I wanted a lower rate and lower payment. I got both. My agent, Lane **, was great and exceeded my expectations. I knew what to expect, every step of the way. Lane answered every question my husband had. The process was streamlined. I was able to sign most documents on Friday afternoon and the final title documents on Saturday morning. Since it was a busy time for me, I really appreciate how efficient the process was.

Colby and Marcell were major help as well as other employees I spoke to and made sure to explain everything step by step. They did all the work and avoided any type of stress on me. Kept me updated throughout the whole process to make this easier and accomplished the goal of refinancing my vehicle!

Submitted a rate inquiry for an auto refinance on lending tree. I'm still way below current market rates so I stopped entertaining offers. These guys are so pushy, after I blocked them, they used a different number. I block that, they tried another. I have I believe 7 unique blocked numbers from this company. This is that narcissist you said you might be interested in seeing but change your mind and they stalk you until you get a restraining order. Stay away from this company!

Has anyone paid off a loan through iLending Direct and cancelled the Gap Coverage and received a check from them that balanced? I received a Gap refund check from ilending Direct on 01/07/2025 I deposited that check and it balanced. A representative with ilending Direct left me a voicemail stating several customers including myself might experience the check been balanced, he claimed a mess up in their system. Their rookie attorney didn't know this employee left me a VM stating the above and tried to say their Bank, Vectra Bank stopped the checks for fraud prevention. I am looking for other potential consumers that experienced this or similar issues. You can reach me at **

Terrible experience! I urge you not to waste your time, energy, or effort with this company. They entice you with an appealing initial estimate for refinancing, but after a long wait, you end up with a much worse offer than what you were trying to escape. I regret the time I lost! Please don’t make the same mistake.

Updated on 7/15/2024: I have dealt with iLending into refinance my car over 6 weeks ago. When I got the paperwork with what the terms of lower I realized that I was misled, misinformed and any question I asked was not listen to. I therefore call complains and got a call back from upper management realizing that yes they made the mistake. They admitted they made the mistake and were going to do right by me. 6 weeks ago. In the meantime my loan was getting taken away from the people they refinance with back to my original lender under the original terms of 60 months, not 72 like they try to get me to do. The loan still has not been reestablished.

iLendingDIRECT told me about my situation and what I need to be done. They asked me whether the paper said a certain thing and it added up to what they said on the paper. I took the deal. The loan rep was a good person and was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and very kind. He gave me the best deal than what everybody else had going on. If my friends needed help and own their own cars, I would tell them that iLending is the best. I explained to them and they helped me out a lot. I recommended iLending to a friend of mine. I did the thing where they said you recommend somebody to them, they give you a gift card.

I filled out my application online, and then they called me back almost immediately. I liked the deals, and they gave me money. I was happy with the new rate. It was better than I was getting. The guy that I was working with was nice and seemed to be pretty helpful. He was real communicative. Everything went well.

I got a letter in the mail saying I was preapproved for iLending. There was a thing online that I had to put in then they said they would be contacting me. They contacted me fairly quickly within minutes. The loan process was pretty quick. I wasn't able to sign off the paperwork in person so we used a robot thing. They were able to work around whatever I had going on. I was impressed by how helpful customer service was. Aside from a couple of bumps, the process was fairly easy. I got my loan and the interest down on it.

The process was pretty good. It was easy. The rep that was helping me was really good. He kept making a follow-up calls regarding what I needed to do. iLending also pays for some service, like oil changes, and I like that. There's also a GAP insurance. So all of that together, it's good for the price I'm paying.

iLending was excellent with taking care of my needs. Once I entered my information, within 10 minutes I got a call from one of them and we moved through the process seamlessly. It took a few days to run through all the necessary paperwork. Joe was excellent, very informative, knew what he was talking about. iLending had the best rates. I recommend them.

