinance process. Also, it's been a week and a half since I've heard from anybody with the info on it.

I am surprised at all the positive reviews for this company because my experience was not good. My loan consultant, Luis, made a lot of false promises. The rate he got for me was very high and not worth my time to refinance for such a small savings. He then told me he would see what he could do and came back with a better rate, but a longer term. I told him I didn't want a 72-month loan and questioned why I could get the term length I wanted. His response was "Because that's how we do things". He seemed to have little to no financial knowledge and had bad customer service skills & follow-up. I felt like the entire thing was shady, and he was being dishonest with me. The worst part is that I took 2 hard inquiries that impacted my credit score for no reason. Avoid this place!

iLending was great. The car refinance was easy and communication was good. The rep was always able to get back to me very timely and answer questions I had. He did a great job. Also, the terms are great. I am planning on using a portion of the money that I'm saving with the lower payment because of the no pre-payment penalty to put a little bit extra on each payment and close the gap a little faster.

The rep was very helpful and polite. Because I have never done it before, I thought it was weird for how much of it went over via phone through texting. It made me feel like, “Is this normal?" Because I sent private stuff. But it still worked out fine. The rate and terms were great, very helpful, and exactly what I needed. It worked out great. I appreciate iLending.

iLending's was the lowest interest rate there was. After e-signing, everything went smoothly. It was a very pleasurable conversation. I've talked to a few people and told them if they are thinking of refinancing, that iLending would be the people to get ahold of. Everything was simple and easy. And it was step by step, stayed with me the whole time.

It was pretty easy to go through everything with the rep because he was available. He was easy to work with and he was able to communicate. The rate I got was great. It has gone from 11% to 5.5.

Hunter was very informative and very helpful. It was a pleasure with him. He was patient and knowledgeable about the loan details and the process. Always easy to get a hold of and returned our calls in a short period of time.

Refinancing was easier than I could have dreamed. I don't have the best credit, however they went above and beyond to help me get a lower interest rate. And the representative was super nice, informative and helpful the whole way.

Leanne was such a great help. My interest rate was super high on my old loan and she just wanted to make me happy. She made sure that I was ok with everything that she was doing before she did it. She was almost as excited as I was that we were able to get me a better rate. Leanne was also super helpful with the millions of questions that I had because I wasn’t sure what I was walking into when I started this process. If for any reason she was unavailable when I called she always returned my call the same day. This whole experience definitely saved me a bunch of money in the long run as well. If you're looking to refinance I would definitely choose iLending.

I am very unhappy about the way things were handled. I was having license issues and Lance ** pretty much called me a liar. Then he promised to help me get refunds on my gap and extended warranty from old contract.

The rep got my application in and got me all the information I needed and explained it to me. It went straightforward.

iLending sent me a very well laid out proposal for a refinance. Then when I went through the process, it ended up being a true thing. So that was really nice. The guy that I worked with, Manuel, was very nice. He knew what he was doing. If he didn't, he didn't have any issues letting me know that he was going to talk to a supervisor to figure it out. He didn't stop at anything to make sure that I got what I was after. Overall, they were very professional. The process took a little bit longer than I had hoped because of my work schedule. Everything with iLending was electronic and it was easy and very simple. They were able to lower my interest by over 10%. It was very helpful.

iLending gave me a prequalified quote after I went through Credit Karma. They seemed to be pretty nice to me. They sent me a couple of letters to my house, giving me a quote that no one else was giving me. So I thought it'd be best to call them and see what deal I can work out. It was fair, fast, and easy. Everybody was polite. It was very quick to be able to get approved for me to continue with my loan with them. I appreciate it. Everybody was very kind and professional. It's a really good experience that I went through with them.

Winthrop was amazing. He made sure to cover everything. He answered all my questions. Everything went really fast. It was faster than I anticipated. I'm happy with the new rate and terms. My experience was A+ all the way.

The process was really good and easy. The representative that I had was very nice and he was straightforward with me. Lewis was extremely helpful and he made the transition very easy. But I have to reach out to the new lender to figure out when they issued the check because everything from my old loan is still showing active. But that's nothing that Lewis did wrong. The process was very easy. I literally filled out a five-minute questionnaire with all the information. Lewis was actively communicative the entire process and made it very, very, very user-friendly. My previous rate was about 21% and iLending got it down to 5.5.

My consultant was extremely helpful and responsive. He was understanding and informative to all of my questions. I've already recommended him to a couple of my friends. He's an excellent employee and I'd definitely work with him again.

