Did everything on line, but the process was easy and quick. I hope now that this item will be removed off of my three credit reporting bureaus, so that this will be in the past. Wasn't really hurting me but still would like it to be on learned. This company made the process very easy with multiple ways to handle the issue.

Paying off old debt due to identity theft account to be billed monthly and paid by way of debit card monthly. Debtor should get monthly payment on a monthly basis. All debts should be paid without delay starting in November of 2024. Debit card is issued by Jacksonville City and Police Federal Credit Union card is replaceable due to being hacked several times in the past.

Original debtor didn't understand "I need a hardship plan" because their collection agents were scripted & not English speaking otherwise & unfortunately due to medical issues I was between jobs longer than expected, so they sold the debt before I got on my feet. I was initially sad and annoyed to see a collections but when I saw reasonable options it suddenly felt like a blessing in disguise so I just took care of it.

I have to say Halstead Collections made it easy to go to their website and request a monthly payment for my creditor. I learned through this process that these low limit high interest credit cards such as credit one, capital one, webbank, fingerhut, first premier, Total visa, Revvi, Aspire, and a few more that the money I put towards these credit cards including the $99 processing fee, $75 annual fee, then the credit limit is 300 but I ended up owing 800 or 900, 1000 when it's all said and done is ridiculous. Then the debt is bought by a few companies resurgent, Halstead, Lvnv, and they take you to civil court and sue you into making monthly payments for the next 50 years when your 70 years old. I appreciate what they have done for me. WM

This company is a good company to work with on any bills you may have gotten turned in for collection. I fell behind on my credit cards when covid hit and I lost my job.