I believe this is the second time I have given you a review. I called iLending and they would do a soft pull on my credit score. I was having a problem with capital one, for over two years. In January, 2023 we went to court, they dropped the charges the day before (which they should have, because what they were doing to me was illegal). But they wouldn't take it off my credit report. The local attorney I hired, didn't finish her work, so legal shield did. Now I have my credit score back, and I owe ilending a big thank you! For helping me resolve this issue. I called iLending to ask for information, which they provided, and then they asked me for some information and got back to me to let me know what the loan would be. It was quite easy in terms of working with them. The person I talked to was very good about following through on all the little things that needed to be done. They sent me a contract that I had to sign and get notarized and send back via FedEx to them. That worked fine, although I sent it back once and I had printed it back to front, which you can't do, so we had to redo it again. But the process was painless and done quite quickly.

iLending has the lowest APR and payment. Their process is simple. The guy I talked to on the phone gave me all the options. I said, "I wanna make sure I talk to my husband first." He was fine with that. I called him back and told him it was something that we wanted to do. He set up the appointment times to sign the documents.

I'm super happy that I went with iLending. The application was super easy. My consultant, Kyle, was extremely helpful. He walked me through the whole process. I never thought it would be that easy and and he made it happen. He told me which documents I needed, and I forwarded to him right away. They called me and then I told them not to call me between this time, and they didn’t. It was super quick to get approved because I have all the documentation ready and the next day at around 9:00 PM, he called me back. He said, “Hey, congratulations. You've been approved. This is your rate.” At the end of the next day, I had everything signed up. It was super smooth. I'm truly happy with the whole situation. I was able to save so much money. Kyle is a great guy and he really knows what he's doing and what he's talking about.

Everything was great with iLending. The lending process went very well and customer service was very responsive. I could reach them via phone, email, and text. The rep that I worked with was very on top of his stuff and very professional. Getting the required documents to them was very easy. I downloaded the documents into my drive and then I just uploaded them. The lending process took less than a week.

The first representative I talked to had an emergency so he had to hand us off to someone else. But both of them were very helpful and they got the best rate we could get at the time. The efficiency was the best part of working with iLending. They were on point and gave us all the details, and we got it done.

Everything went smooth and the rep I worked with, Marcel, was real good. He was polite and he knew what he was doing.

They seemed all right. I was a little nervous at first. I didn't know if this was a scam or not. But they took care of everything. Sounded pretty cool. Every time I called them, they would answer. However, the process took time.

iLending gave me a great deal as far as they were able to reduce my interest rate, which was awesome, and my payment a little bit, which was good. However, the customer service was lacking in terms of availability. The gentleman I was assigned to would call me, then I would miss his call, but I'd call him right back immediately, and he'd be on the phone. Someone told me his schedule, so I would call him when he first got into the office and he wasn't available. It seemed like he was always on the phone and it took us several days of phone tag to really get in touch with each other and review some things.

5 stars! I would recommend 10/10 and I would use iLending again! The process was so simple, fast, and incredibly easy! Brendan helped me and he had excellent customer service. He answered all of my questions. He never rushed me into any decisions. He was patient and knowledgeable.

I wanted to take the time out to say thank you to Silvanna with iLending for the way she walked me through with not only finding me a great rate reducing my rate by more than half from 12% to 5% but was able to pair me with a great institution as I was very reluctant on any changes specifically online transactions. She took her time with me and more importantly gave me what I needed and it’s comforting to know although when I needed help with my account I was able to speak with anyone from Ilending to help with my accounts and also have to mention Omar to say thanks for taking ownership and removed the Gap insurance that I forgot to mention I did not want and his manager I think Michael for his help going over how to manage my account. I spoke with a young lady named Ambrosia that works at iLending and I worked with her for my first two vehicles. My truck was the biggest change that I saw. It originally had a 26% interest rate on the original loan that I had and I had been paying that interest rate for about eight or nine months. Nobody wanted to give me the money for the truck because the truck was so old. But with iLending, my interest rate went from 26% to 5.5%. My payment went from 542 a month to 300 a month on my truck. My motorcycle had a 16% or 17% interest rate and it's now at 7.7%.

Everything fell right into place and it was the easiest process that I've been through. The way that they conversated with me, everything was understandable. I don't know much about some of the things that I needed to know and every time I hung up the phone, there were no questions I had. The rep I worked with was very personable and he knew his stuff, which made everything easier for me. The way that he had it set up for me, it was as simple as him telling me what he needed, and then sending me a direct link. I got what he needed and sent it straight to him.