The process with iLending was pretty simple. They really took care of everything. The only application I did was with the credit app. Communication was mostly email and some phone calls., but it was very quick and right to the point. Everything went well.

I used iLendingDIRECT a couple of years ago to refinance my car and I really liked how quick and speedy everything was. I just got a new vehicle and so I used them again. I spoke with Conrad and he's always very nice and sweet. He gives me all the information I need when I have questions. I had to send in some documents via mail and they even sent a shipping label for that.

I was fortunate enough to find you while looking up my credit score. I couldn't find anyone to help me reduce my car payment. After a few attempts I found iLending Direct. My agent was Jarrel **. I'm so delighted that I now have a cheaper car payment and Gap insurance. I'm so happy. I thank you so much.

The process was unprofessional, time-consuming, wasteful, and honestly annoying. I applied online and was given offers, to which I accept one. I’m then called and asked about the same information, this call takes about an hour to give all the information, then they have to wait a couple days and schedule another call to tell you your real rates. Mind you, they gloat online that this process can be completed in minutes.

I would recommend iLendingDirect. They were able to give me lower rates and it was a very smooth and quick experience. They dropped my payments down tremendously, $300 or $400 off. The rep was very helpful through the whole process. He handled me like a good customer. It was not like he was in it for my money, it was like he was in it more to help me.

I enjoyed speaking with their rep Ryan and he helped me out very well. He was very kind and courteous and he was on top of things. I was paying 593 and then now it’s 335. So you can imagine how happy I am. I would definitely refer people to iLending.

I got a good quote but my experience with the reps was less than stellar. At first, it was good but then I couldn't get a hold of them. Nobody would return my messages for a few days. Also, their IVR phone systems don't work very well. Once you're assigned a representative, it goes into a black hole. So, they definitely need to improve their operational process. But the online processes were very simple and easy to use.

The rates are extraordinarily high, almost like a money lending thing. But everything's been fine. I haven't had any issues.

First, I do want to thank my agent Michael Z for being upfront about the warranty and paint job fees in which I promptly declined. I think a lot of these low star reviews are from folks whose agents never disclosed these optional packages that adds 2000 to 2400 dollars to your loan. So, I am thankful about Michael's honesty. I credit him for trying to sell it but I'm thankful he was honest and upfront.

iLending's process was pretty easy. A rep called me and I gave him my information and what type of loan I was looking for. He reached back in a couple of days with the best option that he found. The rate was good and it dropped 3%, I’m happy with it. But I wanted a little more communication. Whenever I had an issue, they would reach out but I felt like there may have been a step missed. I didn't realize that everything was done and that I already had this credit union.

iLending did a great job. They reached out to me through text message, which was very convenient because I work in finance as well and I'm on the phone all day with my customers, so it's hard for me to make phone calls. We were able to start the process through a text message. Then their rep was available after hours for me when I got off work for us to be able to talk. The upload of the documents online was all super easy. Jacob was always friendly. Anything I needed, he took care of me. He had to take some of the calls from home because he was working extended hours just to make sure that we could communicate at a time that was convenient. We did the loan closing on a Saturday. I don't personally like working Saturdays. So, the fact that he was willing to do that was awesome. He was definitely helpful. I was definitely impressed.

They communicated very well. We were able to text back and forth and get a lot of stuff done that way. Sending the documents was easy. I uploaded most of it online. I had to mail one thing. It was no big deal. Their rates and terms were also much better than my current ones, which is why I went with them. I had a seamless experience with iLending.

Tom was great and quick. He was on top of everything and he kept me informed. They're a solid company. They were quick and efficient.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with iLending, but I have one hang-up. When I talk personal stuff, I like to talk to a person eyeball to eyeball. If I can sit or Skype to talk, that would be greatest thing. It's nothing against them though. Kia was absolutely fabulous. When they referred this thing to US Federal Credit Union, those people were very nice and courteous. The rep explained in detail some of the things that I didn't understand, and she took her time and did it right.

Recently my income changed, money become extremely tight. Refinancing my auto with iLendingDirect, was quick and easy. They have found me some please of mind. The best news was my interest rate was lowered from 16.99 percent to 5.5 percent. Thank you.

For one it took 3 months to finish my deal. The person I was working with hardly ever reached out to me always had to get ahold of her to see what was going on. Then she was sick for 2 weeks which I feel like my account could have been passed along to someone else to push it along faster but it wasn't. And to top it off it took so long that I had to come out of pocket $500 when I feel like it wasn't my fault it took as long as it did. I feel like that girl that had my account could have done a better job staying on top of things. I wouldn't hear from for a week then I call and she would say, "Oh we need something else to finalize" when she should have been the one reaching out to me when she found out so I could have promptly get it done. Will I use y'all again, no. Will I refer y'all to someone, nope. This was a horrible experience.

