I haven’t been getting my mail in a timely manner and if I get a piece of mail I respond but recently I was scammed out of $1500 that I couldn’t get back so very leery of everyone now. I also recently got called by county processor to sue me for 904 that I never received anything from the collection agency and in the end I didn’t have to pay anything bc it was a scam card. I just don’t trust anyone anymore.

Everything was done online and the amount to pay off account was cut drastically!! Went from $895 to a settlement of under $150 and was able to choose the date of when I wanted to pay!! Wish all debts went through them!! I went in and set up all of my own details in the account, and just waited on the day for them to withdrawal. The other good thing is that the collection will be removed from your credit report also, increasing you score by a minimum of 30 points.

Make it easy and affordable to get back on track and in good standing with all 3 credit agency. I encountered issues unexpectedly had pop up so it but a hardship on my finances. Therefore I wasn't able to pay my monthly obligations. Which, unfortunately cost my credit score to drop tremendously. It took years to build my credit and yet in just 30 days it was destroyed due to shortish of money to pay all the bills upon living from paycheck to paycheck.

Why they are not able to reset my online access and order a new card to my new address and also to increase my credit limit and I need to be given an immediate attention with an immediate effect, because I'm sick and tired of the stress your bank is given me

Credit One sucks. My wife had the card and always made payments. However, I tried on multiple occasions to set up auto-pay, but always had an issue and would be charged late fees. The payment option for the first payment was perfect. Need the decrease because of Christmas. This is the Only company that will take payments that will erase the debt when half of the original debt is paid. just letting the debtors pay half and the debt disappear is a wonderful gift in itself. It also goes to show you that there are more options to get debt paid off. Many credit card companies give no forgiveness when it comes to paying back the entirety of the balance on the credit card.

Although my account had issues, I have never experienced any curtness or unprofessional behavior from agents who have called me. They offer many options for many types of budgets. I'm very impressed with the customer service skills presented. They are well trained and very professional. I received a call from a person representing Level One Law who would negotiate a payment plan to pay off my 3 credit cards. I had to put money into Global Holdings every month. When I had enough to start paying back what I owed, I received a letter stating they couldn't represent me and to contact Global for a refund if my money and I received a check for amount minus bank fees. I receive a text message to contact Halsted Financial, they offered a deal to pay off my credit card. I accepted the deal to payoff in 7 months. I'm very pleased with Halsted Financial.

Due to life situations, I owed around $1500 in debt to a credit card company that I couldn't pay timely. It's been outstanding for almost 2 years. This company had an easy to follow online account for my payments, and offered discounts at begging of payment arrangement and even after a few payments were made. I wish they could buy off all my other collections I would happily pay them. They had 2-4 payment options if I choose to renew my arrangement with a discount or I could opt to keep my current. There was no harassing phone calls or emails. They even stated they would send a pay off letter once balance was paid.