I was trying to refinance my car loan and they made the process pretty simple, although it was longer than I thought. The rep I worked with was great. She communicated all of her needs, what I needed to get in, and at what time very well. If someone is looking for the same services that I had, I would tell them they should give iLending a call.

I reached out to iLending and they were very helpful, friendly, and eager to make it happen. I worked with Carla and she went through all the details, how much we would save on a car and monthly car payments. It was such a good deal that we had to take advantage of it. They tried very hard to make the process easy and we managed to give them everything that they needed. We really lowered our payments and it's gonna save us some money, which would be a big help.

The application process with iLending was easy and straightforward. I had someone that reached out to me, but I didn't need any assistance to complete like sending in all the information. It's worth it. It's a little easier if you're talking to somebody who deals with those contracts all the time and knows exactly what's in it, and then you can go based off of their knowledge rather than having to read the entire thing yourself. iLending was the only one that lowered my interest rate and everyone else was about the same or going up a little bit to get me refinanced. So, if I'm gonna go through the process, I might as well get a lower interest rate at it.

I had a very good experience with iLendingDIRECT. They were very sweet, loving, kind and just as patient as they could be. They walked me through the process because I told them, "I just don't know how to do that stuff." They went out of their way to help me and were always possible to get everything done. The rep I worked with was calm, loving, kind, sweet and patient. I couldn't ask for a better person to be doing that with. At the very beginning, I had this guy working for me, but then when the second guy started working with me, he said the reason why the payments went back up a little bit was that I was trying to get the death certificate of my ex-boyfriend, and they had to wait a little while, which we understood. That was okay because I have a decent car. I was very thankful that they wanted to do this for me. It was all good.

The application process with iLending was seamless. I was in contact a lot with the representative. The initial process was online, and then thereafter, someone contacted me. Communication was excellent. I get fairly quick responses. If I submitted something and then they needed something else, it was just back and forth communication. I didn't have to wait days before hearing back.

My rep helped me understand because when I looked at my loan, it looked like I'd be paying another seven years. But he broke it down and told me that if I did it a certain way, I would be paying off the loan in my exact same time. The rates were great. I'm paying a buck 30 less. But I'm still wondering because I didn't get my rebate back yet.

They reached out to us and got everything done within five days. We also got a good rate, better than what we had. The experience was great. The process was very easy.

iLending is a company that negotiates with debtors to reduce interest rates and their rate and terms were reasonable. The reps were professional and very informative. They had a nice PowerPoint presentation on where it’s at and what it was gonna go to. It was a good experience. People should hear them out to see if it fits them.

The process with iLending was easy. I just waited a few days and then, I got a call. I went over everything on the phone call and it was seamless. One of the agents was willing to send text back and forth and help me get everything figured out. The other guy did the digital signing with that little robot that signs the papers and that was helpful too. Everything went good for me.

I called them and I talked to a guy named Troy. He was upfront with everything and he let me know everything I needed to know. I felt comfortable working with him.

Everybody that I talked to at iLending was super friendly and helpful. Everyone was able to answer all my questions very quickly as well. They said that I was gonna get the best rate. It didn't end up quite being as low as was stated, but my credit did change a little bit since then. The process was super simple. I had got the piece of mail in, and then I just gave them a call on my lunch break. I sent in my odometer, my current loan information, information about my car and everything to make sure that we could get the rate and get a good APR. It came back to me a couple of days and I signed the papers and went through with it. Everything seemed pretty straightforward. I did like that the APR was very solid. Then, the coverage that they offered was pretty similar to the one that I had prior to.

The letter iLending sent me had a good interest rate for the time. It said the interest rate could be 4% and it didn't expire until April. But when I called in to that interest rate, they told me it was expired. That was the only bad thing. But their process was easy. The rep was easy to get in contact with. He texted me off a cellphone.

I called the number that was on the mail that I received, and the rep asked me questions, then we were texting. From work, I was able to just send her photos of my registration. She was really kind, professional and easy to work with, and the process was very streamlined and effortless. I haven't had to do anything, except sign contracts, and iLending pushed everything through. The only thing was I didn't receive the paperwork, and that's the thing with DocuSign that you get all the time. iLending should make sure that a copy of the contract gets sent directly afterwards.