I filled out the application, got an email, needed to submit some documents, did that, and we got approved. I'm happy with the rate and terms. I would recommend iLending.

iLending walked me through a little bit because I was divorced. Then my ex-husband had died. So, they even went beyond. They found out where I needed to get the death certificate. From the beginning, their rep was great. As soon as it came in, I was like, "Hey, guess what? I got the death certificate now." He was like, "Oh, my God, great 'cause we still have several days left. We have a week left. We can still do this." I referred one of my friends to iLending because she's looking to refinance her car. I told her that they were super helpful and great. They got me a good rate, a good quote, and my payments went down a lot.

Everything went well with iLending. I had built up everything I needed to do and they had a great finance rate. So, I decided to go with them. I feel great with the outcome. I'm saving about half of what I was paying earlier. Justin was great. He needs a raise. I did get a little frustrated from time to time, and he's been great with his patience and just calming me down, and letting me know everything's gonna be okay, and actually getting the deal done. I really appreciate it.

The documents were really easy. Some of which, we already had at hand. But there were a lot of things that were stacking up against us. It was my sister and I trying to fill out the paperwork and we have different schedules. Also, their guy is in a different timezone. Other than that, he's very nice and courteous. Overall the iLending is pretty good. They have really taken care of me so far.

The guy that was handling my refinance, Jordan, was thorough. He got everything before he submitted it. There was no back and forth. The rate is perfect and I'm satisfied now. Thank you, iLending.

Chase was fantastic. I had questions that were hard and while a lot of people get irritated when you ask questions, he told me he was glad I was asking questions and that he'd have been more concerned if I didn’t. He followed through with that. Every time I got a question, if he couldn't answer, he went to go find it and got a mentor.

The rep, Tyler, helped me and everything was easy. He would tell me what he was doing, and I would get emails. He would call me too. We got everything done fast. I was refinanced in two weeks.

I got a personal rep at iLending and the communication was awesome. We talked via text messages and I sent everything she needed. I wanted a lower rate and a lower car payment and the rate and terms were done exactly what I needed them to. People should go to iLending. I wish there were more ways people could hear about them because it was such an easy process. Even with signing my documents, the rep told me that I would be getting an email from her and what the the email was gonna be, and I could sign all my documents within the email through DocuSign.

They were super responsive and their stuff was very easy to comprehend. It was a relatively easy process. But there were a lot of steps and there were some things that I did for them, but then my salesperson said, "Okay. Now if you like, take a picture, I could do it faster." It was a little time consuming when you're trying to work. But all in all, the process only took a few days from start to finish. They were very nice and helpful. They were great.

I was never notified or agreed to the extra almost $2000 that was tacked onto my loan!!! I will never use iLending again! They charged me without my knowledge of $2000 worth of product (that I never even received). Horrible!

The process was like one night affair. I said my truck’s worth 62,000 and I’m financing 41,000. Now, it’d be 43,000. I tried to figure out, “Where's this other money?“ I was also charged an extra $800 for something I didn't want. iLending didn’t send me paperwork till I called them. Then finally, they emailed me all of those. Once the deal with everything went through, I tried to contact the guy. He never got back to me. I had to talk to somebody else, and he's never contacted me since. It's funny how they're supposed to save money, but it seems like I’ve gotten over $2,000 more debt.

I was amazed at how easy and simple the application process was. Just a little time to read and do little things, and that was it. The guy that I talked to explained everything to me and was understandable at times. I’ve tried to do a car and it was like, “Let’s just refinance it. It’s a better rate.” It all worked out. He was really patient with me, and that means a lot to someone like me because it tells me he got character. I'm totally 100% plus satisfied.

I’ve never refinanced before and was extremely nervous about the process. Coming from first-home foreclosure, my 780+ credit score was shot. An unexpected hit-n-run totaled our SUV, which lead to an unexpected vehicle purchase during the holidays. My >580 credit score awarded me a monthly payment of $798 @ 15.7% interest, I had now doubled my car payment. After rebuilding my credit for a year, I really needed to refinance my 2020 4Runner ASAP w/ interest rates being at an all time low. Repeatedly, I was unapproved, again lowering my newly rebuilt credit. I received a letter in the mail from iLending Direct guaranteeing me a 5.5% interest rate to refinance my truck. I took a shot in the dark and responded.