The application was pretty simple for the most part. As soon as I got it submitted, I was told a representative would reach out with more information. Jordan was the representative that reached out to me and he contacted me all the way through. His communication was effective. I didn't feel like I was being bullied or talked down to. Everything went smooth. It went quicker and faster than I thought it would, so I'm satisfied.

The person I was working with at iLending was very informative. I did an application for it online then she walked me through what I needed to do. She supplied me with any information I needed. I had to mail out a couple of documents so they could take care of the title and the lien information. She was very helpful there. She connected me with the place that would be responsible for shipping those out. That was complimentary, so I didn't have to pay any shipping. She also informed me that, from my previous gap insurance, I could get that refunded, which I did. I was able to get some money back, get a new policy, and the policy was more than fair.

Everything went smoothly in my experience with them. The guy helping me was able to wait for me on some stuff. I really appreciated him on that. Communication was also perfect. He would reply whenever I would text him.

The refinancing process was very hectic and took less than 30 days to complete. iLending was very tedious about certain things that got on my nerves. When I would upload documents, their reps would tell me that they couldn't see it then they would ask me to send another one. It was the worst situation. Aside from that, I was sold on something that I thought was going to get me some money back. And now, I found out I have to go through other sources to even get the money back. It was a mess and I could have stayed where I was and just left it alone. Also, I recommended someone and never got the $100 that I was supposed to get for the recommendation.

They did well. They cut my payment in half and lowered my interest rate too.

I've been wanting to refinance for quite a while. I went ahead and gave iLending a call and see what rates they had for me. I like the rates that they set for me. Whenever I spoke to the gentleman, he was very informative. He made me feel that I was going with the right company for the refinance. I thought it was gonna be a lot more complicated process but it was smooth. I made the call around 11:00 in the morning and I received another call around 3:00 in the afternoon. With the company prior to this loan, I was charged 19 point something percent while the guy with iLending offered 13%.

I went out of curiosity to see if I could get approved because with other lending companies, I was not approved and I couldn't figure out why because I've got excellent credit. Then iLending worked out very nicely. The rep was very, very helpful. He was a very nice guy. He was upfront and honest with me. The application process was pretty easy. The rates and terms were a lot better than what I had. All in all, they were very, very good and very easy to work with.

iLendingDIRECT has been really helpful for me. The process was very quick and I loved the person I talked to. He made sure I understood everything. I was looking for a lower interest rate and a lower down payment. They offered exactly what I was looking for. I've already refinanced three of my vehicles and referred them to a friend as well. You have to go to the website, put in the information, some type of key code information, and it tells you about the pre-approved loan that they had you down for, and from there you just put in your information. We did it at night, so that following morning, around 8:30, iLending gave me a call and we went through the whole process. Michael always emailed me. If I called, he always called right back. He was willing to do more than what he needed to.

iLending was the only one willing to work with me. The process was a pain, though. I had to prove I had a house four times. But other than that, there weren't too many issues.

I wanted to try to keep the term short and iLending was accommodating. I worked with Whitney and she was very professional. They took care of me in record time. It's a world of difference from my former lender and to have somebody that treats you nice and respectful when you had something really bad, it's nice. Also, the process was very quick and smooth. .I worked with iLending to get my car refinanced. They were one of the fastest to respond and one of the friendliest. The guy that worked with me was amazing and he went out of his way to help me. Sometimes we were playing phone tag, but that's because of the time difference. I'm in East Coast and he's not. But he still always managed to find a way to get ahold of me whenever I needed something or had a question. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the process and he made it easy. He even sat there and walked through each thing with me. Sometimes, my questions were stupid because I didn't understand all these stuff. But he very patiently explained it to me in layman's terms so that I could understand it. So I really appreciated that and in my eyes, that set them apart from the other companies that I was discussing stuff with.

I put in my application to iLending on Friday. By Monday, I was approved and by Monday night, I was closed. Communication was really good. The rate is a little high but it's okay. I could always refinance it down once the rates go down.

iLending reached out to me immediately and were very efficient in the process. I don't think it lasted more than a day for them to communicate and get the numbers. My rates are much better right now. I would recommend them to others who are looking to refinance.

Service provided to me from everyone at iLending was FANTASTIC. My advisor, Anna ** knew exactly what she was doing and helped answer all of my questions and always made sure to let me know of every little detail as well as being easy to reach during the process of my refinancing goals. I have Credit Sesame and every once in a while, I get inquiries about lowering my car monthly payment, this, and that. I also got some letters in the mail. I decided to call one of them one time and it was iLending. We got the ball rolling. I spoke with a man named John and he was helpful to the fullest, all the way through. John was patient and he walked me through everything. He never batted an eyelash whenever I ran into some stumps. We had to do some things. We had to show them proof of this, proof of that, and send him what he needed. He kept telling me and guiding me in the right way. We made it work.

I liked the interest rate with iLending. They explained any questions I had and addressed any concerns regarding the questions. The application with iLending was kind of difficult not knowing how to use the newer apps. Other than that, they got my payment reduced to half the payment.

I called iLending up after they sent me a little card thing in the mail about refinancing my auto loan. The person I spoke with was very helpful. She communicated the process very well. She helped get some things expedited for me so that my loan could be processed. She was awesome. The rate and terms were way better than the ones I had before. I would use them again to refinance.

We needed to refinance the truck because the house payment was just going through the roof. We owed 12, and now we owe 18. What a punch to the gut. All those extra fees and everything that they charged then went into the new loan amount. So I'll pay off the little bills and then throw that amount towards the next bill and just attack it. The rep never disclosed any of that information. I only thought that it was gonna be a few $100 or maybe $1,000. But that it was a little over 5 grand. So I will not be recommending iLending ever.

The application process was very easy. The only blip was how the format was set up. There was something that made me fill it out incorrectly. The sheet didn't flow, so I needed to read it. Also, the entire process took about three weeks, but that was because of my hesitation. I've never refinanced anything and didn't trust the process, so there was a little delay there. I wouldn't have done it, but the associate was persistent. He followed up daily, diligently, so it happened and it's saving me a lot of money. The rate and terms were great. Overall, I had a good experience with iLending.

The customer service was great, and everything was smooth. The refinancing process needed very little paperwork, and the communication started off good, then I had to pay 700 bucks to get my car to where I could get it refinanced. My experience was really good until the very end. The last couple of weeks, I couldn't get ahold of anybody and I didn't get any information on who my lending company was gonna be, how to get a hold of them or when I'm paying my payment. That was nerve-racking, when I was switching my auto loan over.

I would give this company a negative stars if I could. I am very upset with the process of iLending. I submitted my application, got approved, was told everything was going smooth and then bam, they can't do the deal because the lender they are working with needs assurance that the lien on the title will be released. After sending legal terminology over to iLending the titles section gives it a thumbs up, we are a go...the check is in the mail then lender shuts it down again. I am currently at risk for losing my vehicle because the account manager on my account assured me over and over that the loan was done and gave me assurance that the check had been sent for the loan only for me to find out that there never was a deal. The lender never agreed to the loan. I can't believe this company operates the way it does. I will never suggest anyone go to their company.

The rep I worked with was a cool guy. He did a very good job contacting me every day. Even though I was at work, he would still find time to get me on the phone. iLending did a good job on getting me my car refinanced.

The rep did what he was supposed to do. He got my answers, and he did a really good job. I was very happy with his service. He was very professional. The application process was pretty self-explanatory. iLending did a great job. I appreciate their help.

I called iLending and gave them all the information. We emailed back and forth the make of the car, the model and the insurance, and where we had it financed out. The process went good. It took less than a week. It was quicker than what I thought it was. They came back with whatever they could do and I said, “Oh, that's great.” I hardly did anything. I just signed the papers.

The refinance process with iLending was great. They helped me out and I got a pretty good deal. I worked with a great rep who answered all of my questions and was very respectful. There was a few changes on my part, but they were able to work with what I was going through.

iLending got me refinanced for a lower rate. I had a good experience. I called them and said, "Hey, do you guys wanna refinance this thing for me? I have an out of date coupon." They asked if I had a code on it and I said, "Yeah." Then they said they could look into it. The rep said, "Oh, so you're paying about 450 a month, huh? And you owe about 18,000, 19,000 or whatever." I said, "Yeah. And I've been working on my credit." Then he said, "Oh, yeah. Good job. I can see that." So whether that was true, that felt good while I'm walking them through it.