Emmanuel, the iLending rep, was great. He walked me through the whole thing. He did everything with me on the phone, he called my insurance, got us switched over, called the lenders and did everything we needed to do. He was really good about his job. Overall, iLending got me refinanced and found me a good rate.

My experience was perfect. Joshua was knowledge and attentive. He listened to my needs and was able to set me up with a loan for my vehicle that’s was exactly what I hoped for. If I had to do this again, I would without a doubt be confident your company would be there to meet my needs. Great experience!!

If you use this service and you hear someone say their name is Wally **. You will get the best deal. I’m sure everyone there is good. But my experience with Wally was excellent. Honestly I was skeptical but Wally reassure me he will get it done. And that he did. Leave big banks alone.

It went quick, easy, and smooth with iLending. It was lower payments, lower interest, lower everything. We are saving almost 150 a month. Also, Phoenix, our rep was awesome.

Their rates and terms are a lot better than what I currently have. The communication was also good. There weren't any delays. It was a straightforward and easy experience.

I was probably the one that wasn't totally present all the time so it was hit and miss, and I didn't necessarily match up with iLending’s business hours because I have work from 8:30 to 5:00. I’d have to call in between here and there, which delayed the communication and the process, but it was fine. I got a letter in the mail from them and normally, I would assume it was junk mail, but I was in the mode of wanting to get cheaper car rates. I tried iLending out on a whim and it turned out to be very beneficial. We’re at the ending part of it and it was good. iLending fulfilled what I wanted to get out of them. But due to my experience, it’s hit and miss here and there.

iLending offered me some auto protection and protection on my motorcycle, and they didn't tell me how much it was going to cost. I wasn't very pleased about that. I wouldn't recommend them again, just for the simple fact that they didn't disclose everything when they did the new loan. I found out my loan balance on the vehicle went from 7,000 to 12,000. The new loan is fine and it's at a new rate. My monthly payment has dropped substantially but I didn't appreciate that they stuck that $5,000 in there. $5,000 on a $6,000 balance is egregious.

Working with the rep was pretty smooth. His demeanor impressed me and contacting him was fairly easy. The application process was quick and simple. They submitted everything to close my loan.

iLending offered a pretty good reduction on my monthly bill. The guy I worked with got everything done fast. He cleared up some misconceptions I had and gave me all the information I needed. I answered all the questions. He's one of the best customer service representatives I've ever dealt with.

I like the payments that I was offered of how much lower my payments would be. So, I went straight for it. There was some stuff, but that was because it was on my part. But besides that, the process went pretty quick. The rep was straightforward, very easy with me. He gave me the time to get everything that I needed, didn't make me feel like I was rushed. He was very good with what he did. Everything was great. The rates were pretty good. I totally agree with the terms and the amount that I'm paying. I would recommend iLending to anyone who is looking to refinance their car with very low rates.

Overall, iLendingDirect made it quick and easy to obtain a much better loan than I previously had for my first brand new car. It was a simple process and Leanne made it even easier on me by walking me through the process step-by-step. However, I think she should have done a better job explaining the additional cost associated with purchasing gap insurance. Through all our conversations, she made it sound (or at least I interpreted her explanation) as if gap insurance is great and inexpensive when it actually cost me an additional few thousand dollars over the term.

The process was complicated. It had to be done over three times because of time constraints. There was so much that needed to be done and information that I had to provide. Also, I was trying to keep from having to make two payments in one month and that's why they had to redo the third time but that all worked out. It was a long process but it was worth it and the person I talked to at iLending was extremely helpful. If I had questions, he answered them immediately.

I appreciate everything they did for me. I'm very thankful. Their rep helped me a lot. Answered a bunch of questions. There were a lot of things I didn’t understand. He walked me through it in a professional way. He was very personable.

I'm super happy with every single thing so far, except I still haven't heard from a new lender that iLending hooked me up with. The new payment is coming up around the corner so, hopefully, I get confirmation on that soon. Everything else has been perfect.

The application process was very simple, and Troy, the rep, took care of us. We had a hiccup with my registration, where my husband's birthday is in December and my registration went out in December. I had to get our registration renewed, but our courthouse had a Covid outbreak and it was closed down for a few days. I had to wait until the courthouse opened back up and our registration took a week longer than it should have, but it wasn't anything to do with iLending.

Working with them was very good. The whole process was very professional and quick. But the amount of documents that they require is a little excessive to me. Their customers have to jump through hoops. It's a lot of information that they need that I have never experienced before. I needed copies and there were documents to sign and upload. Other than that, I was very happy with my rep.