I recently refinanced my car loan through a representative from iLending. She was very friendly & professional through the whole process, but she distracted & rushed me through the paperwork signing. I knew nothing about refinancing a car loan at the time & should have done my own research prior to signing. The rep sold me on another VSC (vehicle service contract) when I told her I had already purchased one when I financed the loan with my original lender. She proceeded to inform me that my original lender would refund my original VSC remainder since I am refinancing my car loan, which led me to believe that the original VSC would be cancelled when I refinanced the loan, so I signed the paperwork. Like I said, my fault for not researching this prior, but the woman knew exactly what she was doing.

The rep from iLending, Ryan, was excellent. He was very very nice, very professional, very thorough and walked me through the whole process. Overall, iLending is a wonderful company.

Tyler was very informative. He explained everything. I didn't understand at first because I didn't realize there was a time difference. But for the most part, he was always available. And when I messaged him, I would get a call right back. Also, I'm extremely happy with the rate and terms. Even if it was a couple of points less, it was less than what I was paying. My concern was my credit numbers. That's why I kept getting denied. I'm working on my credit, but I can't work on my credit if I'm paying an $800 car note. Other than that, I had a great experience. I've already iLending to family members.

This whole refinance experience started with me referring my mom to refinance her card after getting a gift card offer for referral. I referred her and the guy who contacted my mom took all her information. He then abruptly ghosted my mom, we made multiple attempts to contact him or anyone and they kept telling us he was unavailable. After trying to reach him for over a week I wrote a negative review and suddenly someone from iLending decided to reach out because I left a negative review. They restarted the financing and DeAngelo helped us. He did a great job. They ended up using me as a co-signer. Now I have emailed DeAngelo asking if I'm still getting the gift card for referral and I'm being ignored again. Yet he sent me a email asking me to refer someone for 100 gift cards.

The process with iLending was super easy and good. Everything went well. I talked with Charles, and he was cool and did really well. He always answered. He was helpful.

The application process itself didn't take very long at all. I just did it all over the phone. The approval took some time but once that all got through, it went smoothly. iLending got all the documentation together. However, they did not send proper documentation to the bank on things that I sent to them. And I had to follow up with the bank on stuff that I had already sent to iLending. My warranty was on cancelation that they sold me because they didn’t send all the details within the warranty when it was being purchased. So, the warranty company got a blank description of my truck. So, when it came down to actually needing the warranty, it wasn't honored because they failed to implement all the details.

I went online to try to refinance my car and then somebody from iLending called me the next day and see if they could lower my interest rate. They were able to. So, I ended up going with them. With the pre-loan approval and everything being signed, the rep was really good. But afterward, I noticed I've not been able to get ahold of him to answer questions. So that's kind of a little bit of a bummer. I have been able to get ahold of somebody. But when you go before with someone and they kind of answer all your questions and walk you through everything, you think that you'd be able to get ahold of them after the loan since they know you and they're familiar with your loan and everything that was involved. It's easier than having to go through someone new and re-explain everything so that they can understand what you're having a problem with after or what you need.

Working with iLending was a very good process. The rep was super helpful and we never felt like we were bothering. The timeframe went fast but the documents were getting annoying. The underwriter was being a pain. But they were just doing their job and everything went flawlessly.

It was the easiest finance I've ever done for almost anything. They took care of everything. The rep was really awesome. He knew what he was doing and he definitely made the experience great. He contacted me only when it was important. The whole process was simple and they got me a great interest rate. So I was happy.

iLending contacted me about refinancing one of our cars. The process was easy. We were assigned one guy. We weren't in a huge rush to get the process done, which was fine. They stayed with it to get it through and no part of it was painful but if we desperately needed to get it done really quickly, maybe that would have been an issue because it took about three weeks to close the deal.

I called the number on the letter to talk about the offer refinancing my vehicle loan. The letter sounded too good to be true, so I kinda brushed it off. But then I got a follow-up call from a representative saying that the loan has been approved. I was very shocked. It's a lower rate and a better loan. It was very easy and quick. I liked that the process was convenient to do. I did everything over the phone and via email online. I didn't have to go somewhere and spend a lot of time doing it all. Also, the rate was great for me. The rep was fantastic. I really liked him. He was a nice guy. The only problem we had was that some of the things that I had to mail in were ripped up when they opened it, like they ripped the title document. So they emailed me a new one, and I printed it, had it signed and notarized, and sent it back in. Beyond that, everything else was great.

I was not very satisfied with iLending. I was very, very close to canceling the whole deal. There were a lot of mistakes that the company made. I got moved higher up to the manager. I'm only supposed to speak to the manager now because of what happened to me. But in the end, I'm still refinancing and I'm gonna try it out. So far, it's all right. But the start was not good. There could have definitely been some improvements. There was a lot of miscommunication within the company itself and the employees.

Winthrop was my rep and he did everything within his power to make things as smooth as possible. I cosigned on the car for my daughter and she went off to Australia at the time. Because of this, trying to get the documents we needed to have taken care of was very challenging. But Winthrop managed to accomplish that and I was impressed by his tenaciousness. He was also willing to work with me on whatever needed to be done and there was no pressure. There were multiple times when I started to get cold feet and thought about not doing this. He said I didn't have to and that he wouldn’t be upset.

The process started off smooth, and then it went down. I was sent an offer, and then I signed the offer, but then the guy called me and said they couldn't do the offer. I told him that I signed it and he said, “Well, you didn't push it through.” But they wound up getting me a deal on the insurance part of it. So it somewhat rectified it, but it definitely was one of the situations where I thought I was gonna have a lesser payment. In the end, it didn’t work better, but they tried to compensate.

Prompt call back. Loan person was very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything accurately. I received all the information easily and the representative calmly walked me through all the steps. It was an easy process made that way by the representative.

They did everything they could to make it work and get the job done, but had some problems with my end. Some way my credit report got flagged that I was dead. That was one of the things that we had to work with. There was a lot of aggravation because of that. But it all worked out in the end. I had a good experience. The rep was very nice and good. He was very professional. I liked the new rate. It was a whole lot less than what we had had before.

Refinancing with iLending seemed like it took a length of time to do so because there were a couple of steps that we had to take. All in all, it took a month and a half to get it all finalized. The payment was due to my other finance company in the meantime and I didn't want to not make my payment. Then, I went ahead and made my payment and there was some glitch in-between there about the finalization pay-off. They're gonna mail me the difference. Other than that, the experience was pretty good. It's a 72-month refinance and I cut my payment in half and 80% of my interest rate by extending it out for another year. It was a smart and good option.

It took almost a week before I got an answer. Then, I was given a warranty on the loan. I didn't know that I could have denied the warranty and I'm gonna end up canceling it because it's not as good as the one I had. Other than that, the rep who did my loan was very responsive and he did everything he could. He got me a referral fee on mine.

Before I refinanced, I had unlimited oil changes for five years. They were telling me that the oil was going to be taken care of. When it was time to change my oil, I called iLending and they were like, "We don't have anything to do with that. We just service your loan." I said, "Oh so you basically just take my money?" They said, "Yup." They were only gonna cover 40 bucks. My wife had to come out of her pocket to pay for the rest of the oil change.

I refinanced in January and I'm still waiting on my refund for my warranty on my previous one. I have not received that. But the flexibility of how remote iLending was was awesome. It was phenomenal with iLending. Anyone trying to do a transaction like that over the phone is a bit skeptical so I asked for all kinds of verification and copies sent to my email of everything. Marvin helped me out and gave me everything I wanted to make me feel comfortable with refinancing. He was extremely professional. His interpersonal skills and professionalism helped me seal the deal too. Everything went incredibly smooth and quick. I cut my rate in over half. I was at 12.1 before and I'm at 5.5. I went from 72 months to 60 months, which shaved two payments off. I bought GAP insurance and was still at 398 a month from paying 456.

Very quick process and good rates. All done very timely and almost rushed but done in a matter of a day or two. They did all the work except for me going to FedEx twice. Once papers were were received loan was instantaneous.
